After looking at Honda's and Toyota's, my wife and I found the experience at Anderson far superior to all others. Brian Jones, our salesperson, was friendly, honest, professional, and went above and beyond what he had to do to help us. We felt like family at Anderson.We liked my wife's 2017 Forester so much, two months later I decided to buy one for me. I found a really nice 2013 model. I contracted Brian, and he got me in the car the same day. Any time we walk in the Anderson dealership, we are always greeted with friendly smiles and our first names. Every need is met quickly and efficiently. Paul Simpson processed the paperwork in a friendly, timely manner. I recently purchased a large order from Anderson Subarus parts department. It consisted of many different line items that were mostly made up of gaskets, seals, nuts, and bolts. Though the dollar amount wasnt very high, I was treated with outstanding service! I felt valued as a customer and that my order was handled with pride. Upon receipt of the order, the items were all accounted for, grouped together, and in protected packaging. Non of the gaskets were bent or damaged as Ive experienced at other, non-Subaru parts departments in the past. Online ordering was also a huge help with my limited schedule. I felt the prices were fair and was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility as well. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future and will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family in the Subaru community.Thanks Anderson Subaru!

Bottom line: We spent more time waiting for them to peel the stickers off the window than we did haggling over the price and add-ons. We met up with Brian Jones, knowing exactly which car we wanted. Brian greeted us with a warm smile and got us right into test driving the car. He was straight forward and honest with all of our questions, and by the time we arrived back at the dealership, we knew it was the car for us. We got back to Brian's office, and pricing was straight forward, no back and forth or nickel and diming and we felt we got a great deal. I'm never too worried about dealing with the salesman, but its the back office financing that I always dread. All the warrantees, extras, and gotcha fees are normally a pain. But at Anderson I was wrong again. Paul Simpson was was waiting at his desk and gave us a run down of a set of fair-priced warrantees and extras and when we declined he moved right along to processing our paperwork. No hassle, no pressure, just good customer service. Brian even spotted a cosmetic issue with the car caused by the maintenance staff AFTER we signed the paperwork and he immediately apologized for it and offered to have it fixed at no cost to us at our convenience. When we were waiting for them to pull our new car up, I turned to my wife and said "car buying will never be this easy again".VERY military friendly.

If you are wanting to pay $83 for an "express" oil change and tire rotation that actually takes 2 hours then this is the place for you! I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change but they wouldn't let me they said an oil change you just drop in for and it takes 30-45 minutes. The service was so slow and way over priced! Most places rotate tires for free at oil changes. Save yourself some time and money and bring your vehicle somewhere else.

I am 20 yrs old and was looking to purchase my first car. I went to several dealerships and was either ignored or left feeling overwhelmed. My family had never owned a Subaru, but I wanted to check it out. From the get go Brian, our salesman, was wonderful and I knew I was in good hands immediately. We went on a test drive in a Crosstrek, and without a doubt that was the car I wanted. -After a great education about the car we got down to the deal. At first I didn't think it would happen, but Brian never stopped trying. In the end I got the car I wanted at a price I can afford, all because of Brian. It was such a positive experience for my first purchase of a car. I would highly recommend all my friends and anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see him. This is the last time I will deal with Anderson Subaru. I once used them exclusively to service my Subaru until a few years ago when I had a negative experience with the employees there. However, the issue was addressed to my satisfaction then. Today has cemented my choice to never use the dealership again. I had a part go bad and the dealership I purchased the car from told me it was covered under warranty. I made an appointment at Anderson Subaru on Monday, and received no less than 2 phone calls, 1 text message and 1 email to confirm my appointment. This was incredibly annoying but I could look past it. When I arrived, a woman greeted me and when I told her I had an appointment, she seemed to know nothing about it. I was then greeted by a service advisor, who quickly spat out a load of legal jargon, glancing over something about a $100 deductible, then proceeded to say that if the part had been tampered with, it was no longer covered by warranty etc. I thought this was rushed, but assumed it was just the legalese they had to inform the client about before work began. Almost two hours later, I am handed a piece of paper by the same service advisor, who said the woman at the counter could check me out and then promptly left before I could ask any questions. By this point, my car has been serviced, but no one has approached me with what was wrong, how it was going to be fixed, or that I would have to pay anything to have it replaced. When I asked for the name of the advisor, I was simply handed a business card, my card was charged and I was told I was free to go. I then received a phone call from the service advisor, who was extremely rude and aggressive, informing that she had told me I would have to pay something and that she never had to explain this to other clients, and generally made me feel like some kind of idiot child. When I explained that I had questions, and not only did she fail to address, she disappeared before I could ask, she was non-apologetic. When I said I would talk to a manager about this, she told me to go right ahead and she didn't care.I am an avid Subaru lover. My wife and I had planned on purchasing another Subaru from Anderson shortly after the New Year. We will now be looking to buy from someone else. I do not recommend them for any type of service. EDIT: I have spoken to a Mr Stokes and he was very helpful. He reviewed my transaction and the phone call with Maria and saw what a negative experience I had. I feel a lot better after speaking to him and will consider going to Anderson Subaru in the future. Thank you Mr. Stokes!

