Justin did everything he could to work with me on my payments. I still ended up having to pay about $110 more a month but with 0% interest, I guess that kind of makes up for that. At least all my money is going to the principle. Over all, everyone I met was very nice and professional.

The one issue that came up was that the replacement of the air bag would take all day instead of just an hour liked promised. the rep was very kind and helpful I just needed the vehicle sooner, everyone in the Customer service dept. were very nice and helpful.

I had experienced a very traumatic event last year and Allen Samuels stepped in and helped me with a loner vehicle . A top of the range luxury Chrysler 300. They did it because they cared.I cannot thank them enough for their generosity in going beyond customer service and caring about me as a person in need. Without this generosity I would have been without a car and life would have been very difficult. But they stepped in and helped me through this very difficult time.So of course I was more than pleased to purchase a car from them and again they went that extra mile to find me the right vehicle at the right price,I would definitely recommend this company. Just drove up there to put to rest my niggling desire for a new RAM. However, after finding a salesman that knew how to listen to what this gal wanted, John Callison and the whole gang up there including the service department.....they had the exact truck I wanted at pretty darn close to price I wanted to pay and even had running boards added and I was in and out in an afternoon. No fuss, no strain, no running back and forth. Just old fashioned good service. Wish I had discovered them 5 RAMS ago!!! Hope he is running a training program up there for their new guys.....

I was pleased with the service and lack of high sales pressure. John Callison was great in explaining options. I also checked with Kelly Blue Book on the price and found that the average mileage and the price were right in line with what was considered a fair price, so I felt confident that I wasn't being "gouged". I actually did not intend to by a car on my visit, but John found a good car that was in my price range. Thanks guys!!!!My prior car had been totaled and I needed something soon. I found out that I had gap insurance to cover the balance that was left on the car. When we were doing the paperwork, Jesse Nuncio asked me "so....did you want to get the gap insurance...?" I said "well...YEAH!!!" A great team here.

At the dealership was met by sales consultant John Callison; he greeted us and ask a few basic questions; showed us the type of trucks we were looking for; test drove trucks; helped us with answers to our questions. He handled the deal from start to finish, up to the time we went to sign the final paper work (no running back and forth to some unseen person). James is new and didn't know all of the answers off the top of his head; but showed that he cared to get it right and found the answers I needed. I recently went to Allen Samuels in Aransas Pass because I had heard good things. When I arrived I was greeted by Lacy Simpson. She was all smiles, very friendly, and probably the most honest/up front person I have ever met that worked in the sales department of a dealership. She did not give me the run around or try to get me into a vehicle that I did not want. She worked with me as far as what I was able to afford, what was best for my family and I, and made sure I did not get the raw end of the deal when it came down to getting financed. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for any and all needs and wants I have for my vehicle. I highly recommend Allen Samuels in Aransas Pass, Texas for any and all vehicle needs. We had taken our 2014 Ram in for service work, while waiting we stepped out on the lot to look at the new ones. John was already out on the lot greeted us with a cheery good morning and a smile. Gave us all the time we need to take ourselves into the truck we wanted. Then he made the rest of the deal just as easy to get through. One of the things I liked the most was, John tooked the time to do a walk around with me, to show me how everything worked on my truck and took the time to make sure I understood how to use all my goodies.

My wife and I were helped by Lacy. She took the time to explain our situation. She made clear what and what couldn't be done. She didn't make any false promises and she worked hard to work with what we gave her. Our situation was far from perfect and after being denied by several dealerships, Lacy found a way to get us into a vehicle without a high interest rate and at a low cost. We never felt pressured and felt like we were in control of what we wanted to do. And it's not just Lacy but the whole team at Allen Samuels treats you in a friendly yet professional manner. Bill Denton seemed like a cool guy and showed an interest in our best interest, very informative too. And Jesus Nuncio, when we finalized the paper work effectively explained the ins and outs of the agreement we were entering. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience. I can say that Allen Samuels just made a life long customer.

