They had a contract and then said we have a better deal we just have to change few things ok like they change the price from 12995.00 to 14995.00 . then gave us a service contract for $2500.00 4 years 40.000 miles not to start at the time you buy the car no the car had 34000 miles and was 3 years old so $2500.00.= 1year service the car was still under manufactory warranty and covers more....... jack says got ya ... do not sign a contract tell them you need to reed it take it home and reed it they will push you sign wright there if they don't let you take it home and look it over then walk out jack says yes ...PS DON;T SHOP FOR A CAR HERE

Spoke to Imani in sales who swore up and down he could help me after explaining my situation to him.. He was very eager for me to do a credit app and even more confident he could help.. Well he couldn't the finance guy John was Leary from the start and was not very welcoming or inviting even when I am in a better situation I will never do business with this dealership.. No help just inquiries!! Know your job, know what banks will work with what don't run customers credit over and over just for a sale if u already know ...bad business

They gave me a really fair deal, were *UNFAILINGLY* polite, and also, a very nice, GL young guy, "Mr. Howard of NBA", spent *FIVE HOURS*, with me, ok? *VERY VERY* good guys, very patient, very sweet, *ALL OF THEM*. *NICE* people, they will not screw you over (at least the ones I met) and I think that maybe it depends upon *WHO* you get, honestly, after reading some of the *OTHER* reviews, ok? but *BOTH* "Mr. Skadden" and "Mr. Howard" were *VERY* VERY* nice, and good to work with, people I would *TRUST VERY MUCH**, ok? *HIGHLY* RECOMMENDED*, *NOT* shady or rude *AT ALL*, or disrespectful or whatever.... Maybe, the person who had a bad experience w/ them (and I *AM* sorry you had a bad experience, ok?) was having a bad day, or *really bad luck* with one particular individual, ok? LIke, i know for a fact that everyone that *I* interacted today, *FOUR* of them, were *ALL* very nice to me, It seems like a very *courteous, professional, and also Knowledgeable* group of guys, ok? From *my* standpoint, I had *no complaints*, and I can only recommend the people that I interacted with, ok? I walked in with a goal of getting out of a terrible car loan and into a brand new car, and with the help of the manager Phil and my salesman Imani that's exactly what happened. They listen to what it was I was looking for as far as payments and style of car even down to the color. They made a promise to get me into the car of my dreams and I couldn't be more happy. The service was wonderful, very friendly people who where honest and able to explain everything step by step with the process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get their dream car to stop looking and go here first. Did I mention this was not the first place I went to and was turned away. So special thanks to this dealership for a wonderful experience!!!!

Worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. They do very shady deals and they won't allow you to return a car the next day. They will tell you, you have 3 days to return a car if you change your mind. Don't believe it, read your contract carefully. If you bring the car back the next day, they will point out a little clause in your contract saying you can't return a car once it's purchased. New Car Buyer Beware

This dealership is lacking. Their customer service is very poor. I have experienced many issues since purchasing a vehicle last year. They NEVER return calls or emails. Their sales team is sleazy and totally unprofessional. They make empty promises and never follow up. Their errors have cost me time and money. They are not quick to do anything to solve a problem. DO NOT buy a car from them.

I have gotten oil changes here for the past 2+ years once I moved to the area. Each time I went there was a new recommendation from the service manager.1st time - Flush Brake fluid and Steering fluid. Got a second opinion from a local mechanic and he said it was fine.2nd time - Front Brake pads need replacing. Local mechanic said they still have 50% life left.3rd time - BG carbon cleanup.4th time - Coolant flush. 5th time - there was a noise from exhaust. I figured the exhaust muffler had a hole. They wanted $125 diagnostic + $350 labor + $ 350 part for muffler replacement + anything else that they find. Got the muffler replaced at local mechanic for less than 300 bucks (parts and labor).There won't be a 6th time for me at this dealership. I'm sticking with my local mechanic even for oil changes from now on. Every time I went, there was a new recommendation and never once did the recommendation repeat. Fortunately, I did not get anything else done here, except for the oil changes.I just read the poor reviews for this dealership and thought of sharing my experience. If you still go there, take a second opinion before committing to some fluid change, major repair etc.

