I researched the car I wanted, found it at Arlington Toyota, made a phone call and spoke with Dwight Cobb. From that phone call throughout my purchase and afterward he was prompt, courteous, attentive to every detail. I received a generous amount for my trade-in and am satisfied with the price I paid for the car. Best of all, I can rate it a very good experience because, true to their policy, I did not come away exhausted from a lot of back and forth haggling!

I really appreciate that Mike Sandelin coordinated my warranty service on my pre-owned car from another dealership, my rental car throughout replacing its transmission (twice), and a bad wheel bearing. It was not his fault the company providing the replacement transmission, brought a faulty one for his team to install. He kept me informed throughout and kept the process rolling so I was able to get to and from work with minimal complication and expense.

Never say never. I NEVER thought that I would find myself taking the time to write a positive review for a car dealership. Yet, here is the positive review for Arlington Toyota, specifically, Ray Jernukian, Jacob Zajicek, and Donald Westphal. Ray's knowledge of the car and options I was interested in were unrivaled by any of the other dealerships in Jacksonville. I received immediate feedback from Jacob and Donald regarding Prius models in stock, and was able to have the deal 90% negotiated by text and email prior to arriving for my final test drive. I'm incredibly happy with my new Prius and would recommend Arlington Toyota in general and Ray, Jacob, and Donald specifically to anyone.

Making an appointment online is the best way to get the service performed but make sure you are there plenty of time before your appointment because it is almost always a 5-10 minute wait before some comes over and talks to you from their service lane. It took them 1.5 hours to do an oil change with an appointment.If you are buying parts or accessories make sure you purchase them before hand and have them ready with your appointment and check with parts so that they have time to install them. Ask for the accessory costs in writing before you get there because they raise the price when you arrive. The prices do not include labor unless you ask ahead of time. If you are getting a detail done be sure to leave items of value at home because they like to collect them and look at you like you are nuts when you ask where something has gone. The management is always at lunch when you want to speak with them personally about the wait, the theft, the price increase and the hidden labor. This is by far the worst service center for Toyota's. The person supposed to be handling the problems gets back in your face and says she did not wrong you so I better drop the attitude. I believe that I was within my right to be upset when I had items stolen from my truck during their service in the back. I do not wish this on anyone. Do yourself a favor and choose another dealer to get the service done, there has to be better ones out there.

My husband and I decide in May that we needed to consider upgrading my Corolla. With our first child coming soon, we were going to need more space. After submitting an online inquiry with Arlington Toyota, I received a quick response from Cherry Moore. She answered all of the questions I had, and told me she was available for any questions, anytime. After 5 months of questions about pricing, loan lengths and rates, and different vehicle options... it was time for some test drives. My husband and I went to the dealership and asked for Cherry. She was busy with another customer, but still offered assistance and pointed us towards the inventory to pick out the cars we wanted. We test drove two, and peeked at a few more. We decided later that night that we wanted to go back and purchase one of the vehicles we tried out. Two days later we went back in, and started negoatiaing with the finance manager. Cherry did everything in her power to make sure we left with our dream car.. And we did!! If you decide to go to Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville FL, make sure you ask for Cherry!!

I had blown a rod in my 2006 Highlander on sunday 9/25, I went to Keith Pierson Toyota and I was told that they couldn't do anything for me unless I had a co signer because I only had 500.00 , I had paid a bankruptcy for 5 years, which I never was late, I have been at my job for 9 years, but because the bankruptcy was just paid off the year before they couldn't help me. The very next day I got a Call from a Salesman, Dwight Cobb at Arlington Toyota, he asked me a few questions, then told me he would call me back. He did and asked if I could come over then, I said no, I didn't have a way there, he said how about if I come and pick you up ? I told him everything about my car having a rod blown, only having a certain about for a down payment, and the bankruptcy being paid off a year ago...he then said I will call you right back.I had driven SUVs for the last 11 years, he picked me up in a 2012 Mazda 3, I asked him if I could drive it and he said sure. The car is beautiful and I felt very comfortable driving it, also it was 5000.00 less than the SUV he thought I might be interested in. Less than 3 hours later I drove my new car home. Dwight was awesome. I would recommend him and Arlington Toyota to everyone I know.

Service was great and much more than I expected. Living at Jax Beach I had been to 4 or 5 service stations and all had inoperable air machines. I've had multiple health issues over the last few months, among them being cancer surgery. I am also always counting my "pennies" and trying to save money whenever possible. Arlington Toyota is where I purchased my car (a 2007 Camry Hybrid). It has been a great vehicle. We have had regular scheduled maintenance and oil changes. Arlington frequently sends coupons that also help to save me money. I was late getting the vehicle in to have it serviced, but I finally made it! Michael Sandelin was the service rep who helped me. I felt that he did a great job. I got my oil change in record time, no problems. The service dept even called me on my cell phone when they couldn't locate me (I was eating lunch) to let me know the car was almost ready. Now, THAT's GREAT SERVICE! I also told Michael that our car has been a great vehicle and I have family members who keep trying to buy it from me, but I won't sell it! Hey, when you get a great car, you don't want to let it go! Thanks, Arlington Toyota! We are really enjoying our Toyota Camry Hybrid, as well as the great service we get at your service department.

I have bought two Toyota's over the years back to 2008 and Pat Southey was my salesman then and now 2016! He is super nice and I feel very comfortable with him. He even brought me lunch while I was waiting. He rode with me to the gas station and filled my car up with gas. Pat is just a super guy, he asks what would like to be driving. I was at first looking at a used car with very little miles and Pat proved to me I will spend about $15 more on a brand new car, why not? I bought a brand new Camry and I am very happy:)

Met John Perrin well after 7pm one weekend after seeing a tundra pro on the lot and dropped in to see it. He took my info and followed up quickly on the vehicle type info I requested. As is the case in so many problems with a vehicle that has to be towed in (shifter cable broke), after the problem was repaired, and I picked up the car, on the way home, I found other problems that weren't there before. I called Steve Cole, explained them to him, and his response (immediately) was to bring it back and he would take care of them. And take care of them he did. What more can you ask for? Keep in mind, this is a 12 year old car that I bought there new, and I feel like they treated it like a new one! I went to Arlington Toyota to trade in my 2014 Corolla lease and drove off in a 2017 Camry. This is my fourth Toyota lease and I couldn't be happier. Cherry Moore was my Sales Representative and she made the experience a more than pleasant one. She made sure I got the car I wanted and went over every aspect of the car in detail. I had two friends with me and they both drive Toyotas and said when they are in the market for a new car they will definitely buy/lease from Cherry at Arlington. He is extremely knowledgeable (up to date, current), honest, trustworthy and truly cares about the health of our vehicles. When I brought my car in after an accident, I was assigned to Nikita Salgado as my Collision Center Advisor. Nikita was friendly, conscientious, and wonderful to me. She contacted me throughout the repair process with updates and important details. She even left me instructions on what to do if my car was ready while she was on vacation! I needed to purchase two cars for my teenaged daughters, no easy task and was not looking forward to it. Because I had heard so many good things about Arlington Toyota, they were my first and only stop. Within three hours, we purchased two cars for the girls (they even provide a meal for the girls while the paperwork was being completed) the girls are very excited. Loyal Toyota owners for years (and stockholders) and serious shoppers. Currently have a Camry and Prius and have only purchased 2 other Camrys (al new) last two decades. They last. But was comparing what is out there ---drove into Arlingon Toyota (in Camry) where no fewer than 6 idle gents in red shirts descended on us before we even had parked our car. Light brown haired man immediately asked " who are you here to see", when we responded just shopping and would it be ok to look he made snide remark that there are "only cars here" and started to follow us closely. We said we preferred to just look and then ask questions later. He would not take the hint and replied "then I will just follow you". When we said if he was going to continue to do so, we were going to leave. He responded something to the affect that his boss instructed to stay close. So we turned around and left. He sarcastically waved and smiled at us mockingly when we left. We will never go back. Heading to Coggin Toyota just a few miles down street.

I made an appointment for 330ish the next day, but things happened and I got there acouple of hours early. Kara was prepared ready to assist without prior knowledge of my early arrival. The buying process was smothered and painless. You get help before you step out of your car. My salesman was great. RodneyAfter the purchase I detailed the vehicle. I found witness protection paperwork and a weapon under there driver seat. After contacting the manager of sales, I was told that they were not liable for that, tough luck. I travel on military bases all the time. All it would take is for one vehicle search to get me arrested. I also do not feel safe driving a vehicle that was involved in a witness protection situation. At the very least, when a vehicle comes in, they should search the car. Who knows what else they have missed. I do not recommend this dealership. They are very nice when you are buying. When you have an issue, you get the serious run around.

I started looking into buying a new car and didn't really know what I wanted- so I test drove a few different cars before I ended up at Arlington Toyota. When looking at the different styles of the 2016 Toyota Highlanders, I had no idea what the differences were between them even thought I research them online. Juan was so helpful in explaining to my mother and I what the differences were between all of the trims, that when we decided to puchase a car, we asked for him. Also, we had set up an apointment with another Toyota dealership to get the Costco deal but after thinking about it, we decided we wanted to work with Juan. I decided on Wednesday May 4th what car I wanted to purchase and drove from St. Simons Island, GA to meet with Juan. When we arrived, Juan had us set up with Mike Marinelli who took us for a test drive and showed us everything about the Toyota Highlander 2016 XLE. Mike was wonderful because he knew everything about the car! Juan made us feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. We were able to come to a price on the trade-in and the new car that we felt good about. We are very thankful that Juan stayed over to help us make a deal and also for Mike staying over to teach me how to operate the Navigation system. purchased a vehicle from them 1 week ago. 4/16/2016. I purchased a used Mercedes for 22k They told me the vehicle was "gold check certified" and gave me a fidelity platinum warranty for two months and 2000miles. 5 days after owning the Mercedes and 230miles later, the active body control pump is spewing hydraulic fluid all over my garage floor. The car is moaning, and pump is knocking. I checked under the vehicle to find the left hydromechanical motor mount ruptures and fluid from the abc pump everywhere. I called Mercedes Benz, and they advised me not to drive the vehicle and the will start a claim with fidelity. Only to find out that Toyota has not honored the warranty, nor activated it. I called to try to find out why this has not been done, and was told I would have to wait until Monday 4/25 2016 for them to activate the warranty. While the time and mileage have been going up from the miles and date they entered on the fidelity contract. So now I'm stuck with no vehicle to Drive, and can not file a claim to fix the vehicle because they can not do their jobs properly. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the help Arlington.

Mike Sandelin and the service team are simply sensational. I have a 2012 Sequoia, and just turned 103,000 miles, so you know this vehicle gets a lot of usage on the road as well as around Jacksonville and Tallahassee. I made my appointment on line, and then adjusted my time. Mike called me at 9 am to tell me that my vehicle was in progress, and that it would be completed in a couple of hours. After I did a short road test, there was another adjustment needed, and it was taken care of immediately with outstanding results.

