Yesterday I found my dream car on Cars.com. I called Apollo and spoke to Larry. He was so nice on the phone. He made me feel like I was talking to a friend or family member. I knew immediately that I wanted to work with him. When I arrived the car was being cleaned and I waited just a short time for it to be ready. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he knew that I didn't want to be there all day. When we test drove the car, I knew that it was the car for me. I had a tight budget and wanted my payments to be a certain amount and no higher. He understood this and worked with his manager (Jim) to get me the best deal. They gave me a great amount for my trade in and worked with a bank to ensure my interest rate would be low. Larry was patient, kind, and understanding throughout the process. Since I didn't have my husband or parents with me, I asked for his advice and I felt like he was very honest with me. He wasn't just trying to make a deal. Larry was excellent with my 3 year old. He made sure she had a coloring book and markers. He even played catch with her in the parking lot to ensure that she wouldn't run away while I installed her car seat in the new car. I love my new Volkswagen Passat and I am so glad that I found Appolo and had the pleasure of working with Larry! I highly recommend them.

Stopped in to test drive a Prius but ended up purchasing a 2015 Honda Civic coup with 14,000 miles on it. I was able to trade in my jeep and purchase the Honda for a great price! Larry, along with the rest of his team was extremely accommodating and didn't play any games like a lot of car dealerships tend to do. Overall, this was a great place to shop and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with the staff at Apollo Auto Sales. My vehicle was totaled in a recent accident so I had to start all over again.. I explained what happened to Sales Manager Larry Frank and he went above and beyond to first understand my situation and second make sure I left the lot with a vehicle that I could afford and that I would love as much as my old car. I was treated with the utmost respect, they made me feel as if I were their most important and vauled customer, which is hard to come by in a dealership.Larry along with Jesse in the Finance Dept were able to find a bank that gave me the loan and made sure my monthly payments were affordable for me. When my wife and I first walked in to Apollo Auto Sales, we were (like many others) ready to sit down and do the same old song and dance that you always feel you have to do when you go buy a car. The dealership is beautiful and they have a wide variety of cars to choose from. The big difference between Apollo and other dealerships for us was one thing. Our salesman, Carlo Spaccoratelli.Carlo is very personable and immediately made us feel at ease. We thought when we went in to this, that we would have to take, pretty much anything they told us to. However Carlo not only helped us pick out what we wanted, he also aided us in getting the vehicle we needed at a very reasonable payment. Larry Frank was outstanding. When we came in on 09 July 2016, We were not really expecting to be treated as great as we were treated. Yes we had to wait for him to finish with prior customers, it was no issue because the way he handled the situation you did not feel like another customer or number in line. He was no nonsense with the business but could make you laugh. He really made Apollo's guaranteed approval policy live up to it purpose. At no time did we feel that we were leaving empty handed. I walked into the dealership not sure what to expect, as this was a first time car purchase, I was immediately greeted by Bob Weiner who was more than happy to assist me and my girlfriend. He was very personable and not your typical "salesman" which I greatly appreciated. It was a smooth transition from meet and greet to finalizing the deal. A few times, I felt I was holding him up from continuing his daily job but he was more than happy to continuing assisting me. I would recommend this place, as well as salesman, to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle.

We came to Apollo after getting a pre-approval for a car loan on another website. We were looking for a reasonably priced, reliable used car for my daughter, and she saw one on line that she absolutely fell in love with (an '06 Mercedes), available at a very fair price. Before we arrived, I received a call from Jesse who told me he was the "finance guy" at Apollo, and who assured me we could get the payment we were pre-approved for. Carlo was the salesman who waited on us and was brave enough to take a test drive with my teenage daughter. We explained what we expected to pay as per the pre-approved website, and Carlo worked with Jim the manager so that we not only got the monthly payment we wanted but at a much better interest rate than expected! There were a couple of minor issues with the car (a cracked windshield and a non-working door handle) and they agreed to fix them without hesitation as part of the sale. Throughout the sale, Carlo was very attentive and courteous, and did not waste time getting the paperwork together. Some of the other staff (whose names I unfortunately don't know) also helped my daughter figure out how to use some of the car's features while we were busy with the paperwork.After we got the car home, we expressed some concerns about another issue that popped up (a brake light that came on) and the folks at Apollo were very accommodating. We brought the car in and Kevin, the service manager (a genuinely nice guy) had it checked out completely and took care of all our concerns free of charge. He gave us lots of tips and advice on how to keep the car in good shape and good running condition for years to come. Carlo and Jim (the manager) even came out to the service area when we picked up the car to make sure everything was okay. Overall, it was an excellent experience especially compared with a recent experience I had with another used car dealer who didn't want much to do with us after we drove off the lot. I get the impression that, even after the sale is made, Apollo genuinely cares that you are satisfied and happy with the purchase.