John Callison is very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything from standard equipped to extra packages, worked with me every step of the way. The upper management on down even through in the U-Connect free knowing the safety issue of "Hands Free" for using your Cell Phone. It didn't stop there, the dealership from selling to servicing my jeep, put me first, worked with me and kept their word, (actually John had to wait on me before installing the front tow bar assembly as my tow bar was snowed in at a storage locker in NM), and I need to apologize for not doing this sooner, but I can honestly say that I have dealt with two other dealerships within the last 5 yrs and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you want a trust worthy, honest, knowledgeable, and a dealership that puts you and safety first, go see Allen Samuels and see John, David or Jesse or if you just want good service done, that is there too. The sales consultants were very professional, polite, and were always thinking about what we wanted.There were no surprises; what they said on the phone was exactly what they delivered. Both John & Frank went into detail on explaining everything we needed to know about the vehicle. John was encouraging us to call him if we have any questions or problems with the vehicle. Web searched new cars, 8pm Wednesday night. John texted me an invitation 7:30am Thursday morning for 4pm appointment. Left car lot in my new car 7pm Thursday evening. I started with three dealerships looking for the vehicle I wanted. John was straight forward with not only the choice I started with but also the one I ended up with. He helped me make a decision I will be happy with. After the purchase, I was shown around the sales, service, and business offices so I would know where to go if I needed anything. I came in for an oil change and state inspection, I was a little earie posting such high stars until I was just about to leave. The reason I'm giving this service department so many stars is because of the little curly hair receptionist/cashier. When my advisor was rushing me to leave, and didn't explain my oil change sheet, she did. I was so confused about what to do next with my inspection and thankfully she took the time to help me. It's amazing what a smile and manners can do for a customer. I will be coming back just because there is still somebody in this day in age still understands the sense of good customer service and didn't treat me just like another dollar in her pocket!!

Arthur was very professional as a sales person and his goal was to please us in finding a vehicle we wanted to purchase. Fortunately the dealership happened to have a Chevy truck-second hand that we were interested in. He did his best to give us all the info we needed to make a decision. Who the previous owner was etc. In our purchase he spent an hour showing us how to operate all functions of the truck, called the insurance co. for me n made sure we were pleased with the price of car and the percentage rate we were charged along with making sure we were comfortable while waiting on paperwork. The only thing the dealership did not provide was the running boards which the dealership purchase price was way to high. We refused the charge. Also percentage rate to high. My credit rating took care of that!!!! Arthur is a wonderful Christian man in whom I will send others to hopefully in purchasing a vehicle.

These guys were great. I worked with John over the phone to make a deal. He made it worth driving 6 hours round trip and I even got a more options for less money. All my local dealers tried pull the normal tricks. Bring you in with a great price and rob you on the trade in, hidden fees in the backside, loans where they get kickbacks from the banks. When I got there and finalized the numbers they turned out to be right where we discussed. No surprises. John gave me a fair price on the trade in and maxed out the Dodge rebates. He didnt try to push me to get loans where they get kickbacks. I looked at 6 other dealers but John was up front with his numbers. While his upfront numbers didnt look as good as some of the other dealers when it was time to sign the other dealers hidden tricks came out showing how bad they were. John helped me understand what the tricks are and what to watch out for, and he was right.The worse part about buying a car is the fear of being ripped off. Not knowing what is really going on behind the curtain. John lets you see whats happening and after you research youll find he is really focused on repeat customers, not how much he make off of you in one deal. I hope he is round next time I need a new car.

