We recently purchased a used Saturn Vue. Jen Michel was our Sales Consultant. She displayed great integrity! She was extremely pleasant during the entire process. We never felt we were 'just another customer'. She certainly took a personal interest in us. She even called a day or two after the sale to see how we were liking the Vue. Thank you Jen!

I am leasing a 2016 focus, for 3 years. Thomas Chycner has been such a great help, when my previous vehicle broke down, he was very informative and helpful as far as helping me decide what to do next, realistic about which option would be best for me, and he recommended Eric Shaffer in sales who was also great to work with. I brought my focus to Thomas for my first oil change and once again I was very impressed with the service he provided. He was very thorough when going over everything they did with my vehicle, and educated me on what to continue doing in the future to maintain good care for my vehicle. I will definitely continue coming to apple ford for my oil changes, tire rotation, and any other services I may need. We did not buy the grand Cherokee that we look at. However our salesman Peter Landorf was a great guy. He was very familiar with all the different options of the GC and how to use them. Peter made sure to answer all my questions and I found him to be very helpful.

We bought our Explorer from Dana a few years ago and said we will always return to Shakopee Ford for any future cars. We bought a new Mustang last night and John was so great! He wasn't pushy, we were straight up about what we wanted in a car and what we expected in payments. Between John and Joan they got us there and made my dream come true!! Thanks John and Joan!!!

Every expectation was met when coming to Apple Ford Shakopee. Jen Michel helped me find the exact truck I was looking for. I work for a Freightliner dealership so I have seen how things are suppose to work and this dealership is far superior than what I am use to. Very impressed with everything from the look of the dealership to the friendly staff, even for a Saturday. It felt like everyone was there for my wife and I, making this a great experience. Kal Booth was also very helpful in selecting my bed cover, getting ordered and scheduled to be put on. I would normally not write a review on anything but I was so impressed with everything. Jared Osentowski who is a sales person at Apple Ford in Shakopee MN EXCEEDS and goes above and beyond his position. In July of 2015 my old car was not keeping up with my travel needs. I went to Apple Ford in shakopee and was helped by Jared. Jared is very professional, personable and helped me beyond my expectation. With my at the time poor credit, lack of job expirience and the beater vehicle I had I thought there was no chance of me getting approved for a new ford which I desperitely needed. Jared listened and understood my situation and jumped through every hoop possible to get me approved. Which he did! His commitment to my needs was very important to me. Once I was approved for my new Ford Focus he walked me through the entire vehicle, contract and warranty options. After I left that night in my new car Jared would email me periodically to check in and see how I'm liking my new Ford. Actually, the day after I bought the Focus it did break down due to a minor electrical issue, and while I was sitting on the side of the road Jared drove all the way out to get me while I waited for a tow truck And he drove me back to the dealership and got me hooked up with a loaner vehicle for the night until mine was fixed the next morning. I now days am continually returning to this dealership for routine maitinence. Litterally every time I pull up to the quick lane there's Jared walking out to greet me by name! Then always walks me in and talks with me while my Ford gets serviced. Like I said, Jared did 110 percent then he needed to, and makes my Ford expirience unbeatable. So Thank you Jared this would not have been possible without your help.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle. Cathy Wirta was our Sales Consultant. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from her. Cathy is knowledgeable, easy to work with and always has your back. Our son recently went to another dealership to purchase a new car and was confused and nervous. I sent him to Shakopee Ford to see Cathy and he couldn't believe what a difference the Sales Consultant makes. All his questions were answered and the whole experience was much more relaxing to him.

My first car buying experience was with them 6 months ago (first one I had to take a loan out for). I was not impressed at all...I am not one who likes to spend money and they wanted everything I had. I am only 21 and I felt like they knew that and took advantage. I love my car but the service was horrible. Car had a crack in the windshield, cracked tail light, inside was super dirty and it had scratches on the exterior. I told them I wanted that all taken care of before I took my car home. It took 2 weeks to get my car and the crack in the windshield was filled and the car was vacuumed. When i got home I noticed the scratches weren't taken care of and there was sticky pop on the back leather seats as well as in most of the cup holders. I also have not received my spare key and it's been 2 months. I also noticed a few days after that my speaker did not work for my bluetooth. Due to the fact that I had bad service I do not even wanna go back to them to fix it as I HATE the fact that they'll argue it all and say because I didn't purchase the one package that they won't fix it. Good thing my dad is a mechanic and we both do body work. I love my car, but I wish my first car buying experience was more pleasant. It's January 2016..I bought my car June 2015..Still waiting for the spare key I was told I'd receive..

As a female (65+) looking at new cars you are always a little hesitant about how you will be treated. Before going to dealerships I had done a lot of homework trying to decide what cars I was interested in. At one dealership I experienced an aggressive female salesperson. At a 2nd dealership the salesperson was a younger man who really wasn't too interested about working with me. I drove down to Apple Ford in Shakopee and was greeted by Mark Herman. Luck was in my corner that afternoon! He treated me like an intelligent person who wanted to buy a specific car, not a customer he could convince to buy more than she wanted. He explained the different items that were standard and those that were included as upgrades on the Ford Escape that I wanted. Since it's a one price dealership, I didn't need to haggle over a price. I was given a fair price on my trade in and also received a promotional discount. When I walked out of the dealership that afternoon I knew that I would be back to purchase the car that I wanted. The reason I had no doubt in my mind was because of Mark Herman. He treated me like a friend instead of a customer. A friend is truthful, helpful and looks out for my best interest. Thanks so much Mark Herman for making my car buying a pleasant experience.

This place has the best service I've ever received, and certainly the best out of any of the metro Ford dealerships. Ed Villavicencio was particularly helpful, courteous, and extremely accomodating when we were shopping for a used Ford F150 Lariat. I can't praise him enough for how awesome he was at helping us find a great value! I would recommend him to anyone, including first time car buyers.

Service department always keeps my F150 for more than a few days for lack of parts. This time over 10 days and still no truck. Sales dept will ignore your call after you leave the lot. Left my tags on a trade in and got a parking ticket out of state. Dealer could care less. Stay away!!!

Don't buy a car from this dealership. Apple Ford in Shakoppe has the worst shop and customer service in the area. After they sell me this truck they haven't kept up the promise. The valve cover broke and is has been over 9 days in the shop. Total of over 20 days this year. Stay away from this product. By another brand or from another dealership.

The last six weeks have been a nightmare, extremely frustrating. I have found that the sales group can be very sneaky, Beware,Becareful, do your research, watch the paperwork, and dont let their smiles and pleasant demeanor fool you. I wont be returning, unless again there is problem and I wont be recommending Apple Ford Shakopee to any of my clients. It will be quite the opposite. Shame on you Apple Ford. Remember, they asked for a review.

I went in knowing which car I wanted and set up an appointment. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. My sales person Brad was very friendly and helpful and took care of everything I needed and more. After I traded in my car he did an extra sweep and found a couple things I forgot and held them for me to pick up at my leisure. It was a great experience and I would recommend both Apple Ford and Brad.

I went to Apple Ford in the hopes of buying a new Ford Edge. This dealership made my experience fantastic!! EVERYONE was so courteous and professional!! Paul Talbot handled the sale and in 2 short hours the deal was done saving me considerable money and ordering my dream car!! Robert Sass stepped in to handle the delivery of my new car. His knowledge of technology and ability to explain the new features on the edge were great. I will be returning to Apple Ford in 3 or 4 years in the hopes of having a similar experience!!

Marcus was AWESOME. We loved doing business with him and are so happy with our purchase. We never once felt pressured and we were given the time we needed to make our decision. We have only one issue - the buying process. The paperwork took forever. I realize that in trading a vehicle and then buying another one there is a lot to do but it seemed that they were understaffed in this area and maybe a little disorganized. Perhaps you could cross train a few sales people to do some paperwork so they aren't sitting around waiting either. Overall - a great experience and we would buy from the Apple Auto Group again.

