So far, I have been dealing with Anchor for one year. They have been awesome! Granted, they are a dealer so - they do need to sell. Normally, their services are reasonable, they do what they can and the service department is fairly reasonable and fairly honest. They do charge a bit much for an alignment and also, some tires and newer Nissan models are high in price right now. The car I own, which, by the way, when I purchased it; the sales and finance team where great at helping me out and actually made the deal work out at 6%...Better than what I was paying! So, my Sentra has these Michelin all season tires which are apparently $215 a Pop. Yikes. That being said, if you shop around you can find comparable tire and alignment deals for much less! This is of course, typical Knowledge. However, for all other vehicle services, I will continue to head to Anchor, especially for warranty reasons!

Had a great experience. Service department didn’t stop until they figured out what my truck’s problem was, and solved. Great customer care, and were very quick to accommodate any issues I had (like getting a larger loaner vehicle). Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle or having some service done to the one they have.

Anchor Nissan is a great place to buy your next vehicle and have it serviced there. We have purchased or leased at least 9 autos from the Anchor motor group. They must be doing something right to keep us coming back. Sales people are great. Service is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Make that 10, now. Even though we live many miles away, and there is a Nissan Dealer/Service right down the road, we travel to Smithfield, RI. We DO THAT, because the trust has been built over these many years. We can't say enough about this place. AND, these autos are great! Make your next auto purchase or lease with Anchor Nissan. Go! What are you waiting for?

I have been working with auto dealers from the age of 16 until now-72. Anchor has been the best of all. The service people were extremely kind and informative. They never left me hanging. Always going out of their way to meet my needs. Most of all, I was kept in the loop -- explaining the nature of the work, when the car will be finish and the cost of repair. My bill charge was completely explain -- nothing hidden. A true GREAT experience !!!!

We were not sure what we wanted to buy for a mid sized crossover SUV. Last Saturday, we entered Anchor Nissan and met with Chris Giroux. He was extremely helpful and directed us in a positive way but not high pressure. We bought a 2016 Nissan Murano,. Although the color and model were not available at the dealer, Chris and sales manager Tim were able to locate exactly what we wanted. We were pleased with the integrity of Chris. When we picked up the car, he spent over an hour with us making sure we were comfortable with the car and especially the technology. He made us feel special. We would definitely recommend Chris and the staff at Anchor to any of our family or friends. Thank you for making this a positive experience.

Yesterday, I bought my first Nissan after years of owning and leasing several other brands. I have to say that I love my new car, but what I was most impressed with was the customer service, specifically Chris Giroux in sales. Chris was so helpful, calm and relaxed. He was able to answer all of my questions about the car, the leasing process, both with the new car and how to turn in my old lease. He made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, and repeatedly made sure that I understood all of the steps along the way. I would highly recommend going to see Chris at Anchor Nissan if you are in the market for a new or used car.

First time buyer with this dealer but I have bought way to many cars to list elsewhere. It helped that I narrowed my personal choice down to one style of vehicle. There's currently a lot of action going on with the remodel which caused a little disorganization but, Chris Giroux did a fantastic job of getting everything we asked for. This was probably the fastest process I have had yet. If something wasn't right, like finding out there was a key missing. Chris and Stephen Cheaven made sure I had a new fob within minutes. Amazing services and dedication to the customer. I am very pleased with all aspects of my purchase and look forward to a long relation ship. I had a great experience with Anchor Nissan. I live right near the auto mile in Mass. and traveled to Anchor because they had the truck I wanted at the best price I could find! Ben the salesman was great. Very attentive and had everything done as promised. Financing was even better as they beat my bank ( lowest I found) by a half point! Very good experience, would definitely recommend Anchor to anyone in the market.

My wife and I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Anchor Nissan and could not be happier with the quality of service we received throughout the process. We've now been customers at Anchor for 5 years. In 2011, we walked into Anchor Nissan to begin shopping for our first "family vehicle". We didn't realize it at the time, but I believe we were lucky (with respect to car buying) to be greeted by a sales representative named Eric Fera. We ended up buying a Rogue without feeling the need to visit any other dealerships. Six months later my old Chrysler met its end and I began the car shopping process again. I decided to test drive a few different vehicles before deciding which vehicle was the best fit. My first stop was to one of Nissan's competitors (Specific name withheld). I received the fast talking, high pressure sales pitch that gives the profession a bad reputation. My second stop was to Anchor where Eric helped me pick out the right vehicle (an Altima) without any pressure or fast talking sales pitches. Fast forward 5 years with a soon to be expanding family and we decided it was time for a larger family vehicle. We shopped around online a bit, but when it came time to test drive and purchase a vehicle, we again only needed one stop. I was able to email Eric a week or so in advance and let him know which three vehicles we wanted to test drive when we visited. When we arrived the vehicles were parked out from with plates on, ready to go. Within two hours we had picked a vehicle, received an appraisal on our trade, negotiated a price, and given a deposit. A couple days later we came in to pick up the Pathfinder. Eric took time to go through all of the settings on the digital display and answer any last questions. While I fully realize that it is Eric's job to sell me a vehicle, I appreciate the exceptional service that he has provided through each of my purchases Anchor. We all have jobs, but few people go the extra mile each day to excel at their profession. In my opinion, Eric is one of those rare people. I look forward to buying my next vehicle from him... but hopefully not too soon!As a brief side note regarding Anchor Nissan as a whole, throughout the last 5 years I've had countless stops at their service department for oil changes, state inspections, and other routine maintenance (only 1 non-maintenance repair combined between the vehicles - knock on wood!). In that time there were a few occasions with some type of issue (delay, miscommunication, etc - luckily all minor, but frustrating at the time) that needed to be resolved. On each occasion, the service representative involved was accountable and I left the dealership feeling as though I was treated fairly. While discussion minor issues may seem negative, a large part of what brings me back to Anchor Nissan time and time again is this accountability when the inevitable issue occurs.

I love Nissan!!! A little more than a year ago, in 2015, a close friend of mine recommended that I go to Anchor Nissan (North Smithfield) to get my 2006 Nissan Altima serviced. Well, it was a great recommendation because the service was impeccable. In May of 2016, I returned to Anchor Nissan (North Smithfield) to make a purchase. This time two friends of mine told me that when I arrive at the dealership, only ask for one salesperson "Eric Fera" - so I did just that. Once again, it was a great recommendation - Eric gave me exemplary service. He really cared about making sure my experience at Anchor was a good one. To make a long story short, in the end, I purchased a red 2013 Nissan Altima, a very nice looking car. Eric Fera, "who is a Stand-Up Guy", went above and beyond to make sure I left with that car.Next time a friend of mine asks if I can recommend a reputable dealership - I am going to tell them to go to Anchor Nissan (North Smithfield) and ask for one salesperson "Eric Fera". My wife and I were in search of a Nissan Rogue, we went to 2 other dealerships, got the whole mumble jumble about oh I'm on your side and I will treat you like my own kids and blah blah blah. So we were looking online about other car dealerships that are local and in our price range. Thats where we found Eric Fera, he really took the time to figure out a Nissan Rogue that we wanted, we first test drove one that we originally came into look at. it was ok. to many miles so My wife and I told Eric that we wanted to look at other ones, so then we test drove a 2012 with only 10000 miles on it, and we loved it, then we test drove the same Rogue but with 43000 miles on it. we liked it but after talk with Eric we felt we can get more value with the 10000 miles one. so after we made or decision, Eric let us have our own time, didn't rush us and had patience, got us water and gave us a quote with both cars so we can see it from side to side. When we pulled the trigger her came right over we told him the good news and he was happy for us. Then he filled out the paper work with us gave it to the finance manager and then her came back telling us we got a great deal with a 3.7 apr but we had to get the gap and extended warranty with it, which we were totally ok with, also told us to head in there in 8 months to refinance for us to get the payment lowered! Also i didn't mention that the car was 14004 under KBB so it made us happy that they were not taking advantage of us!! Then the next day we were showing off our new SUV and noticed that there was a HUGE gash in the tire, and that it definitely would not pass inspection. So i sent Eric a Picture of it, told him our concerns, he told me to bring it in on monday morning to get it replaced. Usually after it leaves the lot they act like they don't know you anymore, NOPE not here and not with Eric and Stephanie. They took our car in and fixed it like it was never there. thank you for that. Overall Eric was Fantastic to work with and i would recommend him a million times again.

My mother and I recently bought 2 vehicles from Anchor Nissan, a 2015 rogue and 2014 maxima. Eric was our salesman and I mean it wholeheartedly when I say he was the absolute best. Eric made sure the vehicles we chose were what we wanted and he was very informative and knowledgable. Eric's GENUINE care for his customers and fun personality made the experience enjoyable. He wasnt just pushing to sell a car like I've experienced at other dealerships. He made the process quick but not rushed but also made sure what we purchased was the perfect fit and let us know he was always an email/call away with questions/concerns even AFTER purchasing the vehicles. Without a doubt his customer service skills are astonishing and will always refer anyone looking for a vehicle to him. My husband and I just leased our first brand new car and we really cant believe how happy we are with the whole experience, from the moment we walked in the door we were treated so well. I was reluctant to trade my wonderful Subaru ,but realized I needed an entirely different type of vehicle to accomodate my interests, camping and boating. Went to get some service, and saw the truck of my dreams. Asked how much and what I would get in a trade in and just like that I am enjoying my newer truck. It was that easy! The dealers could not have been more helpful. Took my rails, cover, and trailer hitch off my old Frontier and put on my new Frontier with no questions asked. Would not think to go anywhere else unless I absolutely had too due to selection. Not my first purchase. Find Anchor to be reasonable, helpful and most of all sincerely nice people to work with. My Dealer was Eric, but Steven, Solomon, and pretty much everyone I have ever had to deal, with are very nice people!Eric even hooked up my Bluetooth, navigation, and even offered to help clean all my belongings out of my old Frontier. couldn't ask for any more. Foolish not to start at Anchor, for service as well.

I purchased a Nissan Sentra from Anchor Nissan in 2013 and traded it in for a Nissan Frontier Pickup in 2016. My sales consultant, Eric Fera, handled both transactions and was awesome. He made both experiences easy and hassle free. When I picked up my truck, he explained all the features, linked my iPhone with the trucks Bluetooth and even filled it up with gas. I'll definitely go back to Anchor Nissan and Eric for my next purchase. My experience with their service department has also been excellent. Easy to set appointments for oil changes and they wash the vehicle for free. Overall, I consider Anchor Nissan a great dealership for buying and service. I have had nothing but problems since bringing my car in to be fixed at this dealership. The service advisors are unprofessional and the manager is not willing to help the costumer out and backs up his mechanics crappy work. Recently I brought my 2014 Nissan Maxima in to have the rear driver side light replaced because it was getting condensation in the light. Anchor was very happy to fix it for me but when I got the car back there was a large gap (3/8 of an inch) between the car and the light and the light did not sit in the car correctly. The other side that was not touched fits flush like it should. Basically, it looks like I have been in an accident and someone did a bad job lining the car back up. I brought this to the service managers attention and he told me that is the way the replacement part fits. I also told them that they had scraped my car when replacing the light as there is two small scratches below the light from when they took it out. He ignored that complaint and told me everything was fine with the car. I will never be going back there. Do not trust anyone there, especially there service department.

I live in Georgia and was co-signing for someone to purchase a used car from this dealership. As they were negotiating the deal I called the finance department on 3 separate occasions. I got the answering machine which was no problem. The problem was I left my contact information and have yet to hear from anyone in finance. A price was agreed upon for the car and Anchor was supposed to Over Night the co-signing paperwork for me to sign. I was assured by the salesman that the papers were being Overnighted to me. The dealership was told that the car was needed for the upcoming weekend and they assured the buyer that it would be no problem to get the paperwork turned around. This was on a Tuesday. I should have received the papers Wednesday if they were sent over night. I didn't receive the papers until 7:00pm on Friday when I had to pick them up at a Fed Ex distribution office. I had to sign the papers and immediately send them out by 7:15pm and pay $52. For a Saturday delivery so the car would be available for the weekend. I asked the dealership to send me a copy of the papers I signed, but it has been over 2 weeks and I haven't received anything yet from Anchor. I hope they don't need repeat business.

