After looking at Carfax myself, I decided it was definately worth the 2 Hr drive from my state! Matt the sells representative was awesome! I contacted this dealer about a car and got a return call / voicemail letting me know they are very motivated to make the sale and t call back. I replied asking what the lowest out the door price is and they replied with the published price plus documentation fees. The message about being motivated was just a tactic to get me to return their call. they also found it impossible to provide me a ball park estimate on a trade in. I sent them a link to my car posting, yet they continued to ask me for the details. It is truly unfortunate b/c i was eager to make a deal with them on an Audi..

Kelly is the best hands down when buying your next vehicle! I dread the process of going back and forth to purchase a vehicle at a good price. Kelly far exceded my expectations! She got down to the point over the phone and even beat my credit union finance rate!!! I traveled over 500 miles one way to buy a Black 2014 Chevrolet 1500 High Country truck from ALM. This is by far the easiest deal ever and best vehicle buying experience ever!! She had my truck detailed and ready for me when I got there! She personally inspected my truck and wiped off fingerprints, smudges and made sure everything was in order before I left the lot! She is very professional and courteous! First off, Johnny Bass is the greatest! He's patient, personable, caring and wants to be the best help he can be. In my situation, being on crutches after a car accident, he took his time to show me some cars and was overall a huge help! He drove all the cars that I was interested in up to the showroom so I didn't have to do all the walking on my crutches.When it came time to do financing paperwork, Fred was terrific at getting me great financing and the paperwork only took minutes, we were impressed! Short Story: Large inventory, super nice guys, no tricks and games; & easiest transaction, ever.Long'ish Story:I had been looking around for a low mileage BMW X5 that was reasonably priced; I was about to give up until a friend recommended ALM. I had not heard of the dealership but I definitely won't forget them now. The whole process was as simple as this: I looked at their inventory online, copied down the VIN to check the vehicle history (one owner); met with a Salesman, took it for a test drive, discussed finance options and the deal was done within 2 hours....absolutely no back and forth games and the price was $4,000 less than the larger BMW dealerships. This isn't some shady dealership that sells pieces of junk; this is local folks that value their reputation and truly go out of their way to not only make you happy but work hard to put food on the table of their families; you should at least give them a try....I will definitely return when I'm ready for another car.

I must say, Rosa Pool was patient, knowledgeable and allowed me take my time in considering the options presented. I think I test drove 3 to 4 cars on the day. The whole process was great. Thanks Rosa!The number of car models on their lot took me by surprise. Always thought ALM only sold high end luxury vehicles but there were many mid range cars with high specs too! Called up in the morning in response to an add for an Honda Accord. Spoke with Rosa who convinced me to come in and view their selection. Was very skeptical at this point thinking here we go, they will try and sell me a car not interested in, typical car dealer sales person who just won't let you go.As I wanted to buy a car regardless, I went in and got myself a nice Nissan SUV. The finance part, paper work etc was a little tedious but that's to be expected no matter what dealer you go to.

Absolutely mislead by salesman regarding the vehicle I was interested in. Wasted a day coming over to look at it only to find out it had 20,000 more miles than advertised. Then during test drive, AC wasn't working and engine started overheating. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Do not buy a vehicle from this place and expect quality customer service after the purchase. I purchased a vehicle in June 2016, the key that was given to me did not fit the vehicle, I was told that a key would be ordered. As of this date I have not received the key and the gentleman that I spoke with at the dealership is never available. I eventually purchased the key from Mercedes myself. Awful customer service.

I spoke with ALM about a vehicle for almost a week trying to agree to a price, trade value and everything else before making the 4 hour one way trip down there. We agreed and the salesman, Shannon, basically begged me to come down that Saturday. I told him the earliest I could would be Sunday or Monday. We set a meeting time of Monday at noon and I put a $500 deposit to hold the car until then. I was just about to pull into the dealership after driving 4 hours when Shannon texted me saying the car wasn't ready and they would need another day. I was furious to say the least but I stayed calm and pulled into the dealership and spoke to Shannon. He stated they were servicing the car and discovered some stuff that needed to be fixed. He said that they would finish the car by the next day and deliver it to me so that I did not need to drive all the way back. So I said that would be ok and drove 4 hours back home. Three days later, I still had not received word the car was ready. Shannon said they were still working on it and had to replace the heads. At this point I no longer felt comfortable buying the car and requested my deposit back since they were not able to follow through on their end of the deal. Shannon said that was fine and said he put in the request to refund my money. Now about two weeks later and Shannon will no longer respond to me and I do not have the refund. I was very patient and calm despite driving an 8 hour round trip for nothing but I have lost my patience. This is unacceptable. Worst car buying experience I have ever had and I used to manage a car dealership. I would never have done this to any of my customers.