Found a 2013 Tundra online and emailed to inquire. I was contacted by Cherry Moore. She answered every question, took extra pictures, did everything I needed. I live 5 hours away so I drove up on Saturday morning. She had the truck waiting, cleaned and ready to go. All the agreed upon pricing and paperwork was accurate. Tony from finance was great. I even bought an extended warranty which I typically would of never done. The 5 hour drive was worth it to not have to deal with the BS that normally occurs while buying a car in S Florida. This is the first truck I have purchased online so I was very hesitant. Cherry really did a GREAT JOB! THANK YOU!

I had multiple problems investigated. Mr Andrews explained exactly what needed to done and how much each would cost before work completedHe also inquired about the replacement of my dash which is a recall by Toyota. He discovered that even though I had been notified about the recall over a year ago, no one had actually ordered the item for my vehicle. I had been told that when it arrived that I would be notified....obviouslyan oversight by someone Glad that Mr Andrews is so honest with his customers

This was my 20,000 mile service and Scott Boito asked if I had any concerns that he need to have checked out. He is very through and asked if I needed the shuttle to take me to work or if I was waiting for my car. I had a ride to work. Mr. Boito called me to let me know when my car was ready to be picked up. He had the service information waiting for me when I arrived and the car was also wash and vacuumed.

My Arlington Toyota experience started before I made it to the service center, by being able to make an appointment that fit my hectic schedule using the Arlington Toyota App. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by my service representative, Scott Boito. Scott pointed out a couple of things that my car needed based on the extensive mileage that I had recently put on my car. After servicing, my car now idles much better, has more power on take off, and even gets better gas mileage! Thanks Scott for your recommendations and the quality customer service that you provided!

Often a thankless one.On one hand he must make the customer feel valued and important and like he is looking out for the customer's best interest, while at the same time making the dealership, his employer, happy with his work and profitable. I blow off most sales people but am grateful that Brent Harris took the time to show me the cars I wanted to see AND to convince that the 2013 Avalon with only 14200 miles was a rare buying opportunity. I love the "new" car. The dealership offered the car at fair price and gave me a reasonable price on my trade-in. I had a slight hitch with a missing $300 key but Arlington Toyota has resolved it to complete satisfaction. I've been treated promptly and with great respect by their sales manager and their service department.

When I arrived for my appointment Jason Uhrmacher greeted me promptly, wrote up the service ticket and directed me to the waiting area. Much quicker than I expected he returned explaining what work was performed and that I was ready to go. On Monday Feb 22, 2016 took my Tundra in for the 40K service with plans of possibly purchasing a new Tundra if the price and financing was right. Met up with Rodney the salesperson, I had met Rodney on a prior servicing of my vehicle. I told him exactly what I was looking for and stressed to him the price and financing terms and only financed with TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES. I looked around the lot at the inventory available and spotted the vehicle that I was interested in a 2016 Tundra Crewmax. Pointed out the vehicle to Rodney and he worked for the deal that I told him I wanted and within three hours I was driving off the lot with it! Rodney provided great service and would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to see Rodney!

I recently purchased a used 2006 Lexus IS250 from Arlington Toyota. Cherry Moore sold me the vehicle and was great. She was very low pressure throughout the entire process! The negotiations were straight forward and didn't unnecessarily waste mine and my mothers time. After looking at other vehicles Cherry was able to grab the beautiful Lexus in which I now the drive. (2006 Lexus). Although I am currently a student in Mississippi Cherry was able to send me personal videos of every car I was interested in prior to me coming in. This was great and is a fantastic idea for individuals who like to see their potential future vehicles in a video format. All around my mother and I had a great experience at Arlington Toyota and would go back there for our next purchases. Thanks Arlington Toyota for naming my vehicle as well. Lexi the Lexus is running great!

I had an appointment to have all the 100,000 mile service performed on my Camry Hybrid, brakes checked, and a new dash installed. Mike Sandelin took care of everything and the entire experience was perfect. I had a car rented and was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes and Mike agreed to call me and let me know of anything they found. I expected to need new brakes and was happy to find out I didn't (these hybrids are GREAT on breaks). They did recommend an alignment which I added, and still left at the end of the day spending far less than I expected. The end of day pickup also took 15 minutes to turn in the rental, pay my bill, talk with Mike about my car and pay the bill. Even though they were busy, every aspect of the transaction was fast and appropriate. It was a smooth transaction at a very reasonable price and I'm very happy with the experience and care!

I bought a 2009 Miata on June 12th. On June 29th I have a major problem with the top. The top had been recently replaced improperly. Arlington Toyota will not help, will not offer fix it, they will not even take it back in to have their service dept look at it. They flat out told me that the can't help me. More like they won't help me.

But when I tell you Gary Burney turned my entire expectations around and I was out of there driving my new 2015 Toyota Corolla. He was very patient with me because I had a ton of questions, he not once doubted this sale not going through, shoot he even made sure I ate and got a great deal. Best experience I'v had thus far and I would refer any and everyone. This is my first ''BRAND NEW'' car so you know this was an unbelievable experience for me thanks Gary and Arlington Toyota for having me!!!!! My turn! When I went looking for a new car I knew exactly where to go: Arlington Toyota! Why? Because they're awesome! Not only did my Mom get a car here from Jessie but my husband also got a car here from Jarred Skinner so it was a no-brainer. Jarred knew what kind of car I wanted and kept an eye out for me. When he said he found one and I went in to look at it, I knew it'd be exactly what I wanted with the features I wanted and it was. We live an hour and a half away and I was coming after work but Jessie stayed late to help me get my dream car. If it hadn't been for Arlington Toyota Internet Sales Representative Mike Marinelli this review and recommendation would be awful. The original Rep I initially worked with was FIRED for his disreputable dealings with me by the management. It's likely my experience could prove to be educational to many so here it goes: I began my search for a new 2015 Toyota 4Runner with specific interior/exterior colors and third row seat locally. I would be trading in a high-end Lexus and paying cash for the balance. However, the Toyota dealers in Naples and *Ft Myers were not particularly interested in making a sale much to my amazement. I walked into the Naples dealership toting my folder with print-outs for the KBB (Kelly Blue Book) specs on both the purchase price and also the sale to the dealer price for my top-end Lexus trade-in. (*more on Ft Myers farther down) I spoke directly with a manager at the Naples dealership. He didn't have the vehicle or anything matching it arriving in the future. He was polite and we had a friendly conversation. However, he really didn't care about putting together a deal.One astonishing fact you should all make note of is that TOYOTA DEALERS DON'T CARE ABOUT KBB, THEY DON'T EVENT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT!!! They have their own references which are far under the dealer purchase of your trade-in and way over the retail buy price of the vehicle. Their brain will instantly send a mute signal to their ears when you mention KBB prices.Therefore, I turned my efforts toward searching other dealerships on the Internet and found one matching at Toyota of Orlando. I chatted online with "Jalee" who was going to have someone get back to me but no one never did so I called. I spoke with their sales rep "Kyle." In keeping with the same attitude I'd experienced, "Kyle" also displayed the same sluggish, even somewhat belligerent indifference toward selling the vehicle. He wanted nothing to do with the KBB info as mentioned and instead offered several thousand dollars under the KBB stated dealer purchase price for my trade-in. I called several East Coast dealers and although none had the vehicle at least "Angel" (Female) at the Deerfield Beach dealership was courteous, interested, and ambitious toward trying to actually sell a car. She even had an assistant call me back the next day trying to help-out.I finally found TWO 4Runners matching my specs at the Arlington Dealership and I negotiated with "Sam" who came the closest to matching the KBB specs on pricing. He told me to "get a pencil/paper and write down this price" which was $21,197 total including all taxes, licenses, etc.. I told Sam that the prices were good and that in fairness I had to call the Ft Myers dealer back since their rep "Jeff" had at least been polite and offered to check more into prices. At this point he still hadn't got back to me so I was the one who ended up calling back. Now here's a kicker: Even though Ft Myers didn't have the matching vehicle I offered to let them take a few weeks to get one and $500 OVER what Arlington had already quoted me so that I could deal with someone locally for service and avoid the five hour plus drive to Jacksonville. Shockingly, he turned it down....repeat, I offered a dealership $500 more than another dealership had already quoted me AND THEY STILL WEREN'T INTERESTED IN MAKING THE SALE!!So I called Sam at Arlington Toyota back and confirmed the deal, giving him a $1K deposit with my credit card. I went over-board telling him ad nauseam I was only paying the $21,197 plus my trade PERIOD! I warned him in no uncertain terms that he better not pull any shenanigans changing the price, making it explicitly clear that things were going to get very, very ugly if I spent five hours driving up to Jacksonville and he pulled that stunt.Sam said "I could trust him, he was reputable, we don't do those kind of things, he wanted my future business, etc.." I thought to myself "Sam, you're a freaking car dealer, of course I'm not going to trust you"So I arrived at Arlington and what did Sam do? Why he put a sheet of paper in front of me to sign that a a higher figure by a couple thousand dollars of course. I said "Sam what's this? You know what we talked about." In a shifty, uncomfortable manner Sam pointed to some numbers scribbled in next to the typed price column, mumbling about a "tax savings" which will later be applied by the finance department.So I met with the "finance" manager (remember, all I'm going to do is write a check for $21,197) and the same higher price appeared on the final documents. From this point things rapidly disintegrated. The Sales Manager was called in and I related the entire story verbatim to him. I made it abundantly clear that I was not paying more nor was I leaving without the vehicle after driving five hours up there.The manager realized the situation would likely degenerate to something involving hostages, a SWAT team, and unspeakable acts of savage violence if an amicable solution was not reached. He left the room and returned after several minutes announcing that Sam had been terminated and that we'd work something out. Earlier I'd remembered Ia couple of dealer installed options I wanted. So to help justify paying additional money in my mind I offered to pay full retail for roof rack crossbars and a cargo cover. I ended up paying $500'ish more.Following our revised agreement the manager assigned Mike Marinelli to further assist in completing the orientation of the vehicle. Mike is an exceptionally intelligent, easy to get along with, and decent gentleman. He works in the Internet sales department at Arlington. Although my interaction with Mike was post-sale instruction on the vehicle I believe he'd be a person of integrity in negotiations. I also want to thank Dawn, the Internet sales dept manager who called me just to be sure everything had worked-out to my satisfaction.In summary, Sam was a bad apple and it was unfortunate that he caused such a stressful situation. To their credit, Arlington management did the right thing to recognize his malfeasance and fire him on the spot. (I was cognizant of the fact it could be a charade and stated that by the way) They also went part of the way to work the deal out and claimed they were losing money on the sale. Although I still believe any shortfalls will be more than covered through the sale of my Lexus trade-in. For this reason and given the trauma I went through I have to give the dealership a low rating based upon my experience with this sale. However, MIke Marinelli is a five star individual and I would certainly work with him or Dawn in purchasing another vehicle from Arlington Toyota. That being said, I would still be sure to have them put any price quotes in writing as a general practice.Interesting observations:1.) Despite all the dealership TV commercials where the sales person is popping veins out of his face, frothing at the mouth screaming about making deals and wanting to sell you a car most of the SW FL and Orlando Toyota Dealerships really could care less. Their lack of motivation/ambition/desire to make a sale is confounding2.) KBB is a waste of time. You may as well be speaking Chinese when you reference it to a Toyota sales person. They literally don't want to hear any of it. They will offer you 70% of the KBB mid-range dealer payment for your trade-in. They'll want 10% more over the KBB mid-range purchase price for the vehicle3.) Paying cash rather than financing also makes you a pariah in their eyes. They want to sell you a car that's financed. That opens a myriad of oddball extra charges and incomprehensible complications which hopelessly skew the actual costs. 4.) A buyer who's done their homework on the selling price, the value of the trade-in, and is paying cash is evidently of little or no interest to a Toyota sales person in SW FL or Orlando.5.) Always get the sale price in writing which I foolishly dropped my guard on in this particular deal.My initial purchase negotiations with the now terminated Sam R. were borderline criminal and this phase of my buying experience earns Arlington Toyota a one star rating. I would include getting prices on my next car purchase from Arlington Toyota only because of my favorable interaction with Mike Marinelli who handled the post-sale orientation of the vehicle very well. In regard to the Star ratings Mike's performance was all five star. Averaged this in pulls the over-all rankings up a star. Without Mike's participation it would be an all one star rating. I rank price negotiation as the most valuable role that's why Mike's outstanding performance as an educator only pulls the over-all dealership rating up one star.