I'm glad I experienced buying the 2015 Explorer Limited at Apple Ford in Shakopee. I did not realize buying a car required so much paperwork and signing my name so many times, or that I would give up an entire afternoon because of glitches in the process. However, my salesman was great from the test drive to installing the cross bars on the roof rack for me. He answered my questions and provided timely assistance even after I drove out of the dealership. I received excellent and friendly service from the finance, parts, body shop, and service departments, too. The receptionists/cashiers were also friendly and helpful. We worked with Chris Phoenix in Sales and he listened to all my requirements and took notes. My husband and I went back and forth between the Titanium and the SE and had Chris looking up vehicles for us that could be transferred in due to all my requirements. He was patient and helpful throughout the process, even as we continued to contemplate over how long of a lease we should get and how many miles. Joan in Finance was extremely helpful as well with gathering all the numbers and options for us. Both were wonderful to work with and had us laughing as we continued attempt making a decision. When we finally decided, the signing process was fast and easy and I am LOVING my new Escape Titanium!

She offered to even come to the Apple Valley store to look at the trucks we wanted to see if it was easier for us, since we live in Lakeville. Rondakae brought two trucks over to the Shakopee store for us to view and between Rondakae and Joan answered all of our lease questions, which were many since we had never leased a vehicle. We also enjoyed dealing with Kal for the accessory we purchased. He explained it well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Great car buying experience. Our salesman Robert Sass was great through the entire process. We had to drive across town to shop at Apple Ford Shakopee, but it was worth it!! Apple Ford matched, or beat other dealers closer to our house without us having to haggle over the price, and their inventory gave us some cars to choose from. We have had great experiences working with Apple Valley Shakopee. We have bought many vehicles from them over the years, and also family members too. Lori Nelson just helped my brother purchase a new 2015 Ford Escape. She was very friendly and courteous, and knew her vehicles. She did a great job working with us to get him exactly what he wanted and needed. She also followed up to see if he had any questions, and if there was anything else she could help us with. I bought my 2013 f150 in August of 2013 new. I bought the protection package from them, that included underbody spray and an interior protection. Within a year the undercoat was already chipping and there was a couple stains on the seats and arm rest. I just brought it in today (I live in Fargo me so it is a 4 hour drive to the dealership). When I got it back I looked and the interior they only shampooed the drivers seat , didn't even look at the rest ( I keep a blanket on my back seat and it was in the same spot it was when I dropped it off). On my under oater coating it didn't even look like they washed the dust off before they resprayed over the defaulty undercoat. Yes they just sprayed over top the undercoat that was peeling off! For over $800 protection plan with a 5 year warranty I expected a lot better product in the first place and I really thought that a "creditable" dealership would take care of their customers better than that.

Definitely will buy from here again. I had never purchased a car, and was a little nervous about the process. The sales person Robert Sass was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on every vehicle. I'd like to start out by saying that I'm not writing this review in regard to the buying process, as I'm sure that would have worked out fine. I'm writing this review in regard to how a problem was handled. I waited to write this so I wasn't writing off of emotion, as I was pretty upset due to the situation. The past week or so I have been out and about looking at buying my next truck. Over this past weekend, I found a few trucks, and decided to call on them on Monday to see if they were still on the lot(s). I found this one (05 F150) at Apple Valley of Shakopee, and called on it first thing Monday (04/20/2015) morning.I called at approximately 8:10am to confirm availability. I was told by the person I was speaking with that it was still here, and she confirmed keys were still here. She walked me through the process to put a deposit on the vehicle, to which I complied. The person also mentioned they don't provide a CarFax, and that I'd need to purchase one (which I did, for 39.99, because the Autocheck the dealership used didn't have any maintenance history). I gave the person my contact information, and advised that I'd be leaving work early to make it out there, as I live 2+ hours away from this location. She advised that I'd be contacted by a sales person. I did make an additional call that afternoon on a quick question on the truck, and was also told I'd be getting a call back. My inquiry may have seemed a bit petty (whether it smelled of smoke), so I didn't think much of not getting a call back on that matter.I moved some things around and left work a bit early to make it to the dealership at a decent time. When I arrived (2h20min later), I asked to see the truck. A salesperson came to me and advised that they made a mistake and had sold it over the weekend. To say the least, I was frustrated, as I'll be between 4-5 hours behind the wheel trying to buy a vehicle that wasn't even available. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, and asked what they had on the lot, as I was already there. Nothing really came up that I liked, so I just asked for some compensation for the grand mistake that was made. Apple Ford of Shakopee dropped the ball first when telling me that it was available when it wasn't, which I can understand, as some mistakes happen. But the fact that I didn't get a call within the 8 hours after I placed the deposit to let me know of the mistake, and that I drove as far as I did, when they had ample contact information for me, and my call in the afternoon proving that they never even went to check on my request, which would have discovered that the truck wasn't available. I requested at least to cover my fuel costs, as those costs are tangible, where-as my time is not. it was a bit of work to have the salesperson even speak with the sales manager, but after he agreed to check with him, he came back a few minutes later with an offer to give me $15 in gas. $15. I kid you not....not even enough to cover a one way trip for me (I currently drive an older F150). I had a few thoughts in my head that never came out verbally, but out of principle I was about to refuse the petty offer, but I figured I would be even more up frustrated if I didn't at least get *some* gas out of the deal.So, not only was I out 4-5 hours of my time, the cost of a 39.99 CarFax that they said they don't run and a tank of gas, but I'm still trying to get through to at least get my deposit refunded of $500 (nothing as of yet, but I don't anticipate that being an issue). I would think that a dealership with some integrity and pride would look to compensate someone for the major major inconvenience that they caused a bit better than an insulting $15. I don't have really anything positive to say about the situation.EDIT 04/28/2015I'm not sure how to delete a post, but I did receive a call from the Store Manager, Cole Dambroten. He handled my concerns well and made the situation much better. I appreciated the call and was glad to come to an agreement. According to most other reviews, this dealership shows pretty high in customer satisfaction. I believe what happened with me was an isolated case.

I have previously been taking my Ford Focus to be serviced at another dealership in the area, however after being very disappointed in the quality of service, I decided to take my car to Apple Ford Shakopee after reading the great reviews. I told the people in the service department at Apple up front that another dealership recommended that my car have a $300 service performed, and I was willing to have this done, but only if it actually needed it. The people at Apple were incredibly friendly and efficient, and took less than 15 minutes to assess whether or not I really needed the service recommended by the other dealership, in addition to realigning my headlights. After looking it over, the folks at Apple found that my car was, in fact, fine! Because I do not know very much about cars, their honesty really meant a lot to me. I know where I'll be buying and servicing all my cars in the future! Thanks Apple Ford!

Purchased a 2007 Flare Side F-150 XLT with the 5.4 Triton V-8 and it was a really nice truck. After getting home and packing my equipment in the bed I noticed I was short on space. So a few days later I called the Sales rep Stephen and explained the situation to him. Apple Ford had another F-150 XLT with the 5.4 Triton V-8 but with a full size bed. I went out to Apple Ford the next day and we did the exchange and I even get some money back...which is always good. They have a 30 day no questions asked guarantee if you are not satisfied with you purchase to be able to return the vehicle you purchased. They are TRUE to their word!!

I was at the shop before it was open and the techs did not shove me out the door. After driving my car into the bay, it was very noticeable that the repairs were going to take all day. A courtesy ride was offered to and from work and was very happy to have my car back. The staff are all very kind and helpful. Not sure if they all know it or not, but it is nice to see such great customer service.

