5 Stars for the friendly folks at Art gambling Motors in Enumclaw. Especially Tina Lovell, the no pressure sales person that helped us buy or 2013 GMC Terrain. Love the small town atmosphere, no hustle & bustle, just timely and friendly service. Reminded us of when we use to pull into a gas station and the attendant would come out, pump the gas, clean the windows, and check the tires, all with a smile. I had my car serviced at Gamblin motors. I had a large scratch after it being serviced. The service manager did not want to fix the scratch. After long negotiations he promised to fix it. The service manager was not polite or helpful. I took the car back in for another oil change shame on me. The car came back dirtier than before. All the items from the glove box were thrown on the front seat and floor. They even broke a piece of my rear view mirror.

This purchase of a 2014 Silverado 3500hd was sweet! Chris was the sales person and there was absolutely no pressure. I was able to take my time and make a good decision on a vehicle without the high pressure hype. Everything was presented straight-up without any tricks or hidden costs. Tom arranged an amazing financing arrangement based on my credit and didn't even come close to trying to sell me anything I didn't want or need. The overall experience was one of the most pleasant vehicle buying experiences of my life and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealer. If you want an honest, no pressure, take your time experience, take a drive out to the beautiful town of Enumclaw and visit with the folks at Gamblin.

I just bought my second car from Gamblin...and I'm going to write an honest review of my whole experience with them...buying wise...they have been above and beyond....a little problem on my second car....but that was because I was trying to beat them up a little on the price...both cars have been a very fare and below average on price...the reason I put customer service down a little is the last time I took my car in for oil change and service...it got kept overnight and no phone call...just a hiccup...other times service is great...I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car...let them do their magic...ask for Chris Streuli

I had a wonderful experience trading/buying a used SUV from Gamblin Motors! I found the truck I wanted via the internet. Contacted the dealership right away, speaking to a nice man by the name of Rick and he took my deposit to hold the truck awaiting my arrival two days later. I had to make some arraignments to travel across Washington state to get to the dream truck I had found. So upon arrival with my whole family(my husband, my father in law, and my 4 young children) we were greeted promptly and very courteously. Rick and Chris formally introduced themselves to us, and we chatted for a bit while looking over the truck we planned to purchase. No rushing, no bullying, everything flowed as we were all everyday friends. Once the looking over of the truck was complete was gradually walked inside to start on the paperwork. Chris guided my children to a room filled with toys, coloring books, and television( My children were ecstatic, "so different from the last time we bought a car mom" they say with huge smiles on their faces) . So Rick works on the trade in information of my Dodge Journey, which turned out well I must say! During this time Chris is chatting with all us like we are all best friends, good times! Finally we are back to the paperwork Chris continues to explain everything in full detail not leaving out anything(even helping me set up my OnStar). We were then directed to Tom's office. Tom was a wonderful gentleman as well. Explained all the paperwork in full detail and asking continuously if there are any questions. I then was able to drive off the lot in my new Suburban with my family and I happy as can be. We were treated fair, kind, and most of all they all were extremely respectful! I highly recommend Gamblin Motors!!!

I would say buy a car from here. But make sure you do the financing else where. I had been pre approved by May credit union but they still wanted to run the credit and print all the paper work there. I drive up from Portland and still spent over two hours to get the paper worked signed. The salesman was great.

As a result there was not much "wiggle room" to negotiate but I believe I received a fair price for the used vehicle as well as my trade-in. Chris was knowledgable, Rick willing to work the numbers, and Tom (?) fast and proficient with the closing paperwork. Professional staff all around with great follow-up. Would have given 5 stars but we had to do a bit more "horse trading" than I would have preferred. That being said, if they have the vehicle you are looking for, it's worth the drive to BEAUTIFUL Enumclaw!

I took my Blazer here to be repaired after an accident. Looked good when I picked it up but after driving it off the lot, I heard a noise that I had never heard before. Took it back and received a call from the service department that it was going to cost me $10,000 to fix the noise and they told my insurance company that the noise was a bearing problem not caused by the accident! I picked up the vehicle and took it to Billy Bob's Off Road in Milton. They determined it was a broken fan making the noise and YES it was caused by the accident. My insurance company took care of it. Thank you American Heritage Insurance for your patience and multiple insurance adjuster inspections...Gamblin Motors wasted your time and mine. P.S. Gamblin's replaced the fan shroud but never noticed the broken fan itself...you know, the fan that was making all the noise...js

Came to this dealership from over 60 miles away to look at a used truck. Vehicle in question had close to 270k miles (diesel so not too worried) After test driving few similar models I settled on what I thought was a solid buy. They were kind enough to allow me to take the vehicle overnight so I could have it inspected by a diesel shop outside the area (I commend them for this) and get an idea of what was worn and needed to be replaced. Once everything was said and done I returned with the estimate in hand and proceeded to start the negotiation process. After review of the estimate to bring the truck into spec the paperwork was taken and I made my initial offer which was quickly turned down. There counter was $500 off their asking price, The estimate was well over $3,000 in repairs. I came to the table with an offer for exactly what was needed to be repaired off their asking price, at this point they still said no. They must be content with selling people equipment that is sub-standard and is in need of repair. Wasted $150 getting the inspection, well at least if someone is interested please take this review into account.

I was pleasantly surprised at Gamblin Motors buying a used Dodge Ram 3500. I would love to say that there were no problems but that would not be true, the more important thing was how they felt with the problems. It turned out the truck had a bad turbo and they quickly had it replaced it at no cost to me. There were other minor problems with the truck and they fixed them all happily! I would compleatly recommend Gamblin, they gave me the most for my trade and reduced the asking price of their truck. Overall a pleasant and happy experience.Steve

We bought a car here three years ago only to recently find out it had been in an accident before purchasing from gamblin motors. They apparently don't check carfax and I was told the car had never been in an accident. Initial car buying experience wasn't great either. After spending 26k on a wrecked car we had to fill it up because gamblin let us leave the lot with an empty tank. No follow up call or thank you after purchase. Not good customer service. They also don't check out the cars they sell. Stay away from this dealer.

I called on a specific car I found on cars.com and was told someone was taking it for a test drive but that I could come up and Taylor called me while we were driving up to say it was still available. Jesse took me out in it and it was eazy peazy. It was obvious the vehicles are priced to sell quickly and not to stay parked for very long. The next time I'm looking I'll for sure stick my nose in there a d see what Jesse has for me.

