Went out Saturday November 12 in search of a new car. We had no idea what we wanted. We started at the Hyundai dealership first but we just looked around and Sheila (very friendly) offered us help and at the time we didn't want any. We were still looking to see what was available. After hours of looking at other cars and talking to other people we ended back where we started, at Allen Turner Hyundai. When we got back Sheila was helping another customer, so us being impatient we started talking to Frank Trammelen who was funny and made the whole car buying experience easy. After hours with Frank we ended the day with Shahid who was also very nice and easy to talk to. Overall we talked to a lot of friendly helpful employees here. I have never been treated so professionally or with such courtesy as I was at Allen Turner and with salesman Glen Fryou.. I have bought many cars in my day and this is the most rewarding car buying experience I have ever had...! Glen was honest, professional, reliable and did exactly what he said he would do. No hassles, no surprises, no "can't dos", Glen is just a solid, straight forward, no nonsense guy that you can do business with. I found our Kia online last night. At 9:30 this morning I was met at the dealership by Bradley Woodruff.After a test drive & a top to bottom once over along with a thorough Carfax review, we got down to the bottom line, PRICE (Paying Cash). price point was well below book, condition was better than expected & service immediately fixed my minor issues. I am home writing this review before 12:30, the car is tagged & cleaned for pick up. Ladies & Gentleman that is less than 2:30 hrs of my day at the dealership. I recommend a call to Bradley if you are looking for a smooth transaction. I can't give anything on the vehicle, but I felt respected by this dealership in this transaction.

Great Dealership buying experience. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The vehicle was clean, and ready when promised for delivery. The salesperson was the most knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with for our purchase. She explained all the extras the vehicle come with, set everything up the way we wanted it, and made our vehicle purchase the best we have ever had. The Finance Manager was the best as well. Worked to get us the best possible rate and term as well as explaining the lease versus purchase options.. He also explained the benefits of the optional products thoroughly. i did a survey when i was asked to, after purchasing a new car from Allen Turner Hyundai. i did not realized that what i said will offend the sales person which i thought was a very wonderful person. Everything that happened negotiation, pricing, etc was agreed by me, so nobody else is to blame but me. its just the realization afterwards and doing the calculations etc. overall this dealership is a good place to buy a car. i am sorry if i offended anyone. i hope my comment will not deter anyone from buying car from this dealership

After reviewing multiple midsize SUVs - I narrowed my new vehicle choice to the Santa Fe Sport. I chose Allen Turner for the purchase as I had been favorably impressed with a previous purchase there three years ago. The majority of this purchase experience was the test drive to help me decide "turbo" or "non turbo." My salesperson Frank exceeded my expectations in that not only did I have a very instructive test drive (which was unhurried and gave me plenty of time to check out the turbo responsiveness) - but Frank also pointed out multiple positive aspects of the Santa Fe Sport I had missed in my online reviews. Frank continued to do his best throughout the process to ensure I was happy with my purchase - which I am. I also was impressed with Shahid Manzoor - who assisted with the legal / business paperwork. He was efficient yet comprehensive with his explanations of the paperwork - but also very personable.

My previous loan on the vehicle I traded in has not been paid off yet. The loan company has not received the 10 day loan pay off or any pending information/transactions from Allen Turner Hyundai. The loan company still has me owning and needing to make my next payment. I do not want to make this payment since I traded in that vehicle with the idea of it paying of the loan. But I cannot afford not to make this payment and have my credit messed up.

I took my Genesis Coupe in for tires and decided to check out the new 2017 Hyundai inventory, as I'd been considering trading in my sports car for something more 'practical'. My friend, Troy Cox, is a sales consultant with the dealership so I caught up with him, explained what I was looking for, and he was quick to let me test drive a couple of models that I was most interested in. He was patient with me, and understanding about my reluctance to give up the sporty Genesis, which I loved. I ultimately purchased a 2017 Sonata Sport and I LOVE it! It has all the bells and whistles I want (and was accustomed to) and still very sporty :-) The Finance Manager, Shahid Manzoor, was also great during the financing process, and kept my best interest in mind as he navigated me through it. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've had! And by the way, this is my FOURTH Hyundai, and the third that I've bought from Allen Turner Hyundai! I seriously can't imagine driving another make of car or buying from anyone else!

We stopped in just to look after leaving another dealership in the same area. Very relaxed atmosphere, we found a 2016 Tucson we really liked and took it for a drive. No pressure sales and that's what we wanted - at our pace and not the dealerships. Everyone we dealt with was very very helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped on the property. After a few days, we did make our decision to purchase a 2017 Tucson - price was excellent and the trade in for my 10 year old suv really made the deal. I did give it a 'good' rating - because there were a couple of things that could have gone a little smoother on the day of purchase - but overall it is a great place to purchase a car.