2005 Ford Explorer- I love Apple Ford, I have raved on multiple surveys about your service department. I was running errands on Monday 03/02 in Bloomington when my dashboard was ringing and flashing warnings about my charging system. I called my fiance who instructed me to drive it directed to Ford in Shakopee. Neil (who has always been amazing) came out to greet me immediately and I told him I was so happy to see him. He said it could be my battery or alternator and that he would look at it immediately. I pointed out that my 85 pound Labrador was in the back and he said don't worry about it. 15 minutes later Neil stated it was my alternator and we started the process of recommending the part and ordering it. Neil said he would call the shuttle for my dog and I but unfortunately it was too far away. So Neil drove my incredibly shedding lab and me home in his own vehicle. This is amazing customer service. The techs are always kind, the receptionist is friendly and helpful and everyone holds the door and smiles when you walk into Ford. I have recommended my family and friends visit Shakopee Ford and they area all happy with the service. Thank you Shakopee Ford and thank you Neil!

Car broke down Monday afternoon and I needed to go to work the rest of the week. Was able to get in 1st thing Tuesday morning and they called me within a couple of hours explaining all that was wrong and detailed cost. They were able to get it done before I had to go to work and my van has never sounded so great! I was able to drop it off Monday night - the receptionist was AWESOME and super helpful. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus SE, and I am very happy with it. Andrew was my salesman I thought he was great. He was easy to talked to and was not making me feel pressured or anything except excited about getting a new car. The only bad experience was dealing with the finance department, who unlike the sales department clearly work on commission because they claim they just wanted to find me the best interest rate or even a matching one. They couldn't find a better rate then with the credit union I had already been pre approved through. I can not remember his name but the finance man was extremely awkward and I didnt have a good experience with him. If apple ford claims they just want me to have the best ultimate experience and outcome, why was he trying to make me feel uncomfortable with choosing the bank with the lowest interest? I guess I just should not have had them look into other finance options. However, I thought Andrew was great and would recommend anyone to go to him while looking for a new car. I am very happy with my car.

We had to have one of our front headlight bulbs replaced and they squeezed us in and fixed it without an appointment. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great experience with low pressure or intimidation. When I bought my truck (2009 Ford F-150 Supercrew Lariat)from them, I really felt like I was as informed about it as possible. Jared and Paul were both awesome with helping with whatever they could. I had a small issue with the truck shortly after I bought it and even though it was an "as is" purchase, they still made sure that their mechanics took care of the problem. I would recommend them to anyone, and will surely return later to give them more business.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was able to get in right away. I also had a recall notice and the service tech in the quick lube center said he would look at it and if it was possible he would also get that taken care of after the oil change. I was very happy that they were able to handle both the oil change and the recall at the same time -- which saved me from having to make another appointment. The Service Techs are always very friendly and helpful. I love this Ford Dealership and have bought my past two new vehicles from you due to the service.

We arrived to have our hybrid MKZ serviced and were treated like royalty. With it being a warmer day, we were greeted right at the car. A few quick questions and off we went to relax. In around 30 minutes our car was ready. We arrived a little before 11 a.m. Neil did a very good job and answered questions we had regarding issues we will be dealing within the next year. I ordered a 2015 Ford Fiesta in September of 2014. My expected delivery date was mid November of 2014. The Ford factory delayed the production date of my vehicle until December of 2014. After many months of searching for 'the right one' I finally found my F-150 FX4 at Shakopee Apple Ford! Lori seemed to lack patients with my inspections and questions of the 2012 F150 I bought. We were rushed for both test drives because "somebody is coming to look at it". If she did not know the answers she would get someone who did, which was nice, this was 3 different people. Kal gave us the most info about the truck and accessories that we could use for the truck, while he was talking to us, Lori disappeared...then appeared saying we have to get going on our test drive. I think a 12 minute test drive is not enough time for me to spend 30,000 dollars, that's why we did it twice. I did not like manager Ryans commit about other mechanic's telling you need parts because they want to make money, this is after I wanted to know if anything underneath could get greased, such as the ball joints. (that answer is no). My mechanic does not do that, he explains why if I needed the part or how long the exsiting one will last. Ryan needs to practice smiling. At the end Kal is the one to tell me where the truck is, (they were cleaning it), Lori was gone to meet some people who had an appointment? Kal took us to the truck and again showed us some more features. The runner they arranged to drive my new truck home was very nice. He then drove my trade in back to Apple, I didn't drive it that morning to Apple BECAUSE Lori said to get in soon before someone who had appointment early afternoon for that truck so I did not have time to empty my stuff and tools out of my trade in.

So we had to start looking for a new car. My husband went out on a "test run" and worked with Cathy. He found a car he thought I would like - silly him - for a low monthly payment. He came and got me and told me he found a car to buy so off to the dealership we went. The car he picked was a 2010 with almost 70,000 miles on it. I wasn't too happy. We were both surprised when Cathy told us she would be able to get us into a lease on a new 2014 Focus for about $25.00 more a month than the original car he looked at. She had both cars waiting for a test drive - of course we tried the new car first and never even took the second one for a test drive. Cathy took the time to sync my phone for me and spent time with us showing us all the features of the car. The lease process was a breeze and in about an hour we were out of there. Cathy was fantastic to work as was Mark from the Finance Department. We both were amazed at how simple a process this was. Thanks to the service department for cleaning up a couple of things on the car so quickly. The management of your dealership should be proud of all departments. My experience with Apple Ford could not have been better. Doug Reichert was very helpful. I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta with the Ecoboost 1.0 L engine. In all honesty, this is the only vehicle that Ford makes that I have any interest in (I generally own sub-compact imports). The main reason I went to Apple Ford was their "best price, no haggle" sales model. This method of sales is a winner, and going forward I will not purchase an auto any other way.

We were not able to purchase a new Ford, but our salesman, Robert Sass listened to our requests in what we wanted in a used Ford SUV. Color, Navigation, Sony Radio system, etc. With help from his supervisors they found us the perfect used Ford Edge and went to auction in Chicago to find the perfect vehicle for us. When I was in for a service checkup I was told that I needed rear brakes and a battery. I figured I would have time with the battery since I haven't had any problems with it at all. It died within 4 hours of leaving so I was suspect. An independent mechanic explained how fast they can die so I returned and you replaced the battery. Very good job. 2 days before the checkup a Chevy dealer said all 4 brakes were good so I was suspect. Again an independent mechanic verified that the back brakes were in need of replacement so I then knew that Chevy didn't know what they were doing and you were being straight with me. Again very good. I continue to have faith in you that you have my best interest in mind.

I Bought a truck here 3 weeks ago , since than it has broke 3 times and now after there mechanics have fixed this (quote from manger Cole "simple and incredibly rare problem") it's broke again same exact issue .... so what I take from this is a learning experience they are obviously not very capable of simple problems so please do not bring them anything complex and make sure it's a "good day" for your problem or they may not be able to help you at all. In fairness I understand you guys don't have "crystal balls" (cole) but this is by far the worst experience I've I had in any merchant/consumer situation I've been in . Going on week 4 without a vehicle thank you service industry eXperts

Your people are very kind and experienced. The only issue I had was that after insatlling a new headliner there were several dirty spots from the hands of the installer. They took it right to detailing but I had to wait an additional hour while they cleaned it up.Just something to note when cleanliness is a priority!

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT from Apple Autos. I worked with Lori N. who was very helpful in listening to my needs in a vehicle and finding me the perfect one! The only issue concerned the rental car service. We were not contacted until late the day before the service and by the time we could call back the office had already closed. My wife dropped off our car at 7:00am and learned that the rental agency did not open until 9:00am. She was half and hour late for work because of this. The rental problem set aside, Apple Ford provided the service they promised with no additional hassles.

