I walked into Amazon Auto with a little down payment and was able to purchase the vehicle I like. The sale rep worked with me and was nice. They have a lot of vehicles to choose. No matter the situation, they are willing to work with anybody. I thank them for helping me.

first off theyll give any one who has money a car, doesnt show up on your credit at all, 1ST BAD SIGN THAT I IGNORED BECAUSE I NEEDED A CAR. was paying way too much for an old model, tires were in horrible condition, by the way they were all a different size, had so many problems with the car, brought it back to get fixed and it seemed as if nothing had been done. later my car was hit and insurance sent a check for repairs, one of the ladies got all but hurt because she didnt know how to communicate properly, i was told my car would be done in two days and that i would recieve a call. THREE WEEKS WENT BY and i recieved nothing! i was left without a car for weeks with no loaner, i recieved a call weeks later but it wasnt about my car it was about them not recieveing my second payment for the month when my car had been in their possesion for weeks, they still wanted me to pay a full note and i had to be on the bus getting back and forth to work! TAKE MY ADVICE!! GO TO A MAJOR DEALERSHIP!

I bought a bmw x5 from them in Feb 2014 & been having nothing but car problems!!!! My a/c went out after 2 months, my o2 oxygen sensors needed to be replace, they told me to bring it back & never fixed it!!!! My truck quits on me while driving, my a/c is out again, my doors will only open from the inside, & two of my.windows will not let up!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

I really enjoyed the customer service that was provided. The manager was very detailed, straight forward, and patient. He worked with me and understood my situation. I also enjoyed another employee as well.. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

I initially emailed and I was surprised that I got a quick response from a very friendly young lady "Lilly". I came in to car lot and was again greeted by a very courteous young man " Wayman" , I was then taken into speak with finance manager "Bob" needless to say , I ended up purchasing a BMW X5 and left with all my questions and concerns taken care of. This was my 2nd purchase from them! I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price and they got me financed when no one else could. I could not say enough great things about the customer service!!!! If you need a car, you owe it to your self to check them out!!!

I had the BEST experience there. Called to ask about a car I had in mind and they told me to come with my money and they will work with me. I went there and with my money, the sales manager said I'm pre-approved with in house finance and he could get me approved with a bank. In a matter of minutes I got so many approvals from many banks! Chose the one that suited me well then chose my car, and drove off the same day! Easy and simple. Not only that but same happened with my second and third cars that I bought from them. What surprises me is that they do not have limited vehicles. They can custom order your vehicle and get it shipped here for you! VERY satisfied customer and will recommend people to them if they need help finding a car.

I have purchased over six vehicles from Amazon Motors within the last 12years . From a suburban to an 2010 Corvette. My experience with Amazon has always been exceptional. I have never had a problem with service or financing weather it's in house or bank financing. They are committed to developing long term customer relationships by treating their customers with integrity. If they commit to something you don't have to worry about them not fulfilling their commitments. Whenever I take my car in for repairs they give me a loaner of equal class . I have purchased many cars in this life time from all types of dealerships large and small and no one can compare to the (over the top) service that I have received from Amazon Motors. If they don't have the car on the lot that you want they will find it for you ...color ,year and price! I will always be a loyal customer to Amazon Motors...... I love the RED CARPET treatment!!!!!! I stopped by and saw a couple of cars and was interested in the 2013 Malibu. They have the best customer service and best deals. if i was to finance a vehicle it would be at Amazon Auto Sales. i am just waiting on my tax return to come buy a vehicle and wouldn't think about it twice.

I was almost sure that no one will finance me because a had no credit and my choices was very limited because of the cash options till one of my friends referred me to Amazon Autos and they gave me the chance to finance what I really needed. I had the chance to get what I want and also to establish my credit these guys know how to work with customers and I refered three of my friends, got my $100 referral on each and will defiantly continue referring all my friends and family.

Im pleased with my experience here at Amazon Auto Sales I have 2 vehicles from there and I haven't ever had any problems (2007 ford mustang & my most recent is a 2013 Chrysler 300 ) which was special ordered for me. They will get any car you want if they don't have it , that saves a lot of time not having to look all around for the car of your dreams . If you need a car you should check them out , itll be well worth your time .

I was pleased with the buying experience until the ladt month before i was about to pay it off...not only did the reposess my car because i was ONE DAY LATE, they charged 300 in fees and STOLE my subwofer speakers/box, 1500watt amp, battery pack, my computer for school and my CD's

I never expected to buy a $60K vehicle from a smaller independent dealership. It started as a great price, and ended as a wonderful all around experience. I purchased a beautiful and super clean 2008 Mercedes S550 from Amazon and saved $10K compared to the MB dealership. The staff was great. I love my new car and the fact I saved $10K!! Thanks Amazon Autos!