8/25/14 AntwerpenI had re-call work done on my Sentra, which involved doing some work on the passenger side air bag. The work was completed and I used the car for about a week and I needed to go into my glove box. I opened the door and it dropped to the floor. I took the car back to the dealer on 8/25/14. My experience was horrible!! I met with the first line of defense, who looked at the glove box and could tell that the plastic clip was broke. Simple fix, just order a new glove box. I was sent to speak with the service manager who wanted to me to hang around for 30-40 min while they looked at the car. I informed them that I didn't have the time to sit around,because I had other things to accomplish. I will refer to the guy I first met as the first line of defense. He instructed me the he would get someone on it in about ten minutes. As he promised, someone had looked at and fixed the problem. So, I went out to inspect the work done on the glove box, and all he did was to stick the glove box back in-place and said it's fixed now. This is what the guy who broke it did, and a week later it was on the floor. I went back in and spoke with service manager, who in turned called the shop manager.(Jeff) We both went o look at the car, and he had the nerve to tell me that it is working fine after he stuck it back into place. I told him that he only did what the original mechanic did and a week later it would be on the floor. He then went on to insinuate that it was already broken and I was just trying to get them to replace it. He also babbled on about the service, which I had to correct him and show him the service I received at his shop. The mechanic scratched the dashboard, they did not put down paper and got grease on my carpet, and they broke my glove box and never said a word. Now that is service!! We went back in to the service manager and he authorized the replacement of the glove box. The experience left me with such a bad taste, that i had to write and tell anyone that would listen.

They had my 2012 Nissan Rogue for 24 hours and I still do not quite know what is wrong. I went in after having problems during a road trip. I went to a dealership in Pennsylvania because the engine light came on and I could not easily climb hills without flooring the gas. They explained it was the torque converter and said it may ultimately be the transmission. They addressed the torque converter problem and this allowed me to continue on with no problem. The service person told me to go to the dealership when I returned to Baltimore though. When I went to Security Nissan, I requested to speak to a manager because I had just been in the dealership the week before for a diagnostic test because the engine light was on, and they told me there was no problem.When he looked for the information from the previous week, he could not find it because the service person did not write a ticket, neither did they provide me with any written information. When I complained about this, the manager acted as if this was normal. I also told him that they had failed to cut the service sensor light off the first time I brought the car in three weeks prior. The manager stated that this time they would run several tests, but that they needed the car for 24 hours. I agreed, and brought my car back the following day around 12:30 pm. At around 5pm the same day, I got a call for the service person assigned to my car asking how long they could keep it, and the best number to reach me at. I stated that I was fine for the 24 hour period that the manager said it would take. After that call I did not receive another call, at 3 pm the next day, I called to find out what the status was, but the service person could not tell me anything, promising to call back at 4 pm. The young lady responsible for contacting me did not seem to be bothered by the fact that it was beyond the 24 hour point; she seemed oblivious to this fact. I wonder what would have happened had I not called. So, I immediately sent my son to the dealership to check on things, and he was told that the mechanic did not find anything wrong. We were not given any invoice or paper work stating what tests were done and the car is still having problems. It jerks like a stick, but it is an automatic, and I can't accelerate easily. I am frustrated and feel as if I have wasted a lot of time with these people, only to have to take the car somewhere else because I still don't have a diagnosis.

I bought a new 2014 nissan sentra at this place, and when I test drove the car, the screen that tells your mileage wasn't working, and they told me that it's probably just a fuse box and their service department was closed. So I bought the car believing them about the fuse box. They told me to bring the car back so I did, and I have been in a rental since the beginning of April...why? It wasn't a fuse box. They needed to order a new part and I probably won't get my car back until July time frame MAYBE. I called Mr. Antwerpen and he's a joke. He didn't return my calls and he did nothing about the fact that I was sold a brand new car that wasn't working. I have just made my first car payment and I have been going back and forth now with nissan about this issue. Stay away from this place. It's sad when the owner himself doesn't do anything or return calls or apologize.

Like all the other reviews, found a vehicle on line, spoke to salesperson who knew exactly when we would be there. When we arrived, of course he was busy, at 5 minutes after opening. We sat for 20 minutes and then the salesperson said he was giving us someone else who would help us. Well, he knew nothing. He had to check the lot inventory to see if the vehicle was there and you guessed it - it was not. I immediately left and as we left he kept telling us that he has other vehicles that we might be interested. Worst service ever from a Nissan dealership. I even contacted Nissan USA regarding their sales tactics. BEWARE this is not a trustworthy dealership.

