Everytime I leave my car there my blood presure goes upTerrible customer service, new people every time, very expensiveI just left my car for an estimate today after I was told that the $119 will be applied to my repair cost if I decide to get it fixed there...they changed their mind saying that they never said that.I went to pick up my car at 6:40pm(they close at 9pm) and was told that someone forgot the paperwork inside the repair shop and can't give me my own car To mention that I purchased this car brand new here and have only bad, unpleasant experiences.Once they asked me if I knew when I purchased the additional insurance($2500) that I will missed place a key...2years laterEvery time I have to go thru a manager to get anything doneNever buying or coming back again

Went to the dealership for the first time today, when it came down to deciding on getting a car within my buget, i was shown something outside of it when i told the dealer i was not intrested and i had to go to run my other errands he got upset and told me the only thing i can afford is a cell phone, at least I have my truck that is paid for and I'm not getting into something, because you want to push on me. Sales manger, you definitely need to work on your customer service, because it sucked.

Walked around the lot for an hour searching for an advertised car we had an appointment to see. When my husband finally found the car himself, and compared the VIN number we were told that the car is no longer for sale. Then they tried to sell us a different car for $5,000 more than the one we were interested in. When we expressed our displeasure that we drove an hour round trip to see a car that should not have been listed for sale, we were told that "we didn't drive that far".

I wouldn't buy so much as a scooter from this dump after the experience i had with Corey. Made a deal on a car, changed my insurance over and they sold the car out from under me, presumably because someone came in with more money in the interim. That deal must've fell thru because they came back to me saying they were sorry and wanted to sell me the car. Yeah, right.

I have been a customer at Atlantic for over 10 years. I'm very sad to say my relationship with them is now dead and buried! I recently went to the showroom to discuss leasing a new vehicle since the lease on my current vehicle is ending within the upcoming month. First, I waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I finally had to walk up to the manager desk (the high in the sky guy to intimidate you) and ASK for help. Immediately I was greeted with an attitude from the salesman like he was doing me a huge favor. He placed me in a vehicle without asking what I was looking for or even discussing price. We drove to the other lot where other vehicles were stored, in silence. The salesman didn't talk about the features of the car or how to operate anything. It was awkward to say the least. We drove back to the dealer and stood outside while he finally asked me what my price goal was. After much research on other dealer websites as well as the manufacturer's website, I came up with a monthly payment that was in line with all of them. Atlantic's website boasted this super low monthly payment with a ridiculous amount of money down on a car that wasn't even the current model year. Immediately this salesman told me it was not possible. I tried to discuss the offers I have researched, and I was shut down without any conversation. It was his way or the highway! I will not be returning to this dealership and I recommend everyone else to do your research and find a place that has better customer service.

Customer service sucks, the salesman was on his phone during my test drive, did not take me serious at all. It was freezing outside and instead of us waiting in the showroom for him to bring me the car...he had us walk all around looking for the car. There was no interaction with the sales guy he just wanted me to hurry up and buy. Never will i step foot in there. I wish i had karl like all of the other reviews said he was great.

I've brought my car in to Atlantic a few times, and they've run up the largest service bills I've ever seen: by thousands of dollars! And they've kept my car for three weeks each time. The worst experience I'd had before with a VW dealer was overnight -- once. And that dealer was deeply apologetic. Stay away.

My dealer Stephen Steigerwalt pressured me into a Jeep Wrangler when I was interested in a Jeep Compass (Cheaper model). after negotiating, he assured my fiance and I that the final price included taxes, tags and registration. we sat at the signing table for hours and suddenly he brought up an extra $800 fee for the registration. We mentioned that we thought that was included and he used a sneaky way of wording how this was not a charge on their behalf, but the state. The signing process took incredibly long. After we left with the car I contacted Stephen to ask a few simple Jeep questions and he was always MIA. He also did not return my leased Acura that I was trading in for the Jeep for over a month to the Acura dealership. I found out when Acura called me wondering where the car was. I would never ever get another car from this dealership, infact I go out of my way to tell anyone who cares how terrible the service has been since I have leased the expensive wrangler.

I was very surprised at how pleasant and efficient my visit to the Atlantic auto group was. This dealership was not professional and weren't a motivated sales team. The vehicles on the lot do not match the description of their online inventory, specifically, vehicle miles, condition, and Certified Preowned. The vehicle I was interested in is advertised on their website as Certified Preowned, but at the dealership they wanted to charge me $1,800 extra, for them to certify it. I would NOT recommend this dealership.

Took my 2006 passat to them to fix check engine light and to complete 2 recalls on my car. Changed parts and charged me 1600.00. When I asked about the recalls they said they forgot. They had my car 3 days. Took the car home and voila there was the 1600.00 check engine light again. Said I would be contacted about their service but it never happened.

Our sales person, Frank Torres, was well versed in the Jeep product line. All of our questions were answered honestly. The man braved trip after trip, bringing around new models for my wife and me to look at during a rain storm. As a bonus, we felt proud to be buying from a wounded Marine veteran. Our experience with Roman, the manager that day, was as nice an experience. He offered us a very real trade value and an excellent sale price of our new Jeep. Expecting the worst at the end of negotiations with the interest rate we were floored when we received an excellent and most thankful low rate. No surprises!

I have to say I had an overall really good buying experience twice here in the past year. Bought a new 2014 Passat TDI and then a 2014 Passat S for my daughter back in November 2014. I must say that the reason I continue to deal with Atlantic is because of Mike Vargen who is the used car manager. He is always upfront with you (no bull) and gives you the best trade in price possible. Believe me I did my homework before closing the deals here and Mike is always honest and definitely gives you more for your trade. I know I sound like a commercial for Atlantic but the truth is the truth. I am also very pleased with Frank in service who always takes care of me properly when in for service. I think Jeep is a great product but there service department is not. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and went back for my 1st free oil change. They couldn't find my paper work for about an hour and gave me the runaround. Then when it was time for the oil change they wanted to give me an appointment for the next week which I didn't take. Most other dealers have a quick service for a routine maintenance item, not them. I went down the road to Firestone and had my oil changed in 20 minutes. Now jump forward about a year and half, I was having issues with my brakes that where not normal were and tare. A collapsed brake line and one brake pad wearing down to almost metal. Went to dealership to check on warranty and they said I was 2,000 over warranty and it will be a chargeable service. I can make another appointment a week later. No thanks. I will buy another Jeep but not at this place.

