Hadn't heard of this business until I needed to find a replacement car for my wife. Happened to come across ASH and found a nice deal on a good car. Worked with Addison LaRue who was very attentive and helpful and everything was done quickly. If they have the car you are looking for, this is the place to go- a way better experience than going to one of the big dealers. I'll probably have to find something new for myself within a year and would definitely check their inventory first thing.

I recently came to Ash Auto for a window tint and I couldn't be happier! Jonas and Andy were incredibility knowledgeable and welcoming, immediately making me feel comfortable. Their prices were by far the best in the valley, and the job they did was absolutely fantastic. I recommend Ash Auto to anyone looking for a no-pressure, honest car buying experience- I'm definitely coming back!

I bought my BMW 740li from Ash Auto Group and it was a quick and easy process. They gave me a great deal on the car and I am very happy. I love the car. My only slight complaint is that when I went to pick up the car, it needed an oil change. I wasn't expecting that. But, like I said, I got a great deal on the car and there were no other mechanical issues, so I'll let it slide. If you hate the vultures at the big dealerships, this car buying experience is perfect for you.

I know Jonas as a work associate and actually didn't think about requesting his services till later. I had bought a car in Texas. Living in California created a bit of a problem for me to acquire the car. I contacted the Ash Auto Group and eventually spoke with Jonas. I explained the situation and wanted to transport my car from Texas to California. First of all if and when you speak to Jonas you'll know immediately feel at comfort in speaking with him just based on his tone level and his way of carrying a conversation. Jonas gave me a brief explanation on how the auto transport system works and assured me everything would be taken care of. Having work with Jonas I relied on his expertise and came through on everything he said. He did all the leg work and save me dollars and more importantly my car was in perfect condition (a bit dirty but outside transport and long distance so it was expected). The gentleman that delivered my car was easy to talk to and honest. I highly recommend the Ash Auto Group for quality of service and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them as well for purchase of car. So spread the word! I will. Thank you Jonas and Ash Auto Group.

The Ash brothers helped me into a BMW 335i that I am quite fond of. Everything from the beginning was an open book. I was provided all the information such as service records and carfax reports on my car. I was treated like a friend and given all the facts upfront rather than feeling like another person to make a quick buck on. All and all it was a very personalized and professional car buying experience. My parents have since bought a car from them as well and rave about the manner in which they were treated! I will recommend them to anyone needing a car and will be using Ash Auto for my next car as well! Thanks for all your help!

I worked with Andy to purchase a 2003 Mazda Tribute and it was the easiest process ever. The vehicle is immaculate! I Never felt like I was dealing with a used care salesman at all! Mainly worked with email and he was extremely accommodating to meet around my schedule. This is the best vehicle purchasing experience that I have ever had! I highly recommend!

Got a car that I thought there would be no way for me to own. After going to dealership after dealership, and they trying to put me in a car I don't want, and also saying need a couple thousand down. I called Ash Auto, and Andy helped me get a loan on the sweetest BMW around. He even took my clunker ride I rolled up in towards the price of the car. All in all got the sweetest ride around, and only paying for three years, unlike those other dealerships wanting me to cruise something you don't want, and paying at least five years. Will recommend Ash Auto to everyone I know, and will use them again. Look no further Ash Auto is the way to go.

gotta say, they have a really good customer service, they offered me a good deal in a car the i bought from them, they even picked me up from my place to give me a ride to their location to pick-up the car, they treat you really good and listen to anything you are looking for. i would really recommend them to anyone. i think this is the first time i had i good experience buying a car. thanks to ASH!

After looking for what seemed years, I found my late model Land Rover LR3 at Ash Auto Group. I worked with Andrew who was friendly, thorough, and flexible with a personal situation. AAG went over the car thoroughly and provided me receipts of all work done. In addition he provided detailed information on the car including model details, options, and services done. Having usually gone through the big stores for my purchases in the past I only came across Ash Auto because if the specific car they had. However, after going through the process with Andrew I can honestly say this was the best and EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. I intend to use them in the future and have them ship the cars to me. I have never written a customer review before but after my experience with Ash Auto I felt they deserved every accolade I could share. Thank you Andrew. My family and I are thrilled with our car!!!

I dealt with Andy via e-mail and text messages and finally in person. Andy picked me up at the airport and drove me to his dealership. This saved me a 60 dollar taxi fare. We looked at the car that evening and took it for a test drive. Andy changed out the wheels and tires the next morning and also promised to fix an issue with the entertainment system. Andy made good on his promise and I am extremely happy with my BMW 650i Convertible. I would definitely do business with Ash Auto Group again. Andy is a man of his word and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a newer used car.

I went in looking to get a different car and within a matter of days of was driving the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. The advice I was given and level of professionalism was outstanding. Customer service couldn't be better! I purchased a 2012 dodge charger from Andy and I am extremely happy with it. The car is in perfect shape. It's everything they said it was. I was an out of state buyer and I was nervous it being my first out of state purchase but Andy walked me through the whole process and made it as easy as he could. I even had to put it on hold for a couple of days due to our daughter being born during the buying process and Andy even held the car for an extra week for me. I had just totaled my new(used) Audi and the first thing I thought was I am never going to get as great of deal as I did on that car! I was also worried about timing and how to proceed with my bank. Andy, was able to walk me through the banking process and made shopping for a car fun. At 62 years old, I have purchased a lot of cars in my life. This was the best buying experience to date. Superb car. Superb price. Superb customer service. None of the fees that most all dealers charge. They had the car emissions checked and all paperwork filled out for easy title transfer. Kept the car a couple extra days to fix an issue they found on the final shake down. They wanted it perfect for me. Old fashioned customer service you don't see much anymore. 2001 ZO6 Corvette. Looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Very happy. Give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

While looking for a particular type of car online and driving around Phoenix, I came across my dream car at Ash Auto Group. One of the first things I notice was the low price. When I went through the process of buying my first car it was a little nerve-wracking, but when I saw the car in person and just how down to earth Jonas was it made the buying process whole lot easier. Not to mention there are no documentation fees at all. Ash Group was flexible with me every step of the way and we had a smooth financing process at my credit union. I would recommend anyone to give these guys a chance since they will provide the best car for your buck. Will be going back to them for my next purchase and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Ash Auto Group is not a conventional dealer. They focus on selling fine used cars at discount prices. They can do this because they have virtually no overhead! They do not have a conventional dealership. They store their cars in different garages around town. Wren you want to see one of them, give Jonas or Andy a call and they will meet you at their office with the car. It makes for a great, stress free buying experience. I drove up from Tucson (122 miles) and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend Ash Auto Group if you are in the market for a fine used car.

I recently purchased a 2007 VW GTI from ASH autogroup. The process was streamlined to a T. Even though I live in Arizona I was still a two hour drive away, Andy helped me out all along the way and made the buying experience a pleasure to be in. Andy even took the car to a VW dealer to get it inspected and they performed some recall items and got me a new master key fob, free of charge to me. This was easily the smoothest car buying experience ever. Due to accepting a job offer in Tampa, I needed to trade in my baby (a 2-seater convertible)for something that was more comfortable for my pets to ride cross-country in that had the towing ability to pull a uhaul. I purchased a 2006 Durango SLT from Andy, and it was by far the easiest and stress-free experience purchasing a vehicle ever. I wish I could purchase all of my vehicles from here on out from Ash Auto Group!
