Very pleasant experience. My vehicle was taken in immediately. All of the Staff I cam in contact with were courteous and professional. The "lounge" area for customers to wait while their vehicle is being serviced is very nice. The seats are comfortable, fresh coffee and other refreshments available. Also kid friendly with a few toys for young parents waiting. Free wi fi with some chairs and a work counter for the lap top. Nice large screen TV. The service Representative informed me the service would take about an hour. When he left with my vehicle, he returned with the repairs completed and the paper work done in 50 minutes. It was a positive experience!! Well done!!

Truck was returned because of the reoccurrence of a repaired that was because of a brake sensor. The communication to the customer was poor. Service department does not return messages, does not initiate calls of progress if vehicle repairers last more than one day, no loaner offered for repairs lasting more than 2 days. Had to call manager to get a status. Use dealer closest to my home.

Had problem with transmission which was under Ford Lds warranty. After being in & out of their service 5 times over a 2 month period, shop at all star, service department finally admitted they couldn't fix the problem - sorry. Each time claiming the problem was fixed but all star verified the problem still existed each time. Service manager Al was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle or its problems as the service manager was actually never a mechanic. When the dealer sold the warranty, I was told the part would be replaced if it couldn't be fixed. All star ford refused to honor this policy.

Called for an appointment and was scheduled during the mechanics lunch break, attendant suggested I come back in an hour, which I did. Service went well but I discovered a misc. charge so called to inquire, was told it was probably a disposable fee but she wasn't sure?!? I was dismissed without an real answer. Called the number given for a survey and the person who answered didn't have a clue what survey I was talking. It wasn't the best service that I have received. There is Plenty room for improvement.

Made an appointment only to be pushed to the next day after not hearing back and having to call and check on the status of my vehicle. 2 days before I was leaving to go out of state on a project when I noticed a wobble when I hit my brakes at high speed. When I went to the dealership, I was interested in the Ford Escape, and I did take a test ride in it. My wife felt the Escape was a little too small for us, so she mentioned to our salesman that she had driven a Ford Edge before and enjoyed driving it. The salesman was very helpful and showed us some Ford Edge vehicles. We took a test drive in the Ford Edge and looked at several of them. the salesman was very patient and helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle. They did not have the color exterior and interior that I wanted, so he searched the Ford inventory and found one with the colors that I wanted. It was delivered to the dealership the next day and I drove it and liked it. I made the purchase and am very happy with my purchase and the service provided by the salesman and All Star Ford

I always drive pass two other FORD dealerships to get to ALL STAR FORD LINCOLN MERCURY in Prairieville, La., one of the other dealerships is less than 2 miles way from my home. I noticed a screw in my tire while getting ready to leave for a doctors appointment and took the chance to drive to AFLM to have them do the repair, as my luck would have it the tire went flat as I turned into the dealership. The friendly service department staff was very helpful, seeing that I made it to my doctors appointment on time. I have purchased four vehicles from them and has always been happy with the buying experience. I would definitely recommend ALLSTAR FORD LINCOLN MERCURY to anyone in the market shopping for a new or used vehicle.

The service was good they identified three problems that needed to be addressed. Air filter replaced rear brake pads replaced, however I notice that my tires were not rotated as explained in the works packet. My wiper fluid was top off with water. As much as I would like to trust this dealership I have serious concerns about their work ethics.

Great service. Appointment was for 8 am and car was ready for 2:30 pm... This allowed hubby n I do run errands without having to rush or worry. They are always very flexible and friendly when I call to have car serviced. The only issue is I could not capitalize on getting my free oil change due to being a valued customer. I was told it ws their store that sent the email allowing me to receive the email but instead the Denham Springs. LA. Allstar where my car was purchasex in February 2015. This location is quite far from my home thereby making it more convenient to get my car serviced in Prairieville, La. If u can allow this one time free oil change it would be most appreciative. Thx

Purchased a 2016 Ford F250 Lariat. Saw the truck on the lot, got price, told them the price I wanted, they got within $100 bucks. Told me they'd fix the bed rail caps and have a bed liner sprayed for pickup the next day. Everything happened within 45 minutes, so I put money down, and picked up my truck less than 24 hrs later. Pretty easy compared to other Ford dealers in Louisiana I delt with in the last few weeks.