We learned a very valuable lesson at Arlington Toyota, don't be pressured to buy something you had no intention of buying. We went in to see a car that was only around $14,000 that we had seen online. We were immediately told that is was sold that morning. (Since all this we have found out that that is one of the top lines that car salesmen lie about.) So of course we were shown other more expensive cars. We told them that we wanted something cheaper than what we were already paying for our old car, which was $380 a month. The car we ended up getting was $25,000 after everything, meaning that we are paying $460 a month. We spent our day at this place, with a baby mind you, from 3pm to 11pm when they finally convinced us to get this way out of our price range car. They wouldn't even let us look at the base model because, "you don't want that, it doesn't even have cruise control". I never even use cruise control. I asked twice at least and we weren't shown it. The only good thing about this place, other than learning our lesson, is that they ended up buying our piece of crap car for $10,000 just to make us get this brand new car. We have been past due on the car payment now multiple times and once was almost 3 months behind. I've had to worry about our car being repossessed all because we fell into their lies and reassuring words that we could afford it. Basically, if you do end up going here, don't fall for their crap. Go in knowing what you want to buy and if they don't have it, leave. I wish we would've done this so much. But like I said, lesson learned. Thankfully we will be selling this car soon as we are going overseas.

We took car back to them because they didn't have us financed yet, they threatened to have the car towed back to us at our expense, even though the deal was never finalized. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this dealership for fear of being treated this unfairly. Terrible experience.

I honestly can say that i had a "One of a kind" experience here at Arlington Toyota. I looked for a 2015 TACOMA TRD PRO for months, called about 70-100 dealerships across the United States and Either they could not get the truck or they did not have it.My sales consultant Sylvia Brummitt, was the only person out off the 70-100 sales persons i talked to that took the extra step and went leaps and bounds to get the vehicle i was looking for. Before I knew it she had me on the phone asking about what color I wanted, accessories ect. Its a rare find to find a sales person that is willing to go that extra mile to make you happy, and out of all those people she was the ONLY one to be able to get me the Truck I wanted. I would like to recommend the Body Shop at your facility. I recently brought my car in for an estimate on damage from a minor accident. When I called for an appointment, the receptionist said "Come on in", which I did. I was promptly seen by Charlotte Myers, who called Brian Santos for an estimate, which he gave and asked if I could leave it to begin the repair. I did that, and was given daily updates by phone and e-mail on the progress of the repairs by Christine Rutland, one of the advisors. Within 3 work days, my car was ready. You could not tell where the repair was done, the paint matched perfectly, and the car looked great, both inside and out. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I have contacted your Arlington Toyota service center 5 times about this problem. I took my 2007 tundra in for the air induction unit. This part was under warranty and was replaced. My truck was given back to me with a new problem. It was making a loud ticking sound. I told the service person I did not want to take my truck in that condition. I was told there was nothing they could do. I drove off and all my lights came on ( engine- traction) . Once I got home the truck would not turn on. I asked a local shop to check my error codes. I had miss fires, i took the truck back once it would start. The service manager told me it would be $1600 just to look at. I was angry at the idea of having to pay for what your shop did . I didn't have the funds so I had to take the truck home. I have called the management, customers relations, even the district manager and have gotten nowhere. I finally did some research and began to work on my truck myself. First discovered there was a nut missing and a screw missing. Once I got down to the piston. I found the screw. This has been a shock that this could happen. I am not certified but could discover the problem and . I will be contacting the better business Bureau. This is by far the worse experience ever.

Short story. Decided on three Dealerships; 1, 2 and 3. So as the story goes, I went to dealer #3 and he said more $$$$, so I left and never heard from him again. I then went to dealer #2 and they would budge on price, they just mumbled, jumbled and they threw me a few bones thinking I would bite, but nothing serious, SO FINALLY left and went to Dealer #3 and let me tell you that Arlington Toyota is SERIOUS about dealing! They worked hard, they were professional and courteous and in the end - They did what no one else could get close to doing. The numbers that Arlington gave me to make this deal happen is so scary, I can't won't tell you how good to avoid liability of you having a heart attack! Tony Garcia you are what makes Arlington Toyota so successful! This is my third purchase from Arlington and our fourth Toyota and WE WILL BE BACK!! He had excellent customer service, and he went above and beyond. His service exceeded my husband and I expectations. We got a good deal, we did not feel robbed ,and cheated after our purchase. Irvin Ricks showed us what we asked to see , and nothing more. He treated my family,and I with VIP treatment the whole time. He answered questions, and let me just say we had a lot of questions if he did not know he found out., and we have very specific needs in regards to features in the Highlander. At the end of of the process, we were vey pleased with the purchase, and Irvin Ricks ability to go beyond our expectations in customer service. I see why Arlington Toyota is number 1 in sales.

Large vehicle inventory with great selection. If you don't see what you're looking for on the front lot, there's several acres of availability adjacent to the main building. I recently purchased my second vehicle with Arlington Toyota. I had just started my initial search and thought we would stop by Arlington Toyota and take a look at the 4 runners. I had no intent on buying a vehicle that day. I know how dealerships can be when it comes to selling vehicles and I always try and avoid the initial rush of salesman, as we pull into the parking lot. Then I met James. He is new to the car selling business and he really felt he could make a difference in the buyer/salesman relationship. James was not the salesman I expected to see, he was a nice person and not pushy at all. We chatted about his background while we test drove multiple 4 runners. His demeanor never changed once as he pulled car after car out for us to look at or drive. He was a consultant I felt comfortable to work with. I can honestly say he was the reason we put a deposit down and ordered the exact car we wanted. He worked hard to meet my demands, and there were a lot of them. I had a very specific 4 runner I wanted and I knew the price I was willing to pay based off my research and USAA car buying services. James was able to get within $300 dollars of my target price. As you know when it comes to negations, there has to be a little give and take when settling on a price. James did a fantastic job. He is the consultant I would definitely request for any future car buying needs. I also want to give a shout out to Rick Doran and Randy Lindsey. As you know, it takes a team to complete a sale and Rick was the behind the scenes guy (General Manager) who also went above and beyond to meet my trade in price. He exceeded my trade in value by $200 dollars. Nice job for not even seeing the vehicle. Last but not least is Randy (Finance Manager), he dresses to impress and really goes the extra mile for military members. As you know when buying a car with a trade in, there is a mound of paperwork that goes with it. Being a seasoned car buyer, Randy gave me the option for the express sale and that is exactly what I wanted to do. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase and I cant say enough good things about James and his team. If you decide to purchase a Toyota, go to Arlington Toyota and ask for James Hiton. He and his team will really work hard for your business.

We are a miltary family of over 22 years. It's been over a month since we traded in our van for another vehicle. After a month, they said they made an error in the paperwork and demanded another $4800. Obviously, we didnt agree. So, they did not pay off our trade in! They won't give it back, saying it's in storage. We still have to pay our bank for a vehicle we don't have! Now, we have to pay for both vehicles and for an attorney! I have purchase 3 cars thru this dealer ship & recommended it to others which have purchased. My issue is with service. The person greeting me was un professional and rude because I did not wish to purchase more than the oil change I came in for. Once the truck was serviced - now I have brake issues and would I like to pay $400 for new brakes. I said not today. well driving away from the dealer ship the brakes did not seem to work as well as they did when I went in. There own paper work states the front brake wear would put it in the "Yellow" but on a different part of the paperwork it is "Red". They can not get it straight. This is the second time on a different car that something similar has happened. After being a customer of over 10 years - I will not be coming back.

Not once did I feel uncomfortable, nor did I feel that they were being pushy or feeding me lines -- this I found to be really refreshing. Matt in Finance was also exceptional; he was very patient with me and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns.I also had the opportunity to work with their Service department and want to add that Ed has been wonderful. I spoke to Ed a few times over the phone and he was very friendly and helpful each time; when we determined that I could not find exactly what I wanted in window tint, he referred me to multiple reputable professionals in town and gave me some helpful advice. These guys may not have as fancy a shop as some of the other dealerships in town, but I would highly recommend that you stop in... I got a solid deal with the help of some awesome individuals and had a great time in the process.

Cash buyer looking to buy a Tundra and I had already gone to TrueCar for pricing. They showed me what I wanted, wrote down a price and had me sign a hand drawn line for that price. Then came back with need for an additional $1,000.00. I said we already came to an agreement and I already signed their drawn line; NOW they say they can't seem to locate that piece of paper. Went to another dealer and purchased without the drama. I also believe all these positive reviews for arl toyo soap opera dealership are created by the salesman themselves and their relatives! Take note of the rating reports that have the sales persons picture or card in the report; if your IQ is above 70 you will understand.

I was contacted on the phone by Lewis Carter reminding me my 2012 Camry was a valuable trade and 1.9% financing and special incentives where available to me. I had no plans on getting a new car. I traded for a 2014.5 Camry SE and kept my payments the same. I was in and out with my new car in less than 3 hours. Start to finish, car test drive and selection, financing, tax and tags, glove box stuff transferred and gone. I am a tough customer, Lewis Carter and Jake were very informative and hospitable. The GM Rick also was a pleasure to deal with. This is the 4th Toyota Dealership I have worked with in the area and by far the best. It is worth driving the extra few miles( I live in Ponte Vedra Beach) to work with these professionals.