I came to this dealer location with the intent to test drive and possibly purchase a vehicle. The 2013 Nissan Altima to be exact. I had spoken to the same salesman 3 times to confirm the vehicle availability upon my scheduled test drive. When I arrived I only got a brief introduction from the salesman after being told that he was not available. Not only was the car not at this location (which I was lastly informed) but I was given one price and then an extremely higher price on the bill of sale. When I addressed the higher price change I was rudely told by the salesman that " he never said that." And "WHAT EVER" as I was leaving. I would have appreciated it if he would have just said "that the vehicle was not there and he had something else similar" I also would have appreciated if he would have just informed me the price being higher because it was a mix up on their part. That would have been good customer service. Instead the saleman wasted 3hrs. Of my time.

On 08/22/11, my car cut off while driving and my brake light and check engine light came on. I was told that there were no codes, but that their guess was that it could be the air flow sensor. Total bill, $925.18. On 08/26/11, the same lights came back on. This time I was told that it could be the vent control valve. Okay, another $218.61. NO consideration that both of the repairs were by their guess because no codes came up during the diagnosis. Fast forward to 12/02/13. My check engine light comes on again. This time my car began to vibrate when idle. I returned to Antwerpen. This time they replaced a cylinder coil and replaced the spark plugs. My bill was $449.09. After the repairs I drove straight home and my car remained parked in my driveway for almost a week. On 12/07/13, I noticed that a flap was hanging down under the front of my car. I temporarily taped it up until I could bring it back to the dealer for them to screw the undertray. They Charged $20 to re-screw the undertray back in place. My guess was that they failed to secure the undertray when they serviced the car on 12/02/13. Here it is 12/18/13 and the lights are back on, and my car has began to vibrate again. I'm almost too afraid to return, because I'm afraid of the bill I will be stuck with this time. I am NOT a happy camper at this point.

Worst service ever. You would think that if you bought vehicle there perhaps they could provide a dissent service... Not there. And service normally reflects whole situation. Tool them two weeks to replace one good motor for drivers window with another to realize that it was a bad switch. $675 for all that and all headache associated with it? Rip off or scam or all of the above. I cant trust them with a y diagnostics they did last two years. Seems that their attitudes are:"more vehicles they ruin more their sales department can sell. Stay away from that place.

Total rip off.Went to repair driver window issues. Told that window motor will have to be replaced for $300 and it will take a week for it to get there.Took almost two weeks and 10 phone calls for it to arrive and also to find out that original estimate was wrong and it would cost $675.Took them 3 hours on Friday to replace motor and one hour on Saturday to replace switch that they were never able to diagnose.They left old motor in a vehicle and I decided to test it just in case. Motor was fine.So, for $675 they replaced one good motor with another one and switch. Took them two weeks to figure it out and four hours to do the job.This is rip off and total incompetence of manager and his associates in service department.

They listed a new Rouge on cars.com for about $8,000 off,I went to the dealer and when they finally told me the real price it was about $2,000 dollars over the list price.I told them I thought this was a sale and they told me it was a sale.Then they laughed at me and said you didn't think you could by a car for that price.They said they have to do this because the other dealers do the same,I hope not.

After seeing a used Nissan online, I contacted the dealership online and decided to go take the vehicle for test drive. Things went smooth until I said I was unsure and said I wanted to think about it. When I asked for they keys for vehicle back I was told for nearly 3 hours they weren't sure where they were or who had them. It wasn't until I told them flat out I wouldn't be buying their vehicle they magically found my keys. It seemed as if they thought they were going to FORCE me to buy a vehicle from them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I definitely will not return. I don't like high pressure dealerships.

I recently brought a car here. The sales person tried to hit on me instead of making the sale complete. They said they would work with me and pay off my old car. They paid for my trade off almost two months late which in fact made ME seem as if I was late. When I try to reach out with my concern They repeated "YOU'RE GETTING A GREAT DEAL" When a had questions and would call they never return any of my calls.From manager to sale person. I feel used and trick. Avoid this PLACE!!!!!! O yeah almost Two Months later and NO TiTle!!!!

I feel so used and to top it off I am not happy after buying my very first "BRAND NEW" CAR. I have been calling the dealership with questions and some concerns and NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE has returned any of my phone calls.However, the dealership found a way to ask me give them all 10's when I fill out my survey about my visit;from the managers to the sales person.It's almost two months since I purchased my car,I have yet recieved my car title.I was called into the office after driving my car for 45 days by the manager he TOLD Me, NOT ASKED me for more money down.I was told that is the only way for the bank to keep my loan ifI give something I suppose to already have.. However, NO ONE have called or emailed me anything regarding my account, which hasn't been set up. I visit at least 3 times regarding my account and first paymeant and pay off.and has called 4-5 times left voicemails.But still haven't receive any calls. This is the far worse experience I had buying a car. Then my First at that. They did not pay off my completely I'm still left with that car payment.When I called my sales person with questions he strongly express how upest he was with my survey. I regret buying my Car from here.....Thee worse place ever....