Hey gang! My husband's truck broke down and we were in need of a new vehicle pronto! We knew that we were in the market to buy and we came to Anderson Subaru based on a few vehicles listed on their website. We phoned ahead and spoke to Paul Simpson who had the vehicle we were interested in parked front and center as we pulled up to the dealership. After a few pleasantries and a handshake, we were off on our test drive. Arriving back at the dealership, we knew we were ready to buy! Paul Simpson made the process easy and pain free which worked out beautifully for my husband and me! We closed the deal in record time and we can now safely get back and forth to work (and play) once again!

I went in just looking at some options to replace my Pontiac G8, I had already look at some vehicles and had nothing for luck, everything from lack of comfort in vehicles to overly pushy salespersons (including one who was always to close me). Steven Simpson was the first person I encountered and allowed me to roam the lot by myself and look with out someone breathing over my shoulder. As soon as I found something that interested me, he grab the keys and explained the features of the car and let me take it for a ride (WRX Premium). From start to finish their patience with me and my situation blew me away. They even stayed late to finish things up for me so I can drive home that night in my new car. When you go to Anderson, request Steven Simpson for sales, he will take care of you from start to finish.

As a long time Subaru owner, I have been pleased everytime I have worked with Sales/Leasing Agent Steven Simpson and Finance Manager Paul Simpson. I recently went back to work with those two to get into a 2016 Forester 2.5i Touring and I absolutely love my car. I also loved how easy those two made the process. Steven listened to what I wanted, how I wanted it, and when I wanted it and with Paul, Steven made it happen in aa easy and painless way. Those two are a father and son power duo! For those reasons, I have become a loyal customer and will look to them in the future for all of my car needs and will continue to refer them to others.

They are looking out for themselves and could care less about the customer. Part of the maintenance package for the Outback Subaru is to have a free oil change and tire rotation up to 24,000 miles. The owner's car had 5000 miles and was less than 2 years old. Yet a bill had to be paid for that service. We asked to be reimbursed but were told since the owner didn't actually bring the car in for the service, we would not be able to get our money back. Not only that, the service department manager insulted me in a recorded phone call. We will never give this dealership our business again.

First of all even though they are a part of the USAA Car Buying Service, they do not want you to use the service. I had a fax sent over from USAA. Paul Simpson told me that USAA is not in the car buying business, and wanted to explain that to me. I did not want to waste his time or mine and asked him if he would get the fax they sent. First of all even though they are a part of the USAA Car Buying Service, they do not want you to use the service. I had a fax sent over from USAA. Paul Simpson told me that USAA is not in the car buying business, and wanted to explain that to me. I did not want to waste his time or mine and asked him if he would get the fax they sent. I took my Outback in for a 60K mile service. All they did was change the oil and air filter and rotate the tires, despite me pointing out that the service manual requires much more at that interval. The parking brake doesn't work and that was missed on the inspection leading me to believe the inspection is not very thorough at all. I was told I would receive a call to schedule the brake repair, and I have yet to hear from them after a week.

On my visit in Feb, the printers were not working. I had to replace tires. I was promised copies of work done and tire warranty info. I have sent an e-mail and phoned twice, with promises that papers will be sent, but nothing happens. The people I talk with always sound friendly and apologetic but nothing happens.