This whole experience just started with a scheduled oil change on my Jeep. I soon left with my Jeep but only after trading in an old Chevy for a new RAM. No pressure was exerted at any point! I just inquired about a year-end model with John and he answered every question I had regarding the vehicle and on getting a good deal. His knowledge of the vehicle was beyond comprehension and he had the ability to work with me to a fixed price that I felt was fair for both parties; all the time lacking any pressure. The GM is an old acquaintance and poked his head in on our discussions and gave me his nod that I was working with a dealership star. The Finance manager whom I've yet to meet was also very polite, expedited my request for extended warranties, and was never pushy on trying to sell me stuff I was not interested in. For a real pleasant experience in inquiring a new auto, no one can go wrong by visiting this dealership and it's staff! They really want satisfied customers that will feel comfortable, refer others, and come back! It all felt like the old days when businesses earned the respect of the community and it's customers.

Wonderful experience, our salesperson - John Callison was very friendly and professional. The man knew about Jeep and all of the functions. It was the most in-depth training about the functions of a vehicle I have ever went through. In fact, I not only got my son a new Jeep, but went ahead and traded in my truck for a Jeep Wrangler as well. The entire process takes a bit longer than I like, but all and all they are all very helpful and work really hard to fit your budget. After getting there and finding out my credit score was not where I thought it was, they were still able to put me into x2 New Jeeps.Great Job!

My first trip to this dealership for an oil change and by the time the day was over I was driving home in what would become our new SUV. Everything was very easy once we made our decision. Needed a new car for my family and needed to be in a certain payment. Lacey took all of my financial needs as well as the needs my family had into consideration and helped me get into the perfect car. She is hands down the most knowledgeable sales person at the dealership. She is friendly and really cared about satisfying my needs when it came to this purchase. I took my truck in for a check engine light. Over a week later still hadn't heard anything and went by in person. My truck had been sitting in the back, with body damage, for 3 days and nobody bothered to call me. One of the service guys had backed it in another truck on the lot. Several weeks later and two trips to the body shop there is still fish eyes in the clear coat. This is a fairly new 3500 longhorn that, until now, hadn't had body damage. The girl said they hadn't painted that part but I'm not stupid... You can't paint half a fender and not shoot a clear coat over the entire part. That's not even the end of it, when I left the dealership the check engine light was STILL ON and I turned back around. At this point the girl has a really bad attitude. It was like we were the ones inconveniencing them. They turned the check engine light off. According to them it was "loss of power... battery... because it sat so long." Such BS! The truck had been going back and forth to the body shop. After all this, I get back home and when I went out again the check engine light was back on!!! Obviously they didn't even do a diagnostic check. They just reset it so I'd leave. They were never apologetic. They did give me a loaner but when I said I didn't want to accept my truck due to sub par body work, all the sudden "someone was interested in buying it and I couldn't take it." (Which I had been using for over 3 weeks.) Bottom line, they wanted my truck gone and me out of there. Their attitude made that very clear. I'm a single mom and work full time. It's a huge inconvenience having to take the truck back to the shop again. It won't be going back to Allen Samules though. Hopefully Lithia has better customer service.

Buying my 2015 Grand Cherokee was so easy at this dealership. I didn't even have to walk the lot looking at their inventory! I just told John Callison what I was looking for in one and he found the perfect one on his computer inventory. After I purchase it, he spent about 2 hours going over all the various components included in the Limited's package. First time I ever purchased a vehicle that a salesman explained everything to me. AWESOME job, John!

I had a certain look and feel I wanted and they never gave up the search.After driving the Dodge Durango Citadel, it just fit me and the right word to describethe ride is Ahhh....What a dream! So after searching for the color and all the bells and whistle I wanted, We almost settled for another color..But John Callison wanted us to have just what wewanted so he got Detroit busy making it and a month later I'm driving my dream. Mr. Holderfield went above and beyond to help me pick the vehicle I really wanted. I knew I wanted a jeep, but didn't know which model. To accomodate our schedule, Mr. Holderfield came in on his day off to show us and let us test drive some jeeps. He was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles he showed us. Once I decided what model I wanted, Mr. Holderfield went out of his way to find me the color I really wanted with all the amenities I was looking for. Mr. Holderfield also introduced us to the service team because through out the sales process we were expressing how we thought the service is just as important as the sale. Once we purchased the Jeep, Mr. Holderfield called us to ensure we were enjoying our jeep. To us, that shows we were more than just a sale to Mr. Holderfield, it shows he really cared and that it was important to him that we were happy.We are very happy with the Jeep.