Everything about this dealership was excellent! I was trying to lease a new 2015 Altima, and had been to 3 different dealers. After much research, I was waiting for a dealer to give me the price I wanted. After playing games with the other dealers and wasting my time, I began calling around to see if a dealer would give me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. All of them tried playing their games to get me into the dealership and waste more of my time. But Eric from Anchor called me right back and said he could give me the exact car and price I was looking for. So I drove to the dealership, and from test drive to driving off the lot, I had a brand new car in under 1.5 hours. They even let me leave my old car there so I could drive the new car home that night. And since I was there at closing time and did not have time to detail the car, they gave me a voucher for free detail to get the car in pristine condition. Everyone was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We"re so used to dealing with typical car dealerships that we dreaded having the thought of trading in our vehicle for another. We were shopping around and decided to go to Anchor NIssan. Matthew Maciel greeted us and it didn't take long before we thought this might be a little different. We weren't hearing the usual B.S. and it was a much more relaxed atmosphere in general.We ended up getting a deal that was good for us, that fit our current circumstances and we were never pressured to pay more or do anything we didn't feel comfortable with. The entire experience from sales, test driving, financing and picking up our vehicle was pretty painless.

I purchased a Pathfinder from Anchor a little more that one year ago and was drawn to the dealership because Anchor clearly had the lowest price. I returned to Anchor recently to purchase a Titan. Once again, Anchor had the best price around and put in a lot of effort to find the exact truck I wanted with the options I wanted when Anchor didn't have one on site. Joe Burke handled the sales end of the transaction and he was responsive and easy to deal with. It is also apparent that he brought the same sense of honorable service to Anchor that he most assuredly learned as a former member of our armed services. Joe's manager, Tim Shultz, became involved principally during the negotiations and efforts to locate the truck I wanted and he also did a commendable job. It is evident to me that Anchor truly does want to keep my business and values its customers.

I did all my research on line ahead of time - all makes and models, and narrowed it down to 3 makes of cars. I geared up for many weeks of walking car dealerships and days of haggling for a decent deal. After my online searches, first impression - Anchor was the only dealership to reach out to me via email inviting me to visit them. Naturally, that was my first stop. How pleased I was that my search ended there with the purchase of a new car that day. Baye Lo greeted us warmly and showed extreme patience as I deliberated over several different car options. He made the whole selection process fun. Anchor was the easiest to negotiate a deal that worked perfectly for me and everyone there was so helpful and informative. I have already been in for my first FREE oil change and am as impressed with the service team as much as my sales experience. Did I mention Anchor's free life time power train warrantee that you can't get at other dealerships? I recommend a Nissan product to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I want to first say Thank-you to Baye Lo, Andrew, Tim, Stephen and Mary for putting up with my Mom, she's toughtMy Mom just recently bought a pre-own vehicle from Anchor NissanAfter the 30 day warranty was over, one morning she went to start her car and it didn't start.About two and a half weeks after that, she was driving with my sister and she heard a loud noise. The muffler wentBoth times the car was repaired complimentary at no cost to her. Not only did Anchor replaced the battery, they put in a 84 month battery. Went in to meet with Jorge Navarro, who had sold me a car in the past, looking for a newer model used car to replace my recently deceased car. I told him what I was looking for (I had already previewed the inventory online)...my wife and I test drove 3 vehicles...I found the one I wanted, but my wife got jealous, so we ended up trading her 2005 corolla for a 2013 version as well as a 2012 Altima for me. We picked out the cars on Sunday and drove them away on Monday. We are very pleased.

I found a car online at this dealer and started a conversation online with the sales manager about it. I asked best price and he gave a great one right away. lower than sticker (which is customary I know).I told about a trade-in we had and without seeing we felt good with a starting trade-in price. I, a woman, went to see the vehicle (Subaru Outback) which they brought over from the next dealership since I had started the conversation with the Nissan manager. I was introduced to Von and he was friendly and courteous. I did not feel pressured or treated like a "woman buying a car" at any point. They knew I was there to look that day because my husband would have to come look. Sales manager Tim gave me a paper with an even lower price for the Subaru and a higher price for my trade-in (even though knowing it had been an accident which was repaired) to take home and discuss with my husband. We were good with both prices. My husband is a mechanic and knew what to look for when buying a used car. The car was top notch. There were a few small items we wanted fixed/taken care of before purchase. A small ding in the door, a chip in the windshield fixed and we asked for the 60,000 mile maintenance to be done first. They agreed to all not one issue about it. (Car was at 58,900 and almost due). We felt most dealerships would tell us to go screw about the maintenance but they took care of it. We were very impressed with the 'no pressure' no gimmicks, nothing bad to say about it at all!Sat down with Von and had the purchase and sales in front of us, this is where the gimmicks usually come in - nothing, nothing was wrong! Every dealership we've gone to in the past always had something - extra charges they don't tell you about, an incorrect price hoping you wouldn't notice...this was exactly what we agreed upon and we were literally in those chairs for 15 minutes. We've purchased many cars, some used, some brand new, we have never been in and out of a dealership in under two hours. This took 15 minutes. (of course there was online conversation, but it wasn't a haggling back and forth)Overall, this transaction has been absolutely wonderful. Salespeople, dealership, sales manager, we are about to trade-in our other vehicle and will be checking Anchor auto groups first. Hoping they have what we want when the time comes so we can go back because they made it so incredibly easy.

Went shopping for a car for my daughter, the salesman Andrew came over to us and asked what we were interested in, with no pressure we looked at several vehicles and test drove a couple of cars. I was in a jam. My xterra died right in their parking lot on my way to work. I had no plans to buy a new car for a while, but with my new situation that changed. I talked to everyone there and within hours had a new 2015 Rogue! Sweet ride, perfect for me and my family, and twice as fuel efficient as my beloved xterra. I think there is a misconception that buying a new car is difficult; Anchor made it super simple. I got everything I wanted and zero hassle, less stress, great price, good feelings and a memorable experience. Would i recommend them? Only if you want a car buying process to go smooth! I recently was in the market for a pre-owned Nissan Frontier and turned to Anchor Nissan with whom I have dealt in the past for servicing our two Nissan vehicles. Their service department and personnel have just been outstanding therefore I expected the same from Anchor's sales staff. I was not disappointed. I fact, I was quite impressed and pleased with the salesperson I worked with... Mr. Eric Fera. He reviewed my needs and then matched those needs with a number of pre-owned Frontier's in stock. (In fact, Anchor had more premium pre-owned truck inventory than any other Nissan dealer in the area.) Eric fully explained all the features of the Frontiers and walked me around and through two vehicles. He was very informative and went to extra lengths to accommodate my needs and my schedule. And I NEVER felt any sales pressure from Eric because he did not use those feared "used car salesmen" tactics we hear so much about. I was about ready to close a deal when my wife's father quite unexpectedly gifted us with his four year old Frontier. When I informed Eric of this situation he offered his congratulations and his total understanding the situation. Eric is truly a "class act" and I have no qualms in highly recommending him and Anchor to anyone seeking a new or pre-owned Nissan. Thank you, Eric!!!!!

After Steve checked out our trade-in, I was shocked by what he discovered. But, working with Andrew Felber and Steve we were able to painlessly work things out to buy a car. I thought Steve was very knowledgeable and honest, and Andrew Felber was professional, knowledgeable and also honest. Andrew was also very helpful getting a few things taken care of after the sale. My only concern was that there was only one key fob, and the key wasn't cut. Service for the small repairs was great, except that after servicing the car, they washed it. The wash was horrible. Windows were so bad, wife had to stop somewhere on the way home to clean the windshield because the glare from the film on the windshield was blinding. It had just been to the car wash two days earlier!

Let me say this; I've been to many dealerships in my lifetime so I can absolutley say this without hesitation this is by far the best dealership I have ever stepped foot in. From the moment you step inside to the time you drive away with your new vehicle no matter what brand it is or how much you pay, satisfaction is the key word here. Went there last year to buy my wife a forester, took forever before a salesman came out, didn't really try to get my business, ended up buying a 2014 forester from quirk.Went back again few months later.Same type of service, I wanted to buy Mini Cooper.I ended up buying a 2014 mini,from mini of WARWICK.Went back a third time to look for a vehicle for my son. I just purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima SL. Solomon Chauvin was very personable and easy to work with. He didn't place any pressure and showed me some extra things such as what to look for to determine if your car has been in an accident since it turns out that my trade in car had been in an accident that was not reported. My apologies for not remembering his name (the guy with the fake cofee cup) was super efficient at going through the paperwork which was great because I had to leave work. Everyone there was great.

First time buyer at Anchor Nissan. Wonderful experience from Donna And Brian Benoit. The price that I asked for on trade in as well as the Juke price was honored. They had to go quite a ways to retrieve my new Juke SL AWD in the color I wanted, but they came through as promised will flying colors. I have been quite wary of dealerships because I am a female, and sometimes I think I'm targeted for that in the respect that they think they can finagle or lie right to your face. Not the case at Anchor! It was a refreshing experience to meet so many smiling and friendly faces willing to help. Last, but not least, was my salesperson Brandon Alves. A job well done. I saw the Car on their website and called in, Andrew Filber was the one who was the agent for this. It was so amazing experience throughout, I definitely recommend them. This is my 2nd lease of an Altima w/ Anchor Nissan. At the end of each lease, they have called me to roll me over into my next one for less money each time! There's a reason in itself to do business w/ this dealership! They are very courteous, respectful of one's time frame, and eager to please in the particulars of what you want in the car. I've been going to Anchor Nissan for the better part of 3 years to service a Nissan that I bought at another dealer. Recently i was in a car accident where my car got totaled and so I had to begin the process of looking for a replacement vehicle. I went to Anchor Nissan, since that was where i had been going to get my previous vehicle serviced and I was friendly with the staff there. I cannot say enough good things about how catering and helpful the staff there was. I was paired with Joe Burke, who took the time to really understand what it was I was looking for and how we could fit that into a comfortable price range for me. Joe, along with Tim, Derek, and Andy made the process so simple and streamlined that I was in my new vehicle within a few days of my initial visit. The best part is that throughout the entire process I never felt rushed or pushed in any direction; they gave me options, I explored them, and picked the vehicle I wanted not one that someone else chose for me. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to either buy a vehicle or service their existing vehicle go to Anchor Nissan and talk to Joe or any of the other team members there, they have earned my trust and loyalty!

After going most of the winter without bad weather we got hit with a storm. After going in a ditch with my new 300 that has RWD my plans to buy a second vehicle advanced 6 months. After hitting the web at work and finding a car of interest it brought me to anchor Nissan. I was able to meet with Brandon, the same day (a Saturday) test drive the vehicle decide to buy it, and financing got me approved the same day and I had my new second car by Monday, just in time for the blizzard. Andrew Felber (sales) and Holly Roy (business office) really made the whole process of buying a car painless and speedy. Not only were they not pushy, they were extremely helpful, nice and had great personalities. Both my husband and I have not had the best experiences elsewhere, so to experience the great customer service both of them gave us was a breath of fresh air. We were not sure about purchasing a warrantee and Holly made it incredibly simple and took the anxiety out of that process. After the purchase was made, Andrew sat in our new car and helped me set up all the controls and navigation and bluetooth and explained where and what everything in the car did. I purchased my used 2013 Nissan Altima from Eric Fera at Anchor Nissan in on October 11, 2014. In December one of my engine belts snapped uncharacteristically at 18,000 miles. I went in and expected to have to wait for my repair to be done. But as I was walking around the showroom floor my salesman Eric Fera seen me and started talking to me and when I told him what had happened. He was shocked and walk with me to the service desk to find out how long the repairs would take. He asked if the service guest shuttle could take me home, but the driver called out sick. So Eric offered to bring me home so I didn't have to wait. After the repairs were done he then picked me up!!!! Eric is a great guy, and cares about his customers. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. My girlfriend went to him that night and bought a car two days later!!! Go see Eric Fera at Anchor Nissan.