I went in with 2 small children and my mother to test drive a car. I was well aware that i'd stacked my own deck against myself and I expected harsh reactions to cranky, demanding kids and a cranky, demanding mom. I was not looking forward to feeling overwhelmed and put on the spot as well as being stuck in a sales person's cubicle. Miraculously, none of these things happened. They were busy, but everyone was kind, helpful, understanding. Yes, my kids were well behaved, but the few times they got stir crazy no one was judgmental and several people, not just the guy (Barret Gommel) who was helping us, offered to help. The sale. I told Barret upfront that I wanted to test drive, not buy. He was very respectful of that. He quickly got the answers to my questions and I never felt the aggressive attitude we've all come to expect. I appreciate how the Allstar dealerships operate. It seems their representatives are knowledgable, respectful, and understanding. After seeing the available rebates and financing options, we bought the car. Things went smoothly and we were able to consider financing options. We purchased the Transit Connect Wagon and it's exceeded all of my expectations. TL;DR: fantastic car buying experience. Fantastic vehicle.

Three years ago I bought a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. The car and the dealership have been nothing but failures from day one. 25 days after I bought the car I was called and told I owed another $2,000 in taxes, when in turn I was actually owed $2,000 in taxes. After 120 days of having a temp tag and having to fight to get the registration complete I finally got a license. No one from the GM to the sales person to finance ever gave me an apology. It was down hill after that. The car depreciated in half from day one and has never gone up. I've have every electronic fail. Everything squeaks and rattles like the car is 50 years old. I had a water leak and the entire inside had to be ripped out and carpet had to be replaced. It's left me because of a wifi interference with my keyless entry. Gas milage is awful. I've complained numerous times to Lincoln and was basically told to bad. After almost three years of calling and complaining they waived one car payment. Now that my lease is almost over and I'm ready to trade it I call Lincoln to get information and they say I have to contact the dealership. I contact the dealer ship and first my sales guy never returned my call I had to call back and when I finally spoke to someone they were so rude and basically told me I have to contact Lincoln. But they did tell me I owed a $500 fee at turn in which wasn't in my contract. I called Lincoln and they said no basically pay your last note, get the car inspected and if everything is in place you can drop it off. I've never had such horrible customer service from a dealership. Never buy a car from All Star Ford Lincoln, you will be sorry you did.

I DROPPED THE VEHICLE OFF AND WHEN I HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN IT WAS TO PICK IT UP. ALL COMUNICATIONS AT THAT POINT TO THE INSURANCE WAS HANDLED BY THEM. IT WAS A RELIEF NOT TO HAVE TO HANDLE THE BATTLE WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

I purchased my Ford Explorer in 2004 from All Star Ford on Airline Hwy in Prairieville, LA and for the most part have enjoyed excellent car service. I have had only two bad experiences. In the first incident, the employee was dismiss soon after my grievance was voiced. In the second incident, Ms. Lacey stated the matter was out of her control. After speaking with another staff member, I ceased pursuit of the issue. I take my car in for oil change and five point inspection approximately three times a year. Replaced A/C unit twice; had transmission replaced one; purchased new tires at least three time; purchased battery at least twice. Always receive excellent service. Employees have always been professional

I brought my new truck back because the tailgate latch would not release. The part needed to be ordered. Two days later the service rep called me back to ask me what part did I need ordered!!! Later she called back to tell it would be about a week to receive the part. One week later I had not heard anything, so I called. She then told me that the back-ordered part was not due to begin shipping until the next day!!! It is now six days later and I am still waiting!!!

I had a little over $1,000.00 worth of scheduled maintenance done to my 2012 F-150. The day after the work was done I received a 15% discount in the mail from Ford for the front and rear breaks and the tune up I had done. What a bummer. Is there anyway to get a refund on this?

Cindy in the service dept, was excellent. I brought my fleet vehicle, a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid in for a part recall. She promptly set up an appointment which was convenient for me. Also, I had just upgraded my cell phone, and it was no longer sync'd with the Bluetooth device. Cindy took great steps to take care of this. Now, everything is fine. Cindy was courteous and helpful and provided great service. I will request her as a service advisor when coming in for future service visits.