Mr. Gary was very helpful in finding what I was looking for in a truck. I took 3 days, because I went to other dealers. The one thing I respected the most was his professionalism and he new when to take the pressure of. The one thing I did not like was during the financing they really push you hard to buy extra things. In reality I believe the extra coverage is great, you should give a person more time to decide. It makes you walk away from the table with a bitter feeling.

The experience that my husband and I had at this Toyota dealer was fantastic. Gary Burney, Roger Page, and Mike Deutsch, made our car-trading/buying experience seamless and pain-free. They really worked with us to make sure that we were happy and received the best price (which really was the price that we negotiated for). Friendly professional sales. Worked hard to 'make the deal' Andrew worked his hardest and was very knowledgable. One thing the dealership is really bad at is the huge amount of time it takes to lease/buy a car. I was there 5+ hours total. They bought our lunch and gave us water etc. Finance procedure was well done and explained. I leased a Prius 2013. Love the Prius car. This is my second from this dealership. After weeks of planning and searching and many headaches later, we finally found our Toyota Tundra at Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville. We were immediately surprised and pleased when we contacted the dealership to speak with such a kind, confident and professional salesperson, Alish'a Gee. She helped us get right to the point and agree on a price that everyone was happy with. We drove from Gainesville to Jax that same afternoon to pick up our new truck, they had it looking beautiful and ready to go for us. Alish'a was very helpful and everything with Arlington Toyota went very smoothly and stress-free. Alish'a even helped us learn about some of the functions of the truck and setup the bluetooth system with our cell phone before we left. We have already recommended Arlington Toyota to friends and will continue to give recommendations. I had just had my 2009 Camry serviced the day before and had received a follow up call to see if I was satisfied with my service. He politely asked if I had a minute to talk and I agreed. He asked about my service and the courtesy driver that took me home and I said everyone was extremely helpful and though I bought my car at Keith Pierson I live at the beach so it was more convent to bring my car to Arlington Toyota for service. I have been very happy with every service they performed. They were honest about everything and never tried to sell me a service I didn't need or wasn't really ready for yet. He then informed me that I was eligible for their VIP program and would I be interested. I inquired what that was and he gave me several options. He then asked if I could bring my car in so they could see it, I agreed and 2 and a half hours later I drove home ( a very happy girl) in my brand new 2013 Camry. My sales person John, was extremely accommodating and very helpful, I was very comfortable talking to him even about some personal things regarding my credit. He and his supervisor were very understanding and considerate about it and making sure I was happy and getting a good deal. I left there very pleased and will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car. Arlington Toyota was where I bought my only other brand new car and that was in the early eighty's

I went in to look at a Highlander Hybrid. Tianna, the sales consultant, was extremely helpful. After asking me why I thought I wanted a hybrid, she advised me that it might not be what I was looking for. We compared the base Highlander, the SE, the Limited and the Limited Hybrid. We decided that the SE was the best for me. There was a beautiful SE in Shoreline Blue Pearl. Tianna explained the entire vehicle to me. I am giving it serious thought. By the way, Tianna, has "it", that undefined quality in ones personality that immediately makes you trust her. She will not steer you wrong. I would strongly recommend asking for by name when you walk in.

I shopped around before calling up Arlington and I knew they were serious and committed from the minute I got on the phone with Don. I respect the fact that he respected my intellect and requirements as I reviewed the models in stock. He never tried to push me into buying more car than I needed based on my intended use. He moved mountains to get me the model, color and features I wanted. Although I drove a top of the line loaner, he proactively stayed in touch with me at least once a week until I took delivery. Don sincerely hustled to make sure I was happy while I waited until I arrived home safely in my new car. I totally got the Oscar-winning movie star treatment and I'm extremely grateful for their incredible quality of service. I look forward to buying all m future vehicles from Don at Arlington Toyota!

Update: this dealer doesn't respect their customers at all. I bought a 2013 Toyota scion CASH and I still waiting that somebody from this dealer call me to explain me why when I sign the purchase papers I chose a Toyota scion sizzling crimson color car with an specific vin # and when I picked up I received a orange red scion (I told the sales person that was ugly) with another vin # ( I don't know that at that moment). I can maybe deal with the color discrepancy but when a check a couple of days after all the papers that they make you sign BEFORE you check the car that they are going to give it to you ( never do that check the car first and you are going to save a lot of bad time) I notice that I have two different vin numbers with two different car colors. (I have the papers)I still in shock because the day that I make the initial paper work because I wait for almost a week for the car I wanted to cancel because personal reasons just 45 minutes after I sign the papers. the sales man told me that the vin number was attached to my name and they already pull that vehicle out of the inventory and I cannot make changes. but then what happen? my name just change by itself to another car?Also, I made all my car insurance papers with the first vin number (incorrect one) and the only 3 times I drove that car I were driving with the incorrect paper work? I am so glad that I were not pulled over by any cop because I was going to be on a really bad trouble. I don't like all the lies that they toll me only to make me take that car that day but I never though that the incorrect car was the reason. also, they told me the car keys have a microchip and they are expensive keys. Guest what I make 5 copies in wal-mart and is not a microship at all (another lie). no matter how cheap they make me felt that they because they told me that they have to take every accessory off the car to gave it to me in a lower price (carperts, tint, etc) I looked online and is scion with accessories in less money.I called the manager Rick Doran and he only transfer the case to the sales manager and to another sales man (a good manager stay proactive and over a case like this) that he just ask me why I don't check the papers for the color and the vin number and toll me to call him back. well, at least I read the small letters but never though I had to be over their job (that's why they work in toyota). they are expecting for me to be over the case and call them over and over. when they are the ones make the horrible mistake with a cash buyer, because like I said I still waiting for them to call me with a reasonable answer. I called them several times when I found out the problem but everything have a limit.I neverrrrrrrrrrrrr going to recommend this dealership at all because for them is only sales quote and not customer satisfaction at all. I only can recommend to shop around very carefully of where you are going to buy and if you end in that dealer be aware of the possible nightmare that you are going to have. Originally, I just picked Arlington because it was relatively easy to get to, but was soon won over by the quality of service and friendliness. For instance, my first oil change ran overtime (they guarantee 30 minutes). I was not charged. On my last one, I was told that front brakes were getting low. I thought I heard noises, so I brought the car in. They said brakes were still good; no charge. This is an honest dealership. From the beginning, I have gone to Mike Needham for all work, and he has turned into a good friend. Wherever possible, he has steered me to work that was needed and not just "recommended." I have a stepson, living in Daytona, who has some mental disabilities and is distrustful of everyone. I introduced him to Mike and he was instantly won over by the patience and offer of help that was extended. You can't put a price on that. No one wants to pay for expensive upkeep or repairs, but if it must be done, at least one should get value for money and the feeling that it was necessary. I get that from Mike.

I spent a whole Saturday at the dealer on the west side (Orange Park) and it was really a drag. They had only a handful of cars, wanted to only give me $500 for my trade and when we went to test drive the vehicle they wanted to put me in (which I had already told them I did not want a white car, and it was white) it was dead. Not only was it dead but their battery jump pack was dead as well. I knew that had to be a sign.I took the opportunity the next week to spend the day at Arlington Toyota on the southside. I had the totally opposite experience. From the minute I met T.C. Phelps, he made me feel like I was an important person. I was his number 1 customer. I told him what I wanted, they had plenty of cars on the lot, and by the time the afternoon was done, they had my business! I LOVE THESE GUYS! They also gave me $1100 for my trade! More than twice what the other dealer was willing to give me. Arlington worked with me no matter what I wanted or how I wanted my deal. They matched my "shopped and approved" interest rate. They got my payments where I wanted them to be. They gave me discounts to get me there. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my business. I made up my mind there and then, if I ever need another vehicle, I will call T.C. first, before I run all over town again!If you need a new or used vehicle, RUN don't walk, to Arlington Toyota. I was shopping around for a new prius and got the run around from another dealership closer to me in St. Augustine. A relative had recently purchased a toyota from Arlington and had a good experience so she called them for me. I quickly got a response with a fair price for a new prius. Because I had just been told by the other dealer that a price like that was impossible and no dealers actually sell the car for anywhere near the price I wanted, I was skeptical, even though Robert was very nice on the phone. The other dealership said Arlington added on many extras for customers to pay for and had a huge advertising fee that they passed on. This was not the case at all. The price quoted to me was truly "out the door" and nothing more was added--no hidden fees. The apr, the price, the car--everything was just as Robert said. This should be a given but from my experience elsewhere it is not! I came in and everyone was friendly and polite. I heard no crazy and overbearing sales people, even though it was crowded. I filled out paperwork--easy. The only slight glitch was that they would have to get the car I wanted from another dealership in a different town (and I was told this in advance when I got the quote on the phone). The next day when my car came in Robert drove half way to meet me and pick up my old car that I was trading in (another plus--I wasn't sure I was going to trade in my old car but they gave me a fair price with no hassle so I did). He showed me a few little things about the car and made sure I was comfortable, and that was it!Because I first had the total opposite kind of experience, it made me really appreciate my service at Arlington Toyota and especially the service Robert Cotney gave me. I love my new car and definitely recommend this dealer and salesperson.

I found the highlander i wanted on their web site.. and then called in and talked to kelly told her the highlander i wanted and color. It was wonderful dealing with someone that did not pressure me to come in and TEST DRIVE . She sent me a print out of the car and the out the door price. I came in and delt with Robert and he was very professional and not pushy at all. He was very patient and showed me all the highlanders they had in stock and helped me make an informed purchase and also helped me with all the new toys on my car.. He and kelly were both great the way i like to buy a car ....called called Keith Pierson before and i was completly turned off by their tactics .. felt like i had to take a bath after i got off the phone with that sales men .. i hate the closing questions .. when can u come in for a test drive? why would i need a test drive ... guess i know about the car i am calling to purchase!! Robert has followed up with me and answered all my questions.. i will buy from this dealership again and recommend to all my friends THANKS THANKS THANKS

I have driven Toyotas for about 15 years now. We bought our first Sequoia from Arlington Toyota in 2002. Even though we have since moved to Tennessee, I drove back to Jacksonville and just purchased our third one from Arlington. We did look in our area, but we just couldn't beat the deal we got from Robert at Arlington. I drove down from TN and picked up the vehicle on a quick trip. Robert did everything he could to accommodate my husband and I, it was a great experience and worth the trip.