To my surprise I found a car that I really liked and a salesman who wasn't the typical used car salesman. Andrew was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. My initial experience at Anchor Nissan was not stellar. I test drove a car that I had some interest in, however I was not completely sold. The salesman that day was pleasant. He took down my information and a description of what I was looking for. I was surprised when I didn't hear from him for the following few weeks. It was then that Eric Fera, a different salesman, contacted me. He told me that the other man was no longer with Anchor Nissan, went over what I was looking for, and sent me information on a few cars he thought fit my needs. Working with Eric was great! He really made choosing a car an enjoyable process. He was kind, attentive, understanding, and patient. He also made sure I had everything I needed and has been responsive every time I have had a question...even after the sale was complete! Buying a car from Eric at Anchor Nissan was a great experience. I recommend Anchor Nissan to anyone who is car shopping...and if you do go there I recommend you seek out Eric. His spectacular customer service really made the difference.

As a first time buyer, my experience was first class. Having limited knowledge in the buying process, Michael and staff made it enjoyable and stress free. Michael was able to accommodate all my needs in a vehicle and managed to remain under my budget. He worked relentlessly with management to, within reason, establish a price that I felt comfortable in financing. Although Michael was new to the dealership when the sales negotiation took place, his knowledge of the inventory and overall customer service skills resembled that of a seasoned vet. We were given Brandon Alves as our salesman and no words can describe the professionalism this man had with us. He went above and beyond his duties and we couldn't have been more pleased with him. The car was still there and we did buy it. At the end of the sale, and the day, Brandon became our friend, not our salesman, and that meant a lot to us. He called the next day to see how things were going with the car and also sent an email telling us he was there for us if we needed anything. We stopped in at Anchor on a whim after leaving a nearby Honda dealer. We were looking at the CRV but were looking for other options. We were lucky to get Brandon Alves as our salesman. We were unfamiliar with Nissan vehicles. We told him what size, options and price we were looking for and he brought us out to see and test drive the Rogue. Brandon was very knowledgable about the vehicle. The Rogue is the vehicle we were looking for. Working with Brandon and sales manager Tim Shultz we reached a price point on our trade and the new car price that we were very comfortable with. They did not have the color combo we were looking for. As were were checking out other options, Tim excused himself. He came back a few minutes later letting us know that he had found what we were looking for at another dealer and he would have it on the lot ready for pickup the next day. We were also happy in our dealings with Jared Rubin when we finalized all of the paperwork. He explained each step of the process and answered all questions.When we went back to pick up the vehicle Brandon was fantastic. He took the time to go over all of the vehicles features and answered any and all questions. We began looking for a new Rogue or CRV this early fall. It will be my wife's vehicle and she would make the final decision on which model. I went just after work to obtain some initial information and ran into an old friend who happens to be a shuttle driver. He introduced me to sales person Solomon Chauvin. From the start he was professional and friendly and had knowledge of the Rogue's features. He explained in detail the optional and standard equipment.. Solomon and their team gave us a great price up front with no hassles or typical BS. We wanted a certain color/optional features on the Rogue and had to wait for some time. Due to the duration we waited they obtained us a 2015 model and honored the already agreed price of a 2014, including our trade.We were impressed with Solomon as a sales person and the way were treated by their other employees. Our only complaint is with the handling of the paperwork.Someone sat on the title for three weeks before mailing it and it took so long for the owners manual to come I had already ordered a new one from the publisher.

Eric was very professional and courteous and not pushy what so ever. He listen to our needs and gave an amazing product demonstration. The dealership was great too as they were able to get us financed and get the payment within our budget. My girlfriend and I will be purchasing another vehicle in December from Eric Fera and Anchor Nissan.

Recently I went in to purchase/lease a new vehicle, but I didn't know where I wanted to start. Immediately after arriving Brandon Alves came over to help begin this journey. He brought me through quite a few makes and models to accommodate my pickiness. Although it was late, and the dealership was closing soon, he was more than willing to help me without any grumbles (I have received quite a few of those in past). Since it was late I told him I would be back on Saturday to discuss further. When returning I requested to work with him again, which resulted in a great experience. The teamwork between Brandon, Brian, Steve, and Holly was seamless and they were able to take care of me, my trade, and my new lease. Even though we finished the car paperwork after hours Brandon spent ample time helping me get accustomed to all the new gadgets in the car. He told me to not hesitate to call him with any questions or concerns, even after the sale was complete. Needless to say, I had a great experience.

As the owner of a 2007 Nissan Sentra with 122K+ miles on it & its unwavering loyalty to me because I travel to work 80 miles per day roundtrip, I decided after endless "homework" that I would go with a Sentra again.Mr. Von Kachittavong was absolutely fantastic!! He'd actually sold my daughter a used 2012 Altima in 2013 & my husband contacted him again to see if he would be able to help us out.After I explained my requirements/expectations in a new Sentra in that I needed to stay within a budget & didn't need any fancy "toys, bells, or whistles", but a simple car for a very simple me (& it had to be Amethyst/Gray), he found me the most precious vehicle!!! Not once in all of our interactions did he once try to convince me otherwise. I didn't even want to test drive it because after all, it is a Nissan. My entire experience was something that I can only describe as "painless" considering an agonizing-all-day-affair at another Nissan dealership where I just finally got up & left with the sales folks chasing me through their parking lot to come back.Mr. Kachittavong even took the time to gently calm my nerves as I watched the rush-hour traffic on Rt. #146 as I wondered how was I ever going to pull my new car off of the lot & join that mess!!! It was at that moment that I realized that I was not just a sale, but that there was genuine concern for my fear at diving into that traffic horror.I hope that Anchor Nissan realizes just what an incredibly special sales individual that they have because in my humble opinion, Mr. Kachittavong is a jewel!!Oh, & my gorgeous Amethyst/Gray 2014 Sentra?? I recently bought a rogue at anchor Nissan and am very happy with my decision. I went there unsure what kind of car I wanted. My sales rep was Brandon Alves and I told him that we had a budget and needed to stay within a certain amount for our monthly payments. He was very understanding and showed us the car we could afford. It was used but it has so many nice features since it is the SL model. I am very pleased with Brandon and thought he did a great job even though he is new to Anchor Nissan.

I went to Anchor knowing exactly what I wanted, and already approved from a different lender. Upon arrival I met Eric and we test drove the vehicle I wanted and I loved it. We discussed financing and that's when I met Holly. I told them I already had a loan in place, but they were both confident they could beat the rate I was offered. I was pleasantly surprised they were right. I would highly recommend both of them. They were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. All great qualities when you're making a a big purchase.

I pulled on the lot without any intention of buying a car. I had seen a Nissan Cube on Auto Trader and I was just curious to see if there was any way I could afford it. If I couldnt, I would walk away disappointed, but with a sense of knowing my current car was fine. I had gone to Florida a year ago and rented a car, when I got to the rental office they told me all they had left was a Nissan Cube. I was so disappointed because I thought it was an awful looking car and I couldnt imagine that it was safe. I had my nephew and thought my sister would kill me if she knew what I was driving him around in. I could not have been more wrong. I fell in love with it! When we got to the lot we met Eric, who right from the start was personable, clean and knowledgeable. The doors to the Cube were unlocked, so we were already tinkering around in it. He came up and we bombarded him with questions. He had an answer for every question we asked, including what was with the shag rug? Before we even left the lot for a test drive, I wanted to be up front and disclosed to him what my budget was and what I was looking for as far as payments. Two weeks before my partner and I leased a brand new Hyundai from a dealer in RI and our experience was just awful. I have never felt more discriminated against and I cant remember feeling so conflicted by a sales tactic. Initially, because of this, I was on my guard and to be honest I had mentally prepared myself for the walk away. I was almost anticipating Eric to play the smooth salesman routine and have him bring me up to shoot me down. He NEVER presented himself in any other manner than professional. He said, well lets see what they give us for your trade and find out how your credit is like and well go from there. He suggested we take a test drive and we did and I was falling in love all over again. Bottom line, ERIC is a keeper! He treated us respectfully and you can say, well of course you are happy you got what you wanted. Yes, I did get the vehicle I wanted, but the price was still over my budget-heres the differenceERIC! He never made it seem like it was out of my reach-he gave me a fair amount for my trade and I was willing to pay the little bit of difference because the customer service was outstanding! He had a great sense of humor and seemed more human than any other sales person I have ever dealt with. On average, I get a new car every three or four years. I always dread the high pressure sales person routine and this by far was THE BEST experience I have ever had. We did all the financing with Carl Parrillo, who was also outstanding! He also has the neatest handwriting of any guy I ever met. He saw that I was from Warwick and offered to meet me half way to drop off my Vin information. That is really going above and beyond! I had a question for him so I called and had to leave him a message, he wasnt able to get through to me, so he sent me a text. I dont know if you do the same training for all departments, but it has been flat out consistent. I will recommend you guys to everyone I talk to that is looking for a car. I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue from Anchor Nissan. Originally, I had planned on purchasing a used vehicle, but once I saw the new model and test drove it, I could not resist. I had called ahead and made an appointment to see the vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson (Solomon Chauvin). He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I made another appointment the next day so that my husband could test drive the vehicle. He too, had many questions. all of which were answered. We were quickly able to negotiate a price and complete all of the necessary paperwork. The exact vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, but the dealership was quickly able to locate it and have it delivered. The additional options that I requested were then installed at the dealership.Having purchased many cars over the years, this was an enjoyable experience. The sales team was very attentive to my requests. It was not the high pressure sale that you get at many other dealerships. We will be purchasing another Nissan in the near future and will definitely be purchasing it from Anchor Nissan.

The reason for my poor review of this dealership is based on the lack of information that was given to me prior to the purchase of the car, when the money was handed over and all of the papers signed. At that time Eric handed me the single key for the car. Any car that I have ever purchased has come with at least 2 keys and 2 remotes for the locks. This car had no remotes and only one key. I can not imagine having a car without a spare key. The fact that the car did not have a single remote was something that I should have been notified of prior to purchasing the vehicle. When I complained, I was told by Max, the manager, that it was my responsibility to ask. I am sorry but something as basic as the remote for the locks on a car that is advertised to have remote keyless entry is NOT something that I should have to ask about. If I would have gone out and purchased two remotes and one more key it would have cost over $400. After much complaining and arguments the dealership offered to supply one remote and to program the remote and a spare key. The spare key is something that I had to purchase for $75, an expense that I did not anticipate at the time that I purchased the car. To summarize, my complaint is focused on the lack of information about basic components of the car prior to purchasing the car and the lack of cooperation from the dealership after I purchased the car. This incident tainted my entire view of my car buying experience and resulted in the very poor ratings. If it would have been possible I would have returned the car and requested a refund of all of the money. I was told that this was not possible.One other issue that I became aware of after the purchase of the car was that it was my responsibility to get the VIN check for the our-of-state title for the car. That means that I drove the car off the dealership lot without a 100% guarantee that the vehicle has a clear title. In talking with a police officer, we were told that it is the responsibility of the dealer to get the VIN check to insure the title was clear before the vehicle was sold.In general I am not happy with the Anchor Auto Group. I will never do any more business with them and when asked, I will give them the poorest recommendation possible.

When my son David and I came to the Nissan Dealership in N. Smithfield RI, we were instantly greeted by Tim Schultz and he made us feel lie we have known one another for years. There was a definite ease setting in this dealership. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He had shown us every detail about the cars we leased and is there for us whenever we have any questions. Jared Rubin in Financing was also quite laid back, and made us feel at home as well. He treated us as if we also known each other forever. I love walking in there at any random time, and they are right there with bright smiles and know exactly who we are when we walk in and greet us happily. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and honest when he did not know something and was willing to look into it. Pricing was fair. It seemed about the average price, not higher not lower. There was some issue with paperwork; however the situation was remedied quickly and satisfactorily. I was very pleased to see that anchor still works with customers on the price of a used vehicle, alot of dealers nowadays don't do it anymore,I purchased a 2004 jeep that I love and after 2 weeks it needed to be serviced under the warranty, and both problems were addressed and repaired under the warranty, I worked with stephanie at the service dept. who was very courteous and profesional, and took the time to investigate the problem and make sure the proper info was used for the repair. They went the extra mile to see to it the repairs were done right the first time.

