There it was..my dream car...right in their lot but before I could get to them it was sold. I was so disappointed. Could we help in any way, they asked so I gave them a specific list and within ten days I was the owner of a 2011 infinity G37x. The right color and with everthing option I requested and low mileage. Jordon, Danny and Bruce made this a fun, easy and pleasant experience. I am a return customer and can't imagine a better place to do business!

The guys at Archibalds were fantastic. I have very poor credit but they were able to get me into a modern, safe, quality car that I could afford. Bruce, in financing, not only worked out the loan for me, he advised me on how to improve my credit and lower my payments. They were all patient and curtious. I just purchased a 2011 Lexus from Archibald's. I was very satisfied with the level of attention I got as soon as I arrived. I would say they were attentive but not pushy as many car dealers can be! They willingly showed me the car facts sheet for the vehicle I purchased, filled the tank with gas, and are getting floor mats for me because they were not found in the car. The person that walked me through the paperwork process was helpful when I was asking questions about the extended warranty, which helped me make an informed decision about purchasing it. Before I left, they took time to help me sync up my phone with the vehicle, and showed me how to adjust/set my seat as well as many of the other features of the car. They made a point of mentioning that they are very willing to help if I have questions or need assistance with setting up the garage door opener. This type of "service after the sale" was impressive. This month, October 2014, we purchased a 2012 Chev. Equinox from Archibald's in Kennewick. We had researched Equinox and pretty much knew what we wanted. We looked at a couple of cars in person, looked at many online. Archibald's was the 2nd car we physically looked at, based on their comprehensive photos online which showed us exactly what was going on w/ the car. The car fit all of our needs and wants, body and interior, engine, etc. in great condition as far as we could tell. Nice low miles. They came down a bit in price when we asked. We bought the car and drove it home same day. We are still happy new owners and would recommend Archibald's. Our sales person was Joseph. All staff are very personable and oriented to customer needs. Upon arriving they even inquired if we needed to use the restroom - nice, given they knew that we had just made the 2-hour drive. After the fact they made sure we got an owner's manual -- important.

We purchased a 2012 Equinox in October 2014. We had shopped Equinox, shopped prices, knew pretty much what we wanted in features. We were not trading in a vehicle. We responded to ads and looked at several Equinox, including the one we ended up buying at Archibald's in Kennewick. From the very 1st glance, we could see that Archibald's had a very clean, fabulous-looking car with all the features (and then some) that we wanted. Archibald's provided extensive online pics, inside and out, of their vehicles, which helps to see exactly what's going on. The car also had nice, low miles. We got down there for a test drive and bought the car w/ out too much further deliberation. We are happy w/ our buying experience, very happy w/ our sales person and the other personnel at Archibald's. Not being used to driving newer vehicles, we absolutely love our Equinox. Even enjoying the learning curve, learning all the features and amenities. The owner's manual is our latest study project. We think Archibald's is a quality dealership who cares about customers.

I have purchased too many vehicles to count from John, Danny, and Jordan. I consider them like family now. Always willing to take that extra step to make it work. Their attention to nice cars and details are why I keep buying from them. There is no other better. They are honest and don't pass judgement. Very patient with the tire kicker even. The archibald family Is truly a pleasure to deal with. If you want a nice car that you can feel Confident the service & detail has been taken care of- go to Archibald's. You won't be sorry. They beat the "Excalibur" type dealerships by quality And service. Remember, you get what you pay for. Lowest price is what Those other dealers preach. I'd rather have quality & backed promises. Not The empty ones you will find elsewhere.

I had always dreaded going to dealerships because of the high pressure sales, but the moment I walked into Archibald's and was met by Din I felt relaxed and absolutely no pressure or hassle. My husband and I recently purchased two vehicles from this family-owned business. Our salesman, Jordon, and his father, John, were absolutely wonderful! I had done my research and they both made the decision to purchase my Lexus very easy, it is a beautiful car as is my husband's BMW. Both were like-new with low mileage and we love them. Well I have to say, I think that Archibald's is the best place to buy a car. Jordon was so awesome. I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from them a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. You can hardly find a place with that much integrity anymore. If you are looking for a great quality car and a honest salesman go to Archibald's, they will take great care of you, if there is anything you need or don't understand, they will take the time to help you. We have bought 6 cars from Archibald's. They are friendly, honest, never pushy, and they give great deals on their cars, which are always top quality and in great shape. If they do not have the car you want, you can just tell them everything you are looking for and they will go out and find one for you. I would not buy a car from anyone else. We have purchased 2 Jaguars, a Lexus, a Honda Ridgeline, and just recently a Kia Optima and a Ford Fusion. They are an awesome dealership and very friendly.

