Absolute joke of a dealership. Drove 4 hours 1 way to buy a van that was described as everything worked PERFECTLY but had some prior paint repair. Apparently perfect means the a/c doesn’t work, the speakers are blown out and the van was wrecked MULTIPLE times and fixed incorrectly. Don’t waste your time with this dealership their vehicles are clean titles that have all been wrecked but they won’t tell you that. Stay away

Had a very pleasant experience buying my first ever used car. I went into the process skeptical but Aaron was very helpful, straightforward, and accommodating. I ended up driving off the lot with a 2009 BMW coupe and couldn't be happier with it!

Not impressed. Man on duty came out without a mask and proceeded to light up a cigarette. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to pull the car and bring it around. The car looked pretty good at first but upon further inspection it was pretty dirty. The engine light came on when we started the car.. Didn't buy. Only checked the one car, others might be great. Too far of a drive to try again.

I bought my first car here and it looked brand new and drives perfectly. The workers there are very nice and provide amazing customer service. I did had a minor issue which Chris took care of. It took them less than a week to get the issue taken care of. Amazing people. They want to make sure you drive off happy and satisfy with your purchase. Which they definitely did with me. I would recommend checking them out because they are definitely amazing dealer with great offers.

Found our vehicle online and made the 2 hour trip to see it. I was initially skeptical upon arriving at the dealership because of the crowded warehouse situation and somewhat unorganized office area. The vehicle seemed to be as represented, had a clean car fax report and was priced reasonably. After negotiating what we felt was a very good deal we made the decision to make the purchase, dealer was very accommodating with our stipulations of the purchase, DMV work was done by them promptly and tags arrived in two weeks. So far very happy. Nothing but good about these guys from us.

I originally wrote the report below. I am happy and very satisfied with the All in One group and their actions to resolve the Title dispute. Great Dealership and would request my original comments be removed. Great Experience! Not a Good experience by Steve Miller from Leesburg VA | December 8, 2015 Back on October 17th we purchased a 2007 PT Cruiser from you. I have not received the Title for the car yet and I have not received my plates and updated registration. We still have another week before the 2nd temporary plates and registration expire. After shopping around for a car for weeks I came across All in 1 in Chantilly, VA. I emailed them via Cars.com got a fast response. I could only check out the car on Sunday they opened the Dealership to accommodate my needs. The dealers were very nice and help and I felt no pressure. I ended up buying a car from them knock on wood still driving great with no issues. I would recommend this family dealer they take of your needs. Purchased 2010 Honda Civic

Back on October 17th we purchased a 2007 PT Cruiser from you. I have not received the Title for the car yet and I have not received my plates and updated registration. We still have another week before the 2nd temporary plates and registration expire. Buying experience was great. I bought a VW Jetta from them & was initially apprehensive because when I walked in -- the place was small and there is literally only space for one/two guys to work in there. But they were actually really friendly and not pushy about the sale. They let me test drive to my hearts desire and later were reasonable when negotiating. I didn't get the car at a total steal, but it was a fair price and they came in on Sunday to let me pick it up and had all my documents in place. It was a good experience overall. Only annoying thing is I only got 1 key & the replacement is $300 not even at a dealership so I should have gotten a discount for that really.

I purchased a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire from All in 1 Auto Group and I must say it was the best and easiest purchase ever and their customer service was 5/5 stars! When I initially test drove the vechicle the check engine light had come on; when I returned to the dealer they immediately tested and identified the problem. They then held the car for me while they waited for the neccessary part to come in so they can make the proper repair. They told me that regardless if I purchased the vechicle that they would still make the proper repairs in order to sell the vechicle (and of course at no added cost to me in the purchase price for the repair of the vechicle). So as they held the it for me and made the repairs, I came back in 3 days for another test drive... the vehicle drove like new with no problems. Now I did note one issue to the owner and that was the air conditioning was not blowing very cold... they said no problem, it probably just needs some added freon. They took it right back into their personal mechanical shop on-stie and filled it right up. The AC was blowing so cold at that point I needed to turn it down. Lastly, the Crossfire was not only driving like it was new... they completely detailed the vechicle inside and out and had just put a fresh wax job on it. They were friendly, courteous, and exceptional in their customer service. They seem to place a high value on their customers and ensuring their vehicles are in the best condition upon delivery. I cannot recommend them enough and only wish that new car dealers/major brand companies had this same level of exceptional and personable service for their customers! Awesome experience and outstanding job All in 1 Auto Group... keep it up, as customer service seems to be a lost art from these days and is a dying quality trait in the auto sales industry. But not with your company... I'll be referring anyone I can yoru way. Thanks again!

I went to the dealership to buy a used car after looking at it I told the salesman I would be back with my husband he said he would have the vehicle cleaned and inspected before I returned the next day I called to make sure they still had the vehicle they told me yes and it was inspected and cleaned, when I arrived neither had been done so another salesman said it would be taken care of by the next day when we returned.... I told him we would be there at a certain time and keep in mind three of the sales people had my cell phone number well after I drove 2 hours to get there with money in hand they inform me they sold the car, it wasn't so much that they sold it but I think a little common courtesy would have been nice, they could have called and told me so I didn't waste half my day!!!!!

After riding up and down 95 southbound and northbound looking for a second vehicle, I came across All in One Auto Group. I spoke with Zia on the phone and I told him that I was interested in a car that he had and I would like to see it. It was late on a Saturday and I am about an hour and a half away so I told him I would come the next day. He stated that they were closed but he would come in and to call when I was on my way. I called the next morning and when I arrived the car had been cleaned from a snow storm that we had days earlier and ready for test drive. After driving the vehicle I realized that I wanted the vehicle. Zia was very patient with the entire process and I want to thank him for great work ethic. After visiting many small dealerships, some people sell junk and expect you to pay top dollar but Zia and ALL in One is fair and I enjoyed the experience. Furthermore, the facilities were very clean as well. I already told family about them and I will certainly keep them in mind if I decide to purchase another vehicle. Thanks ZIA..

Drove in from another state and was not satisfied with service. I was the only customer and felt like an after thought. Was made to stand around while agents were answering phone calls and speaking in foreign language. After much of this I left. Oh yeah the car had a Total Loss in the CarFax that was not mentioned until I pressed the issue. Could've been better.

Recently visited this dealership to purchase a used car. I drove all the way from Balitmore. I had made an appointment to meet with Haroon. He provided me with all the details about the car. He was honest and upfront and made me feel at ease. There was no pressure carfax was provided and not to mention he got me a great deal! Would recommend worth the drive!

I also drove from another state to purchase a BMW. As most people, I had a defined budget and an expectation of good quality for my money. Haroon Gharzai exceeded both of my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a superior customer expierence and a quality automobile. I had reservations of going to a dealership that only deals in "used cars", but Haroon has changed my perception. He has earned my loyalty and buisness. Don't take unecessary chances, this dealership delivers!

Super customer service! The cars were all very clean.There was a large variety and more on the lot than what was showing on the internet. Haroon was honest and didn't feed us a lot of *. I have honestly never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle! I would reccommend All in One to everyone.

I drove a distance from out of state and the owner met with me on a Sunday. He took the extra steps to meet my needs. My only complaint was his processing fees. All though after adding the processing fees to the price of the vehicle I still paid substantially less for the vehicle than comparable vehicles listed on several sites.