Purchased a pair of wiper blades at your dealership while getting my oil changed. Sorry to say they didn't last a month. If I lived in Pensacola, I would have returned them. The quality was poor. Auto parts stores state that they don't even sell those cheap brands anymore. Other wise, experience was excellent. Had to purchase another set of blades

Came in for oil change. Waiting area very nice. Great coffee, friendly staff. They forgot to re-set my car reminder for oil change so now every time I start my car it tells me it's time to change the oil. Aside from that, everything was great!

We are a military family that transferred from WA. state to this area. I have previously had my Subaru Outback serviced at another dealership because it was located closer to my residence. Frankly, I was inconvenienced with their appointment schedule. Anderson staff is always courteous in assisting me with in/out service especially Maria Ceasar because they know I have to wait for my vehicle. Well worth the extra drive to this dealership!

Oil change was completed promptly. I did had some other warranty related items: temperature gauge not functioning properly, driver's seat belt not always retracting properly, and the air bag warning light came on randomly over a period of two weeks. Dealership could not determine the problems with the aforementioned warranty related problems.

I always feel that we get exceptional service. Did not realize that my 'free' service had expired but did have the techs do what was necessary.....that included oil change, air filter and tire rotation.Jakob was very professional and explained what they found. It was early on a Sat. morning and I originally brought SUV in to be assessed after it had been backed into by another driver...but since I was there, I authorized the work which would have come due soon enough. I was disappointed that there were no discount coupons.....and the cost was over $100. That is not inexpensive!

Had a tire replaced that had taken a wood screw in a spot that precluded plugging. Process was very smooth but as an extended warranty gold plus plan member, I was surprised that no offer was made to take care of the reimbursement claim process for me. I was simply told to call the number on my paperwork and they would walk me through it. Even the folks at the claim center were surprised that it was me calling and not the dealership. They said they take these calls all the time from dealerships. Anyway, it was a fairly simple process. I had to fax the service paperwork to them. Luckily I have a fax.

The service was very good, with excellent quality work. The only thing that could be improved is someone to always be present at the service window or a call button for customers to let someone know they are there to drop off their vehicle for repair/maintenance service. Also, I did have to show up twice since the lady on the phone didn't check to make sure that a part was required before coming into the store for my appointment service.

I have unfortunately have had to bring in my car multiple times to the Anderson Suburu Service department. Every time they were very capable of handling the issues, they always had an opening to do work on the car. Maria, the main representative was always very nice and professional. I was able to talk to the mechanic about questions and concerns I had. They gave me no problems when doing warranty work and the waiting room was very accommodating. They have service cars which you can borrow when you are having major work done so that my schedule was not interrupted. Body shop was just as accommodating and they did a fantastic job on the repair work. I will be going back to Anderson in the future for sure.

The people at the dealership are very polite and courteous and do a good job working on my Subaru. However, The follow up is very annoying. I don't mind their email inquiries as to my level of satisfaction as I can choose to answer them or delete them but I strongly object to the phone calls.I am a veterinarian and do not carry my cell phone into my exam room as I consider that to be unprofessional. I keep it in my office so I can come out of the exam room and answer it when I hear it ring. This is a disruption of me performing my job and walking out on my clients. I try to answer all cell calls as I have a disabled child and each time the phone rings I am afraid that it is the school or doctor's office calling about my child.I think that all of this follow up is over-kill and I find it very annoying.

Took my 2015 Crosstrek in for its first oil change/ tire rotation at 6000 miles. I was greeted promptly by a friendly young lady whose name unfortunately escapes me. She quickly inspected my car and showed me the waiting area. My car was finished in about 35 minutes while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. When my car was returned I noticed right away that it had been washed (nice touch). When I started the engine I also noticed that the low washer fluid warning light that had been on for a few days was off. I hadn't mentioned it, but they topped that off for me too!! I think that the extra care is what separates average service centers from exceptional ones. Thanks for being exceptional.

The fact that a "Subaru" dealership has to contact a "Subaru" trained technician to determine what is wrong with my car after replacing several parts costing me over $2k, is ridiculous, especially, when they say that they have "finally" found the problem and it is the Turbo (another $2500 to replace).I had to go back once after a routine oil change, because they left a plate off and I was severely leaking oil. I had to return yesterday because they "forgot" to put my engine cover on when I picked it up last week. I had to call them to find out why it was missing. Their answer to me was I picked it up too soon. However, they told me it was ready before I picked it up. Needless to say, I will never allow them to touch my car again!!!!