Came in with my friend to look at an minivan. The sales rep we worked with was nice at first, but I was surprised at the way some of the employees became aggressive if you don't decide to buy their car. I witnessed a situation where some other customers in the store decided not to buy and were leaving and a sales rep came out to the parking lot with the "why the hell you leaving?" Expression and tone of voice. We also looked at some cars but could not decide to buy that day. All we needed was some time to consider our budget and were going to come back later, but they had this "you're wasting my time, just take it or leave it" attitude. I told my friend this is not the place, and decided to go someplace else.

My only regret is that we didn't start here when looking for a vehicle. It was a bit of a long trip from our home, but was worth it- I ended buying the exact vehicle I was looking for with nearly a hassle-free experience. I value honesty and absolutely hate "games" when it comes to doing business. We wasted most of our weekend at other dealerships waiting in an office while the sales person and their manager/ "negotiator" went to the back to discuss their offer, came back with an offer not even close to ours, repeat process until we would stand firm on our budget and walk out. Matt was very transparent up front about the vehicles, pricing, and saved us a ton of time by being open about the best price they could give for each vehicle to fit our budget. Our service from Matthew Hankins was incredible. Matt went above and beyond to assist us in finding the "right" car for our daughter. It's no secret that purchasing a new or used car can be very daunting and ranks right up there as one of life's more miserable experiences. My journey began with a phone call to ALM atMall of Ga. I was connected with Christopher Olson a relatively new sales person with the company. I began to ask him about a vehicle I had seen on their website. immediately, I could tell he was not like most of the sale people I have dealt with in the past. I have purchased over 20 vehicles prior to this and have been gravely disappointed with many. He provided me with all the information I had asked of him, he personally went out to check that the vehicle was there and in fact was not sold or being held for another customer. I proceeded to ask questions about the vehicle most importantly, it's overall condition. I live roughly an hour away from the dealership so I didn't want to waste my time or his and needed an accurate assessment of its condition. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the vehicle and very truthful of its condition. Upon arrival, the vehicle had been pulled around to the front of the building and washed for my inspection. I then met Mark Olson (father/son team) who also assisted in the process. Two great guys! There was no undue pressure and they both seemed genuinely interested that it met my approval and that I was pleased with the vehicle. They spent quite a bit of time with me going through the vehicle on the lot and on the test ride. When it came time to purchase, they made it pretty quick and painless. There wasn't the typical back and forth to the managers office and game playing that many dealerships are known for. They were fair with my trade as well. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have encountered. I would definitely recommend Mark and/or Chris to anyone and hope to use them again. Thanks again Mark and Chris!

I was in the market for a Lexus IS 250 and ALM had one that caught my attention. I immediately called down there and started asking questions. I spoke with Shaun Wilhelmi and scheduled a time to come in and test drive the IS 250 along with a few other vehicles. Shaun never once pressured me into making a purchase and we spent a good 4 hours driving cars. Two days later I went back down to ALM and made my big purchase. Emailed about a vehicle and requested pictures. Got a quick reponse and text stating pictures would be sent the next day. Well, after asking for pics again with no response, I called. I was told the vehicle listed as in stock is not at their dealership! Haven't arrived yet. When I asked for the ETA, the salesperson stated, " I don't know". He didnt ask for my info to follow up. He wasn't professional or courtesy. We are a serious buyers with USAA membership and active duty military. This experience was a waste of time.

Purchased a used truck in July that needed a new side mirror. That took about 3 months and an act of congress. I did get to learn all the employees names since I contacted them every other week to check on the status of the mirror. I have since had to replace most of the front suspension and ball joints and will be adding fuel pump to the list of problems tomorrow. I liked the title of one of the previous reviews, "Run From This Dealership"!

We came here looking for a commuter car for my husband, and he could not be happier with the little red Toyota Prius we purchased. Johnny was our salesman, and he was AWESOME! We showed up about 30 mins prior to closing, but we knew exactly what we wanted. They had it ready for us when we got there, and the entire process was lengthy, but smooth and easy. There was a lot of waiting--not easy with our 3 fidgety kids--but we showed up right before closing, so that was our fault. Our finance guy (I think his name is Sean) was also wonderful. He was VERY generous with our trade and even knocked a few hundred dollars off the price without us even asking! We could not have asked for better service, and if at all possible, we will purchase our next car from them, too (I'm looking to buy for myself, now). My ONLY complaint is their internet sales dept. The car we purchased Thursday night (3/31) is still listed on their website. Also, it mentions "holiday specials" (Black Friday specials!). ??? Since I am looking for a car, too, I wish they'd update their site. I would seriously LOVE to purchase another vehicle from them, but I'm not sure what part of the inventory is updated. Again, the overall experience was awesome. I highly recommend the dealership, and I especially recommend Johnny!

Used USAA Car Buying Service to locate car and dealership. Purchased a car November 7th 2015 with cash. STILL do not have a tag or title. The Dealership Manager referred me to their corporate title department who has given me the run around for the past several months and referred me back to the Dealership Manager. Once again, given the run around on it being someone else's responsibility. Bottom line, I have a fully paid for vehicle in my driveway that I have not been able to drive for 2.5 months with no explanation or compensation. Do not use this dealership unless you want to throw away time and money.

