I was happy with the service department until they tried charging me a extra $170 on a key I didn't agree too. Told them I wanted a valet key $100. Was told didn't need to pay for programming the key. Someone ordered the $170 then was told I needed to pay for the programming. Thankfully they fixed that. But I was still charged for the more expensive key I didn't ask for. "They got it down to $130 the price they paid". Got to pick up my car after days of being told it would be ready the next. Get there to pick up my car, paid the $130 got charged a credit card fee no one told me about. And my key wasn't even programmed. Thankfully checked before leaving. The programmed it and I went on my way. Definitely don't plan to go back.

I dropped the ignition key to my 2012 Lincoln Navigator and it started to not work properly. I did not buy the car from Asheboro Ford but called them because there is not a Lincoln dealership in Asheboro. When I called to order a new key I was told that the key would cost $180.00 plus $75.00 for programming. I went to the dealership to prepay for the key. I spoke to Matt in their parts department. He offered another solution. He put a new battery in the key and super glued the the back on. Total bill was $4.97. I was blown away by Matt's willingness to take his time to save me money!!!!! What tremendous customer service.

They had me make an appointment to get a key made. I made an appointment for the next day, and it took them nearly 2 hours to make the key. The charged me $4.74 to use a debit card. When I made the appointment, I wasn’t told there was a charge for using a debit card. The place is pretty new, but isn’t cleaned very well. The waiting room was dirty (dirt around) the floor at the TV, and the bathrooms filthy. I won’t go back.

I have never had a dealer work so hard to make a deal work. It took 3 weeks to get the trade in valued but they never quit working on the deal. I live in FL and this was a big factor in the time frame. I am sure they could have sold the 2016 GT350 at MSRP to another customer in that time frame but Michael persevered and wouldn't quit until we had a deal.

The shop, showroom and waiting area is always very neat and clean. The people are always friendly and very helpful. I have always had the best experience at Asheboro Ford whether I was purchasing a vehicle or getting my vehicles serviced there, they are the best! I highly recommend Asheboro Ford!

I've serviced my previous vehicle here as well as traded it in and purchased a new one from Asheboro. Only place I would go for service or sales!! Amazing staff, service and trustworthy. They have your best interest at hand, which is hard to find nowadays.

I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from Asheboro Ford. The buying process was great, Mike certainly aimed to please and was very personable, friendly and helpful. A couple of issues with the vehicle were addressed and rectified to our satisfaction. Jonathan, the sales manager, made certain that we drove off the lot with complete satisfaction! Great experience, great staff.

Everyone at Asheboro Ford is awesome! I had the easiest car buying experience ever! No one jumped me right when I drove in. I already knew which car I wanted after browsing their inventory online. I test drove the car, told them how much I wanted to pay monthly, and they made it happen super fast. I <3 Asheboro Ford! I love my new car! They also have free coffee! I want to say after a harrowing experience with County Ford in Graham . These guys restored my faith in good people. I am a disabled lady of 6his 3 . I don't have the greatest credit . I am upfront when I call a dealership about myself and my budget . I found a car I was interested in on their site 2012 Fiat Sport . Called and set up a test drive . I met Mike first , what a great guy . Before I even got to drive it , he suggested checking to see if I could get it in the range payments I wanted . This took a little time ,but was well within limits of waiting time . Then his finance manager took over ,as we went on a test drive . Long story short ,these guys went above and beyond , even got me a much better finance rate than Country Ford had offered . Love these Guys . Greatest place to go when looking for a car !!!!!!!