I am very happy that Daniel Meister (Subaru technician) could resolve the poor bluetooth pairing (with intermittent loss of connection) on my Launch addition STI. Daniel remembered the service bulletin that referenced the problem and quickly replaced the defective radio. This was a intermittent problem that Daniel was able to recognize with just my description of the problem. I appreciate Maria Ceasar granting my request to personally discuss the bluetooth problems with a technician. Maria is dedicated answering customer questions and resolving their car problems.

Our 2015 Forrester started leaking clear fresh water into the passenger side floor. It was coming from under the dash. I had seen this before in my Toyota, the evaporator drain was clogged. Maria in service took me right away and the service staff took care of the problem in less than an hour. The system is now working better than new. They went the extra mile to dry the carpet and wash the car. They never cease to amaze me. Billy Anderson has the best dealership I have ever been to.

I received excellent service from the body shop. I spoke to the assistant service manager three time (once in person and twice by phone) without getting a suitable respond from the manager. I feel the manager doesn"t care if the customer is satisfied with his answer since it is relate through the assistant. I will have some service done there but not all. I think another area should be added to the above question "recommend this service center" like Undecided at this time

My battery died in my driveway one morning. I had bought a battery and thought AAA could come put it in, but they wouldn't. AAA towed my car to the dealership, where Anderson Subaru was able to confirm that it was a problem with the battery. Unfortunately, they said that the battery I had bought wasn't the right kind (which I'm not 100% sure how since the people at AutoZone had confirmed it was the right one), but Anderson Subaru was able to get me in and out with a new battery in the same day that I brought it in. Definitely grateful for the super-friendly customer service representatives and for their quick service.

I had Anderson Subaru take a look at my hatch, which had a welded nut come loose where the tailgate attaches to the strut. They couldn't provide immediate help, but they did not charge to take a look. I appreciate the work. Previously, Anderson has done a timing belt change for me and fixed a broken air conditioning. I typically do my own maintenance and have modified the car myself, so I can be a picky customer. But, Ian in service is especially great to work with, and they're willing to let me come into the work bays to see what the techs are doing. I highly recommend their service department.

I think it sucks to pay up front for additional coverage on a new vehicle purchased at a dealership and when something goes wrong having to pay up front for the repairs then having to file for reimbursement on the repairs. The dealership should eat those costs and get the reimbursement instead of putting that financial strain on the customer who is already paying a lot for one of the dealerships new vehicles. Learn how to customer service, this dealership didn't use to operate like that.

Wow is all we can say! We purchased our vehicle over a month ago and are still talking about how great the entire experience was. This is the second time we have had to our Forester in the body for damage caused by other vehicles hitting it. Both times the work was completed on time or ahead of schedule (last time was 1 week ahead) without compromising any quality. Vehicle still appears new after 1 year and two collisions. Both insurance companies worked directly with the shop and there were no issues raised on the cost of repairs. Employees were very good about working with customer to streamline the process and minimize/eliminate out of pocket expenses.

2015 Outback brought in for wind noise-dear attempted fix provided for via Subaru. now the noise is worse than ever. We were told we had to wait until Subaru came up with another fix-they were aware of the problem. This is not acceptable. We have the original warranty and an extended warranty and are left with a fix that did not work. In fairness, the service manager was very courteous.

The service was completed quickly and everything was good except that the car wash that we were told we would get each time we came in for service was not done. When I asked about it, they called back to the service department and were told that the new manager was not doing the car washes anymore. This was a nice service that was offered and I feel that it should be continued at least for the owners that had been told that they would get them.

This is has been by far the worst car buying experience of my life. This was a 1st time car buying experience for my son and he is absolutely appalled at how we were treated. The sales staff was rude and disrespectful to me and my son and for their service department to tell me that at this point we had "no choice" but to pay for damages to my son's vehicle caused by a STEERING malfunction was absolutely unacceptable. We have only had the car a little over a month and at the time of sale, we purchased an extended warranty. My only resolution is to make the choice to never step foot in this dealership again and to have my son's car picked up from this dealership by an "A" rated BBB accredited body shop that has stated they can repair the damages but that the issue of why the steering locked up must be addressed and fixed as well. Furthermore, as a grieving mother, I am painfully aware of how important the safety of my remaining child is and I finally have peace of mind knowing that the body shop we are using will take the proper procedures to ensure his safety since this dealership would not.