Atlantic Auto Body Shop repaired my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 07/30/2014. The vehicle had approximately 8,500 miles on it when someone hit it in a parking lot. The rear bumper and tail light required replacement, rear quarter panel need to be repaired, and of course this area of the vehicle needed to be repainted (including the bumper). I was very concerned the auto body repair would be noticeable or the paint would not match perfectly. Andy Hallowell, the shop manager, provide me with an estimate and I spoke to him several different times about my concerns. Each time he assured me the repair would be undetectable. When I told him two other shops informed me the paint work would have to be extended past the rear quarter panel, into the rear door, in order to blend the new paint, he told me this was not necessary and he could match the paint perfectly without performing this additional work, which saved me money. The shop repaired my vehicle in three days and the repair was done perfectly. I asked several individuals to attempt to determine where the repair was done on my vehicle and they could not determine where the vehicle was repaired. Thanks Andy and the rest of your team! This dealership had the car i was looking for. I had contacted them online and within a few minutes i was contacted by the dealership. I then made an appt to take a look. All i can say is WOW. I told them what i wanted my payments to be and what i had to put down. From the initial contact to the time i pulled off the lot, these guys worked their xxx off to get me into the car i wanted. They had even informed me of major damage to my trade in ( something i wasnt informed of when i purchased the car) they were TOP NOTCH. It was a very pleasurable experience. Was negotiating for a car at this dealership and was interrupted by another salesman that was taking lunch orders. Was treated like we were not even sitting there! I left! Gave them another chance months later. I saw a car on Internet and called about it, Internet specialist said car would be out front ready to go. Long story short, they could not find car, I flipped out and left. I am a Disabled Vet and this is the last thing I needed. Instead of buying an Audi Q7 I went to AC Mercedes and bought a ML 350.

I went to buy another car after buying a car 1 year ago that was sold to me as a Lemon. I was told by the sales person that since I am having so many issues with my car to trade it in and they will give me a great deal. I specifically told them "DO NOT SHOP" my loan around because I did not want my credit score to drop tremendously, they said that would be fine and they will stay with the bank I was currently with. The deal went through, I was with my same bank and thought everything was fine until 2 weeks later found out the my score dropped 30 points because they shopped my loan to over 10 banks. I called and spoke to the finance guy name "Bill" and he sarcastically told me that although I asked them to not shop my loan around and they did, there was nothing they could do about it now. I hope that although Bill thought being unethical was the way to go, it is worth them loosing a valued customer. Not only will I NEVER buy another car from Atlantic Auto Group, especially as long as Bill is working there, but I will tell as many people as I can about his unethical behavior. We were greeted immediately and warmly by Karl Israel who took some time just to get to know us and what we were looking for in a car. He was very professional and answered every question we had about the safety and performance issues of the Jeep. He happened to have just the vehicle we were looking for, so I went to test drive it with him. He made sure that I adjusted all the mirrors, the seat, and the seat belt to maximize my comfort and safety. He also took a few minutes, prior to turning the car over to me, to describe some of the many exciting features of the car. My initial visit to Atlantic VW was not pleasant. The salesman I spoke with, Vince, was unprofessional and did not make me or my brother feel welcomed. However, on a second visit I had the pleasure of meeting Joe 'Q'. He was very professional and very welcoming. As a first time buyer Joe walked me through the steps in purchasing a car and agreed on a fair price. He was sure to follow up with me and even gave me his personal contact information if I had any problems. I would recommend him over any other employee at Atlantic Volkswagen. I must make note, however, that my experience with the financing department was not satisfactory. I was promised $1000 for my trade-in vehicle. When I reviewed the numbers listed in my contract I saw only $500 printed for my trade-in. When I inquired about this figure I was assured it was "just a number to make it work for the bank." A few days later upon closer inspection I determined I had not been given the $1000 promised for my vehicle. After some difficulty and speaking with the manager I was finally issued a $500 check to be sent to my bank. Despite my initial unsatisfactory experience with Vince and my additional issue with finance, Joe Quaranta fulfilled his duties and gave me and excellent experience.

Today I went to this dealer with a copy of the guaranteed price from overstock.com (aka TrueCar.com) showing the specific price on a specific model of Volkswagen I was interested in (2014 Jetta Sportwagen with sunroof). Salesman Neil Gruber is enthusiastic and very knoiwledgeable about cars. But the General Sales Manager returned a quote $2500 higher, on a car costing under 30K. His entire "negotiation" was to throw in $500 more. This is what they call a complete nonstarter! (Cash purchase; no trade-in. Able to close within 5 days.)If you do your advance homework on a car's price, don't waste time here. The people are friendly, but they have it locked in their heads that their cars can be sold for much more than anyone else in the continental US is paying. As such, they are perhaps looking for the salesman's dream of a double-digit-IQ customer purchasing demographic. It's really not worth your bother ... we're talking VWs here, not Ferraris.Also, there's quite a few bad comments around the Web on the Atlantic VW service department. I haven't tested it, obviously, so this is hearsay. But I would be very leery of leaving my car in a place with so many negative comments.

I research and shop considerably before buying. The Atlantic Auto Group web site had a couple of minivans that fit my needs, so I dropped in. Karl Israel was quick to show me the cars. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, and also happy to find answers to my technical questions. Dealership grounds and parking is a bit tight, but Karl was quick in getting the vehicle in place for a test drive. I returned another day with my wife for a second test drive, and received the same prompt and courteous attention from Karl. Upon purchase, we discovered there was no second key (computerized fob). Paper work noted a "we owe" for the second key. When the ordered key came in, Karl and service writer Sephanie set up an appointment for fob programming that went easily. I definitely recommend Karl.

The moment I set foot on this dealership I met with a salesperson, his name was Karl Israel. In all my years of buying cars, this guy, hands down, has got to be the most friendly and helpful salesperson someone could meet. He was very knowledgeable in the cars he was selling and knew the answers to all our questions. In fact, he is so helpful he has even given me his personal contact information so in case I ever had any questions I would be able to reach him any reasonable time of the day. Now, the dealership, this dealership to my own experience did not give me a ton of crap like other dealerships that I have dealt with. So if you do decide to drop by this dealership(which you should if you are interested in the cars they are selling) you should definitely ask for Karl Israel, that guy is awesome.

