I came to Andy Mohr Nissan at Avon for a coolant flush for my old Maxima.Before going ahead with the service a mechanic and the Service Mgr. Matt Pope showed me a large problem with my car and giving me an option of proceeding with a coolant flush or maybe thinking of fixing the car first or buying a new vehicle. Instead of doing the ordered service, charging me way over a $100 and then telling me about the big problem, they thought of my interest as a customer first and their reputation as good dealership. Appreciate their honesty!

We recently leased a Murano from Andy Mohr Nissan Avon. All of the people we worked with were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to. bring the car back to get Xiebarted. There was an issue but our salesman, Matt Brodnik, along with John, the new car sales manager, got it taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction--even sending someone to us to pick up the car (we live an hour away), bringing us a loaner vehicle, and bringing our car back to us as soon as the work was finished. We will definitely recommend Andy Mohr Nissan Avon.

Make sure the deal you make with the sales person is what shows up on your finance paperwork. I agreed on $14000 for vehicle with $2000 down at 2.25%. Even that price was not great. When I got into the finance office everything was written up at 3.77 interest and the car was up to 14850 with crazy fees. Then I was talked into additional warrantees. They claimed I was getting a rebate that had never been mentioned and that the car was a great deal at original price that had never been mentioned but the rebate was off of the price that had never been mentioned.. I was told that the additional free warrantee from Nissan was for 8 years or 100000 miles. The actual paperwork says it is for 7 years. Make them do everything over if they do this to you. Make them stick to the agreement you make with the salesperson or leave. They will try this on you and hope you either do not notice or that you will not put up a fight. Shady practices. Are they worse that other car dealers probably not but they had me convinced that they were better than most others. Not so.

I found the service staff were extremely helpful and friendly when my car was there to determine what the sounds were on start up coming from the engine. With me present, the diagnostics were completed by their very well trained staff. It was determined that the engine sounds were normal and would not cause any problems.

3.0 star rating6/30/2016I am very happy with my 2015 Nissan Rogue that I bought 12 months ago. It's very reliable and I bought it brand new with 17 miles. The sales man was Kyle- very friendly and quick! I was super happy with my purchase. The issue I'm having now is I was told the day I bought my car that I could refinance it in 6 to 12 months to get a lower payment. I am currently paying $550 and that's a little high for me right now with my growing family. I tried to refinance it after having it for 6 months then just tried again now after having it for a year. I now have 71 inquiries on my credit in 12 months, from buying the car a year a go, to trying to refi it after 6 months and again recently. I feel I was "told what I wanted to hear" to buy the car. If I knew that i would be "stuck" then I would have kept my previous car payment. I expressed my concerns to another sales man (Matt??) recently and he explained that its because of the negative equity it it would be near impossible to get refinanced unless I put a substantial amount of money down. Like 85% of middle class Americans I do not have several thousand to put down on a car, and if I did then I wouldn't need to refinance it. I don't like the feeling of being stuck or lied to.

We went to Andy Mohr on Friday night everything was going great thought it was going to be the best car buying experience we have ever had. Got everything done that night just had to go in on Saturday so they could clean the car and get it ready for us. Set up a planned time so all we had to do is show up sign the final papers and leave so we thought. The appointment was set up for 3:30 the salesmen Glenn even called at 2:00 to make sure we were still coming in. Get there at 3:15 car not ready, paperwork not ready, nothing was done. My pregnant wife sat there for 2 hours waiting to sign three papers and pick up her new car after finally getting the papers signed she went to the car to find they didn't clean the car, they didn't fill the gas tank, and they didn't put the paper plate on like they said they would. So she had to sit there for another half of an hour for them to get the car finished. The car wasn't detailed like they said they would and our over all experience with this dealership is unsatisfied. Friday night all they talked about was how they are the NUMBER ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE dealership in Indiana which they defiantly showed Friday night but on Saturday they failed and I told my wife to leave and we would buy a car from someone else and if not for the fact that my wife didn't want to have to deal with starting all over we would have not bought from this dealership. This is our fourth Nissan that we have bought and the first and last from Andy Mohr.