I came to this dealer (Saturday, Sept 1st) as it was recommended to me with the intention to buy a new Tacoma Truck. After a test drive with our salesman (who name escapes me--Mike? He is about 40 with salt & pepper hair and is went to Ohio State), we settled on a 2013 Tacoma that had to come from the port and the price. Afterwards the Sales Manager shook my hand and thanked me for the purchase and that he would try and locate a vehicle for me. He found 2. Five minutes later he told me he wasn't sure he could get those vehicles because they had to be distributed to other dealers. I told him I did not understand that and that I wanted the truck. He left and came back again saying that I could not have the vehicle at the price agreed because Toyota was offing $500 cash back only on 2012 vehicles and not 2013. I told him that had nothing to do with our agreement and that I would walk if he didn't live up to our agreed upon price. The Sr Sales Manager (David ???) told him no and said the salesman should never have told me they would accept my price or that the 2013 models did not go up in price (which they did not on the 4-door). Seeing the salesman being chewed out by the Sr. Sales Mgr. I spoke up for him to which the Sr Sales Mgr became arrogant and rude to me. This angered me and after asking for reason why when I could get the same price at another dealer he yelled at me saying "then just go buy it at the other dealer"! Again after telling him about yet another dealers offer (at a loss at Coggin) he screamed at me and said to just leave and go buy it there and to just leave. We exchanged verbal jabs and he again told me to leave the dealership. I've never been treated so rudely in my life!!!!!!!!!!!! This person showed me (the customer) NO RESPECT and has no business being in that position and should be fired! I only hope the owner of this dealership (Ms. Hutchinson) see's this blog and he gets what he deserves...canned!

I came into this dealership with the intention of getting to quality cars. That was far from what i got. I came in with two decent and left with two booby traps. Not too mention one of my cars i trade in was fully paid off, and the other car i owed 5000 bout it was worth 3500. now im upside down in equity by 10000. And transmission is gone in one of the cars. "certified pre-own" And "Toyta" i will never let this dealer ship put these word too shame again in my book. i will do all my odering on line so i dont fell the presure of sale / finance / managers. ooooooh yeah the biggest lie of them all lease for twelve months on time then 0% financing. let me tell it parking lot full of slimeballs

The buying experience here is worlds apart from what my wife and I had experienced elsewhere - in a good way. We had been so disgruntled with the car shopping "game" we had endured over the past year or two, I admittedly had began walking into dealerships expecting to be turned off by a slick sales effort that would have me ready to walk out and never come back.I should first mention we were able to find the exact used vehicle we had been looking for and what was certainly a fair price.We were never once pressured or hassled during the two previous visit we made before coming back to buy. We were fortunate to meet Woody Mattar. in the sales lot, as he was a pleasure to work with and accommodating of our questions, concerns and the fact we wanted time to mull over our potential purchase. It is rare to see such patience and willingness to help a customer, considering several salesman at other dealerships we visited tried to get us to "talk numbers" within 5 minutes of stepping on the lot. Woody appeared to understand this is a major purchase for a couple with a young child. When we came ready to buy, we were still treated as well as before we agreed to sign. Juan V. made the financial paperwork a breeze and the process was very transparent. If how these two men treated us is indicative of the rest of the sales staff and philosophy of Arlington Toyota, we'll be right back when time for our next purchase.And, for a change, I've had a reason to brag on a dealership to friends and family.

My husband hates to be involved in this process and Robert understood that from the beginning. I have purchased our cars for 35 years. The customer service provided by Robert impressed our family and my coworkers when Robert came to my office to finish some last minute details on both cars. Totally misrepresented the transaction, and did not honer delivering the title of the vechicle after buyer took posssession asked for vechicle back and gave trade back to buyer once buyer realized that terms of transaction were to change.Wasted customer much time and expense. Robert was very helpful. I feel I got the straight story from him on prices when I was looking for a new car for my father-in-law. In fact, I was able to verify that on the Internet.At first, we thought we wouldn't be able to get the right car for dad, due to his large frame, and a limit on his finances. Robert worked hard to find a car, and create a deal that worked for all of us. Following the sale, Robert even delivered the car (great, 'cause Dad is not very ambulatory), then followed up to make sure we got the licence plates installed, and all paperwork in order - a big deal since teh last car was totaled, and towed away.I have bought several cars from this dealer over teh last 20 years, and will likely do so again. When I do, I will ask for Robert Cotney, and hope he's still there!

Coming from a customized almost show car 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT and having 22-month old daughter, I had to think about safety and security. I live in Tallahssee and my buying experience was completely virtual over the net and phone. That said, the experience was my best buying experience ever. They dealt with me fairly and timely with no run around. My turn around from opening call to sitting in my car (they delivered the vehicle) was 48 hours. My wife and I recently purchased our first Used car last weekend. In the past we had always been hesitant about doing this, but Stan Bolton provided the information, confidence, and customer service to get us the exact car we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Stan is a good person and treated my wife and I with respect. He made us feel like we were buying the car and he wasn't "selling" it to me. There was a spot on the driver's side door that I brought to his attention. He told me that if i couldn't get it out when i got the car home he would have the car door painted for me. He put that in writing. I went home, tried to remove the spot, couldn't get it out, and then called him the next day. He said bring it in and we'll fix it. No questions asked. AND he would have a rental car waiting for me when i got there. That is going above and beyond if you ask me. Again, Stan made this an EXCELLENT buying experience. The finance and Insurance guy was excellent as well. Very direct, to the point, and didn't try selling me products I simply didn't need. After shopping around online and being treated very rudely at another Toyota dealership in town, I selected Arlington Toyota based on the pleasant communication I received via their internet salesperson, Kelly. She understood my needs and lack of time as a single parent and totally set me up with the right sales team of Robert Cotney and Matt Lee.I stated via e-mail what I was looking for and my importance of achieving a certain payment. With the help of Joe (don't know his last name) their finance guy, everything I wanted was achieved. There were zero games, no hidden sales scams and I felt completely comfortable with the whole process. I never felt hassled, intimidated or rushed. I received an excellent price on my 2011 Sienna purchase and fair trade-in value for my vehicle.After a few initial e-mails, my purchase was achieved in person on a Sunday afternoon in less than 2 hours, all while watching a Jag game on the large tv in the showroom. They arranged for the paperwork to be waiting for me once I got off work based on my schedule. The process was fast and took less than 1 hour to get my car delivered, signed and keys in my hand. Robert was excellent in communication and explanation throughout and Matt made sure all my questions regarding financing and options were clearly answered. Why? This is why I rated as I have. Robert bent over backwards putting me into two vehicles so far. I did not have to spend a lot of time at the dealership as I did at coggin honda. I typically do not like the car buying experience,and therefore generally try to buy through the fleet department rather than through the retail sales department.My last four buying experiences were through fleet until my most recent purchase.I went to Arlington Toyota,basically to kick tires and look for some secondary transportation.It was then that I met Ed Danley in retail sales.Ed was a very down to earth,straight forward,what you see is what you get kind of guy.Ed was not a typical high pressure lets buy today type of salesman.He took his time with me,and I visited with him several times prior to my purchase.I never felt like Ed wanted to get rid of me to go help someone who might be buying today.If you want honesty and integrity in a car salesman then go see Ed.He won't sugar coat the situation,but he will work with you to help you get the best deal possible.I can honestly say that buying through Ed and Arlington Toyota was a good car buying experience.I can not vouch for the service department as of yet,but Ed assured me that he would help me should I ever incur the need.I reccomend Ed and Arlington Toyota.

Ive had many visits to the service department for routine maintenance. I will list the pros and the cons of my many visits.(cons)-simple things like tire rotation and oil changes take way too long! (even with an appointment I have waited up to 4 hours for an oil change)-some service staff are less than helpful and even borderline rude (others are very helpful)-the prices of routine maintenance are very expensive ($50-60 for an oil change and rotation are u kidding me?)(pros)-When a mistake was made by the service dept they made it right (dinged my car and repaired it and for inconvenience gave me my next oil change free)-some service staff are patient and helpful-they have a really nice lady that serves tasty hot dogs while I wait (for hours sometimes)

My daughter bought a new Camry back in November, with almost 10,000 miles approaching, her car was taken and as luck would have it, it was totaled. After almost 6 weeks passing, Geico finally paid. I called Arlington Toyota and talked with Joe Koziol and Robert Cotney on what could be done on the purchasing another new Camry. They treated us great as always and with incentives gone because of the devastations in Japan, they gave us a great deal only costing a few dollars, I believe they bent over backwards to make this happen. A great overall experience. I started by seeing a O APR tv ad and went online to find a special deal on top of that from Arlington Toyota. I called Internet sales who talked me through credit app and received pre approval and informed them what I wanted before I got there. I was given a few choices because the deal included leather seats that I didn't want. The whole experience went quickly and would highly recommend using on line services first to expedite everything! My sales persons we outstanding and I left completing feeling good about the experience-so much so we returned the next day to trade in spouses 4 year old Four runner for a new Highlander. Two sales in two days that went great, got lunch both days and full tanks of gas to enjoy the first week with!

I had tuly never met car salesmen that I genuinely liked and I can now say that I have. I had asked to make sure that the exact vehicle was on the lot - Robert called me back with his hand on the vehicle (no bait and switch), I had asked for the windows to have extra tint (tint guy was on vacation) - they cut me a check to have it tinted at my convenience since I live 2 hours away, I had asked for the paperwork to be completed when we got to the dealership so that we could "sign and drive" - all paperwork was prepared, as promised, and the best part is that I had asked for them to do the whole deal with no games, scams, or slight-of-hand tricks - we couldn't be happier!

I must rave on here about my experience with Arlington Toyota! First and foremost, I purchased a 2011 Camry yesterday which just so happened to be my first time purchasing a brand new car. The salesman I worked with, Robert Cotney, was extremely helpful & had phenomenal customer service skills. At many dealerships, you'll find that the salesmen push you into buying a car, but not here! They work with your budget and make the numbers work, if possible. They will not stick you in a car that you cannot afford! I told Robert the numbers I had to work with & the particular Camry I wanted. When I pulled up to the dealership he had a white 2011 Camry pulled up front for me AND it already had the window tint and floor mats inside! Mr. Lee in finance was very professional and did not try to force me into buying extended warranties, etc. He was very up front and recommended that I at least get the Road Hazard plan, which I did. (Mike Blum in the service department was great as well and said that Road Hazard is what he sees a major need for.) All in all, I was extremely pleased at Arlington Toyota and was in & out of there in 2 hours & 15 minutes. I left with my beautiful 2011 Camry and a smile on my face!!!! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, but especially to women. We, as women, unfortunately get taken advantage of at many auto places due to our lack of knowledge of cars. The people who work here will NOT take advantage of women, but rather help & guide them into making the best decision for themselves.

I had a couple problems with my 2006 Toyota 4Runner, so I knew just the place to take it. I've been to Arlington Toyota many times and have always has exceptional service. Well this time was no different, actually this was the best service I have ever had. Mike Sandelin took care of me and WOW he was a joy! Very friendly, very helpful, got everything I needed and even went the extra mile! I wanted to put a licence plate on my car and have tried to find the right adjuster so it would fit. Mike did not only find the proper adjuster, he put it on for me. Mike is one of the reasons why Arlington Toyota is so special, he brings people back! Anyone looking for a place to get your vehicle serviced this is where to go. Thanks Arlington Toyota and Mike Sandelin!!!