I was only stopping by to check out a couple cars and had no expectation of buying a Jeep Liberty before I walked out the doors. If you own an Audi, you should expect "Ritz Carlton" level service. But at Atlantic you will be lucky to get Motel 6 level service. The service department is a disgrace to Audi. I can't believe that Audi North America allows these people to operate an Audi dealership and service center that's unprofessional, and unresponsive. They should call you when your service is completed. They don't. You call there and you get put on hold forever or sent to voicemail. Leave a message for them to call you back...they won't. Too busy with all their Jeep and Chrysler customers because most Audi owners with any experience with these people take their cars to the Cherry Hill dealer even though it's an hour drive. I'd drive across the country to avoid this incompetent and poor excuse for an Audi dealership.

I went to the dealership based on a marketing flyer I was mailed. I called ahead to get some basic answers. Neil was friendly and informative. Once I went there in person (to get a quote on my trade in), I was happy to be treated fairly. There were no "sales tricks". My power outlet wasnt working. They told me it wasnt covered under warranty because it was my somehow my fault even though I never used it. Paid $140 for diag and parts. When I got my car back, there were greasy fingerprints all over the seats and marks on the carpet because no paper floormats were used. The shop was horrendously dirty. On the way home I plugged my phone charger in and the power outlet didnt work. I took it to another dealer, the fuse was blown again. They replaced the outlet under warranty and its been working ever since. This was not the first time I had problems with Atlantic Auto Group but its definitely the last.

This review is based solely on sales and not service. We leased a brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on a Tuesday evening. With about 100 miles on the car and only three days later, the car would not start. When I called the dealership, they would not send anyone to take a look at it, we were told we had to call Chrysler Roadside Service. While on the phone with Chrysler Roadside Service, the person told my husband to remove the cover of the push-button ignition and try putting the key directly in. My husband told that person that it didn't look like the cover comes off and didn't want to mess with it. The tow truck driver - who Chrysler Roadside Service sent out - however, did attempt to take off the cover and in the process scratched the dashboard...and discovered there is no place to put a key behind that cover. The lights, radio, etc. would all come on, my husband checked the battery and it was fine. I called the dealership to let them know that, besides the fact that my brand new car would not start, now it was scratched. I was transferred to Chuck, the Sales Manager. Chuck told me that he was not responsible for the scratch, that was between "me and MY tow company." He also tried to downplay the fact that a brand new car would not start by telling me it was probably just the battery. I told him it was not the battery, to which he replied, "I didn't realize you were a mechanic", he had an attitude the entire time I spoke with him. Chuck was the rudest person I've spoken with in a sales situation. When we went to pick up the car, my husband told Chuck he owed me an apology. Chuck wouldn't even look at me, he turned his head to his computer screen and ignored me. Additionally, the salesperson told us during a test drive that navigation was included. After we signed the papers and got the car home, we found out that navigation is not included with the 2014 model and it would cost us $595 to order it through the dealership. Although our salesperson promised to look into the matter, I doubt there is anything he can do since when we explained that problem to Chuck, he just reiterated that it is not included, and we've heard nothing more from our salesperson. On another note, Jim, the Service Manager is the complete opposite of Chuck and was courteous, friendly and assured us he would do everything to make sure that the car was in new condition. While I'm not happy that the car wouldn't start, I realize that mistakes happen and that's OK. However, to be treated the way we were treated by Chuck is a disgrace.

I have been a VW owner for quite sometime, and live in Williamstown, NJ. I appreached my local dealer and told them I wanted to trade 2 cars in and get a 2013 VW Passatt TDI same color I had.They showed no interested in working with me to accomplish that. So, I called Atlantic and spoke with their Internet Person, who's name escapes me, cause I am 73, and when I told him what I wanted to do, he put me intouch with Mike "B" their Sales Manager, who chatted with me, and when I told him what I had and wanted to do, we discussed what I was looking for and the fact that I did not want to drive down with 2 cars and then have to walk away and drive home without a new VW TDI, same color to please my Wife. He said that if the vehicles were as I said they were, we would be able to work it out. My 2013 Passatt TDI seems to ride much firmer than my 2012 and the steering seems to also be improved.I have purchased many cars in my day, and the staff at Atlantic Auto Group could not have been any better than they were.Thanks for making, what can be a stressfull time, a very pleasant experience. You all should train some other Dealers in how to do it the RIGHT WAY.Thanks and God Bless, cause he surely has bless me and my family.Thanks again.

Upon arriving, "Franco" greeted me like a friend. He was up-beat, polite, and most important-NOT PUSHY. He was not wasting my time presenting me with vehicles that I was not interested in. He was attentive to the time I spent there offering me coffee He spent about 7 hours with me from start to finish, patiently. He presented me with differing option about my car of choice and did not give up on my search for "what I wanted to purchase". He admitted when he did not know answers to my questions and made sure to get the answers by reliable sources. After the sale was made, he even drove my car home so that I take delivery of my new car that very night. If you want to be treated like a person and not a "dollar bill commission"---by all means ask for Franco!!!

I went over to the dealership on my lunch hour and encountered Neil who treated me knowledgeable to the point I went back that night with my wife. There was a specific Jeep there that I liked and Neil was excellent at pointing out why I should purchase this vehicle as compared to other ones I was looking at. I was not expecting to make a purchase that night but I did as the vehicle might not be there when I returned. My wife and I has a pleasurable experience buying the Jeep from Neil and everyone else we met at Atlantic. My experience with Chuck on trading in my truck went well also. Last, Stefanie from service was great as I had an issue that needed to be attended to and my needs were taken care of with a car rental and Service made good on their promises when my vehicle was done. I have nothing but compliments for everyone there including Al the shuttle driver. I would definitely recommend them to someone else and will return when I replace this Jeep. I have bought vehicles from other area dealers and this was my best experience so far.