I find the people in the Service Department at Andy Mohr Nissan helpful and truly customer focused. We have a 2004 Nissan Quest with 123,000 plus miles that we have serviced at Andy Mohr. This time we had the oil changed and had them check for a problem with the idle and missing. The service department was able to quickly find the problem and ordered the part and will be back on Tuesday to have it installed.

on may 6th i was going back to my car from shopping and noticed a nail in my tire. i immediately went to your dearlership. when tire repair was done and i went to service attendent to get my bill i asked service advisor if you had a discount on repairs for AAA members she advised yes 10% however in your case there is no charge. we no longer charge on tire repairs if u bought your car from us. wow!! what an unexpected surprise. as i have purchased 4 new cars from your dealership in the last 4 years this is one way to keep me coming back in the future. thanks again. terry

If you have a set budget amount & can't pay any more than that amount, the people at Andy Mohr Nissan are more than willing to work with you. I can't say enough nice things about my salesman, Scott Miller & his wife, Lucy. Scott spent pretty much all day with me to make sure I got a vehicle within my budget, took the time to explain the many features of my car & made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He understood why I needed a last moment with my trade-in, blue Bonnie, & set everything up for me in my new car. It had been 10 years since I had a new vehicle & technology sure has come a long way! My trade-in was a Nissan Altima which I had put 219,000 miles on, so getting another Nissan was a no- brained!

I received a great experience with the purchase of my new Nissan at Andy Mohr Avon Nissan. My car was not running so I was able to apply for the loan on line and they took care of everything getting the loan approved and setting everything up so all I had to do was come in and sign the papers and drive away in my new car. It was a perfect experience all around and I would deffinatly recommend Andy Mohr Avon Nissan to anyone in the market for a car.

I always take my Pathfinder to Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon for service. They are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They get my vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. I scheduled to come and see used truck 3 days in advance, was told it had been checked over and was a sound vehicle. I asked if it was a smokers car and if it was clean inside as my wife has asthma. I arrived and was told that the technicians had it and he would bring it up. The truck came up with bear cans in the bed of the truck and when you opened doors trash was falling out along with drugs in the console. The dash and inside was covered in food and filth. I then noticed that the check engine light was on and the salesman got mad at me for complaining about that, he said if I wanted to know what was wrong with it to take to Autozone that he could not take his $190 an mechanics to look at this vehicle. He then starts telling me off and called me stupid 3 times for not buying this vehicle and that this was an as is sell and I should have know that. This truck was listed on 3 different websites including theres telling how great this truck was and no where did it say it had check engine lights on or that it was an as is sale. I drove over an hour for this appointment the least they could do is show me a vehicle without trash falling out of it and drugs in it. The salesman was a bully and a jerk even when walking away he was still calling me stupid.

My appointment was for 2:30 and I arrived around 2pm due to the bad weather. They took my car immediately and service was quick. They even showed me the air filter so I could see I needed a new one. As I was leaving I looked at the clock and it was around 2:30. Quick, efficient and friendly service.

I went to Andy Mohr Nissan looking for a car the salesman Larry was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never once felt pressured to buy. When I found the one I wanted I went to get financed not knowing if I would be able to because of spotty credit. The loan officer came back and asked if I was a recent college graduate and since I was, I got financed!!! I drove off wih a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima my very first brand new car! The experience I had at Andy Mohr Nissan was the best experience I had for buying a car. It was quick, easy, and the people at Andy Mohr Nissan are outstanding!

Absolutetly the worst dealership to deal with, their selling tactics are bullying in nature and extremely unethical. Rather than being accommodating and being enthused to show a vehicle, I was given the third degree questioning why I wanted to look at a vehicle. They were sizing me up, determining if I had the means and seriously interested in purchasing, horrible, made me feel unwelcome. Don't buy there, there are plenty other dealers that would appreciate your business.

I called for an appointment to have my oil changed. We established 3:00 o'clock the same day that I called. When I arrived the Service Writer was very kind, courteous and seemed interested in me as a customer. The service department did a very fine job and I was impressed. I am also considering to lease another vehicle, like a Sentra. So while my vehicle was being serviced I went into the show room, looked at several vehicles, looked in the trunk of one, sat in another, went outside and looked at several vehicles, came back inside but not a single sales person offered to help! There were several "sales people" chatting and laughing, but they were certainly not interested in helping me. I actually finally asked a person that was walking pas if they were a sales person. Andy Mohr Avon Nissan has a very, very large investment, it would seem logical that Andy Mohr Avon Nissan would have a "professional" sales staff.

I used the express oil change and was amazed. The waiting room was sparkling and comfortable. There was fresh coffee, muffins, big screen tv and current magazines. Just as I was making myself at home, they came to say my car was ready. I could not believe it. Everyone was friendly and fast.