The best part of this dealership is the salesmen are not like the regular "pushy" car salesmen that would would think of. The understand the average people are not gonna just walk in and buy a car after a simple test drive. They understand you will be shopping around, need time to talk finances with family, or just aren't sure that day. They give you the facts and let the product talk for itself. I knew pretty much what I wanted after reviewing the Hyundai website but had additional questions that I wanted answered. Glen Fryou was my sales consultant and he answered all my additional questions with straightforward answers. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend him to my best friend if they decide to purchase a new Hyundai. There were no old school car salesman games played which I detest like most other educated buyers today. He was to the point and gave me the figures right up front that I was looking for so the haggling part was eliminated which I also enjoyed. I will be getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership in the future. I only wish Hyundai had a truck line to choose from as well because with this kind of car care they would be successful in that market as well.

As I was pulling out of Kia having Sat there for 2 hours just for them to tell me they couldnt give me what I wanted, Frank Trommelen happened to call me, so I headed straight down to the Dealership, pulled in Frank met me outside I picked the one I wanted and the rest is history! Our car buying experience was so pleasant and fun, we are going back for a second car this week. Allyssa Welch is the BEST OF THE BEST...SUPERB! I spent a couple weeks going to all the dealerships up and down Highway 29. I did my research and was prepared to talk and not waste anybody's time. I met all the wiseguys, non caring, fast talking, rude, money grabbing, aggesssive people you can imagine and; then, I met Allyssa who was absolutely an Angel. She reached out to SERVE and treated me with a kind and caring attitude. I was so thankful to finally meet someone that listened and wanted to actually be fair as possible. She was a blessing and I knew we could reach an agreement the moment she began to speak. Wonderful experience and I recommend HER to everyone I know and meet. I felt like I got a great deal without being pressured. My salesman, Troy took the time to show me how to use all the wonderful features of my car! My second vehicle - returned because of great experience for over 4 years with service department. My salesman this time, Roger Spadaro showed me the vehicle in May and I told him I wasn't ready to purchase. He spent over an hour going over detail by detail of the vehicle. Well, until I returned in August he never once contacted me even though he had my contact information. No pressure, knowledgeable salesman. I came to this dealership because the service department across the street (Nissan) tried to take advantage of my being a female. This place doesn't do that. I was given an overview of the 2017 Santa Fe knowing I was not purchasing that specific date - this lasted over 1 hour. After this visit in May, he never bothered me with phone calls. When I returned in August, I gave him his card and thanked him for all of the information and told him I was ready to test drive. Our salesman Frank was absolutely the best. He was very knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable and gave us information we needed to start enjoying our new car. We do not remember the names of the gentleman that worked on financing or the gentleman that did final paperwork but they were very professional as well. This was our 3rd Hyundai we have bought, the second with Troy Cox. First I want to say that we got our daughter her first Elantra from Troy 2 yrs ago, we bought it because of the safety features primarily. About 2 weeks ago my daughter was involved in an accident, she was at a complete stop and a Large SUV hit her from behind going approx 45 mph, I am please to say that my daughter and the 2 children in the back seat of her car got out and walked away with NO INJURIES, but the car is totaled. We thank Allen Turner Hyundai and Troy Cox for getting her into this car!! Needless to say when we were out looking for her new car it was Troy Cox that we called on once again. So we once more had a pain free experience of buying just the right Elantra to replace her first one!! It has some wonderful upgrades and the perfect price for her budget!!!Thank you Troy Cox!!

Glen was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He kept in contact with me but didn't use high pressure "pushy" sales tactics to make the deal. He worked on my behalf with his sales team to get the price into a range that I was comfortable with. I really enjoyed the sales experience with Glen. Jason was also a great help. Friendly people. My salesman Brad Woodruff was knowledgeable about the inventory. He led me straight to the selection that I was interested in buying. Brad was thorough, but not over aggressive. He explained the process to me, including the certification process/warranty included with the purchase of a certified vehicle from a Hyundai authorized dealer. This explanation played the key factor in my selection over another Sonata that I was considering buying from another dealer. Shahid expedited the finance process and was able to get me a better loan percentage (saving me 1.34%) than I had arranged through my credit union. This will save me approximately $540.00 over the term of the loan. The Allen Turner team was great to work with. Thank you!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I felt at no point that I needed to fight for a different price for my trade in or for my new car. I felt no pressure from the sales staff (Basel) and was not given a million sheets of paper that just try to confuse me. When signing the paper I did not feel rushed so that I could read each thing I was signing and Dominick explained each thing I was signing. I am very happy with my experience and have been telling friends what a no pressure and friendly atmosphere Allen Turner is. I have bought many cars and been to many different dealerships but I will only be going back to Allen turner from now on. I can't say enough about how friendly everyone at Allen Turner was. TL/DR: Buy your cars, new or used, from Allen Turner Hyundai.Overall: My wife and I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport in June of 2016. Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone we dealt with was warm and personal without compromising the respectful, professional experience we expect when spending thousands of dollars.Experience: The whole operation is honest, they won't even have to hit you with the classics: "I'm gonna work for YOU" and "We're the blah blah care blah blah best," you will feel the difference in atmosphere from Hello to Goodbye. Furthermore, the sales staff aren't commission based predators, eyeballing you greedily. They are well informed, do their best to make a sale (which is their job) but WILL take no for an answer--they never pushed information on us twice. Genuinely searching for the purchase that best suits you.Price: Great rebates from Hyundai. Above average markdowns from Allen Turner. They did not lift their markdown prices when Hyundai ran promotional rebates on the Tucson; they weren't trying to scrape any of those saving into their own pockets. This was my second trip to Allen Turner Hyundai. Both times resulted in the purchase of a new vehicle and the feeling that were treated very well and given a quality product at a very good price. We felt we were given what we wanted at the best price they could offer. We didn't feel the need to go shopping to make sure we were getting the best deal. I really appreciated being able to work directly with the sales manager (decision maker) on the price of out vehicle. I would also like to say that the vehicle warranty was a big selling point too.