Come to find out the struts are bad up front and the parts alone are $1400 from 4wheel parts. Truck is lifted and they said when the truck had the inspection before it was sold everything was in good condition. When I test drove it the truck pulled to the left and it bounced driving down the road. Sales men said it just needs an alignment and didn't offer to pay for it. So the next day I took it to Les shwab and they told me the struts are bad and have been bad for awhile since there is fluid everywhere. I'm taking it back Tuesday and the mechanic manager wants to look at it. So hopefully everything will go good. So far I like the dealership and even more when they fix the truck I just bought 4 days ago. I will post to see what happens thanks

My husband and I have been dealing with Scott Ledford and Art Gamblin Motors for many years. We have bought at least ten cars(probably more) over the last twenty years and Scott has been our salesman. We both have great trust in his opinion and his knowledge. We needed a truck with great towing capacity and we wanted Scott's opinion about what truck would fit our needs. He suggested that a three quarter ton Silverado had the towing capacity we were looking for. We were interested in taking one for a test drive but he didn't have one on the lot at the moment. He knew what we wanted as far as features were concerned and went to work finding a truck for us. Within a couple of days, he called and said he would have one on the lot by Saturday. We drove in on Saturday morning and he had found just the right truck, the right color and all the features. We left the lot that very afternoon with a new truck. We have always been very satisfied with all of the departments of Art Gamblin Motors. We couldn't have asked for any better service.

Break out the rye bread and mustard! It's grand salami time! Chris has done it again. I just purchased a 2011 Super Sport trailer from Chris. He was very thorough with explaining the features of my trailer. He even drove by my house the night that he sold it to me to make sure that it fit well in my driveway. Chris is honest, friendly, and made my wife and I feel great about this exciting purchase. We will be enjoying our retirement years with our Super Sport for years to come! This is a dealership that went WAY OUT OF IT'S WAY to sell us precisely the Astro Van we wanted. Nick drove up to Seattle to close the deal, because we just couldn't make it to Enumclaw!! When there was an issue about the rack installation, Nick refused to accept a "just-ok" rack...made them redo it. I'm not kidding! And Tyson Gamblin is so courteous and respectful. When something isn't right...he steps in and fixes it. The title clerk was new and she had a few problems, but what a great attitude. She jumped right in and fixed it! WE LOVE YOU GAMBLIN! I recently found a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado on Autotrader that was for sale at Gamblin Motors. I live in Alabama and purchased the truck in Washington State. It passed the Carfax review and I decided to purchase it. I was told by several folks at Gamblin Motors that the vehicle had been inspected and was in excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically. I was also sent a video that showed the ins and outs of the truck. These reports were complete lies. Upon receiving the truck via a shipper, the hood release latch was broken, pins and bushings were shot making the doors difficult to open and close, several fuses were blown that controlled the lock and passenger window as well as some other missing and broken parts. This and some body damage from the shipping cost me $1200 in the body shop. I tried to approach Gamblin about helping me pay for this but they were unwilling. I have had the truck 2 months and it has started using oil at an alarming rate. I purchased a newer truck to have something that doesnt use oil but this is not the case. I am very dissatisfied with this dealership and would not use them or recommend them for anything else.

I recently purchased my Yukon denali from here. I was a returning customer as I had purchased a vehicle from art Gamblin when I was 18. Within four days of owning this vehicle three different service lights were going off. I called to schedule a service appointment and I informed them I would have to bring my daughter who is not even two. I asked how long the appointment would take and was told an hour and a half. At my appointment that day I waited for three hours and finally had to tell them I needed to leave problems not solved! My husband then took the vehicle in today to have the tire pressure monitoring system fixed and he waited for two hours one of which the car sat out in front of the waiting room not being worked on! They didn't even bother to wash the car. Now we have to wait for the mangers to talk and find out when they will fix our door which doesn't open from the inside and a window that will roll down but not up. Three times in the service department within two weeks of owning my vehicle. I have never felt so taken advantage of and dissatisfied. So the only nice thing I have to say is that the salesman Cody was amazing, I know a lot of car sales man and they can be pushy, he was anything but pushy or annoying. He was nice and tried to make things as smooth as possible after all the things that had happened. As for everything else it has been all down hill from there. The service department is a huge disappointment, that is all I will say about that and a lot of confusion between signing of papers (he was super nice too) and getting the licence, which we have to pay the money back that was given to us.... (wont say much more because we still haven't received our plates... )

After several turned down application from other dealerships, and some of them not even having the decency to call me back with an answer, I found Art Gamlbins online with a 2010 Chevy Aveo (used).Cody was friendly and helpfull all the way and managed to get everything set in one business day.I called, submitted my application, they answered, I went there after work signed all the papers and left home with a car.I receive postsales call and emails asking about the car and if everything is alright. I went here on Monday 2/17/2014 to get a car. Todd Geelan helped me get into the car I really wanted. This was my first time buying a car with a loan and he made it the easiest thing. I WORK LATE AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED AND IT WAS A SATURDAY NIGHT TYSON AND TODD MET US AT THE DEALERSHIP TO TEST DRIVE A USED 2010 DODGE TRUCK. ALTHOUGH THE TRUCK WAS IMMACULATE AND EVERYTHING THY HAD DESCRIBED MY WIFE AND I WANTED TO TALK IT OVER AND MAKE SURE IT WOULD WORK WITH OUR FINANCES. Normally I don't look forward at all to working with a dealership, but after working with Art Gamlin that has changed. From the salesman to the finance officer it couldn't have been a smoother experience. They gave a very fair price on the car and I know this as I checked it against the Kelley Blue book while at the dealer. I walked out with the deal I wanted in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They have my business for life.

