Moe and the rest of the team were amazing! Very welcoming from the start and I never felt pressured to buy a car. He was very thorough and went over every concern and need of mine in a car and we were able to find the perfect fit for me. He was patient and helpful through the entire process. With the entire industry being low on inventory I was actually surprised that this dealership had quiet the inventory of cars that they did. I would definitely recommend asking for Moe if you or someone you know is looking to buy a car.

Very happy by service provided. Car taken in for oil change and fluid top offs. They also took care of a recall while I was there was in and out in no time. They also sent emails to my phone to let me know that my car was being serviced and when finished. Will return to Kia All Star San Bernardino, California. Shout out to Frank my salesman who sold me the car 2019. Still there. Go see Frank 4A brand new Kia.

I brought my 2014 soul into the service department because it wasn’t running. Ralph the service manager was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my Soul was DOA and needed a new engine. Jesse in the sales department was awesome. I was able to trade in my broken Soul for a 2021 Forte for nothing down. Thanks to everyone at all star Kia.

I have to share my marvelous experience this afternoon at All Star Kia in San Bernardino. First of all, I show up thinking I have an appointment for my 10,000 mile service. However, I erroneously had made the appointment for the Fontana dealership. At All Star Kia, they squeezed me in despite being very busy. They conscientiously would not let me leave because there several outstanding recalls on my car. To say I was impressed does not fully convey my feelings. This truly was an example of outstanding customer service!!! Thank you!!!!!

I purchased a used 2014 corolla after only having the car for a few weeks I noticed a rattle taping type nose coming from the front when going down a step hill or going over bumps so I took it back and drove around the block with a service technician come to find out the steering rack need to be replaced all cover under there worrity can't thank u guys enough car is running and driving just great vary pleased with the car

My wife bought a 2016 Kia Rio and it developed a unusual rattle. Not the normal wear and tear rattle something is broke. I brought it in and was told by the tech that yes that's a weird rattle and that it won't be covered because after 12,000 miles they don't cover rattles, speaks, and the like only if something is broke. So after debating with them they agreed to look at it for a discounted rate. I brought it in they drove the car enough to use a quarter tank of gas and couldn't find it. So the tech and I took it around the block surprise we hear the noise. Brought it back then was told it was lunch so I would have to wait for them to look at it. Then after about 5 hours total he said they didn't find anything. We again drove it around the block I heard the noise twice but he says he didn't hear it. He decided not to charge me good thing they did nothing. The noise has gotten to the point it rattles all the time. I have now been told to leave it and they will look at it for 109. Have told them several times I can't leave it but whatever. Now I ask if something is broken it should be covered no answer. A rattle is one thing but if it's broke that should be covered buy still no answer. You get a Kia for the warranty but the first time we have trouble it's not covered. Avoid this place nice to your face but seem shady behind your back.

I went in to trade my car in....a car that I bought from them and a car I was having problems the next day I got it. After talking to Sonia, Vincent, Javier and Joseph I was told that forsure they can get me in a new car. That was not the case!!!! They promised everything to get me down there do say sorry your car is not worth the trade in. Get one from us with out trade in and then let the one you have get repossessed. That is what Joseph said to me.....wow. I asked why did I get promised things and then everyone goes back on their word. His response was. I don't know....we all have different stories. This place is horrible! Never again.

I have written my review when I hit submit it deleyed. This is my second purchase from this dealership. It took me almost 2 months to get my $895 gap check returned after many phone calls and messages. My Credit union is only $399.We we also verbally promised to have interior detailed and when remote start became available they would contact my as that is on major item I wanted. I was told when it was available they would help me get it installed at or below dealer cost. I believe with all the Hassel it should be almost free now. I have spoken to my sales rep numerous times and have left messages and have not received a call back. At this point I would recommend working with another dealership. This one has lost me unless they are willing to make good on their word. The treat you well during the process then after signing the paperwork getting your keys and a photo.taken you are just another sales numer. I even received a call from the owner I believe making sure I was happy. I was until all this misleading offers we agreed to we not honored.

My experience with KIA was horrible! From the sales guy who told lie after lie, to Minh, the finance guy who kept trying to get me to purchase things that I did not need or ask for . My paper work had to be revised several times due to the fact that he added additional things that I did not request and when I decided to call my credit union for advice, he acted as if I had committed a crime or something. This will be my last purchase from AllStar Kia and I hope that nobody else has ever got to go through the hell that I went through .