I brought my vehicle in for brake service per my scheduled appointment at 7 am; I asked that my vehicle be ready for pickup by 5 pm. I returned to the dealership just before 5 pm and paid for the service at the cashiers desk. Soon thereafter the service advisor greeted me and said my car would be up in about 5 or 10 minutes as the technician needed to complete a test drive. At about 5:20 I saw him again and asked where was my vehicle. He then told me that the service technician had broken two of the center caps on my wheels. He proceeded to take me into the service bay to show me what had happened. The car was still up on the rack and the technician was attaching the wheels obviously not out on test drive as I had been told. It was evident that a tab on each of the center caps had been broken off during the service today and because a second tab had been previously broken, the caps would no longer stay on the wheels. It was very clear which tab had been broken today as the broken edges were virgin plastic with no dirt on them. The service advisor told me he would need to consult with the service manager about the next step. I waited another 10 minutes or so before the manager introduced himself and proceeded to outline their position that the caps were already broken when I brought my vehicle in and they were not responsible. He continued to explain that the center caps can only be broken when being pushed back on and there was no possible way the technician could have broken them when removing them; a point that I refute. All that can be said with certainty is that my vehicle arrived with four center caps attached; and should have left the service department in the same condition. What amazes me more is that the service department would take such a strong position over an insignificant item.I contacted the general manager and I accepted his offer to re-imburse me for the center caps. I just wish the service manager could have taken care of this without me having to involve the GM.

I would like to thank Robert and Kelly for the best car buying experience ever and I have purchased 5 cars in my lifetime including my new 2011 Toyota Camry XLE. During the process I never stepped into the dealership even once not even to test drive or physically see the vehicle that I ultimately purchased. Robert and Kelly was that team who beat out at least 7 other dealers to get me what I wanted at a price that I could afford. They interacted with me via email very courteously throughout the process as I had many questions that only someone with full knowledge of their craft would be able to provide the answers that I needed. They were also willing to provide financing options with just my word on how great my credit rating was still without pushing for a last name.Overall, according to my friends who witnessed the numerous email exchanges between myself, Robert and Kelly, they also agreed that I received the best deal possible. And to top things off, Robert and another associate from Arlington Toyota took time from their business schedules and drove my new car to me in Tallahassee, FL at our agreed upon time. The delivery to my physical location in another city was above and beyond to please the customer.To Robert and Kelly, thank you both for everything. The new ride is all that I wanted and more. You definitely have a satisfied customer.

Rick said "go ahead and pick your vehicle. I was so impressed by this statement. Robert was excellent and we were so comfortable in buying this vehicle. This was the very best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle! I was very disappointed in are original lease from Coggin Toyata. We wanted a sun roof. The salesman told us that all Forerunners come in as a basic model. The sunroof can be added latter. We had nothing but problems with the sun roof with various leeks. We were however thankful with the equity the Forerunner had on the trade-in.

The whole process of buying our new vehicle from Arlington Toyota was painless; from the initial contact with Kelly Jester to the final drop-off by Robert Cotney. In fact, I never step foot in the dealership to complete the purchase. Kelly did a masterful job of handling the negotiation with class and honesty with all communication through email and phone. Kellys initial pricing and trade in value was very aggressive and most importantly no haggling. Following the agreed upon price, Robert drove the vehicle to our house for an inspection and returned the next day with all the paperwork to sign. He ensured the vehicle was exactly what we were after. This was the first time dealing with Arlington Toyota and I could not have been more impressed. Our next vehicle purchase will be through Arlington.

On average about every other year i buy a new vehicle and by far this was the best experience. Robert Cotney listened to my needs and exceeded them. All of the negotiating was done before i showed up and it made the car buying experience an exciting one. Toyota now has a customer for life.

Car buying is not easy--stressful and oftentimes a long, drawn out process. However, my recent experience at Arlington Toyota was a great experience. Even before arriving at the dealership, I began a email discussion/relationship with Stan Bolton. Arriving at the dealership Stan arranged for a young trainee, Jim, to show us several cars while he was finishing up with another customer. My wife and I were constantly well cared for. Over a relatively short period of time we selected the Highlander model we wanted and set up an appointment for the following day to complete the deal (as I had not brought in my trade in that day). And, completing the deal was done professionally and resulted in a "win-win". From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I went in expecting to be declined as I have so often before, But as Robert said they are able to wrk with people and get them financing. I left with the trasportation I needed. I made sure I told Robert as well as the financing manager that it was the best dealership I had been to. I would gladly return to Arlington for future purchases.

When I first walked into the dealership or as I walked around outside no one really acknowledge I was there or ask if they could help me. Some salesmen just walked by a few times. But, there was one salesman (Edward Danawa) that totally erased that first Toyota impression and experience. He stopped what he was doing and assisted me through the entire process until I was satisfied. Mr. Danawa guided me with kindness and was very clear without pressure or at least a kindness to his pressure:-)which was very nice and most helpful in my decision to purchase my vehicle from Toyota. When my fiance and I bought our car we were given a GOLD CHECK warranty and assured that if anything was wrong with the car it would be taken care of. LIES! After checking rip off report I feel taken advantage of. NO INTEGRITY. They tried telling my fiance that nothing was wrong with the car and yet when he said come on a test drive with me and tell me to my face that there isnt a problem, they have nothing to say. The people we spoke with changed their stories three or four times and were extremely rude. Our car did not get fixed. We are extremely unhappy with the way we were treated after the sale.

After waiting over a month, I still can't seem to get a fuel tank installed and my van back. Over 4 weeks for the correct part, and now they say there is a hole in the oil pan also (probably should have caught that a long time ago). Never can get calls returned or accurate information and what is wrong this time.

I bought a Used Toyota Sequoia in October, I was guaranteed that the overhead DVD player would be fixed. While they removed it at the end of October, I still have not received it back yet. The only answers that I am getting is that we have not received a email from the manufacturer yet. What have a I learned from this, Arlington Toyota will tell you anything to sell the vehicle, but will not hold up to there guarantee of service department. This is ridiculousness REALLY!!! Over 3 months to replace a overhead DVD player.

Robert contacted me after my initial internet price inquiry on a new RAV4. He kept in touch with me, but was never high pressure. He had an honest sales approach and was a refreshing change from what I consider the typical salesman at other dealerships. The vehicle I purchased had options I did not want due to price(nav system and Toyoguard), and the folks at Arlington Toyota lowered the price to make purchasing those options a good decision. And, most surprisingly, I dealt with only Robert during the price negotiations. He served as the middleman between me and the "powers that be." I expected a lot of time would be spent bartering over the purchase price, but in their first offer, they actually came within $11 of what I had decided I would pay for the RAV4!!! Wow!!! There was none of the smooth talking, condescending attitude and attempts to confuse the customer during the purchase/trade in negotiations you often see at other dealerships. My experience with Arlington Toyota was so pleasant that, if I am happy with my Toyota's performance (this is my first Toyota), I will only shop there in the future.

After visiting several Toyota Dealers in the area that were closer to me I decided to see if Arlington was as good as the commercials advertised. I called and spoke with a sales rep to confirm they had the vehicle I was looking for and they did so I took a trip to the dealership. The phone rep was just as friendly as the sales rep when I got there, all in all I have to say it was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I also just bought another new car last year so I had recently done the wheeling and dealing with other dealers not long ago. I definitely can't say these things about the other dealer.If you're in the market for a Toyota what ever you do, make sure you visit Arlington and see what they have to offer. I think you'll be happy you did.

First time I've bought a car via dealership in over 25 years. I'm a single woman and took my daughter who had recent car buying experience. We both enjoyed working with Carl Morgan. We felt that I got a pretty fair deal on purchase price and trade-in. We could have maybe haggled a little lower price, but they got me to the bottom line I requested and I appreciated that. They also negotiated a good interest rate on my small auto loan. Overall experience was very good and I love my new (used/certified) 2010 Corolla.

I am a returning customer. I purchased my first new Camry 1994 model XLE December 1993. My immediate family has owned Toyotas since 1984. Several other family members and friends refuse to own anything besides Toyotas. I have always gotten good service from Scott and Brian in the Body Shop.Robert Cotney has become a dear friend in the course of this sale and purchase of MY 2011 Camry XLE. He took the time to listen and get to know me, before he showed me the Camry selections, pointing out the difference in the selections available. Robert Cotney has made such impression on me that our family has bought a third new vehicle in the past 6 months. I must remind the readers that I have not bought a new vehicle since 1984. Wednesday Sep 29 2010New Car Sales was extremely rude to me and my wife. Their offer on trades were an insult, I was blasted by their sales manager because I wanted to immediately leave after their lame offer. Instead they held my car keys until they were good and ready to give them back to me. On Friday of the same week I discussed the matter in detail with Linda Ray (nice lady) and she was to have the General Manager Rick Dorn call me, he never did. I was offered 8K more for both of my trades by Keith Pearson, a wonderful dealership by comparison and now drive a new 2011 Camry!!

I'm retired Air Force and now a school teacher. Mr. Morgan at Arlington Toyota helped me with my trade in and new truck purchase. What most impressed me about Carl was how he made me feel safe. Buying cars scares the heck out of me but not this time. I have not used their service yet so I did not rate it but I had a very pleasant experience and purchased a new RAV4. If high pressure sales bothers you, I suggest you see Carl Morgan over there. Very low key but responsive to your requests. I never felt threatened or pushed into making any kind of decision and everyone was laid back.

Robert Cotney was the salesperson and worked well and conscientiously to expedite my sale. He listened to my needs and came through with all the options I needed right down to a color that was acceptable to me. Mike Neely was the finance contact and worked equally as hard at attaining the best possible trade in and price of the car. He listened intently to what I was trying to achieve with upgrading my vehicle and gave me very good direction. Both Robert & Mike were quick to satisfy my needs and always made me feel special when I returned. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend these two men as true professionals.

We were interested in the 2011 Sienna and two of our friends had recently purchasednew vehicles from Arlington Toyota and they recommended that we use the same dealership. We met Robert at the convention center new auto show and found him to bevery knowledgeable and personable so we requested him as our salesman when we went to the dealership. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all the new features andwas able to find us a car with the features that we wanted as well as the color. Hehad to get the car from Clearwater and he kept us updated as to the time of arrivaland when we could pick it up. He made our experience better than any other salesmanin the past has done. The dealership was also easy to deal with as far as prices and we just felt like we had been treated very fairly. Carl Morgan, our salesperson, was wonderful. Best salesperson that my husband and I have ever dealt with. He was calm and relaxed instead of trying to give us the BIG PITCH constantly. He got the answers to our questions quickly. He did his best to hurry up the finance guys so we could sign our papers and get out of there with our new car instead of standing around waiting. I would recommend Carl to anyone and next time that I am in the market to buy a new Toyota, I will certainly ask for him.

