My sales person Ali was extraordinary. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and kind. He quickly answered my questions and expedited the sales process. He also followed up with me on two occasions after the sale to see how I liked my new car and to ensure I had no additional questions about it's functions/operating it. A true professional! I hope VW values his service as much as I appreciated it!

Vehicle inventory is good. List price of vehicle is only if you use their preferred lender. Prices are reasonable but the processing fee is a little high at $899. Daniel did a good job and was easy to talk to. I didn't like the fee that was added for theft protection for $199 but Daniel was able to get rid of it. Overall the process was fairly painless.

Five stars for both the dealership as a whole and particularly Daniel, who was informative, patient, trustworthy and reliable. These guys made my car-buying experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. Unlike other dealerships I tried, here I felt zero pressure or no sense of the kind of "gamesmanship" that you find elsewhere. Daniel and the rest of the crew were honest, well-informed and extraordinarily helpful in explaining answers to any questions I had. Five stars / A+. To start this dealership has to be far the worst dealer to negotiate on a car. I called for a car that I was interested in since I’m on a budget to buy a good condition car, and the sales people and managers kept telling me “no we can’t negotiate on a used car” that was almost $18,000. So basically the owners of Volkswagen don’t like making any deals with anyone. So like I said till they fix that policy I ain’t buying a car from them because I’m not paying for the price they want. I want to pay for a car that I fell comfortable at a price range.

Went to the dealers who specialize in VW to diagnosis a service problem a non VW couldn't answer. "Oil pressure is Low" keep coming on every few minutes, quite alarming to hear this loud beeping tell you to turn off your car oil pressure is low. Only to check & the oil is full. after wasting two hour and $$$ to be told "No codes found unable to duplicate in shop. Really two hour you worked on my car & could not diagnosis a serious issue and could not find anything. Less than 1 minute after leaving this annoying Low oil beeping is back, all the way for the next 20 miles. I felt they plug my car up to the reader whatever the machine told them made NO attempt to help me the Oil Pressure Low warning, was the reason I was there. I spoke with the manager Alfred a day later about my experience, and he was shocked and offer to help fix the car issue, but require having the car more than two hours. After he took over I got a loaner for 4 days and they fixed the problem & also other problems I was unaware of. My car is running amazing again. I rarely write any reviews but Alfred went above and beyond to help with my problems & now I have the highest appreciation for Alexandria VW. Many thanks to Alfred 7 the Service department. ?Excellent service right from my first call to them until the final purchase.At Alexandria VW, I mostly interacted with a very kind and generous sales person named Gary Campbell. As I did not have car to visit the dealership, he picked me and my wife up from the nearest metro station. He guided me through the entire process of selecting and buying the vehicle. Gary is well knowledgeable about the he was selling as well as cars in general and knew exactly what I was looking for. The most important thing was he made me feel comfortable to go ahead with my choice and did not try to trick me what a typical sales person would have tried to do.Last but not the least, what I felt was the dealership valued me as a part of their business without any tricks. Moreover, the car I purchased is in excellent conditioned and was handed over to me in as new condition. I would highly recommend Alexandria VW and Gary if anybody is looking for a used or new vehicle.

The dealer I worked with, Bernard B., conned me into leasing a front-wheel drive when I explicitly went to lease a 4motion. We went for a test drive and he asked me how it felt, being it was AWD, etc., then after changing the color selection, it turns out I got a FWD but did not know it until it was too late. I explicitly asked whether the one in the new color was AWD and he said yes. My fault for not inspecting what he gave me more carefully, but I never expected someone would do that to a customer. I hope he has since been fired. What a nasty place to do business. I will never go back to the Alexandria VW dealership.

I seldom write reviews but this is important for me to share. Alexandria VW is the furthest from my home within a 15 mile radius but I decided to give them a try after experiencing the commonly rotten experience at the nearby dealerships. The whole experience from appointment making to waiting room to checkout out was seamless. They are so efficient that the appointment took exactly the estimated time even though I was late showing up. I am more than a satisfied customer.