Wife and I had been struggling through car search. On a whim we stopped by Archibald's to check out their selection. Wife was immediately taken with a newer Lexus. Johnny Archibald, the "Lexus expert" came out to help us. Friendly helpful and patient, Johnny set us up for a test drive. Johnny just let the car sell itself only speaking when we asked questions; he had most all the answers( Johnny, the oil filter is underneath and requires a special tool to take the housing off), and was extremely helpful with the nav system. I contacted Johnny a couple of days later and inquired if the Lexus was still available. Thankfully it was and more important Johnny said he would come in on his day off if I wanted to make an offer. When I arrived the Lexus was freshly washed and ready to come home. That is good customer service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in good service, no pressure and quality autos.

Archibald's represents everything a customer could possibly want in a car buying experience. I have purchased two vehicles and my father has purchased one from Archibald's. It is the only place we will buy from. The quality of the vehicles they select and have on hand is the best I have seen on any car lot. The sales staff are super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. The asking prices are more than fair. The best part is, once you have made a purchase, the customer support is by far the best I have ever experienced. I cannot imagine looking elsewhere for a vehicle. I have purchased 5 cars from Archibald's over many years. They only have nice, clean, quality cars so they are the first dealership I go to and haven't had to go elsewhere since I've been doing business them them. Their service is excellent and are patient and accommodating when I return to have them do things like sync my phone, connect music and explain all the new gadgets that are typical of the new luxury cars. I have always been treated well and feel like I get a reasonable deal when I buy a car. They need to make a profit to stay in business and I need to feel like I was treated fairly which I always do. If you are looking for a nice car at a fair price where the haggling that typically goes on when buying a car is non existent, then give Archibald's a try.

Recently I was in the market to purchase a better ride than my old car. I immediately started to research what I needed, what as available, and the cost range. That is when Frank Ibarra of Archibald's made contact with me. By then I had inspected several cars. I am in my mid seventies and this is by no way my first car buying experience. Over the years I have met various selling methods. Most of which were turn offs. Frank got me the information I requested and working with me to get a fair deal. I can not say we got the best deal however, auto buying must be a win win fair deal for both parties and we in fact did get a fair deal.

Great selection of nice used cars. No high pressure tactics. Johnny was friendly and very knowledgeable about our car (even linked our phone to Bluetooth). We don't, have a lot of fond memories from used car dealers, but this is an exception. The last thing they did before we drove off the lot, was fill the tank with gas. Will definitely shop there again.

Archibalds is the cream of the crop when it comes to car dealerships in the Tri Cities. Right off the bat, my boyfriend and I were greeted with a friendly smile by one of the car salesmen, his name was Frank. I found a 2012 Hyundai Veloster and fell in love. I really appreciated the low key approach to car sales. I stopped at the dealership because I saw a beautiful car. I fully intended to just window shop and waste a little time on my way home. I would not call the person I dealt with a salesman. Rather he was a car enthusiast who wanted to show me some great cars that they had on the lot. He took time to find out my interests and then proceeded to point out vehicles that met my requirements. He never tried to sell my any vehicle. He was just showed me cars and let decide what I wanted. It was a really nice way to car shop. I will definitely go back for my next car purchase.

Well where do I start? From the moment I turned off my car in the parking-lot Frank Ibarra came to greet me,I asked if they had any Chevy Camaros in and sure enough they did. Frank told me about the car and even let me test drive it, Unfortunately I could not afford it at the time and they just didn't have any cars in that really caught my eye. Over the span of about a month Frank worked really hard to find me the car that I wanted sending me pictures and information about them to see if any sparked interest, Sure enough they got a 2005 Acura RSX in and he sent me a picture and I knew right away I wanted to get this car. Despite not having much to offer them for the car they worked with me and met my needs while offering me drinks and brownies (they were delicious) The next thing I knew I was driving away in my new Acura and boy I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you all for the great service, I'll be sure to recommend you to ANYONE looking for a car.