I went in to test drive a 2010 nissan maxima that I have seen on Internet. When I got there Eric Fera was the only sales person available he brought me to his desk and before we started the test drive for the vehicle we had a nice conversation about my previous vehicles. We then took the car for a test drive and I fell in love with the car right away. I then told Eric I liked the car and even then he did not try and push me just to try and make a sale he just told me was the car something that I would be interesting in purchasing, at this time I was only going in to test drive not to buy, but the car, mileage and price was to good to let slip by. Eric did let me know that he did have someone else coming in to check out the same vehicle. That being said I just happened to bring a couple of hundred dollars with me and with no hesitation I put that down as a down payment and we started to get the paperwork rolling it was a great experience dealing with Eric and to make it even better we couldn't finish the deal that day so Eric came in the next day on his day off to finalize the paperwork with me. Eric is an awesome dude.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience with Anchor Nissan. the only complaint we have is that we were provided with only 1 key fabre - the previous owner did not remember whether or not he had turned in the second key fabre. We were told that we could purchase another one at cost - we feel that this is unacceptable seeing as we paid the full asking price for the vehicle. How can a car be sold with only one key or key fabre? We would like to order another key fabre but not at our expense. If the previous owner to our vehicle does not remember whether or not he turned in the second key,why should we pay for a second one?We would appreciate a call from Anchor Nissan to make arrangements to have the car brought in so that a second key fabre can be made for it.Thank youlLouise C. At the end of March, I spotted a low-mileage and rare, 2013 Infiniti M37x Sport vehicle on the Anchor Nissan web site. In less than a day, a very courteous and professional representative, Donna Benoit, followed up on my internet inquiry and scheduled both a visit and test drive for me. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stephen and introduced to an attentive and friendly sales associate, James Martin. James was efficient and focused in assessing my potential trade of an Infiniti G35x and guided me on a thorough test drive of a sweet M37 ride! He was extremely knowledgeable in pointing out the numerous performance and comfort amenities in the vehicle and made sure that I was fully satisfied with my test drive and his explanation of its features; I was definitely enticed to buy the vehicle on the spot! My husband and I were so glad to have worked with Anchor Nissan after dealing with years of poor service at Hurd. Adam, our Sales Rep, was very informed on the used Nissan Altima we were interested in and made the entire process very easy. Adam set us up with a full tank of gas, detailing the car when leaving the lot, and 2 complimentary oil changes. It's obvious they care about their customers. He personally introduced me to the Service Manager, which is inside the dealership, opposed to having to wait in the garage awkwardly (like other dealers). I also noticed the first week it could use a front-end alignment which they did for me without complaint or question. The entire buying process was so easy, quick and friendly that they have earned our business for all our future purchases. I strongly recommend buying from Anchor Nissan!

Salesman Von Kachittavong was a joy to deal with. No pressure tactics here. In fact, I made a few trips to Anchor in order to make a decision. And each time, Von didn't attempt to rush me into a buy. I purchased a used car, so the dealership was cool with getting it checked out my mechanic. And when the mechanic raised an issue, the dealership fixed it no questions asked. I think we arrived at a fair price for the vehicle.I even had a small issue with the car after taking it off the lot -- it's used after all. They checked it out the next morning and fixed the problem at no charge. I'd have no problem recommending Von or Anchor.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show in Providence where we had the good luck of meeting Dave Richards. At the time we both were leasing a Sentra which our leases were coming to an end in May. Dave told us that Nissan was running a program where we could turn in our cars early without any penalties and get a newer car. He gave us his card to told us to give him a call. At the time we were already dealing with another dealer. Dave followed up with an email that very night. The following weekend my wife to went to meet with Dave. My wife and I were all set to get another Sentra. Dave called and told us that the Altima had a better rebate program and we could get 2 Altimas for the same monthly payment as the Sentra and suggested we come down and test drive them. We hesitated at first but he really encouraged us to come in. Told us once we drove the Altima he knew we would love them. So that is what we did and he was right. The fact that the Altima got the same gas mileage in the city and better on the highway made our decision easy. Today we are both driving the Altima and love them. I give Anchor Nissan and my sales person Dave Richards 5 stars, top ratings!!If you are like me, customer reviews play an important part in your decision on who you choose to buy from. I highly recommend stopping by Anchor Nissan, North Smithfield RI and buying a car from them. You will walk away saying to yourself, why cant other dealerships be like this. The atmosphere is like buying from a small local business that you trust vs. a mega dealership where you are just one of many people to be sold. I was extremely pleased with my buying experience at Anchor. No hard sales pitch, just friendly people everywhere you turned, no kidding. A good example of the great atmosphere was another salesman named Jim Prete who helped me when David was not available. He took the time to explain various features of the car on our test drive, even though we were not his direct customer. My sales person was David Richards who was extremely professional and bent over backwards to make my purchase a no hassle and enjoyable experience. David made my wife and 3 children feel welcome as we discussed our family's potential purchase. David gave me a great price on the minivan we bought, best price in the area and a fair trade-in amount for our old car. I found the dealerships financing to be very competitive with the local banks in the area. This made it easy to handle all parts of the buying transaction in one place with no hassles. The business managers Max and Jared made the financial paperwork quick to complete and took extra time to explain additional services I could purchase in a helpful manner, no last minute hard sales pitch like I have experienced at other dealerships time and again. This is our second purchase from Anchor, I have bought both a used Audi A4 and now a 2012 Nissan Quest Minivan. This is the 4th Nissan my family has bought from Eric, the third at Anchor Nissan. I can honestly say each been a pleasant hassle free experience. Eric is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. We have never felt pressured by Eric or any of the staff at Anchor. I set up a test drive, got a price for the vehicle, a value for my trade and with a couple more phone calls and emails the deal was done. There were no issues, even when I asked them to find a different color (which they did in one day).I seriously considered buying a non-Nissan vehicle, but in the end my comfort with Eric and the entire staff at Anchor kept me in the Nissan family.The service does not end with the purchase. Their business people are easy to work with and their service department (especially Stephanie) top notch.I would recommend Eric and Anchor to anyone in Southern New England. It is worth the trip and you will not be disappointed.

The website was easy to use, loved the fact I could sort vehicles by feature. Setting a time to test drive the vehicle was as easy as a phone call and the car was more or less ready at the designated time for the test drive. The route Jim had us take was 'all inclusive,' meaning it consisted of highway and back-road driving, which I really appreciated. There was minimal haggling and the paperwork process was a breeze.

We have been to another well known Nissan dealer in the area in 2008 but once Anchor opened in Smithfield it was not only convenient but the employees in both sales and service are friendly and accommodating. They know they have smart shoppers who want to spend their $ wisely, and they are willing to take the time to answer questions or find additional information in response to customer requests. We were particularly happy with our experience since we have a lowered income this year and are challenged to find ways to reduce our expenses. My husband selected his Nissan Rogue after he and I both met with David Richards and Stephen (last name eludes me) to test drive a Juke, the new 2014 Rogue. and the 2013 Rogue. Although the 2013 did not have the bells and whistles of the 2011 lease, we left feeling the price was more of what we could afford, especially since Anchor Nissan offered attractive incentives to return the leased car before expiration. We spent quite a few days making up our minds and returning to see what else was available--inventory moves quickly here! I decided to sell my Prius and lease a Nissan Versa, approximately 35-38 mpg on the highway, and reduce car expenses by another $250 per month. We really appreciated the personable approach of both Dave Richards and Stephen, the assistant manager. Why would we not return except to say hello to these guys, and thank them for their time and concern. They heard what we needed, and they didn't try to haggle or oversell or disrespect our concerns. Keep up the great work--and we know your service folks are skilled and patient--hope we don't have to see them too much except for the oil changes that you also included in the incentive packages! ...

Sales Consultant Dave Richards was excellent and most accommodating from the moment we walked in. We have been buying cars for over 40 years and Dave has been the best salesman so far. We walked in and told him we did not want to spend 5 hours at the dealership...we told him exactly what we wanted and the finance manager was exceptional. We are from Massachusetts and had to go to Rhode Island for a good deal. Dave cleaned and waxed our car and filled up the tank with gas and we left the dealership with a beautiful Infinity car. We think the dealership was excellent and would recommend Dave to all Massachusetts residents for a great car buying experience!

I started out of the barn with one thought in mind, that was to buy a vehicle from the most reliable dealer that I knew, that being the case this rulled out the Fords and GMC's and Dodge as Team Anchor sells Nissan and Subaru's. While Team Anchor had a number of really great used vehicles to look at I found a 2013 Nissan SV-6 on the lot. They presented me with a good deal on my trade and made the transfer/purchase an easy task that actually took up very little of my time. They took care of everything so that All I had to do was drive this away. I made this purchase without doing anything more than checking out the websites to see what was out there. I visited no other dealer as to my way of thinking this would be the only dealer I trusted and would buy from. So far with a little over 900 miles on my truck they have kept in touchwith me to make certain all was well..I have learned that at Team Anchor if I thought I needed to go to the top, I would be able to sit with the owner at any time and at my convenience, you just don't get that anymore from the auto miles and larger dealerships....and I noticed that here at Team Anchor I could walk in, if my sales person, consultant was either busy or out of the office others would volunteer to assist me. It don't get better than that.

My husband and I went to the Providence Auto show and we were lucky enough to meet Dave. We were telling him about our current Nissan leases which were coming to an end soon. He explained to us the program Nissan was offering where they would overlook our last 3 payments if we turn the cars in early. He gave us his card and told us to come and see him. I am so glad that we did. We originally were looking into the Sentra and he explained that because of the rebates Nissan was offering over President weekend we could get an Altima for the same payment as what another dealer quoted me for the Sentra. He was always willing to take all my phone calls and believe me there were plenty. He went out of his way to make sure that we got what we wanted. My husband and I ended up both getting the Altima for the same payment we would have paid for the Sentra. This would not have happened if Dave didn't tell us about the program. He was always very professional and friendly. I found everyone at this dealership to be friendly. I can't say enough about Dave and would highly recommend him to anyone.

By far, I had the best experience with the purchase, delivery and dealer follow up of a Nissan Frontier from Anchor Nissan than any of the other 8 new vehicle purchases that I have made over the years. These other new vehicle purchases have included Subaru, Nissan, Toyota (2), Saturn, Chevrolet, and GMC(2). I found Anchor Nissan to be straight forward and very fair with the trade in value of my used truck (Steve & Brian). I found the salesman to be honest and quite knowledgeable of the vehicle (Adam). I was also impressed with the owner's strong interest in my total satisfaction with the purchase (Brian). I would definitely recommend Anchor to my friends and family.

p.s. to my previous review on my experienceat anchor nissan. when i returned the next day to pick up my car david was waiting for me. we went out to the car the car was warming up and david went through the feature of the car. went home tried to program my garage door opener. decided to put my car in the garage. tried to put the key in the to start up the car and i could not get the key to stay in it just kept popping back out.so i called david at the dealership and told him my problem. he could not understand why i was haveing a problem. david told me to try this and that and if it did not work to call him back. so i tried this and that and nothing worked. now i'm getting mad i'm not going through this all the time they can have the car back. called david again told him no luck well he said when he gets out of work he will come to the house.gave dave direction to the house which was about thirty miles away out in the country. five thirty dave calls and says he at this little store in town which is an aquarium i gave him direction to my house . dave arrives at my house and tells me his experence in getting to my house down the main highway then this back road that is foggy creepy narrow road .finally comes to this dimly lighted storegoes in there a little man behind the counter maybe a hobbit? ask to use his phone to call me. before leaving i buy a small can of fish food for helping me and i don'teven own any fish. now dave ask me for the keys i give him the keys and he says these are not the keys thats the remote start this is the key and puts it in the ignition and starts the car.wellhe has a good laughalong with my wife and i'm feeling really dumb. david was very good natured about it all thanks david.see you soon for golf.

