I had a 1 pm appointment for the 5000 mile service. Everyone did an outstanding job. I respect workers that take their jobs seriously and responsible. One additional observation. While waiting for my car to be finished I observed Ray explaining to an older woman that the side walls on her car were showing a lot of wear and that, in the interests of safety, she may want to purchase new tires at some point in the future. Ray didn't put any pressure on her and I feel that she was properly informed to make a responsible decision. I was very impressed with the way Ray handled the situation.

I bought my 2004 Lincoln there and the service dept. is the best!! They have kept it in good condition for 100,000 miles over 11 years. I am 85 now so I don't think the car or I will make it to 200,000. I like my service visits because the staff is so nice. Keep up the good work!

Good experience. In and out in a timely matter.However, we had the car in for a complete check-up since we were going to be driving and easily putting over 3000 miles on the car. I am not sure if checking the battery is part of the process but one day after leaving we woke up to a dead battery. Thankfully we have AAA. He said there was a bad cell in the battery.

I made an appointment for an oil change and my car was immediately taken into service when I arrived. I visited the showroom and talked with a salesman for a while and then went back to the customer waiting room. In a short time, my vehicle was back. The service person then went over the details of what had been done. It was still raining and he offered me a rain check for a car wash.

2012 Lincoln MKZ. They were very helpful taking care of anyproblems I had. I found out that it is not a good car fora two footed driver. The slightest touch on the brake doesnot allow acceleration unlike any car I've driven.

Larry was very helpful when I called with my car problem. He assured me that he will take care of it as soon as my car would be towed in with me. The problem was that I needed a new battery; also flushed the power steering and break fluid.Larry than was concerned with me having to wait a long time and I was given a ride home and picked up when the car was ready. I appreciated that as I needed to take my medications with my lunch at home. I am an 81 yr old female and totally rely on your service dept. to keep my car ingood condition. I was very happy with this experience. Thank you!

Leasing my new MKX was effortless (for me anyway), the leasing price was explained to me, all the options were given to me to make the decision when I came in. The car was in perfect condition when I picked it up. The salesman (Roger Young) set everything up for me, showed me how to use all the new bells and whistles and made sure I was comfortable in my new car. Got right in on time and was greeted by Ray Minner, Service Advisor. He summarized what services would be performed and even gave me a projected finish time which he hit right on the nose! He went over the entire service and even brought another similar vehicle to compare a functional question I had to show how the function was normal. All in all, a very positive experience. You couldn't ask for a better and more honest car dealership. I made a mistaken and read a description of a vehicle wrong and made a deposit on it only to later discover it was not the car that I had been searching for. Mike, the used car salesman, went out of his way to be nice and understanding. They went above that and also refunded my deposit even though it was my mistake. Thanks again Mike. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good honest deal with people that you can trust.

I searched for a Chrysler 300c HEMI and found one offered at this dealership for an excellent price. This car was for our son who recently lost his Mustang in an accident through no fault of his own after paying it off. From start to end these folks were honest, up front and arranged financing for our son with no issues whatsoever. We had to drive 2 hrs from where we live and when we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and style. The Salesman, Mike and Business Manager, Ed were a certainly a pleasure to deal with.
