Called with over 2 hours notice to test drive a 2010 Range Rover Sport - which looked clean as a pin online with an excellent service record. Upon arrival, the vehicle was TRASHED. Filthy dirty, wheels riddled with curb rash (unlike the pictures) and literally filled with trash (water bottles, coffee cups, etc.). It was obvious that the sales guy had been using it as a personal vehicle and had no intention of selling it. It is a shame that this sales person trashed a seemingly perfect vehicle to that degree, let alone allowing me to drive 2 hours to see it and not having the decency to have it presentable. Feels like a bait and switch. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I came all the way from Kansas City, Missouri to pick up a Honda Accord with astonishing low miles. Only 43,000 miles on a 2002 Honda Accord Coupe, & did I mention that it is a V6? Very rare car & they sold it to me for a fair price I couldn’t beat. If I had to, I’d come all the way back for another car. I really appreciate you guys & the hard work you put out to provide excellent vehicles. You guys treated me like family & that’s what matters most.

Very pleased with these guys! Transparent and honest. A couple of qualities that are hard to come by these days. I’ll be back and will recommend to friends. Worth the drive from Richmond.

A wonderful experience! I got an amazing deal on a used car. A.J. was thorough and honest in discussing the car, and happy to answer questions. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had (and I even worked at a car dealership for a while!)

Alex Auto is the perfect place to go!!! These guys are great, bought a 2014 suburban it was in excellent conditions. And the price was very good! They even chucked the tank full of gas...get down to Apex Auto everyone!! Thank you guys.