Having dealt with Anchor Subaru before, Anchor Nissan was a similar excellent experience. The best part of our experience was our Sales Rep Adam Park. To be honest, when we walked in it seemed as though nobody there was interested in our business but Adam immediately came over to ask us how he could help. He spent almost four hours with us showing us any and all vehicles we wanted to see and test drive both new and used. He was very knowledgeable about each and every vehicle and was willing to answer any and all questions. He was very personable, very honest and was not pushy which is very important to us. After the sale was done he worked as hard as he could to get everything processed, get the car ready for us and because of a minor glitch in registering the vehicle he arranged to get us free all-weather mats.I'm not sure we got the best deal we could have but the process is a negotiation and I don't feel we negotiated as much as we could. All in all it was a great experience, we bought a great new car and I would recommend Anchor to anyone.

Our son was unfortunately rear-ended and our reliable pickup truck ended up being totaled; my wife and I had to go in search of a replacement vehicle for him (a high school student). We went looking for a comparable vehicle that was safe and reliable, yet within the price range of the vehicle we were replacing. We searched all over at many used car dealers; at most, the service was fair to poor; many salesmen just told us to look in the lot of vehicles they had and let them know what we were interested in. In addition, we were not sure of the quality and history of the used cars we were looking at. We were driving by Fireside Nissan as a last stop after having been to several used car dealers that day. When we walked in their salesman, Eric Fera, immediately greeted us with a "Thank you for coming in"; this was a first. He asked us what we were looking for, listened to our needs and immediately started showing us vehicles he thought would be a good fit. Eric was very professional, friendly and not pushy for a sale; it was encouraging that he wanted to help us. We very quickly got to a used vehicle we really liked (good mileage, good condition/reliable, good price) and were comfortable with the background of the vehicle. All of the other used dealers wanted to show us the Carfax for the history of the vehicle but Fireside Nissan showed us the Autocheck report which appears to be a more reliable source for this very important information when buying a used vehicle. I would strongly recommend Fireside Nissan for the purchase of a new or used vehicle; I have 4 more children coming down the path and will be going to Fireside Nissan for future purchases.

My husband and I found ourselves looking to purchase a car after I was in accident that totaled my car. We were looking at crossovers which would provide us with many safety features. We set out two Saturdays to hit all the dealers that we had on our list to test drives some small SUVs. Having been a little disappointed at the crossovers that I thought would be amazing fell short of what we were looking for, my husband suggested to drive in the Anchor Nissan here in North Smithfield. Nissan was not on our list and we had not done a lot of research on any of their vehicles. Once we were there we immediately liked the 2013 Rogue. We met with David Hovrath, who asked us what we were looking for in a car. I rattled off a couple of things and he immediately knew I was looking into a car that offered many safety features. David was able to connect with us, and I felt like he knew what I was going through. That Saturday was freezing cold, but he stuck out the cold with us to find the right car. We test drove the 2013 Rogue, which we loved the ride, but it was a little cramped inside. I was a little disappointed. We got off the car and David saw I was a little disappointed. We all spotted a silver car that my husband and I immediately fell in love with. It turned out to be the all new 2014 Nissan Rogue. David immediately described the details of the new Nissan and he brought out the keys to test drive the new Rogue. It was exactly what we were looking for in a crossover. It was the 2013 Rogue, but enhanced and with so much more room inside. To us it was perfect. The price was a little more than we wanted to pay, but David took us inside and we were able to work out an awesome deal that would allow us take home the car!!The car feels safe, comfortable, and even had the leather seats I wanted, which the other crossovers failed to have at our price range!! I am so happy that we ended up stopping at Anchor Nissan, and more happy that David Horvath was our sales consultant. He did not rush us, was patient, and willing to work with us. Jarrid, the business manager was also pleasant to work with!

My wife and I were in the market for a new (used) car to replace our 2003 BMW 330xi and had been to a few dealerships looking at cars in a similar category. While the task of looking for a replacement vehicle was exciting, we soon learned that not all dealerships operate with the consumer as their first priority. After the first four dealerships, we found ourselves at Anchor Nissan. Absent from the typical dealer experience was the fact that no Sales Rep was waiting to pounce on us as soon as we drove in. We were free to look around the lot without being pressured. When we were ready, we walked into the dealership and asked for a Sales Rep. We were introduced to David Horvath, a very kind gentleman, who immediately asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. Not price point, not options. He wanted to know more about us and how we drove...and what are needs were for a replacement vehicle. Refreshing! A Salesman that listens!We had a vehicle in mind, a 2010 Infiniti G37x. David described the vehicle's features and informed us that the car's history. He also spoke about the service after the sale, something that sets them apart from other dealers in the area. While the Infiniti was just outside our price range, we took it for a test drive and loved it. We went inside to talk numbers and found that it was still just a little out of our range so we said we would still look around. As the conversation turned casual, were were introduced to Brian, one of the owners, who shared some similar stories about wineries and kids in college. There was no pressure and no mention of sales at that point. I'd also like to mention the fact that they stayed open an hour after their official closing time to accommodate us. Awesome! My wife and I looked at a few more cars before heading back to Anchor Nissan. David was kind enough to show us an Altima and Maxima so we could compare handling and performance. Of course we were still hooked on the Infiniti. We said hello to Brian, who pulled me aside and said he'd work with us to get into that vehicle at a more attractive price...and he kept his word. The entire experience was enjoyable and fun. We financed the car at an exceptional rate and couldn't be happier.Final words about our Sales Rep David Horvath: He treated us with kindness and respect, the same way that he would expect to be treated. I think that's a big reason why we went back to Anchor Nissan. We felt like we made a new friend, not just some guy that cares about pushing cars.We highly recommend Anchor Nissan to anyone looking for quality used cars.

I am a young woman who went to the dealership by myself and the guys at Anchor were nothing but respectful and helpful. The test drive went well, the trade-in of my old vehicle went smoothly, and the financing process was simple. These guys know what they're doing and they're doing it well. I bought a used SUV from the Nissan dealership and it was well taken care of. I haven't had any services/repairs done yet, but I will return to Anchor for oil changes and routine maintenance.

I came in with a set budget and I do not like to haggle back and forth needlessly. I found Shar and the dealership in general respected my approach and we were able to agree fairly quickly. I did have one mechanical reservation about the car I wanted to purchase and they addressed the issue, let me drive the car again and even allowed a specific 30 day warantee on the item in question which gave me the confidence to buy the car.I am very satisfied with my buying experience with Shar and Anchor Subaru.

There are a couple reasons I gave Anchor Nissan the rating that I did. Firstly, and most importantly Derek Lascola. Secondly, Victor in Service. However, this is one of the reviews where I HAD to give the dealer a good review, but at the end of the sales cycle had a terrible experience. I wanted to make sure Derek was properly rewarded for his sales conduct. Victor was awesome at service and answered all my questions. The one blemish on Anchor Nissan was one of the Sales Managers. The night before I agreed to a deal with Derek he went on an idiotic rant that almost lost the deal for the dealership. Derek's service was the only reason I purchased. If Derek and Victor leave, i'll never recommend or deal with Anchor Nissan again.

Had a great experience, friendly, very informative and felt no pressure to purchase right away. Service was quick and hassle free. Only reason why I put the price was ok was the fact that they did not have the car I wanted so they had to deliver the car and felt no room for negotiating the price of the lease. Overall pleased with the Subaru I got. They found the exact car, color, style I wanted. Lease price was a little higher than I thought consider I have a more upscale Subaru from a different dealership paying nearly the same with less down payment. Like I said felt no room to negotiate considering I asked for a specific model that they did not carry in the dealership!

Dan the service manager thinks he owns the dealer, and do jobs on the car without asking first, if you do not pay for it he will curse at you, and Mr. Benoit one of the owners agrees with him. I had a long complain against the service and when I came back with appointment for oil change Dan expelled me from the dealer. The dealer in new and do not know how to treat costumers good, because IT IS THEIR WAY OR THE HIGHWAY. I do NOT like Anchor Nissan at all

My 2009 Nissan Altima was rear ended and totaled. I only had 18 months of payments before owning it outright, I have a child in day care and recently moved into a new home. I was not in the market for a new car and just wanted MY car back. Anchor Nissan was the first and only dealership I visited. I walked in the door and was greeted by the sales manager who was very kind, heard what I had to say and called Eric over to help me. Eric listened to what I wanted and didn't push anything on me. He knew that all I wanted was my car back. He let me see what I wanted to see without trying to up-sell me. As it worked out, they had a 2010 Altima in stock - same color, same everything as mine; just one year newer and lower mileage. My husband wanted to check a few places out, but I felt so comfortable with Eric and the experience I had when I first came in, I knew I wanted to go through Anchor. Eric was not in the office the next evening when I returned to talk numbers and go for a test drive, so Sean stepped in to help. He was very helpful, nice and I'm really glad he was there to help. We took a test drive with Sean; he answered all of our questions and helped me work to a number that was reasonable for my situation. Jared was so amazing when helping me with my financing, I can't say enough.I will refer every one of my friends to Anchor Nissan and cannot recommend them enough. I had a nice experience with Anchor and happy to share.I love shopping, but hate shopping for cars. I find it stressful and time consuming - having to go back and forth between the salesperson and their manager trying to barter; and then having to play other dealerships for better pricing. Buying a new car is something I never look forward to, and only shop for one when the time has come and I'm forced to. There had to be an easier wayA friend of mine recently purchased a new car and told me that she did all the negotiating between dealerships on line and had a good experience by saving her a lot time and aggravation. I decided to try and took that route.Several dealerships answered my email and left phone messages and sent emails, but I wasn't impressed with any of them - and then I met Tim Schultz.Tim and I emailed a few times and I told him that I didn't like buying cars and wasn't prepared to "play the game." I saw a gently used 2012 Nissan Altima on their website (loaner vehicle from Anchor with only 5K mileage) and I wanted the "rock bottom price". I went to the dealership and Tim took me for a test drive. We sat down and Tim further discounted the vehicle (which was already far lower in price and mileage than other vehicles being offered by other dealerships and Blue Book value). I got a fair trade for my used car, and I'm now driving my "new" car!Tim made the transaction easy with no pressure. I then met with Jarrod for financing, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. Jarrod was able to get me a very low interest rate and further made the sale simple and affordable.I love my new Altima and would recommend Anchor if shopping for a new (or slightly used) Nissan - and more importantly Tim as your salesperson. He truly cares for his customers and making them happy with their new car.Thank you, Tim!

I have been searching for a new Nissan Frontier since Jan of 2013. I am a retired military veteran of 29 years and used the car buying service provided by USAA. Let me tell you that using this certificate created issues as NO dealership wanted to honor. Didn't realize that Anchor has a Nissan dealership located in North Smithfield so I paid a visit. Since then I have my vehicle serviced regularly from Anchor and have always been pleased. I did take it one time to another Nissan dealership and won't do that again. Steven is always available to answer questions and get information and goes "above and beyond". I found a Nissan Murano I wanted to purchase. The salesman Eric Fera was the greatest! He was just the nicest person and very professional. Then I was sent to the finance office where Jarrod proceeded to berate me and call me stupid for not wanting to buy the extended warranty. I walked out and left the car behind. . They know the truth. I as a woman was not treated well there at all. Since the incident I have learned other people have had similar stories about Anchor. Avoid it and ride to Milford Nissan. I was treated as a customer should be and the purchase was actually a happy experience. The price was 2,000.00 lower and Milford gave me a year free maintenace.