Went in to trade in a car here a few years ago - they then asked me to wait for another dealer to show up and tell me what he would pay for my car. Keep in mind I had already found a car onsite that I wanted to trade.....2 hours go by......nothing.......I walk up to the manager and he assures me that the other dealer is on the way. First of all - aren't you a dealership that can handle giving me an offer on my vehicle without some other dealer's insight? Secondly, do you not care about selling your own inventory? Third, why are you not apologizing for taking so long? Another hour later I left - without buying their car and without sitting down and talking about what they would give for my car. I would never shop here ever - no matter the deal. Supposedly the owner called me a week later to see if I was still interested in buying the truck I test drove - my response "I already bought another vehicle". Slow, lack of urgency and no respect for the customer - wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! BAD REVIEW EVERYWHERE!! ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES! Worst service ever ! Advertised a car with Bluetooth navigation and ran great , car did not have Bluetooth and navigation system does not work , cost thousands of dollars to fix. Before I went to go look at it let them know I had a baby and that I could care less about the looks of the car just needed a good running car , they said ohh yes it is . Well that was not the case , light are on the dash , no navigation no Bluetooth bad tires ! Bunch of liars they don't give a xxxx that you have a baby or could care less what you think , asked them why they wrote mechanical special they said they do that to all there cars over 100k , mine had 102k , asked them they sure do go out of there way to write that down .. So I will be filing a complaint with he attorney general and will be calling the dealer investigator to have a look at my case . All I was asking is for a little help and they just plainly don't care about you or your family , they just want to sell cars .. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY..

They brought the car to my work in Tacoma for a test drive all the way from Enumclaw, which I thought was unheard of in the car industry. Then, when I went to sign the papers they had everything ready and the price was the same as we had discussed over the phone no hidden surprises. Although, it was a fantastic buying experience the car is not so great it has been in the shop 3 of the last 5 weeks since I bought it and it is sitting in my driveway not drive able right now, the manger Tom Rebek assured me they would make it right. They will be picking my car up at my home on Friday to see if they can figure out what might be going on with the car and giving me a loaner to drive. I will update next week when the problem has been found and hopefully fixed. Well, they have had my car for four days and claim it is the headlight delay that has caused all of the problems with the car. I guess we will see if that is in fact the case. Keep you posted if this last episode to their location fixed it or if I will be out of a car once again. If I will continue to have problems getting any where and missing more work. As, they do not do what they say they will do. I was told they were taking the car to Subaru and once again it never left their shop. I will update the status of the car in a week or less if the car is not fixed letting you know the status of the car.

Today I bought my second used car from Scott Ledford. Not only is Scott competent, knowledgeable and helpful, but also the same for everyone we dealt with. Tom Rebek went out of his way to check out a car for me that I had spotted on the internet. He checked out the car, ascertained that it was in good shape, and purchased the car for us. Scott Ledford then sold us the car (a Ford Escape Hybrid that I have wanted) for the exact same price that the other dealer had advertised it. We were then able to go to one dealer and pick up the car without even having to visit the first dealer. And not only that, because I had purchased a car from Scott previously, we were able to capture remaining warranty residual on our trade-in AND we got a great trade-in price. This is unquestionably the best dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with. I'll be back to them again for my next vehicle, even though they are 25 miles from where I live.

When we got there he had many vehicles for us to test drive. We had decided on a truck but was unable to purchases that one Chris did help us to purchase a Chevy Trailblazer we love it. He was very patient and made buying a car a very pleasant experience. The vehicle was NOT a Chevrolet, but a SAAB (not available in the pulldown menu). It was a 9-7X Aero, which was built on the GMT360 platform shared by the Trailblazer, and fortunately is equivalent to the "SS" package which includes the 6.0 litre LS2 V8, All Wheel Drive, heavy duty trans, ugraded brakes and cooling, and steering/suspension tuned on the Nurburgring racetrack. My wife and I at the time had a GMC Envoy, essentially the same as a fancier Trailblazer, but I had my eye on the Trailblazer SS. After reading a bit online found out the SAAB 9-7X Aero existed and instantly looked (I think it was vehix.com at the time) to see if there were any in the area. There was only 1 listed as available in the entire state of WA, and at a price around HALF of the $52k MSRP it had new in 2008 (loaded up with all the options) I knew I had to make a move even though we had NO plans to get rid of the Envoy. This was early 2010, so I felt this was the deal of a lifetime and instantly got in contact with Art Gamblin to say "I will be there first thing Saturday morning!" and also mentioned I had a 2008 GMC Envoy SLT that I would like to trade. I spent the night reading reviews and looking at pictures of the car and fell in love. I had NEVER seen (or at least not noticed) seeing one of these on the road, while Trailblazers and Envoys are EVERYWHERE. Even the mighty SS was a normal sighting. This was going to be my wife's daily driver, and I just knew she would think it was a great upgrade, even if it was very similar to the Envoy (which was a good thing). When we pulled up on the Art Gamblin lot bright and early that Saturday morning, there was the SAAB sitting front and center. We were instantly greeted by a friendly Bryce Bartoy and told him we were the ones so excited about that graphite black SUV sitting right over there. I handed over the keys of our GMC so the service department could look it over to give us a trade in price. He grabbed the keys to the SAAB and jumped in the back so I could drive and my wife could ride shotgun. I think Bryce knew this was something special as he said "Listen to that rumble." after I fired up the engine. Sure enough it was the 400 horse Chevy V8 under the hood and instantly could tell the difference between it and what I had just driven 75+ miles and nearly 2 hours from Lake Stevens WA in (the Envoy). It put a smile on my face, so I pulled over and switched with my wife. She loved it too, and all the while Bryce was not only giving us information about the vehicle, but we were making great small talk which lead to chatting about the fishing season as I had just been down in that area the weekend before. He was an outdoorsman, so I instantly felt like we had a great repore. We thought he was very relatable and so friendly, but not overly so as you might get with some other salespeople. He was a younger guy and we were glad he worked with us (my wife and I were 30 at the time). After we returned to the dealership, we went into the office to do the business. I had only purchased a car from a different dealership once before, and while it wasnt a BAD experience, it wasn't something I was looking forward to. Art Gamblin changed my mind about that! They made things so easy for us and didn't haggle at all. I got exactly the trade in on the Envoy I had asked for (it was in nice shape) and was happy to pay the price for the Saab that was listed (it seemed like an absolute steal to me, so why push it?) All the time during the financing, paper signing, and other steps, Bryce would check in and ask how we were doing with a smile. It made the experience great, and I would have given the entire team "6's" across the board if I could. We were there for less than 1.5 hours from the time we pulled up with the GMC to the time we were driving away with the SAAB. The team checked in with us over the next few months to make sure things were going well, and Bryce has been following up at least a few times per year to check with us and offer us birthday/anniversary specials at the dealership and other offerings like driving type classes and emergency situation classes. If we weren't so far away, we would certainly take him up on the offers. And I must apologize for not submitting a review sooner, but I wanted to share my experience. We still love the SAAB and don't plan to get rid of it any time soon. It still goes, turns, and stops like a dream and puts a smile on our faces when we drive it. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys! I was researching 2010 Outbacks and this cool blue one kept popping up in my search. The price was greatthe year of the car and mileage: all great.Then I saw I could instant message with the dealership on their webpageand thats how I met Cody (one of their fantastic customer service reps). He was personable (even over the web) and so willing to help. I eventually gave him a call as I started to fine-tune my car buying options and immediately felt a rapport with him (which in my experience, is very rare with dealership people).We talked a bit about the car, about what I was looking for, etc. It definitely seemed that the car would be a good fit for my needs.So I decided to drive the hour and a half to Enumclaw to take a look at this car. Everyone there was great. Friendly in a genuine way. It made the long driveduring rush hour trafficworth every minute.I ended up buying that cool, blue Subaru for a very fair price and had fun (yes, fun) during my entire time there.I highly recommend Art Gamblin Motors. I purchased a 2012 Camaro RS from Art Gamblin Motors on March 9, 2013. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The sales manager searched through banks to get me the absolute best finance rate available for my credit class. Josh Johnson was the sales person that I worked with, and he was very pleasant to work with! He was not high pressure, and he took the time to listen to me and got me exactly what I wanted. I started looking for a Chevy/GMC 1 ton crewcab Duley with a gas engine in May 2011 and did a eletronic inquirey with this dealership. I had numerous different calls and e-mail from the salesmen as they tryed to locate a truck for me. In August I recieved a call that they had found a truck that met my inquirey. Due to the fact that I live more than 3000 from the dealership I trusted that the truck indeed met my desired truck discription. I advised that due to shipping requirements the truck needed to be shipped by the 2nd week in September and asked for pictures and a copy of the window sticker of the truck as the paperwork was in the mail. I never got any pictures or a copy of the window sticker. but due to the time restraints I finalized the payment process and the truck was delivered to the barge company for shipping. In October the truck arrived on the barge and I had a chance to see the truck for the first time. The truck was an extended cab instead of a crew cab. I immediatly called the dealership and talked to the salesman which I had been working with. I asked him what crew cab meant to him he said 4 doors, I agreed with him and asked why this new truck that I paid more than $42,000 for plus $6,200 for shipping had only 2 doors and a small back seat. He said that he thought I would accept either and established an attitude of what are you going to do about it you do not have another barge until June. I asked the salesman about why he never sent pictures and he said that he was old and did not know how to. I asked him how he knew how to send and e-mail but not be able to attach a picture. I later got another call from another representative from the dealership and after I told him about the experiance he said that he would try to make it right. I never directly heard from another person from the dealership. I get advertisement e-mails but no direct contact. Now I have worenty work needed on the truck and am just kringing about having to deal with them again.