I went in on July 3 looking for a Kia Sorrento the sales Rep Irving met us at the parking lot and aske see what I was looking for, I told him exactly what we wanted and he took us directly to it. I was extremely happy with how easy the whole process was from start to finish. He was not only knowledgable but he was fast and very polite. I've always owned fords or toyotas but I've heard good reviews online and from friends so I did some research and also loved that they came with all the bells and whistles standard! I've had my Kia now for 3 weeks and LOVE IT!!!! I feel like I'm driving a luxury car. Thank you All star Kia for the great service and Irving for all the help and knowledge. I'm a happy owner.

First time buyer at Allstar Kia as I live over 250 miles away but my sister lives near the dealership. Well after being greeted my Omar and Hassan, we were on our way. This salesman(Omar)really should be used as a staple for others to follow as he really set me at ease with the entire process. I had to do a "dealer trade" to get the color and trim I wanted. Omar really took care of everything and Hassan followed up with the balance of my needs. I received my car on time and the visit to rap things up went really well. 4 out of 5 stars for the finance dept. but a big 5 stars for the one that sold me...Omar. Also 5 stars to "Hassan" who has to be a top priority salesman with a future in relationships with 1st time buyers. If anyone reads this, amazing car purchase experience despite me reading others with 1 star ratings of this establishment. I'm glad I was directed to Allstar Kia and recommend the 2 leaders ... at least in my experience as a government sales associate, Omar and "Hassan"

I recently purchased a vehicle on 9/21/15. Since the purchase I have received nothing but poor customer service by all employees except one named Mark he has been great. One employees Ralph in the service department went as far and raised his voice to me when I inquired about the issue of my vehicle and its repair. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and poorly by a place of business. There is an issue with the air conditioner and ventilation system on my brand new 2016 Kia Sportage, I have had the car for less than 30 days. The vents do not close causing all smells of exhaust to come into the cabin. Service advised me the issue cannot be resolved although the vehicle is still under warranty and not to run the air, turn the vents away from my face. Would you call this a solution? I have already contacted the manufacture of Kia and they stated this is not accurate and should not have this issue. Allstar Kia refused to send my car to another Kia for another second opinion. According to Allstar Kia all 2014-Kias will have this same issue with the air vents and I should take the car as is!

Amazing expierence!! We called from Barstow ca and talked to mike, he handled all our questions and set up our deal before we drove down! I brought my car due to a "Check Engine" light. Even though they were completely booked for weeks in advance they encouraged me to bring it in and they would try to work it into their schedule. In a nutshell what I liked was the courteous friendly way I was treated like a customer should be. Not an interruption to their day. For more in depth answer keep reading. This was my first visit to All Star Kia in San Bernardino. I made an appointment for an oil change and normal maintenance checkup 4 days pryer to my visit. When I arrived 10 minutes early Chris came right out and greeted me as well as getting started with necessary information. He checked if there were any recalls or over due service on my 2011 Optima EX. There weren't any. I told him I would wait for it to be done. In about an hour a very nice cashier said my car was ready to go. She explained what was done and what they recommended I keep an eye on. The cost was no more than those those quickie places.

Initially I went in to have my Kia Soul serviced.I was looking at the cars when Rep.Omar walked up said hi and asked if he could assist me with anything. We began to talk and he ask the year of my car, would I be interested in trading car.After my talk he gave me his card with his and his Brother ph# and email. After Christmas I emailed and text Omar.Almost daily basis we text and email each other.Omar and Josh helped me tremendously. Thank You Omar and Josh.. They should do A commercial for KIA.However finance was not so smooth.I thought all was Ok, got the car, had it four days and got a call to come back in, financing was not done? I was told they found someone to finance the car? I thought all was done, had my insurance changed,etc. I called Alaska USA and was able to get financing on my own 2.3 but Kia Motors financing with Alaska USA financing is doubled? That was very upsetting because the previous financing was on my Soul was 3.5, I made payments before due date.

This dealership provides TERRIBLE service. They tell you in the Service Department that they are doing work which they never preform. I used them for service at first and found out they NEVER rotated my tires which wore out in less than 15,000 miles. AWFUL personnel who are rude, did not make any effort to make me happy at their dealership. I tell all my friends family and now all of you NEVER go to this dealership!

Dane and the service staff were friendly and customer oriented. They addressed my service needs with professionalism and with careful attention to detail. Dean went beyond just performing the necessary service. He investigated a sporadic problem I was having that at first was not present when initially looking at it. But he took the time to use the stethoscope to identify it, and has ordered the part to complete the job. He went beyond the normal call of duty, and Dane and the service staff is the reason why we bought a vehicle at All Star last summer, and each summer when we vacation down in Palm Desert, we take our vehicle only to All Star to have our maintenance done on the vehicle. This is the third straight summer we have brought our Kia to All Star in San Bernardino even though we live in Central California. Expertise is certainly important, but so is customer service and satisfaction. I trust Dane and his staff to the point that I have begun purchasing my vehicles at All Star. Dane Miller - Kia Service Advisor always gives us wonderful service. He's always very helpful, willing to answer all of our questions in a very professional manner. Our car was finished at the time he quoted. My husband and I recently purchased a car for our daughter at this dealership mostly because of Dane Miller. I told her if she ever has to bring in her Kia Rio she needs to speak to Dane.