These Folks are the in my opinion are the Best in the Business. I found both John Archibald and his Son Jordon Archibald to be very professional and down to earth. I have never been lied to or lead in the wrong direction by either of these two. I will say that they are not the Cheapest but if you are looking for that, then many Dealerships in the Tri Cities can accomadate you. the Quality of Cars they sell demand a premium price but they are bought by Danny Archibald, he only buys the best lease returns. They do not pressure the customer or make them feel that they must buy the car today. I will not even consider buying a car from another Dealer nor will I ever buy another new car when they just sold me a 2011 Lexus 460 all wheel drive with 26,000 miles on a lease return. In the past I always bought new biut I have finally figured out that the New Car Dealers are not doing me any favors

I recently purchased a vehicle from Archibald's and it was a pleasant experience. Joseph was my salesman, who was knowledgable and friendly. I had been to several other well known dealerships and got nothing but pressure and dishonesty. Then when I went to Archibald's it was a totally different experience. There was no pressure and the buying/negotiating process was very simple and honest. Also on arrival of the dealership I was greeted by the entire staff. Overall I had a very great experience and they would be a hard dealership to beat in all categories and they set their standards high. My Husband and I were visiting friends in Kennewick and ended up on Archibald's lot to look at one of their cars. My husband had been looking for a BMW Z4 for sometime, and at other sports cars. Archibald's had one on their lot and we decided to just go look. We test drove two different sports cars and ended up with Frank Ibarra's help going back home to Oregon with a BMW Z4. We were so excited about finding one that was in such good shape and priced for us. Frank and the staff made it the right price and we are really pleased. I would recommend this dealer to any one for ease in buying a car. I have not had a pleasant experience in buying a car in a long time, and they changed this. No pressure just made it work for us and them. We were very impressed with staff and Frank. We will go back again, when we have had all our fun with this one. Thanks to all the staff and Frank especially. I have to mention as the wife in the deal Frank made it a point not to leave me out through the whole process. Like some dealers do when your with your husband. Very happy we went to their dealership.

I just purchased my third vehicle from Archibald's since they first opened. I shopped around for a new crossover SUV but ended up back at Archibalds for a used RX350. These low mileage (<20K for 3 year old vehicle) RX's were hard to come by and we had to participate in a couple of auctions before the right vehicle was found. It's a bit nerve-wracking to buy a car sight unseen but communication about how they rated vehicle quality and how they tailored the search to my specifications was clear throughout the search. I received photos, specs and grades for each vehicle before they went to auction to make bid/no-bid decisions. Jordan laid out all of the costs and their profit margin to obtain the vehicle and the end result was they found a 2011 RX with 17K miles at a lower cost than expected. Overall, an easy experience without the pressure experienced at local and regional new car dealerships.

This dealership had by far the best service and the most genuinely good staff out of the ten plus dealerships that I've visited in the past two months. They placed me in an ideal car that fit my budget perfectly even when we decided to add on extra costs for a warranty! I was offered a great deal with the car over one-thousand dollars below the Kelley Blue Book value of it. My salesman Frank did a fantastic job and was honestly the best salesman I've dealt with. The staff wasn't uncomfortable or pushy and I would reccomend this business to anyone looking for a good deal and a pleasant buying experience.

I wanted a specific vehicle; one generally hard to find. Was advised that only six had gone to auction in the last year. Found an acceptable vehicle, went to auction, was successful bidder. Was advised what the taxes, license, shipping, prep costs, and profit would be. Excitement in the auction process; total satisfaction in the end result. Obvious pride in all vehicles bought at auction and on the lot. Third vehicle I have purchased through this family business. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

