Purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab 4x4 a few weeks ago. It was a great overall experience! Kris was a very professional, yet down-to-earth salesman. Manager Mike Mckrae and our sales rep Bruce Kelly made this process unbelievably smooth. They knew I lived 90 minutes away with 2 kids. We have dealt with various Blaise Alexander dealerships over the years, and everyone we have worked with has been very professional, not pushy, and always put our needs and desires in the forefront. We worked with Michael Conner on our latest deal, and I would highly recommend him. We had ordered a car, and it was being built the middle of March. We were going on vacation the beginning of March and would have liked to have the car to go. Mike spent several days trying to locate one with the same equipment at a larger dealership, and we didn't even prompt his search. He was in constant contact with my husband and myself throughout this entire process, making sure that the car had everything we wanted on it. He pulled it off!! We have the car, just as the one we had ordered, and we had it in time for vacation. They also stuck to their price quote on my trade-in, just as they said they would. From the moment we arrived at the dealership until the time we left, my husband and I felt very comfortable with the entire process. We were in search of a used SUV with better gas mileage than our recently purchased 2014 Silverado. After looking at several used vehicles, we turned our attention to the new Rogues. Our salesman, Michael Conner, was very courteous, personable and unlike some salespersons, not pushy. Eventually, we decided to purchase a 2015 Rogue SV after testing it overnight. The paperwork can be a chore when purchasing a vehicle, however, this was not the case here. Not only were we treated respectfully, but were made to feel like friends or family. We were escorted to a private, comfortable office, offered beverages and snacks and best of all, there was no waiting for paperwork, everything was ready. Any and all questions were answered promptly and courteously. While the vehicle was being prepared for us to take home, we were offered lunch, which was an unexpected, delicious surprise. All in all, we would definitely recommend Michael, and the dealership. The overall feeling is one that is professional yet friendly and comfortable, something necessary when making this kind of investment. Thank you again for a great experience.

Bret Gair did an awesome job selling us a new Rogue. We had a 2012 Nissan Juke which is an awesome car and was sad to see it go but it was not big enough for us with 2 grand daughters and we have started travelling more. Driving 80 miles to buy a car when there were two closer dealerships may seem foolish to some, but it was certainly worth the drive! Our salesman dealt fairly and honestly with us over the phone before we even met him. He went out of his way to locate the model we were looking for, and made us feel like valued customers BEFORE we even bought. Well-organized car lot to select our preferred model, and good inventory. Same day email contact from this dealership, followed by next day telephone contact, led to scheduling an appointment within 24 hours of our initial visit. I have worked with this facility and their employees for many years - before the move out of Williamsport out to Muncy. The service department is top notch, respectful, responsive and professional. When something doesn't seem quite right before or even after a service visit they take the time to listen and help make it right. I never look forward to having to take the time to get my vehicle in for service but they are always upfront about the time and communciate about what they have found, what they might recommend and when it's ready for pick up. I've purchased three Nissan vehicles from this facility and have been very pleased with each one. The sales department has very friendly, responsive sales reps. We purchased a 2015 Frontier from this dealership just 2 days ago. We visited 5 dealerships for 2 makes of vehicles. The salesperson, Bruce Kelly Jr., was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and unhurried with us. There was NO PRESSURE unlike some of the other dealers. He also provided a concrete proposal and advised me about special programs and low interest rates currently available. We visited one more dealership (Toyota) after Alexander Nissan. Bruce called our home the next day thanking us for our interest and offering any further assistance if required. That was the only followup call from the 5 dealerships we visited in State College, Selinsgrove, and Muncy. The decision was very easy for us to make. bruce continued to be thorough and patient through the whole purchasing process and took a good deal of time showing us features of our new truck before we left the dealership. I highly recommend this salesperson and the dealership he works for. The dealership itself was clean, well maintained, with many perks and tweaks, including a gymn for customer use. Best of all, the deal was the best offered and the product is great quality.

Went to cars.com. Typed what I wanted. Alexander had the best deals on line. Troy got ahold of me very fast. Troy found what I wanted with in a day. Did what we could over the phone. he understood we live 3 hours away and only could come in on a Saturday .We were not there long, signed the papers and we were back driving in a XTERRA. thanks troy!

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape last year and really liked it; All but the gas mileage. I could never get it below 22 miles/gallon. Traveling was even worse. I was spending $100 a week in gas. That is only going from Jersey Shore to Williamsport once per week. I bought a new Rogue last Saturday. I haven't had to put gas in it yet and that is traveling to the mall once and Williamsport twice. Best decision ever. Everyone was wonderful!! Way to go Craig and Mike!