My wife and I chose this dealership because we both had multiple co-workers that have purchased vehicles there. We did shop at one other dealership, however we ended up searching for a new or used jeep liberty at your location. Neil Gruber assisted us and answered all our questions in a very efficient manner. This past Monday I walked into Atlantic Auto Group. Three things: 1) My husband was there looking to trade in his car for one that would give him a lower monthly payment. 2) I was NOT planning on buying a car being that I was perfectly happy with my current car also bought at Atlantic Auto Group five years ago. 3) I had vowed NEVER to go back to Atlantic after the way I had been treated when buying my volkswagen five years ago.With all that said, I walked into an entirely different experience than what I went through before. My husband was finalizing his deal with Joe Q when I came in. Joe Q. was extremely friendly, professional, and not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I test drove the car I wanted (a 2013 VW Tiguan), fell in love of course, and then braced myself for the moment I was dreading--the part when we sit down and haggle. The part when all the back and forth between the finance personnel and the salesperson makes your head about to explode. I told him what I could handle for a car payment (no more than what I was paying monthly with my other vw.), and within minutes he made it happen. Without going into too much detail, with my current credit/debt situation, I was stunned. The process was quick, there was minimal going back and forth between me and Mike in the finance department, and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Joe Q and Mike in the finance department worked together to make this happen for me (and without making me feel like I was someone not worthy of their time, the way I was made to feel five years ago in the very same place). Atlantic Auto Group provided not only a positive experience for me, but they completely restored my faith in not only their dealership, but my whole view on the car buying process. I don't break vows normally, but I am really happy I did in this case. I really appreciate everything Joe Q. and the rest of the staff at Atlantic Auto Group did for me. It's been three days since I drove off the lot and Joe Q. has been quick to answer any questions I have had and has also followed up with me a few times to see how things are going. Thanks for the car, Joe (and your crackers!).

I started out Emailing with the internet manager about a car I was interested in before I drove the 2.5 hours down to the dealership. I didn't want to waste my time (or gas!) if I was way off the mark on pricing for the car etc.. I was told everything seemed fair via Email so I took the drive down. When I got there I was greeted with familiarity and Chuck the sales manager knew what vehicle I was there to see. I was introduced to Anderson.. who is the most friendly, outgoing and honest salesperson I've ever met. By the time we finished test driving the car we felt like we knew him forever. I highly recommend requesting Anderson if you ever go by there to buy a car. Once we started negotiating price etc.. they of course did what every dealership is required to do try to get you to pay retail for the vehicle, but they weren't pushy or unfair. It only took me telling them once that this is what I want for my trade in and this is what I want to pay for the car (Which were very fair numbers to both of us). Chuck came out and approved everything I wanted and I drove away with the car. This was definately the least stressful car purchase I've ever made. Mike the financial manager matched the price I saw somewhere else for my extended warranty and also went out of his way making phone calls etc.. to help me get refunded for the extended warranty that I had on my trade in. After leaving the dealership I called Chuck to let him know that I still needed the 2nd key to the car. (It was a used car only turned in with 1 key.. Retail price $300 for the remote and key if I had to get my own made). He assured me that he will be ordering my key. Two days later I received a phone call from Mike the service manager telling me my key was in. I drove the 2.5 hours back down to get the key programmed to the car. While I was there I asked Mike the Service Manager to please take a look at the car because it had a shimmy to it when driving at a higher speed and also when braking. He took the car in, programmed my key, replaced the front rotors on the car, balanced the tires, updated the transmission software, had the car washed and vacummed and wished me a good day.. I didnt have to pay anything for the repairs.. nor was I expected to pay for anything since I only had the car for a week.. All in all.. I highly recommed these guys.. They were professional and friendly from beginning to end. When I am ready for another car purchase, I will definately be coming back here.. 2.5 hour drive or not.. it was worth it.

I was looking for town and counties for about a week and went to sevral dealers before going to atlantic I had dealt with a young salesman at first and He was nice and friendly. Then thye next day I came back and was still going to be looking and was not sure if I was even going to buy a car from atlantic. then Karl took over and was very hounest and knowagable about the dealership and the van I was looking at he took a lot of time with me and whent above and beoned what a salesman should do by following up with me that night and then next day and making sure i was happy with eventhing and told me I could call him day and night id I needed him. I will be refering people that I know vto him to buy a car from now on to give people a positive experiance of buying a car. In the last couple of months we have been car shopping. We were greeted by Joe Quaranta on our first visit. We were looking for a pre-owned certified vehicle, preferably a Dodge Caravan to upgrade the 2007 Caravan we own. From the first meeting with Joe, he was very knowledgable about the vehicles and even though the first time or two we went to him, he knew we were shopping - and not ready to purchase. He was very patient and not pushy, which to us is a turn-off, Joe would keep in contact with us when vehicles that he thought we would be interested in came on the lot. If i were to judge my experience on how friendly the people were and how nice the facility is I would give Atlantic Auto a perfect 10, but a month and a half later i still have a bad felling about the buying experience. Just once i would like to buy a used car from a dealership and not come home to find out that the car was misrepresented. These guys will say and do anything to sell a car, but at least they do it with a smile.

My experience with Atlantic Auto started out great (on line) but went down hill after I arrived at the dealership to test drive the car. The Salesman Karl was very friendly, and knowlegable, however I was disapointed to find the car had 5,000 more miles on the odomiter then advertised, this was concerning as the car only had 25,000 miles on it. After the test drive we went into the dealship to talk about the car, but before I knew it Karl had brought in the sales manager to close the deal (I specifily told Karl I didnt want to be pressured into buying a car the same day!). The sales manager did his job, he was told i was buying a car for my daughter and put the pressure on me to buy the car that night. I didn't have time to reserch the car so i asked him how much the car sold for new and he told me it sold in the mid $20,000's (however the car listed for less then 18k per the original Dealers sales sticker we found in the glove box when we got the car home). Not wanting to disappoint my daughter and paying what i was willing to spend I agreed to buy the car (shame on me). They wanted to make the sale so bad the manager had the salesman Karl follow me home to get a check. They did their job and sold a car, good for them! The next day when I had time to check things out I noticed the original sales sticker in the glove box (folded up in the owners manuel) and compared it to the sticker they had on the vehicle when I bought it, it was amazing, three years later the car had actually gone up in value! I also noticed the oil change sticker showed the car had 4,500 miles on the oil,(thats why you never buy a car on the same day and especially not at night) I ended up having to change the oil myself. Shame on me for buying a car that needs an oil change! In closing I would say my daughter loves the car, and that Karl Isreal is a really great guy that I would buy a car from again if he worked at a dealership that understands how to build a relationship with trust and doesnt feel the need to deceive and pressure their customers for a quick sale. The real sale would have been the new car i buy for myself next month when I get my bonus.

