I just bought a Ram truck from Alma Chrysler. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I started shopping online at night, and was pleasantly surprised to received an email response at 11:45 that night, from someone whom I later discovered was one of the owners! The salesman and sales manager were both very helpful and professional, and I was pleased every step of the way. They were very accommodating with the fact that I'm in the middle of an interstate move. Everyone was very genuine, and I never felt any "sales pressure" at all. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I recently purchased a Dodge Journey from this dealership and was very happy with the whole experience. Having traveled a few hours to look at the vehicle in question, the sales person (Jim Archey) and Business manager (Jill Malloy) worked patiently with us to work out the details and provide us with a little lunch to boot! They went above my expectations to make this a great purchase.

My husband and I spend our summers in Michigan. We have had our vehicle serviced at this dealership several times. We've always had great service. We decided to purchase a new Cherokee to tow behind our motorhome. We received equally great service on the sales side. Service did a great job getting our new Cherokee ready to tow too. Keep up the great work! We love our Cherokee.

Written 9/3/13 and hanging in the business: Scooter Malloy 2280 W Monroe Rd Alma, MI 48801 9/3/13 Re: Exceptional Customer Service from your employee, David Burley Dear Scooter, I just wanted to inform you of a recent experience I had with one of your employees, Service Manager, David Burley. I purchased my vehicle from an out-of-state dealership, with the knowledge it had a traction control sensor that needed to be serviced, as well as a couple other recalls/warranty items. I worked with Heritage Chrysler in Mt Pleasant for two months, and didnt get anywhere. Their service manager was not only lax in contacting the dealership where I purchased, he also repeatedly neglected to send me items upon request he confirmed he would send me. When I contacted the owner, he was downright rude to me. So I turned to Martin Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Alma. When I talked to Dave, he treated me like a neighbor through the whole conversation. At the end of that initial conversation, he reminded me he was previously (literally) my neighbor. I knew Dave, always helpful, considerate, etc. Anyway, it took another month to reach the dealership and get everything straightened out, get a credit card number, tax I.D. number, etc., but David was extremely diligent. He would text me, give me updates, was very timely, thorough, etc. Heritage had quoted me hundreds for my portion of the work that was needed. By the time Dave got done my out-of-pocket was around $60.00. The work that was done required two visits, one of the recall items needed 2.5 hours and I didnt have time that day. Dave scheduled me again two days later, and being a former neighbor, he picked my Jeep up at my house, took it to work, made sure the work was done thoroughly, and returned it to me at the end of the day. Also, during my first visit some grease got on the white rug I had on the floor, as well as on the overhead where they had installed the microphone for my Bluetooth. Dave made sure all the grease was removed, and thanked me for letting him know about it. The gas tank needed replacement under warranty, and he ran the ozone machine in it for hours to remove the gasoline smell. He also cleaned the vehicle, and noticed the finish had some grime on it, so he made the finish sparkle. When dropping the vehicle off to me, he informed me of a gascap error message, thoroughly explained what could be occurring, and let me know if something was wrong he would make sure it was taken care of (but the error message disappeared.) He also noticed a piece of trim on my rear passenger door, and let me know the item can be replaced under warranty, and is ordering a touch-up pen and window trim for me today. Because of Dave Burley, you have a customer for life with me! Sincerely, Marnie J. Basney Since this letter was written, Dave has continued to give me excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things about him, as a result I won't go anywhere else to have my Jeep serviced.

We have purchased our last three vehicles from this dealership. They are always helpful and get us right in whenever they needed serviced or a warranty issue to repair. The service department is top notch, friendly and up front about any cost for repair. I would recommend this dealership for everyone looking to purchase a vehicle new or used.

I first went to this dealership in 2004 when I bought a new Ram 1500. They treated me great then and that has never changed over the years. Recently bought a 2011 Caravan and a 2012 Ram 1500 from them and they went above and beyond what one would expect to ensure the vehicle I bought were what I wanted at a fair price. \ Their service department is top-notch and have always taken care of any problems in a timely manner while doing quality work. Tony, their service manager, is knowledgeable, friendly, and will make sure you get what you need done, done. There is never any pressure to get unneeded work performed on your vehicle and tony will always explain what needs to be done and why. I recommend this dealership without reservation.