I went in with a specific budget and goal. I'd been car shopping all day and had driven several vehicles at other places. Joseph asked me a few questions and led me straight to the car that I ended up buying. Extremely low pressure, just helpful and informative. They let me take the car to show my wife and get her approval as well. The entire process was very nice. I met three of the family as well; all very nice folks to chat with. I bought my 2005 Mini Cooper at this dealership. I did not understand anything about internet dealers. All of my experiences buying a vehicle have been at local dealers where the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. What a great buying experience. I was in the market for a newer car so I stopped by the dealership because of the great cars the have facing the street. One of the Archibald's came out to HELP me. He wasn't a SALESMAN he educated me on the card he had. He gave me a lot to think about so I left with a lot of great information about their inventory and other cars on the market. I found a car I was very interested in on the website so I came in to test drive what I had in mind. Joseph Fastabend got the car I was interested in all warmed up and ready to go. While I was there I saw 2 other cars I was interested in. Joseph have me a lot of information on each vehicle. I said I would be back the next day and he said okay. No high pressure, even though the car I wanted was being looked at by another couple. I came back the next day I was treated great but even better my 8 year old was treated like family! Mr Archibald showed her how her was checking our trade in for value and made her a huge part of the buying experience! From sales staff to owner they are the go to car dealership! I love my car and I am almost as excited about it as my first car!

There's something special at Archibalds. Many say its the quality vehicles on their lot, the affordable prices, and the exceptional buying experience they provide to their customers. I say its that plus the way the Archibalds treat people. I have purchased 4 cars from Archibalds and would not hesitate to buy another. My daughter flew to the Tri-Cities from South Dakota for a visit. She mentioned she has been looking for an affordable near new Cooper for over a year. We took her to Archibalds and she drove back to South Dakota in her Cooper. We found a Nissan Frontier pickup for sale from their AutoTrader advertisement. After communicating with Jordan a few times via email and phone to verify the condition of the vehicle and agree upon a price, we made a commitment and travelled from the other side of the State to finalize the transaction and take delivery of the vehicle. Upon our arrival, we found the pickup condition was well represented in their add. Although it was a basic model without many of the bells and whistles, it met our needs and was in very good condition for its age as Jordan had indicated. This is a family owned business with friendly staff and was a refreshing change from the industry standard. I generally equate shopping for cars right up there with root canals. I would recommend Archibald's to anyone.

I have purchased two SUV's from Archibaulds in the past and was completely happy with my vehicles. I remember years ago when I bought the first one there were only 10 or so vehicles at any one time for sale. I know it has gradually increased in size, but I like the way it is more personalized than any other car lot. Archibalds doesn't carry a million trade ins or a million anything, What they have is good, only good. So you don't have to sift through the riff-raff. Just choose a vehicle! Thanks :)

It was an unexpected find. We had a minimal budget set for our daughters first car, much of it, her savings. Defeated from looking all week, we went to Archibalds as our last effort under the dark sky. Johnny jr. was so welcoming at 15 minutes before closing and showed us a few potential beautiful cars...then walked us past the Jaguar as we were leaving. It was love from first glance, immaculate and very low miles....an unbelievable site. My daughter's eyes said it all! The next day, John Sr himself took us for a drive, gave so much of his time and advise for such for a small sale, in comparison to his inventory. We bought it. This car was so much different than what our budget dictated at other places. More than we ever expected to get on our planned budget for a first car. John explained all the features and gave us the safety inspections list. Bruce was a financial gentleman! Thank you. We will see you for our next purchase!!