The wife and I stopped by to look at the Santa Fe. Was wondering if it would pull my boat. Rob Godwin came out and asked if we had any questions? We asked about pulling power and then we talked about is being upside down with our other suv. We didn't think we could do anything right now, but Rob talked to us about leasing and it worked out great for us. I would definitely recommend Rob Godwin and Allen Turner Hyundai. Dominic Haymon was also very nice and explained everything to us as we finalized the deal.

I knew that I had come to see Brad Woodruff to buy a car - maybe. Not quite sure exactly what I wanted but after doing research online I had a fair idea of what I was looking for. Sure enough found the car - make and model - within five minutes. Drove the vehicle, had my trade appraised and we were done! The vehicle price was LESS than I wanted to spend - Brad made sure the vehicle was in perfect shape - needed a new battery which was done right then and there, and off I went with my car. Went in to see Dominick Haymon, did my title work and bought an extended warranty. Exactly what I wanted, spent less than I had budgeted and everything was handled professionally, and efficiently. I definitely am more pleased this time because I feel I bought the right car that more fits my needs. The 2017 Elantra is not as small as my first Elantra, and being the "Limited" it feels more comfortable. I hope to keep this one for a while.

I have purchased over 10 vehicles from local dealerships. This was by far the easiest experience yet. Glen Fryou is an excellent salesman and the new car manager Ben Smith was great to work with too. Glen answered all of my questions but did not pressure me. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The financing and paperwork portion was very easy and Shahid was great to work with. Six years ago, I bought a Hyundai from another dealer. When the car arrived at the dealership, Bob gave us a very thorough and detailed explanation on all of the features of our new Azera. Buying experience awesome. The salesman was not pushy for the most part and very friendly and easy to deal with. Communication lacked by salesman after sale when the truck was taken back in for minor maintenance issues that were wrote into the contract (Body issues not mechanical). Feeling my agitation with the issue Matt stepped up, guaranteed the correct items would be fixed and even had a courtesy car available the morning of repairs as it was my second trip for the repairs. Dominick was fast with the paperwork once I got in his office but lacked the friendly outgoing personality the other guys shared. But he got the job done. I don't get intimidated easily and walk away if I feel like someone is trying. I searched for almost two years and walked away from several area car lots. These guys were easy to work with and did everything they could for the sale, and to keep me happy afters with the repairs issue. Even with the slight problem of communication I feel fine recommending others to use these guys.

I've purchased 4 Hyundai in my lifetime as I appreciate the value in the product. No one had to "sell" me on the product, just the new features. Roger was exceptional as he truly listened to my needs and was treated me like a family member. He was great with my daughter too as he went through the features of the new car. It's been my experience that the finance person will usually scare you into extra "stuff." John certainly presented the information and was NOT a hard sell. In addition, he really took his time and shopped around for the best financing for me. He was a pleasure to work with too. I pulled in to Allen Turner Hyundai early on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by Luke Webb, told him what I was looking for, told him what I wanted to pay, and he brought me to a 2017 Elantra. Took it for a short drive around the block, then went in the office to make a possible deal. It was only the first place I had been and I told Luke I wanted to check a few more places before making a decision. There was no pressure to buy right away and he was respectful of my wish to look around. After a busy morning and between several family obligations, I decided to lease from Luke Webb at Allen Turner Hyundai because of the excellent customer service and the lack of sales pressure. (I did enjoy the text Luke sent with a picture of the Elantra as a reminder a few hours after I left the dealership!)

I saw the car online Wednesday May 11 and purchased/picked up on Saturday May 14th. I was 250 miles away in another city when I saw the car online, so all I had was the dealer honesty concerning the vehicle. I contacted them via Cargurus during off hours and received a response the following morning. The car sales assigned to help me was Craig Anderson. He was very helpful in answering all questions I had, even gave me his cell so that Id be able to reach him. I had a question at 9pm at night, sent a text and he responded in minutes. He assured me to the point that I brought the car site unseen. Once I arrived, we inspected the car to confirm it was just as Craig described. Completing the paperwork was quick and painless. Who would have thought, I would have closed out a car loan on a vehicle that I did not inspect? Because of the communication with Craig I did. Thank you Craig for making my first car purchase in 15 years a smooth process.

