Andy Mohr VW is a new modern dealership. Its modern design and welcoming staff make it an environment that allows for a zero pressure environment when purchasing your new/used car. All the staff at Andy Mohr Volkswagen are down to Earth and never give the impression that you're wasting their time. They are one of the newest VW Dealerships and are persistent on being #1 and staying #1. This attitude makes for a great purchasing environment, because they are working for you, the only way to be number #1 is to have complete customer satisfaction.We purchased a new 2016 VW Jetta Sport. Ben Mendoza, Jose Ceballos, Rodney Kibbey, and Jay Layton worked hard to ensure we got the best deal when we traded our car in towards a new Jetta. Jose Ceballos and Jay Layton are great salesmen and helped with any concerns we had. Everyone at this dealership is family and child friendly. Everyone at the dealership interacted well with our 2yr old son and never made it seem like it was a burden that he ran and played, Jay Layton even played tag with him.The only complaint I have about Andy Mohr VW is the time it took to complete the deal. It took a little while longer than I expected due to their only being one finance person between the 3 dealerships (Andy Mohr VW, Nissan, Toyota) the day we decided to purchase. We also had to return the day after purchasing to resign some documents that were misprinted. Outside of the length it took to sign documents and get the deal completed Andy Mohr VW was a great experience. If youre looking to purchase a new or used car keep this dealer in mind, you won't be disappointed!

Although negative reviews help people see that companies aren't perfect, Andy Mohr VW is pretty close. My husband and I went to just look and left with a new (used) car. They fixed issues with the new car before they let us take it home. The car is great, but we were also treated INCREDIBLY by Bo, Diamond, and Rodney! They were extremely helpful, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Bo did not put pressure on us - he treated us as a consultant, not a salesman. Diamond was transparent, relatable, and helpful. Rodney did a great job getting us all signed, sealed, and delivered. We couldn't be happier! They have made us very loyal customers!!

Recently purchased a used vehicle from the newly opened Andy Mohr VW dealer. Seriously the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Dealer sat down with us to see what we were looking for. Representative drove with us during the test drive, and educated us on the vehicle, laughed and joked with us, pointed out things that we hadn't noticed about the car. Financing was a breeze. Everyone was kind, cordial, and fun, but most of all very educated and experienced. I had not purchased a car with any Andy Mohr dealer before, but will recommend them to anyone after this experience. We are very happy with our experience and with our new-to-us car. Repairs on the vehicle were done quickly, and (so far) have held up nicely. Might as well have bought a brand new car.Facilities were clean and open, easily viewable repair area with brand new facility.Thanks to everyone who helped us out.