I purchased my Dream Car from Archibald's in less than 2 hours. I had an intuitiion that the car I viewed on their website the night before might be the car I was looking for and at a reasonable price. I called the next day to say that I was coming in for a test drive. Jordan was very accomidating to our schedule. He gave us the key and we test drove the car. I asked for two items to be fixed with the car and he said "YES" with no hesitation. Jordan, Bruce and the rest of the staff were great and made it a hassle free day in purchasing the car. I just bought a car from Archibald's, it was a great experience. I am from Spokane and did all of my dealing via email, when I went down to pick up the car it was quick and easy. Danny was a wonderful salesman, completely honest and up front. I shopped at several dealerships before buying this car and I can honestly say that this is the best dealership I've been to, as a single woman car shopping that is saying a lot. They are just so nice and treat you like family. They aren't in to "wheeling and dealing", just selling nice cars to nice people in a fair way. I will definitely recommend Archibald's to friends and family, and the next time I am looking for a car they will be one of my first stops. They even made sure my new car had enough gas to get me home to Spokane. Seriously, awesome! Everyone has an idea of what buying a car can be like. Seldom would it described as pleasant let alone enjoyable. My partner and I drove over from Seattle because we saw a car advertised on the web at Archibald's and another one at a different dealership. We compared both vehicles and the dealerships. The cars at Archibald's were top quality and our salesperson was not only knowledgeable about the car but also very personable and kind. The two cars were comparable in many ways so it wasn't an easy decision to make. However, the care taken for the car at Archibald's combined with the salesperson's superior knowledge about its features and willingness to negotiate a deal we'd be happy with, convinced us that we should purchase from Archibald's. When we got into the negotiation phase and completing the paperwork, working with the staff at Archibald's was a joy. We truly felt like we were being taken care of, not taken advantage of. When we shop for our next car we will do it with the help of the folks at Archibald's. There are certain experiences in life that most of us do like buying a car. I spent a long time hunting for the perfect vehicle and finally found it at Archibald's. However, since I live in Everett I was VERY reluctant to pursue it due to the travel time required. I eventually decided to contact them to get some more information and am VERY happy I did so! Jordon was super helpful and made everything extremely easy. We got everything lined up ahead of time, agreeing to a very reasonable trade-in value for my car and getting the majority of things handled via email and phone. We then just showed up, took it for a spin, signed a few papers, and were out the door in no time. Quickest most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Would definitely make the drive again!

I'm not a serial review writer but this one is important to me. I owned the same car for 12 years and I have been wanting and needing to buy a new car over the past year and doing some research. Not having been a person who has worked with car sales men or women a lot I was a bit nervous to work with them. I had inquired at a few places and was told by one that what I needed to do was lease a car and while that may work for some I'd already done my homework and knew what I wanted to do. When I inquired with Archibald's on a car Sean contacted me and it was just easy, real, honest & comfortable from the first contact. All of the dealing was over the phone (as I live an hour away) and when I got there to see the car Sean was great. He went over everything and when I had a question he didn't know the answer to (only one btw) he found out when we arrived back at his office. When it was time to write the check and sign all the paperwork John was great too. It was a perfect car buying experience! I highly, highly recommend Archibald's!

Our experience with Archidald's could not have been better. My wife and I were looking for a "newer" used vehicle. Danny and Sean helped us decide on the specific make and model based on a thorough needs analysis. Once we identied the make/model and our wish list of options; Sean went to work. Within 24 hours he found EXACTLY what we were looking for...an excellent condition late model luxury car. Sean had very good product knowledge and strong communication skills. They seem to specialize in higher end (BMW Mercedes Volvo Audi Lexus etc) used cars. They are very helpful and I never felt any sort of pressure to buy. I left the lot with a lot of really helpful information and I really enjoyed my time on the lot looking at the cars. I worked with Joseph and found him to be a great resource. I am looking forward to going back to continue my search for my next car.

Danny Archibald worked with me via email since I was located so far away from his dealership. He was extremely honest, friendly, and professional. I had read several reviews about the positive experiences at Archibalds and my personal experience validated them all as true. Sean was friendly and attentive from the beginning and was always professional. The price I was given on my trade-in vehicle was very good and the price I paid on the used vehicle was also very good. All the cars on the lot were very clean, low mileage, all very competitively priced. I plan to make Archibalds my first stop in the future for any car purchases. I never like shopping for a car. I often go after hours just to avoid being pressured. I now know where and who I will work with in the future. On many occasions I have gone with family and friends to test drive cars at the Archibald lot. The customer service is top notch. Sean Miller has the patience of a saint. I have never felt pressured to purchase on the spot. Sean listens intently to our needs and wants and gives his knowledgeable opinion with confidence and honesty. We didn't end up purchasing a car from Sean because we weren't ready to buy, but when the time is right I know exactly who I will call first. Last year, my very attractive sports car was almost in an accident on the first day of snow. I called my friend, Sean Miller, at Archibald's, met him at the store and he sold me a terrific used vehicle that is attractive and functional. Archibald's didn't have the car I was looking for on their lot, so we together went the auction route. This was a bit backwards, as I know exactly what Archibald's had paid for the car and what the various adders were instead of trying to figure all that out from the sticker price. In the end, I feel like I got a great car for an excellent price.