I have a Diesel Jetta. I am seriously disgusted with the Volkswagen Corporation for intentionally manipulating emmsions controls of desisl engines. The Service Department and Service Personel representing VW at Wes Greenway Alexandria Volkswagen has partcally restored my faith in VW with their outstanding service. Tracy Martin, Service Representative, is the STAR in the Service Department, at Wes Greenway Alexandria VW Dealership. Tracy's vast knowledge of the product line and her expertise in repair and warranty work make her the go to Service Rep. Communication and explaining your service needs as well as, alternatives available to the customer are just one of Tracy's many strengths.Have a question, she will answer it. If she doesn't know the answer, she immediately gets the person who is the expert and get the answer and a resolution fot you. Need service, had difficulty with a Service Representative in the past, call Tracy. Even if you do not have a VW, call Tracy.

Called because I was interested in purchasing a car from your dealership, unfortunately the salesman I spoke to did not want to do business with me. He told me that they don't do business ANY business over the phone which is unheard of because every car I have ever purchased was over the phone. He also informed me that your dealership only has ONE salesman for the entire dealership, and wouldn't allow me to speak with anyone else! I feel sorry for anyone who feels the need to business with your dealership. In any case I will be making it a point to make sure people know what to expect before doing business with your company.Part 2: Ok so I was finally able to get in contact with another salesman who was actually willing to work with me. Finally just when I thought I was wrong about what I said I get a call back to tell me that due to my review his manager was telling him not to do business with me until I took down this review! So instead of trying to gain my business and rectify the original problem they instead pushed me away and earned another poor review! You would think the manager would take the time to call me to speak to me personally about the situation instead he sends messages through his salesman. No wonder why this dealership is so poorly rated.

I had a warning light for coolant, called late on a Monday night asking if they had any to top of the fluid.Eddie responded right away and came out to top of the coolant. The problem seemed solved.Two days later, I saw the same warning light, and I called in assuming something was wrong and I needed to drop off the car for repair. Eddie was able to fit me in for the next day repair, and he worked with me to get a rental car so I could make it to work the next day.After a day, he promptly called after I got off of work to tell me the problem was a defective water pump that the same dealer installed in the late winter 2015. He told me that the repair was complete and that because of a warranty on the part, VW paid for the repairs.Overall, I had a great experience, prompt and personal service, and my car is back to normal.. In this city, it's great to have a dealer you can depend on for service. Eddie provided some of the best service I've experienced at any auto repair shop.

I wish I could split my review in half because the sales experience I would rate 5 stars, but the last 30 minutes of finalizing the paperwork was a complete and utter disaster. The salesman, Brett Alexander, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly during the two days my husband and I came in and talked over the phone. I was exceedingly happy and thought that this truly was an amazing experience getting a car from a dealership.Before proceeding with the paperwork we wanted to confirm that all the fess and taxes were rolled in and there would be no additional fees, no one likes surprises right? Not only were we assured by Brett, but also confirmed by another sales person on Sunday evening, that what we were seeing on the paper was the final numbers; they were "open-book" there at Alexandria VW. However, when my husband and I are signing the documents there was an additional fee on the contract no one mentioned before. My understanding is that this is a "corporate fee" and there is nothing that they could do to waive the fee. That is when we asked to talk to a manager, to help explain why this fee was NOW just being explained to us. The GM, Andy, came into the the office and made it clear that there was nothing he could or would do about it and stated "if you don't like that, then we can can tear this contract and bring in the next people ready to sign, because its getting late." Now I don't know about you, but I expect a little customer service when I am purchasing a car from a dealership. A simple explanation of the fee, an apology for letting TWO salesmen confirm that there were no additional fees coming our way, and some time to discuss with my husband would have sufficed, but instead we were asked to leave the room like our business wasn't good enough and we weren't worth the time or effort. At the end of the day, I made a decision that my time and effort in looking for a new vehicle was worth more than making a point of walking out. I went back into the office and signed the paperwork, and Brett actually stayed with me until that was finished. He apologized for not mentioning the fee and so did the financial person. However, there was no apologies from the GENERAL MANAGER for his rudeness and lack of customer service. For that, I will make sure to make it a point to tell EVERYONE that I know and make sure they tell everyone they know NOT to go to Alexandria Volkswagen to get your car.

Purchased a beautiful blue 2015 Golf R; seems to be an extremely popular car right now and very hard to come by! We were "just looking" but it didn't take long to decide we were going to drive off in it that day! Staff was helpful, but not pushy. The closing process took a litle time, but it always does! The finance manager was EXCELLENT with her level of assistance and customer service. All around a positive experience and a dealership we will highly recommend.