We had an encounter with a scared stray kitten while driving down Davis hwy last Tues. The poor kitten trapped in lunch rush traffic, ran under my vehicle when we stopped to grab it up out of the busy street. Still scared but under the cover of my car in the middle of Davis Hwy, this little critter found protection by crawling up in the underbody of my car!! We pulled over in olive baptist church parking lot to try to rescued the kitten. We tried food, water and even the fire department could not rescue our stow-away! We finally called road side assistance, got towed to Allen Turner Hyundia who put the vehicle on a rack and began the delicate extraction process. The service team found the kitten on top of the heat shield for the differential. After securing the little cutie in a nice box, they gave my vehicle an oil change and sent us on our way!!! Thank you so much to the whole Allen Turner services team!

This was the first place we stopped and we meant to just look a little and leave to look with other dealers. We were greeted so nicely by Troy Cox we could not turn down his invitation to test drive the Santa Fe Sport. We went to the Used Car Allen Turner lot to look at a 2015 Sonata but ended up with a Certified Used 2016 Sonata instead. The entire experience lasted about two hours. Our salesman, Grant Heston was friendly without being pushy, knowledgeable and flexible. This is our third Sonata in 6 years, the other two being new Sonatas. From the time we got to the dealership on Wednesday, April 27th, we were welcomed by very friendly, smiling salespersons. The sales person we previously spoke to was busy so we were referred to another who took care of us in a very friendly manner asking us if we wanted something to drink before she took us out to the lot. We wanted an SUV so she showed us several and made us feel there was no hurry making up our minds. We found one we liked but it wasn't the correct color. She said that was no problem got on the computer and located one in Gulfport, MS. The estimated price was given to us that evening. The manager called Friday with the final price and if agreeable the car may be there Saturday but for sure By Monday. Our salesperson called Saturday morning to tell us the car would be there around 5pm. Since we had no plans and the final price was agreed on via phone and email we said we could be there around 5:30 to pick up the car. Since we were made to feel like family and they would do all that was possible to please us, we were relaxed during the drive.

We visited Allen Turner Hyundai and Rob after visiting a couple other dealerships and realizing that what we were looking for was going to be hard to find (a good reliable car with the lowest miles possible for only $6 grand out the door). Rob was beyond helpful as he showed us the few options that we had and talked to finance before showing us anything so we wouldn't be mislead. He was honest and not pushy at all for us to spend more or make a decision. They asked the rite questions to get me the vehicle i needed. I was a customer of toyota but after the bad experience with the paint fading of the car when it was only 4yrs old and toyota would not fix it. i have now switched to Hyundai. 2 of my kids own hyundai and now so do i. So far the vehicle is wonderful, drives well, and comfortable.

I went to Allen Turner Hyundai on 4/15/2016. My car recently broke down, so I was car-less and on a serious budget. Brad Woodruff greeted me and my fiance once we pulled into the dealership and immediately brought us into his office to talk about what I was looking for. I told him my budget and what I was interested in. He showed me a 2011 Ford Escape that I instantly fell in love with. The team at this dealership went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. Put into a sticky situation with no money to put down Basel Muraisi and the finance manager whose name I unfortunately did not get both worked within our budget to secure the exact vehicle that fit our needs and cosmetic wants. If I had to buy another car again this is a dealership I would trust to get the process right with on the first try. Me and my wife had visited the dealership one month prior to our purchase and was very pleased with our first visit, we were not actually ready to buy but really just wanted to look at the different models and gets some education on our next purchase. The sales representative Troy Cox was very informative and explained the difference in the models very well. We were mostly impressed that never did he pressure us to make an immediate decision. A week later we meet the used car general manager Chris at a local restaurant and he invited us to come back in and see him and Troy. A couple weeks later we did and had a great experience from start to finish. Troy was great in helping us narrow down the features we wanted and helped us eliminate the ones we didn't have to have. During the test drive, Troy explained a lot of the features of the vehicle which made it easy for us to finally decide on the model that was right for us. Chris, the manager, came over and assisted with our trade in and felt the offer on our trade in was fair. Overall, the expierence was great. Several of my family members have purchased vehicle from Allen Turner Hyundai and all have had great experience with this dealership. We will highly recommend them to our friends and family. I learned the hard way that the right dealership really can get you into the car YOU want at the PRICE you want. After buying several cars from one of the other dealers in town I realized that I was paying way too much for a vehicle and not always getting what I wanted. Sometimes I had to "settle" to get a good price or compromise and not get the car I really wanted.That was not the case with Allen Turner Hyundai!!!Rob G. was our salesman and he was fantastic! I drove 4 different cars in 4 different colors and he never once made me feel that I was taking too much time or being too "picky". He was very accommodating and knowledgable about all the cars and their incentives.We went over the trade in value of my current car. We discussed the price of the car I wanted and where we wanted to be as far as the payments we could afford. HE DELIVERED BIG TIME!!! My husband and I were very pleased with our experience. The week before we bought this car, I had not considered your brand or a new car. My business partners daughter wrecked her car and totaled it. She started looking around and liked the SUV model at a Daphne, AL dealership. Being a good business woman she called around to get other prices. This was the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked onto the lot and met Bob I felt I was not dealing with a pushy salesman. He was very relaxed and that allowed me to relax and not fret about this purchase I was about to make. Bob showed me a few vehicles of my choice, drove one Sante Fe Sport, and fell in love with it. Going from a 2004 convertible mustang to a SUV was big step for me. Bob was informative, instructive, courteous and patient. Once we returned to the lot, I was offered refreshments and a made to feel welcomed into the dealership business office area. Jason then walked over and introduced himself and offered me something to drink. This is the second car that I've leased from Allen Turner, the first salesman was Rob who today is the sales manager. I've stayed in contact with Rob over the last 3yrs and he was fully aware of what vehicle I was looking to purchase this time. Generally, when buying a car, you end up having a salesman that is forceful and all about the money. After dealing with Delmar and Shahid, I can honestly say, I have never felt so calm during buying a vehicle. Delmar and Shahid made the experience so relaxing and honest. His immune system, being severely depressed, limited interaction with salespeople. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience, but the employees at Allen Turner Hyundai do everything in their power to alleviate that stress. Allen has a gem in Frank Trommelen. Frank is the most patient salesman. We knew that we wanted to look at the Elantra. He made sure we got to look at and drive both the 2016 and 2017 models. We drove a total of four cars before a making a decision. Frank explained all the differences between the two models and had both priced for us so we could make an informed decision. Delmar was nice, honest and respectful and helped up make a decision on buying our car, not from being pushy, but from being real. We visited other dealerships in the area and I cannot believe how unprofessional some used car salespeople can be. Delmar was a factor in making us feel comfortable in purchasing our most expensive car to date.

