Victoria and the rest of your sales team were excellent. The maintenance on my car what is what is supposed to be I walked around outside until my car was done that’s it My only issue that I have with Nissan Security after reviewing some of the Awesome reviews after my review Is that everything is scripted and not from the heart maybe I should change that instead of going off of a script copy and paste do you speak from your heart these reviews are from our heart. I cannot praise this dealership enough! I came in knowing the exact vehicle I wanted and the staff went above and beyond to get me into it, despite the issues with my trade’s registration/title. For the last year, I’ve had major problems getting my out-of-state vehicle’s title sent to Maryland, and the Antwerpen Nissan Security team was able to resolve this almost immediately. Scott & Derrick are OUTSTANDING! They stayed in constant communication with me and undoubtedly put forth tremendous effort to get me into my dream car. Thank you so much, Scott, Derrick, and the entire Antwerpen staff!

Salesman Darren Lane is the "car whisperer" when it came to finding me a car that was EXACTLY what I wanted, EXACTLY what I needed and EXACTLY what I could afford. He made a believer out of me and got me in the perfect vehicle, in spite of my initial pessimism about getting that "perfect car". Since then, he has continued to follow up to ensure I am satisfied with my vehicle, made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and dropped friendly maintenance reminders in my email. From start to finish, he has provided "white glove" professionalism. Darren is a true blue, humble soul who epitomizes the definition of customer service. Not only that, he authentically CARES for his customers and that made a world of difference in my car buying experience.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE..! I brought my car in for the 1st time for maintenance, an oil change to be exact. It was truly one of the best experience I had in very long time.! All the staff was great I felt very welcome. My service advisor Gint was amazing, he made sure that I was well taken care by letting me know updates about my vehicle and he took his time going over and making sure I understand everything.! I would highly recommend him to anyone.! Thanks again I greatly appreciated it.! Take Care..!!

When I called Darren Lane and expressed my interest in a vehicle he invited me to the dealership to look at what was available. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. He took pictures and sent videos of the car and went over every feature, this made me feel really comfortable. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and Mr.Lane drove my car to me from Maryland to Florida now that’s customer service!