What is supposed to be the most frustarting part of buying a car (the actual negotiating and purchase) was actually the easiest. 4 months after purchasing, I get a $700 bill for excessive wear and tear on my lease. After asking two sales agents about my turn in, they both assured me that my car looked great and nothing looked excessive. I asked if I needed an additional inspection (it was my first lease with VW) and they said no. What seemed like foreshadowing, when I called the dealer to address this, my calls went unanswered and my messages unreturned. 8 months after purchasing, the finance/tag and title department continues to frustrate me. After my original tags and registration were lost in the mail, it took Deborah well over 4 months to address the situation. Numerous phone calls went unanswered, emails unreturned, and then there was the blame for having told me things previously, where there was no written record. After 4 months of waiting, her solution was for me to go to the DMV myself. Ummm, I could have done that 4 months ago. Fast forward 7 months, and I get a ticket for not having an inspection sticker on my car, which should have come from the dealer since it was a new car. Put a phone call in and am still waiting to hear back on what the dealer will do to remediate the sticker and the $50 ticket. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone at this dealer. I will definitely not be returning in the future.

Coming To Wes Greenway's Alexandria VW is a pleasure! The Staff from the Front Desk of the Service Area to the Service Advisor to Exiting the Door after the Service is completed are Professional and Time Sensitive. Recently I had to return on a day that snow was predicted for a recall that was suppose to take 3 hours. My appointment was for 9:00 AM. When I arrived, the staff was ready to begin! The appointment was completed in less than 3 hours and that was wonderful because the snowfall began and I wanted to get back home before the road conditions became too hazardous. Since I became the owner of a Volkswagen this past July,2014 I have returned to VW for a regular scheduled appointment and twice for 2 different recalls. Each time, the experience has been positive. I appreciate the Wireless Internet because as a Professional, I am able to complete work rather than simply sit and wait with nothing to do. However, if I did have free time, the fact there is a Shuttle to take customers to a nearby shopping area is also an added bonus. No one really wants to sit and wait for a vehicle anytime. However, if it has to be done, the staff of Alexandria Volkswagen makes sure it is time well spent.

Me and my wife cam today looking for a new vehicle. I got approached by Chuck who was a sales person. He have no knowledge of the cars that they have in the dealership. I had to go internet myself and show him what I saw and what I was looking for. Finally we were able to find the car. The car was not in the lot and he had to go to warehouse, he first decided to work out a deal, even before he will bring the car. Since I drove the car before it wasn't a problem for me. He went to talk to the Sales Manager, he came back about after 10 minutes with ridiculous numbers. When I asked him about the sales price of the car, he just told me if you don't like it just go away. I asked to speak to a Sales Manager and was introduced to Mr. Marcello Grimaldi, when I attempted to explain the problem I was treated the same horrible way. You don't like it just leave we will not sell you the car. I've been to many dealerships and change many different cars, but have never seen service so horrible.They don't stand by their words, and just trying to put you in the car. The specials they have online are not existent. I would never go to this dealership and definitely not recommending it to my friends.I hope that someone will read this review and will contact me regarding this situation.Dr. Max Kramer

Loved the car, hated the dealer staff. The salesman I initially spoke with was friendly enough, but completely clueless about the car and mostly wanted to share his canned sales lines. The manager, who I of course was required to meet, was a disaster. He immediately asked me what other cars I was looking at, asked me why I would ever consider something else, and tried as hard as he could to bully me into buying a car from him. He called me "stupid" and told me I "didn't know what I was talking about." I felt like I was talking to the cops, it was atrocious.My wife and I have since purchased two Volkswagens from another local dealership and couldn't be happier with the cars.

I haven't felt this disrespected at a car dealer since the 80's. I went in to discuss buying out my lease. It was made very clear they saw no value in me as a customer and had no interest in me purchasing the car at the end of the lease. Very bad experience I would not wish on anyone. I think they see they can make more money getting the car (in excellent condition with mileage below the lease terms) back. Too bad, since I have several young adult children who will be buying cars over the next few years, but we won't be returning here to do so. I did have on oil change at the same time and Tracy in the Service Department was very nice. But I was never able to get the phone answered on several attempts so I took my chances and just showed up without an appointment.