My wife and I both have good jobs, about 20% of the vehicle price as a down payment but have no credit. We decided to give it a try. I am a Yakima WA resident....In the spring of 2011 I was ready to upgrade my S10 pickup. I wanted something specific, either a Colorado or Canyon Crew cab with the 5.3L V8. GM only started dropping the 5.3 in this family of trucks as an option in 2009 so finding one used was difficult and caused me to expand my search outside the Yakima Valley. This brought me to Gamblin Motors. A few phone calls later I found myself, with my daughter riding shotgun, traversing Chinnok pass. I was met by Bryce Bartoy at the lot and we headed out on a test drive. I doubt I will ever have one better. It was the perfect mix of scenery, truck talk, and yacking about life (and Elk). There was NO pressure and he answered any question I had with honest and informative answers. I was so impressed with his integrity I had no reservations and started the paperwork to purchase that day. Dan, their Finance guy, got me a better rate than my local CU with which I had already pruchased 2 vehicles. It was a saturday and there were things my wife needed to sign but she wasn't available for the trip. They worked it out so I could come back with her on Sunday (when they are closed) and pick up my new truck. It was awesome. I got the truck I wanted, they worked with an "out of towner" to make the deal easy on me, I got a great finance package, and a fair price on the rig.....couldn't ask for more. You may wonder why I am writing this 1.5 years after purchase.....my cell rang about 20 minutes ago.....it was Bryce, checking in, asked about the truck and listened while i rattled off some upgrades I've done. Then we talked about how the elk hunt went for each of us this year.......how many of you get a call from your sales guy a year and a half after a truck/car purchase just to see how it's going much less that they remember your hobbies? Gamblin was great to deal with, Bryce was better. Give them and him a chance to satisfy your vehicle needs, I can't imagine that you would be disappointed.T. Steven Jaussaud

My Friend bought a use Subaru at this dealership, and found out there was a problem with the car. They fixed it for her and even came out and picked up the car, took it to the shop, repaired it and returned it to her. I was really pleased that she was treated this way. Brought our week old Sonic in for a warranty problem and are given a Traverse for a loaner. We have a Traverse AWD in our garage and bought the Sonic for gas mileage. So now our 100 mile round trip commute will be in a Traverse and not in our Sonic. Return to dealership 2 days later and are told we have to fill up the Traverse loaner, which we asked for a comparable car to ours because of gas mileage and were told none are available.So a warranty item cost us $50 in gas for 2 days, which we drove our Sonic to Spokane, WA from Enumclaw, WA and back due to a family illness and cost us $60 in gas. I was told to bad not their problem...Hmm Sonic bought from them, and they're Cheverolet dealership think it is their problem. My family and I will no longer do business here and goes back to the day we bought our car.

It was 75 miles away from us, but the car looked to be just what we wanted.A phone call put us in touch with Chris, who was kind enough to agree to take detailed pictures of the vehicle and send them to us, to give us a chance to look the vehicle over more carefully before investing in a long drive. To our surprise, we were contacted by the owner, Bill, following up to see what he could do for us to help with the process! This was the first time I had EVER been contacted by the owner of a large dealership for any reason!! Impressed, my wife and I decided to take the shot and go visit. It was most definitely worth the trip!To make a long story short, all manner of courtesy was extended to us; even to the point when my wife and I decided the car just wasn't quite what we hoped for, Bill Gamblin told us there was another car we might want to look at (which was currently off the lot as a courtesy vehicle). He was right! We were very pleased with the car! So much so, we entered into negotiations and settled at a very comfortable price. After that, it only got better.When talking with the Finance Manager, whose name (PLEASE forgive me, good Sir) escapes me just now, I was greatly impressed with his knowledge of lenders and the effort he put in to finding us a great loan rate beyond our expectations! Moreover, unlike some finance reps who blast you with machine gun language, "sign here" and sign there" rapidity, he was patient; explaining every aspect of the loan and benefits to be had which I had no idea were even available on the market!!When we left that evening, my wife and I were totally satisfied with all the good service, advice, recommendations and fair/honest trading we were exposed to. At the end of the day (literally) we had purchased a truly fine vehicle, at a very reasonable price, on terms well within our budget.Would I recommend a visit to Gamblin Motors? Absolutely..!!!!Well done, Gentlemen.