Normally, I tell the service writer what I want done and it gets done. Where Adam went beyond this was where he not only advised that my tires where getting close to needing replacement but also gave me three recommended replacement options. In the past, I have gotten the hard sell and at a time when I needed to make a decision immediately or it would be dangerous to drive my car. Adam said it was not something I needed to do right away because they were in the yellow area, but would probably need to replace within the next 5000 miles. I really appreciate his view in looking forward and letting me know that the time was coming. Great employee!

I purchased a 2011 Ford f-150. Russ Lalevee was my Sales rep. I also purchased some floor mats from Kal in your accessories/custom department. Both were very accommodating, attentive and friendly. I will recommend both.Process was very easy. No trade-in. No loan needed. 3 hrs to close seemed a bit excessive.Room for improvement would be the service department. I didn't meet anyone from their but the truck was Ford certified. I was surprised to see a headlight assembly had been leaking and was overlooked in the certification as well as no Owners manual was in the truck. Russ took care of both immediately so I'm very appreciative of that. Just makes the service department seem like they may be running a little more re-active than pro-active. Still a positive experience overall.

Had a couple of issues at the apple valley dealer but called about it and went to Shakopee were I had help from a person named Chris Phoenix. Chris was extremely helpful at helping me get a car with the minimal requirements that I had. I was left with a brand new 2014 Ford Focus to which I am still very happy with. My payments are in my budget, the deposit was reasonable, and the customer service was great! I already have a couple people interested in coming to work with Chris only and I advise them to considering he is a great guy professionally and judging from that personally to. Overall 10/10 experience despite the bump in apple valley.

We should have a zero star!!!This place sells you crap and believes that you are dumb about cars, they tell you nonsenses. I would recommend this place if you want to experience poor customer service, and learn to appreciate other dealership. You want a good customer service, go to Subaru in Burnsville, they are the best so far. I bought a 4-wheel drive there, and it's perfect!!!! The seller, Jesse Walker, followed up with an e-mail as soon as he knew I went to their technicians to inquire about a few things about the car, he asked about my satisfaction and reiterated how important it was for them that I was satisfied with my purchase etc. PERFECTO!!!!! WOOOW, I was surprised.On the other hand, Shakopee Ford is full of starving animals, if you guys don't want to starve, work on your customer service to make people want to come back or say good things about you. Customer satisfaction has to be a dealership first goal. This company is not thriving because they sell poop, and their customer can be described as poop too. Poop is what best described them, and I am still polite.I am not recommending Shakopee Ford to any of my relatives, co-workers, and friends, and to anybody out there, I will feel so bad if you become another victim.

I believe the service to the vehicle was great and the staff was helpful but as I got my car ready to put away for the winter I noticed a couple of small indentations on the front bumper that I am sure were not their prior to me bringing it in. I parked it after getting it serviced and did not notice this until this last weekend as I was preparing winterizing the outside. That I am very concerned about.

Whenever possible I always take time out of my day to drive from Saint Paul to the dealership in Shakopee so the dealer that I purchased my car from (last two cars now) can also work on my car and maintain my repair and maintenance records. Sometimes, that is not always possible. But I was a little dismayed and disappointed that a simple oil change with tire rotation cost me $56. That seems like a significant jump. Especially when there are Ford coupons that list a Works oils change, tire rotation, etc.. for $39.95. You also used to post a buy one and get two free oil change special and I have not seen that one in some time. Other than that, I was given my typical good service and follow-up.

I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer. The experience was fine and the sales rep went out of his way to get the deal done quickly. The detailing of the Explorer was not good. There are scratches, marks, etc. that should have been buffed out and taken care of before we brought home. To spend the kind of money we did on a car, there should have been more effort made to clean it. Not impressed at all.

Good, many in the waiting area made similar statements to my thoughts, it seems to take longer than it should. I was in for a recall of a license plate light, which I was told would take 15 minutes. I was there about an hour.

This is the third car I bought from Apple Ford Shakopee. Cathy Wirta is the best. We went to our local Ford dealer before we went back to Apple and I was very put off by the way the salesman talked only to me, as if my wife wasn't even in the building. They told me that they couldn't get the exact car that we were looking for, Cathy found two of them immediately. Cathy is our car sales person from here on out. Susan from the Apple Valley location handled the financing, my wife commented that she liked the fact that there weren't any additional costs added on after the deal was made. 2014 fusion in for some work. Most appreciated aspect besides the problem being fixed in a timely manner was the updates. The service department kept me posted throughout the entire process so I never once felt like my car was just parked out back not being tended to. This made me feel like a valued customer.

Vehicle: 2014 EscapeThe salesman was very helpful, though, it was easy to tell he was new. When he couldn't answer a question, he would dive into the owner's manual or ask around for help. I was very disappointed at one point when he asked someone for help on one of my questions and got a "Go look in the manual" response. An end-customer should not see that. I do give him props for staying enthusiastic and trying to find me the answers. The overall process took much longer than I thought it should have. I was on-site just before 10 am, and was unable to leave with my new vehicle until 5. It was the first one I test-drove and I knew more or less exactly what I wanted. As a follow up, I received a call a few days later that I was given the wrong warranty papers and needed to come back down to sign a new one or bring the version I had in. I would hope that something like that would have been caught while I was there in some type of quality/progress check.

I purchased a 2012 tacoma and am very happy with the truck. The service was good, except when it came time to diagnose the stereo they said they wouldn't touch it because it was an aftermarket system, which I did not install, infact it was in there when I purchased it for AF. I wish they would have given me more details on there testing procedure for the stereo and possibly have me there while they did the work. Everything is working fine as of now and hope it continues to as I love the truck and have a good experience from Apple Ford.

This may have been the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I inquired about a car through cars.com in the morning. I received two emails and a phone call from the dealer confirming it was available so I started my 60 mile trip to the dealership for a test drive. I also received a call after about 30 minutes from a salesperson and told him I was on the way. I was a little surprised when I arrived at the dealership that the car had not been brought up to the sales area but it is a Ford dealer and not AUDI, Lexus or Mercedes where they know how to treat a potential customer I was able to locate the salesman visiting with another salesman and he asked for my license and said he would go get the key. I was stunned when he came back in 5 minutes and told me that the vehicle had been transferred to another dealership. This was after 3 separate communications telling me to come on in for a test drive. All it would have taken was 5 minutes for the alleged salesperson to check on the vehicle before I got there instead of sitting at his desk shooting the breeze with another salesperson.

I went to Apple Ford in Shakopee, initially to just look. I haven't had a new car since I was in my 20's. and I certainly have never owned a current year model. My friend with me insisted we talk to a sales associate Cathy Wirta. He insisted that she was a great girl and really enjoyable to talk with. I was nervous and overwhelmed by all the vehicles I was looking at but when Cathy came around she immediately put me at ease and walked me through all the different features of all the cars and all the various price points. She was very savvy about every aspect of each vehicle we looked at. Her charm and her sense of humor were very engaging. I found I could speak easily with her and not feel rushed. She made me laugh quite a few times and impressed me with her knowledge of all the computerized equipment and hi tech functionality. Not only did I enjoy my visit and my very first test drive...I ended up walking away with a new Ford Focus. It's absolutely beautiful and the care and service I received were top rate. I was there last night and purchased a ford fusion. Your awesome sales guy Eddie V was very nice and helpful, on the other hand the finance lady, Lisa Mick was very rude and didn't seem to care about the customers needs. For example, I want personalized plates therefore I asked Eddie last night if Ford does that or do I take my form that I filled out to the DVS. He went to ask Lisa and I was told that I could take it to the DVS because I will get it faster then going through Ford. This morning my mom went to the DVS and turned in my form and they said we were supposed to get a form from Ford which we never received. Therefore, my mom calls Ford and asked about a form we were supposed to get and she was transferred to Eddie cell phone which got him out of bed. My mom then went over to Ford and spoke to Lisa which she stated "why didn't you do this last night when you were here"? Then in the explanation box of personal plates I put in there "new car", she then went on saying that my explanation won't work and being snippy, rude and unprofessional about it. I never had a problem with Ford until now. Lisa Mick is very rude and has poor customer service skills which is representing Ford in a negative matter.