The customer service was excellent the buying process of course was easy and the facilities were great! The only problem I have with them is my actual vehicle. My car has not given any problems mechanically but the exterior is the problem. They put a stripe on my car to cover the scratches along the side of the vehicle also my car bumpers have been altered to hide previous damages. I just don't appreciate them hiding little things like that from me because if I knew those damages were there I would have bought another vehicle instead of the one I purchased. And also the spray painted certain parts of the interior of the vehicle to hide markings. Which is why I gave them only 1 star in terms of my overall experience because it's hurts me when trying to resale the vehicle. Not a bad dealership but make sure you take the time to really analyze the vehicle your looking at.

Like I said above, I would give my sales man, Keonn Storay, 10 stars if I could. As well to ALM in Buford. Keonn never pushed me or hassled me at all. It was such a pleasure working with him. Any car I wanted to drive he would go and get the keys. I had him running around all over. Maybe not too much. Because I found my dream car in a wonderful Acura TL. It's gorgeous inside and out. They make sure to keep the cars in such good condition. Also, I don't think they even take cars if they are not in good condition. So, when it was time to close the deal, it was so smooth. The management at ALM are very friendly and of course, have to do their job. They do it well. I am so happy I went there and that I was lucky enough to have Keonn as my sales rep. Be sure to ask for him. He is so good, smart and will not push you at all. It was a great experience all the way around!

I had a very positve experience with ALM in general and my Salesperson, Pricilla Texidor, in particular. Pricilla was especially responsive to my needs, which were exceptionaland in some cases. For example, I purchased an Audi A5 from ALM without visiting the dealership, as I already knew what car I wanted, based on both prior experience and research. Pricilla helped me get a fair price for the Audi A5, and even arranged to have my new car deleivered to me within 24 hours here in Charleston SC, which is more than a 5-hour drive away. If I could give them a zero star I would. Worst dealership. I went in to purchase a car, but was met by a rude gentlemen. He didn't even tell us his name. We ask about some cars, which he didn't want to talk about. He left to look for a car, but then came back and told us to follow him. He took us to the every back of the lot (cold weather) to tell us he couldn't find the car. I ask him if he had any others in our price range and he said no and walked back inside. No thank you or anything. I had visited the one in Duluth and they were super nice, but don't wast your time here. Rudest people I have ever met. Acted like they could care less.

It took three days to make the car purchase-- To me, the salesman, Ashad H. was quite thorough and extremely accommodating, considering this was my first car purchase. I was worked with to secure the car of my choice. To put the icing on the cake, the Financing Rep (in other words), Shawn, was so resourceful in assisting me to identify the warranty that would best fit my auto budget. I would say, that after having visited two other dealers, prior to coming to ALM, the two staff that assisted in the process were 1; personable and 2; thorough. I would greatly recommend ALM Mall of GA to both first time car buyers and those who are not. The wife and I decided to stop into ALM on our anniversary weekend (yeah, a real romantic here...huh?!) In looking for some new car replacements, ALM kept coming up in our on-line search as having multiple cars we were interested in. So we called, spoke with Macon and explained that it was our anniversary weekend. We didn't want to spend all day hanging out with him but here was a short list of cars we were interested in checking out. He got us set up and made our visit quick and painless. The car that we were initially interested in did not pan out so we punted the ball for a few days. We then decided to look at another vehicle they had to offer. When we showed up to check it out, Macon asked us to take a look at a GMC SUV that he had pulled aside for us to look at as well. Turns out that the guy had in fact been listening to us, as this was the car we decided to go with. It met our primary vehicle needs and fit right into our pricing parameters. Macon was friendly and personable with no pressure. We just test drover cars, visited and harassed him incessantly. What a good sport :-). Overall and very good experience. We will be calling Macon up again when we are ready for our next vehicle.