This dealership is a volume dealership, so they take putting pressure on customers to another level. They refuse to share info on the vehicle outright and try to pressure you into buying by trying to convince you that they have the best price and vehicle. They even went as far as telling me on two occasions that I don't know much about car if I don't get one from them. My objections were not dealt with appropriately, and I ended up walking away frustrated and feeling like I have wasted my time. Avoid this dump if you care for your time

The salesperson promoised and the Manager said he is not here anymore so we cannot honor his words and he is asking for Proof. So funny he says we have detailed your car, I am not sure why they should detail a brand new car. I showed him the message from the old salesperson acknowledging that free tank of gas for the first service...Wondeful now that i have paid money and got the car.. i cant do much.. One thing i can do is make sure no one else fall in the hands of this dealership...Please please please go for some other better dealership.... not this one...

They tried to rip me off. I had a service engine soon light so I went and got the code that was causing the service engine soon indicator off the car's computer myself for free at an auto parts store. The code was for camshaft or crankshaft sensors. The repair should cost at most about $250.00. They tried to say I needed a new engine that cost $4750.00 without even trying to replace the sensors or anything. I left immediately. Stay away from that place. They even rip you off on parts. A friend had called to inquire about a part at the security location and they quoted 180.00 more for the part at the security loation than at the Antwerpen Clarksville location and it is the same owner. The Clarksville location even confirmed that the part should cost the same. It is a shame that there a lot of poeple in the auto repair business that want to rip you off. There is more than enough money to go around with the millions of cars on the road. I believe in fate, karma or whatever you want to call it so what goes around comes around. The same idiots that are ripping people off are consumers as well.

The employees were friendly but that's about as good as it gets. We purchased a new Altima Special Edition, and the price that was on the sticker was not the price when we went to sign the papers. They jacked up the price on us and we ended up paying way more for the vehicle than what was on sticker. We originally wanted the Altima with a sunroof, but the V6 was the only one with a sunroof and we ended up paying the price of a V6 Altima but we had the 2.5 with no sunroof ! We basically got ripped off ! We will never deal with Antwerpen Security Nissan again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. They were shady with the price of the vehicle and did not want to work with us or anthing. We were in the rebuilding our credit phase, so we basically took the deal, but didn't realize how buried we were in that car until later. Do your research thoroughly if you deal with them, but I would go somewhere else.

I have two complaints in through Nissan so far.First off, I paid for a 7500 mile service- includes tire rotation and they didn't rotate my tires. How do I know?- the rear drivers side tire is and always has been a different brand and even with the rotation of my tires allegedly, it still remains to be the only tire that is a different brand.Secondly, around the beginning of fall I took my car in to have the brakes checked. They topped off my fluids. Around Thanksgiving I heard a grinding noise and by Christmas it was worst. I took it to Norris Nissan this past week only to be notified that my brakes in the front were HORRIBLE 2/32 and he back was following at 5/32. I drive less then 1000 miles a month so why wasn't I notified with my brake check at Security Nissan that my brakes were failing? Maybe because they wanted to charge me for a whole lot of stuff that would have been wrong had I kept driving on them.My front brakes have been repaired- no noise at all.My rear brakes will be repaired in 3000 miles.I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after I receive a return call from Nissan's Service Manager.

Don't even think of servicing your vehicle here (especially for parts replacement). Well, I had problem with my started (Nissan Maxima 1997 model) and I got to tow my vehicle from Linthicum to the dealer, since my vehicle is not starting. They called me to office after diagnosing and mentioned for starter replacement ($290) and two hours labor charge ($95/hr ~ 2hr = $190). I was left with no choice. After paying the bill when I tried to start the vehicle it wonat start-up and they say that the security alarm is creating the problemawtf. I was so pissed off, almost had fight with a person called Bill, so uncivilized person. After few days (13) I went to NTB for breaks service. They check my vehicle and suggest for started replacement, since it got almost broken.So, I beg you all, not to go Antwerpen Security Nissan for servicing. Rather go for Sheehy Nissan, at lease they treat customer very good and honest