Let's just say it was a struggle. We bought a brand new escape after seeing 3 different salesman because they were busy catering to different costumers that came during our visit. We even scheduled an appointment with the third salesman and still got put on the back burner. I'm sorry but when i am spending 28000 dollars i better have your full attention. i have been with apple ford through 6 car purchases and went back ever since because they took good care of me but after this incident its going to be really hard.

Jared helped us through the whole buying experience. I went looking for a specific new Focus car I had found on the Web Site. Jeremy Kromer didn't try to up sell a higher end car. He is up front with all costs. Everybody has been friendly in the process from financing to the Kal who is taking care of the add-ons I got for the car. My father bought a truck there and if they can gets his business they are a good dealership.

Bought a used 2005 Chevy Impala. Test drove it - was OK for a high mileage car. Sales person was very helpful as well all personnel concerned at Apple Ford Shakopee. Drove about half way home & the transmission started making loud thumping noises, erratic shifts, etc. Took the car back next day & left it with them to see what was wrong. Technicians or sales person couldn't see anything wrong & wanted me to come and drive with the technician. At first, the car drove perfect! But after about a half hour, the transmission started making those erratic shifts & loud bumping noises. The technician was my witness that something was indeed wrong with the transmission! After 3 days of trying to correct it (couldn't fix it), Apple Ford gave me my money back. So, they stick to their word if you're not satisfied with your purchase. I'm very grateful that I got my money back because this car was a "AS IS" buy - NO WARRANTY". So, Apple Ford Shakopee has an exception to that rule! I wrote a check for the car which Apple Ford quickly cashed overnight with my bank. But, it took almost two weeks for me to get my money back. So, one must be patient, but they will make it good.

Very courteous. I liked that they didn't haggle on the price so that I knew no one else could have purchased that car at a lower price. No pressure because their salesman are not on commission. I feel very good about the solid car purchase I made and the low interest rate they were able to get me on my financing.

Very comfortable with the sales staff, who are friendly and helpful. They aren't paid on commission, only on volume and customer satisfaction, so they do a great job of working with your needs to get you in the right vehicle. As a result, they are far less pushy than other dealerships I have visited. Had a minor issue with my vehicle coming off the lot but got it taken care of for free.

My husband and I met with Heather and were very impressed her and her product knowledge. What I anticipated to be a anxiety ridden process, was smooth and painless! Heather and her team worked together and made things go so easy! In less then 2 1/2 hours we found a car and were able to pick it up the following morning. I have a very tight budget and needed a low lease payment, so I anticipated going home with a slightly higher then base model. However, Heather worked very hard and got me into my dream vehicle. Panoramic roof, heated leather seats, remote start and so much more! I still pinch myself to make sure it is real. She spent the time and energy to train us on the new "My Ford Sync" computer system, as well as all the other fun and new options that I have never had in a car. :)Thank you Heather! I was Greeted when walking around the parking lot which was great. I was disappointed that I was not given an great experience because I had questions and the sales person failed to answer them. I was also rushed when I picked up my car and I have had to learn all the features myself. Their are still an few things I have not learned yet but I will have to call the service department and ask them some questions.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SE AWD from apple ford of Shakopee. With still be pretty young (25) and currently living in Michigan the dealership and Stephen were very easy to work with. My questions were answered right away and even though I had not had a face to face meeting with him I felt like he cared. Usually sales people are always pushy and want you to buy right now and I guess that is how I felt about the dealers around the West Michigan area. After being referred to your dealer by a family friend I was impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone. I had my parents come and pick up the car with no issues.

My wife and I had such a bad experience with Ed that I am compelled to let everyone know about it. I went to Apple Ford to look at purchasing a new work truck. I was looking for a new F-350 XL. Despite having a few of these on their website, there were none at the dealership when I arrived. Ed told me that "you don't fit my demographic" because I didn't want a King Ranch or Lariat..."That's all I sell". Needless to say I was very insulted. He was unwilling to locate a vehicle for me at any other dealerships because "There is nothing in it for me. I hope you understand." Well Ed, I hope you understand how your poor customer service resulted in me leaving this review and making a purchase elsewhere.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I have bought both new and used cars in the past and had various experiences, mostly very negative. Apple Ford of Shakopee has absolutely gone above and beyond in every way. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a young sales associate named Dan Bondarenko. Dan was knowledgeable, kind, and sincerely interested in figuring out what was the right vehicle for me. With Dan's help we narrowed it down to 2 used 4WD pickups. Both vehicles happened to be at another location in Apple Valley. Dan went out of his way and brought both vehicles to the Shakopee location. We chose the correct vehicle by going on a test drive, looking over the vehicle very carefully to be sure it was going to meet all of my needs, looked at the prior history of the vehicle, and verified all work performed by Apple Ford to get the truck ready for sale on their lot. After deciding on the used Ford F-150, the financing department was professional and courteous and very fast. Once the paperwork was done, I was given a full tour of the dealership. During this time the vehicle was being detailed and made ready for delivery. Dan remained with me making sure everything was done ensuring my complete satisfaction. The truck runs and drives perfect. Ask for the Frenchman! My wife had totaled her car recently, needless to say we were in the market. we had searched several different dealerships and had come up with a few options we liked. Dean took the late afternoon and almost the entire evening to work with us in making a decision to purchase a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Dean is very easy to work with and has a no pressure approach we which really appreciated. His manager, Paul Talbot also assisted us with the purchase details and we were able to take the car for the weekend and finalize the deal on the following Monday. I usually do not enjoy the process of purchasing a car, but Dean did a great job to make the experience pleasant. When I walked into the Dealership it was very welcoming. I met Ilaisa Taloa and it was a very pleasant experience even though it took me a week or so to decide what to purchase, he was so patient and helpful. When I walked out of there with the new vehicle I new that I would be back for all of my future purchases. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford products and was able to help me determine what would fill my needs the best. I would recommend Ilaisa and Shakopee Ford.

My wife and I had been searching for a new car for quite some time. We had visited many dealerships and searched online. We wanted to test drive many standard size cars to find out what we wanted. About a month into our quest we called Apple Ford Shakopee because they had a certain car on their lot. This is when we first met our Sales Consultant, Cathy Borgmann. The best way to describe Cathy in one word is sincere (I know people want that one word to be professional, which she is, but sometimes the professional doesnt come with genuine sincerity). Cathy has a friendly, warm personality and displayed much patience with us as we looked at and test drove cars. During many car purchases in my life I could tell that certain sales people get frustrated when you are trying to be thorough in your vehicle search. We never once sensed that from Cathy, my wife and I felt she sincerely (theres that word again) wanted us to find the right car. Well, we found the (used) car we wanted and it had all the features we were looking for at a great price! The staff at Apple Ford Shakopee was great and I am sure we will visit them again on our next purchase.

From the time Cathy greeted us until we left the dealership with our new truck, she was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. She is a great person and a great salesperson. My only negative is that after I left the dealership and the snow began to fall, I discovered the windshield wipers were old and did a very poor job of clearing the windshield which made the drive home a little treacherous.

While we were waiting for the oil to be changed on our truck, we started checking out the new F-150. Ilaisa asked us if we needed any help and we replied with the notion that if we could get a new truck by trading in the old truck and keeping the payments the same, we would be interested. So. He got to work finding the new truck we wanted with even more features than the old vehicle. The financing people were also a big help getting the numbers to work so the payments were the same. There was never any pressure and we could have walked away at any time, but we went through with it.I only wish the paperwork portion wasn't so lengthy. It seems very redundant, tedious, and mostly unnecessary. That's probably more of a Ford issue than the dealership, but it does need to be streamlined somehow. If we didn't know the exact vehicle we wanted, we would have spend far greater time than the six hours it took.However, I'd recommend anyone working with Ilaisa if they want to buy a Ford vehicle.