This is my second experience with Atlantic & both times they have been wonderful! My fiancee & I were in a tight spot, trying to trade her 2011 Jeep Liberty in for a 2013 Patriot. It was a tough spot, but our salesman, Branden Franco, went over & above to make sure we could work out a deal that everyone was happy with. All the staff was friendly & helpful, & we never felt like we were being bullied, pressured, or otherwise steered into buying a car or making a deal that we didn't want or were uncomfortable with. It was a great experience to have a salesman working for US & going to bat for US as opposed to just trying to wheel & deal. Franco, & the entire staff at Atlantic, was amazing & I can definitely say that when we need another vehicle, we'll be going back there first.

Brendan Franco, the salesman was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about Jeeps and he showed me how to work the voice commands and hooked my phone up to blue tooth. While the paperwork was finished he drove the car that I had come in back home (I drove the jeep). He was an interesting guy and on the way back we talked mostly about music. There was also Zero pressure. It felt like I was getting advice from a friend, not a pushy salesman.

My wife and I visted Atlantic looking to replace the cars we lost to Hurricane Sandy. Ken was our salesman and over 3 different visits I would estimate that he, and the other members of the sales team, spent close to 8 hours answering our questions and helping us to find a new vehicle. My wife was hesitant at first about getting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but after driving it and seeing all the features it had the GC became our first choice. Marcus displayed no customer service at all. Rude and has no manners. 2+ hours of my time was wasted at this service center due to his lack of knowledge on the limits of a 30day new car service. I left my cellphone# for him to call me. But 2.5hours later, he confronted me angrily that I the phone # I left was a home phone and thereby he could not call me. WTF??? Why didn't he leave a message?! He claimed that due to mileage in my car, the 30day service can no longer be done. He should have known this before he asked for my car keys since he asked how many miles were already in my car. I am appalled and from now on, I will get my car serviced in another service center.

Good experience.FYI- I drove into the dealership at 4pm in my old/new car, and drove out at 6pm with a brand new car. It wasn't necessarily planned, but I'm very glad that I made the change.

I bought a 2010 VW CC. Worked with a few folks there at Atlantic Auto Group, but primarily Brian Dunlevy. Brian was the one who spent time with me the first time I walked in a lot of time with me on my 2nd visit when I started to get serious about buying. Brian laid out a number of options for me and let me sleep on it - NO PRESSURE - love that. Once I made my decision, they didn't jerk me around, instead they just smiled and started digging until they found the exact car I said I wanted. AND IT TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK. The financing was better than I could find anywhere else, as well. The only detail that I would complain about, and it has nothing to do with Mr. Dunlevy or Atlantic, is that the certified pre-owned cars are only warrantied bumper-to-bumper for 24K miles. I'll probably hit that in a year, so that's not much. Had to buy additional coverage for peace of mind. But like I said, that is apparently a VW company thing. Still love the car, love the service. Great experience!

Excellent service from Brian Dunleavy, my Audi advisor. Excellent communications, very knowledgeable with the Audi and without overly rushing my decision, it took me about 2 1/2 week for my decision and second time visit was just as pleasant as the first visit. The Audi manager, he wasn't my ideal of handling my sale but at the end he did come back with the better deal than a competitor. The overall experience wasn't at 5 because of Audi manager, other wise 5 for all.

My car had been totaled in an accident a few days before hurricane Sandy. I wanted an exact replacement with payments around the same price range. This dealership was the only one in a 50 mile radius that had this car. It was newer and more expensive with more options than my other one. Ed and the finance department was able to find financing that only put my payments up a little bit. In spite of personal issues with the storm damage at home the staff all still had smiles on their faces and were working hard at their jobs - willing to lend a helping hand in getting my car situated - even setting up my bluetooth for me!

I, like most of all us in this economy have felt the crunch, between the inflation and the price at the pumps, I began to re-evaluated my monthly bills, I had to give up a few things, so I decided to see if I could get out of "TWO" 2 auto's that my wife and I have with a monthly payment between the two of $1,100 every thirty days.Not to mention the two full coverage insurance policies that are required to be in effect to cover the auto's, so as you may know, it was very costly, I knew I was upside down ( I owed more than what the auto's were both worth) but, I was able to trade both auto's in for one, That meant monthly car payment went down to $550.00 from $1,100.00 and one insurance coverage as opposed to two.I have purchased many auto's in my lifetime, and even being from a family member that retired from General Motors which provides a huge employee discount, they would not have been able to pull this one off, But somehow, These guys and gals at Atlantic Pulled it off, I am so greatful for the fine job they were able to provide to me and my wife, I am able to sleep better at night knowing I am no longer stressed over thinking about how do I make these car payments and stay afloat with all the other bills.I say this to anyone that might be a situation like mine or close, this is the only Dealership, wait a minute, I do not even feel as if they worked like a Dealership, they treated me with respect and like family, So this "Family" can and will make the impossible happen, if they were able to do this for me and mine, then I know they can do it for you and your's.Proud to sign this with my name: Jim Freund of Egg Harbor Township. Went to purchase a new Passat TDI Premium with an MSRP of $34780 at Atlantic VW. Salesman did not know much about the car at all and was lear ning as he went along. Offered me a low number for my trade and did not want to discount the car off of the MSRP as all other VW dealers were giving at least $1500 off. He was supposed to call me the next day to discuss a better deal, NEVER heard back from him. Imagine that a salesman didn't call?? I ended up buying at VW of Salem, what a difference and a deal. Actually made the deal over the phone with trade in price and discount on the new Passat. Don't bother at Atlantic.