I bought a new 2013 VW Eos Lux from Bernie today. I have to say that I am impressed with the straight dealing and friendly approach I experienced with Bernie. We were able to come to an agreement via SMS messaging at a really good price, and when I went to pick up the car later in the afternoon, he had it prepped and ready to go and the deal paperwork teed-up.When I found a small error in the paperwork, he immediately confirmed it with the GM, revised the paperwork and we closed. No hassle, no finagle, no games.I went to this dealership because it was recommended to me as a straight dealing operation with a solid service center. The recommendation was dead on, and I would perpetuate the recommendation to anyone in the market for a VW. Ask for Bernie- he will do you right.

I bought a used car from them. The salesman assured me that this car and been through a rigorous inspection and was in mint condition. I drive it home with no real problems. The very next day it would not start. I call them up and they tell me to bring it in and they will take a look at it. Well i live three hours from the dealership so that wasn't possible, and the car wouldn't start to make it there anyway. After wasting a full day trying to figure out the problem and walking several miles to get jumper cables i find out i need a new battery. I tell the dealership this and they say fax the receipts over and we will write you a check today. Well one week and three phone calls later i am told that the check got put onto the outgoing mail pile(Still haven't received check). Three days after the battery dies the door handle on the driver door stops working. i call them and tell them they say there is nothing we can do, we only work on volkswagen. They also tell me that they only do the minimum state inspection on used cars and not the rigorous one i was expecting and told it had. They were not helpful or even appeared to care with any of my problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I had a wonderful experience with Carlos (salesman) and Ene (financing) this past weekend replacing my Jetta. They were able to apply all kinds of incentives and I actually walked away with a new diesel Jetta for less than the same model two years older. I felt really taken care of and they gave me a fair trade for my 2003 which was on the brink of death. I came in with a pre-approved load from my bank, but they were actually able to save me an addition 1.1% with their rate and that process was super easy as well. Thanks guys! I went to Alexandria VW to buy my first car. This was a whole new experience for me, and I just moved to Virginia from out West, so I was quite nervous. I narrowed my choice down to a used Saturn Ion - it was finally a car that had fairly little mileage on it but was still in my price range. My salesman, Carlos Ayala let me take it for a couple of test drives, and really set me at ease. I had previously gone to another dealership where the salesman started to get quite pushy, but Carlos was not that way. I'm much more likely to buy something when I don't feel like I'm being forced/pushed into it, and part of the reason why I did end up buying the car was because Carlos was very patient and willing to work with me. The asking price for the car was already pretty good, but still towards the high end of my price range. When I asked if there was any way for them to bring it further down, Carlos was not only able to do so, but they also gave me a warranty (a short one, but a warranty nonetheless) and filled the car up with a full tank of gas rather than just the usual half tank for used cars. What really gave me peace of mind was them giving me a 24 hour grace period to take the car, and if I decided I didn't like it, I could return it with no questions asked. Before that I'd still felt good about the car, but wasn't yet 100% sure I'd go through with it. Their willingness to give me that time to take the car and Carlos working to get something like that for me was a big influence on my final decision to buy it. Yong helped out with all the paperwork, and he was great too. He was very patient and explained things very clearly to me. Overall, I felt very comfortable with both Carlos and Yong. They were very helpful, patient, and kind. I'm much more likely to buy a product (especially a huge investment like a car) when I'm dealing with people like that. It was a great experience!

