We had dealt with other dealerships offering a similar vehicle but they would not show us respect or work with us to make a deal. Xavier was welcoming and courteous from the start. It was a rainy day and he was patient and made sure we were looking at the vehicle we wanted. During the numbers process Xavier made sure that we were comfortable with the payments and had their finance folks show us a great estimate based on our credit. No gimmicks no fuss just factual and fair. Our trade offer was also on the money. This will for sure be the first place we go when we need another vehicle!

It is a great van, Buick enclave, The experience buying it was kind of different, when I was leaving the facilities with my new brand van, John Terry, the salesman, noticed that something was wrong, a sensor didn't work, so I ask for a different van, at the end I bought a upgraded van and I love it. It is nice to see young people that efficient; and the manager, Ethan, wanted to be sure that I was satisfied, so Thank you very much!

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from Ancira and were pleased to return. When we expressed some concerns regarding a problem from a couple of years ago, they bent over backwards to make our purchasing experience this time very pleasant. We were very impressed by Xavier, our salesman. He made us feel at home and gave us every impression that we were in good hands. Since the purchase of our 2015 Yukon XL, I have talked to friends of mind who have also experienced buying experiences from Xavier, and all rated him as one of the best they had ever dealt with. My company has purchased all of our vehicles and motorhomes from Ancira in Boerne for over 30 years, and we will continue to do so. And, as long as Xavier is at the Boerne location, he will be our sales representative of choice.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Frank the salesman. He helped me for over a week communicating through email and by phone and he found me my vehicle that I wanted with all the details I requested. I now own a brand new 2015 GMC Yukon XL and I appreciate how Frank and the other salesman at Ancira were so great! I highly recommend this dealership and Frank for any purchases or even contact him for information he was the best salesman I have ever had!!!

This will be the second car my wife and I have purchased from the Ancira family of Dealerships and I can say that I could not imagine doing business with another dealer. Kind, courteous, and super helpful. Frank in Internet Sales at Ancira GMC Buick Dealership in Boerne was a delight. He did not even get mad at me when I "tested" the vehicle, Just ask him about the test his test drive record. I assure you mine will be #1 for a while. I LOVE ANCIRA.

I am a first time buyer and Mort along with his manager and the other employees did everything in their power to help me with my purchase. I visited many dealerships and had a very bad experience at another dealership (I won't name it), however, this dealership completely changed my view of how the process should work. My wife and I just purchased our third vehicle from Ancira in Boerne, TX. We had a 2009 Yukon Denali and during the 3rd year with the car, the wife fell down and broke her arm, making it a little difficult for her to get in and out of the vehicle. We decided we would like to downgrade, and went to see our friends at Ancira again. We fell in love with the Acadia Denali. It was a fantastic vehicle also. I, on the other hand, am a little, well a lot, on the larger size and really missed my Yukon's BIG features. So, we were both so excited to see the early release of the 2015 model Yukons. The team of management, sales, and financing professionals at Ancira again did an outstanding job finding the vehicle of our choice. Mort, Brian, and others, made our purchase a smooth and pleasant experience. That is hard for anyone buying a car to understand I know, but it is very true in the case of all 3 of our purchases. I have taken all of my vehicles to them for services regularly. Charlie and Sean in Service are very personal and professional with customers. Ancira Buick GMC of Boerne is far above other dealerships that I have experienced in my 35 years in San Antonio.

I am a dedicated Internet shopper, I shopped for weeks all the sites and finally knew the exact price that would be considered a great deal for me. I visited half dozen dealerships on Dec 29 to the 30 and found Ancira to be the best accommodating. I was trying to capitalize on the end of the year to see if they wanted to move the vehicles. It came down to Cavendar Chevrolet and Ancira GMC, Mort, Ethan, and The GM Doug for Ancira were very low keyed and did not pressure the deal. They just have an entirely laid back atmosphere compared to the other dealerships that seemed to be chasing a big sale quota. Ancira just seemed more friendly and more interested in me as a potential new customer to their dealership. Doug and his team agreed to my great deal and it made me very happy, he didn't have to do it, but he did. When doing your shopping know what you should be paying and be sure to give Ancira GMC in Boerne a chance. They will save you a lot of Hassle in buying a new or used car. Saleswoman Bianca S. said that she has not been selling GMC Trucks for that long....coulda fooled me as she knew more than 4 other dealerships I visited. We just recently bought a 2013 Cadillac SRX from Ancira GMC in Boerne. The sales person, Bianca Sifuentes, made it a very comfortable and easy experience! She was knowledgeable about the car and friendly in her approach. She answered all of our questions and demonstrated a genuine care about our satisfaction. She stayed late to complete the sale and didn't try and rush us out the door. The other Encira staff members as well were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Encira and Ms Sifuentes to friends.

My experience with purchasing the vehicle I wanted was painless and quick. Ethan & Bianca online sales made buying the Terrain simple. We live in Corpus and the Dealerships would not even come out to ask us if we needed help. Calling around in town they would not even give us round about numbers. Ancira had the numbers on website and great pictures. Ethan even sent me more pictures. Bianca called to set up appointment and was ready for me when I arrived. Test Drive and feel for SUV past our test. Bianca had us out in 2 Hours and we were on our way home. Great Job!

As soon as we entered the lot and parked we were immediately approached by Karsten. And in a very kind and professional manner, he asked if we had been helped. From that point on it was a very pleasant experience. Karsten was friendly and offered us beverages to help cool us down from the hot sun that was blaring outside. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he not only did he find me a truck that I wanted but found me a truck that had all the accessories that I wanted in a truck and the one thing that it didn't have, he had them installed at no extra cost. We purchased a 2010 GMC Texas Edition with only 23,000 miles and it had the 20' chrome wheels, chrome package, awesome stereo system, bluetooth, etc..and the options go on and on. I was very excited to see that I was getting such a beautiful truck at such a low price. I did some research and found that I had gotten more for money. I looked on the internet, drove around and looked at the same model trucks that had the similar miles, packages etc..and could not find one that was at the price I was getting mine at. To make a long story short, my wife and I were very very happy with the customer service and the quality of the used trucks they had for sale. I will continue to shop at Ancira when I am in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thank You Mr. Ancira for the great customer service and professional staff. Although GMC evidently has a real winner with the Terrain it is not easy to come by. After alot of research I made up my mind and made contact with Ancira GMC to purchase one. Dallas was extremely pleasant to deal with and he kept me informed since I had to wait for an order he expected in the first part of August. Once it arrived he did a great job throughout the dealer visit, and I certainly walked away a very, very satisfied customer.I would highly recommend Ancira GMC to others and steer them Dallas' way.As I told On Star when they set up my account 'I am in love with this car!', which brought a laugh from the young lady helping explain On Star and how to use it. I was blown away with the directions give by the On Star system to get me back to work since I do not get to work via the route I would have to take. After that I am even more in love with the GMC Terrain.

Our battery went bad while in town shopping we drove to the dealership and was immediately greeted and waited on. The wait time was short and they also serviced our car while it was there. Shaun Adams was very nice, friendly and helpful, we will definetly be taking our car back when needed. Service Department was exceptional!
