Always great customer service here, from the owner Alex, to Ms. Emily and the best salesman Chino! He is the only salesman I deal with about my car and when I refer people. He is honest and always has the customers best interest at heart.

My salesman Randall was very helpful, I needed a car to get to work asap..Single parent on a very tight budget, he was able to get me in a nice car which was better than I expected. He walked me thru the whole process from beginning to the end, which put me at ease at a stressful time.. I love my ride! I'm so thankful. *Highly recommend.

This person is such a awesome sales person he goes out of his way to make sure the vehicle he is selling you runs good and it's in good condition. he would not let me out the lot without making sure everything was right on my vehicle. Mr. Allen, believe it or not was one of the best Owners I have met, I was angry about quite a few issues at first but he bent over backwards for his customers including me, he did his best to make sure the issues got fixed and make the calls himself. I you want people that cares about serving you then I recommend you to go to Atlanta Unique Autos it all worth it!

I drove an hour after speaking with someone about a particular car. I was told the car was still available and I had set up a time to look at it. Once I got there I didn't see the car. Once it was pointed out to me, I was mortified. The car advertised online is not the car I was shown. The car on the lot was parked behind several other cars, had flat tires, a sticker on the window that said "not for sale - engine trouble". The car was also extremely dirty inside and outside. When I asked the salesman if this was the same car advertised online, he replied "yes". I then told him that I wasn't interested in buying a car that clearly had engine problems, he said "no, the car is good - it just has the sticker on it. I'll put air in the tires and we can test drive". I told him no thanks. Then he tried to get me to look at other cars and I did, but was not impressed. Most of the cars look like they have some type of mechanical issues or cosmetic damage. I was completely turned off and I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from this dealer.

Okay.... Where do I start...the customer service sub pair the salesmen Randle talked a good game made me feel good over the phone but when I got there two of the tires was flat they had trouble putting air putting air in one of the tire and I finally got a chance to two test driver it and the car only went 35 mile per hour it was a black charger on rims 2007 model with a touch screen dish

I went to look a vehicle. I had high hopes to find a nice car for my family. We drove over a hour to get there and once I was there. The car was parked in the corner blocked by other cars. I called previously to let them know that I was coming by a certain time. They didn't have it ready out of the maze of cars they had packed on the lot. Once they finally got it out of the tangle of mess of vehicles, we opened the doors. The smell coming out of the vehicle was horrible. It had mold on the seat belts and on the seats. It was very dirty inside and out. I was very upset. After speaking to the car salesman, we asked if this was a flood vehicle or something. My husband saw that there was a water level line on the inside of the car. The auxiliary pug had water damage. The salesman said it was that someone left the sunroof open. It does not accrue that much damage from the sunroof. Like really? I wasted my time, effort, and gas going to this place. Don't go here to check out any vehicle. Bad experience.

Took my car in for a transmission leak and they took care of me immediately. They didn't charge me one dime. They worked with me on my down payment and always attentive. I highly recommended them to any and everyone. Dorian the GM was very helpful to me. Aces.

My daughter and I went to Unique Auto Sales on February 16. I was actual looking for a car. But it didnt happen like that lol. When we pulled up we met a guy who was closer to God (he was extremely tall) by the name of Randall. Randell is a very nice guy. He was patient with us the whole time we were there trying to make up my mind, well i couldnt decide on a vehicle my daughter did. She is 19 years old and this would be her 1st car and she wouldnt something waaaaaayyy out of her price range but they didnt sale it to her Randall spoke to her like a father and simpe said (this is your 1st car you dont want to purchase something so expensive the 1st time around go alittle cheaper) and I liked that. Because he wasn't just concern about just making money but considered the well being of her. So with that being said I recommend Unique Auto Sales to anyone. Go see Randall he's yo man.

I would like to thank Randall for the great customer service he display on Saturday, February 28, 2016. I was a little skeptical purchasing a vehicle from a small dealership, however my visited to Atlanta Unique Auto Sales gave me a different view. Prior to arrival, I called and spoke with Randall regarding another vehicle, he was kind and very polite, he answer all may questions and didn't rush me off the phone. When I can be the dealership to take a look a the car, it really wasn't what I desire and my son was totally against the vehicle. So we looked around and found a S60 with low miles and in very good condition with the exception of some minor problems which the GM had no problem fixing, I ended up staying at the dealership a little longer than I expect, however, they made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I don't foresee any problems, however it good to know that these people really value their customers and I feel will assist with any of if any situation may occur. I would recommend this dealership and give them a great rating when it comes to customer service.