Normally, I wouldn't take the time to review an automobile dealer, as I am extremely critical of contemporary automotive manufacturing techniques with their planned obsolescence typically biased heavily toward short-term manufacturer profit over long-term customer satisfaction. But in the case of Wes Greenway's Alexandria Volkswagen I feel compelled to make note of what sets them far apart from an all-too-common model.As a lifelong car/motorcycle enthusiast, I have encountered all manner and quality of vehicle manufacturing, dealers and 3rd-party suppliers over the past 33 years. Several have made occasionally good impressions with respect to one quality or another, be it sales/customer care, product value, serviceability or product integrity, but NONE in that span has stood out in EVERY SINGLE respect...none that is until I experienced the entirety of Alexandria VW.Having begun a relationship with this dealer over the modest requirement of a handful of OEM parts, my immediate respect and admiration for Fred M. (not to mention his erstwhile partner, Roberto G.) there, caused me to risk a foray into the Service Dept. (for work which I would normally do myself). My experience in Service was no less remarkable than in Parts. From underwriters Tracy M. and Bob M., to Service Techs Joey W. and Adam F., I was initially, then perpetually treated to the most personable, yet thoroughly experienced service department members I've ever met. Dealer options were offered and fully explained but there was no overdone pressure to buy things I wasn't interested in. The car was ready when promised in spotless condition with a full tank. I brought my VW Passat to this dealership to have my sunroof repaired, which seemed to open and close during driving even if I had set it to "close". The sunroof had been an issue for a while, but I swung into action only after the Washington DC area hurricane had resulted in water entering my car through my defective sun roof. My main agent was Paul. After a few hours of reviewing the car, Paul described the problem, saying that in addition to the sunroof issue, the TCM would have to be replaced ($1,900), the front chairs removed for drying the carpets, etc. etc., all told, the bill amounted to about $2,800. After expressing concern about the high price and discussing my options, the bill came down to about $2,500 after he cut back on some of the labour costs. After going home to think about it and consult with individuals highly experienced with the mechanics of VW cars, I decided to have my car towed away from the dealership, and brought it to another repair shop. They said that the TCM could be dried (i.e. it did not need to be replaced, unlike the VW's assessment), and after all was said and done, I had both the TCM issue and the sunroof taken care of for $219! My car drives wonderfully ever since. Asymmetric information between the seller of a service (in this case the dealership) and the buyer of a service (in this case me) is quite notoriously an issue which can lead to a service to the detriment of the buyer. I was just amazed how much in this case I was being unnecessarily overcharged, to the tune of more than 10 times what I really needed to pay to have the mechanical problem resolved.

I mean, Pavil and his Manager Andy were so polite and attentive. Service was fantastic. No pressure to buy and Pavel answered all of my many questions. It was my first time buying at a car dealership and I would definitely go back here when I need another car.

This was by far the best experience I have had in buying a new car. The sales people were accommodating and friendly, and were not pushy in any way. Pavel and Marcello helped me in finding the car I wanted at a price that was good for me. Don't worry about hidden charges or sneaky add-ons, they do not do that here. Ene in the financing department went over everything with me, and made the process extremely easy. I am so happy with my new car and a large part of that was the dealership experience. I would recommend Alexandria Volkswagen!

My husband & I started looking for a Tiguan in June. Even though it was near the end of the month Andrew didn't pressure us. He did warn us that if we waited until July (which we ended up having to do) that some of the Volkswagen money may not be the same, & that the price he gave us may not be available. We traded our beloved Accord & got a beautiful new Tiguan that we love. Ene, who did our paperwork, went through the paperwork very quickly for us, & Andrew even programmed our home address into our Navigation. We've already recommended two of our friends to him.

Came to install new light... Got a dream car. Fourth car in last 5 year, and the BEST experience at car dealership. Friendly, not aggressive, gave me the price I asked for my trade in and EXPLAINED what I was signing... Recommend to everyone who needs a new or used car, or just want to meet really nice people.

I have two volkswagons, a Jetta and a beetle and unfortunately the only dealer in Alexandria is Alexandria Volkswagon. Service is unaffordable. Every time I have taken a car there I have been handed a list of things that "need to be done" and an estimate that is never less than a thousand dollars. I have to specify that I only want the thing that is broken fixed and even then the cost is far higher than the same repair would be on a domestic car. Sadly I have concluded that unless a dealership with an honest service department opens in Alexandria I just cant afford to own a volkswagon. Bill