I could not be more pleased with the service I receive from Shakopee Ford. Curt in services is just great to work with. You know you can trust them to do a great job and stand behind their work. I have NEVER been disappointed and this is also why I buy my cars from them. It's easy to buy a car; it's harder to find someone like Curt and Shakopee Ford who will work for the customer. I do not work for the dealer, I am just a very loyal customer who believes that there are few good vendors today and Shakopee Ford is more than good vendor they are a good friend who makes you feel comfortable when you bring your car in for repairs or buy a new one. My wife and I purchased a new 2013 Chrysler 200S from another dealer in Burnsville 6 months ago and had been regretting it ever since. We visited a few other lots and ended up in Shakopee at Apple Ford. We were looking to trade in her car for an SUV. The first person we talked to when we walked in was Dan Bonderenko who became our sales rep. Overall in 4 days we were at the lot 4 different times. At first we tried finding a Ford Escape and we had very specific colors and options in mind. Finally they found one for us that came as close as possible to what we were looking for without actually building one which we did investigate also. My wife loved the Escape but I could not so we eventually ended up looking at and purchasing a 2013 Ford Edge Limited. It was about $10,000 more than I planned on spending but I am happy I did. Through out the entire process Dan and all the Sales managers that we worked with extensively were very nice even though we had a 4 year old running around the place like a madman sometimes and we were constantly changing our minds on the options and colors. They were not pushy at all and were extremely patient with our demands. I can honestly say I found a sales rep in Dan and a sales team overall that I would recommend to anyone.

I came to Apple Ford needing a new, cheap lease and quick. I called and scheduled an appointment with Kal Booth. He quickly responded to my request, and when I came in later that day, He had already picked out a car for me which was perfect. Kal was great to work with, and never once pressured me into anything. I do have to add that the car I test drove, was sold right under my nose while I was still completing the paperwork. That car was also the ONLY one of it's kind on the lot!!!!! Never fear, Kal quickly searched for the same model and another lot and had it delivered the next day. I'm much happier with the newer car. I would highly recommend Kal for a sales associate to work with. He made the long boring process of car buying quick and interesting! I will be getting my next car from him!

I began going to Apple Ford Shakopee when I moved to the town in summer 2011. This was mainly to its service department, to have my 2001 Focus worked on occasionally. I was always pleased with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by their service department. I always knew that I'd probably be getting another Focus, as I'd been quite satisfied with mine during the 10 years I'd owned it. And, because of how AFS's service team had treated me in the past, I pretty much had decided I'd be getting a car there. On Tuesday, 2/5/13, I walked in the front door of the main building and spoke with the first salesperson I saw, who turned out to be Stephen Peters. I explained to him my need of a new car, and that I'd pretty much decided I wanted a Focus. He talked me into getting an SE instead of just the regular base model (thanks, Stephen!), and located one in Rochester at another dealership that came in the color that I wanted. His overall attitude was friendly, knowledgeable, and easily accessible if I had a question or concern. He spent a bit of time with me right after the purchase to show me the key areas of operating the car that I would need to know about, and also set up my phone with the SYNC system, and showed me how to run my Ipod with the audio system. I also ended up taking a min-course with one of the salespersons, Kal Booth, in order to learn more about and how to operate parts of the SYNC system I wasn't initially clear on (the manual for the car doesn't cover it well, but Kal had some handouts, so if you're confused about the new technology that cars come with now, ask Kal about a SYNC session - thanks again to Stephen for recommending it to me). So, not only did I have a great experience with having my used car worked on, I had a good experience with purchasing, too. I give them an 'A' for effort and customer service.

Having been visiting from Colorado, I came to Apple Ford in Shakopee after crashing my car on those icy Minnesota roadways the last day of 2012. Since my old car was a Subaru, I was in the market for another, but just checking all options from any and every used car lot. Dean LaFleur greeted my father and me strolling through the dealership's options, and we inquired about Subarus, which Dean promtly went to search the company's database. As luck would have it, a 2008 Subaru Outback was being traded in to their lot at that very moment, and quite the upgrade from my 2002 Legacy. Dean was quick to grab the keys and we took it out on the road, driving much like my old one, and came to an agreement on price once returned. After manager approval and finances were finished, the car was sent through the service department, only to have a laundry list of technical problems: the biggest of worries being the head gasket needed full replacement. Since we were all in haste from the clock winding down the year, Dean went ahead and made it right by having his guys do the full over-haul on the car. Having kept me in the loop and been extremely generous throughout the car-buying experience, I cannot help but give Apple Ford in Shakopee perfect marks and a tremendous amount of thanks and gratitude, especially to Dean LaFleur. Thanks again, Dean - I love my car!

I initially purchasing a Ford Fiesta straight stick we had two bad weather/road condition days. I realized the straight stick would not work for me. I had the straight stick less than a week and therefore called Ilisha to see if it was possible to swap the straight stick for an auto. I did not find any fault with the Fiesta. Ilisha was able to change out the straight stick for the auto with the same finance package. Ilisha and Ryan were able to keep me in the same price range. After three years of having that car it started to have problems and so I returned to the dealership to trade up and the hospitality I recieved from Cathy Borgmann, Chad Thompson, and Lisa Mick (a fine well oiled team that can achieve anything I think) would make me recommend this dealership to anyone. They happily took care of my family needs and recognized that I definately needed help, and once again without judging me successfully put my family in a very nice 2013 ford focus (that we are very pleased to have). Apple Ford's philosophy states "Our sales consultants aren't paid a commission based on how much they sell. They are compensated based on your satisfaction, which takes all the uncomfortable negotiation out of the process and allows them to focus on finding you the best possible car or truck for your needs" (http://www.applefordshakopee.com). My experience at Apple Ford was actually quite the opposite. From the beginning of the experience to the end, something didn't feel quite right. To start off I test drove a used vehicle. I felt the salesmen was more interested in going back to the store to finish the deal than helping me get a good feel for the vehicle and its features. I felt like nothing was explained to me through the whole process, the salesmen was just looking to get a car deal. Obviously it is a sales persons job to make car deals, however I know from experience at other dealerships, pressuring customers is not the only way to achieve this. Once the salesmen discovered he was not making a sale, he got rude and extremely pushy. Also, smart remarks given by the salesmen is not only unnecessary but unprofessional as well. I cannot speak about any of the other staff at the dealership but from my experience I will not be going back.

Went there looking for a new FORD Fusion hybrid for my daughter. Cole Dambroten and Pete Taylor went out of their way to find a car that she both loved as well as could afford. We purchased a new 2013 FORD Fusion SE (with several options) and she still came in well under her budget! They also gave her a very fair price for her trade-in vehicle. The finance manager went above and beyond to find her a financing package that was one (1.0) full percentage point LOWER than she could have gotten at her own credit union! I am overwhelmed by the customer service that they provided. The process was quick and easy and we were done in a few hours. Excellent job guys! Thanks! There is no doubt that my next MUSTANG GT will be purchased from APPLE AUTO GROUP!!!