My experience at Turner Hyundai was not a good one overall.I was treated well by the sales staff while purchasing, but was charged for an extended warranty I repeatedly refused by the hard-sell finance manager. When this was brought to the attention of the dealership, they called and asked me to come into a meeting with the business manager, salesman, and finance manager to straighten the issue out.When I got to the dealership my salesman ushered me into the finance guy's office and left. The guy was arrogant, unapologetic, and treated me like he was granting me a favor despite the fact he had slipped the extended warranty into my agreement behind my back. He said it was a misunderstanding; yet my father was beside me the entire time and was a witness to me declining all of the extended warranty offers. He even acted like I was ungrateful after he had reduced the rate for the warranty I declined but was charged for.While I was promised by the salesman over the phone the entire amount would be refunded, it was pro-rated for the miles I had driven. (less than a month's time for me to get my payment sheet and figure out there was an extra amount). No meeting was held at all.While I am sure this sort of thing does not happen to everyone going to Turner Hyundai, you need to ask yourself if it is worth the chance it will. I feel like a fool having trusted them with my car purchase and will not consider ever dealing with them again. While I had almost no contact with the service department, I will be going to a dealership in another city to have service as any trust I had in Allen Turner Hyundai is gone.

I have owned previously 2 Hyundai Sonata a 2010 and a 2011 both preowned automobiles. Also I have brought my cars to your service department for various reasons. I found that the service department was top notch. When my wife and I came in on February the first we were amazed at the attention to detail of your sales staff. They never pressured us nor hurried us to get a sale. The Sonata sells it self and your whole staff is credit to your company. Our experience is that we got to Allen Turner at roughly 4:30 pm on a monday an around 7:30 was driving a 2016 Sonata home. I would say that's a great experience worthy of being shared with others.

Hello Mr. Turner,You may not remember me, but some years back, while Shahid was showing me an Elantra to be used as a commuter vehicle. You approached us and spent 25 or so minutes talking with me. That impressed me considerably; you were the first dealership owner to speak to me in all the years I have been buying vehicles. I live in Gulf Shores, but I was working in Louisiana at the time. It was a 390 mile round trip every week. My Elantra was a gas miser; I was getting constant 37-42 mpg. Loved my car and the efforts of Shahid on my behalf.A couple years later I was in service to get the oil changed. I believe Rob Gowin was the salesman who approached me in the service lounge and asked if I was the one with a 2012 Elantra. He explained he could get me in a new Elantra not too much more than I was currently paying. I was skeptical, but I figured I would call his buff. Shahid had moved to finance at this time so I went and asked him about what Rob had said. He said he could get the numbers pretty close and suggested I go look for a new car I liked. He also suggested I look at the Santa Fe. I went and picked a nice looking Elantra Limited. Well, the numbers worked out fine and I brought my second car from your dealership.Last Friday at around 2pm I called my friend Shahid and asked him about any used Santa Fes', and asked if we could get a deal completed before 7pm. He told me to come on over. When we arrived, my wife and I, Luke Webb met us and explained Shahid had asked him to meet us. We ended up purchasing a new 7 passenger Santa Fe, which was the third vehicle we have purchased from your dealership.Every experience we have had purchasing vehicles has been outstanding. I had a wonderful time looking at good used cars at Allen Turner Hyundai. I found online that they had a good used 07 Ford Fusion. Now I am not a huge ford fan, however I had to give this a try. If it passed my expectations, I would get it. I went up there after a few other dealerships and met Delmar Dice. A very nice and knowledgable salesmen. He told me the truth up front on what I will be expecting because most of the used cars were out of my wants/needs. I was looking for a vehicle under 10,000 with less than 80,000 miles on it. (I know..no way right?) Well, I told Delmar about a 07 Ford Fusion that was on the lot. It had not been on the lot long..12 days in fact. He saw that it was there and we went to find it. Once we found it, I took a look around it and inside it....this car was well taken care of. It had 52,000 miles on it and was under my budget by 3,000 dollars. I took it for a test drive and it just felt right. So I brought it back and thought to myself..maybe there are other cars like this at other places. So I decided to wait another hour to look at other vehicles at other dealerships. None of which had anything close to comparison. So I went back and found Delmar and decided to go ahead and get the car. Thankfully I did because not 5 min after I walked in, a lady came in to try and buy the exact same car. She was not too happy about me buying it up first. lol. With a few price negotiations, I walked out with an amazing deal. The sales staff and finances people were very up front, honest, and friendly. Very well done all around. I am thankful to have a reliable car. I also want to thank Delmar Dice for doing such a great job and having a great attitude that showed he wasn't there just to sell you any car. He wants you to have what you are looking for. Great Job!

