If I could give 10 stars, I would have! One of the best experiences I’ve had in any business. Bobby was very patient and helpful during the entire process. Extremely kind and not pushy at all on selling me a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and luxury vehicle. Bobby and William are excellent! I've never had such a stress free used car buying experience. They were accommodating and made sure all my concerns were addressed to make the whole car buying process a breeze. William was very responsive and Bobby was quick to resolve inquiries. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family (and actually already have!).

From the moment I contacted ADA it was a welcoming and pleasurable experience. I received emails and text messages in response to any questions that I had prior to my visit. I spoke to Ms. Kapri who set an appointment with me to come in to test drive a truck I became interested in that was advertised on ADA's website. She indeed is one of the most kindhearted and most considerate women you'd love to meet in your day. I test drove the vehicle of interest, but it wasn't a good fit for me. As I turned to leave the sales lot, I was gestured to wait by a Mr. Faisal, another kind face! He desired to have feedback on my test drive. He encouraged me to stay and consider the other options he had to offer. After a total of 6 test drives, (which speaks to having enough inventory) I finally found the pickup truck for me. I'm so very happy that he stopped me from leaving the lot when he did. He handled me with GENUINE Care and helped me find the vehicle that best fit my personal credit profile! As for the atmosphere, It was very clean and comfortable. Though not a large dealer environment, one can appreciate the "personal attention" you get in a quaint auto dealership like this one. The details matter. There were many offers of a complimentary drink while waiting. In the waiting areas or offices there is provided power charging stations for your devices just for any patron that is there for as long as I was there test driving and finalizing my purchase find themselves with a low battery charge! Lastly, the Entire staff is like that of one family. They treat you with great appreciation for choosing their dealership to purchase your new vehicle. They all genuinely care. Right before you drive off the lot in your new vehicle they provide you (your vehicle) with a Big Beautiful Car Bow to take a picture for their website! We had a great experience at ADA. William and Bobby really do go above others to provide exceptional customer experiences. Straightforward and honest. They even took care of a repair that I had planned to pay for at no cost. Thanks for getting us in to a great truck and I'll be back when we are in need for another vehicle.

Good experience buying from Atlanta Direct Auto. The manager and salesman were very helpful and able to answer all my questions/concerns. Mechanic helped to answer questions I had about the vehicle. Car was in very good condition for a used vehicle. You can tell they put the work in for stuff that needed fixing. Above and beyond. Would recommend and buy from again.

Painless! That's how i would describe my experience with them. I normally despise dealerships because of the intense pressure to buy but these people were so easy going and laid back! I would Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a good deal and great customer service!

This is lengthy, so please bare with me...Background: I was involved in an accident on 85N {a van rear-ended me}. Unfortunately, my car was totaled. I had a short amount of time to purchase a car and return the rental.Purchase Process: Knowing the type of car I wanted did help. I know that I wanted a Lexus SUV, but was not sure the year or model. I searched online for dealerships that had great options I could choose from and then narrowed it down to five places. One day I visited all five places, negotiated options, and then finally landing on the Lexus GX470. Upon returning home I compared all my options by various categories. The #1 dealership that had the best option in each category was Atlanta Direct Auto {ADA}. So I called to set up a time to come and visit again. Maggie answered and was nice and informative on the phone. We discussed a good time to come by; however, please note that no appointment is need to go to ADA, walk-ins are always welcomed. When I arrived I met with Bobby {the same person who received me on my prior visit}. He was excellent. We discussed the different types of vehicles again, still landing on the GX470 option. There was no pressure at all. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy, beyond the purchase process, with my vehicle selection. We went over what it means to also take care of the car ~ not just limited to gas and cleaning. Maintenance and warranty options were also discussed. We even went on another test drive. Bobby was very patient and thorough with me. For this reason, and countless more, I finally purchased my vehicle from them. Icing on the cake, you AUTOMATICALLY get 3 months of warranty. No other dealer that I visited offered that. This also proved to me that ADA believes in their products and services.Post Purchase: I noticed that my car was riding a bit funny {not just because I was not used to driving an SUV}. When I brought it back, Elber {the Mechanic} not only adjusted the controls to normal, but also walked me through the different/more features of my vehicle. Needless to say, I LOOOOOVE THE LEXUS GX470. This vehicle is sooooo smooth.Keywords: No Pressure, Honest, Great Customer Service, Patient, Thorough, Understanding, Willing to Work with You, Great Work Ethic, Reasonable, etc.Bottom Line: At ADA I truly believe that satisfaction is guaranteed. A lot of research went into picking ADA and purchasing my car from there. I have no regrets. I love my Lexus GX470. I will definitely use them to purchase all future vehicles. Bobby, Elber, and Maggie are GREAT!!!

Thank you so much Bobby for dealing with me! I was a pain in the butt to deal with since I'm a buyer from NYC and drove down to Atlanta to buy the 2011 Infiniti FX50. Although this is a pretty rare vehicle, he had the best price within a 1500 mile radius from NYC. Bobby was straight upfront with me all of the prices/NYS taxes and he didn't try to force me or up-sell me into anything. It took me about 3 weeks to be sure and make the trip down to ATL and he was patient with me throughout. He sent me multiple videos of the FX50 from all angles including the interior.As for the car, he let me test drive the car to my own satisfaction. I loved the car right away but certain things to note: the brake pads and rotors were completely worn, the tire tread was also worn to about 4 out of 32 tread, the battery was very rusty and basically reached its limit and the oil needed to be changed. These are just minor issues and I addressed it to him and since the car already had the best price around, I really was not able to negotiate it down any more. He did give me just a $100 discount for the battery and I don't take any of this as negative since it is a used car. My last used car that I bought from a NYC dealership did have brand new tires and and brakes and that's what anyone should expect but then the price of the car will obviously be higher. I know Bobby gave me the best price possible and I do not look at any of these as negatives since you do get what you pay for. Even after that the price was still much better than other dealerships.I definitely recommend him even to my friends and families as it is hard to come by an honest dealer these days and Bobby went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I didn't even pay for the car until 5 days after I bought it back to NYC as I didn't know about an additional verification I needed to make with my credit union for the loan check and Bobby understood the situation. Thank you again Bobby and best of luck with your business which I'm sure will always keep customers happy!

Well to start If you see a vehicle you want don't leave without it because within two days later the vehicle was sold and the one we purchase someone was coming for it the upcoming weekend but decided not to give a retainer hold fee . Must say our lucky day we purchase a Infiniti Fx 35 and I just know we purchase the right vehicle for us at the right place thanks for making this car buying experience easy and special thanks to your staff they are awesome. This was my first experience purchasing a car unseen from another state. By working with Bobby, he took extra pictures, extra videos to secure me the car was in perfect condition and in working order. We were able to execute the deal in a few days and make arrangements for transportation to Columbus, Ohio. Going forward, when I go through this process again, I will troll is website to see what he has for sale as the price was great and he responded to my texts after hours. Thanks Bobby, I'm a happy customer.

This week was my first experience with ADA and it will not be my last. I left with the 2007 Mercedes E550 that I had been looking at. Bobbie took good care of myself and my son for the duration of time we were there. I never felt hurried, and Bobbie was great with answering my questions. He made the process appear seamless. I had not purchased a vehicle in a very long time, and plan to be a repeat customer.

We went to Atlanta Direct Auto not having any idea what car we wanted. Bobby met us at the door and from the first moment he was polite and pleasant. He listened to our needs and showed us several cars. He spent much time explaining and comparing the cars and their features. He is a great person and works hard to satisfy his customers' needs without being pushy. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Atlanta Direct Auto to our friends and family.