I called Allen Samuels looking for a specific vehicle. I spoke with David Holderfield. They did not have what I was wanting on the lot. I told David when they get one call me. Just a few days later David call and said he had two to choose from. I stopped that afternoon and met with David. David was very friendly, professional and also very knowledgable and answered all my question. He even quoted me a price for my trade in sight unseen. Which to me meant he trusted me that I was truthful. That meant a lot to me. We made our deal. David and his team got thru the paperwork and got me the best interest rate in a timely manner. David was a great sales representative. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. He was a very friendly person to work with, and spent many hours working with me to ensure I was going to be happy with my purchase etc...and has always been available for any questions I might have. This is the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. It was a very low key, non pressured atmosphere Everyone was very friendly, and accommodating. I think the world of Mr. Denton, he went out of his way to help me, and Esteban worked hard too. The whole crew was great there at Allen Samuels Aransas Pass, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car, truck, or jeep. The drive is not that far from Corpus Christi, and they are willing to deal with you there at Allen Samuels AP whereas not so much at the Jeep dealership in Corpus Christi. I give them an A+ all the way around !

Complete waste of time. A thoroughly awful experience. On arrival I was asked what I wanted. I told them exactly what truck and what payment I would do, and if they can't do it then I wasn't interested. I was assured they could. They made offers way above what I wanted, but also said they can match what I want. I repeatedly asked for an accurate payment and my requests were repeatedly ignored. Nearly 5 hours later I walked out under a cloud of F-bombs. Miraculously they texted me an offer to meet what I'd asked for.... Too late. If they could've done that 4 hours earlier like I told them.... I will never go back and I'm looking for other websites to review them on. Go to Benny Boyd or Bluebonnet for a better deal. Additional. Added 7/14. I went to Benny Boyd in Gonzales, TX. Great price, great truck, great salesman (thanks Kevin) and I was in and out of there in 1 hour!!Allen Samuels sent a response to my review asking me to take it down and they were very sorry and with a veiled threat, telling me to make sure my comments are "chosen wisely"...well boo hoo! I'm sorry too, sorry I ever went to your dealership.

Everything leading up to this date has also been a terrible experience with this dealership my 2009 Mini Cooper has been in this service center about a dozen times. I've had a clutch assembly replaced. A replacement engine has also been placed in a car I purchased at the end of January. They gave me back the car with a ticking engine. And told me they knew it was ticking they wanted to me put some normal driving miles on it to see how it reacted. After fixing the replacement engine , my check engine light came one now apparently my thermostat housing system is bad. So most recently this service center checked the code for the check engine light. Service told me I just needed a new thermostat. I was told LATER that it need a compete new housing system for the thermostat. I brought my car in at 8 am , two days after they said they would have my part. When I dropped off my car I was told it wouldn't be ready until last Friday evening maybe even Saturday morning. I insisted I need my car back Friday and that fixing a thermostat shouldn't take all day but I would have to pick it up at close of business. Around 5 I had not heard from anyone so I called. I was told the that my car still had Not been touched and no one would get to it til Tuesday morning at the earliest. I requested to talk to the service manager. Apparently they don't have one right now so I was directed to a busy GM. Once I finally got the GM on the phone he assured met vehicle would be done Saturday morning. Saturday after noon I called again to check on it to be told again it wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday. Absolutely absurd. Not toe mention the ticking engine they gave me back the time before this. Or the faulty cooling system which caused my engine to blow before that. I was in the service center three days in a row because of an oil light that was on. I was told nothing was wrong and sent on my way. My engine blew with my young son in the car. I have NO faith in this service center Although I have been told Steve dicks no longer works there he too was part of the problem. The only diamonds in that dealership are Danica Lindsey and another lady who I can't recall her name she anwsrs phones from time to time as a backup receptionist. Those ladies are wonderful and professional. My entire experience has been a bad one from the second day I had my vehicle and the clutch was no good. I was sold an unsafe vehicle and even after being in this service center on multiple occasion it has never been up to par for a safe car. Thank you Allen Samuels for reminding me con artist exist. Reminding me that some people are only out for themselves. We are not friends Allen Samuels and we never will be. And if I have it my way none of my friends or their friends will be your friends.