I have purchased several cars for over thirty years and have always felt ripped off at the end of the deal. Usually, I over paid, or the car ended up having many hidden problems. Over the summer, I researched and investigated several web sites such as, Kelly Blue Book, Car Max, Auto Lenders, and Edmunds trying to decide on the best-used car for an affordable price. Unfortunately, the cars, which interested me, were over my price range. Finally, as a more confident single woman because of much researched knowledge on prices and car styles, my daughter and I decided to walk into the Atlantic Auto Group Dealership in Egg Harbor Township and make a deal. Once there, we met Karl Israel and our car buying experience became instantly easier. After explaining what I was shopping for and price range, he immediately set up a situation where my time was valued enabling me to purchase a beautiful 2006 Nissan Altima SL for an unbelievable price. Karl Israel, Mike Collins, Amy, and everyone else in the dealership were extremely friendly and courteous to both my daughter and myself. This was certainly my best experience of buying a car and I highly recommend Karl and the dealership. The entire process was for the first time of my life enjoyable, and with additional car information being offered, I felt assured that if needing to call in the future, an honest, truthful answer would be provided. From walking in and being greeted by Mike, to Brian walking us through the sales and acquisition process, it really positively changed our opinion of car dealerships and the buying experience.We had a pretty specific model (manual trans including trim level, color, and options) that was fairly rare and they were able to locate it in a matter of days and get it on their lot. Rude, unhelpful and generally the worst service department I have ever encountered. I made an appointment online. I got a phone call the next day leaving a message saying that they move fast and an appointment isn't necessary, that they don't honor them anyway and just come on in. I show up an hour before my appointment time and am told that they have to keep the car overnight and there is no way they would look at it. I bring it back the next morning and they tell me it is $115 minimum to diagnose any problem and that they would look at the factory recall stuff (like airbags and brakes) at the same time and it would be at least an hour before it went into the shop, so at least 2 hours min. Is that moving fast? Also had mech look at problem, took 10 min to diagnose and it is covered by my warrenty, now I have to drive to philly to get it fixed because I wont be dealing with this group ever again. I hope I don't need my airbags on the drive! The worst waste of time and frustration. Bad attitudes, slow, rude and condesending to another customer right next to me.

I had the best experience at this dealership ever! Brian took such great care of us! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car ever again. I have bought cars before and never had a very pleasant experience in fact I was a bit nervous because I had been forced in to a car before that had high mileage and some under lying problems. When it came time to buy a car I was told by my sister who had bought a beetle a month or so before, to go to Brian. She told me that they took care of her and she felt no pressure. I was still a little nervous but when I showed up I was welcomed with hugs and hand shakes and treated like a VIP. I have never felt so comfortable in a car dealership, or really anywhere else before. My boyfriend and I bought a Passat and couldn't have been happier with it. Two weeks later a drunk driver crashed in to our house and totaled his new Passat and my car. We found ourselves back at Atlantic worried that we would have a hard time getting two new loans and with not much to put down. Brian and the rest of the staff made sure that we left with cars that day and and did all of the dirty work for us when it came to dealing with the banks. It really took the pain out of the whole situation and we love our new cars!!!! I truly have a special place in my heart for everyone at that dealership.

I normally hate to shop for cars but my experience at your dealership was the best I ever had.Mike was both extremely professional and very friendly. I felt comfortable with him within minutes of speaking to him. I was not sure what I wanted to see but Mike helped me narrow down my choices and really was concerned with what I had to say.After spending a while with Mike and test driving a Jeep, I now know what I want to get and where I want to get it when I am ready to buy in a couple of months.I would not consider buying my new car from anyone else. May 30th 2012 I got the sad news that my old car needed a new transmission. This was something I ready knew and had been blowing off. In the mean time had been causally looking at cars weighing the value of the Impreza vs. Volvo C30 vs. a Jetta. I called the Dealership and they put me in touch With Michael Baumert. He told me that they had many in stock and that I should come and compare models and features side by side. So that is what I did. When I arrived at the dealership, Every one was sincerely friendly and directed me to Mike. Mike is very personable and we made some small talk about my work, commute and the type of car/ features I wanted and most importantly budget. He pulled out a Beautiful Jetta, we took it for a test drive. I loved the car but... I was shopping by myself and couldn't possible make a major purchase without including my loving husband in the process. He offered to let me extend my test drive to home overnight, I declined but it was nice to have the option. My whole experience was outstanding, low key and straight forward. Michael Baumert is less of a car salesman and more like a facilitator of new transportation and I deeply appreciate the help he provided me in purchasing my new car and would highly recommend him.

Came to dealership to look at advertised car. Dealer wouldn't honor price, insulted me with a value for my trade and were extremely rude from my slaesman to the "manager" who tried to convice me the ad price was a mistake. I had heard bad things about this place but the deal online seemed to good to not look at. Buyer beware I guuess. I will definetly let anyone know who asks not to bother with this place.

My wife and I were shopping for two new cars and after contacting several dealerships, we decided to purchase at Atlantic. I emailed them what I was looking to purchase and what I had to spend. I was asking for a lot, but they seemed to be willing to try and work something out. They really did bend over backwards to meet my numbers and allow us to drive away in our two new cars at very good prices. Karl Israel was our salesman who patiently bounced around the lot with us as we were deciding colors and features. He was patient and was able to answer our questions and even now we can call him at any time for any follow up questions we have. He was not overly pushy and always friendly. He is everything you would want in a salesman. Mike Spector was the sales manager who worked with us. He as friendly, professional and worked hard to make us the best possible deal. Finally, there as Mike Guido , the General Manager who stepped in at the end when the numbers just were not lining up. He asked us how far apart we were and simply told us that he would make it happen. He did and we purchased. I also should mention Darnell and Jon P who answered my e mails before my visit and gave me the service and assurances necessary to even get me to come to their lot. Unlike others, they read what I wrote and assured me they would be able to work out a deal.

My story is a looong one, so Ill try keep it short. I had a Chrysler 300M prior to this purchase. I have been ready to buy a new 2012 300C since last September 2011. I was looking to order the car, but there just really wasnt enough info available about the 2012s yet. I worked with about 7 Chrysler dealerships in South Jersey and as far north as Trenton over the last 7-8 months and Atlantic Auto Group impressed me the most. Darnell of their internet sales group was extremely courteous, professional, and informative. He won my business initially. When I walked on the lot, Karl Israel came over to introduce himself. I spent about 2.5 hours with Karl that night. I was looking for a very specific car and it looked like I would need to order it. AWDs with Safety Tec and the 19 Speaker System are still not that common. But Karl Israel found my car in Northern Connecticut on a Thursday. They could not get a car-carrier truck to get the car to South Jersey on Friday, so Karl drove 4.5 hours to the Connecticut dealer, picked up the car and drove MY car home to me. He was on the road 8+ hours on Friday to deliver my car to me. I went into the dealership at 9 am on Saturday morning and made the purchase. Not many salesmen would have done what Karl did that day. He won my business. Hes respectful, diligent, courteous, resourceful and professional. This is the third car I've gotten through this dealership and I have always been satisfied. This time my Sales Consultant Brian Dunlevy was fantastic. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured into buying my car a 2010 Dodge Caliber. This is my third Dodge, and I am very impressed with the mileage i can get with this car. the people at Atlantic Auto Group in EHT are very friendly and take their time and answer any questions you might have pertaining to my car. I just had an oil change,tires rotated, everything checked out, etc. and this was all done in about an hour. My overall experience with Atlantic Auto Group in EHT, and Brian Dunlevy especially, was a very good one. I live in North Jersey and do not mind travelling down to South Jersey to have my car checked out through Atlantic Auto Group in EHT because I am made to feel like they really care about you and your car.