I bought my Chevy from Scott Ledford (my second purchase from him) at Gamblin Motors almost three years ago, and have not had any problems with it, it has been a great car. I have had all of my maintenance done at their Quick Lube, and Tony Hellman is great! There was a voluntary recall on spark plugs/boots, and as long as I was taking in to their service center for that, I decided to have my 36,000 mile service, an alignment, new tires, and get a leaky tail light fixed. When I walked in for my appointment everyone was so nice. I felt like family, they all talked and joked with me. Chris Brandelmayr was my Service Advisor, and he carefully went over what I wanted done, and what was covered under the recall and the warranty, and the cost of the things that weren't covered. He called when my car was ready to pick up and let me know they had to order one part, so I could bring it back the next week for that. When I got back, my car was washed and vacuumed and the costs were exactly as I had been told. I felt the price was fair for the services performed. They even gave me a gift bag (there was an open house for a remodel though, so that might have been why). I received a call a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the service. When I went back for the tail light a week later, everyone was so nice again - very welcoming! They washed and vacuumed my car again, and left a "Gamblin Motors" water bottle in my cup holder for me. I am happy with the service and the people and my car. Their service center is beautiful, there is even a bay to pull your car into so you don't have to go out in the weather! My son recommended Gamblin after he purchased a car there a couple of years ago. We were interested in a Chevy Traverse AWD. We made an appointment to test drive a used 2011 but didn't like the mileage or options. We tried a used 2012 GM Program vehicle which we purchased. The price of the vehicle was fair and stated up front. They offered a fair trade in price for ours (I researched Kelly Blue Book). They did not try to sell us a bunch of add ons either. They showed us what was available, stated the cost clearly and let us make the choices with no pressure. I would certainly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We had spent a long weekend looking for a car, from Puyallup to Burien. How silly of us we should have just started in Enumclaw. The customer service we received at Gamblin was excellent. Phil was wonderful to work with, the best sales person we met -- no high pressure sales tactics, which would have made me leave the lot. He has a great personality, truly friendly without the typical sales fake friendly we ran into at other dealers. Anything he didn't know as a fact he found out for us. In the future I will ask for Phil if I need to get another car.Phil did a courtesy call this morning to see how things were going. I was looking for a new car preceding a move to Boston, and I found myself at Gamblin Motors. I had a very specific list, yet at the same time didn't really know what I was looking for. Sal Roccaforte was really great to work with, he was very patient and kept looking, even when our first couple of choices didn't work out. He was never pushy, and worked within my budget without pushing me to spend more. He and the rest of the staff were very friendly, and I left with the perfect car for what I needed. When it wasn't ready to drive home that day, Sal drove it down to my office in Centralia, offering to bring it down before I even thought about how I was going to get it moved. I would highly recommend this dealership, everyone I dealt with from Sal up to the owner himself were amazing, and very friendly.Overall, this wasa really great car buying experience.

We bought our second vehicle from Gamblin in Enumclaw. The cheif reason we returned our business to this dealership is the customer service--which is superb. The second reason we returned is due to the reasonable prices on their vehicles. Our latest purchase was approximately $3-4K less at Gamblin than at other dealerships we researched.While we are very satisfied with the vehicle we purchased, it would have been nice to have a larger selection from which to choose. That would be the only piece we would change about our experience there. That being said, the folks at Gamblin are jovial, fun to work with, and really take a personal interest in the customers--Dale Dunks, our salesman, remembered our family as soon as we walked in the door. It feels good to support a local business with good quality people--We love Gamblin in Enumclaw!

My wife and I just bought our second vehicle from Gamblin Motors in Enumclaw; it was time to upgrade to a larger vehicle for the family. I was very impressed with the price and how much under blue book it was, how our gap insurance and service protection was pro-rated for the down so we had no out of pocket expense, and especially how the finance salesman went the extra mile and kept looking for a better rate for us 5.75 saving us $2600 over the course of the loan. I didn't think we could get that rate but thank you Tom Rockwood for helping out our budget and our family. Well worth the drive.

On November 6, 2011 My wife and I traveled to Enumclaw, WA from Yakima, WA to visit Art Gamblin Motors in hopes of purchasing a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ that was recently traded in with 16,000 miles. The other option we were considering was a new 2011 Tahoe that was also on the lot. When we arrived on a Sunday we were met by Salesman Tim Smith. We found him to be very friendly and honest. We ended up driving both the 2010 and 2011 Tahoes. Once back at the dealership Tim went to work crunching the numbers trying to come up with a deal we could both be happy about. In the end we agreed to purchase the 2010 Tahoe. Tim patiently answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. We spent the better part of 4-hours negotiating the purchase of the Tahoe. Tim continually brought my family bottled water and kept us informed as we progressed through the process. While we were signing papers with Tom Rockwood, Tim personally washed our new purchase since the detail guys didn't work on Sunday. He also switched our On-star and Sirius Radio from our trade-in to the new Tahoe.We met the Business Manager Tom Rockwood while signing the finance papers. Tom was aware that our two kids had been in the dealership for 4-hours and did everything he could to speed up the process, yet answer all our questions. Tom was very thorough and organized, right down to the list he made for me to take care of when I arrived home. Tom was pleasure to work with.My wife and I were very impressed with Tim, Tom and Gamblin Motors. We will be referring our friends and purchasing from them again. Outstanding work guys!!