*************DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER*************I am very displeased with the service I have received from this place. I have bought new vehicles before from GMC, Honda, and Nissan and never have I had a problem. My brother got a lease from this place and I decided to give it a try. The first time I went the sales personnel gave me a quote, which, we agreed on. I signed the contract and thought everything was done. Unfortunately, This was just the beginning. Two weeks after one of the finance people called me and said they wanted me to go back to sign some paperwork. Well I got there and he said I needed to give more money down. Now, based on their contract they had ten days to let me know of any changes, otherwise, the contract was final. I advised them of their contract and they moved me to the finance manager who tried to intimidate me by telling me he could give me my trade in and check for down payment back if I could not come up with more down. I advised him to get my car and I was going to leave theirs, the finance manager left and within ten minutes came back and said he would waive the extra money I needed to give down but my payment would go up 20 dollars. He also said they were going to remove the extended warranty I had gotten. Well I know they could not do this because the contract had been over 10 days and by this time it was final. However, I agreed to the 20 dollars more and the removal of the extended warranty as I figured it was not much and wanted to work with them. Thereby, signing the other contract. They were in a hurry for me to give them their original contract back as they knew they were acting ILLEGALLY. A week after I got a call from the lender who went over all the terms of the contract, the lender advised me that I was getting a 2500 rebate and question why if original contract said the rebate was for 3000. I was never informed of this change, the dealer acted in back faith and changed the rebate to 2500 instead of 3000.As some of the people have said they never get back to you. I have contacted the dealer several times and have left messages, however, no one has gotten back to me yet. I am going to call and report this dealer for acting in bad faith and misleading the customers. Mijo in finance is very incompetent and does not know how to solve any problems. *****AS I SAID BEFORE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.***

My salesman was great and very helpful however the finance dept lacked. I was told they would hold a check for a couple days and they didn't and sent it through and fixing it was a difficult lengthy process with many phone calls. Very frustrating - I felt like they didn't care once my car was bought.

I had gone to four dealerships, one of which was a Kia dealership, before arriving at Allstar Kia of San Bernardino. I was on guard and expected to have to fight my way to the best deal possible. Fortunately that was not the case at all! I was shown all the Kia Souls they had and decided which one I wanted. I could not be more pleased with the online quote price being honored and the friendliness of the salesman. The finance department was also a pleasure to work with. This dealer came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I must do the same. I highly recommend Allstar Kia of San Bernardino for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

well first to start off, i bought a 2012 kia optima about 10 months ago from this dealership. the sales person that was helping me was a very nice an respectful man. i went to get my first oil change which was free and i made an appointment. i got to the dealership when i was suppose to and the SERVICE MANAGER said i did not have an appointment. i told him i made one this appointments 2 weeks earlier. he basically called me a liar an said i would have to wait for an opening. i waited almost 3 hours an they still didnt get my car in. i was very frustrated so i got in my vehicle and left. the other problem i am having is the tires! i have 15k on these tires and they are not good anymore. i went to the dealership again 8 months later and talk to one of the managers about the tires. i told him u guys put a tire that has no mileage guarantee on a 25000 dollar. he said he cant do anything about it so i have to buy new tires now. keep in mind im leasing this vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wouldnt recommend this dealership to anybody.

On March 3, 2012, I purchased a 2000 Mazda Protege, at Allstar Kia in San Bernardino, CA. After two weeks, I experienced the following problems: the car overheated and leaked out all the coolant fluid. I replaced the coolant fluid, however, the car eventually stalled on the freeway. On March 19, 2012, I contacted Allstar Kia and notified them about the problem. They came and towed the car to this particular dealership. It has been a year since that time, whenever I call to inquire about the status of my car I have been given the run around, made promises that were broken, and been treated rudely by your employees. The president of the company, David Choi is returning the defective vehicle back to me with a check for $500 and a signed release form waiving my right to sue the dealership for damages, in a court of law. I did not agree to this agreement since I should have some time of warranty of a car that I spent $2,900.00 on. My family has suffered through a foreclosure in May 2012. I have suffered personal hardships: lost wages and emotional distress. I have to depend on my mother and brother to get me to work and back. I am requesting that the dealership gives me back vehicle fixed or a reimbursement of the $2,900 I paid so I can buy another vehicle.Sincerely,Shanice Souvenir

When I took my Kia van in o be checked the service representative was rude in my opinion. He wrote up my service order and I had 2 items that needed to be Che ked and he told me that it was going to cost me $98 for each item they were going to look at which I felt was crazy just for them to look at my car. Kia sucks and I wil never buy another Kia againThe sad thing is I was in the market to buy and I also wanted to look at the KiA Optima but not any more. I went across the street to he Mazda dealer to make my purchase.