After talking to Allstar about the vehical I was intrested in, everytihing was stream lined for the customer to have miniumal wait. No waiting at all VIP is the way to go. Oh and about price, belive me when I say. Not another dealer could can come close to the price! Allstar will sell you a vehical for cheaper than anywhere else in town!!!!

The total time I was there, my service technician kept me informed on everything they were doing and what needed to be done. I spent 3 and one half hours at All Star to have an oil change and tire rotation. They did not bother to wash my car during this time nor do the additional work that they recommended. My car just sat there until I told them I had been there long enough. I wanted to go home. They gave it back to me and charged me for The Works sans car wash. I was totally unhappy. I will have to take it back to have the rest of the work done.

I have logged into it several times, with temperory pass words & etc.Everytime I have tried to use it from my vehicle, it tells me that it isn't correct!!!The sales person even tied with no success to log me into the service. I initially needed the service team to look at my truck due to the screeching sound it made upon starting. I gave a brief description using the animation of my hand turning the key as wellto the rep Mike. I explained that my check engine light had recently come on also. When we received the vehicle back everything appeared ok after spending over $800 in service repairs. Within a day of leaving the service department our truck would not start properly. I went back to the service department to find that the service guy Mike never had the repair man to check the starter. He started telling me how this was never explained to him. Although, the issue had been written in the initial paperwork that the truck makes a sound when starting. He starts to smerk with a smile as he tells me that it will cost me more money to fix the initial problem. Adrian the manager was great in taking some responsibility for the mishap. They kept my car for another 2 days to add a starter with us paying an additional $150. The truck still does not run as smooth as it did but one thing is for sure. We will never use their service department again.

Our experience with dealership was very poor. They broke a piece on car while it was being repaired and wanted us to pay for it. They finally agreed to repair it for original quote. But when I went back the service advisor was not happy we were there. Was very rude about having to help us again. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. It's truly sad because we have always owned a ford.

My roommate Jessica Rosen works there and definitely made the buying process much simpler when I traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler for a 2011 Infiniti G37. The management there consists of very nice and talented people who all took time to talk with me in my time there. Their collision center is also very efficient in recognizing the need for repair and was very helpful in diagnosis of several problems with the Infiniti. I definitely recommend this specific location in Prairieville, Louisiana, to anyone looking to buy or trade in a vehicle. Very professional and no high pressure sales. Jerome and his team including the sales managers were enjoyable to work with. Fair prices without the haggle customers often have to endure. A Dodge dealer down the road was the exact opposite experience and the Allstar Ford staff truly made the difference between me buying the Ford F-150 (which is what I purchased) and a Dodge 1500. I negotiated a price over the phone and i drove to the dealership from Mississippi. When I arrived, they offered me a hot cup of coffee, they had the car ready for me, and they honored their price quote. All the staff were super polite and we were treated like the Royal Family even though we were buying a 2008 used car. Hats off to AllStar Ford for changing my perception of used car salespeople...they really are good people! The only hiccup I had was with communication with the State of Mississippi but the AllStar folks followed through to make sure all the paperwork was complete. I definitely recommend visiting AllStar before purchasing your next vehicle.

MKC. The managers were extremely friendly. I absolutely loved my sales rep, Jessica. She was excited for me. I felt like she went well out of her way to explain all of the details of the car. I was also very impressed that another salesman told me that he knows everything there is to know about Lincoln so I am welcome to come back in a week or so to learn more after I've had a chance to play with it for awhile. I knew that he really loved his job and cared about people being able to enjoy their new car because he was offering a service that he wasn't getting paid for. Jessica also offered for me to come back as well.

The service is always quick and on point. The service team goes beyond what ever the work older is for. I sent the explorer on for an oil change and tire rotation. I the received a call that the wiper blades were worn and that they recommend replacing. Everything else checked out great on the multi point inspection and they topped all fluids and checked all light and switches for propped operations. I was very pleased that they went through the whole car since we are leaving on a 600 mile one way trip tomorrow.I will recommend this dealer ship to anyone with any needs!