I was needing to get rid of my VERY used F-150 and after frustrating visits to two different Ford dealerships trying to buy another F-150, my wife suggested we try Gamblin. She new of them through a family friend. We went in and met with Tom Rockwood the Business Manager. He (and Scott from the Sales Team) listened to what I needed, what I wanted, and what I hoped for, and in the end got me all three. And at a price that was much better than I hoped for. It was absolutely the best car-buying experience of my life. The vehicle itself is WAY more than I could have expected and to be honest as a life-long "Ford guy" I cannot believe how much better this Chevy is than any Ford I have ever driven and at a much better value. I would highly recommend Chevrolet and Gamblin in particluar to anyone looking for a new vehicle. All our questions and concerns were answered. Even the tough questions we had, if Chris or Tom or Ken couldn't answer on the spot they went and found the answer and got back to us quickly. Both Chris and Tom had to locate the vehicle we wanted at another dealership and bring it in for us - that was great. They really helped us get what we were looking for - they really listened to us. Then they searched for every possible way to get the price we wanted, that was even better. Ken worked with us to help us decide on several of the options we were interested in adding to our vehicle. His advice was excellent and he made sure we were getting want we wanted - no surprises. He did everything he said he would do and on time. Ken saw to it that all the options were installed and they did a great job too.We only had two minor issues with the vehicle itself and the service department fixed both at the same time we had our options added - great timing.Everyone was friendly and helpful - no matter how late it was getting. We were very pleased with the way everyone treated us and we are very happy with the new vehicle. It is exactly what we wanted.

Dale Dunks worked hard to get me the EXACT car I wanted at the right price. Dale's excellent product knowledge was extremely helpful, as these new cars have many features and benefits which can sometimes be complex. I feel that Dale worked hard to get a deal done. Not only does he work hard, he's a nice guy.Tom Rockwood in the finance department went out of his way to get me the best interest rate and took the time to talk to lenders before submitting a loan application. Some Dealers will "shotgun" your credit by submitting applications to any and every loan institution they do business with. This "shotgunning" method can have an adverse effect on your credit, but Tom at Gamblin took the time and made the effort to be responsible in securing a car loan for me. Even after a loan was secured and the deal was done, Tom continued to work for me and found a lower rate saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan.

Gamblin Motor web site was most accurate when I came to information on trucks they had in stock. I receive a quick response for the dealership. They were fair with my trade in and found the best deal possible. There sales team have contacted me after the sale to make sure I was happy with my truck. They stated if I need anything to let them know. Gamblin Motor cares about their customers even after the sale. I will but from them again. My husband and I stopped in, while on a motorcycle ride to Mt. Rainier, to look at a used car I had seen listed online. We were not really looking to buy right away, but wanted to see the car in person. Tim Smith was the salesperson who we were working with and he suggested we take a quick test drive. Tim worked with us without any real pressure and arranged for me to come back and take the car for a longer "test drive". Again, no real pressure, just let us know when you are ready to talk price and we are here. We talked by phone, texted and when we had an agreement, my husband and I drove down to finalize the deal. While I can't say that purchasing a car is a fun experience, they made it as painless as possible. Tim is a great guy and we would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a new or used car! Tony Hellman is an angel. I know that sounds sort of personal, but he helped me tremedously when I was having some issues getting my car to start. Tony had sold me a Chevy Cobalt 2 years prior and he told me if I every needed ANYTHING to give him a call. So... My car was having difficulty starting one night after work. My husband was at work and away from a phone. I called information and found Tony at Gamblin Truck Center. My phone was about to die as well...It was Friday the 13th after all!I blurted out my situation and and where I was parked and Tony said he'd be right there. He was there within 5 minutes. He started the car for me and drove me back to the service center where a rental car was waiting for me. The car is repaired and I can't say enought about Tony Hellman going above and beyond the call of duty.Rick Kranz is also an extremely good salesman. No stress... no pressure. Excellent!

Gamblin Motors is, by far, the best dealer we have ever dealt with, and won't deal with another again. Scott Ledford is no pressure, and the most helpful salesman, and the finance department is quick and easy as well. We are known for buying a lot of cars, and went elsewhere one time. It was the worst thing we could have done, and I will name the dealer, Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Lake City. They were high pressure, and we found out we got taken after we got home and read the paperwork. I know it is up to us to be sure but the way they work is very slick. In short, Gamblin was able to get us out of that deal and into something reasonable we could afford. Their people are honest and up front about everything. I would say this is the best service and car buying experience i have ever had. That is why gamblin motors earned my business. First i was able to speak with sales manager on the phone and we started to work on our price range so we didnt waste time going all the way in and have them turn us away. once we got to the dealer we were welcomed by chris and tom the sales manager. they were respectful didnt try to force us into anything, or tell us for our price range we need to look for older cars with over 100k miles like other car lots did. we test drove the car and it went as great as the car looks and they were great with their price. once again chris was not pushy at all asked us if we liked the car didnt try to fill us full of lies and sales pitches and i really respected that. We ended up walking away with an 07 impala lt with 41k miles and a way better price than anyone has tryed to offer us for any car with that kind of miles.. gamblin motors has definately earned my business for any future car i decide to buy. thank you chris and tom

Jimmy Showed great customer service. I was able to tell him what i was looking for and he talked directly to me. he keeps in contact with me on a monthly basis. When we decide to buy we will be coming back. He never pressured me into buying and was willing to take all the time i needed to make sure all my questions were answered. I went out to Gamblin motors last weekend to see if I could find a vehicle that I liked. When I got to Enumclaw and found Gamblin motors I went straight to A Cadillac cts that I saw. A very nice salseman named Bryce came out to help me with my hunt for the right car. WE spend quite a bit of time going over different options for me. I found several cars that I liked and wanted to know things about. Bryce was very knowledgable and was great in helping me. I Found several cars that I liked but I couldn't make up my mind. It was great working with Bryce and the rest of the staff at Gamblin Motors. I Haven't bought yet, I just thought that everyone should know how wonderful my experience was. I would reccomend Gamblin Motors to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car or truck, With few hassels and great low pressure sales!!!!

My experience with Gamblin Motors was probably the best car buying experience I've had. I was afforded the opportunity to take a 24 hour test drive which I found extremely beneficial. The extra time allowed me time to experience a wider variety of driving situations as well as apply this particular vehicle to what I would be using it for. The additional time allowed me see what I really liked, disliked, and assess whether or not I actually needed other options this truck did not have that look gret on paper but when applied to the truck, change the driving experience very little if at all.