I purchased a 2010 used car from this Kia Dealership and was completely disappointed with the whole experience. I myself had a repo on my record so they just added my income to my fiances app so we could work it out. this was fine, we got to walk out with the car, then i never received a bill from a finance company which i found odd but i figured maybe they were working something out. the we got a call to come in and fill out another contract because they found a different place to finance...no prob right, so i come in and bring my fiances current stubs then they say he doesn't make enough. : completely forgetting the original plan and say that we do not qualify and they took our car back after 3 months. no warning before hand that this was going to happen and they knew we were coming from over an hour away... only thing they were willing to yo do is ask if we had a cosigner. we say no but got asked over and over again. they do not offer a ride home, they did not remember what they told us to do regarding the income situation., the finance guy miho or whatever his name was( complete rude lying guy). would not let me talk to a manager after i asked over and over again. and one point he says he was the finance manager and i said i want to talk to the company manager. then later he says he only does the paperwork. I had to go find the manager myself. then they would not let me see any of the original paperwork we were shown or talked about "where he had written the income on" he actually had a huge file in his hand when i asked to see it then 2 minutes later there were 2 sheets of paper on his desk and he said to his boss that that was all that he had.....THEY JUST LIED ALL AROUND!!!! Miguel was saying you did have the car for free for 3 months. This was not my fault i never received anything from a finance company, or a phone call until a week prior. On top of all this I found out today they ran my fiances credit over 15 times, through every bank...he had a credit score of over 700 and it is now 618. you think they would have got the point after a couple times running it. They ruined his credit...this is un acceptable. If anyone has any ideas of what i can do about this I am open for suggestions. I am also open on suggestions on what i should do about the situation in general....I Do Have a Vehicle now Under both mine and my fiances name we got through Valley-Hi Toyota in victorville. very quickly done and easy transaction Keith, Bobby and the fiance department there are AWESOME!!! Odd that Kia took 3 months to take a car back from us and Valley-Hi can actually Finance us in 4 hours. I would NEVER RECOMMEND!!!! All Star Kia San Bernardino to ANYONE/

This place sucks I had a hard time getting a straight answer of anything from them. I have paid of two cars prior and still asked for co signer. My credit is good they tried to get me in a leased car after I told them I dont want it so they told me I needed 5000 down payment along with my paid of 2009 impala with only 40,000 miles. Never go here went to dealer else where and got what I wanted

Dave (could be Dan)[Young gentleman] always makes thakes the time to discuss my concerns and makes sure that they are taken care of. In my opinion he puts the customer first with not pressure. He takes the time to go over what was done and resolve any questions if needed. More dealers need people like him.

This is probably the 9th new vehicle we've purchased from various dealerships around the country and we have been very pleased with our experience in buying our 2012 Sportage from All Star Kia. We worked with Kurt Anderson and his crew to locate exactly the car we wanted (color, features, etc.) which they located in San Diego. It was promptly brought to SB for us to look at and test drive. We did not have to go through a long frustrating back-and-forth sales process to close the deal and got a very good price for our vehicle. We also appreciated the new owner orientation meeting that they hosted for all new Kia purchasers to meet their service staff and answer questions about our cars (and provided food and drink!). We think the dealership has been easy to work with and we're satisfied that they've been able to take care of our service needs. We would definitely consider going back to them again if we were to purchase another vehicle.

We have been car shopping for 3 months. We went to Allstar Kia in San Bernardino after work one evening and went back the next day to buy one of the cars we saw and liked. We met with Jeff who was very professional and friendly. After completing the application and he had appraised our trade-in we haggeled over the final payment amount. After 3 sessions and 3 hours we made a deal and shook on it. Jeff went into the finance center and the next thing we knew Mark came in and said we couldn't buy that car for the deal we made. He upped the price and the percentage rate and the payment. We said no and attempted to leave and they offered to sell us a different car and then to lease that car to us for almost the same payment price. We said no and finally left with no car. The car was a demo with 5000 miles on it and they were selling it to us as new. The car had after market rims which Mark tried to say Jeff was unaware of but the price Jeff quoted us was only a few dollars different than the price Mark said should have been the original price. Mark tried to tell us the "owner" was the one that said we couldn't buy it for the deal we made with Jeff. The overall experience was a total nightmare. You can only imagine our disappointment when Mark hit us with the "bait n switch" tactic saying the car we wanted was being sold in Pomona to someone else and they that we could buy it without the after market rims for that price etc. etc. etc. I would really like to talk to the owner and have him tell me it was his decission. Are his sales people not allowed to make deals without him approving all car sales? Wow thats a shock. I'd also like to warn people against going there and waisting your time to be "baited and then switched".