When we purchased the Outback we were given three sets of keys. I recently used a set that we had not used. This set did not start the vehicle. The key was coded along with the working set of keys I had with me. I was charged $50. Later I realized we have a third set of keys that will probably need to be coded too. Then I wondered why the keys were not checked before we purchased the car, and that I paid $50. for your mistake.I would still recommend your dealership, but warn that you seem to be typical of dealers.Sorry about that.Tom & Marcia Halpin

Coming from a long road trip and going overdue on my miles for an oil change, I found Anderson Subaru and was really impressed with their efficiency. They fit me into their busy schedule (even though I hadn't made an appointment) within seconds of me being there, greeted me as soon as I pulled in and took care of me. I would say the price was fair given the circumstances and with how fast it all got done before I was out the door and on my way. An oil change and a car wash later, I have only good things to say about the place.

I had a great experience when I brought my car in for a recall fix. I asked about some future work I'd like to have done and the quotes were a little pricy but I'm sure they are probably pretty accurate. The price to fix my alignment was cheaper then the one given to me by a local service shop that changed my oil. And I was pleased by that. The waiting area was comfortable. And the staff was pleasant. Ian was super helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Met by service rep when I drove in. I simply signed the service form and then the rep took over and drove the car into the service bay while I proceeded to the waiting area. When the car was ready the service rep came for me, I signed the work slip and went out to my freshly washed car that was waiting at the door. What more could I ask for? I have not commented on the waiting area since it is now a temporary space being used until the totally remodeled new area is ready. They had provided TV, magazines and refreshments as well as comfortable seating.

They never provided my second set of keys. I called them and they said come and pick it up. I live almost 40 miles away and upon returning to pick the keys they wanted me to charge me a $150 service fee. I can't believe these clowns. I bought a new key and got it programmed for cheaper price.

We were greatly pleased with every aspect of the purchase process with Anderson Subaru. We saw our car online and clicked on a link to get our price (called eprice), and were astonished when we arrived at the dealership. I told Mr. Simpson I wanted to drive that car off the lot and he offered us a quote which was unbelievably awesome and made it happen; we couldn't wait to give him our money for fear of "dealer's remorse" developing after giving us such a great price. We immediately asked him could he hold the vehicle until we could get back early the next morning -- we had arrived at the dealership a few minutes after closing time; they worked with us. This was good for us because anyone who would be offered the same deal for the car we purchased would certainly have been driving the car off the lot the same day, as we did the next morning. Each person with whom we interacted was very helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic about us, even though we were not their direct customers. Thanks for all you did to help us enjoy our purchasing experience, making us smile, and giving us a great car which we expect to drive for a long time, a whole lot, on long trips.Mr. Simpson (Paul), Steven, and Greg you're the best at what you do. The car had a glitch that could not be fixed, although the Anderson service department did everything they could to make it right specifically Todd &Melody.We made the decision to cut our loses on the 2010 and purchased a new 2015 Forrester. I already had done research on the cost of Subaru's in the southeast states.Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. I chose to go to Anderson because they were local and were currently running an ad that they would take 2K off the sticker of any new outback.. However after spending a total of 3 hours test driving the car, when I decided it was time to purchase, they were way off on what they wanted for the car. I already had a quote from a dealer in Alabama, and knew what I could get the car for. This dealership puts a lot of unnecessary add ons that they want you to pay for.When telling the finance manager, what I could get the car for , he demanded to see my printout. I had written figures down. He basically told me he was in the business to make money and I had to understand that. Well, I run a household, and have to watch myfinances as well. I am also in the business to make money. He wanted full sticker for the car and told me that he can get full sticker all day long and that was that. I shook his hand and told him we wouldn't be making a deal that Monday night, and he chastised me for wasting his time. My jaw almost dropped. What the heck ? Wasting his time ? He is a salesman for crying out loud. Well, their dealership- Mr. Anderson specifically was running a TV ad in the area, stating an automatic 2 thousand off the sticker. The sales manager wouldn't even do that, so to me this is false advertising. Long story short, I already had a quote for a Subaru outback limited with package 39 and popular package 2 from an Alabama dealer. The sticker from the manufacturer was the same price as the one on Anderson's lot, minus the dealer add ons which I would never pay for- they would just have to eat that. So basically, car for car, same amenities, same color, same everything, same price on the manufacturer sticker, I got for 29,530 then had to add my Florida taxes which came to a whole lot less than what Anderson told me- and I didn't have any tag fees because I transferred my tag, and didn't have any registration fees, because the tag was transferred from a vehicle that was titled in Florida, so total taxes were 1839- total out the door was 31,369. I got 4 thousand off the sticker price. Please people it pays to shop around before ever making a deal on a car. I knew before I walked in the door what I could get the car for, then I was insulted by the finance manager for even wanting to make a deal. Sorry folks, called the dealer in Alabama that Tuesday, wired him my money, and picked up the car that Friday night. Have been driving the car for two weeks, love the car, don't like Anderson's sales tactics.

