I came in to buy the beautiful Rare Limited Edition Passion Red Cadillac XLR 2007. When i see the high standards of their vehicles, staff and facilities. There is no reason in my mind that i knew this was the right car, the right place and Steven the sales manager was very professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly what i wanted and needed to make this car mine. The company even bought me lunch as driven me to the bank to collect all the information we needed. I sat down with Nick their finance manager and it was all smooth, stress free, received my temporary tags, registration and off i drove home in my new car a very happy customer. After searching on the internet for weeks, we came across the AZ Specialty Motors site and found a car we were interested in. We spoke with Steve who was very friendly and informative. I LOCATED THE VEHICLE ONLINE AND CONTACTED NICK AT ARIZONA SPECIALTY MOTORS. HE WAS VERY FORTHCOMING ABOUT THE VEHICLE. I PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AND HE HELD IT FOR TWO WEEKS UNTIL I COULD MAKE IT OUT. HE PICKED US UP AT THE AIRPORT AND BROUGHT US TO THE DEALERSHIP. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. I am so excited! For the past few weeks i have been looking for a car online. I've been watching for models and prices and thought I was after a BMW 5 series. My current car is an 02 BMW 525i. Nothing wrong just getting up in miles. To my surprise I fell in love with the pics of a Mercedes Benz from Arizona Specialty Motors. I prepared for the usual salesman, negotiating and other negative buying a car experience. I contacted them via email. They returned my call and invited me to come see the car. I finally made it in on Saturday afternoon and to my surprise a very nice experience. The salesman Nick was not pushy or high pressure tactics of any kind. He was helpful, informative and answered all my questions. He got me a better deal with financing than I had expected. I was straight to the point and without delay he gave a great deal. As we entered the office I told him how much down I had. He never tried to drain me of more money that I didn't have. Earlier in the day i had spoken to Al but Nick really took care of me. As they finish the paperwork I wanted to give my experience here at this dealership. They are Military Friendly. This has been the best care buying experience of all the cars I have ever purchased. I highly recommend this place, Al, Nick & Katherine. I am now the proud owner of a Mercedes Benz CL 500. I will be back next time I want a car.

For several months I'd been looking for a Clean, Low Mile older Deville in the Valley to replace one or our vehicles. Came across one on their website and made an appointment to see it the next day. Met Al and tossed me the keys for a test drive, (didn't even feel the need to come with me as most if not all Dealers do) it in fact was everything I had been searching for. After returning and a brief negotiation also requesting a couple items being repaired we agreed on price. ( including a coin toss, personal joke) Left a small deposit with the receipt being wrote on the back of his business card with the price, deposit amount and balance due with his signature. He said the car would be ready in about 48 hrs. He called that morning to set a 2pm appointment to pick it up and finalize the paperwork. Upon arriving and acknowledging the repairs were done as agreed we proceeded into their business office where I was introduced to Jessica (his wife) and don't think I spent all of 7 minutes doing the docs. Being retired and involved in and out of the Auto industry throughout my career both in Sales/Wholesale and Management I CRINGE every time I have to take our vehicles in for service and/or purchase another especially from a Dealer. This is the First Positive Review I have ever wrote regarding Auto Dealers. All Dealers should take a page out of their Play Book! Congrats! If I should ever need another vehicle and they happen to have it in stock it would be a done deal. No pressure and Great Folks! Would highly recommend them to anyone....

they listed a 1984 Mercedes Benz 300SD with 41,000 miles - buying a car online can be a scary proposition. This car was showroom quality. Very fair price, great communication and fun to work with. Al and Jessica made the transaction simple - they even stayed at the lot till past 10:30 PM waiting for the shipper to load the car and transport to Florida. I would highly recommend - they are upfront, honest and knowledgeable about their business.

The people at AZ Specialty Motors are extremely customer oriented and very easy to deal with. They go out of their way to be responsive and helpful. They know their cars well, and get many repeat customers due to their service culture. They have a great selection of desirable cars and once you pick out the one you want to drive, they give you the keys and encourage to give it a full test drive on surface roads and the freeway. I was looking for two somewhat high value cars, they had exactly what I was looking for and both arrived in much better condition than I expected. Throughout the entire process the communication was excellent, as the process unfolded they were always offering help (to go one more step to make everything smooth), they also arranged shipping which was very reasonable and even their driver was a pleasant fellow. In the end both cars arrived on the other side of the county in perfect condition and beyond expectations. At my age I have purchased cars for over 40 years and never have I had such a pleasant experience. The fact is, the next time I am looking for another car I will send my wish list to Arizona Specialty first...then wait, as I know they will once again hit it out of the park.