James was very patient as he worked with us and his managers to keep financing costs comparable to what we were paying on our 2009 T & C. We wished it could have been lower but for the additional small investment we got a brand new 2012 T & C with many upgrades standard over the 2009 van. It has more features on it than we would have preferred but most people who buy T & C are in the market for a family vehicle (think "soccer moms") whereas we (seniors) just prefer the van for its comfortable "high" ride, easy in and out and moveable space for when we do have additional adults and/or grandchildren in the van. Because of those upgraded features, James spent considerable time making sure we understood how to work everything and he also set up the blu-tooth "U-Connect" feature for us. He's a very pleasant young man and we hope he continues to have a productive future with Atlantic Auto Group. And since this is the second van we have purchased from Atlantic Auto, having relocated from northern NJ with a 2006 T & C, we need to say that Rob Jakos in the service department is excellent - don't let him go! A good service department is the key to keeping your customers satisfied AFTER purchasing a vehicle.

This is the second VW TDI that I have purchased from Atlantic.The first one was for my wife and the second was for me.I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted when I went there for the first time to look at the cars.I knew that I wanted a TDI but that was it.I was fortunate enough to be greeted by James Hannan while I was wandering around on the lot.He asked me if I wanted to take a car for a test drive and I wasn't really planning on it but I happily accepted his offer to take a Passat Automatic for a spin. Then we sat down and I left unsure knowing what I wanted exactly.A couple of weeks went by and I called James and told him exactly what I wanted, and I was very particular with the details.A couple of weeks later James called and said "I found your car" he told me the price and we finalized it.I don't enjoy the car buying process but James made this the easiest car that I ever bought.No games just honest effort on his part. He listened to what I wanted and he found me the exact car that I was looking for.I mean exactly with no exaggeration what I was looking for.As a business owner myself, James is a true asset to any organization and Atlantic is fortunate to have him on their team as a sales person.I love my 2012 TDI Jetta Wagon and I have James to thank for getting me the model that I wanted and paying attention to the details of what I told him. Atlantic auto has failed to satisfy the needs to me and my BRAND NEW CAR, not once but twice now. First brand new car purchased from them the windshield was not sealed properly and was leaking water into my backseat through the panels, it took them over 3 days to find what the actual problem was and another 3 days to drain all the water out and fix it. I made them trade me out of the 2011 Jeep compass and I purchased a 2012 jeep patriot. For over a month now I've been having problems with my radio my blue tooth my internal lights and blinkers, with all those things flashing and flickering turning on and off periodically. I leave my car there for a WEEK while i go on vacation and pick it up today to find that the problem is WORSE AND MORE FREQUENT than before. They didn't even have the curiosity to give me a car wash or vaccum while it sat there for a whole week. My sales man could care less about me after I purchased the car, no one returns your phone calls. I give this dealership an absolute zero and reccommend anyone thinking of purchasing a car from there to seriously reconsider.

Atlantic Volkswagen finally gave me the no hassle buying experience we have always been promised. I was able to get the Routon I wanted in the color, level of trim, and a 2011 leftover. It started with stopping in to talk to Mike Morris in service for his opinion of the Routon. He explained its Chrysler/VW mix and its advantages and free service for three years. Next was my negotiating for price, Dean and Jon were honest and up front with the financial advantages of buying a year end leftover. They also secured the Routon from another site and upon delivery explained all of its options. i would recommend Atlantic to friends for service and buying.

Late November 2010 I purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Trailblazer from Atlantic Auto Group and returned January 28, 2012 and purchased a 2012 Jeep wrangler Unlimited. The pre-owned purchase in November was great but the new Jeep purchase we just made was really great. Anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used car should go see them at Atlantic Auto Group. I tell everone of my great experience. And they even give everyone who buys a car free car washes as long as they own the vehicle. Can't beat that.And in retro-spect, we checked with another jeep dealer in Vineland and they offered a price and it sounded too good to be true, when we said we would buy their jeep at the price they just offered they renigged and pulled the deal back. i will never step foot into that dealership again.Gregg TaylorCape May Court House, NJ

I purchased a new car from Atlantic Christler 12-31-2011. I had a great experience at Atlantic. I have had horrible experiences in the past with car dealerships so i know the difference between bad customer service and great customer service. From the moment my husband and i walked in the door we we were greated by a genuine friendly salesman by the the name of Joe Q. Joe was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking to purchase. He took me out for a test drive and soon after that i was ready to purchase my vehicle. He spent great deal of time answering all of the questions that I had. The deal went very well and I feel I got exactly what I wanted. Service after the sale is very important and Joe and the staff at Atlantic have more than exceeded my expectations. I feel like Joe and I are old friends. In summary i will recommened Atlantic to all my friends and family.

In September 2011, my husband and I ordered a new 2012 VW Passat TDI from Atlantic VW and gave the dealership a $1,000 goodwill offering. The car was ordered and we were told about 6 weeks for delivery. Six weeks turned into almost 4 months. My husband continually called John Park, the sales manager, and after unanswered calls and messages, he finally told my husband in early January that the car had actually come in ten days earlier and was sold three days later! I guess our goodwill offering and custom order did nothing to assure this vehicle was ours. John Park did not sound sincere when apologizing for the mistake; the apology was ridden with excuses. John made ridiculously absurd compensation offers and did nothing to make up for his mistake.While John Park was looking for a dealership to trade with, I took it upon myself to call several dealerships in the area to find the car I wanted. A couple weeks ago, John Park called to say he found a car for me. I told him that I was actually on my way to another dealership to look at the car and asked him how he planned to compensate me for my aggravation, time and his mistake. When I wasnt satisfied with his answer of a small, negligible discount, he began yelling at me about what a great deal he was giving me. I was fed up to say the least.I no longer trusted John Park and was unsure of his commitment to making this sale. I ended up working out a deal with Prestige Volkswagen in Turnersville, New Jersey and we drove home with the exact Passat TDI I originally ordered that night.My husband made arrangements to collect our money 2 days later. When my husband got there, John Park was nowhere to be found and he never submitted the paperwork to refund us our money. My husband waited almost an hour to get our money back. I will never recommend Atlantic VW or any dealership this sales manager, John Park, works for. In the state of our economy today, it amazes me that we would be treated in this manner and that a sales manager of all people wouldnt care enough to take care of customers that already handed him money. The dealership held our money and reneged their side of the deal. I can only imagine this was an attempt by John Park to win two sales, even if that meant the original customers had to wait longer.My daughter is now more than 6 months-old and Im happy we finally have a safe and reliable vehicle for her; Im just disgusted that it took this long with this much aggravation.