Very bad car dealer will not recommend even to my enemy sold me a Honda pilot knowing it has lots of problem now when I call they don't want to talk that is a huge mistake buying a CSR from them I regret it.

Great service, and honestly the best deal I could have ever found on my 2004 Mercedes CLK 320. The car salesmen, Luis, was very professional and tended to every one of my needs. They let me test drive the car to where ever and for however long I wanted to, they all had smiles on their faces and it was obvious that they were under the impression that the "Customer is always right." The owner, Allan? I think his name was, was very kind and even gave me a discounted price when I wanted a car outside of my reach, but luckily the owner made it to where I could afford it. Overall great service and would definitely recommend going there.

I bought a 2004 BMW 325i from these guys last week. The salesmen, Chino, attended all my needs in terms of what I wanted, he was so kind and brought me water and showed me all his German cars, and then I found the bmw that I loved (and later bought) and at the time was not for sale, so chino went and got the owner for the dealership, Allen, and he was telling me how everything was doing with the car and that it runs perfectly, but he needed another few days to sell it. I told him I'd pay that day and so they could keep it for me. The next thing he did shocked me, he looked at me with a welcoming smile and said something similar to this, "do not worry, we at unique like to keep our customers happy, we will keep the car for you and in the meantime keep your money just in case you change your mind, but I know you will not." Two days later they called me saying the car was ready, and I went there and Allen offered me a nice cup of tea and we talked for a little bit and said he really appreciated my business and patience. Definitely 5 out of 5, by far the best dealership customer service I have received out of the 15+ dealerships I have been to.

Disclaimer: On our way to the dealership we hit some horrible traffic so we ended up arriving about 20 mins before they closed. Lucy was extremely helpful and very courteous, answering all of our questions without trying to rush us. HOWEVER, the two male salesmen were not happy about us being there so close to closing time. They gave us rude looks when we pulled into the lot. Then, while we were talking to sweet Lucy, the taller salesman yelled across the lot in a rude condecending tone, "Lucy! It's closing time, wrap it up!". I was pretty shocked and appalled to say the least. You just don't treat customers (nor fellow employees) like that. So I got Lucy's card and left. The cars were priced ok but the quality of the vehicles was not what I expected after viewing the photos on their website. I'll put it this way, most of the vehicles need to be started with JUMPER CABLES. Unfortunately for Lucy, I will not be returning to look any further because of the overall experience.

I was a little leery of going to a buy-here pay-here, we-finance-everyone type of establishment, as some of them are sketchy, and even dishonest. Some of the ones I visited didn't even let me test drive it further than 5 miles or have a qualified mechanic examine the car unless he came to the lot, plus they immediately tried interest me in a more expensive car, and various "upgrades and extras". Needless to say, they made me pretty wary of the whole used car world! I called Atlanta Unique Auto Sales anyway to ask about a test drive and Dorian set me at ease quickly. The lot is CRAZY crowded with cars, and the office is a bit rundown...but the cars were clean and nice, as were all the employees I met. I was able to thoroughly check the car out in the lot, without any hassle or pressure, and Dorian suggested I take it to my mechanic for an inspection. My mechanic is 20 miles away, but that was fine. No hesitation, no problem! Long story short, mechanic gave me the thumbs up, along with a short list of minor issues....bad wiper blade, low battery, etc. I took the car and list back to Atlanta Unique Auto Sales and the mechanic there replaced and repaired what I wanted and I am very satisfied. The woman who processed my purchase explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what I was signing and why. I will recommend this place to friends, family and coworkers.

I went to Unique auto to purchase a car for my 18 year old son. He feel in love with a red Volkswagen Jetta the car was nice and seem to run good, also the sale man assured us this was a good car, so I took his word. We paid for the car in full and drove home, the car ran perfect on the first day, by the second day it start running hot and broke down. My husband called the owner and spoke with him. He told my husband to bring the car back and they would repair it free of charge. They did not give us any problems. Now my son is riding and happy. I would recommend Unique auto to my friends and family.

I loved their service and the sales staff. They didn't give me a run around like other dealers. The overall experience was great. I had a problem with the car that I bought. They stood behind their car and warranty! I will come back to ATLANTA UNIQUE AUTO SALES...for my next car.