I am writing this review to let you know my experience at ALM. My family was visiting Atlanta for the holidays. We left home early Wednesday morning. On our way to Atlanta we received a call from our daughter who needed a car. We did not make it to Atlanta until late in the evening and the next day was Thanksgiving. Our plans were to leave on Saturday. We needed to look for a car and purchase a vehicle prior to leaving Atlanta. We called ALM and look online for a vehicle. We made it to Buford, GA around 6:30 or 7:00 p.m. Keonn was our salesperson, he was very professional, he was very knowledgeable of the available vehicles, and he was very patient. He provided valuable information to use for the purchase of the vehicle (what needed to be done in the future). We had a great experience and we were so ecstatic with the purchase. The vehicle was low mileage, clean, and the price was great. My husband and I had a piece of mind knowing that our daughter was driving a dependable car. We almost met Leonn while we was there who was very professional and he made us feel at ease. I am giving this review because as a professional person, employees always hear when they are not performing on their job or if they made mistakes. My visit to ALM Mall of Georgia began with a search of their inventory on their website. After finding a couple of trucks that caught my interest, I made the 35 plus mile trip down to see them in person. One truck really caught my eye and after a test drive, my mind was pretty much made up after that. It was a pleasant experience and my salesman Mark Olson was extremely helpful. He worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the whole experience. Also I did want to give a little shout out to Mike (I believe that was his name), the salesman who answered when we called to make sure the truck I wanted was indeed in stock before making the trip. I stopped by ALM Mall of Georgia for the variety of vehicles on the lot. I was looking for a used car for my daughter and wanted her to walk the isles and point out ones that she was interested in. I really had no interest in purchasing a car that day, was only fact gathering at the time. That all changed when we met Tim Wright. He sat us down, looked up cars that met our requirements and budget and had them pulled to the front for us to view. What impressed me the most was Tims knowledge. His knowledge of vehicles is not limited to one make or model, but I believe he could tell you about the safety features of every car on the lot! I went not really looking for a car. I was with someone looking. After looking at inventory, I saw a Mercedes I was interested in. They believed it sold. One salesman walked over to their other building to ask. Another guy came out and said they did not have a deal yet but did not offer me a chance to look at car. Today I get a note deal fell through and when could I come see it? Why couldn't I have seen it yesterday. Just because your working on a deal doesn't mean no one else can look at it. Also, a lot of the cars do not look like picture. I saw some with peeling paint. And I think they are expensive. Shop around. I couldn't find one professional to even show me a car. And look... The car didn't sell.

On a very rainy day my wife wanted to test drive some small cars which led us to ALM Mallo'Ga. Our interaction with the young sales rep, Macon was exactly what you would expect from someone who knows the business they're in. He was strait forward, knowledgeable, courteous, and actually not trying to sell me, but assist in finding exactly what we were looking for. Low and behold after showing us a few nice cars and dealing with my wife's arduous attention to detail, we found something she was happy about. The staff was great about everything and even helpful when coming to making the deal work for us. A very smooth transaction. I went to just window shop for a car, I had stopped at several other dealership during the past few weeks not sure what I was looking for, I was greeted by Kelly as soon as I walked in, I have to say that her mannerisms & proffesonal attitude pleasantly surprise me. I must say that after being harassed this past week every time I entered a dealership by a salesperson, I felt really comfortable with Kelly, she allowed me to stroll & walk thru your car lot & ask questions instead of asking about my finances & if I had a trade in or how much of a deposit I had, I was able to actually pick a car I fell in love with and then we went through to see if it would fit my budget, as it turn out it not only fit my budget, but it was less than I thought I had to spend. After my financing & trade in & deposit, I even was able to afford GAP ins. This was my first time buying a used truck and to my surprise it was easy and fun! I had a trade for which i got the highest value from them after having it appraised at several dealerships. They were able to get me a very good rate for my financing too specially when i had very little to put for my down payment. I'd go with an overall five-star rating if ALM had not chosen to cut off written or verbal communications with me. All I have been asking for is an appointment with a locksmith to meet with me to rekeyed the new tailgate ALM installed on a Ford F-350 I purchased on 6-01-2015. I've remained polite & cooperative throughout the sales & follow-on processes. What must I do to receive an answer from ALM? We visited ALM after seeing listings for a few vehicles we likes on Cars.com there. We thought shopping for a used SUV at a dealer who sells new luxury vehicles might not go well, but Kenny took great care of us from start to finish. Most of the vehicles we saw online had recently been sold but a new listing was there and Kenny worked hard to get it ready for us. The finance team was also great, we never felt pressured into anything we didn't want and in fact they were able to work it out so the extended powertrain warranty was heavily discounted to make it a no-brainer. I'd definitely recommend my friends to go here, and we'll be going back again next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

We purchased a vehicle on December 2nd and had a great experience and the vehicle was a great deal. At the time we purchased both GAP insurance as well as a vehicle service plan. After doing some research, we decided to cancel the service plan. I contacted the provider of the plan who advised that we would have to cancel through the dealership where we purchased the vehicle. No problem. I called to speak with the finance person I dealt with and was told that he was no longer there. I spoke with Basil Williams who advised that he would email me the cancellation form. After calling two more times he finally sent the form. This was on February 2nd. I submitted the completed form the same day. I called to confirm the status of the cancellation with the company on February 17th and the form was never submitted. I had to submit the form myself and still have not received any confirmation or acknowledgment from Mr. Williams. Be careful as once they get the car sold and everything approved they have no service. It's a shame though as Mr. Hannah was a great salesman.