One month after purchasing my brand new Toyota Corolla,I was rear ended, and my car was totaled. 5 days after the accident, I was driving another brand new Corolla, thanks to the help of James Mulhern (sales) and Robert Hernandez (finance). Robert is extremely skilled with financing and numbers, and had me on my way not even a week after the accident occured. One month later I came out $1,200.00 ahead with a refund because of Robert's business practices. James helped me purchase my first vehicle and so I went back to him, and he was with me every step of the way. James is very trustworthy and honest in the way he approaches his customers. When he knew I was coming back to him to get my replacement vehicle, he and Robert immediately began the process, the night that I showed up to figure out what my options were. Christine in the collision center handeled everything very quickly with the insurance company and myself after I had my wrecked vehicle towed in. She was very easy to deal with and on top of everything.Arlington toyota is a excellent place to shop for a vehicle, and they are honest!

I was very skeptical of this dealership after reading some bad reviews from my Google search. Plus, I was looking at driving over eight from Birmingham to Jacksonville. Well, I took the risk and I am glad to say things could not have been farther from the negative reviews I read. Steve Vargas was great to work with and talk to over the phone. Also, Steve and his manager were very open to negotiation. Hey, they even gave me a free lunch. Wonderful experience!

I knew the model car I wanted when I went to the dealership, however getting down to the actual car was more difficult. I had many questions during the process of buying the car. Stan Bolton either responded to my e-mails or when I called responded either right away or a little later if he was not sure of the answer. He was knowledgeable in the vehicles and went the extra mile to make my buying experience great. Even on the date of actual purchase I still had a few final questions to be answered. By going the distance he got the sale, I may have walked out on someone else because my old Toyota was still running well. However Stan was the best sales person I have dealt with and I have been buying cars for over 40 years. He is a great asset to Arlington toyota and I highly recommend him to other buyers.

I have not bought a new vehicle since 1984 didnt believe in it, lose to much money out the door, then there is the negotiating, but times have changed. I received a phone call from New Car Manager Joe Koziol after not a bad experience but not a good one either, he was very nice and asked to give him a chance to earn his business, he came across very sincere and really made me feel that he meant it. I showed up at the dealer met Joe he asked what I had in mind on a new truck. After we decided, he had a few trucks brought up front and then excused himself after asking if one of his salesmen could take it from there. I met Robert Cotney and once again I had that good feeling of trust, we went over all options, compared Tacoma resale with the Frontier (which I was considering) and made me feel like I have known Robert for a long time. Then the cost, I had done my homework so I had a good idea of what was a good deal and what was not. I signed the papers, the whole experience was very good for me and my wife. I originally went to Keith Pierson Toyota. I worked with a Salesman named Michael Muth. Michael was very nice and polite, but I felt like the sales manager there was demeaning and wanted to rip me off. I left there, went to Arlington Toyota. Robert Cotney had been referred to me by a fellow employee. He treated me great, gave me a very fair deal and found me the vehicle I wanted before I left. I felt like he was there to serve me and not take advantage of me (which happens a lot when you are a woman shopping alone for a car). Robert made this one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had.

Ironically, I came in and began to shop right before James was to be out on leave, but his service to me did not end. I had previously visited another Toyota dealer in town & was very dissatisfied with their treatment of a single woman. Robert Cotney treated me with respect & this was a very positive experience. I never felt pressured by Robert or the finance department, to either buy the car or to purchase service plan upgrades, as this was not in my budget. I came in on my lunch hour & did all the initial paperwork & went for a test drive. I came back that evening with my 8-yr old son to pick up my car. It took less than an hour & they even fed us dinner, which was a plus with a hungry little boy! I took my 2008 Solara Camry to this dealership for the 10,000 mile service and also had a factory defect in my driver seat which was sent out to an upolstery shop and they did an excellent job. My service technician, Chris O'Toole was very efficient, personable and was extremely interested in my customer satisfaction. He is a huge asset to Arlington Toyota. I also took the car to the Collision Center/Scott Cooper as the ground effects/bumper on the vehicle was missing a clip and the bumper was not properly attached. Again, Scott Cooper took care of the problem and I am very satisfied with this dealership and my Solara. Charles Bowen is the owner of this vehicle, but it was purchased for me and therefore I drive this vehicle and take it to the dealership for service, etc.

It seems to me that with all the trouble Toyota has been having their staff would have a little more incentive to sell their product. We were kept waiting for an excessive amount of time. I was more familiar with the vehicle, colors and options than the sales staff and the price they came up with was way too high for the car (Avalon). At times the sales staff made me feel like they were doing me a favor by showing me the vehicle. My time, 4 hours, was wasted at Arlinton Toyota. I went there in good faith to buy the Avalon. Thank you Arlington for not working with me because I ended up buying a much superior vehicle (Hyundai Genesis) for practically the same price you wanted to sell the Avalon to me.

I went in on a busy Saturday for my baby's 15,000 mile check up. I was told at this mileage there are two choices due to my budget I settled for the less expensive one and was not pressured in any way to do the upgrade. I was also told it would be approximately 40 minutes. They were done earlier than expected. The whole experience was much better than I had expected. I always dread taking my car in and Arlington Toyota is making this something not to dread. I have a great car that I intend to keep till one of us dies. If it is the car, I will replace it with another Corolla from Arlington Toyota. Less than a week after my purchase the computer went out, causing all kinds of problems but Arlington Toyota took care of me and got my baby fixed and back to me. I have recommended Arlington Toyota to friends and family, unfortunately my salesman is not there anymore, but I'm sure they have someone as competent.

While they stated all kinds of reasons why they couldn't honor the coupon, it CLEARLY says on the coupon that it must be presented at time of sale and there are no other restrictions. Its funny because I have people ask me all the time is that the 2010 model! My family and I have been buying new and used cars from Arlington Toyota for years. Its sometimes scary to buy a used car but my family and I have never had one problem with any of arlington toyota used cars. The staff at Arlington toyota is like no other! They are NOT like your typical high pressure dealership! I dont know many dealerships that have a genral manager like Rick Doran! This general manager has a true open door policy...the man even assisted my family on picking out the best car for my budget! I dont know many dealerships that have an internet/finance manager like Kelly Jester, that will truly sit down with you and try to get you the best interest rate on your vehicle. Most dealership will finance you and rip you off and give you the highest interest rate possible. I was going to go to my credit union but after talking with Kelly she got me a better rate then my credit union. My salesperson was Sylvia- she is the nicest lady ever! If you are looking for a trustworthy,no pressure but very very knowledge salesperson she is the one to go to! I still cant believe she is a salesperson- she is so nice and helpful!I cant thank Arlington Toyota enough for everything they did for my family and I! I will continue buying cars from Arlington Toyota and will refer all my friends. Actually my best friend's dad who saw my camry decided to buy the new 2010 camry and the man never drove a non-american car in his life. So thank you again! We purchased a used car from Arlington Toyota and it was an as is NO WARRANTY deal that was understood by both seller and buyer. After departing the dealership the check engine light came on and my grandaughter stopped and called me. I had the vehicle checked by my regular mechanic and ended up replacing the timimg belt, water pump, tensioner and cam bearing for fear of a breakage, as the carfax had no mention of this service. My grand daughter was commuting between Tallahassee and Jacksonville and I10 at night is no place for an 18 year old to get stranded. Before giving Arlington Toyota a chance to assist me in the repairs or at least ask, I wrote up a negative review on this dealership that I later regretted, as I never gave them a chance to make it good. The salesman called a couple of days later (before reading the negative review) to see how we were liking the vehicle. My response wasn't what he expected, especially when I told him how much the repairs cost me. He said wait a minute, let me see if there is anything I can do. Within an hour he called me back with an offer (that they didn't have to) that was a pleasant relief to a costly repair that I was more than satisfied with. I really felt bad when they got the review. I am retracting any negative history I wrote as they went above and beyond to make my buying experience better. I have bought from this dealearship in the past and will continue to. I have a 2009 Camry and will purchase a 2011 when they come out just to show them they have made a believer out of me. I was in a big hurry to buy a car after returning from a military assignment overseas, because the car I'd driven while overseas wouldn't arrive for another month. I had only three days to shop for a car before moving on to my next assignment. I knew I wanted an Avalon, and I knew about what I wanted to pay for it. When I arrived at Arlington Toyota, I met Barry Levine. I'd already been shopping for cars earlier in the day, and I had very little time left to shop. Frankly, I was very direct about the fact that I knew what I would pay, and that I had very little time.Barry immediately gathered information about what equipment I wanted in the car and what color I wanted. Unfortunately, he didn't have the car I wanted on the lot...but he didn't give up. He located the car I wanted at another dealership about 400 miles away, and within 90 minutes, we had a deal. As advertised the car arrived the next day at close of business, and I couldn't be happier.I showed up at Arlington Toyota with very little time, a very strict budget, and very little patience. I ask Arlington Toyota, via email, for a price quote on a new Camry Hybrid with specific options and color. The quote I received was the best of the 15 inquiries that I sent out. I worked with Stan Bolton to add a couple of options(leather seats and heated seats). This went very smoothly with the best price that I had gotten for these options.Stan was great to work with, straight forward correct answers to questions, no guesses, no misunderstandings.We drove in from North Carolina in our trade in car(Cash for Clunkers). I've bought long distance before but there is always some apprehension as to will everything be as it was agreed on the phone. When we drove in Stan was waiting, the car was clean as a pin, parked under a shelter. Everything was perfect!I highly recommend dealing with Stan Bolton at Arlington Toyota.

The buying experience at Arlington Toyota was second to none. One of the main things making it that way was our sales associate, Barry Levine. When my wife and I arrived on the lot, Barry met us promptly and in a very friendly manner. He was quick to answer questions and then let us wander around as we looked at various models. He didnt try to steer us towards any particular model, rather, he let us talk about what we needed and pointed out the features of various vehicles that might best meet those needs. I should add that when we first drove through the lot, it was very close to closing time, but you wouldnt have known it from Barrys demeanor. As a matter of fact, he offered us an opportunity to take a test drive. When we did, he never mentioned closing time and advised us to drive as far as we felt necessary.In addition to Toyotas, we test drove several models from the Honda, Nissan, Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge, Mazda and Subaru lines. We drove subcompacts, compacts, mid size and full size sedans, crossover and small SUVs. We also drove hybrids from three different manufacturers. Ultimately, we went back to one of the first models we drove, the Toyota Corolla. We decided it had the gas mileage, quality and sportiness we were looking for, as well as the best price. I contacted three other Toyota dealerships, in person and on the phone and none matched my experience with Barry at Arlington. Barry made me feel as though I was a friend, rather than an adversary and I felt as though he was more interested in me finding the car that met my needs, rather than just making a sale. I believe, had he felt the Corolla didnt meet my needs, he would have advised me to go to another brand. Throughout the process, and I like to take my time, Barry never made me feel pressured to make a decision on model, accessories, etc. When it came to price, he helped me get the deal I really wanted. Closing the deal and completing the paperwork was handled by Mike Neely. He, too, was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. He offered us food and drinks from an on-site vendor and continued to work while we ate. He carefully covered different options for maintenance agreements, etc., never pressuring us to accept any of them. We did accept an extended warranty and a contract for service at regular intervals. When it came time for delivery, Barry made sure the car was detailed, then, went through it, explaining all the features. Once again, he never seemed in a hurry and took as much time as we needed.After the sale, Barry has called to make sure everything is OK with the car and to make sure we are happy. Overall, I could not have asked to work with a person better than Barry. If youre reading this and still in the market for a car, call Barry. You wont be disappointed.