well to begin with my salesman Adam Corey was my salesman for the second time purchasing a brand new Suburu was the one and only ADAM COREY!, this time I had my Son Robert and my daughterinlaw Wilma with me for the experience of making my purchase and for them to meet Adam Corey, welll to say the least they were very impressed with Adam, as to his friendly and highly knowledge of the 2 cars I was interested in, also verywell respected gentleman in every way , Adam knew all the in's and outs of the 2 cars I was wanting to buy, also that day April 18th 2014 we had 3 inches of rain , with adam no problem, he put his raingear on and off we went to the lot, he explained all the features of the outback that i wanted , also he was NOT pushy at all, I just drew back on the outback because of the colors , so we went in the showroom and looked at the crosstrek, he again was very patient and knowledgeable and showed us all the features pro's and con's also , WELL that was the last vehicle I thought I would purchase, but they took it out of the showroom and there I was behind the wheel, rode around the lot ,Adam asked me if I was comfortable driving it and I just looked at him and said that's it , that is my car my Son Robert and my Daughter inlaw said Mom we Love it too and we also Love how you'r salesman treated all of us in helping with this purchase, he called my insurance co. and hooked everthing up, and out the door we went , i highly recommend Adam Corey as the BEST salesman for the second time that i ever had experience with purchasing a car . I bought my brand new 2014 Subaru Forester from Anderson Subaru. This has been a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I work for a local marketing company that specifically deals with the automotive industry. I see new cars day in and day out while visiting with some 50 dealerships in our area. The Forester caught my eye on the showroom floor for the first time. Then I started noticing them on the road as well. I previously owned a Honda for 10 years, so I gravitated to the Honda family. However, after reading reviews from customers and experts, I gave the Forester a shot on a test drive. I fell head over heals for the handling. I drive about 3,000 miles a month, most on the interstate, so handling and comfort were a top priority. So after falling in love with the car, the next step was to test the staff. I did my research and I knew most of the answers, but like most of us, we want to feel comfortable that the person we are working with knows just as much, and more. Steve Beauchamp was phenomenal. He was low pressure, and guided me in to my purchase. He did not try to sell me a package that I did not need or a color that I didn't like, just because it was on the ground. Actually, the dealership ordered my Forester from the factory. I waited just shy of 6 weeks for my Forester to arrive. In that time, the dealership was in constant contact and updated me weekly on the status. Steve worked with me and my schedule to make the signing of the paperwork a breeze. I have had my 7,500 and 15,000 miles maintenance taken care of at Anderson as well. Yes, at the present time I have over 16,000 miles on a vehicle purchased new just 6 months ago. The service department has been quick and worked around my schedule for appointment times very well. Making an appointment just an hour before I arrive has not been a problem. Now that I have had the pleasure of driving the Forester for 6 months. I can really tell you how much I love to drive it. It has been in rain, sleet, snow, ice, and the mountains. In Florida, we don't see too much snow/ice, therefore, we don't have a lot of drivers that know how to handle the road conditions (myself included). After our ice storm in January, when other cars were in the ditch, off the side of the road, or fish tailing down the interstate, my Forester took the roads like a champ. I have been very happy from the start. If the rest of my ownership is like the past 6 months, then I'm not only a loyal Subaru person, I'm also a lifetime customer of Anderson Subaru. We have dealt with this location for over a year now. We bought a brand new 2012 Subaru Legacy, even though we had our eyes on another model. We knew exactly what we wanted when it came to a car, high safety standards, and family friendly. The sales association made us feel very at peace and comfortable with our decision. He didn't pressure us into anything and was happy that we wanted to explore all of our options before we committed. I think he knew that we'd be back. He made our purchasing and financing a breeze. It was almost painless. We drove home at the end of the day with a great feeling. We have since returned to this location for our regular service/maintinance. There is another location that we can go to which is closer to our home, but they just cannot compare to Anderson Subaru's family friendly atmosphere. We have always been treated with respect, kindness, and a part of the family attitude weather we have scheduled service in advance or walked-in. We have never been turned away and they have always been very prompt at returning phone calls and addressing concerns. We love this location and will return as long as we own a Subaru for all of our needs. No one can compete with the hardworking and friendly staff at Anderson Subaru.