I had planned to visit another dealership/brand on my day out car shopping. I wasn't intending to buy just wanting to look at the cars I liked. I decided to stop at Allen Turner Hyundai first as it was on my way and the Santa Fe was a car I was interested in seeing. As I got out of my car I was greeted by Bob Fite. Bob was very pleasant to deal with without being pushy. He asked me what I was looking for and did not try to push more on me. He showed me a car that had everything I wanted. I was afraid to see the sticker price but was pleasantly surprised when I did. I had expected a much higher price.. Seeing that price is what made me really consider buying that day. Also, how I was treated by Bob and the other employees, Jason and Dominick, made me want to do business with Allen Turner. It's hard being a woman buying a car on your own. It was nice to be treated with respect and not be talked down to. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I was given the impression the rebates were higher than they actually were. Also, I bought the extended warranty packages and once I got home I felt the paperwork wasn't very clear on what I actually got. The description at the dealer was good but the papers I got didn't have what I was shown in the office.

I just got my 2013 Hyundai elantra limited and I absolutely LOVE it. With the budget I had in mind I wouldn't have been able to get the car I wanted but they worked with me and gave me the best deal they could. And I looked other places, Sandy Sansing, and they wouldn't work with me at all! My salesman Bobby Hooper was AMAZING! He listened to me an made sure that I was going to leave there with the car I wanted and was going to be happy with it. He was patient and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I was referred to Allen Turner Hyundai by my kids who purchased a vehicle recently. From the moment I reached out to Troy Cox the Wow began. I've experienced the bar set "low" regarding customer service so often that I wasn't expecting much. NOT at this dealership. If you want to be reminded what excellent customer service is, visit Allen Turner Hyundai. Mr. Cox went above and beyond to ensure I had every comfort with the vehicles I was considering. He was patient, informative, very familiar with his product and courteous at every turn. The showroom is clean, the service lounge included coffee, water, soft drinks, donuts, breakfast bars. The ladies restroom was clean and polished. The general manager did his best to work a deal for me. Here's one more thing, Mr. Cox gathered as much information as he could prior to my coming to the dealership; which means less time wasted at closing the deal - paperwork included. If you haven't checked them out, you're missing out! Whether or not you buy the vehicle, is your decision. But the customer service is refreshing in this day and age. I can easily see why they were winners in 2015! If you're not being treated special when purchasing a car - go to Allen Turner Hyundai. You won't believe the WOW.

Went to the dealership to check out a 2015 Nissan Frontier I found online. Not knowing where to pre-owned lot was located I inquired at the new car location. Luis Vilar took us to see the vehicle and was very helpful. To make a long story short a decision was made to purchase the Nissan and trade a 2006 Hyundai Azera Limited as part of the deal. Everyone we dealt with during negotiations was very professional.Salesman Luis Vilar went above and beyond our previous experiences with automobile shopping. He immediately made us feel very important early into our visit. This made our choice of car dealerships extremely easy. We give him five stars out of five rating. I came to Allen Turner Hyundai to buy a vehicle as many of my co-workers ranted and raved about the exceptional customer service the experienced. I met and reached out to Basel to let him know I was coming in after work to look at a few Sonata's. Basel quickly greeted me, offered me a refreshment, and directed me to the waiting area as I wanted to work with him directly because he was currently working with a client. After a short wait time Basel knew he was going to take longer then expected so he introduced me to Rob whom I sat down to work some numbers as I didn't want to look at any vehicles until he and I knew where I stood. Unfortunately, due to circumstances that could not be prevented I was not able to buy a vehicle that evening. A few weeks later when I was in the good position to buy a new car I decided to come back to Allen Turner not only because of the great service but the fact that Basel personally handed me off to Rob to buy a car and giving Rob my business, now tell me another sales person or dealership who would do that. When I returned Basel and Rob showed me a few cars on the lot to get a picture of what features I was looking for. After showing me a car that I initially liked, he immediately sent my wife and I on a test drive. The financing department was also expedient - Shahid did not keep me waiting long at all to sign papers, was very courteous, and even went out of his way to see if the local credit union could beat or match the offer I had with the credit union I not only bank with but am employed with as well. I have always bought Honda's and Acura's and hesitant to buy a Hyundai based of previous reputations and my skewed perceptions, however, the next vehicle I buy will be a Hyundai bought from Allen Turner through Basel or Rob. Excellent experience and very professional sales and finance employees!