A few weeks ago my 2000 Isuzu Rodeo randomly broke down and I was referred to Al and his wife. I had never financed or even thought to purchase a car through a dealership due to all the negative things I had heard and I didn't really want to deal with pushy car salesman by my own. Once I spoke with Al he assured me he could help no matter the circumstance. He directed me to his website to search the inventory which included a wide variety of different makes and models, he also advised me if there were any specific vehicle I was looking for that he would be able to see what he could do about finding it for me. I was very appreciative of all the instantaneous help he provided considering I had about a week to find a car and actually make a decision on purchasing. Once I had viewed the inventory I found a BEAUTIFUL 2008 Honda Civic, I was instantly sold. Within 5 days of my car breaking down, being in such a bind and not having very good credit at the moment, Al and his wife went above and beyond to help me and my family get a safe, reliable vehicle. Alfredo and Jessica are amazing! I saw the car that I wanted online and made an appointment to come see it. Alfredo was so welcoming and when it came to talking price, it was an easy transaction - no smooth talking or going back and forth, etc. He gave me an excellent deal and took care of everything he said he would! I was looking for an Audi TT that was proving difficult to find for the price I wanted. Alfred was amazingly responsive in getting me what I wanted at the price that I wanted. The process of financing was extremely efficient and they were able to get me a really good rate. Communication was efficient and easy - I never had to wait to get a response for anything. We telephone ahead to confirm vehicle was available. Dealer informed it was and on premise. We scheduled an appointment. Dealer called the following day to confirm the appointment.When we arrived that day of the vehicle was clean, full of fuel and the air conditioning was running. Nice touch on 119 degree day! We purchased it the following day. When we arrived the paperwork was ready to go. The sign up took less than 10 minutes class act.

I purchased an Expedition from Arizona Specialty Motors a few years ago. It was clean, good condition and low mileage. It has been an outstanding and reliable car for us. I recently went to them for another car. I was looking for a Cadillac XLR and I got what I was looking for. It has low millage, it is super clean and in perfect condition. It is definitely in showroom condition and I got it at the right price. I am very pleased with the attention and service I got from Al. I am writing to commend and recommend Alfredo Panell at Wholesale Auto Network for recently providing me with a great car buying experience. I had been doing some online research for a Hummer H2 and found some I was interested in looking at, several were privately owned and five or six were located at car dealerships around the valley. Over the past three years I have purchased two cars from Al, he and his wife have made it so easy for my wife and I to upgrade into nicer cars. Al and his wife make it so easy that when there was a mix up with my lender his wife ran the documents needed out to my work to sign so I didn't have to go there. That in my book is going above and beyond. The 2 vehicles I have purchased were both suv's and both times I have picked up the vehicles he has had them detailed and looking like brand new (one of the vehicles I bought had over 100k miles on it too). We have purchased two used cars from Wholesale Auto Network, working closely with Alfredo Panell. We have been extremely satisfied with the cars and his great service. Recently I had an accident and needed to have my car repaired. Very quickly Alfredo contacted his car body shop man and had my car repaired. The quality of the repairs and paint job were exceptional. Use Wholesale Auto Network for all of your auto needs! I found myself in need of a new car. I knew exactly what make and model I wanted. The only problem, I hate dealing with high pressure auto salesmen and I also knew I would have a difficult time getting top dollar in for my trade in. Enter Alfredo and Jessica Panell , Wholesale Auto Network I explained my situation to Alfredo. He made a few inquiries and found the exact vehicle I was looking for at a local Nissan Dealership. He made me an appointment and when I arrived the general manager met me personally and I purchased the vehicle I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay. That left me with my trade in. I told Wholesale Auto Network what I wanted for it. I dropped the vehicle off Saturday. It was cleaned and listed for sale on Tuesday, sold on Wednesday and had a check hand delivered to my house on Thursday. I would highly recommend Auto Wholesale Network for all of your vehicle needs !