We are a military family and were in the market for a 2013 Subaru Outback. We live in Niceville which is about 65 miles east of Pensacola and Anderson Subaru. We first visited our local Subaru dealer (Lee Subaru in Ft Walton Beach) and were given a written offer on a 2013 Outback Limited that included the VIN #. Anderson Subaru advertises on television that they will "beat any other Subaru Dealers price within 150 miles". Since our dealer is within the advertised 150 mile radius I contacted Anderson Subaru and fully expected them to honor their pledge and I would purchase the car from them. I verified that they had the exact same model with all the same options. On June 4, I provided them with the written offer from Lee Subaru and I was told that they would not be able to beat the price and would not even match the price. I reminded him of the claim on their ad of beating prices within 150 miles. He acknowledged that they do make that claim on their television advertising. He said that the decision not to match or beat the written price was made by Mr. Anderson and there was nothing that could be done. I do not hold the salesman Steve responsible, but I do hold the ownership responsible. It is false advertising and absolutely dishonest. Anderson Subaru continues to run the same ad on television. Mr. Anderson had the opportunity to prove himself to be a businessman of his word and he failed. If you value integrity and honesty look elsewhere!We bought the Outback from Lee Subaru in Ft Walton Beach on June 8 and had a great experience.

Myself and mySon came there to make a deal, to trade my Ford 2013 escape for a outback ltd w/moonroof and backup camera, we came on the lot and adam immediately introduced himself to us ,and we saw the car I wanted on the lot, the 2013 outback LTD. caramel bronze pearl , Adam was very knowledgable about the vehicle,also very much a respectable gentleman in every way, so we told him what our intentions were and he helped bring down the price as best as he could and went over every detail of the car and called my insurance company to cancel my ins. on the escape and trasfer it onto the outback, he hoked it up with a new plate and my ins. and we were good to go, I myself and my Son would highly reccomend Adam Corey as the best car sales rep I've ever dealth with, also I am so happy with my new outback , I feel as good as I would as if I were in my house, Thank You Adam Corey Sincerely Carol Petrillo &my Son Charles Bonome

Okay so I have bought my fair share of new cars this being number 4. Let me say first that i drove 9 hours to come to this dealership. I first contacted them through the site and told them the best way to communicate was by text. And that's what I got it was perfect for my busy schedule. Paul was absolutely amazing he worked very hard for the deal I didn't have the best credit and upside down in my trade. He made the deal work. It was also the fastest I have been in and out of a dealership hour and a half including the test drive. 100% would drive the distance again best experience I have ever had. I love my Subaru and when it's time for the next one I'm getting it here.

I was in need of a new car and had a list of cars for me and the wife to test drive. We visited Anderson Subaru first and was pleasantly greeted by Adam Corey. He was very knowledgable with his product and answered all our questions. Then he gave us a demonstration in the sand pit. That was the deciding factor. We cancelled all our appointments with the other dealers as we knew that The Subaru Legacy was the car for us. I would like to thank Adam for his thorough knowledge and expertise. Great car buying experience. Paul was very clear on financing the vehicle and I felt very comfortable working with him. When we showed up on the lot Adam made us feel at home. Answered all of our question, took us on a test drive and took the time to show my wife how to work all of the features on her new car to include programming both of our phones into the blue tooth. Adam has an extremely positive attitude. Anderson Subaru has an awesome team, I cannot recommend them enough.