We purchased a new 2015 Nissan Murano in early September. The salesman was new to this dealership and was less than helpful in our selection process. Thankfully, the manager was ready and willing to make a deal, so we went through with the purchase. The finance process went smoothly as well. While all that went well, we've experienced a number of problems since then. Nissan Finance was pretty slow in processing our payment information and in showing on our account (and crediting it appropriately) that we cancelled an extended warranty. We also have had trouble registering our car and getting the license plate because a needed document seems lost in the ether somewhere. The Finance Manager has been helpful in trying to resolve these issues, but they are issues that never should have occurred in the first place. Final note, while I said that I would recommend this dealer to a friend, I would give some caveats with that recommendation.

Had good rapport with salesperson, however was put off by the aggressive and somewhat disrespectful sales manager. I liked the vehicle, and the time spent with the salesperson while shopping, but all that changed once we entered the showroom. We're outta here... And we bought elsewhere 2 days later.

I completed an earlier review about my buying experience at this location 2 weeks ago and I felt it necessary to update the review with the positive experience that I had today. Mind you the previous review that I completed was accurate; however, I do have to acknowledge the superb customer service experience that I had today. I returned to pick up the owners manual and speak to the finance manager and the overall experience was professional and polite. I also felt it necessary to acknowledge that the dealership went above and beyond their normal finance and bargaining practices to offer me a fantastic and unbeatable deal on my car when I purchased the lease a few weeks back. So I do thank the general manager, Tommy and Kyle for working so diligently on my behalf on that day. It is also worth mentioning that today Tommy and sales associate Paul Lindauer were professional, knowledgeable and patient at taking car of me today; it was much appreciated and duly noted.After my experience today, I felt completely comfortable recommending this dealership to others. I would recommend working with Paul Lindauer and Kyle as your sales associate, but always ask for the details to what you agreed upon in writing or have them verbalize it before signing any binding documents.

I was disappointed with my buying experience at this dealership. The guys can be aggressive and immature. David Applewood, who I believe works on the used car side, was absolutely dreadful. I am not sure why he was working on my deal since I was not buying a used car, however, he essentially called me a liar when I presented the specs and deal that I was offered from a competitor; mind you this dealership called me to solicit my business, not the other way around. David was rude, often cutting me off as I was speaking. In an effort to prove that I was in fact telling the truth, I drove to the dealership and presented the written offer from the competitor along with a brochure detailing all of the specs. David gave me a lot of push back and I walked out telling him I was happy with my deal at the other location and I did not come to haggle. I came to show him that I was telling the truth since I was bothered by him telling otherwise. As I drove off I received a call stating the general manager offered me a deal that came close, so the following day I arrived to the dealership to sign the deal. David completely ignored me and seemed a bit cool which I thought was off putting. Before I signed the paperwork, I requested to hear the deal that was proposed the previous day and both Kyle, the internet salesman, and David miraculously developed amnesia over what I had agreed to with regard to the free maintenance package that was offered as part of the deal. As the maintenance issue as well as issues with my tags were being worked through, David and the other young male salesman congregated by the computers in my line of view and began cracking jokes about me thinking I was not able to hear what was going on. It was such an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience that I really should have walked out and purchased the car from the competitor. The experience and deal at the competitor was far superior than my experience at Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon, with the exception of working with Tom the finance manager. I would highly discourage females coming to this Nissan if they are looking for a car; I don't think you will be taken seriously and you may be made to feel uncomfortable as I did This location has a frat boy atmosphere and their customer service and professionalism really needs improvement. I highly recommend that before signing any paperwork that you actually get your offer in WRITING, otherwise they will conveniently develop amnesia and say either they never told you that or you never said that you wanted that.

I don't think I was treated fairly. They included extra service warranty in the price without my knowledge and some other protective service. If I had not questioned the price on the invoice, i would have had to pay for these extra frees. I tried to return the car the next day because I am not happy with the seats and get my old one back I traded, but no deal. They tried to give me a Nissan Rogue with no power seats. My car has power seats , so it wasn't an exact match. Once it leaves the lot it is yours. I am a senior on a fixed income, and I am stuck for years with this car. All they had to do was the paperwork. I would have paid for that.

The worst part of our deal was when we received our car the cleaner didn't even get the bugs off front of car so we sent it to be cleaned again this time it came back with no better results. Unfortunately, I will not refer anyone to your dealership due to the false information shared. I had scheduled a test drive on a Friday, 2/27 but did not show. The reason was the blatant disregard for my request to NOT pull my credit. I had been looking around for a new vehicle and had requested estimated lease payments from several other dealers. None of which had to pull my credit. After requesting an estimate from Andy Mohr Avon, I was advised to submit an online request, which I did. I explicitly stated I did not want my credit pulled in order to obtain the estimate and was told no problemyour credit will be not pulled. The next morning I received an email from my credit monitoring company stating a hard inquiry had hit my credit report. It was from Andy Mohr Avon Nissan. Signed will never refer anyone to Andy Mohr.