I live 8 hours from Atlanta. I contacted ALM with serious interest in a vehicle and asked a number of questions. In discussing the condition of the vehicle, I asked if there were any issues and was told by "GG" there was a small dent in the front bumper. I asked if the vehicle was "clean as a pin" and he replied "Yes, clean as a pin." I drove 8 hours to view the vehicle, with full intention of making the purchase. Upon arrival I found the vehicle to be as described on the exterior. I opened the doors and found the interior of this cargo van to be badly scraped, and dented. The cross beams that support the roof were skinned of paint, a fiber panel covering one rear door was half-way torn off and missing. This vehicle was far from "clean as a pin" as I had been told. I drove 8 hours, looked at the vehicle for 5 minutes and we turned around and drove 8 more hours. ALM posted 24 pictures of this van. 1 Picture was of the interior of the cargo area, taken from a distance so as to conceal the damaged interior. How I wished "GG" had been honest with me and told me the interior was badly damaged. In short, the condition of this vehicle was grossly misrepresented and I had to drive 16 hours to find it out.

My daughter just bought a car from ALM Mall of Georgia. It was advertised as having a dvd player. She asked the saleslady if it worked and was told yes. I asked if it worked and was told yes. After 3 hours of waiting to buy the car that we was not financing through them, we finally was on our way. We live over 2 hours away. We were not half way home and the engine light came on. After getting home she put in a dvd and it did not work. There was also a popping every once in a while under front end. After many tears and spending most of the next day talking to several different people, she was told to bring it back and it would be fixed. They did fix the EGR valve that caused engine light to come on. They would not do anything about the dvd that they advertised it having as well as told her it worked. They never checked the front end. We waiting 3 hours that day also and they did not do much too it. They apparently test drove it because she had a lot less gas in it and the average miles per gallon had went down. They would not let her take the car overnight to really check it out and now I see why. She really wanted a vehicle with the entertainment package to occupy children. I would think if a place advertises it as a selling feature they should guarantee it!

They wrote a loan pending approval at 23 percent interest. Swearing it was approved, they sent the car home with me. The car salesman insisted I wrote a positive review before the process was done. I kept the car two weeks and then they called and said they couldn't get approval and would need more money. I went to get my other car back and they told me it would be no problem getting the title when I got there...I got there and then they couldn't give me the title cause it was Sunday. There was a lot of time and aggravation for nothing. I wouldn't waste my time going here again.

My experience with ALM didn't start out to be that great - however I wasn't at the right location when I began. I started by contacting someone on the Internet chat about the availability of a particular vehicle on the website. I was told "Yes we have it, it's on my list", so I proceeded to drive 2 hours to get to the address in which the internet directed me, Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth. Once there, a gentleman approached, inquired about what we were looking for and I told him specifically what I was after, he said "Sorry, we don't have that". I explained that I inquired via chat this morning and was told it was available still. He took his sheet and went into another area and within 2 minutes returned saying "Sorry, we don't have it, all I have is this one." which was newer and pricier than I was after. Leaving very unhappy, I found myself across the street at another dealership and in the midst of attempting to find a vehicle to my specs, I looked back at the one I had hoped to be reviewing at ALM I noticed the address I was at wasn't the one the car was listed at. I called and reached Isaiah and asked him to place his eyes/hands on the car before I drove another 20 miles to see it and talk about it. He took my name/number and within 5 minutes called me to verify it was indeed there. I was happy but also ticked at the same time. The first guy at no time expressed that the vehicle could have been at one of their other locations and nor did he even mention there was another ALM location in the area. I'm sorry but even if I wasn't going to make the sale at the location I work, I'd at least try to keep the money in the business and direct the customer to the other location, but I'd also have checked to see if what the customer was looking for was indeed at the other location as they were told it was still available that morning. Moving on - we arrived at the Mall of Georgia location - found Isaiah and the vehicle we anticipated on reviewing. First impression was that he was not going to be able to assist to the extent I was used to when dealing with salesmen because he's young and new in the sales business., I was wrong. Isaiah is very friendly, outgoing and willing to do what he can to help you in the purchasing of your new/used car. I asked him upon completion of the sale what he learned from us that would help him in the future and he actually told me several points that he learned over the past 2 days of dealing with my husband and I during this purchase. I look for others to not back away from new/young sales people as they may actually surprise you. I would recommend seeing Isaiah in the future to other buyers, just remember we all started from nothing.

Drama. That was the name of the game at ALM Mall of Georgia. I had salesmen fighting over who got the commission, the finance guy kept trying to bully me into finacing my vehicle instead of paying cash, items were missing that were listed in the advertisement...the list goes on and on. I should have left; I should not have purchased my vehicle from this dealership based on principle alone...but I did because I had invested so much time and energy to the process. Picking out the vehicle you want to buy is the easy part! You think that once you've decided to purchase that the hard part is over...but the paperwork, negotiation, getting the vehicle cleaned, etc. was simply a cluster. It is not a well-run dealership. It makes my head hurt just to think about my experience there. Save yourself time and energy and go to a different dealership. Trust me.

Sent a deposit to start the purchasing process. After waiting three days and not hearing from the dealership, called the salesperson; only to find out the vehicle had been sold. No word about a replacement, no offers, nothing, just a poor, I'm sorry. I even had friends to drive from Douglasville to see the vehicle to make sure it was a good deal. A few minor repairs needed; which was why I waited. To no avail. This is very poor business ethics.