They added the vehicle warranty with out discussing with me .Then I requested for cancellation of the warranty after 2 months still my paperwork is not send to cancel the warranty . No one is responsible and several phone calls I made is in vein . I have not able to talk to the manager who may be busy . Very sad to say there is no one in responsible

I'm sure if you purchased a vehicle before you know the time, hassle and more you about to endure but at Apollo Auto the purchasing was as smooth as it can be. Carlo is the man! Super personable, knowledgable and never pressured me. My experience today 06/20/2016 has been nothing but superb! When I walked in already; he had already gotten me approved; not pre - approved but APPROVED. My credit isn't the greatest by far, and he got me into the vehicle of my choice; he even got my car payment down under 200 dollars than what I was expecting! My vehicle had a car accident. It was a total loss I didn't know what to do. I got a rental and the lady that was returning a rental told me how she only goes to apollo to get cars and said she only deals with Larry. So i wrote everything down. Then called went in and have a beautiful van. Larry is a kind hearted straight forward salesman. Everyone was nice and friendly. Everyone smiled and made me feel very comfortable. Usually I'm very uncomfortable with my credit score but I felt comfortable. I'm very grateful for them and helping me get a vehicle.

Larry Frank is the most honest, friendly, knowledgeable sales person I've ever encountered! The process was so very fast! i gave 5 star because Manning was great from start to finish. i called to inquire about a car and Manning was the sales person i spoke with i told him what i wanted and i told him my situation and he was confident with every response and reassured me he was going to do everything to help. when i got to Apollo he was very polite and patient he made sure i was comfortable he had the car cleaned before we tested drove it and once in the car he explain every part n detail. as a women that knows little about cars i felt confident in everything i was learning and all the question i asked Manning answer in detail. he shopped around for the best rates for me when i told him some of them were to high he let me no don't worry he would find the best rate and if it didn't work out with what i wanted and need he would find a solution. in the end he delivered on everything the car the loan and most important my monthly payment. i am very happy with my decision to come to Apollo and have already recommend Manning to 2 close friends that should be calling him in the near future......Manning you are awesome thank you i couldn't be happier with my choice.

Amazing experience a couple of weeks ago at Apollo Auto Sales in the snow. Great lot guys followed us around in the snow wiping off cars for us to see...great salesman in Larry who was just super friendly and efficient and made sure we got what we needed and could afford...great owner in Jesse who checked in with us to be sure we were happy and satisfied with the car and the service. I purchased a car today with help from Larry Frank. He was very friendly and personable and genuinely cared about me finding the right car for me and my budget. I have been to other dealers that are pushy and in a hurry, but he took his time and answered all my questions. I'm glad I came and I will recommend this place to anyone. Vince Mclaughlin , was shown to be a very good sales person . From the begining when i stepped on the lot he was very welcoming. He treated me with first class service . He made my experience in buying a car a good and pleasant experience . He was there with sfep by step . His asurance in helping me pick out the right car put me at ease . I purchased a car in 2012 from Larry Frank and was extremely please with his professionalism and honesty. I was very please with the ease of the buying transaction, delivery process and service department. So when my son needed a car and asked for my advice, it was very easy. I have nothing to say poorly about this dealership. went in already knowing what I wanted to look at. was very happy with the condition of the vehicle, and no hassle with the purchase. just waiting for them to get in a vehicle that I'm looking for next, and I will be purchasing from them again.

I went here to get my car and I didn't have a single problem, I even took my friend the next day to get a car and she did, also 100% problem free. Every customer that was in there seemed to be getting treated very nicely. My friend and I both got great deals on our cars and my friend doesn't have that good of credit but didn't have a problem at all.

I bought a car from them about 10 months ago. I have yet to receive my tags and registration. I had an outside loan approval but they told me theres would be better. The guy behind the desk punching numbers didn't really communicate with me, just hurriedly took my information. I told him how much I had for a down payment. How much I was willing to spend. He said okay. Only afterwards did he tell me he told my finance company that I gave a down payment $700 more than what I said. And said I was responsible for it and to lie to Exeter when they called to verify or else I wouldn't get my car. They'll dodge emails and phone calls. Put you on hold forever and hang up, or that person isn't in the office. When I posted a complaint on Google. calling out one of the reviewers who gave them an excellent rating as someone who works there, they would only contact me through a blocked number, and would not answer my questions via email. Shady and dispicable. I'm a single mom and they wanted to make my life harder, on top of squeezing me dry for an overpriced car that I later found a bag of Burger King trash up underneath my seat as well as a broken windshield wiper fluid reservoir. It's unreal. Many of my friends asked me where I got my car, and if they should go there too and I said STAY FAR AWAY.

This is to respond to the negative review posted by "Shock". For one we do appreciate you coming out and checking out our inventory, and I apologize if you feel like you were mistreated. I believe in the customer is always right, and if you had stated a formal complaint I would have acted on it immediately. I am not aware of which employee you talked to but again I apologize on behalf of Apollo Auto Sales and if you would consider coming back we would appreciate the opportunity. We know its hard to please everyone but that is our ultimate goal in order to maintain long term success.

Apollo was an absolute disgrace as far as customer service goes. The salesman was actually very nice and accommodating. Different story once you enter the office. The 'managers' were appalling. I have never been spoken to so rudely at any business ever, and I work in Philly, so that's saying something. I am shocked that they run their business speaking to customers that way. Do not waste your time, or your money.

I saw their commercial on TV and thought that it would be worth the drive from Wilmington, De if they can put me in a car despite my past credit problems. Not only did they get me approved but I was able to drive home the same day with a newer vehicle. I would highly recommend this company and would go back to purchase another vehicle from them