I bought my Jeep from this dealer and since then I have brought it in for routine service. I also had one warranty issue. The service department has been great - getting me in around my schedule and making sure that everything was right. Dave has always been friendly and trustworthy. I will definitely keep coming here for all of my service needs.

I drive 25 miles to come to this dealership for service. There are several dealerships closer however Alma Chrysler always seems to have my best interest in mind. I've had estimates on work from other dealerships and Alma Chrysler is always the lowest.Their service dept has always taken care of my needs in a fast and friendly manner. Wont take my car anywhere else.

We just took possession of our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited EcoDiesel ordered from Alma Chrysler. Wow! What a vehicle. Its everything that was described to us and then some. We had a very pleasant experience working with Richard Moede as our sales rep. He and all the other people working at Alma Chrysler, notably Jill and Mike, made this experience very good for us. They all took the time to explain everything we needed to know in order to make the best choice for us. It wasn't just a sell job like some sales reps are noted for, but more over, a new ownership venture. The time spent with us was enormous, as we made sure we took our time to spend as much money as we did to buy what we bought. I can't thank everyone enough for what they all did for us. I also rated the repair shop as very good as we have worked with Tony, the repair shop manager, in the past on our '04 Pacifica that we no longer have. Tony is great to work with and is very knowledgeable on the repairs of vehicles that come through his doors. Thank you all very much.

We just leased a 2014 Jeep GC and couldnt be happier! While I appreciate the whole team that came together to make this happen for us, Rich, Mike and Jill were especially great to work with! My husband and I originally had very different ideas of what we wanted for a new vehicle. Jim worked hard to find me a used vehicle with very specific parameters, while my husband (unbeknownst to me) had called Rich about the new Eco Diesel. After hours of marriage counseling and many lost wagers (sorry about that, everyone ;-), we ended up with the Diesel and are thrilled! Through it all, Richard Moedes endless patience and desire to see us happy made this purchase a great experience. He was willing to answer every question we had (which may have been more than the average couple). He kept us up to date from ordering to delivery and even came in on his day off to help us out! I have had bad experiences with dealers in the past (as most people have), and love that NOT ONCE did I feel as though were were put into a high pressure, less than honest sales situation. THANK YOU ALMA CHRYSLER AND RICH!

I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Alma Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Alma and I am so pleased I wanted to share my experience! The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in the dealership! The best part for me was they helped put me into the vehicle I really wanted with a payment I could afford! I had been looking for quite some time and no other dealership in the area could get me this great of a deal! Great place. Matt was an incredibly helpful salesman and never made us feel pressured at all. Jill was amazing with the financing aspect and worked hard to get us financed and on top of that, financing that would work within our budget. Buddy also did a great job as a greeter. He's super friendly and will even share his toys with you. :) I really appreciated all that they did for us.

Walked out immediately after listening to an employee being berated in front of customers. Who does that? I personally won't deal with anyone who is so unprofessional. If they treat each other that way, I KNOW those are no people I want to deal with!

We just purchased our 3rd. Vehicle from this dealership and have had great experiences each time. We were dealt with professionally and personably and always felt that we got a fair deal and good value. We never felt like the process was the often times traumatic experience that vehicle purchasing can be! The way we were and continue to be treated with service during and after the sale makes us be delighted to be repeat customers. The Service Dept. is equally as great, we had vehicles serviced there after being recommended by friends even before we began to purchase from them. They are accommodating, helpful and make you feel valued as a customer. We highly recommend Alma Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

The people here are amazing. They introduced me to leasing instead of buying and got me into the vehicle I wanted to be driving on the road. I hardly drive far outside my town and, on average, put less than 800 miles on my car in a month. They got me into a low mileage lease and I am now driving the vehicle I want. Thanks!

The owners of this business are very childlike and not willing to help with any work that needs to be done after the sale even if the car is sold with a warranty. I would not recommend this place to anyone after the experience i had with them. Trust me your best option is to go somewhere else. Ask around people will tell you.

I drove 300 miles from a small town in central Ohio to purchase a used vehicle. My first contact was with Danielle over the phone. She followed up with everything she said she would do. That allowed me to trust her from the start. Once I arrived I was introduced to Jill the owner. She is just as wonderful. This place bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and treated me as if we were life long friends. Tony the service manager was more than willing to answer any questions I had. The price I paid was more than fair. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle run don't walk from the big dealerships where you are just a number. You will leave Alma with some new friends.
