SteveB. had a loaner car ready for me when I dropped my car off to be looked at for sunroof recall. When I returned to pick up my car I was told it needed to be replaced and he would call when replacement came in. I was very pleased..

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very helpful. Bob went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and knew everything I needed to know to safely operate my new Buick . Bob was more than willing to listen to my previous "old car woes" and let me decide what would best fit my needs..He thoroughly explained all financing aspects to my financial business. Bob also took about an hour going over the whole inside of my car for me, he was very patient and more than willing to answer all of my questions. I look forward to doing business with him in 2 yrs:) Also, the whole inside of the building was spotlessly clean & fresh cold water available.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, Bob Centala went out of his way on Sunday evening to arrange a test drive of the car we were looking at. That really sealed the deal!! He was only there to get keys to help another customer. He goes above and beyond to help the GMC customers.

We purchased a demo and the brakes are bad. I do have an appointment to have them replaced. The car we traded in had better brakes and that was one of knock down points made. The salesman great.