I put a $1000 deposit for a new 2012 Passat back in early Sept 2011. I figured since we had to wait anyways, why not get what I want in options. I was told about 6-8 weeks for delivery and was told to call in a about 4 weeks to get a status update. I called and was told John Park (sales Manager) was going to handle my sale, and my order was delayed and delviery was to be expected sometime late Dec. I patiently waited making a few calls in between for a status update. I called the week before Christmas was was told the car might be here early and will get a call back. Well no call back, so I waited and finally called and found out John was on vacation. I left a message for him to call me back after the holidays. I received no call back. I called several times and was given the run around for about 2 weeks. I finally received a call the second week in Jan and was told my car arrived early and for some reason it was sold to someone else. Well I was not happy. The only thing John offered for the mistake was to order a new car and wait 3 months and this time it wont be sold. I did not agree. I told hi to find me another car and call me back. Well in the end I ended up getting a my almost exact car a week after from another dealer. After, John called me back saying he found a car for me. I told him since he couldn't compensate for the mistake I bought a car from someone else. John just said ok and hung up. I felt like I was more of a bother then a customer. Atlantic lost a paying customer and I will never buy a car from them, and I will never recommend the dealer. If the sales manager treated a customer like this, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff are. I gave 1 stare because there is no option for zero star.

Looking for a second car. this dealership had a Mustang that had low mileage and a good price. Told the salesman I wanted to see the carfax report. Tried to get it from the dealer website, but they were charging for it. Carfax looked good, but I noticed that the dealer had possession of the car for 4 months. Took the car out for a test ride on the Garden State Pky and couldn't get it up to 70 MPH. Told the salesman that there was something wrong with the car. When we got back to the dealership, I got out and smelled a burning odor coming from the car and smoke from the front driver side wheel. They took it into the shop and found that the caliper was stuck and had to replace it and both front brake pads. Took the car out for a second test ride after that but noticed that it had a rough ride and a slight shimmy from the front end. They put it up on the rack and figured that there was a problem with the front tires but they weren't going to replace them. (Gee, think it had anything to do with the locked caliper your ace service team seemed to overlook before you put it on the lot?). Then the sales manager turns to me and says "What do you mean you aren't sure you want it, we just put new brakes on for you" Does that mean he would have sold it to someone who didn't notice? I would NEVER go to this dealership again even if they were giving cars away for free. If these are the dealerships Dodge is depending on for a come back, they are doomed

The Used car manager was rude and abusive. He Threaten to keep my deposit if I did not buy the car.He actually told me I would have to sue him to get my deposit back when I decided the next morning Not to buy the car. Please do yourself a favor and buy from another dealership.

my engine belly pan fell apart and so i held it together with masking tape. they ignored that and replaced something completely inconsequential. $140. we confronted, rob says something like "oh my technician mentioned that..didn't know you wanted it fixed." then asked for another $350- $100/labor, $170/part, $50/incoherent mumbling. i almost authorized the repair becuase i am a summer resident and was heading back home this weekend. but my senses got to me and i called back to cancel. if a patient was rushed to the er bleeding from his head, but the doctor instead dabbed neosporin on a paper cut on his finger, there would be some serious consequences, which is exactly what should happen to this dealership!to their defense, i have no knowledge of cars, so i naively trusted them and counted on them for their specialty despite the dealerships' unscrupulous reputation. i wasn't thorough, i wasn't careful. i will take blame for that and consider it a $140 lesson. but take your business elsewhere.

In 2007 I walked into this dealer literally salivating at the mouth for the soon-to-be-released 2008 VW R32. I inquired with one of the sales managers as to when they would be able to order them (response: not yet) but they did take my information and hand me a postcard with some info. I never received a call back, and purchased a Honda S2000 instead.Fast forward to 2010, sold the S2000 due to new addition to the family (baby girl) and was once again on the car hunt. I noticed an Audi A3 on Atlantic Audis dealer website, and called to inquire as to when I could come over / test drive the vehicle. Response was I am not sure if it is on the lot, we will call you back. A few hours pass, no call. I dialed again to inquire, car is not on the lot today, give me your info and we will call you tomorrow. Information given (again), next day comes and still no call back. By then I was on the BMW lot across the street and well on my way to purchasing a brand new BMW. Long and short, three strikes and you're out. (Quite a shame, because Audi is a great brand, but this particular dealer just doesn't get customer service like the BMW dealer does).

My girlfriend purchased a car from this dealership and they first told us that they could give us a 7.99% apr. They tried talking us into a vehicle we didn't come there for or wanted. After 6 days of going to the dealership until closing every night they finally got her the car she was looking for. When we sat down to sign the papers and finally leave with the car the apr was 17%. They never told us that was going to be the rate. They also tried getting us to sign the papers and they would fix that later. We then told the finance guy we where not getting the car for that high of a rate when they told us from the fist time we walked in the door. After running my girlfriends credit 43 times and totally destroying her credit score they finally got us the rate they told us 6 days ago. 2 days later we got a phone call from one of the managers begging us to give them a good review on the survey they where sending out or the salesman was going to get fired. Which was totally crazy because the only reason we purchased the car from the dealership was because the salesman was so nice and helped us out better then anyone there. The salesman Glenn was one of the nicest guys I ever met in my life. After having the car for some months their was a recall issued on the vehicle. My girlfriend then called the dealership and the lady told her to bring it up and they will fix it the same day. My girlfriend had to miss a day of work to bring it up to the dealership. After the car being there for 5 hours they called her and told her she can come pick up the car because they have to order the parts. We then tried calling 4 days in a row to talk to the service manager no one called us back. One time we called the lady told us to hold on he was there. Then she came back on the phone and said he's at lunch. I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN EVEN IF THEY GAVE ME 99% OFF THE PRICE!!!!