My wife and I just stopped by to see what was available. The staff was very helpful with no pressure at all. We test drove and came back the next day to pick out the model that we wanted. As it was the car we wanted was actually at another dealership but they ran out immediately to retrieve it. After that we researched pricing extensively and discovered that they offered the best deal that we could find on line or in person. Financing was a breeze! Great Job by everyone involved. I had an amazing experience when shopping for my new car. I came in wanting to check out their used cars, and after talking to these three gentleman, I decided that a lease was the best option for me at the moment. They offered me more trade-in-value for my former car than I ever though that I could get anywhere, and I am now sitting pretty in a 2013 Nissan Sentra that has a monthly payment that fits perfectly into my budget. I arrived at 8 am on a frigid and snow covered day - no small feat in a '13 370Z Roadster. Both of the young ladies at the desks in the service area were very pleasant. After writing up my work request - ester oil change and check for a nail in a tire - I was taken into the waiting area and shown the coffee. I found a table to set up my laptop.Time was quite reasonable considering the nail in the tire, which was, of course, repaired as per my request.Price for the work was also quite reasonable. Of course I'd have been happy paying less, but considering that I insist upon using ester oil, I can hardly complain.I was able to talk to the technician. He explained a question that I had. (I do love this car!)I would not hesitate to recommend Andy Mohr Nissan Avon to friends and family. My wife, who has a '13 Rogue, is also quite happy with the service she has received.We'll both be back as needed.

I talked with Pat H. by E-Mail and then on the phone about a Maxima . He listened to my needs and set me up with Joe the salesman once I arrived at the dealership. All of the people at the dealer were very easy to talk with and listened to my needs. No one pushed hard or played any of the normal tricks of a dealer trying to guide you into something you do not want or need. All of the people we dealt with were very easy to deal with putting me at ease the whole time. I would recommend this dealer to friends.

Sheila, in the service department is excellent. She bent over backward to figure out the problem with the car and accomdated my schedule to get the car repaired. I could not be more satisfied with the service department at Andy Mohr. The only reason I did not give them an overall five stars was the inside of the car was not vacuumed. They washed the outside of the car, fantastic, however, they either don't vacuum the interior or they forgot in this instance, and that was a dissapointment.

From the moment I walked in the dealership I was given A1 service. He opened the door and immediately asked me what brought me in and I told him. He seated me, made sure I was comfortable and found out what my needs and concerns were. I felt so at ease with him and I knew my needs where of utmost importance to him. He went to the back and talked to his manager and within 20minutes he returned to complete the sale. Within 30 minutes we came up with the perfect trade for my lease purchase. I contacted this dealership to purchase a car. I have good credit and did the pre approval, spoke to them on the phone, expressed that I don't want to waste anyone's time coming out there if the transaction isn't going to go through. After arriving at the dealership, I said the same thing, if I can't get financed this is all pointless. I was assured they could "get it done" I test drove the car and spent over 4 hours there I was told that I can't get the car because the car I wanted was a bit older and the miles were a bit over 50, 000. The finance guy (whom I will not name) basically said he wont sell it even with $3000 cash down because the dealer fees to the bank was to high. That isn't my problem, I'm a customer and the deal fees should not affect me getting a car or not. Sorry Pat but I'll see that same car at the auction soon because you lost a sale and a customer all at the same time.

I purchased a car from this dealership. When I went to get the pay for the car they were very willing to take the money. After I paid for the car they could not find it. Once they found it I got into the car and the check engine light was on. I was told that it then needed gas that is why the light was on. I guess they thought I was a fool. They put some gas in it and I was told the light would go off. I drove 1200 miles and guess what the light is still on. I drove away from the dealership and realized there was no temp license plate on the car so I had to go back to get one. I would never purchase a car there again. Very disorganized and I was made to feel like I had no idea what I was talking about when it came to the check engine light. They said there was no one there to see why the light was on. I was relocating out of state and I had to leave the following day. So $200 later there was a reason for the light other than the gas was low.

AMN in AVON is HORRIBLE. AMN-Avon dont top off fluids, AMN-AVON dont check batteries, AMN-AVON CONSTANTLY gave me problems replacing my tires even though I have the tire protection plan and the service lady named Lisa Neiswinger is the WORST of them all. She constantly tried to have them charged me for stuff covered by my maintenance plan. LISA has a huge stick up her butt, always talking about how SHE has the AUTHORITY to do this or do that, she is JUST a service rep. She is NOT the GM or manger. She IS FULL OF HERSELF! SHE is JUST RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY FROM AMN-AVON! AGAIN, THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM AMN-AVON!!