Howard Willis is very pleasent and knowledgable, helping my wife discover the car that was perfect for her. By the time her search was over, she was in love with her future car. Howard also helped us get the best deal possible on our trade in. The whole staff was so nice, and I didn't feel pressured at anytime to buy if I wasn't ready. Very laid back atmosphere, really felt at home with this dealership. Highly recommended and the vehicles were well priced.

I called to get squeezed in for basic service before a road trip, and was able to find an appointment basically the only time it would work, which I knew was long shot. I explained my travel plans and the crew gladly looked over the entire vehicle and made the necessary tweaks with tires, etc. I wasn't sure if I would be charged for the extra attention, especially since I was a short notice customer, but I didn't which was a nice surprise. I typically have a comfortable experience at Anderson and enjoy the positive morale that accompanies the staff and customers. People are happy to be driving Subaru, and it's for many reasons.

I was told that I wasn't "buyable" because of my credit. I have known Chris Cuevas for years and knew that he was King of getting bad credit customers into reliable vehicles. I went into this with no expectations. Within 45 minutes Chris not only had me approved but had me in a car that ANYONE would be proud of. Dealing with Chris is like dealing with a brother. He looks out for all of his customers whether he's known you for 5 years or 5 minutes. To Chris, everyone deserves to be in a car they can be proud of. I've known Mr.Anderson and Chris for years and I don't trust anyone else with my business. This is the first time where I actually let someone else pick out a vehicle for me sight unseen. Chris is THAT GOOD!I truly can't say enough about these guys. I've had the privilege of working for them and now going thru the buying process. It was a great experience. If you think that your credit is too bad, give Anderson Subaru a chance. I've seen Chris work miracles and I'm one of them.

We arrived to Anderson Subaru on a Friday morning and within moments were greeted by a pleasant young man named Steven Simpson. Upon explaining to him that we were interested in a Outback he briefly gave us a quick showroom overview of the vehicles features (these included the safety, performance and technology). Steven, then told us how at Anderson they take things very relaxed and he couldn't have been more right. He asked us if we wanted to test drive an Outback, we said we'd like to, and within five minutes we were on the road. It was very refreshing to not have to wait twenty minutes while the dealers played "games" in the back room to tire us out. On the Outback he continued to explain to us all of the features of the vehicle and asked us a bit about how we intended to pay. We told him that we had a trade in and that we would be paying the rest with cash. Upon arriving back to the dealership we sat down at his office and was promptly greeted by the Sales Manager, Terry Potts (I think??). While we sat down, our trade in was appraised at a very fair value and within ten minutes we were given a very competitive number on the Outback we ended up purchasing. We picked up the Outback last week and I am in love! Steven called us a day after purchase to ask us if we had any questions, my wife had a bit of an issue getting the Bluetooth set-up and he was more than happy to walk her through the steps. Thanks so much Steven for the awesome experience! We love our Subaru and will be coming back to Anderson Subaru to get a vehicle for our daughter in a few months.

He was your stereotypical sleazy salesman. We got swindled. We got a very low value for our trade in (at least 1500 dollars too low, according to the car's value). He kept talking in numbers we DID NOT understand, even though we asked him to explain it many times. Bottom line, he talked fast and smooth, and went right over our heads. If we'd have been smarter we'd have walked out almost immediately. The car we got is a decent value, but our trade in was absolutely undervalued. Also, the car was sold to us "as is" which is fine because and he promised it was absolutely in excellent repair. We bought YESTERDAY. TODAY we see that the passenger window doesn't always respond to the button. Upon calling to see if there was anything they would do to help us, Adam said they'd give us 20 dollars off a price of 90$ (or more), if we come all the way back to Pensacola. As we're in New Orleans, we declined. If we'd been next door, we'd have declined. I have zero faith in their business tactics at this point. Tomorrow I will be calling several auto repair shops around town to get the few necessary things we know we need done, in addition to an inspection. HOPEFULLY we don't find any more surprises. If I could return this car, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD, because the SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.