Let me start off by saying that I did not purchase the vehicle for myself, this was a vehicle for my Mom. He made the process so smooth and easy for her. I first met Chris Randall and Mike Secord on 12 January, 2013. I had previously inquired by e-mail on a vehicle that I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Chris. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man willing to help with any questions and concerns that I had in conjenction with the purchase of a new vehicle. Chris answered any and all questions I had and I was put completely at ease during the whole process. He completely explained all the paperwork and resolved any issues I may have had. He is an asset to your dealership and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him in the future.After completing the vehicle purchase, I was looking at various accessories and Mike introduced himself to my Son and I. We questioned him extensively on different accessories and Mike answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns that we had. I felt like I was talking with someone I had known for a long time. Mike set us up with the accessories we wanted and on the 26th of January, both my Son and I had them installed on our new vehicles under Mikes supervision. Somehow the Tannau Cover I wanted was wrong on the service order, and, Mike went out of his way to check with suppliers for the right cover, and since they were out of stock, he said he would order the cover Monday and notify me when it comes in so I can have it installed. Mike is a great asset to your dealership. My reason for dealing with the Apple Group was the terrific service I received from Apple Valley Ford/Lincoln when my Wife and I purchased our 2011 Lincoln MKX from them.

As soon as I seen this car salesman, I just knew I was going to purchase my first car from him. And after have visiting 5 different dealerships, 2 of them being other Ford ones, I did end up buying my car from him:-) He is nice, funny, knowledgable, helpful, and handsome;-) Since Ilaisa was new at the time, Paul Talbot was by his side to assist him. Paul is just as wonderful as Ilaisa. It was such a great experience, I'll never forget it!

I leased a 2012 Ford Escape in June. I couldn't be happier with my car now!!! Ilsaia did great at helping me in my selection and he explained very well why the escape would be perfect for me! It's great on gas, not to small, leather interior so it's nice for families with small children, and safe too! He took his time with me and showed me i was a very valued costumer. Ilaisa's great effort to help me and the dealerships selection and good people are the reason i will be back to lease from s)hakopee ford again:)

We were fortunate that Ilaisa Taloa greeted us when we entered Apple Ford in Shakopee. He was very friendly, and began helping us by asking questions. He really listened to what we wanted in a used car. He weeded through the options in their database, and found a couple good fits for us. One ended up being the best match. After a test drive, we were convinced. It needed one minor adjustment, which Ilaisa handled completely, no worries for us to handle!When we returned to the dealership to take delivery of my beautiful Edge, Ilaisa met us at the door! He was still friendly, even though the sale was done. :) He carefully showed me how to use all the features of my car, particularly the technical ones. I have to give a 'good' rating for price, because car prices are atrocious no matter what brand you buy! However, this car really is a very good value and I feel it was a fair deal for us.When my next vehicle needs to be replaced, I hope to deal with Ilaisa. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Working with Ilaisa was a pleasure. He is a very friendly guy, who wants you to find the best vehicle for your needs. We got a great price on a used SUV, and got a fair trade in value for our used vehicle. Ilaisa went above and beyond with helping us, even offering to deliver the vehicle to our house after it had finished being detailed. Great guy to work with, we'd definitely recommend him to anyone and will work with him again in the future!

I have a 2003 Focus with 200000 miles....It was time for a new 2013 so I stopped in and saw Kif Patrick to pick one up on the last day of the year. They did not have one in stock so Kif did his best to locate me a 5 speed manual Focus Titanium with almost every option and got it here before the rebates and discounts were about to change on the 2nd of January. Kif was great to work with and I had a positive experience with him and everyone I encountered. The used car manager, Ryan McCormick also gave me a fair trade for my black Lincoln Navigator. Kif Went far and beyond to service me! I would never go anywhere else or to anyone else! He was kind, listening and informative. At the time I was confused about what I needed and what was suitable for me, but with kifs knowledge it became a no Brainer. He knows his product also he know how to treat a customer like family. Ilaisa is awesome! He helped me buy a new Ford Fusion in June and just assisted my son and I with a used 2008 Ford Focus. I was always a General Motors purchaser before I looked into Ford. I met Nick Cavalin, and since then have I have purchased four vehicles from Nick. Being in sales for over 30 years, I feel that people buy from people Nick continues to get my business because he hustles, is always available for discussion and really seems to enjoy a happy customer. Paul Talbot has also been involved in my purchases and I appreciate his candidness and support that he provides to Nick in the negotiations process. I also am a return customer because I feel their service department has really become customer oriented in the last couple of years. I can send my wife in with my vehicle for service and never have to worry about her being sold something that is not needed.

I just wanted to say my experience with Mike Secord the after market manager at apple ford shakopee is second to none. I own my own business and buy my trucks from the five state area but I only allow Mike and his team to work on my trucks. Mike always goes out of his way to help me formulate a plan for each individual vehicle. It's great to have a professional like Mike that knows everything aftermarket,tires, paint, bed liners, and just about anything you can think of. Anytime I get the chance I recommend Mike and his team at apple and will continue too.

I bought a 2003 Chevrolet suburban from Apple auto Ford after locating the vvehicle on autotrader.com. Stephan Peters was the salesperson I worked with to buy the vehicle. He was very easy to work with and very professional.I live in South Dakota and Stephan was able to arrange delivery of the sub at a very reasonable price. it was the easiest purchase of a vehicle from a dealership I have ever experienced. This was very important to me as I am also dealing with chemotherapy for cancer and I get tired very easily. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.Paul Talbot also provided outstanding service in resolving some service issues with the suv. He was extremely professional and addressed each concern to my satisfaction.I would like to thank them both for making this a excellent car buying experience.

My name is Cheryl and I am writing this review on behalf of me and my husband who bought a Ford Escape from Ed Clemens. I have to give Ed a lot of credit for being able to deal with a difficult personality (my husband) with only 1 month and a half experience I think he said. Ed answered all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he was able to get the answer for us. He was still smiling when we left so hopefully he didn't quit or anything after dealing with us lol!! Anyway, so far I love my Ford Escape. I do have it in the Rochester Ford dealership today because Jeff wanted to get the speedometer checked. I noticed on the way home when I went 70 all the cars were passing me and when I followed Jeff and he went 70, I my speedometer said 75. Other then that, I am very happy with my new SUV. Apple Ford Shakopee is a great place to buy a vehicle. I just purchased a new Ford Edge from them. Heather and Ryan were great to work with. They made the experience a pleasure. Heather was the saleperson and Ryan did the trade in value for my old car. The moment I walked in the front door, I was greeted right away even though the place was very busy. My husband and I signed up for the Sync Session at Apple Ford Shakopee. When we arrived for our session, we were very pleased to discover that we had a one-on-one trainig with Kal Booth. We especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of the session and Kal's helpfulness as he answered our questions. Kal also took time to walk us through various features of Sync in our vehicle and then had us repeat the steps ourselves to confirm we understood.We feel the Sync Sessions are a valuable tool to help customers fully enjoy their new vehicle. 10/17/2012My fiance and I had a good experience at Apple Ford Shakopee Quick Lane service center. Collin was a good communicator and kept us informed of what needs to be done and service that can be postponed to a later date. I asked that he forward over the final invoice before payment and give us a chance to review. Although there were some discrepencies, he worked with us to make it right and see the big picture, taking into account we're repeat customers. In this current economic environment where every penny counts and repeat customer loyalty means very little, he made us feel we paid a fair price for the service needed. Let's face it, consumers are holding onto their vehicles for a longer peroid of time and servicing their cars/trucks/suv's to get 250K miles on the odometer before trading it in. This has been my best experience with a car dealership ever,and I used to sell cars. I called Ms.Flowers(Apple Valley Ford) about some vehicles that my wife was interested in that were online, and the criteria of what we were looking for in a vehicle, she found us a variety of vehicles--mind you that so far this was done all from the comfort of my own home. One of these vehicles was at this dealership(Shakopee), we live in Burnsville, and are quite busy on the weekends(3 kids). Ms. flowers said she would see if she could have someone drive it to Apple Valley, and asked what time we would be coming. That's how we met Marcus. From the moment we met him, he did everything he could to accommodate us. The thing I noticed was there was absolutely no pressure,"to buy today". Well my wife drove the vehicle he brought us from Shakopee first. Marcus told us about the Vehicle and pulled a history before we even asked, then my wife drove it and loved it. He then gave us time to discuss it, (without "hovering" by the way, Marcus is very aware and respectful). Then I asked him if would have my wife drive comparable examples of other vehicles we were looking at from others places, before we made a final decision. He cheerfully said not a problem, and shortly found a couple of examples, and this wasn't even his home dealership. Needless to say my wife went with the first one she drove, I guess its tough to live up to a Toyota. If I find myself in the market to buy again, I would definitely ask for Marcus.