I recently purchased a 2006 Ford F150 Lariat Super Crew pickup truck from Jimmy "The Man" Wiseman at Gamblin Motors in Enumclaw Washington. This truck is loaded with everything, looks and drives perfect, and has very low miles. Jimmy was extremely personable, easy to work with, and understanding of my needs and concerns. Jimmy was able to work me out the deal I wanted and in a reasonable time. I drove an hour and a half to get there and it was worth it. We were shopping for a specific used vehicle and were pleased to find several models at gamblinmotors.com. They have a nice selection of used vehicles and their website showed actual photos (not stock) from every angle and included a 360 degree video. For these reasons, we felt confident that our 100-mile drive wouldn't be wasted. We were not disappointed. We found the sales staff, especially Chris, to be very helpful. The dealership financial manager was so knowledgeable that we felt we knew everything about the finance end of the purchase. The only reason we didn't rate the total experience GREAT was because we had to spend several hours waiting to see the finance manager because the dealership was so busy -- a good sign really. This problem could be solved by not going to the dealership at 30 minutes before closing. All in all...we bought a great car, were treated very well and would come back. C & J Kuntz

My engine blew up in my 2011 Equinox after 4 wks and 1274 miles. We were given the phone# to GM to deal with getting a new car ourselves. Gamblin will fix my car at N/C but I don't trust that vehicle. We are very disappointed in the fact that we have to fight with GM ourselves or wait at least 2 weeks for a car back that we don't want, while having a AVEO for my 50 mile commute.

I am the usually the one who stays home and shows up to sign the papers after my husband works everything out. I am a working mom with four children and I was looking for a car that would be big enough for my whole family. I decided on the Chevy Traverse and went online looking for the best deal because it's extremely difficult to take the whole family out to dealerships and get anything done. I went to Truecar.com and got the name of a couple dealers with reasonable prices and I was contacted by Jaren at that time. All of our transactions were done through email as I live over 300 miles from the dealership. He sent me an e-mail with 3 different Traverses with their description and I told him what was most important to me in the features and we then settled on a new 2011 Chevy Traverse 2LT. They gave me a quote on their financing and I then contacted my bank and got a quote on their financing, and then I contacted another dealership in my area to make sure I was getting the best deal. I went back and forth between the two dealerships and finally settled on Art Gamblin Motors because the car they were offering had the best options for the price they were offering. When I got the car, it wasn't exactly what I had expected, but Rick worked very diligently with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience with their dealership and I am happy to say we were able to work something out. I couldn't be happier with my new car and with all the snow we're getting this year, I couldn't have gotten it at a better time!

Well, they are in Enumclaw... but if you live somewhere else, it doesn't mean you can't buy a car from these guys!I don't have days off. I didn't particularly want to get a new car, but someone totaled my corolla while it was parked in front of my house, so I had to. Still, I just didn't have time for a lot of shopping. I did some research and decided a Scion XD would be a good choice. Looking online, I couldn't find too many used ones for sale and when I did, they were barely cheaper than the new ones. However, Gamblin motors was selling one for much cheaper than the Seattle and Bellevue shops. I called to ask more details, but it just didn't look like it would be possible for me to get all the way to Enumclaw from Seattle with another driver anytime soon, so I was expecting to just have to spend more.UNTIL! Jim Wiseman called back and offered to bring it to Seattle for me to test drive in my own neighborhood! I agreed, and he came out early the next morning. I decided I liked the car and he drove us back to Enumclaw to work out the financing, with the additional promise that if I didn't like the deal once I was down there, he would drive me back even if I didn't buy it. Even with all the extra time he was spending, there was still no hard sell or guilt trip. He seemed fine with the idea that if I didn't buy a car that day maybe I'd remember and buy from them in the future. Very low pressure and friendly. The only negative I can think of is that there were a lot of options during the financing we had to talk about, and that took a bit longer than they had said it would. So I felt a bit rushed to decide about warranties, some anti-theft program, and which bank to finance through. But it was all useful information and it's not their fault I was in a hurry. They did get me a MUCH better interest rate than my bank had initially offered. If I'd known all these things would come up ahead of time, I'd have looked them up first and been more prepared to decide quickly. However, looking into it afterwards, their finance guy, Dan Sali, was pretty honest about which of these "things he was required to tell me about" weren't actually worth it in my situation, and which ones were good deals. Still, I got done just in time to get to work and was happy to be able to get this better deal from Enumclaw without messing up my schedule.All in all it was a very smooth and fast transaction. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Dale Dunks helped my wife get into a car while she was in college that works with her budget. He took the time to explain the cars features in detail and make sure she was getting into a car that was right for her. Most car salesmen are focused on the sale and making as much money as possible, but he made sure that the customer was getting the best that they needed for the budget and price. I never thought "fun" would be a word I'd use to describe my experience buying a car from a dealership - but that's just what it was! Everyone was friendly and courteous, and I never felt pressured or like I was just a potential "sale". Jim really took the time to listen to me & see what I really needed, and helped me work through the financial challenge of putting together a good deal for me - and was quite entertaining in the process! Tom, the finance guy, took the time to thoroughly explain all my options, and answer my questions. Some places you buy a car, and hope you never have to deal with them again. Gamblin is just the opposite - this a place where you would stop in, say hello & feel totally comfortable recommending to your friends or family. All around, a very happy experience !

We went to Art Gamble looking for a SUV but we did not see a vehicle in our price range. Mr. Wiseman came and talked to us. Instead of saying we have nothing here for you on our lot and that being the end of the day, he went into the shop and found a SUV thast had just been traded in. After spending what seemed a long very long time trying to get us into a loan we left the dealer in that Ford. I was in a cat accident where I was not at fault but my vehicle was totalled. Mr. Weisman went above and beyond to help me. Worked with me on waiting for payment from insurance while putting me in a trailblazer that I not only felt safe in but was very happy with but he also helped me in making sure I got fair value for my totalled uplander. We already bought the trailblazer he didn't have to cont. To help with insurance. In tissue world were customer service I feel is lacking I was very impressed and happy with the service I recieved from jimmy and all of gamblins staff..I also wasn't a huge dollar amount for them I purchased a used vehicle at a very fair price I appreciate that I feel like I got same treatment as someone buying a new 40000 dollar vehicle..I definatly will never buy elsewhere again. We stop at your dealership to see if you had a vehicle in our price range with a trade in. Jimmy came out and showed us a couple of SUV"S but they were out of our plan. We were getting ready to depart when Jim found out about a Explorer that had just came in. It was in the shop getting the once over and making sure that things were up to yor standards. We liked the suv and Jimmy went to work on geting us that vehicle. With the help of all involed, (sorry we don't know thetre names) we were able to purchase the explorer. My transmission went out in my Avalanche, it was terrible. When I brought it to Gamblin Motors, they were waiting for it and got it right into the shop. I got there shortly after the truck and they had a rental car waiting for me and explained the whole process that was going to take place. I got several phone calls throughout the next day telling me exactly what they were going to do. The truck got dropped off Tuesday at around 3:30 and it is done with my new transmission in it Friday at 3:30. Our first and most likely not are last experience was outstanding at Gamblin Motors. I came to look at a used car and Jim helped me. He was very courteous and had an excellent attitude. He was caring and listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. A few days ago my son and I had gone looking for a car together and we walked off of 3 dealership lots because the sales person at each was so pushy and obnoxious. One of the lots we practically had to sneak off because it seemed like they were not going to let us leave until we bought a car even if it was not what I was looking for. Jim was the total opposite of those bad experiences. He also introduced us to Mr. Gamblin and he was also very caring and courteous. The people were friendly and salesman Jimmy Wiseman met my wife and me in the parking lot indicating to us that he was very interested in securing our business. Jimmy was friendly without trying to pressure us to purchase a car that day. When we told him what we were interested in he got busy and tried to locate a car that we wanted. When we told him that we wanted to look around before buying he did not try to tell us that the deal had to be made that day or it would be lost. We also appreciated the fact that Gamblin Motors didn't inflate the price of the new Buick and then try to fake us out by giving us an inflated trade in price for our 2005 Buick LaSabre. All in all buying a car from Art Gamblin Motors was a very pleasant experience.