I was able to go in and get the deal that I wanted without any problems. Walked in told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and we were able to work out a deal that was what I had requested. The salesman (John Callison) was very friendly and not what you would consider a "pushy" salesman. I would recommend giving him a visit if you are looking for a new vehicle.

This dealership provided me both up front pricing and effetive methods to get me into the specific vehicle I picked a month ago at another dealership. After the experience I had at a location in San Antonio, I was certain I didn't want to speak to a dealership ever again. Allen Samuels stomped on others toes at the other dealership to make sure I wasn't short changed. They by far are the most honest folks I have had the pleasure of doing business with. My first sales person was with Pat who introduced the new Dart and explained its unique features and provided literature on the Dart. The next day Leo filled in for Pat and gave me completed detailed explanation on the vehicle, it was professional and personal and fun experience. Leo took me around the dealership and introduced me to the service and parts department and the individuals of the departments. He told of new plans the dealership had for the customer. Leo then showed me where to pull in for service on the vehicle and the procedure to follow. Once I committed to buy David the sales manager handled the paper with my credit union and my car was ready at the appointed time. Leo once again took time to review details on operation of the vehicle to my wife and paired her phone to the vehicle.We drove away with confidence that we had a fun time buying a new.

I was contacted by Darla about trading my current car with them. I went in looking at the Dodge Dart. She gave me many options to choose from I didn't feel pressured to buy that day. Darla made sure that what I walked out of the dealership was what I WANTED. I honestly wasn't sure if I WAS going to leave the lot with a car that day. However Darla was Friendly,Honest,kind and VERY understanding. She made sure that My choice was in My best interest which I haven't seen in a Car Sales person in a LONG time. The was no runaround for the pricing EVERYTHING was strait forward. She knew my MAZDA was financed through my current bank and she stuck with that. I even got an AMAZING interest rate in doing that. Jesse the finance manager was FANTASTIC he had everything drawn out simple and ready to sign. He also was a pleasure to deal with ,again I felt no pressure to add anything extra the contract was drawn out and ready to sign. I LOVE the Dart that I bought, and Everyone that the co-signer and I dealt with made us both feel that they wanted us to get what we wanted that day not just trying to make a sale. It was a pretty fast process to a few hours from when we walked in to when I drove off the lot. This is an AMAZING local dealer ship. Other dealers don't compare with how easy and honest Allen Samuels was to work with. It took 3 weeks with 3 other dealers to haggle on trade in and price, but in 1 hour we closed the deal with no games or shady tactics. Highly recommended going here!!

I was in the market for a new truck and lacy Simpson was the best sales person I've worked with in my last 3vehicle deals. She is very informative and knows about the vehicles she sales and is very good at explaining all the functions on them. After reading the sales letter received September 9, 2014 from Alan Stevenson, I had to make a reservation to see for myself the value of the offer. Andrea Martinez, a new employee, met me as I arrived and introduced me to their products. I was interested in the Dodge Journey and was shown several in the price range I could afford. Once I chose the color I liked, we met in the office to discuss my trade and other details. While Jonathan was working the details of my credit and financing, Andrea gave Dottie and I a tour of the new Dealership. We found the facility beyond impressive. By then, Jesse was ready and made the closing simple. I must say that Dottie was unsure about the offer in the letter, but was quite pleased that we took the time to investigate. We both would recommend Allen Samuels to be trust worthy, honest, and friendly.