I walked around the dealership for about ten minutes, and I respected the fact that the sales people allowed me to browse first, but then after twenty minutes i figured that they did not need my business. This was at New Years Eve.I was shocked to see the "Additional Dealer Markup" supplemental sticker on top of the MSRP price for the Kia Rio I was looking at. Give me a break. Is that markup a padding in case a customer wants to negotiate? I went to five other Kia dealerships and they did not display a markup.

I did not purchase my Kia from the dealership but have had reason to use the service department on 2 occasions. Both times the Service Department was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Surprisingly they were less expensive for one repair than my regular mechanic. (The other repair was under warranty so I'm unaware of the cost)Overall a very nice experience.

PLEASE don't waste your time here! I wish I had taken the time to read something like this prior to driving almost an hour to this dealership. I called first and was told the car I was looking for was a certain price less discount and rebates. When I got there it was priced HIGHER that the MSRP......who in the **** prices higher than the MSRP and thinks the public is foolish enough to fall for this. Clearly, this dealership is full of crooks. And I did work with either the manager or the finance guy or whoever the guy in charge was. What about false advertising? Their ad says they will pay you $5000 if you find the same car for less. TRUST ME I've looked and you CAN find the same car less!!!! So if you have time, buy a car from them and then hold them to that....and if they don't pay up I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers out there ready to sue a deep pocket like KIA for false advertising....I wish I had the time & energy for this battle because this is highway robbery and it pisses me off. Oh, and I should mention that my experience was at the All Star location in Pomona. I wish everyone better luck at car shopping than we had! Forget KIA, back to BMW, much better service.

Obviously the good reviews on here were written by the employees themselves, you can tell they are fake, especially if you have been to this place! Not only was it a waste of time but they are very rude! They act as if they don't need your business but you need them! We were passed back and forth between several different dealers, none were even willing to help us. We had a pretty hefty down payment ready and good credit yet it seemed they already decided as soon as they saw us we weren't good enough! The atmosphere was generally depressing, they were very rude to just about everyone that walked in and I wasted 5 hours of my time trying to buy a car they didn't care about selling to me. Whenever we asked a question they would either snap at us, cut us off, or try to make us feel stupid. Honestly I don't know how they're even still in business with service like this! I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and by this weekend I should have a new Honda :) Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

All Star Kia and Mike and Armando did an excellent job in getting us the car we needed and wanted and we were in and out in less than an hour. They were very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of going over the functions of the car. Overall had a great experience and I will go back to that dealership in the purchase of other cars and will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

This car dealership is the most crooked dealership I have ever dealt with! First of all, the day we went in they were having a sale so we brought in the ad. When I asked about the deal the salesman tried to tell me it was a misprint and that his boss would never print something so outrageous. When I showed him the ad he accused me of lying and took it to his boss. (This should have been a red flag but we needed a car so badly..) After finding a car and getting the deal we wanted they told us we had been approved, we signed the papers and left. 2 MONTHS LATER they called to tell us we were never approved, bring the car back. Then come to find out we had been approved by a different bank but they "forgot to tell us for a month" so it was too late. Now it's going on 3 months later and after them going back and forth between "you can keep the car" and "bring it back" we decided the stress is not worth it so we're letting it go back. We have recieved several rude phone calls telling us to bring the car back because "the guy" wants his car back. When I asked what guy he wouldn't say his boss or the dealership, just the guy that owns the car is getting tired of this and wants it back! Now they said they'll give us our trade in back but it won't even run because it's been sitting all that time, but when we brought it in it worked perfectly fine. This car dealership has literally ruined our lives (not to mention we just had a baby), and the mental exhaustion they have caused isn't worth ANY car. I suggest that you find a different Kia dealership, because these are honestly the rudest, most crooked people I have ever met!!

When considering a commuter vehicle we never even thought about a Kia, quite frankly we ended up at AllStar Kia simply because we liked the look of the Forte as we drove by the new dealership. Mike was great and i LOVE the car. Very happy we stopped!