I felt welcome from the start. The staff were all very nice and helpful. My salesman Billy Shoultz stayed with us through every step of the process and took personal effort to make sure things went smoothly. No pushy fast talking salesmen here! Jason in finance did a great job as well! I had some maintenance issues that I wanted addressed and Johnathan and the whole team did a great job to address all of my concerns. The overall process was very positive, but there was some unnecessary delays that could happen at any dealership. I would definitely go back to Allen Turner Hyundai for my next vehicle purchase!

Roger and Matt were both very easy to work with and made the whole car buying experience enjoyable. The deal was worked quickly and Roger went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of every step in the process. he even volunteered to help us with a rental while we waited on our car to be delivered. He got the paperwork started so that when we came for the car we spent very little time in the dealership answering questions that could have been address prior to our showing up.Matt explained all the details of the financial papers we signed and he helped us secure a very favorable percent for our loan. Matt had the paper work done in a very short time and we spent less than 15 minutes putting a bow on the deal.These employees are part of the reason we came back to this dealership, when we were considering a new car.

Was messed over royally on my purchase...I was given 18,000 for my 2014 Chevy Equinox. In financing they had I OWE YOU 7500 to HMO vice to ME....They ended up charging me what they owed me...TALKING ABOUT SCREWING AN OLD LADY...MY GOD...To think I bought many cars from Ben Smith even at other dealerships. Luke Webb our salesperson was very nice and patient with us. Everyone we had any contact with was very nice and helpful at the used car lot. My wife and I decided we wanted to get a car with better gas mileage as we do a lot of running around.We have 3 other vehicles that average 19 mpg. I was going up and down Car City of Pensacola. When I stopped at the used Hyundai lot I felt pressured and given words I'd want to hear, not feeling I was being spoken to truthfully. I was quick to leave.But I really wanted an Elantra, so my family and I returned to the dealership and met with Mr. Turner and David. It was a wonderful experience compared to the first. We spoke truthfully and openly about the pros and cons of buying new and used, and the end results with each choice. And when I said David spoke honestly, I mean it. To the point that my own family is seriously considering switching to Hyundai for their next car. We enjoyed Shahid's help, as well, helping me get to the monthly payment I was happy with. My husband for looking to by me a Hyundai and we checked the three dealerships close to us. the dealership in Ft Walton Beach took 2 weeks to return our call, the dealership in Panama City took 3-4 days and Troy Cox called us after the very first message my husband sent to him!When we got to Pensacola, Troy was just as helpful and knowledgeable in person as he was on the telephone! Bob Fite was an excellent salesman, very courteous and professional. I especially appreciated the way he took time to explain car features to me as well as my wife and daughter. The paperwork process for buying 2 cars was expected to be long, but was reasonable and Bob and the staff did a very good job keeping us updated.If I had one thing to recommend, it would be a little less "full court press" on the extended maintenance plans at the paperwork signing portion....for us, a simple "are you interested in hearing about our super maintenance and care warranties we offer that will increase your payments?" Would have sufficed and saved time at the end of a long day.Overall - can't say enough good things about Allen Turner Hyundai and their staff!

I have never liked dealing with Car Salesmen or Dealerships before. I always felt like I had to do what they wanted me to.... Not at Allen Turner... Allen Turner Hyundai is a very professional dealership. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. My sales person,Tiffany Mason, went above and beyond what most sales people have in the past. I know because I have purchased a lot of automobiles. She is still helping me even after the sale . The finance team is great as well. Even got me a percentage rate lower than we discussed. Service is super too. I bought a used Certified vehicle. Looked at new and used but went with the Certified used. Had to leave my car over night for an ordered item and they put me in a loaner. I speak for myself but I am a big Allen Turner fan. Will send then customers. Believe in treating people the way they treat you.

We drive 45 minutes to Allen Turner each time we need service, but it is worth it. We appreciate the Saturday service hours. We make a day of it in Pensacola each time one of our cars needs an oil change or some other service. While waiting, we always catch up with Luis and Frank who have sold us our last 3 Hyundai vehicles. They know us by name each time we see them. Mike in service is also great. Our vehicle is always taken care of promptly. We have never felt pressured to buy when we were searching for a new Hyundai. We would (and do) definitely recommend Allen Turner Hyundai. Keep up the good work!