I recently purchased an 08 BMW 550i from Wholesale Auto Network. It was one of the best buying experience Ive ever had. Al and Jessica were extremely nice, I never felt pressured or rushed to buy. To whom it may concern, Hello, my name is Jonathan and I am a senior at ASU. I generally do not write reviews for companies or independent dealer, however in this situation I felt that it was absolutely necessary that I do so. The reason that I mentioned that I am a senior at ASU is to give you a perspective on my age, I am 21, and thus, I have very limited knowledge when it comes to field of automobiles. That being said, I had a large quantity of questions, many of which I am sure may seem ignorant to many. However, Alfredo was able to answer all of my questions; both thoroughly and promptly. After SEVERAL phone conversations, and many more questions answered I was able to make the decision to purchase a Prius from him. It has been over a month, and I have enjoyed this vehicle tremendously, I drive to school 5 days a week, and I drive all across the valley to tutor, the vehicle has performed perfectly. My parents always told me, "Beware of purchasing your first vehicle, as car salesmen will take advantage of you because of your young age." I am happy to report that this was not the case, and I am extremly happy to have worked with someone that treated me with respect, and was avaible at all hours to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I recently purchased a 2010 Ford F-250 from Alfredo and Jessica, the owners of Wholesale Auto Network. From start to finish, I've never had such a pleasurable and truly painless car buying experience. I am extremely "picky" and was having difficulty finding a vehicle that met my standards. I was referred to Alfredo by a friend and immediately felt at ease and was relieved to have someone doing the leg work for me (after 3 months of looking on my own). Within a week, they found me the absolutely perfect truck. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for and at a price FAR LESS than what I had been seeing. Alfredo and Jessica's professionalism and dedication to top-notch customer serviced really shined at the time of delivery. I arrived at their warehouse to find gleaming vehicle that looked like it just came off the showroom floor. The truck was absolutely spotless, plastic covering the interior floors, full of gas, 3 sets of keys, all of the books and records, a complete service history, and my temporary license laminated and already in the window. Alfredo and Jessica at Wholesale Auto Network made for a very enjoyable car buying experience. They truly went above and beyond and gave me personalized service throughout the entire process and even afterwards. They offered a very fair price and there was no sales pressure at all. I wanted to register the car out of state and they researched the process for me and got me a temporary Arizona registration for the car. They also gave me a fair price for my trade. I had to wait for the title for my trade to come in the mail and they actually let me pickup my new M3 before the title came, as I wanted to have it for the long Labor Day weekend. I have never heard of a dealer doing something like this before but that is the high level of service you should expect from Alfredo and Jessica. I took my car to the BMW dealership today and got a full inspection. The car is in impeccable mechanical condition. The dealership also gave me the original list of options that the car was manufactured with. Everything that Alfredo and Jessica said was an option on the car was on the list. Overall, I would highly recommend Wholesale Auto Network. They offer clean high performance used cars at very fair prices, and they are great people that truly care about their customers. I would absolutely buy another car from Wholesale Auto Network in the future. Thanks Alfredo and Jessica! I love me new M3!

A family run dealer with excellent personalized service and used car knowledge. Al and Jessica made the car buying experience straightforward and offered a fair price. They also took the extra steps to make some important repairs on the vehicle at their own expense rather than trying to pass on to the next buyer. Alfredo and Jessica at Wholesale Auto Network both went out of thier way to make sure that this car buying experience was 100% satisfactory. The car they were selling was priced well and they gave me a great trade price. Alfredo set up financing through a local dealer and I was able to get a great rate and extended warranty for an excellent price. Everthing was already set up for me and it was the easiest car buying expierence I've had to date. Alfredo took care of everthing that was promissed even after the transaction was over. He's a stand up guy and I look forward to doing business with him the future!

My daughter and son-in-law had purchased a used SUV from Alfredo and gave him high reviews, so when we decided to upgrade our 2004 Suburban to a 2012, we contacted Alfredo. Having dealt with car salesmen in the past, I was wary. But Alfredo was a breath of fresh air! He was extremely patient with our request and never pressured or rushed us in any way to make a purchase. Our search covered several weeks and when our car was found, the purchase process was very pleasant. Our new car was detailed and filled with gas. When I thought there was a problem with the car after purchase (turns out there wasn't) Alfredo and Jessica did not hesitate to address my requests. I will recommend Wholesale Auto Network to my family and friends. They are good people.

This is the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle . The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable . All of the cars I test drove looked brand new and ran perfectly . After my purchase I have been able to call with questions and they are more than happy to answer. My vehicle runs perfectly ! I couldn't Be more pleased . Who would ever think buying a car could be fun. I spent the winter in Chandler Arizona a couple years ago and wanted a new car. I met Al and immediately liked the guy. I had a trade in we discussed and Al offered me over $4000 more than the last dealer had offered so that got my attention right away. I told him what I was looking for and he found me a 2005 Lexus With 17000 miles Since then I have purchased 3 more cars and have always been able to trade UP. I live in Illinois but will continue to buy my cars from Arizona. Al just found a 66 Shelby Cobra for me and it will be shipped on monday . I didn't have to see the car personally. I've seen pictures and Al says for the money it's a nice car. That's good enough for me . I trust the guy. Can you say that about your dealer?

From the moment my son and I made contact with Al, it was a very comfortable and friendly transaction. There was no pressure like the big dealerships. Al was very fair in negotiating my trade in. The Subaru WRX I purchased is extremely clean both visually and mechanically.When Al went to check on the car at the detailers, he didn't like the job they did so he had them do it again to his standards! Honest Dealer accomadated all my requests. Filled my gas tank without me even asking. He even picked me up at the airport for delivery. Paperwork was ready for me when I got there. I looked everywhere and Alfredo got me the best price by far. He is Very professional yet such a fun experience. His wife went over and beyond by helping with running paperwork for us. Could not be happier with my truck. Its beautiful and clean. I took it to my auto mechanic and there were no issues. That says so much right there. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

First impression was really good, Alfreido gave me his cell phone and at first was easy to reach. Financing is done through camelback ford...i bought a jeep wrangler that was missing the bar to attach the soft top to the gate and was told jeep made them that way. Alfreido texted me the rate and the breakdoen of the loan then when sitting down with camelback they denied it. After having the car for over three weeks they asked me to go back down four hours to sign a couple of papers...they would not disuss what they were over the phone..long story short....go somewhere else or buy private...