The dealership didn't appear to be busy when we decided to purchase a Ford Edge from them, but it took over 3 hours to get missing floor mats, keys, rear wiper blade, sd card for navigation system and then process our paperwork. We paid in cash so credit and financing wasn't part of the hold up. Three weeks later still no title or tag information sent. I had to call the dealership to get the title and tag information created so I could get my tag.

A few weeks ago we were unexpectedly in the market for a replacement vehicle. So after deciding on a BMW X3 (with specific options) we started searching the internet and found exactly what we were looking for at ALM. I read ALM reviews and had some concerns based on what a few folks wrote. Knowing full well that we live in an age of demanding consumers I decided to call ALM and give them a chance ... and Im glad I did. After a few phone calls to ALM I connected with Thomas Beveridge who was very responsive and easy to work with. So we made the trip from Western Pennsylvania to Georgia and we werent disappointed. In fact considering we drove 740 miles Thomas and ALM team were very accommodating and made our buying experience unexpectedly pleasant! What I found most impressive, after the sale Thomas followed through on everything he promised.

Please do not be misled by the 5 stars for the buying process. In fact, this should make you even more cautious. The sales representatives at ALM Mall of Georgia were extremely anxious and accomodating as I perused the lot looking at vehicles. The service was "top notch" as I was led to sign on the dotted line. However, after signing, I realized that the "friendly" service staff was all a facade. I purchased a 2012 RX 350 in July. While examining the car, my family and I discovered the tire pressure light was on...thus indicating a problem. I was told by my sales representative that it would be replaced and to bring it back to the dealership the following week. Without taking you through the turmoil I have experienced, I will simply say weeks turned into a month. A month that has cost me countless dollars in gas as I do not live close to the dealership. Each time I was told to come to the dealership, I received an excuse as to why the service was not correctly completed. After four attempts, I was finally told to take my car to the dealership because the issue was under warranty. After taking the car to the dealership, I was told that ALM attempted to replace the sensor with a faulty part. Furthermore, it was not an authentic part; although, the car originally had an original sensor on it. The staff has continuously given me the cold shoulder. I have been unable to speak with my sales representative as well as the general manager. I was told that the gas that I've spent to bring the car to the dealership for service is my problem; although, they have been the reason the problem has not been rectified. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this dealership for a vehicle. I've even been advised by a car salesman at a reputable dealership that they sometimes buy salvage vehicles from the auction and changed the VIN number. While I do not know how valid this is, I would caution anyone before purchasing at this dealership.

By doing a little bit of research anyone will find that their prices on highline cars are some of the most competitive in the market.. PERIOD.. It also seems like they have good chemistry amongst all of the employees there. Matt Tellier was an honest, funny, straightforward, guy that I WILL be referring my friends to when they are car shopping. I realize used cars are sometimes less than perfect but he and his GM Terry Walda really went above and beyond in trying to recondition it to AS NEW as possible, catering to my needs. Could not be happier with my 2011 Acura MDX. The same car with a SHORTER warranty at Ed Voyles Acura was $2,300 more!!!!! No thanks..

The rep that responded sent me pictures that were obviously a different car; when asked if he could send me the pictures of the car I was inquiring about, I never heard back. A couple days later, the car was gone. Beware if Troy Hollman responds to your inquiry because it doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing and will just waste your time!

Upon arriving to ALM on Sunday morning, we figured we would arrive a little early before they open a 12 o'clock to scope out all the SUV's we were interested in. You know the saying, "The early bird gets the worm?", Well that was our sales associate Bryan Nelson! He greeted us with a smile and before ALM was even open we already knew what cars we wanted to test drive. He jumped on a golf cart and toured us around and truly helped us with narrowing down our choices. He is such a pleasure to work with and is full of knowledgeable advice. I purchased a grand cherokee here and will not be back. The vehicle I purchased obviously was never inspected. There was obviously a serious alignment problem as one of the front tires was dangerously worn out, sunroof didn't work and a daylight running light didn't work but that didn't matter to ALM. This is only the second used car I have ever bought with the first one being from CarMax. CarMax would have never let the jeep I purchased go to the sales floor. I have already spent well over $1,200 on this Jeep. It seems as though the sales people at ALM only care about the sale and not about customer satisfaction. I have learned my lesson and will never buy an uncertified used vehicle again and will stay away from ALM.

I bought a GL 450 and on the paperwork it was written that the dealership owe me the nav dvd, but it has been more than 2 months I still have not receive it yet. Everytime I call or went to the dealership they always ask me to wait a week and another and always blame other people for it. Very unprofesional.