IN A NUTSHELL - TITAN TRUCK TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT FUNCTION IN 4 WHEEL..HAD AAA TAKE TRUCK TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER - CALLED AHEAD AND SPOKE TO TREVOR ..TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED..HE SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK - HE DID, TWICE...EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM IN DETAIL, TOLD ME THE PART WAS IN STOCK, GAVE ME A BALLPARK FIGURE OF THE COSTS AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE...WHILE I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT THE PROBLEM THINKING I'M LOOKING AT A HEFTY TRANSMISSION..AND PROBABLY A BIT EXCITED - HE WORKED MY TRUCK IN AND MADE THE PROPER REPAIR AND I PICKED UP MY TRUCK AT 5PM THE SAME DAY..........NOW THAT IN MY BOOK IS OUTSTANDING ,,,,ATTA BOYS TO TREVOR AND THE ALEXANDER NISSAN SERVICE CENTER........FROM THE TIME MIKE SOLD ME BOTH THE VAN AND THIS TRUCK I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERIENCES DEALING WITH ALL OF YOU. I purchased my first nissan on 11-29-13. My salesman was Rome. This was my best experience as a car buyer that i have had to date. Rome was so courteous, attentive and willing to do whatever he needed to in order to make me feel comfortable. I asked numerous questions and Rome never once made me feel like I was bothering him. My entire experience was what buying a car should be about. Since i have had such a good experience, i will remain a Blaise Alexander customer and will pass my experience forward. Rome is a great representation of Blaise Alexander and the company truly makes you feel apart of the family.

My wife and experienced the misfortune of a breakdown in the area of Alexander Nissan. I am not a customer and did not have an appointment. When my vehicle was towed in, Dave Harkey and service writer Amber went well out of their way to accomodate is. They got my vehicle in immediately and provided me with a loaner vehicle that i proceeded to fill with all of our stuff and dogs. This saved our vacation. I am indebted to your dealership.

The truck Blaise Alexander Nissan sold to us was a lemon from the day we drove it off the lot. It was misrepresented with a faulty car fax which was pointed out to the dealership when I took the truck back to them a second time. When I pulled out my own Experian car report and pointed out their lies, that's when Blaise threw me out of his dealership. The truck's front end started leaking two days from time of purchase (less than 400 miles). The fact that they say they treat their customers "like family" is laughable at best.

I have bad credit, but was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle. I went to Blaise Alexander Nissan and from the beginning they were so willing to help and answer any questions. I was early, so Bruce Kelly helped me even though he wasn't required to do so. Both Bruce and the financing department were able to work out a great deal, get me a decent amount of money on my trade, and help me leave in a nicer vehicle than I could have hoped for. I would definitely reccommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle- especially if you have bad credit because they can help you!

Our car broke down on our way to Chicago for vacation. We were towed to your facility. There were no appointments available that day and we were in a panic. Andrew Wead went out of his way to put a mechanic on it as soon as possible and we were back on the road in 45 minutes. His courtesy and professionalism went above and beyond what he had to do. I will always be grateful to him. He saved our family vacation. I will be mailing letters to the manager and the upper management of Nissan. Thank you!

I recommend any one who is looking for a car that will last you long and want to keep you go to Alexander Nissan. I bought a car about a month in a half ago and I love it!! I also got great customer service from Bruce (one of the dealers) I was working with. He took me on a drive to test out the new car and showed me how to work everything. He was great. I never want to give this car up and if I have to I will come back to Alexander Nissan.

Buying a Nissan from Alexander was a pleasure. Shane Hartle Internet Sales Manager was outstanding. Both He & Tom Hau, Sales consultant were professional, knowledgeable & friendly.The dealership is beautiful & we got the Nissan that we wanted. What more can you ask for!!

My Husband and I were looking to buy a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. We had a salesperson come out promplty to greet us and take us on a test drive. We liked how the vehicle handled and asked if we could get the bill of sale. Needless to say it took Tom 5 days and still no bill of sale. My husband droped the Rogue off on a Friday night to tell him we will be going elsewhere to deal business since he couldn't give us the bill of sale. It's a shame when your trying to help your local community with business and there not lending a hand. Off to Wilkes-Barre we go! See ya Alexander Nissan!