I Brought in an F-250 Crew cab ... The shop did a Test & found out my evaporater core was bad ( ready some Ford Blogs I found out this is somewhat of an on going Problem ) ... I then call Ford Voice my complaint they then give me a case number ...... I call All Star Ford in Prarriville La. Leave a Message for the Service Manager Who's name is Alvin ...... I Called 6 times His Private Line ......3 Times I leave Messages with my Speciffc information ..... Not ONe CALL BACK !!!! That is Unexceptable Customer Service ..... I Bought a New F-250 in 2000 was Very Happy, I Bought another F-250 in 2002 & was Very Happy But in 2004 I Bought a 2004 F-250 which about Broke me with injecter Problem & Oil Cooler problems ....... So I Stay away from Fords for a while, then I Buy a 2012 F-250 King Ranch & Then My Air Conditioner Evaporater Goes out after about 65,000 Miles ...... If Someone Does Not Hrlp me with this Issue I WILL Never recommend a Ford to Anyone Nor Will I Ever Buy another !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Dorsey in your service department was very helpful in every way, in this day and time every minute counts escpecially when you hold down and 40 hour a week job and a family. Mr. Dorsey allowed me to email him my recall letter and information so that he could order the parts, and as soon as the parts came in he notified my by email and my husband brought the car right over and it was ready in less time than we were told. They do what is necessary to maintain or repair my cars and truck in order to keep me rolling. Mr Seal is very professional and personable. If he leaves Allstar Ford's service department for another dealership, that is where my service will be done. Mike and Casey, along with the other service writers, have proven them selves dependable, and accurate in relaying my mechanical problems to the service techs. Also regarding Mike, I had a question about the transmission operating temperature of my truck some months back. He called me back saying he had an answer for me from some dude in Michigan or wherever it was that he called, in order to give me solid feedback. My vehicle was delivered with only one electronic key and the other dealer in Denham Springs, from where the car came from lost one of the keys. My sales person was great, she did everything possible to help me handle the situation. They finally found out that a new key from Ford was defective and was replaced with a working electronic key. While my vehicle was in the shop, I was provided with a rental car to travel to and from work. They telephone me when the job was done to return the rental vehicle and pick up my Ford C-Max.

Marcy Grant met us outside and greeted us warmly. She asked what we were looking for in an Expedition. When she had an idea of what we wanted she told us they did not have the color we wanted on the lot but could have it in a few days. She then showed us a white one to give us a look at the interior. We told her we did not like the white one at all and she showed us a black one. Once we had looked at all of the features we loved it. So we bought it instead of waiting for a grey one. Marcy was very kind and helpful. She made our whole experience pleasurable. She did not pressure us nor did anyone at All Star. We will be returning there in the future for our vehicles.

We purchased our last Ford from All Star in 2004 and were very happy with the experience. No high pressure and no endless sales babbling. This is why we returned recently when we were in the market for a new car. our salesmen (both) were very knowledgable and helpful. They listened well and when they talked it was to sell the features of the car and to help us find the right car for us, not just to sell us a car to help them. We actually had an offer from another dealer via truecar.com, but All Star was our first choice for the previous listed reasons. Since your offer was within our target range we chose you even though the other dealer may have been slightly cheaper.

Mr. Gene Stuart was our salesman. He was great! He never pressured us to do anything and he was extremely helpful. He even stayed 1 1/2 past closing to make sure was were taken care of.Mr. Stuart spent close to an hour teaching me all of the features before I left All Star with the Truck. I have bought many vehicles and he was the first to take the time to actually talk to us and show us all of the features on the truck. I hope this truck lasts forever, but I will definitley come back to All Star and deal with Mr. Stuart if I want to buy another vehicle.

The young lady that I checked my car with, I must say, was very upbeat and ready to help me. She stayed on top of service. I received a call telling me the problem they found and an estimate of how long it would take to take care of the problem. I later got a call before the estimate time and she indicated my car was ready for pickup. I bet all dealerships wished they had her on their team. This lady is on top of her game and shows customers respect, courteous, great business savy and building a dynamite reputation for herself and the dealearship she works for.