Min my salesman answered every question, found me every option I wanted and gave me no pressure on making a commitment. Dave the sales manager layed out all of the vehicle pricing, all incentives, options, stock availability etc. Within 30 minutes I knew I would be back here to make my lease.Came back two days later got my deal done and a couple hours later drove away in my amazing new 2013 Altima 3.5SV and I ALMOST feel guilty about the amazing price Min & Dave got me for my monthly payment.Amazing experience, amazing car, amazing deal. Let me start off by saying...I NEVER write reviews but love to buy cars and consider myself "above average" when it comes to negotiating. With that being said my wife and I wanted test drive the new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder before dinner one Saturday evening. We stopped in at our local Nissan dealership, Anchor Nissan, and met Tim Shultz in Sales. We told him that we don't have a lot of time but would love to test drive one of the new 2013 Pathfinders. Tim said sure...grabbed my license and the keys to one of the models they had on the lot. He pulled the car up and sent my wife and I are our way. He didn't pull the "traditional" hop in the back seat and fill us with "fluffy" descriptions about the car. When we came back we gave him the keys and told him that we'd be in touch. Not once did we feel the pressure to sit down and negotiate.So after researching several other 3rd Row SUVs, my wife and I came back to the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SL. So after countless research hours and reviews on Edmunds "Prices Paid" forum I have a good idea on what price I can get the vehicle for. Our problem is that the particular vehicle configuration limited us to only 2 available in New England. This left with two options, drive 150+mi to the dealership that has the vehicle in stock or work with Nissan dealerships to work on a "dealer swap".I put the feelers out online letting Nissan dealers know that we are ready to move on this particular configuration of Pathfinder. I had about a dozen phone calls within 2 hours of posting my needs. Several told me they have the car in stock but "I have to come down today" to get the price I wanted. After showing up they neither had the color or options....instead they wanted to sell me another model they have on the lot for an even "better price" (-$200). After denying them and reiterating to these dealerships that we want a particular model that is located at two other dealerships 150+ miles away...they made calls to conduct "dealer swaps". After 30 mins of calls, they came back with price that was $1700 & $1200 more than what they were willing to sell for the exact same model on the lot. Both dealers say there's a cost to conduct a "dealer swap"...(i.e. someone to drive a car out to swap, gas, and the sending dealer wanting his "dealer holdback"). To make a long story short...I walked out of both dealers (East Providence & Inskip). Before driving 150+ miles I made a call to Anchor Nissan to speak with Tim. It was his day off but he answered his cell. I gave him the story of where we are and he said "go enjoy the rest of your Sunday, I'll get the car at the price you want first thing tomorrow morning".Sure enough Monday morning he called arranged the "dealer swap". I came in and sat down signed a P&S (at a rock bottom price) and NOT ONCE had to talk with the Sales Manager...no "4-square" sheet...no talk about where we want to be on monthly payments...THE EASIEST SALES PROCESS! If you're looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle in RI, MA, CT I can't say it enough...Call or Visit Anchor Nissan and seek out Tim Shultz. I will be back and so will my friends and family!

We bought our 2012 Nissan Leaf SL at Anchor Nissan. Von K is our sales specialist, and was a pleasure to deal with. David Richards is the sales manager that we also dealt with. Both Von and David worked with our budget. Although we spent about 2 hours at the dealership, the negotiations went pretty well and we were able to get the monthly payments we were comfortable with. Very friendly and no-pressure from both gentlemen.Everytime I'm in the area, they let me charge my Nissan Leaf. They have three charging stations, which is a great benefit from buying from this dealership. I really like the 100% electric car that I purchased from Anchor Nissan, and I highly recommend them.

He helped us find a nice, afforable car for my 17 year old son. He was very smart and knew what he was doing. He was probably one of the nicest, and smartest salesman I have met. I would highly recommend anchor nissan to anyone looking for greeat deals on cars.

Eric was a refreshing dealership salesperson. Walked around the lot with me for quite a while my first visit. Didn't pressure me to even test drive anything or even go inside "just to chat" not oberbearing or pushy at all. When I swung by for a test drive; again no pressure whatsoever - answered all our questions and then said "give me a call when your ready" he didn't call me 4 times a day like other dealerships did. When we went in to talk price I didn't get the stereotypical sales pitches or even the cheesey lines that we overhear other sales staff saying while inside the show room (literally heard a salesperson say "so what would it take to get you two to drive home 2 new cars today?").Like I said Eric was patient and made the usually unpleasant task a casual one. Would recommend people go see him directly.

went to buy a used vehicle and to trade in 2 used ones. got a horrible quote on the used ones. Majestic Honda gave us 7200 and they gave us 6000. played games with the numbers and ultimately killed the deal. the salesman we dealt with, named Steve, was condescending and rude, especially when we did not agree to the deal. We will never go there again

From the time I walked in the door Eric Fera was a personable and reasonable car salesman. I believe he exemplifies what a representative of a recognized dealership should be. He created a nice relationship from the first handshake which meant alot considering I had two other Nissan Dealers (Gates and the one in Auburn) I was working with at the time. He set Anchor Nissan apart from the other Nissan dealers. The Truck was jsut what I was looking for and he smoothed all aspects of the purchase. Eric Fera deserves a raise and promotion, he would make a nice fit as a leader of your organization.On the other hand, the guy that processed my paperwork was unorganized. The title wasn't signed and he let me leave with an unsigned title. He didn't check his work. He seemed nice but probably needs a little training.

I just wanted you to know of the wonderful experience I recently had with your service department. I brought my daughters 2007 Murano in for a problem, which was part of a recall. They were all so very helpful and kept me posted on the arrival of my parts, which took over a week to arrive - no worries there - they gave me a car to use, which we loved. As a matter of fact when I am ready I will definately come to Anchor to purchase my next vehicle. Everyone at Anchor was super helpful, attentive to our needs and very well informed. I have purchased several other new cars in the past but have never felt more comfortable with purchasing a vehicle as I did with this dealer. First off let me say the salesman was extremely attenative to my needs in a vehicle. Eric was a salesman that made purchasing a vehicle a complete pleasurable expierience. I felt I was not rushed or pressured and this was important to me. The dealership itself was very welcoming. Eric was also able to answer all my questions and concerns. When I went to pick up my new car Eric went over everything in it and how it worked, he also reassured me if there was any questions to call him or come in. I had my first oil change at this dealership last week. Service was amazing right on time with appointment and took care of a minor repair while I was there. Eric also took time to greet me and answered a couple of questions I had and seemed very pleased to do so. It was nice to know that the sale of my new car did not end with the pick up of it, but has continued to make sure I stay completely happy with my new car. I would not hesitate to reccomend this dealership to anyone I come in contact with and would give Ericmy highest recommendation as a salesman.

Love going to this dealership for service, Stephanie and Deb always give such attention to details and make sure that they ask for my one-to-one rewards card. Went for rain guards on my truck and Stephanie told me that she wasn't happy with the look of them on my truck so she had the guards taken off so I would not be disappointed when I saw my truck. She ordered me new guards and offered me a discount on the labor because I would need to come back again.

The service staff is great to work with. They listened to my needs. Dan went out to my vehicle to inspect my tires and recommended that I replace two of them. Stephanie contacted suppliers and got me the best price on a pair that was the right size for my vehicle. She arranged for me to have transporation from the dealership to my home. The work was completed in a few hours - mostly from getting the tires from the supplier to the dealership. Once completed Stephanie had their driver pick me up at my home and bring me back to the dealership where I could pick up my vehicle. Very convenient! The staff in the service department has always been very good to me. They make servicing my vehicle a pleasure.

First time service;I had a warrantee issue on the drivetrain of my Pathfinder and after their initial inspection,they found another issue that was covered under warrantee that was able to be re-scheduled and charged for only one service.Stephanie was very courtious and helpful. Anchor Nissan has always been able to schedule an appointment for me promplty and at the time that is convenient for me. They have a very comfortable waiting area and the appointments are completed in a timely manner. Any time anything extra needs to be repaired, the service area rep comes to explain the problem and ask how to proceed. Best of all, the car is returned washed and cleaned up...much appreciated by a mother of two young ones!

There were two purposes for my visit. The first being an oil change. The second was to identify and repair a noise coming from the front end. The dealership changed the oil and identified the noise as a defective wheel bearing. They replaced it under warrantee and had the vehicle washed and ready for pickup as promised. But why the GREAT recommendation? The vehicle was purchased elsewhere and the staff at Anchor Nissan treated me as if I had purchased the vehicle there. They took me in the day after my call and had the car back to me the same day. They even followed up the following day with a telephone call to ensure I was satisfied. They have won me as a customer for future service/repairs and vehicle purchases. And this positive experience has been shared with many of my co-workers and friends.

I had been searching all of the Eeastcoast for a affordable but good 4x2 pickup truck.My search critiera was fairly simple, it had to be the small truck....yet powerful enough to haul my bass boat up the mountain pass roads that I travelled in search of the fish. My previous vehicle, a GMC Canyon with 74,000 miles was sold as I didn't feel it would make the 100,000 mile mark, not to mention that I was never a truly big fan of the Canyon.All but given up in my search for a good used 4x2, my gmc dealer kept telling me that it was doubtfull that he would find one, considering he had been trying for months with no luck. James Martin came through with the 2007 Nissan 4x2 I had been searching for, I had a few issues when I first took delivery. I've never written a review on buying a car before because it is typically all the same. You haggle over prices, come back to the dealership over and over again, negotiate options the vehicle is loaded with, and sign your life away. My experience with Anchor Nissan in North Smithfield was nothing of the sort.I was looking for a Nissan Frontier with low miles and had a price in mind. I live in Massachusetts and gave local Nissan dealerships the 1st opportunity. One local dealership in Auburn was offering 2 different types of Frontiers, but above what I stated I wanted to pay for a vehicle. As I continued my search online I noticed the prices at Anchor Nissan were advertised lower than the advertised prices at Nissan in Auburn. I called and was upfront and honest with the condition of my trade-in car, what I was looking for, the options I wanted, and the price I was willing to pay. Sales consultant Steve Chauvin was receptive to my requests and asked that I text him pictures of my trade (I live an hour away). Within hours I received an offer that was a little higher than I wanted and told them thanks for the effort. They called back and beat the price I was willing to pay by $1,000! My wife and I drove down reluctantly to see what they were offering; we had been to 8 different dealerships within the past week and thought we were in for more haggling, negotiating, etc. We couldn't have been more wrong.We got there and they were the friendliest people we had encountered during our car buying experience. Steve showed us the 6 different types of Frontiers that fit my criteria and told me to "pick one". I pointed out that some had extra options that could raise the price and he replied, "If that's the truck you want, it's yours for the price we quoted you". They looked at my car and they went above and beyond giving me fair value for my trade-in ($2500 more than what was being offered for my trade in Auburn). Since then they had a hail storm and brought it in to have the dings taken out. When it was not ready on time they offered to fill up my car, give me a free oil change, and install a remote starter into the new truck. My wife and I have been so impressed with them (including the Sales Manager Max Huguenin) that she wants to get a Nissan now and I guarantee I will not deal with another dealership again.Overall my experience was tremendous and a testament to the hard-working, caring people at Anchor Nissan. They are fair, honest, and go out of their way to provide quality customer service. I could not have been happier with the job they did. Thank you.

I first went to this dealership due to a recall on my vehicle. I found out that they would allow me to drop off my vehicle and drive me to work and would pick me up when the service was completed. What a huge convenience that was for me. I had also been pricing tires at this time and decided to ask them to give me a quote on four brand-new tires. I found their prices very reasonable, in-line with or better than the quotes I was getting from other places. So I bought my tires from them and had them do an oil change as well.I have been back there now for several oil changes and a vehicle inspection and each time I'm there I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need or want. Instead, they let me know what's going on with my vehicle, what services (if needed) I can expect coming up and an idea on the cost so I can prepare. I love this! Because for me, there is nothing worse than unexpected car repairs that end up costing a fortune and going for an oil change and then having someone Nickel-diming you to death or trying to sell you a service you don't need.I have to say, I've always been leery about getting my car worked on at a dealership. In fact, it would be the last place I would think about going ... but with this one, I've been pleasantly surprised with both the cost and service ... enough to keep going back.

I went to Anchor on a Friday because of a over heating problem during a week when temperatures were in the high 90's.On Fridays I need to take care of my mom's affairs since she is living in a assisted living facility. I explained to the service department that I needed my truck worked on, but also would need another vehicle to run errands thoughout the day. They graciously gave me a complimentary rental while my truck was being worked on which actually wound up taking the whole weekend because of a multitude of problems. They kept in constant contact with me through out the whole process to keep me informed and to discuss options.I have never been to a dealership before with such great caring people.Their service is by far the best that I have had.