My wife and I were in the market for a new 2012 Nissan Juke. I intially made contact with Alexander Nissan via the internet to inquire what models were available. I heard back very promptly from Shane Hartle who handles their internet sales. We made a visit to the dealership a few days later. The salesperson was extremely helpful. He offered to search other dealerships to find the exact model and color we were looking for. He kept in touch with us during every aspect of his search via email and phone. We felt absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle from this dealership as you do from others. The entire dealership worked behind the scenes to help with our purchase. We've purchased some 15 + new cars over our lifetime and would have to say that this dealership was the best that we have dealt with. They went above and beyond what my expectations were of a new car purchase. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Stopped in looking for a used pickup. Nick deFonte couldn't have been more helpful. I was very specific in what I wanted but he came up with a vehicle. From getting the truck, to putting fuel in to get it home, to letting my mechanic check it over they were great. Will tell anyone interested of our experience.

Overall, my experience with Alexander Nissan is second to none. The salesman I worked with, Mike Conner, was the best I've had the pleasure to deal with. He was courteous and pleasant, answering all of my questions without hesitation. I've purchased all of my cars at Alexander Nissan and I would recommend everyone else do the same.

I purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa from Blaise Alexander Nissan in June, 2010. I live fifty miles from the dealership with two others equadistant and I purchased from Blaise Alexander because I was promised a loner car if my car needed multiple days of service. On April 6, 2011 I brought my Versa in for repairs - the Navigation Unit stopped working along with the CD player and radio. I had a one-of-a-kind CD I use for work purposes stuck in the unit. First, I was told I could not have a loner for about a week and a half. I had to rent a car to go to and from work. Nobody returned my messages regarding the repair. I fought to get through to Service day after day for a week. Finally I called on the 12 of April and they said I could pick up the car. When I came in I was told they did not remove the CD and it was sent to the manufacturer who would send it back in about two weeks. In two weeks Parts said it could be two months. On June 2nd Parts said the old unit was sent to EUROPE and it would not be sent indefinately! I am sick of the run around. I spoke to the General Manager who became very angry on the phone when I explained the frustration. I felt I was lied to. The GM said it was the Service Dept. fault; the Service Dept. said it was the Sales Dept. fault for promising me a loner. Finger pointing all around. Of course, I never expect to get the CD back and I will never go to the Blaise Alexander Nissan ever again. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. This dealership fits the old saying that once the purchase is made you are forgotten. I felt I was lied to and treated very badly. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH BLAISE ALEXANDER NISSAN - You will get burned!

I have 2011 Rogue. I am having intermittent problems with the navigation and XM/FM Radio. Sometimes when I start the navigation system it says please insert the SD card, the SD card is already in the car. I have to take the SD card out and reinsert it about 3 times for the Navigation system to start working. I have to do this 1/2 a week. Also I will lose both XM and FM radio, the only way to get radio back is to turn the car off and restart the car. This happens about every 3 weeks. I have taking the car to the dealer and they refused to fix because it works when the Tech drives the car.

I had my Xterra in for oil change and to check my paint that's falling off (again). After waiting they suggested brake fluid,transmisiion fluid & steering fluid flush. I said I couldn't wait, so they offered a loaner, which they always tell me when I ask ( Other people I know too) that they don't offer loaners. So I took it & got on the highway & it wouldn't go over 35 mph (very safe). I pulled off & checked everything & started & did the same, so I turned around & went back & they gave me another loaner. So I left again. Several hrs later they call & say my car is ready, so I went to get it. After leaving & getting on the highway I find my brakes barely work, so I went back again. They said I could wait while they flushed out a bubble. I waited a half hr & they said it could be 10 minutes or a couple hours, so I left again & they said they would call me shortly. At 4:45 I called them, a guy answered & when I asked for the svc dept, he said "yah" . When they didn't answer he wanted to know if I wanted to leave a message in their voicemail & I said no because I know they won't call me back (know this from previous problems). Told I wanted to speak with someone & he said "he knew they were over there & would tell them to get off their butts & answer the phone" (very professional). Then a girl came on when they still didn't pick up & said she'd put me in their voicemail & i said no & that I wanted to speak with someone then. she asked my name & the svc mgr picked up. He said my car probably wouldn't be done that night (it was now 5 pm, so I figured that) & he would call me the next day. At about 1:45 the next day someone else called & said my car was ready. It only took 24 hours to flush out the bubble. Every time I go to this place it's a diaster. The last time my daughter had her car there, they forgot to work on it & it sat there all day. What pray tell do they do there. I'm surprised they're in business