I've meant to say since I bought my Hyundai Tuscon 2015 how very impressed I was with the service I received from Rob Godwin, my salesperson. I never felt rushed and he spent as much time as I needed educating me about this vehicle. It was very apparent that he new all the ins and outs of this car, and even as it was compared to others. I was just as impressed with his telling me what he did NOT know, and then letting me know who, e.g., the in house finance specialist, could and would answer my questions in an given area in which he was not knowledgeable. The professional and courteous service of Mr. Godwin is one of the main reasons I've continued to bring my Hyundai to Allen Turner for servicing. Though I did not spend as much time with Shahid, he also did not rush me and took all the time necessary to answer all my questions. (I ask a LOT of questions.) Finance has always been a difficult area for my brain to grasp, so I was especially blessed with his ability to explain to me what the wrap around warranty truly meant. In fact, he did so well, that I was able to avoid repurchasing the warranty I already had from one of those insurance companies who send out advertisements that make it look they are actually the Hyundai company telling me about something I really need to be protected in my purchase.Thanks again Rob and Shahid, and to Mr. Turner for your wisdom in hiring such gifted professionals.Catina L. My husband and I had an incredible buying experience. Although my husband had bought a car in the past for myself this was my first car buying experience. Naturally I came in overwhelmed, confused and nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and friendly everyone at the deanship was. Frank Trommelen was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Frank was always ready to clarify any questions we had. He even explained all the features of the car which I found surprising and welcoming. With his friendly and humorous approach I was able to feel less stress in the whole buying experience. Before Allen Turner, we had recently experienced a great deal of tragedy, our family ended up with a nice vehicle that had more seats than we needed, a ton of gas mileage and painful reminders of the recent past than we care to admit. We visited Allen Turner Hyundai with the hope of downsizing within our tiny budget. I have never experienced a dealership with such class. I was amazed at how professional the team members were. The one that was most impressive was Mr. Troy Cox. He helped us find exactly what we needed and fast. He was kind to my family, and fantastic to work with. They helped us find a new vehicle that was in budget and with just enough room for our little family. We are very happy with the car, but even happier with the feeling this business left us with. They really care about customers. You can tell by the way the customer lounge area is set up and the respectful way they treat you. Pleasant experience at Allen Turner. Feels like family.Recently my son found himself broken down while out of town in Louisiana. Sadly his truck required extensive repair which exceeded the vehicles value. This unfortunate situation meant he needed a car immediately. As a young father of three and husband, he is working very hard to make ends meet and will take work where he can find it which is often out of town.As I was on my way to Louisiana to pick him up, I contacted several dealers in Pensacola and explained the situation and asked that they work up their best deal on a new vehicle so that we could begin test driving cars first thing in the morning. I asked the dealers to explore any possible rebates or discounts (example: military) and that our goal was to have the best out the door price as the financial situation was a concern for my son. We scheduled appointments with 6 dealers spacing them about 90 minutes apart and began our search the next morning. Most the visits were fairly routine, however it did not appear that the packages being offered were consistent with the prices online or through our USAA buying service. We had just about finished the day and ready to make a purchase when we passed by Allen Turner on our way to the local library to print our e-check so we decided to call one last dealer prior to making our purchase. The receptionist connected us with Rob. When we arrived, he greeted us right away and discussed several options with us. He also informed us that sometimes the base model (which has the lowest sticker price) may not have the higher rebates. He was very understanding and worked to find the best deal for us. We never felt pressured and he was very patient. I was so impressed with the experience, I ended up trading in my car and we left the dealer with two new vehicles. John assisted us with the paperwork which went smoothly.Despite the deal taking place at closing time- Rob walked us out to both cars and went over all of the features of the vehicle. In addition, he also took the time to set up our blue tooth connections to our phone with each car. All in all.we know that life happens. The circumstance of having to buy a car unexpectedly is unfortunate- however I am grateful that this dealership did not try to take advantage of the situation and truly cared about us as clients. Omg! After shopping around and having so many disappointments. I stumbled across Allen Turner website. Not expecting much I submitted information on a car I seen online. To my surprise (on a Sunday) I received a call from Mr. Roger S. He took some info and said let me see what I can do. Well 4 days later I have driven off the lot in a brand new 2016 Elantra.The experience wasn't painful at all and I didn't have to spend 6 to 8 hours at the dealership. I actually live in Indiana. I researched new vehicles for a year prior to my purchase, so I knew what I wanted when I called. I priced the same vehicle at two dealerships in Indiana and one in Tampa, FL. I was visiting family in Pensacola and called Allen Turner Hyundai. Troy Cox gave me a great deal. He set up my Blue Link for me and the follow up has been great. I purchased in April of 2015 and now have over 9,000 miles on the car. I even had my first two maintenance services performed at Allen Turner. All of the people that worked on my car and dealt with me were very polite and helpful. They make the ordeal of purchasing and having to maintain your car so easy and no longer an ordeal. I liked my car so much that after my "sales pitch" an acquaintance in Indiana, my sister (in Pensacola) and others have purchased the same car.