Had a terrible experience at this location. Bought a 2011 cadillac escalade on June 7th. On the 20th heard some rattling sound from the engine. Had only put 400 miles on this vehicle. Took it back to them. They took me through hopes to get this vehicle repaired. They pushed the repairs to the third party extended warranty that i paid for. This vehicles's engine lifters, cams had to be replaced. They promised paying for some of the repairs including my deductible but as of date they are still giving me the run around. They put me through a lot of trauma. I was out of work for a while because of this incident My sales man was Thomas Beveridge. I recommended a friend to them after i bought mine. My friend bought his vehicle on the 14th of june. I was promised a referral fee for recommending a client. As i speak, they have been giving all kinds of reasons while i have not received my check. I will not recommend anybody to them.

I was on the market for a BMW 535 X-drive and was looking for one with a beige or grey interior. Most BMW's on the market today have a black interior and I was finding it difficult to locate one. ALM's 4 locations provided me with 10 diffrent 5 series with the lighter interior and a price that couldn't be beat. I bought the car and had it shipped to me(first time ever buying a car sight unseen/undriven). I have been SO happy with my purchase and the BMW looks and drives great. Thank you ALM!!!

I was not looking forward to having to buy a new vehicle for me and my family. But I needed to, so I stopped here first after looking around on the internet for a while. Matthew was my salesperson, I am very satisfied with him, the car, and the entire process. If you want to skip all the games and charades of buying a car, I would suggest going there and asking for Matthew. We pulled up and left with our vehicle in about an hour. The last time I bought a car, I spent half the day there! This was soooo much better. Matt also told us what to look out for if we were to buy a vehicle from other dealers if we found something that we wanted; signs of a real and genuine person. I would def buy again!!!

Have you ever been yelled at by a sales person because you just want your car back from a simple repair? Why should it take over a week when you told them when you needed it back, but they ignored you. From the beginning this dealership was a disaster. The car was not as advertised. The promised repairs were mediocre and even had to be redone, twice! Customer service was only good before the sign on the dotted line. The car was not available when we went to pick it up. It wasn't detailed as promised. The car mats went missing. The paperwork and documentation caused us extended delays with getting the tag and title. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had buying car.

I purchased a 09 BMW 535I from this location on May 22nd. Over the memorial weekend the engine lite came on and all lost power. I returned the vehicle back to the dealership for servicing on May 27th. The dealership promised to do a full diagnostic and repair the issue. I received the car back June 3rd. The car drove even worse then before. Dissatisfied with the service job done at the dealership, I took the vehicle to my neighborhood BMW dealer to do an official diagnostic. BMW ended up quoting over $12,000 of work needed to be done and wondered how I even got the vehicle to them "safely". The car was out of factory warranty, but BMW fully backed me in stating that the car was not even in a "selling" condition. The car is still in at their service station today and the staff has been dodging calls all day. Please if you read this, save your money and time!!

We drove all the way up from Florida to buy a truck across the street from ALM-Mall of Georgia at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (which is a dealership I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE GOING TO!!!!! EVER!!!), but instead we went with ALM!! Matthew Tellier was our salesman that we worked with and he was very nice, helpful, and he didn't play the typical game that dealers like to play! We told him...BOTTOM LINE of what we wanted...And that's exactly what him and the ALM General Manager delivered! VERY HAPPY with the vehicle we purchased and our overall experience with ALM! I came to ALM to look at a few trucks. Harrison Tait was the person who helped me. He spend several hours letting me test drive 2 different trucks. He wasn't pushy and let the trucks sell themselves. I ended up buying a Ford-150 and am very happy with the experience. I would recommend ALM to a friend and especially Harrison.

Very fair folks to do business with. Worked with KC and Terry. Both were most pleasant and professional, listened and responded to all of the customer's issues, concerns, etc. throughout the transaction and I was treated in a most fair, reasonable and decent way. With many previous car buying experiences elsewhere, I found this most unusual for a dealership and incredibly refreshing! After the "sale", their follow-up with taking care of preparing the vehicle for delivery was simply amazing as they kept their word and attended to every detail. I would highly recommend these folks and will be back! Definitely worth the drive...

This has been the best car-buying experience EVER! K. C. took great care of me. I went to ALM late on a Friday evening just to look. K. C. & his team made me feel comfortable and appreciated without rushing or pressuring me. He and his finance manager ended up staying past their already late hours to help me get in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I have a crazy schedule, but ALM's extended hours and being open 7 days a week made it convenient for me to go when I could. Even after I bought the car and took it in for a minor service, I was treated just as nicely post-sale as I was before I bought the car. All car sales people promise to take care of you, but K. C. and his team really did. I would recommed them to anyone!

I purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37 from here recently after spending several weeks searching the country for the best deal. Short of a couple of deals in Palm Beach Florida, this was the place. Beat the local dealers from MS by around $3,000, or around $2,000 if I account for travel and other fees it took to get behind the wheel. I tried to get several dears in MS, LA and TX to beat the price, and none would. Thomas Beveridge was my salesperson and was a super-friendly, talkative guy who seemed very sincere. After securing my own financing and hiring an inspector to go through the car from end to end, I booked my flight. Thomas gave me a ride to the dealership where I met with the financing manger Tom Fannin. Tom beat the interest rate I had secured by half a point. (got 3.5% on 72 mo). However, he flat out told me that the underwriter would only approve the loan with GAP coverage, which was another several hundred bucks. I was very suspicious of this but the monthly rate worked out lower than my financing would have been, so after questioning him a little, I pulled the trigger. Later, I called the financing company, and they told me "you got duped," because, "we would never require that." The good news is that they will cancel the GAP and apply that towards the principal loan balance. No hard feelings, Big Tom! After all my preparation, I'm rather impressed by the fact you got that by me. All in all, I got an outstanding deal on a great car. This and a couple dealers in West Palm Beach, Florida, are the best-priced places in the country to buy a slightly used Infiniti. FYI: All Infiniti lease turn-ins that go to auction are sold from ATL or WPB, which is why wholesale dealers are able to "turn and burn" with such low prices.

All the cars we looked at were very clean, and were reconditioned properly. The atmosphere in the showroom was energetic and upbeat. Everyone seemed in great spirits, and NO pressure at all. True I did not have cash it was a cash vehicle still couldn't try to work something with me trust me the car would've been sold that day.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They LIED about financing up front - sales people made financing promises they could NOT keep. The "finance guy" even admitted that. We would not even look at cars here again. (not to mention they were the dirtiest cars we saw)...if they didn't have the EXACT car we were looking for, we would have walked out quickly. NOT family friendly. You could tell the sales person was annoyed that I was looking carefully over the car. After reflecting on the whole experience, I would have waited until I found another car exactly like the one I wanted and gone with a much less "shady" dealership. You will get the "typical used car dealership" experience here - don't expect any more from these people. Go somewhere that will treat you better!

I am not one to complain and my salesman, I forgot his name, did an excellent job and listened to my needs. Once a price was agreed on, I was directed to Tom fanning, who would be doing my paperwork. From the start, Tom had an arrogant and stuck up attitude. When I would as a question to get a full understanding of the paperwork I was signing, he would get aggravated. At one point he even rolled his eyes, like a female, and stated I've already explained that; you don't understand what that means?" He single handedly ruined my entire buying experience. I would buy from ALM Buford again but DEFINITELY would NOT recommend seeing Tom fanning! ask for another finance manager so you can feel good about buying!

I went to see the 2012 Nissan Murano LE. Price was great but when I got there I found out that truck is simple base S model and they are advertising it as LE package. There is huge difference in both Models. After that salesman was trying to sell me some other cars. I came home and did some research most of their Ads are listed online are not correct. They are listing those as SL LE SEL and Loaded packages and cars are not what they are listing. Its like on all their Locations. I am not sure how autotrader and cars.com is not doing something on them. Its just not fair with customers. So, before you plan your visit there make sure do your own home work. thanks

I am not one to complain, but I had the worst car salesman experience I have ever had today at ALM Mall of Georgia. I called in earlier this week interested in a car and Ronald was the one who contacted me back. He told me he would check on a few things and get back to me. Never heard back from him. I asked about the tires on the car and he told me they were brand new put on by ALM when they got the car in. Since the car was from the North, I asked about the rust and he said that the car was undercoated. When I get to ALM today, he had no clue who I was, and on top of that, everything he told me over the phone(tires, undercoating, etc.) was a lie. And when I asked about it, he simply said "oh, I guess I lied." I understand mistakes and getting cars mixed up, but telling me you lied is not really something I want to hear when I am trying to purchase a car. He did tell me that he just recently had knee surgery and he was on pain meds, so that is why he didn't remember a lot. My dad knows A LOT about cars, and every time I would ask a question, his answer was usually "I don't know," and I think he would get upset when my dad would answer the question. The car was really not in as good of shape that it looked in the pictures and Ronald's answer to that was "that's why the car is so cheap." Again, not really something I want to hear. Next, he appraised my car. He came back with a number that I was not willing to accept, and I was not upset about it because I know that that is how the industry works, but he seemed to get mad at me and told me that I was wasting his time. He told me he makes $200,000.00 a year and to leave. Honestly, I am not an unreasonable person and I know that everyone has a bad day every now and then, however, for him to get his panties in a wad over me not accepting his low ball appraisal price, telling me how much he makes a year, and telling me to leave, that is just unacceptable behavior for any professional salesman. Now, do I think that all of the salesmen at ALM are like this, absolutely not. Actually some of the other salesmen seemed very nice and professional and when I called told my story to the manager, he was very polite and concerned about how I was treated, BUT due to my experience here, I will NEVER go back.

I was pleasantly surprised with my latest car buying experience at ALM. There wasn't any of the usual haggling, and hours long process usually associated with buying a car. I have bought many vehicles in my life and this was easily one of the best deals AND experiences that I've had. I bought a G37 for a family member for at least 3k under book value. The prices are very competitive and Matthew was very easygoing and helpful.