Kal was great to work with. He made sure to ask what I wanted and walked me through the process answering all of my questions and confirming my order prior to the purchase. He also helped with my trade in. While my new Escape was on order Kal followed up with me weekly to give me an update on the status.Kal knows his cars and although the Escape 2013 was a new vehicle it was obvious he new the car. He is very personable, good sense of humor, and cares about the customer service he provides. I would recommend him to any customer looking for a new car.

Although Kif was very good to work with, I rated the customer service ok because I walked the lot for 15 minutes without seeing a salesperson and when I went into the building to see if someone could help me, everyone seemed very pre-occupied. I approached a desk and the person at the desk didn't even look up from his work to acknowledge me until a lady a little further away called his name. When he did look up, I said "I guess it doesn't look like anyone wants to sell me a car today". It might have sounded like I was joking, but I wasn't. Once Kif was called in to help me, the remainder of the experience was very good.

During an unexpected visit to the dealership for unexpected servicing. Kal quickly took control of the situation and ensured that the vehicle was serviced quickly and properly under the warranty. Despite his role as a sales consultant, he was able to quickly understand all areas of the business with ease and professionalism. The following email was sent to the sales manager before we started working with any particular sales person. "My husband and I are very close to purchasing or leasing a new F150 from your dealership. I am wondering if we could arrange for James Gatto - service consultant - to receive major credit for the sale/lease. He has been wonderful to work with! We experienced a very long day (~ 6 + hours) at your site last week due to lengthy diagnostics regarding our 2003 Mercury Mountaineer (replacing the alternator led to the discovery of a bad PCM....not in stock.) Since we were loaded down, with trailer in tow, on our way to move our eldest son back to UMD, it was wonderful that your team arranged for a full size F150 loaner for us to use. This was followed by a bad fuse regulating the left-rear tail light (discovered and replaced by my husband.) Next, that truck was needed back for sale before the part was in stock, so a replacement car was exchanged. We are now going over the numbers, attempting to make the best decision. James made the long day at the dealership as pleasant as possible, always keeping us informed as to the status of our vehicle. He checked on us while we were travelling the next day. Also, he and Dave have been in touch regarding the status of the part and information regarding the specifics of the new vehicle. We feel that he had been very honest and forthcoming with information, which is truly appreciated. He is the main reason we are following through with the purchase. We have also been in touch with Heather Steinhauer and she has been very nice and helpful (although I think we spoke to every sales consultant in the place last Friday.) I believe Heather will be filling out the paperwork, but we want to make sure you are aware of how much the extra service from James Gatto sealed the deal."The sale process continued with Heather and she was very informational and good to work with. Best price on an F-350 DRW Lariat I could find anywhere in the lower 48. Nick drove the truck and met me in St. Cloud so I wouldn't have to come all the way to Shakopee from North Dakota. THAT'S customer service!Never felt any pressure. Friendly. The deal was exactly as agreed to when it came time to sign the paperwork. This is what buying a new vehicle should be like. I just was at Shakopee Ford last night for SYNC training with SYNC Specialist Kal Booth and he is a SYNC Specialist, he spent over an hour with me going through what SYNC could do to make my time in my new EDGE all it could be. He started by finding out my comfort and knowledge level and then enhanced that part and then showed me many things that SYNC could do that I had no clue of. He answered my questions and made it very hands on which helps me learn faster and better then just being shown things. Shakopee Ford is doing it right by offering this free SYNC training and I recommend anyone with a Ford with SYNC to go through this training and if your car was bought at Shakopee Ford then you got the best teacher in my mind in Kal Booth. I would also make it a question at the Ford dealer you may go to and if they do not offer free SYNC training then it is worth your while to drive to Shakopee Ford to buy your new Ford with SYNC. I have purchased vehicles from Apple Valley Ford for the past 20 or more years (I think this is our 7th vehicle from you). Ilaisa was prompt in replying to my emails and phone calls and when we came in for a test drive and to purchase, he was polite, efficient, and answered all my questions and concerns. Since I come down from Alaska to make these purchases, and usually do the "buying" over the phone before I fly down, I appreciate all the work that is done for me before I get here. Kif was welcoming as well as knowledgeable. He put us at ease with his good-natured humor. He thoroughly answered our questions and explained our options to us. He helped some of the time pass while waiting for paperwork to be processed by covering extra details and visiting with us. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and knowledgeable.

Very professional, pleasant to talk to, not pushy, offered options and really helped me make the decision to lease a 2012 Escape for 24 months which fit my situation the best. I wanted a 2013 but with a light colored interior, which Ford has not produced so far in the 2013 Escape Platinum. I am hoping that Ford will introduce a camel colored interior including floor mats by the time the lease runs out in 2013.

We had the privilege of working with both Nick and Kal, both exceptional sales consultants! We first met Nick on the 4th of July (his day off) when he had stopped by the dealership for other business. We were so impressed that he took the time to stop by to see if we had any questions. After this experience, we came back a couple days later. Nick was busy with another customer, but he introduced us to Kal who was very helpful in finding us the exact Ford F-150 we were looking for, even if it meant having it driven in from Sioux Falls, SD. Kif did a great job with our family. He dealt with all of our needs and helped us each select a vehicle that fit our needs. He explained the process for leasing a vehicle as this was all very new to us. He was very helpful when we purchased our cars as he went thru a checklist and explained all of the features that were available.Lisa was also great in that she explained the coverage we would receive with leasing and she made sure that we were comfortable with our payments .It was also great to keep our business in the same town we live in!!!

In January I purchased a 2004 Ford Explorer. The sales experience was about 4/5, there were two negative parts. I did not receive the 2nd key that I was promised and was told later they would not make one for me. I was forced to purchase this on my own at a cost of $70.The second negative part was the touch up paint work was below dealer grade - this was thrown in with the purchase.Other than these negative items everything was great. I received excellent service from Mark and Anthony for the purchases and I was very impressed that I was able to get financing on this older high mileage vehicle. I recently returned and purchased 2 more tires for my Explorer to make a matching set. I was thankful that they were able to price match Tirerack.com making everything easy.

I've always regarded the process of buy a vehicle a chore, having to deal with people who wanted to sell something that I didn't want. That didn't happen at Shakopee Ford. I told Kal that I was coming from 50 miles away and that I had 2 trucks that I wanted to look at when I got there. When we arrived he had them front and center ready for me to look at and test drive. There was no pressure from Kal what so ever (which I really appreciated)and once I made my decision he made the paperwork process move right along. I also called him at home, after hours (which I didn't know) to ask him a question about the truck. He was more that helpful and answered my question in a very cheerful manner and followed up with a text to ensure that I understood what he told me.I have recommended Kal and Shakaopee Ford to everyone who askes about my truck.

My Family came into Apple Ford last month looking for a vehicle solution. Not sure what we were looking for, our salesman Richard Ross showed us our options and we quickly came up with a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT. The service dept is exceptional.....lof plus tire rotation was completed in 20 min.Everyone was very helpful.Kif sold me the car so I went back to say Hi.....it didn't take him long to remember me(I bought the car in Sept.)Again, very nice and even though I wasn't buying a car he still took the time to 'chat'.This is one of the reasons I buy Fords....all dealerships I have used made me feel like an individual.

Cathy did a remarkable job, it took me over 7 months to finally decide on my next new car purchase. I did not want to make the same mistake that I did with my last car.