My experience at Anchor Nissan was exceptional and I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody who is serious in their pursuit of purchasing a vehicle.After Christmas and just before the New Year I did some browsing on cars.com for a 2009 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SV and there were three dealerships close to my proximity with cars matching my specs, Anchor Nissan being one of them. That dealership is less than 10 minutes from my house, so they were my first stop and ended up being my only stop. I made the call, Tim picked up the line, I let him know this was a "serious inquiry," I would be there in around an hour and that he better have his 'A' game ready.Apparently he ate his Wheaties that morning; from the initial greet all the way to the purchase and everything in between, it could not have gone any better than it did. Really. Keep in mind, reader, I'm no fool: I know everything in life is negotiable and you never accept a first offer, so naturally there was a little back and forth on negotiating the brass tax but the deal got done with no shenanigans, tomfoolery or ballyhoo taking place -- that is important.Tim was great; he was straightforward and sincere in his intention and efforts and he wasn't trying to bamboozle me into a terrible contract, either, which is good because I would've been on to the next dealership immediately.Ever since, I've been dealing with the service side of the dealership and they have been spot-on since earning my business. I've had two or three scheduled maintenance appointments since purchasing the vehicle on December 28th, and a courtesy call was made after each appointment to ensure satisfaction. We're batting 1.000 here.If you want the most for your money then these guys are where it's at, bottom line. If you're looking to nickle-and-dime your way through a vehicle purchase and cut corners all along the way then you're probably not going to buy with Anchor but you will get what you paid for -- it's as simple as that. Went to Nissan for periodic maintenance. Ongoing issue with squeaking brakes was resolved with replacement of brake pads at Anchor Nissan's expense.I was surprised and grateful. The customer service department has always been cooperative and customer approval/satisfaction oriented.There is no doubt that when the lease on my 2010 Nissan Altima is up, I will happily purchase another.

When my old Chrysler finally gave out about a month ago I decided to test drive a Kia Optima and a Nissan Altima. My first stop was a Kia dealership. The Kia salesman wasted about 2 1/2 hours of my time before giving me their "rock bottom" price. He also mentioned that he would know whether or not I was a "serious buyer" by my reaction to his offer. Needless to say, his "rock bottom" price was $3,500 higher than the dealership's advertised price for the exact same car. A couple days later I went to visit Eric (about 7 months ago, my wife and I purchased a 2010 Nissan Rogue from Eric) at Anchor to check out a 2010 Altima with only 6,000 miles. As with our first purchase at Anchor, Eric was extremely helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about his product and very patient. The entire process was about finding a car that I was comfortable and confident purchasing. Once I decided that the Altima was the right car for me, Eric and the team at Anchor were willing to hold the car (with a small deposit) for a week until my wife and I closed on our first house. The timing of my old car dying and purchasing our first home was a major concern during a stressful time and Eric/Anchor made it work seamlessly.Jared was polite and helpful in getting the financing part of things together. This part went very quickly because I had already gone through it once with the wife's Rogue. My comment on Jared is brief just because I only dealt with him for about 15-20 minutes during the whole process.I think the fact that I purchased a second vehicle at Anchor Nissan 6-7 months after purchasing the first says it all. The only difference is that I have an even greater appreciation for the service I received at Anchor now that I have actually experienced another dealership (Kia).

I filled out the survey but upon realizing the mistakes I made in answering this survey, I would like to give my own description and in my own words how I felt about our experience at Anchor Nissan. The dealership was both extremely clean and very friendly. I was treated with kindness and with expertice. My salesman, James Martin went beyond my expectations in helping me with the process of learning my car in its fullest. I even had a problem with the bluetooth and he spent a great deal of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the system. I'm sorry for the misrepresentation I gave because it was not how I felt. Since my Murano LE was new ('09) it had a noticeable vibration from the wheels... thought it was due to the 20" wheels since I had the wheels / tires balanced on a couple of occasions. I had new tires installed and balanced at a tire store but the vibration persisted. Anchor was doing some warranty work on my vehicle and I asked them to take a look at this situation... they rebalanced the wheels on their equipment and, what do you know, the vibration is totally gone. I should have had them look at the vibration 20000 miles ago... good work!

I brought my car here for a simple oil change a few days ago and today for new tires, repair to the wheels and outside detailing to my 370Z.Every time I go to this dealer I sense the sincere desire to please the customer. I believe they are relatively new so they really try extra hard to please and it shows.I have owned dozens of new cars and NEVER have I had the dealer service any of them because i figured I would pay top dollar..that is until now.. and I am completely satisfied..

I went to Anchor Nissan Tuesday of this week for a normal maintenance on my 2009 Nissan sentra. What a great addition to the service department with Stephanie. I dealt with her on many occasions at her last dealership. Being Anchor is a lot closer for me than Fireside it was a great pleasure to deal with her again. I got an oil change for $22.95 and they even washed and vacuumed my Sentra. A+ Anchor great addition to the team.

I recently brought my wife's car in for it's first oil change after purchase. The oil change was free because we purchased it at Anchor Nissan. I asked about the normal price and found out that after tax it was roughly $25 with a complimentary car wash. Her car was ready 20 minutes ahead of schedule so I decided I would get the oil changed on my car that day as well. Everyone I spoke with at customer service was very friendly and helpful.There was only one negative aspect to my experience. The window regulator on my driver's side window is on its way out and I requested that the service personnel not use the window at all. When I left the car the window was 99% closed, but in a position that I could easily manage when trying to open/close it. When I picked my car up, the window had been fully closed. This led to about 15 minutes of fighting (and swearing... lol) with the window to try and get it back on its track. I understand why the service person would do this prior to the complimentary car wash, but I would have rather had them just skip the car wash.Overall, I was happy with Anchor's service and I plan on bringing both of our vehicles back to Anchor for the next round of oil changes.

The reason for the "GREAT" rating on all the above questions is simply because it is the truth! We had the best experience at Anchor Nissan that everyone should have when making a purchase as important as this. Buying a car-- whether it be used or new --can be a tough thing. When I mentioned to some of our clients that we were going to look at cars, they immediately said: "Good Luck" !!! and meant it "sarcastically". It is and has not always been a good time for many people. However, not the case on Monday, January 16, 2012, at Anchor Nissan with our salesman, Tim Schulz. It was a very informative and pleasant one for sure. Friends of ours purchased their last 2 cars there and highly recommended them. They have been so pleased with their service that it encouraged my husband and I to go there. We will and already have handed out Tim's business cards as we own our own business and know how very important "customer service" is. With absolutely no hesitation, I would highly recommend Anchor Nissan to any and all of my clients when they are in need of a new or used car.

An overall wonderful experience for buying a car which always tends to be so stressful. We had seen some vehicles online and were able to test drive them and weigh out the benefits of each. We walked in with a monthly payment in mind and we were able to get the price of our new vehicle down and use our trade in to make up the difference to stay lower than our expected payment. We spent most of the day at the dealership making it happen but we were comfortable and drove our beautiful 2010 Altima home that day! Friends had suggested the dealer and I will do so in the future. I walked into the delarship looking to buy a new or used vehilce depending on which would fit my budget and work with my current trade in. So I set up an appointment online with Eric Fera to come in and look at a new 2012 Versa. While there I also saw a 2009 Nissan Cube with very low miles. Eric was happy to take me for a test drive in both vehicles to see which one I would like better. He was very friendly and I felt he genuinely wanted to get me into a car I liked with a price I would be comfortable with. So after a little back and forth with the trade in price he was able to get it to a payment I was comfortable with. He never once was pushy or made me feel uncomfortable and I was able to leave the dealership the same day with the vehicle I wanted. I also worked with Jared Rubin who went over the final paperwork and warranty information with me, he was also very friendly and not pushy about me purchasing warranty or other accessories which is rare to find in a car dealership these days. So overall I had an awesome experience and would recommend Eric and Jared to anyone in the market for a Nissan!

I was not expecting to buy a new car, and haven't ever stepped foot into a large dealership to buy for myself. The thought of it was always a little intimidating. My previous car was becoming a major money pit and I didn't want to deal with another car payment. Then I thought paying monthly for a more reliable car might be worth it rather than having to worry about what the next problem would be with the previous car. I saw a car on the Anchor Nissan website and scheduled for a test drive the next day. I was still unsure if I wanted to buy.. but ended up going home with that exact car the same day as the test drive.I had a very pleasant experience at the dealership, did not feel intimidated, pressured or uncomfortable at all. I work in sales and I always want it to be the customers choice and never try to push anything on them. I felt that I was treated the same way at the dealership.Steve Chauvin has a great personality and sense of humor, which I believe made things much easier. He was very thorough with everything, answered all of our questions and also provided a lot of information before we even had to ask.He helped us figure out some financing that would work with us and explained different options to us. He gave us plenty of examples to help us decide what would be best and gave us time to think about things without breathing down our necks or hounding us. After deciding to buy we got to work with Jared Rubin. Jared was very pleasant and also had a great sense of humor even after a long day of paperwork! They also offer some great warranties! I know some people are against warranties.. but working in sales I know that most of the time if something DOES happen they usually pay for themselves when you need to use it, definitely worth it to have that peace of mind!I would absolutely recommend this dealership based on my purchase with them, Steve and Jared were both wonderful to deal with.

My wife and I recently decided it was time to purchase a reliable family vehicle. I found the vehicle (2010 Nissan Rogue) we were interested in on Anchor Nissan's website and we stopped by the following night. We went into the showroom and luckily Eric was the first salesperson we met. We arrived at about 5:50PM (not realizing that the dealership was closing at 6PM) and Eric stayed late with us talking about the vehicle and our options moving forward. We made an appointment for the following day to test drive the vehicle and complete our purchase if everything went well. We both loved the Rogue and ended up leaving with it the day of the test drive.While we may have been an "easy sell" because we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to buy, Eric did an awesome job. He was polite, informative, enthusiastic, and genuinely believed in the product he was selling. I would definitely recommend Eric as a sales person to my family and friends which is the highest compliment I can give.We dealt with Jared to complete the financing and discuss service packages and GAP coverage. He was very friendly and informative. I thought Jared did a great job considering that by the time we met with him we just wanted to drive away in our new vehicle. My wife and I were both VERY happy with our experience at Anchor Nissan!

Anchor Nissan of North Smithfield provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the beginning, the salesman, Steve, answered our questions in a condescending tone. We walked in prepared to purchase a vehicle, and each time we asked a question, Steve physically left the room or lot for at least ten minutes. He would not tell us the price of the vehicle in which we were interested. The sales manager, Brian Benoit, was obscenely rude and disrespectful. He gave us an unusually low price on the vehicle, and when we said we were interested, he laughed and said he didn't want our business. I would caution anybody against spending hard-earned money at such an egregious establishment.

I went in the dealership on my way to the gym (no makeup, no shower). They didn't treat me with any less respect than when I returned after work the next day. At first, I looked around a bit outside without being bothered (loved this), then entered the showroom. I was able to use their clean bathroom without being stopped (thank you!). I was immediately greeted and directed to a sales person after asking about some possible vehicles. Both the manager and the sales person really listened to every word I said. They responded to things I said - didn't try and direct me towards other cars. I test drove several vehicles - they had so much patience. They allowed me to take a vehicle on a test drive to my home (to show my spouse). They have a large lot - thus many vehicles to choose from - way more than any of the other dealers I visited. The pricing was very fair - below blue book. I also received a great trade-in offer. I actually traded in two vehicles, and one was in an upside down loan. Anchor was very helpful and detail oriented, making this as easy as possible. I am picking my car up tomorrow, but I know everything will be great. They put everything in writing for me - not because they had to - but because I asked. They were always polite and respectful. My sales rep was great - he kept in touch with me via text and email so I could get the information I needed without being interrupted at work. He was/is so clean and detail oriented. He is very intelligent without being condescending or pompous - this is a rare and valuable trait! They made me very happy. I would make it my first stop next time!

The car purchasing experience was quite different at Anchor. Upon meeting Steve Chauvin and speaking with him about what I needed he quickly got me to test drive a 2012 Sentra that he said I would love and did we quickly got to the price for the Sentra and my trade in price for my car with very little of the typical back and forth to the sales manager. I have called Steve with a few small problems that I've had since taking delivery and he has been most delightful to deal with and always willing to help however I need to return to the service department for the second time as the small problem I have needs to be addressed again. It is only the low tire pressure light being on all the time but it should be fixed. It is very annoying being on all the time. I would recommend Anchor to anyone. Great experience!

Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The only problems that I had was that there was a lot of waiting around for the business manager and for the sales person while he helped other customers. I was also hoping for a bit of price negotiating, but that didn't happen. I was extremely dissatisfied with the business manager, Jared Rubin. He was incredibly unfriendly when I told him that I was not interested in the warranty packages. I was also dissatisfied because I was not provided with a spare key or a car manual. I have had to call back numerous times to follow up on these and still have not received them. I'm sure if I wasn't pestering them then I wouldn't receive anything.Overall it was a good experience because I got a great car for a good price, but the customer service definitely needs a major improvement. I would only go back here after going to other dealers first.

Bought an '06 Altima in December, 2010. Had a good experience with Steve Chauvin. Felt like I got a decent price on this model with 41,000 miles on it. The car had some cosmetic things they needed to fix and they did so. I declined the extended warranty. The part that made me write this review is that in July, 2011, I called over to Anchor to tell them that after I've put less than 3,500 miles on the car, my rear brakes were grinding. They needed to be replaced. I spoke first with a sales person who put me thru to Charlie in Parts and after hearing my story, he made an appointment for the next day so they could look at it. I was there for 90 minutes and when I inquired about status, I was told that my brakes needed to be replaced. They were going to do it for free. They made sure I was able to wait for another 90 minutes or so while they did the work and four hours after I arrived, I was on my way with new brakes. It was free. I never had to speak with a manager nor did I have to raise my voice or get angry, they just did the right thing and fixed my car. That is what makes this dealership different, they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. I would absolutely go back there again!

The finish on one of the wheels on my new Nissan began to peal so I took it to Anchor to see what they would do about it. I am a member of a website devoted to Nissan Z cars and a few others had had the same problem. In all cases the problem was fixed by Nissan but in many cases not without considerable haggling over an extended period of time! Not so with Anchor! Dan looked at the wheels and right there and then he said the matter would be taken care of! No problem!One of the other guys on the Z car site said he had been without his beloved car for two weeks. Anchor had mine for the better part of one day and that was all!!I got a new wheel and once again Anchor has shown themselves to be a dealer that really is out to establish themselves as the best!

On Saturday we went looking for a good used car, our car had was unable to be repaired. So we went looking at Anchor. We saw an used Nissan Sentra, 2006 on the lot. We met our sales man Paul Sevigney, explained which car we were interested in. He was so friendly and helpful. He pulled the car out told us take it for half hour drive it. We went in and worked a deal. Their was not game playing which I was used to from Metro Honda in Johnston. Within in 15 minutes we had a deal worked out. They sent the paperwork to finance. Jared Rubin, was so helpful. He made us feel at ease and got a great rate. I haven't been to a dealer like this since I bought my first Saturn 10 years ago. It was great experience. They were not pushy, friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend Anchor Nissan to everyone.

He knows his stuff. He gave us maintenance options that were affordable, and did not use pressure at all. We liked that. We had a lot of papers to sign, but Jared make it enjoyable and painless. I bought my 370Z about six months ago. They were great at that time and six months later when I returned with a question again they were great. Answered my question fully and again I felt I made the right decision in buying from them. At least five other dealerships tried to get my business but they helped me in ways none other did and won me over. This is a new dealership, as I understand it, and they are doing everything they can to make customers have a pleasant experience. If you buy elsewhere without talking to these people you are shortchanging yourself! and NO I am not an employee or relative nor do I have any ulterior motive in posting this other than the fact that I was in radio time sales for many years and I know that if you screw up people (boss) sure as hell hear about it but if you do a good job, little is said. We drove into Nissan after a nightmare-ish experience at Boch Toyota(avoid this dealer like the plague, people!). We went in on a whim, and it was the best "chance occurance" that could have happened. Anchor Nissan: no pressure, clear presentation of the product and the numbers, friendly and kind, personal service. James was easy- going and fun to do business with. We told him what we were looking for and he delivered. Brian was straight-forward, so very pleasant, and tremendously fair. No confusing number crunching, no bait and switch. While price shopping for a new Nissan Rogue I contacted several dealers in the area via their online sales department. Not only did Tim respond to my inquiry in a timely manner, but he was professional and honest throughout all of our communication. I was upfront with him about shopping around and let him know what the other dealers offered me and he did his best to provide a fair price in competition with the others.I was promised a higher price for my trade in by a different dealer (Mastria --- BEWARE of them...what a nightmare!!) in the area so I did let Tim know that I'd be swinging by there just to to confirm their offer, but my expectations were low and I figured I'd be at Anchor soon thereafter. Tim was very courteous to me even after I told him I was going to visit the other dealer first.After wasting an hour long drive and additional hour of my time being low balled, treated as if I was a stupid and uneducated consumer with disrespectful tones and sharky sales pitches (at the OTHER dealer...NOT Anchor) they started spouting out another offer but at this point I was so maddened by the games they played and the way they treated me I would NEVER do business at Mastria at any price. I walked out of there and drove straight to Anchor.I contacted Tim and told him I was on my way. He had the Rogue parked out front warming up for me to drive by the time I got there. On a freezing cold winter evening this was a nice touch. The vehicle was everything he said it would be and the deal we negotiated online was EXACTLY what he promised. No shady sales tactics, no b.s., no hour long wait to hear the offer on my trade. A few minutes in the chair while they inspected my car and he came back to shake my hand and tell me we had a deal. HONEST as the day is long and a nice guy to boot. All in all we probably exchanged over 20 emails that day and he was kind and patient with all my responses as I tried to bounce between the sales emails from 3 other dealers nearby and keep him up to speed. Long story short, all the numbers were as promised. Financing was nice and smooth with Jared. I was given the standard options that included extended warranties, etc. that I wasn't interested in but he wasn't pushy at all and did not try to sway me one way or the other. Very pleasant experience with very nice guy. The general manager, Brian was very nice as well. Came by and chatted with us for a few moments in a genuine way. We didn't even talk about the cars, just friendly chat. At the end of the day I walked out with my 2011 Nissan Rogue AWD SV with SL package (which is AWESOME by the way) for the exact price promised (which Mastria INSISTED would never happen as I was exiting their doors), with the price promised on my trade in and the 0% promo interest rate discussed in advance. NOTHING was different. Tim really delivered on his promise and spent some time with us after the sale to walk us through various features of the navigation system, synced my phone up with the blue tooth, etc. I haven't gone in for service yet, but their service department prices are reasonable. I'm used to paying $59 just for an oil change at Honda -- which frankly, is insane. At Anchor the oil changes are less than 1/2 of that and they wash/vacuum the car for you, too. I'm extremely pleased with this experience. Wish I had found Anchor sooner. We will be repeat customers for sure.

Went in to achor with a 2010 Chevy I was not happy with. Paul provided excellent customer service being very friendly and helpfull without being agressive or tacky. Max the sales Manager was very willing to go over all my options with me, knowing that I had some negative equity to eat up. I left with a deal on a new loaded Sentra, having my Chevy paid off by Anchor. Jared in Finance made the delivery flawless and fast, I had car in less then 24 hours. I would send any friend or family member to Paul, who will treat them with respect and tact. I hope to keep my business with Anchor mocing forward.

I cannot begin to say how awesome the Anchor Nissan team is. I saw a price advertised online and went to check out the car. Sure enough, the super low-priced car "had just been sold earlier today". I was 100% sure it was just the same old sales tactic, but decided to give them a chance. I am so glad that I did. I told them I would purchase a car if they gave me a GREAT deal, and I can honestly say they delivered!In the end, I purchased a new Nissan 2010 Altima 2.5 S for a price that could not be beat. I know it couldn't be beat because I called every other Nissan dealer in town. No one, neither Nissan Village nor Balise Nissan, could meet Anchor's price. The other dealer's couldn't even believe that they would sell me a car at that price!Tim Shultz took amazing care of me through the entire process. Communication was great, he never called and harassed me between visits, Max Huguenin bent over backwards to get me the price that I wanted to pay, and Jared Rubin was very laid back and honest with financing (no pressure). Overall, the entire sales team treated me with respect and remained patient with me even though I went in as a skeptic and will admit I was a bit difficult. This is my second vehicle from the Anchor Group and I would whole heartedly recommend my friends and family to them. My husband was really the person that did most of the initial contact with Paul because he was trying to surprise me with the car. This was the first dealer that was willing to help us stay within our price range. I had been to 3 other Nissan dealers and Paul was the MOST knowledgeable about the Juke. I had test drove the vehicle before but he went through all of the features one by one in a way that made sense. He guided me through my test drive so i could feel the difference in all 3 driving modes as well as pointing out what situations I would utilize the modes in day to day driving. The dealership was willing to have the car ready and registered the next day for me to pick up. Paul then went through all the key points of the car before I left. He has since made several follow up phone calls to check on my satisfaction with my new car. I love the Juke!! I have called the service department to change my first appointment and express some small concerns that I would like to check on with my visit. The girl (forgot her name) was extremely nice and VERY accomodating. She also made sure that there was a certified Juke personnel on the day I was scheduled. What a very pleasant experience. I went to Balise to test drive a new Altima and get a price. Then I went to Anchor to shop prices. When I walked in I got a warm and friendly greeting by Tim Shultz. I told Tim I didn't need to drive the altima I just drove one at Balise. Tim insisted I drive the Altima to make sure the other dealer didn't forget to show me any features. So I agreed. I was amazed how many options they forgot to point out down the street. The intelligent key the CVT transmission and many other safety features the salesman down the street skipped over. So after the test drive I was brought inside and given a warm cup of tea. Tim went to the owner Brian Benoit explained my situation and came back with a price of $400 less than Balsie. Shopped around at a number of dealers, and the two Anchor stores were the best we went into. Very professional and personable. They all knew their products, and were friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a Nissan, as the other stores we went to played the usual games with pricing and trade-in values. Ended up with a Subaru (from Anchor), but the Nissan guys were really excellent too.

After deciding to buy a Nissan I visited several dealerships in the area.I was made to feel uncomfortable in some and ignored at others. That was not the case at Anchor. They offered me the best deal for my money as well as friendly, informative and non aggressive salespeople, all of whom went out of there way to provide me with useful information,and a price that was spot on with what Edmunds considered a good value. I was picked up at my home and driven to the dealership by my salesperson Tim Shultz, who managed to find me the exact car I requested. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Tim Shultz in particular.

My sales consultant, James Martin, was most cordial and friendly to talk with, not pushy. Found out just what I wanted. I felt confident enough to tell him my whole story (recently involved in an accident, car was totaled). discussed what I was getting for the total loss, and that I wanted a comparable model. Jim was most helpful and the deal was consumated. This is my third Nissan

I bought a new Nissan 370 z and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. They did more to get me out of a lease with another car maker than any other dealer, and when I had a minor problem with the radio and the trunk latch, they were there to correct things.Additionally, I needed documentation about a faulty after-market product that I had installed by an audio company and they were quite willing to help me even though it was not their problem and could have washed their hands of the entire matter. I am very grateful for this extra bit of service that they really had no need or obligation to provide but provided anyway.

They were willing to negotiate on the value of the used car I was attempting to buy, pretty much in line with KBB. However, they lowballed me on my trade in, coming in thousands under the value of my trade, even taking off a bit for a ding. I negotiated in good faith, and eventually walked from the deal. A couple days later I was left a vmail with an offer that I didn't like, but decided I could live with. When I called back, they retracted that offer and went back to the original. I walked again and haven't been back.I've gone to Anchor for Subaru service in the past for my other car and, while pricey, I haven't had any complaints about the work done. I've never purchased a car from them before, and will seriously think twice if this is how they handle things.

I bought a 2004 Nissan Quest there ,from the first day I got it I am having just problems with it.They can`t fix the problem at the first time.Every month I go there to fix a problem.Their work is dirty because when we got the van the first time ,it should be shining and dust free but it wasn't ,it was a mess.When I drop the van to be fixed it comes from there all dirty , marks of dirty hands on the seats ,door panels,dashboard and more.I don't recommend this dealership and the 2004 Quest because you pay to much money for a car with a lot of problems.