This was an internet sale. Andrew was very helpful and considerate pre-sale. He was one of the best internet sales persons that I have encountered. At closing, Chuck essentially did his job with a routine review of the documents. He also offered to show me all the amenities of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the car was delivered with an inoperable rear window defroster, and without a full tank of fuel. Though a relatively minor item, I've never taken delivery of a vehicle without a full tank of fuel.Once home, I was later contacted regarding the arrival of my tags. When I attempted to return the call I encountered what I believe was a receptionist that was completely disinterested in helping me. With that, I asked for Andrew and was transferred. Andrew informed me that as it was after 6:00 p.m., I had just encountered "the B team". A few days later I was again contacted by someone at the dealership to be informed that there were problems/mistakes made with regard to my tags. The mistakes were later taken care of.The major issue encountered was that of a mistake in information provided to me by Andrew. In one of my earliest emails I asked a specific question regarding the length of the factory and VW certified warranties. I was informed that the factory warranty was 50k. Further in the process, and based upon all information provided, we negotiated a price. At the time I was looking at two other vehicles at competing dealerships. I based my purchase decision upon multiple aspects such as price, mileage, warranty available, etc.At closing, Chuck reviewed a document that described the warranty. I recall that he mentioned a care free maintenance plan. I asked some questions regarding its applicability to my vehicle. I do not recall, or I missed completely the fact that the warranty then in front of me provided 36K in coverage vs 50k.Later, while filing away all the documents, I decided to review them. That is when I caught the discrepancy in coverage. I emailed Andrew immediately to bring the issue to his attention. Andrew got back to me the following day. Andrew stated that he did, in fact, make a mistake. This was commendable, however, he also informed me that because the documents were provided to me at closing, there was nothing to be done. Bottom line, I missed it, my bad, live with it. This scenario was also brought to the attention of the dealership Chief of Operations via copies of emails. In my final communication to Andrew I stated that I expected the dealership to come up with a creative solution with regard to the discrepancy between what was offered [50K]and what was delivered [36K]. I shared my belief that the 50K had been presented to me as a material fact, and that the subsequent negotiated price was in part derived from that fact. I additionally noted that the warranty offered and the price agreed upon led to my choosing to make the purchase, vs the two other cars under consideration. I am completely aware that people make honest mistakes, and I am confident that is exactly what happened with Andrew, an honest mistake. I believe that what is truly important is what happens next. That's when personal and/or professional integrity either steps in, or not. After a couple of days, and my post on this site, I was contacted by the dealership Chief of Operations [Wesley Greenway]. I shared that I expected a creative solution to the warranty discrepancy. After a few additional emails I was offered a monetary solution. With more than enough time spent on this matter, I accepted the offer and agreed to update this post to note the final outcome.In the end, the dealership upheld their integrity with regard to the warranty issue. Andrew owned his error and offered an apology regarding same. Considering the number of errors/issues that I encountered at this dealership, an accompanying apology from Mr. Greenway would have been a nice touch.

I came to the dealership only planning on browsing used cars. Pavel Mitryaev greeted me and answered all my questions. The following weekend I came back to the dealership to look at the new model Jettas and asked to see Pavel. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and guided me into a car that met my criteria. I'd request him again in the future when the times comes to make a new purchase.

I purchased my CC in Jan. of this year. My salesman was very sweet & knew I had been going through a ruff patch with my old CC. It hadn't had some of the maintenance done, & had started having issues. The manager, Andrew, managed to find another CC Lux.. I put him through heck because the day before I was supposed to pick up I had a change of heart about the color of the car. I don't know how, but he managed to find the right car AGAIN! They still greet me with a smile whenever I come in.

I had a good experience leasing a new car from Alexandria VW. After web inquiries with all dealers within the metro DC area via the internet, Alexandria VW offered the best prices for the specific car I wanted. The salesman was friendly and patient to explain all the different options and financing available. He worked with me without pressuring me into something I just didn't need, or pull out some last minute gimmick or hidden fees. As a result, the sales process was smooth and remarkably uneventful, got the lowest price possible for the exact car I wanted, and so, had a pleasant overall experience.

went to get my car appraised. looking to sell 6 yr old used jetta. i take the car in and wait while the used sales mgr inspects the car and takes for a spin. he comes back saying car's been in accideent according to carfax. also notices hail damage on car. offers me $2g. that's pretty low but it is what it is. the pleasant part was as i was getting up to leave, another salesman that overheard the conversation tels me a story of how his daughter's car was damaged by hail, and if under comprehensive coverage, insurance should pay out for repair.i get on phone with the gecko and they said go get it fixed - all i have to pay is deductible. i'll get her fixed now, then go trade in or sell for more than $2g.or, try to go to fairfax vw at nighttime and hopefully one of their chump managers will not notice and give me $5g for it.

Don't trade anything in and you will have good experience. I gave overall exp. 3 because their trade-in estimate of my car (the car that I purchased from them 6 months ago) was $3000 less than at CarMax. Service department is great though. Overall no horror stories and that is good enough for me.
