Good, easy, no hassle service and recall repair. Went in to get my last free service and asked about recall email I had received. Was told the service would take about 2 hours. One hour and twenty minutes later I was leaving. They had serviced my truck and also conducted the recall repair as well. Saved me time and another trip in for the repair.

I started looking for a truck in May. I told the dealership what I wanted and got some information. I told them I wasn't buying til October. John never harassed me. He waited to call until September. I visited the lot again, and he helped me find the perfect deal. From the lot to your front door, you won't find a better dealer. Go see John Ingram, and tell him Sarah Rice sent ya!

My customer service experience was exceptional from first inquiry to check-out! The detail work was good. My only complaint was that the inside of the middle console was overlooked in the cleaning process so I had to clean that myself. That shouldn't happen for the price I paid.Overall an exceptional experience that I would consider going through again in the future!

Posives-in and out in 4 hours. Sales guy held my box from cleaning out old car for me while I waited to sign. Clean. Negitives- i questoned the tires balding on the truck and asked for a discount because the tires will need to be replaced soon. Nothing was brought up after that. I was never showen any numbers or prices until at the signing table. Financed for 75 months?!?! Would like to have know where the numbers came from and how my down-payment effected payments. Just asked what payment range I want to be at. That's it. Then after getting home and looking over the forms, not happy with the way this was presented at the dealer and making it LOOK like I was getting a good deal. Would only Recommend to a friend if only they insist on looking at numbers and for how many months financed first.

I called first thing in the morning when my check engine light came on. Unfortunately first available appointment was going to be the next day BUT service department was able to get me in right away do the repair and have me on my way before 10 a.m. that same day. Always pleased with the service and even more so this time round since I had a new grandson coming the next morning and needed my car. Thank you!!!!!

I brought my vehicle in for a service and was told mine would be the next one in the shop. I waited an hour and half in the waiting area . When I got up to inquire about my car I saw my car just going in the shop no apologies nothing. was told it would be longer. I wished they took appointments so this would not happen but they will not. I would suggest going some where else to get the oil change I am sure it would be faster and probably cheaper. Don't go to this dealership for service.

This time, when I drove in, I was told that there were two ahead of me. Since that was my purpose, I had to wait. I was pleasantly surprised and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. That works out to about 30 minutes a care and that's about right to check everything that they say they check with the amount of time it actually takes to check them.

I made one call to Athens Chevrolet and within a few minutes I was on my way there to drive my new Colorado. The General Manager (Jeff) sent a salesman named Kevin out to show me the truck. He went out of his way to help me understand every option on the truck before I drove it. I had the feeling I was the only customer he was concerned with. It was not like at other dealerships where they rush to get you partially satisfied and move you along. He never attempted to make my mind up for me. I was at a dealership the day before for 30 min. and not one person came out and even spoke to me. I highly recommend Athens Chevrolet for your next purchase.

A remanufactured starter was installed in my vehicle at a cost of over $464 plus labor and my research revealed that remanufactured starters are available for $100-$200 and a new GM starter is available for less than $300..

After searching for our new (used) vehicle we saw the one we wanted at Athens Chevy. After contacting Jeff Baggett and asking numerous questions, which he answered quickly and honestly, we decided to purchase the vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu a week ago and all I can say is that it was overall AWESOME. Katherine Fontinel the Internet Sales Manager is the one who helped me. She was terrific. I went on a test drive and even she explained to me all the features that I knew about and didn't know. She knew her Chevy. All I can say is WOW!! I have never had a car buying experience like this one!! Started researching the car I wanted about 4 months ago and when I was finally ready to buy, I was grateful the one I wanted was still there! Katherine Fontinel, the internet sales manager, and Branden, who I believe is the GUY IN CHARGE, made this the BEST car purchase I have ever made. Only spent an hour at the dealership, gave me a killer deal on my trade and did the impossible on the price of the car. This was the first dealership out of many that didnt try to sell me a car that I didnt want in an effort to get it off of their lot! Thank you Athems Chevy! We very recently purchased a used car from Athens Chevrolet for our daughter. We found the car we wanted on the internet and was contacted by Katherine Fontinel, the Internet Sales Manager who was extremely helpful. Katherine Fontinel and Rich Forbecker were great throughout the entire process of my purchase of a 2003 BMW Z4. The car was prepped and ready to test drive and after the purchased gassed up and washed. Only my own paperwork issues with my lender delayed me from what really could have been an in and out in under an hour process. But hey, a Diet Coke by Katherine saved the day. I recently purchased a used Toyota Tacoma extended cab 4x4 from Athens Chevrolet and I have to say I was quite impressed. Katherine Fontinel helped me out a ton since I am located at Fort Benning. She had all paperwork ready for me when I got there and even worked it out for me to leave my old truck there for a few days until I had a chance to drive back up. Katherine was always available to answer any questions of mine even after closing hours. I would definitely say customer service is one of this dealers strong points. They also do great work with USAA which is how I found my dream truck in the first place! Athens Chevrolet gets my seal of approval for sure!

Katherine Fontinel was very helpful in assisting me get a new Cruze for my daughter. I was 800 miles away and had to do everthing by long distance. My daughter did not have any means of transportation except the bus, and Katherine picked my daughter up and brought her to the dealership for a test ride. Further, the dealership provided a driver to get my daughter to the DMV to get her license converted to Georgia from her former state of residence and then on to the dealership to complete the sale. I appreciated all of Katherine's extra effort and the efforts of the other employees involved in the buying process to make it as easy and painless as possible.