We were ready to upgrade our Trailblazer for a newer and larger SUV with a 3rd row. Since we had bought our Trailblazer at Art Gamblin 4 years previously and have had great service with the service department (especially Ian)over the years we decided we would go back to who we trusted. I called and initially spoke with Jared to see what they had available with 3rd rows. I told him we could posssibly come in the next week on Mon/Tue. Jared followed up with us on Monday and called to see if we could come in. We came with the entire family and spent the day with Jimmy. He was very patient with us and helped us work a "deal" that we felt comfortable with. It was great working with Dan again. He was able to get our paperwork done quickly and painlessly. My experience with Gamblin Motors was terrific! From the owner (Alan Gamblin) to the outstanding sales staff (Jimmy Wiseman), they treated their customers like family. We got exactly the car we wanted at a great price, and they made the process so easy and painless it almost makes you forget how bad buying a car at most other dealerships can be! I would highly recommend Gamblin Motors to anyone looking or even thinking about buying a car...no matter where they might live. (we traveled several hours to reach Enumclaw, and it was worth every penny!)In fact, after we had already purchased the vehicle Alan pulled me outside to show me a slight (and I mean slight...you could barely see it) chip in the windshield that had gone undetected by my wife & I. We would have easily missed it for weeks, until finally noticing it and assuming we did it ourselves...yet Alan not only pointed it out, but replaced the windshield without a second thought...as it was the right thing to do!Given their high ethical standards, as well as their family friendly attitude, my wife and I will highly recommend Gamblin Motors to all of our friends, family and associates in the future. We have purchased vehicles here twice before, and when we brought our truck in to be serviced we noticed a truck/camper on the lot for sale. We were only looking at it for a moment before Jim appeared. He was very helpful in answering our questions and anything he was unsure of he found out the answers to immediately. Jim followed up with very friendly and professional phone calls without ever being pushy. When we returned quite a while later, he remembered us and again was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate his type of "salesmanship".

I felt that Bud tried to give me the best deal for my price range and was patient with me and understood my concerns. I think that he could have given me more information about the car, because it was not the one I originally came to look at. I was recently in a accident with my almost new car. Accidents are very stressfull there is so much to deal with all at the same time and Darrold in the body shop made this painless for me. my car had 9800 worth of damage and I was worried it would be the same. But my car looks and drives like nothing ever happened ! I am veryy happy with the body shop .

I have seen Gamblin dealership in Enumclaw a lot so when my parents needed our family car to be fixed we decided to go to Gamblin Lube. When we got there Andrew Gamblin helped us out, giving us little details of what they were going to do to the car, I love going there now because of how friendly everyone is, since it is a small town we know eachother from school. My parents loved the expirence while we were waiting for the car, we were all very satisfied when we drove off. I would recomend this dealership to my friends and family because Andrew Gamblin precense just makes it fun to go get the car fixed.

My family was having some car troubles with our Chevrolet Suburban and my friend Andrew Gamblin told us to go the his dealership in town. He said that the prices were great and so was the service. Darrold did an excellent paint job! Couldn't even tell it'd been painted. Looks like new again! Darrold also got the job much faster than the other bodyshop I looked at! Pricing was reasonable too. Thanks Darrold! Will definately be back to visit the bodyshop.

Jim was very helpful and not at all pushy as some salesmen tend to be. I like to mull things over in my mind and don't like anybody bothering me during this process. When I decided to make an offer , he took the offer to the chief and returned promptly with the counter offer which I considered fair. I could have shopped his price but it seemed in the neighborhood and I am willing to pay a small amuont more to keep my business in the community where I live and do business. I felt comfortable in the dealership and think I will be pleased to get my service in my hometown area.The dealership followup is great so far and I hope this will continue thru the following years as I plan to keep my car for ten to fifteen years as I did with my provious vehicle. All in all I am pleases with the total experience and trust this will continue as I have recommended this dealer to many friends.

My only drawback with car dealerships in general is, I wish dealerships would provide the purchase price that they purchased the car for from auctions or trade-ins. I have given a rating of good because I believe nothing can be great.Jim Wiseman and Jeff were very friendy there customer skills were good.I like the truck very much but with closer inspection I found things that I wished I would of caught up there such as the radio had problems so it had to be replaced also the consel has a crack in it and the alighnment had to be fixed but other than that I was very satisfied.

I had spent months and months looking for the right truck and I found it online at Gamblin's. I contacted them and I when I arrived later that day they had it pulled up front and all warmed up for me to test drive. Negotiating was easy as I knew what I needed to pay and they worked out a great deal for me and were fair on my truck I traded in. They definitely took care of me and next time I am looking for a truck which should be a long time from now I am going to let Gamblin's know what I am looking for.

I was driving through Enumclaw and my Honda said my tire pressure was low. I got nervous so I pulled into the Gamblin Quick Lube and they were able to fill up my tires and change my oil - all within an hour! Jordan was really helpful and I highly recommend their oil change center. Thanks, Gamblin!