I had visited Keith Peirson Toyota in Jacksonville about four years ago (2004) to purchase a Tacoma. I went in, told them what I wanted and each time (three times) I went in because I was called by their sales department that they could meet the terms I was looking for ,they kept trying to sell me a more expensive truck. The last time I was literaly told by the finance rep that I was wasting thier time. I ask to see the store manager where I pretty much told them that I was never coming back , that they had wasted my time and that I was going to Nissan to by a truck, which I did a Frontier . I pretty much decided to never set a foot in a Toyota dealership again. Well Arlington Toyota has definetly changed my mined, I walk in the door four years later (June 1,09) talked to Tony Gonzalez about the Tacoma, we discuss what type of truck he could help me find, he felt he could find what I needed. I went back this weekend, we found a truck which had more features than expected for the terms I requested. This took about 1 1/2 hours I was out the door. I bought a 2007 Tacoma certified 2.7 ,4cyl ,auto, access cab with extented warranty, Arlington Toyota, detailed the truck, took off pin stipes as I requested,changed the oil, replaced the airfilter,replaced the cabin airfilter, rotated and balanced the tires at no cost, and sold me a class three trailer hitch at their cost. The Tacoma runs much better than the Nissan , the cab has more room, and I can pull my boat much easier. Tony even had their detailer go back over the vehicle to take care of a couple items he felt that need adjustment without my request. I recommend Toyota products to you, and if you have a chance to be in Jacksonville go by and visit the best Toyota dealership in the Southeast ( Arlington Toyota) and talk to Tony Gonzalez , he will work within your means. Excellent customer attitude and loyalty and excellent automotive products. Guys , from the saleman, sales manager all the way to the detailer,( they pretty much kick ass) you guys will not have a bad experience and you will get what you want, or they will keep looking for you, customer satisfaction comes first. Excellent job.

I visited Arlington Toyota about six months before actually purchasing my Camry. I received "follow-up" calls to see if I was ready to buy. But I was not pressured in any way as I have been by other dealerships. I went to look at cars on a Sunday, late afternoon. I decided to purchase a vehicle that day, not realizing that the dealership closes earlier on Sundays. Edric (Sales) and Robert (Financing) both assured me that it was not a problem that they were there after hours. Edric went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted. Robert explained to me the benefits of purchasing the plan that I did to get the best deal for my money. I received calls over the next couple of weeks to see if I was satisfied with the car. Edric even called to say that my tag was in and that he would personally deliver it! We are a Toyota family and I have purchased other vehicles from this dealership. I have always be treated as if I was their #1 customer.

I turned my SUV in for an oil change, it came out with a check engine light, stability, and traction lights - What the heck? I immediately called over the rep and pointed this out to him. He took it back and said they would check it out quickly. Next thing he says is that it needs 2 O2 sensors, which would cost $770 to put in.I'm sorry but I'm highly suspect about turning in a vehicle with no malfunctions whatsoever, and having it come out an hour later with no additional mileage on it, but suddenly it has a check engine light and a $700+ repair estimate. My thought is that they had some junior tech do the service, which I don't mind, but I think he screwed it up and they are just trying to cover their butts and make a profit at the same time. I'm going to be writing an e-mail to the management to let them know of my disapproval of this. And for edification, my vehicle is an 04 4Runner 2WD with 55,000 miles on it and no problems whatsoever.

When I was in the market to purchase a new car, I looked around a few dealerships before I ultimately decided on Arlington Toyota. My mother had purchased a car there, so I believed I would not have the wool pulled over my eyes. I tell you right now, I am not at all experienced in car buying- and the man who talked to me when me and mother got there must of seen all the naivety in my eyes. I had spoken earlier online to the general manager, and I wish so much I had gotten the car she offered to me. Despite his politeness, he was pushy. Despite the fact he was saying "Arn't I doing you good? Arn't I getting you a good good deal?" It was clear he was just trying to smooth me and my poor grandmother over. I eventually ended up purchasing a car type I was not completely happy with, simply because I was nervous and just wanted to get a car and get out.The car I originally wanted was an LE, and I was told I could not find one there my color. I was told that a CE would be available, and I asked the difference. He said the only difference was power seating, but the overall cost of a CE was much less than an LE and I did not know that.This guy made me promise PROMISE to give him "all excellents on the survey" and look what happens a month later after the purchase, I did not give me all excellents because to be perfectly honest I felt cheated. This sale person actually calls me up and complains to me "Why didn't you ask me to switch salespeople? I would of rathered that then you giving me a bad review" among other things and then hangs up on me rudely.I am frankly appalled that such a young girl and her grandmother were treated this way. I will keep my car, simply because It is a necessity for me now with work and school - but I cannot approve of at -least- Charlie Dillard's sales tactics and overall attitude.

I will recommend Steve to any one who needs a used or new car. Steve was awsome, we went in looking for a good used car with low miles and a low price. I wasn't really into what I was being shown because of the price range I wanted to stay in. Steve suggested that we look at the Toyota Yaris, I at first thought oh Gosh, but I test drove it and it was perfect for my needs and definately being new had low miles. While test driving I told Steve I was Toyota head strong and my husnband was Honda head strong and that unless he could get us in our price range ,my husband was going to look at Honda's, needless to say we drove our little Sport Onyx Toyota Yaris home that night.... Steve Thank you, you were awsome even though I was not the best customer to deal with..Robert the finance guy made life in hectic world of Finance a better experience than what we have experienced in the past with other finance guys in other dealer ships. We have been looking at buying a Camry Solara Convertible for a few weeks. We stopped by this dealership 2 or 3 times, test drove a car and left without being pressured to make an instant decision. On the last trip we met with Torry Sessoms, and he answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and exuded a real sense of confidence, which put us at ease. Torry also provided a great option. They did not have the car we wanted on site but were scheduled to get one within a week. We made an agreement to purchase the car sight unseen with the caveat that if we did not like the color when it came in we could cancel the purchase. Ben Kennedy, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful, and made us comfortable in making the deal without seeing the car. The offer they presented was quite attractive, and they worked with us. Robert Hernandez put together the financial paperwork very quickly, and the process seemed to go much more smoothly than it did the last time we bought a car about 8 years ago. In addition to all that they fed us while we were there, and that was quite a treat.

I had first tried Coggin Toyota at the avenues in Jacksonville, FL and I wasn't happy with how pushy and arrogant the sales personel seemed, then I tried the Arlington Toyota and I met Rey Collazo, and he was awesome! We needed a good van, so we wanted a Toyota, but the budget required getting a used one. After looking around for a few weeks, we spotted one on the website for Arlington Toyota. I called to ask about it and was greeted by Tony who was polite and very helpful. I was greeted at the dealership door with the keys to the van I wanted to test drive. When my wife and I got back and wanted to buy it, the rest of the deal went very smooth and easy. From my first call, I felt like a valued customer to Tony. I still do.

I recently purchased a Toyota tacoma from Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia Brummitt. She was very knowledgable and very enjoyable to deal with, I would reccommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Andy was the money guy. Andy was very receptive to what i wanted and was willing to pay and there was very little haggling over price. Mike Neely was the paperwork/finance guy. He was informed of my intense schedule and had everything in order for me to sign and get on my way as fast as anyone could have done it. I started shopping October 2008, not knowing exactly what i wanted at the time. Well i was fortunate enough to have Sylvia assisting me in my buying experience and it was by far the easiest purchase that I have ever made. The actual visit was to pick up a part for my Camry. While not needing to get a vehicle immediately, we decided to look at used cars for my daughter who is 19 and in college. (She was driving my Camry). She wanted a truck, believe it or not. I have bought my last 5 vehicles (all used) from there so I decided just to look. Rey spotted us, came out and was very friendly and down to earth. He did not try to 'push' anything on me - asked about the use and all, and indicated what a good used vehicle it was (and is). We went on a test drive: Rey was so very nice and funny - just great to deal with. They let us drive the truck to my daughter (who was home on Easter Break) and of course she feel in love with it. We agreed on a very fair price through Rey and Jesse (who was also very nice and wore a Mickey tie!). My daughter is so proud and I am glad that I went to Arlington Toyota once again. In fact, when my son comes home from college, we will look there, possibly trading in the RAV4 that we purchased there 5 years ago that has been a wonderful car, too! I have never been dissatisfied with Arlington Toyota, anything we have worked together on has had a good and fair outcome. I have recommended Arlington Toyota to many people; and will particularly recommend Rey. Thank You, Arlington Toyota, Rey and Jesse!

Mike was very friendly and helpful. I had a sensor problem on my Matrix and came in on a warranty check-up. It was a real pleasure working with him and I look forward to working more with him in the future. Mike got me a price on an item I will be purchasing for my car as soon as I can afford it.

I have been looking for a new truck for almost 3 months and found several that I liked. Every Tacoma that suited my wants was off the charts in my price range. I sat in atleast 15 dealerships and had about 4 sales people laugh in my face at the offer I made. Mr. Wootan was my biggest aid in making the purchase, he made contct every other day if not every day, not a nagging call but calling keeping me updated on his progress and keeping me informed on what he was working on.

I came in for a battery for a Prius. I called from Fernandina and parts told me battery was in stock. When I arrived it was not in stock. Joe and Debi turned a negative into a positive. I got the battery later and bought a new 09 Prius instead of trading in the 04. I handled the transaction for a lady that Selena manages a home for in Fernandina.The team went out of their way to rectify the problem and Mrs. Houghton , at my recommendation , bought a new Prius from Arlington instead of a Georgia dealer I know. I personally have bought 19 new vehicles from the Georgia dealer over the past ten years. I will buy future vehicles from Arlington because of Joe ,Debi and Pat.

Debi and the entire Arlington family were great! As a first time buyer of a new car, they made the transacation painless and I was able to trade my old vehicle for the new one. In a matter of minutes ( and a free lunch!), I was driving my new car back home- an idea that I didn't even think could happen since I pictured so many hours of haggling and paperwork going into buying and trading cars. Debi and the financial manager were able to work with me for an ideal monthly payments and warrantly options. Not only is the staff great, but the packages they offer can't be beat! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially those nervous first time car buyers such as myself!