I would definitely recommend this dealership for fairness and service. I went in inquiring about leasing a Rogue. Our salesman, Ken, was very patient and helpful. He listened to me as I described to him what fit my needs and my budget. He was never pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford! Ben, the general manager, also worked with me and promised I would leave happy which I certainly did. I am now driving an awesome red Rogue! I had bought my Altima at Hubler in Greenwood but live in Plainfield. The location in Avon was much closer and they honored my Hubler discount for oil change and 27 point inspection. The staff was very professional and courteous. They did great and was impressed with the washing of my car with the oil change - will definitely go back!

My lowest rating was the price. I was not very satisfied with the first price that was given for my trade in. It took another dealerships offer to make the price go up $1,500. Aside from that the entire staff was very helpful and friendly the entire time.

The following employees provided me great service:Britnney - Internet POC: When I submitted my Certificate through USSA, Brittney contacted me within 5 minutes.Mark - Salesperson: Worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted and worked around my schedule.Pat- Internet Sales Manager: Pat knew exactly what my financial requirements were and facilitated making it happen.Bob - New Car Sales Manager and Tommy - Finance Manager: Both worked dilligently to get me the best possible rate for financing.The car is beautiful. When I returned from Iraq in 2008, I had ordered a BMW 328Xi with every possible option. The Maxima is by far a nicer car, especially the interior features, than the BMW.Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable.

I went in to look at a used vehicle. I test drove and looked the vehicle over then sat down with the salesman to discuss price. The first price he gave me was $500.00 more than the price I had got from cars.com. The salesman seemed to feel foolish then offered me a better price we agreed on the new price then he said he would be back. He then came back said he could not give it to me for that price so we agreed on another slightly higher price, then the general manger(Ben Mendoza) came out to my table and said they could not let the car go for that price. Then Ben Mendoza told me the best price he could do and it was still $500.00 over the blue book value and $1500.00 more than the price I had agreed upon with the salesman. I was shocked by the disrespect and lack of customer service. They are out only to get over on the buyer. I called Ben Mendoza the next day to express how unpleasent my experience was. He did not feel obligated to satisfy the customer and told me "you win some you lose some". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I came in for a recall the first time they were unable to perform the service I had to return for the work to be done, which was no problem. When service staff saw me pull up they immediately went and got the car and pulled it up inside the bay. And since I have a disability I really appreciate them doing so. Also the car was washed and looked very nice I also appreicated that as well.

I have bought many cars at Andy Mohr. They have all been for wife though. This time I was shopping for a car for me. I researched the Versa for about a year. I knew all the trim levels and about everything about the car. I knew what financing rates were available and I also knew invoice price on the car. The reason I went to Andy Mohr was because I was trading in a 20 year old car. The treated me very fair on the trade and I felt like I was treated fairly on the new car. I could have got the Versa anywhere but I knew Andy Mohr takes care of return customers. I will buy there again and always recommend them to family and friends. If you go in ask for Ryan Day. Also the sales manager Bob Burgher got to the deal I wanted and got the job done.

After looking online for a gently used Jeep Wrangler I came across the one at Andy Moore-Avon. I called the day I found it and Kyle had it ready for me to look at and test drive when I got there. I was very pleased with the service I received and with the Jeep that I bought. Although, online in the ad it said the Jeep came with a soft top. Kyle looked into that for me and the previous owners never brought it in so sadly I was not able to get the soft top with my Jeep. I also was not able to get the Jeep detailed because it was closing so I was told I could come in at another date to get it thoroughly cleaned. Other than that my service was great and I love my Jeep.

I came in looking for a used car after my car was totaled in an accident. I found the Sentra online and came in and talked to Tim Smith about it. I was waiting for an insurance check to arrive and Tim held the car for about week for me. I appreciate that. The car has been great so far. It's a nice solid car. Everything is great. Salesman said he was new but I was impressed with his knowledge,not only with the car I was interested in but the overall working of bthe bused car sale's process.It was raining when I drove in and several salesmen were standing inside the showroom but Tyler was standing outside in the rain. I drove up and ask him if the used car I was interested in was available and he said it was and took me direct to the car, answered all my questions and I bought the car. I have worked in Truck Dealerships for 35 years and have been around a lot of new and used salesman during that time. Work with this guy because he will make you a great salesman. I would recomend this Dealership to my family and friends.