I flew to the dealer location and drove 860 mi. back home to get the truck and the deal I wanted. The salespersons met me at the airport, and at the dealership, the other salesmen and the sales manager came over to meet me. The whole buying experience was made even more enjoyable by the enthusiasm of the staff and their efforts to please me and make me comfortable. My loan officer was impressed by the deal they gave me and will probably direct some of the bank's clients to this dealership. I recommend anyone take a serious look at this dealer for their next vehicle.

I went to buy my first car back in December and I actually walked out buying 2 cars. One for me and one for my wife. I asked if either was wrecked or used as a rental. I was told that both cars were never wrecked or used as rental cars. When we got home I found a rental agreement from the previous owner in glove box. The previous owner was a rental company. I have had other numerous problems with the dealership. I would never ever ever recommend anyone go there. I will never return to them. I will bring my business to Chevy or whoever else but i will never give my money to any all star company. All star ford in Prairieville screw up ally business with ever all star dealer.

I live two miles from Robinson Brothers, and went their first walked the lot for 30 minutes nobody came out to greet me. I walked in asked for a salesperson and they didn't even pay me any attention! I drove to allstar ford in prarieville and Parnell came out to say hello he didn't bombard me and gave me my space! Then the manager Moose came out on the lot to say hello and brought me some water, blew me away. Deal was great the staff was very friendly and I felt at home! The other sales manager came out to congratulate me on my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I love Allstar Ford in Prarieville!!!!

I received excellent customer service from Jerome Jones. I was referred to him by a family friend. I was in the process of rebuilding my credit and working out of state in Texas on a turnaround. Mr. Jones found a lender and met me in Lake Charles so I could give him the downpayment check and sign the papers. When I returned home to get my vehicle it was detailed and waiting for me in my yard! terrible, unprofessional, confused, General Manager-no people skills, waited over 3 hours for an oil change on F250 super duty. Wont go back. Quoted one price, charged MORE. Made appointment for 11am and oops, 8 other vehicles booked same time...waited more than 3 hours. GM looked at me like I had two heads when I told him that I had people waiting at the airport terminal to be picked up. No professionalism from GM, just saying that "not our fault"...........hmmmmmm, what part of YES IT IS don't he understand.

What a wonderful place to do business, the service manager walked outside himself and helped me with by diesel truck. They fixed me up, David Dore has the customers best interest at heart. While they worked on my truck, one of the sales managers said hello and asked could show me any of the new products while I waited to get my truck serviced. Ben went outside and showed me the new products and then had Parnell take me for a ride. Parnell knew everything about trucks, I now have Ben the sales manager, and Parnell the salemen business cards and when its time, they have my business Thanks again to everyone, I am 70 years old and never been treated so good in a dealership before. I recently brought my 2004 Mustang GT to the service center at All Star Ford in Prairieville, La, and Im very excited to finally find someone I can trust to work on my vehicle. My past experiences with someone else working on my vehicles have not been pleasant. About a year ago, I had brought my vehicle in for service at another dealership, and as usual, the problem wasn't fixed and snowballed into additional problems that didn't exist when I brought the car in. After several attempts to resolve the issues with this dealership, I decided to look somewhere else. Upon a recommendation, I gave the All Star Ford group in Prairieville, Louisiana a try. They were very professional and tentative to my needs and concerns. They were able to diagnose the problem and do the repairs the same day. Most important, the repairs were done right the first time. Mr. David Dore and his staff were outstanding in resolving this issue. They actually found a shop towel left in the rear end!!! Since this initial repair, I have used them several times and have received the same consistent quality customer service and repairs. They have taken care of the warranty work and the rental vehicle when needed and have removed as much anxiety from me as possible. I even had them replace my tires. They did a fantastic job with this also and even beat the price from the Goodyear dealer Ive been using since 1991!! I recently brought my Mustang in due to a leak that turned out to be a cracked intake. As usual, they provided outstanding service at a great price and had my vehicle ready when promised. Mr. David Dore and the staff at All Star Ford in Prairieville, Louisiana has earned my trust and loyalty!
