The amount of time you have to wait to be seen by a representative is almost 30 minutes after dropping off my car. Which is ridiculous. If they could make that process faster I would give the place 5 stars because they do have a good service and a waiting area with vending machines and sometimes fruits and a kitchenette with a popcorn maker.

My Service Advisor Yale Tindell & Service Technician Christopher Long made sure they explained everything to me, assisted me with what I needed to have done on my car and provided excellent customer service the entire time I was there. The gentleman who even met me in the service lane to get my keys and took me inside was very pleasant and took me right to Yale for my appt.

My son was leaving for 9 months away at college and I thought I should have the spare tire recall done, and while there I wanted the tires rotated and the fluid levels checked. With an 800 mile trip looming the next day I took the first appointment available on the website. The mechanics completed those things pretty quickly, but also found we needed new brakes. After all the items were completed, I headed home, but thought I felt a pull to the left. My son later drove it without me telling him that and he really felt a pull. So I brought it back and Jimmy did a test drive with me, diagnosed it as radial pull from uneven wear on the tires, and since my son had to leave the next day Jimmy asked if I wanted him to just rotate them back and I said yes. The pull was gone. We are going to have to figure out what is going on, but it got my son and husband safely to Florida the next day. The customer service from Jimmy and Yale was the best I've ever had at any dealership. I did feel like they really cared.

This is my first experience at Antwerpen and it was very positive. My salesman, Jesse, was low pressure but very knowledgable. We were sold on a RAV4 before arriving, but had not driven one. Jesse showed us all the RAV models and made sure we understood the options. We ended up waiting two days to get a particular color and had leather seats added. The change was done flawlessly and was exactly as requested. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Yomi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My test drive was comfortable and he kept the conversation going (avoiding those awkward silence moments). The rest of the staff was just as amazing as well and every single person made my husband and I feel like we were right at home. I wish every car buying experience I've had were as great as this one. My husband and I hit the phase in our life where we had to buy a minivan for our family. We were the folks who said we'd never get one. But the Antwerpen team members helped us through the process and shared great stories to make it all go smoothly. Bonus points: the coffee tasted great!

Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. While your service area is always busy I was never rushed or made to feel like I was in the way. The last visit I had my eight month old with me and they had someone pull my car right up to the entrance so I wouldn't have to walk far with him. This dealership was a good hour and a half from my central Pennsylvania home, but I decided to go have a look at a Prius C they had on their lot since no dealerships close to me were offering anything but basic models. I called at spoke to Joe Oliveto before going down since I had been running into problems during my car hunt with places not having the advertised cars and to ask some questions about the car itself. Joe took the time to leave the sales floor while on the phone with me to physically go out to the car to be sure I was getting accurate information. I was very impressed with the car when I saw it in person. Joe and the rest of the staff were very kind and courteous. In the end, I got exactly the car I wanted at the price I was hoping for AND to top it off, they worked to beat my pre approved auto loan rate and got it with a branch that is local to me. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Joe even called a few days after my purchase to be sure everything was okay with the car. If this dealership has a car on their lot that tickles your fancy, I highly suggest giving them a call and checking it out. They were great to do business with.

This was my first service and it was friendly, timely and efficient..I was done in less than 90 minutes. Yale Tindell was excellent. He was efficient,patient with my questions, found a technician to answer my immediate questions about operating my Prius (he was great, too!) and suggested an appointment with my sales person for a more complete tutorial. you guys were great in that I came in since both headlights were out. My last free lifetime oil change had been 3,500 miles ago, so I asked the guy if he would do an oil change so I wouldn't have to come back in 1,500 miles, and he said ok. That was awesome in that it will save me time. I won't have to come back for 5,000 miles, instead of 1,500 miles if he had said no. I appreciate that, and it helps reinforce good customer relationship. That means a lot to the customer.

I scheduled an appointment and from the beginning everyone I talked to was very pleasant. Unfortunately/Fortunately, the mechanics found a nailed in one of my tires that required replacement of the tire. A 90 minute trip ended up being much, more longer and expensive than anticipated but Rich was extremely attentive and helpful in making sure that my time was not wasted.

Convenience..., the service advisor asked if I wanted to wait in the lounge or be taken somewhere for the two hour service. I opted to go home and the dealership shuttle drove me home. I got a call after the estimated time for the service to be completed and in a few minutes, the shuttle was there to pick me up. I was greeted on time by the technician assigned to our account. We mentioned a few minor items about which we had questions: 1) low tire pressure indicator light, 2) Blue tooth operations, etc.He responded to our inquiries immediately and answered whatever other questions we had.The 10,000 mile service was performed fully and efficiently within the time period of which were told: 60 -90 monutes.Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was most courteous, helpful and looked after our comfort (coffee, nice waiting area, etc.)

The entire experience! The team there went above and beyond trying to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. Yomi was a true professional and was very attentive to all of the details and kept me informed the entire way through email, text and phone calls. Sean picked up right where Yomi left off finding a vehicle that I wanted, procuring it from another dealership and keeping me up to date as to where it was in its travels. He even brought paperwork out to me so I didn't have to go back to the dealership. After Sean, Ed worked with me on price and was very professional and fair and made the price negotiation a very painless process. Finally Dave in finance topped off the entire process. He went as far as bringing paperwork that wouldn't print correctly out to our house so that we could sign it since we had a newborn at home making it very difficult for us both to leave the house. Professionals like the four of them are why we have continued to go back to Antwerpen and have now purchased our 4th and 5th vehicles from them. We are customers for life! Keep up the great work.

I had several unusual requests with respect to transferring equipment from my old vehicle to the new one. He rolled right along with it. I took my car to the dealer for a battery change on January 2013. In August, I went for a vacation for two weeks, during which car was not used. When I returned back, I couldn't start the car (turned on the ignition with no sound coming). I did a jump start, which was successful. I called the dealer on 8/23, explained the situation and the service manager (I didn't get the name) told me that even with a new battery, it is normal that battery doesn't operate as expected after two weeks of not driving. I told him that this is surprising and I didn't have the same problem with my other car, which wasn't used during the same period. He asked me if the other car is Toyota. I told him no, it is a Honda and he said, Honda is different. I told him that I never had this problem with my car before till this battery change although in the past the car wasn't used more than two weeks. He hung up the phone. Looking my invoice again from January 2013, dealer charged me $75 for testing, and $112 for battery and pads. I didn't pay attention to the invoice back then. They never disclosed that they will perform a $75 test, and they also didn't disclose that they will install a battery which doesn't work after 2 weeks of not driving. This is not the first time this dealer ordered unnecessary repairs. They do their best suggesting and charging for the work that is not needed. If you live around Clarksville, Columbia area, think twice before buying Toyota if you are planning to service the car at this dealer.

Keep things in perspective; a dealer who sells 10 cars and gets 2 bad reviews is much worse than a dealer who sells 100 cars and gets 2 bad reviews. Remember that when you read a bad review; you should focus on the percentage not the amount. Well I was 100% satisfied with Maryland's Antwerpen Auto Sales and Service in Clarksville. I negotiated for a Toyota online, walked into Antwerpen with a check and drove out of Antwerpen in my new Tacoma. It can be done.

I shopped by internet and email first. I told salesman that I was interested in car but the price was beyond my budget. I was assured that if I traveled to the dealership that they would "aggressively" deal to "earn my business". When I got there they would not reduce the price at all.

They over advertised for used car and once you call them they will try to sell you something a lot more expensive claiming that what they have listed and you are asking about is not good and it needs repairs etc although they advertized it as close to perfect!!! They will try to sell you something else in a price range twice as high! So you 'd better know what you are looking for and rather stay away!
