This is our first car buying experience with Artioli, but it will probably not be our last. Eric, our salesperson, was easy to deal with, and Phil made it easy for us to think about our decision for a couple of days before making the purchase. I never once felt pressured into buying a car before I was ready to. Perhaps the most pleasant surprise was meeting with the finance person. I was dreading that moment when they try to sell you everything under the sun. Again, the experience was easy! The price of the vehicle was right, and I didn't fee like I was being taken advantage of. They even gave us a nice amount on our trade-in.

I have a 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn and had a problem with the radio in my vehicle, once I contacted Joe Artioli he went above and beyond to the correct the problem. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They do what it takes to satisfy their customers.

Great service throughout my entire experience dealing with Artioli Chrysler Dodge. I was looking for a new Dodge Dart and am very happy with my purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Eastwood. He was very accomodating and asked the right questions in order to find me a car that fit my needs. The whole process of going in, looking at a car, test driving, and buying took a total of two days! I bought my car on a Friday and was able to drive it off the lot on Saturday. High level of customer service.

A+ service. We have purchased two vehicles from Artiolis after our friends bought theirs. They all have been great!!! Would not go anywhere else ever again... As long as they keep up the great deals and service!!!!

bought a 2010 charger,They had car fax showing all was good paid 16,000 on loan,like 6months later the molding was coming off rear door passenger side and bubbles ,only to find out the car was hit on side,Went back and fourth,they said they wounld fix at cost to me,they new the car was hit,and shounld fix, now am at a big lost and car value alot less now,they shounld fix at no cost to me, buyer beware

I shopped all the dealers. Emailed and went in with my wife to 6 diff local car dealerships. This dealership by far was better. They were all NORMAL. From the emails to the staff, they were excellent. I bought my Charger from Gary, he was totally different than the other salespeople I went to and Joe Artioli came out to meet me and explained the process and made me really feel comfortable. Thanks for the great SERVICE and sales!!!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and couldn't be happier. I bought a Challenger, Charger and a Ram pickup from Artioli. They also performed all of the vehicle maintenance as well. A few thoughts are:1). This is not like a giant dealership under an umbrella. Customers are not just numbers. It's unusual to get decent customer service these days especially after the sale.2). They made the sales process easy. It wasn't hours of intense backroom negotiating where I felt like I was siting in the back seat. I was able to negotiate the price i wanted generally within 15 minutes.3). The closing process was simple and easy.4). I have gone back for mopar related accessories and installs and they did a great job.

I traded in my ram in order to get a vehicle with no payments and better gas mileage. I only took Artioli's deal because they gave me the best offer for my truck, but over charged me for the used car I purchased. I was involved in a small accident when I first got this car; and after 2 consecutive visits to their service department totaling a full month of time off the road, my issue was still not fully repaired. Two and a half months later (and only 2.5 months of the car being on the road in my posession), my engine seized due to gas leaking into the oil. The will only fix my engine at a discounted price. I was going 70 mph on the highway when the engine seized. I am lucky that I was not hurt. Now, my car is a paperweight; and I have to bum rides from friends and family yo make sure I don't lose my job.

We purchased a used car from this dealer. During the final paperwork I felt very rushed. They offered me a warranty but the person finishing the paperwork told me that they couldn't offer much of a warranty though. So I declined the warranty. With in a week the air conditioner. I thought ok it is a used car so no big deal I took it to a garage to get it recharged. The local garage told me there was a small leak in the pressure service valve so I had them change it. A few days later the engine quite while on the way to work. we got the car home and tried starting it. The engine made a loud knocking. I called Artioli and told them about it they told me to bring it in so they could look at it.I limped it in with the engine sounding bad. They looked at it and told me there is metal in the oil and the engine would have to be changed they told me $2000. Remember I had this car for less then 2 weeks.I asked if they could work with me a little better. After several conversations with the the manager and service counter the price went down to $1600 they told me that is their cost. They would install a used engine.I told them maybe I would look at getting a new car They offered me a trade in value of approximately $3000. The original price I paid was $7000. I checked out local garages a local garage told me they would change the engine for $1600 the engine is $800. The engine and labor had a 90 day warranty.So I took the car to the local garage had them change the engine. I got the car back home running fine but the air conditioner wasn't working again. I brought the car back to the local garage they checked the ac and told me that there was a massive leak in the condenser. They showed me the leak under the ultraviolet light. This leak had to have been known by the dealer since the charge would only last about a week to week and half before the a/c would quit.The condenser is changed now and it seems to be working fine now.I am very disappointed with the dealer ship not only did they sell me a car that they new for sure it wasn't working completely, they also didn't help me with fixing the car after the engine quit. Nor did they help with trading the car in to get a new car even though I only had the car a week.

My family has been buying from Artiolis for years. I have been to a few other car dealerships in the past. Bobby S our salesperson was awsome!!! He helped us get to a payment that worked for us. The other dealerships all told me they couldnt do it. I than had a sratch 3 days later and went back and met Leo the service manager. He had the buff the scratch and it came out great... Thank you all who work there, it wasd a great experiance...

I took my PT Cruiser in for service at Artioli Dodge, Enfield Ct. on the recommendation of a friend. This dealership is about 15 miles away.My mechanic did not feel comfortable replacing the timing belt, which had broken. The service rep., Jorge, was friendly and gave me information I needed to contact a towing service and the car was taken to the dealership within a day. I was contacted after the car was looked at, and told that indeed the belt had broken. It was also recommended that I replace the water pump and a few other parts. I agreed to have all the work done, even though the price was much higher than I had seen quoted on line at PT Cruiser blogs for the same work. My thinking was that I needed to have a car that I could rely on, and having it repaired at a dealership would assure this.Upon driving the car home, the serpentine belt, which had just been replaced, shattered and I lost power steering. I had to return my car to the dealership. When I called them, I was told that they had replaced the belt with another,it should be okay now, and a service man had driven the car for over 30 miles to be sure the belt would hold. When I again picked up the car, it had just enough gas to get to the first station I came upon. More importantly, the air conditioner was not working. I am sure that the mechanic who test drove the car realized this, since the temperature was in the 90's that day, and the dial was turned up to the max. So, again I returned to the dealership. Leo, the service manager, assured me that it would be taken care of. After the mechanic checked it again, I got yet another call from Jorge saying that the problem was caused because the car had been in a very bad accident and the connections had worked themselves loose. (The accident was 5 years ago and the air has always worked).There was no charge for any of the work after the initial repair. I have no complaint about the speed of service, or the friendliness of the staff at Artioli. Getting my car in working order has been a 1 1/2 week process. I had to trouble others for rides. And to top it off, they used all of my gas to check a problem that they had caused and never replaced it!