Jack Bueltel and Lacy Simpson are the absolute best. They're both so kind and friendly, they made the car buying experience quick and easy, even staying late to make sure the paperwork was done. I went into the dealership thinking I wasn't going to get a car, but I was wrong. I drove out of the dealership in a 2014 Dodge Dart, granite in color. Beautiful car. I saw it and feel in love with it, I just had to have it. Financing was real simple, thanks to Jonathon the sales manager. I would recommend Allen Samuels to anyone looking to purchase a car. The process is made simple and the staff is real helpful. Lacy help me find the Dodge Dart that I bought. It is an economical car but yet sharp looking. My hubby and I came to to do an oil change on his dodge truck, I went wandering around looking at cars. Found a few I liked and Lacy asked if I would like to test drive a few. Fell in love with the dodge journey .. I love how friendly, helpful, knowledgeable .. And most of all how non pushy Lacy is !!! Lacy was amazing it took her about two weeks but she found a bank willing to give me a second chance. I love the car she provided and it's in my price range with low monthly payments. Great people in all areas to deal with. Courteous, no pressure sales.Made us feel welcome and answered ALL our questions promptly and professionally and technically. Finance dept REALLY were professional and courteous. They knew their job well and went the extra step to get us a fair interest rate.. Paperwork was handled quickly and correctly. Positive attitudes from ALL staff. DIDN 'T get the usual car dealership run back and forth to this manager or this boss or that boss, to "try and get us a better deal". They made their "best" and "fair" offers the first time. I felt the like an appreciated customer instead of some "dummy" they were trying to "dup". Kudos to the Allen Samuels group.

Love my new 2013 Dodge Hemi 1/2 T Tradesman! Being a wan can be challenging buying any vehicle especially a truck. My salesman was knowledgeable but could have known more about the special and safety features Dodge offers. Computer settings can set for only the driver door to unlock. Bonus is faber locks all doors, tailgate and ram tool boxes simultaneously. These features are important to all buyers and should be in the talk track. Staff is friendly and eager to assist and answer all questions. Management is very interactive with customers and staff. No high horses attitude or job too small. Impressed.

We had already spent a very long 3 hours at another dealership, so I really didn't want to stop at Allen Samuel's, but my husband insisted. From the moment we walked in I knew that this was going to be different. Brook greeted us with a genuine smile and a friendly handshake. He was professional, and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease right away. There was no pressure to buy. The reason I say this is the other dealership had but an enormous amount of pressure on us to sign a deal TODAY!!. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We bought a truck that day and I can honestly say I will go back to Allen Samuel's in Aransas Pass to purchase my next vehicle.

Was a good experience.The selection at the Aransas Pass facility is limited,but I know it will be better once the new building is completed.I just hope that any service experience we made need in the future will be as good as explained,and promised! I know it is and old saying,but I strongly believe in, service after the sale,not just at purchase time!

Although we have bought a number of vehicles from Allen Samuel's other locations, this is just the second vehicle from their Aransas Pass store. Both the sales manager Mike Henry, and my sales consultant Lacy Simpson were stellar. They answered all of my questions directly and honestly and we closed the deal with a quality used car at a very fair price. These people are doing their best to re-write the reputation of the "used car salesmen" and the Allen Samuels Autogroup should be proud to have them in their organization.

I purchased a 2009 ram 1500 in may, the salesman failed to point out the front bumper which had been damaged, when I called him on it the next day he said "well you didn't say anything about it". Maybe, because I didn't see it. Then when I went to give them the money, they wanted more than was agreed opon. That was solved. Then after I went back to get the new tires put on, the left front weights flew off while driving. Went back an oil change bout 2 recalls that needed to be fixed and parts were ordered for them to be fixed they said my truck would be in the shop for 2 days ,i asked for a loaner car while the repairs were fixed they don't do thati got the cold shoulder. I wanted to buy my daughter a car. From the moment I walked into the dealership the whole process was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience and there was no hassle. We will definitely go back for our next vehicle!!!