I bought my first car from Archibald approximately 3 1/2 years ago. I was in the market for another car and submitted an e-mail request of the make and model. My previous salesman called me immediately on Monday morning. I was so impressed as he remembered who I was, including details such as what I did for a living and other personal information. He was so informative about the type of car I was looking for, giving me great advice by comparing what I was currently driving and how the change would be for me in the two cars I was looking for. There was absolutely no pressure and they worked through the whole process without me feeling like I was being pinned to the wall. They gave me an excellent price on my Lexus and I was in the car of my dreams within about 2 hours or less. Shawn helped program my phone into the new car and is ready and willing to assist me with any other things I may need with my new car. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. They are the best to deal with.

At one time in my life I sold cars, so I know the game. I know good dealerships and bad. Often my friends, knowing I have the experience, will ask me advice on how to buy a car. I tell each an every one the same thing, start at Archibalds. Going to a pre-owned dealership is a good idea, as it can save you thousands in depreciation, but it can be difficult to know what dealerships to trust. Archibalds not only keeps an amazing inventory of vehicles, which are very carefully chosen, they have treated every person I have sent to them with respect and fairness. These folks are excellent!

We'd been searching for a used 2008 Volvo XC70 in pristine condition for several months, Archibalds listed one which seemed to meet our criteria. I contacted the dealer and began working with Sean Miller. We live 280 miles from Kennewick so I had to be VERY sure this vehicle met our criteria before taking a trip to see it. Sean was through and detailed in his description of the vehicle and honest in his assessment, which was confirmed when we did travel to Kennewick and purchased the vehicle. Sean was professional, followed thru on everything he said he would do and represented our interests in the negotiations. Archibald's had the car my wife had been trying to find for a long time (2009 Mazda RX-8 R3). When we got to the dealership it was near close but that didn't stop the owner, John Archibald, from approaching my wife and I immediately. John was very low pressure and took the time to talk about the car with us. We took the car for a test drive and decided to purchase the car. There was no pressure to hurry up despite the dealership being closed at this point. John took time to explain everything to us and patiently waited as my wife drove home to get her car for the trade-in. The loan service specialist, Bruce, helped us with the loan paperwork (again, no pressure to hurry up). John made sure our new car had a full tank of gas before handing us the keys. John gave us a very reasonable amount for our trade-in and the price of the RX-8 we were buying was very competitive. I did not feel the need to hassle with arguing down the price (I had already done my research and knew it was well priced). The entire experience was great with no pressure to buy the car or to hurry up, and the staff really seemed to care that we bought the right car for us and that we were taken care of. This occurred on a Saturday. On the following Friday we received a phone call from John himself making sure we were satisfied with our purchase and thanking us for our business. I have never received a follow up call from any other dealership. We have bought from Archibald's twice now and will buy from them again. GREAT service, no pressure, and prices you don't have to haggle over. The vehicles Archibald's sells are also only top-quality with lower miles. I recommend this dealership to anyone, even those outside of the area. My wife loved the first car she bought from Archibald's and now loves her new (used) car! Thanks for the best car-buying experience I have every had, again!

we bought an Acura TL and i would do it over and over again. Les is no longer with us but he was a great salesmen. we got our TL up to 70 in our test drive and it was just an amazing experiance i really enjoyed buying our Acura TL from Archibalds. Just wanted to share my experience with Archibald Motors. Last summer had Danny Archibald advise on a purchase of a 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider. Car has been awsome. Since then Danny got me a 2002 Lotus Esprit Anniversary Edition. Danny did all the hard negotiating with the dealers in Atlanta, made sure the car was up to snuff service wise, and negotiated very reasonable enclosed shipping. Highly recommended. I can wait to buy another car from Archibald! Shopping for a car with Danny and Sean is just plain fun! I have purchased several autos from them and sold a couple on consignment. They both know my taste in cars, have steered me clear of vehicles I THINK I might want and the two times I heatedon them and went elsewhere, I regretted it. This was my second experience with Archibalds...Both times I went in to buy a car, I was treated like a queen! Not so at other major dealerships I've been to. No high pressure sales and they seem to go out of their way to make you happy. No game faces once they start the financing like most dealerships...Archibalds knows customer service! I had been looking for a specific car for a couple of years and happen to drive by Archibalds one day and saw it! I knew Archibalds was a high end dealer and thought the car would be too expensive for me. I was wrong. It was the price I wanted to pay and the people were so nice and helpful! I'd never had a hybrid before and they helped me everytime I had a question about the car, and still do, even months later! I would definately recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out! I have been to other dealers in the tri cities when ive been in need of a car and have been treated poorly. I went to Archibalds to look for a inexpensive car which I knew they didn't have many in my price range but I heard so many good things about them I had to go in anyways. They happened to have 1 car that fit my budget and let me tell you, I will never buy a car anywhere else! I couldn't beleive how low pressure and friendly they were to me! I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer, 8 years apart. In each case the buying experience was very good. Prices are fair, and there is no hard sell. We spoke to several different sales people, and all were knowledgeable and personable. Cars are typically higher end, and of excellent quality. The key word here is fairness; I got a very fair deal, and the dealer did also. And, I didn't spend a great deal of time searching all over for a car and price. I had confidence that this dealer would provide a fair deal, and they delivered. This is important, because I didn't want to spend time and energy haggling over the price. I would definitely return to this dealer. If I wanted a specific type of less expensive car, I might see if they could find one for me. The only part of the process I didn't like so well was at contract signing, where options for extended service warranties and other options were offered. I don't think is is uncommon for any car dealer and is likely more a comment on the industry. Even then, the contracting process at this dealer was very good and relatively painless.

I have purchased all of my families vehicles over the last 10 years from Archibald Motors (7 total). Not only was the price more than fair, their service after the sale was excellent. They stand by their vehicles. There was a couple of times that they did not have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot. They took all my specifications for the vehicle I wanted and found the car for me. Even though I moved across the country 4 years ago, I would still use Arichibald Motors as my first choice when I need another vehicle.

My wife and I have purchased three slightly used, high-end cars from Archibalds. Each purchase has been an unbelievably positive experience. In one case, Archibalds helped to educate me on the subtle differences in car model specs and options. They then searched for a car according to my specifications. I even knew the maximum price going into the purchase. Amazingly, Archibalds delivered for less. In another purchase, Archibalds installed four new tires because they believed the current tires were not up to the car's standards. They did this without charge after we had agreed to the price. From our experiences, whether the car is on the Archibalds' lot or in your head, Archibalds will make it happen with great information and selection, and without pressure. I have been working with Joseph Fastabend at Archibald's for a couple of months. I am in the customer service industry as well, so pretty aware of good customer service. Joseph is a great example of "Quality Customer Service." I told him upfront that I will not be a quick sale, that I wanted to test drive and really be sure of the car that I will be finally purchasing. He said that was fine and he has not abandund me. He really listened to what I was looking for in a car and isn't just trying to "get" a sale, he is obtaining a client for life and will definitely get referrals from me. When ever a car comes on the lot that meets or beats my requirements he emails me instantly, then if it sales he also lets me know. I can't say more about him...he is an excellent example of "going above and beyond".

Joseph Fastabend has been excellent. Fantastic customer service...stays on top of his clients. When ever a car comes on the lot that fits my requirements, he sends me an email letting me know. He is not pushy, which is a nice change, and actually listened to want I am desiring in a car. That is a nice change for the car dealers that seem to be just looking for the quick turnaround, instead of a long term referral based relationship. Have not purchased yet, but will definitely use Joseph Fastabend no matter what dealership he was at, but Archibalds is known for their excellent reputation.

I received priority treatment and was always catered to when it came to getting a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I was able to refer all of my questions to my sales rep who sold me the car, and he went above and beyond to get all of my questions answered and service appointments made for me. I was looking for a very-very specific used car; pretty rare new, and even harder to find used - especially with all the features I wanted. They had barely heard of the model I wanted, let alone ever seen one come through their shop. Amazingly; Archibald's called later that day for me to come look at one that just "showed up." And lo and behold, it was "exactly" the car I wanted (EXACTLY) - with every option I was hoping for. Obviously, after they went through it for all the critical points, I purchased the car and have been driving it ever since. If you ask me (and you just did), I'd say that it's pretty-darned difficult to argue with that kind of success. Straight up: these guys are real car guys, easy to talk with, polite, respectful, no double-talk, and have very high standards for what they sell. God willing, I won't ever sell my car but I'd sure like to shop with them again.
