About a month ago we bought a Q50 from Atlantic Infinity. During the test ride I was lead to believe that the car had navigation and a during the paperwork process the salesman (Dan) again went over the nagivigation and checked off that it was working etc. On the way home ( I live in Tallahassee). I realized that the car didn't have the navigation option that I thought it did. I immediately called Dan. He apologized several times and said he would begin looking for a car that fit what I was looking for and thought I was buying. After a month and a half of looking, the option to get what I wanted has boiled down to a new car. Atlantic Infinty will only give me $27000 for a car I paid $31900 for a month ago when their salesman represented that it had the options I wanted. $5000 for a mistake that they made! They are treating it as I later decided that I had to have navigation. Which BTW is a $1400 option. Defiantly not worth the difference in cost of a new car and a loss of $5000! I traveled to Jax because I had previously had a great experience with them. But I feel completely mislead and cheated. All I want is for them to make it right. They made money on the car they sold me now they want to do it again on the same car and on a new one. Shameful! I love the infinity Brand but in the future I will be shopping elsewhere. Atlantic infinity should honor the paperwork and the representations of their salesman!

I replaced my G37S Convertible in December with a Q60S and the experience was so relaxed and personal it impressed my wife to the point that when we needed to replace her 2005 Volvo ( she had been a Volvo customer for almost 30 years) she immediately wanted to look at Atlantic Infiniti.She made an excellent decision and the experience was just as relaxed and personal as my purchase. Great Job Atlantic.

You can buy A car many places but you can't buy relationships. Relationships are earned. You get a feeling regarding your potential relationship with this dealership while you're going through buying experience. How the salesmen responses to your questions, how sales understands the highlights of the car and how his management responds to him. All these key elements felt good to me while going through the business of buying a car. I expected more from the Infiniti dealer as they represent a premier brand. Through the buying experience everyone I came in touch with was a professional. I fully expect as I use Atlantic for service and given their long history in this market that I will be treated always as a quality customer who purchased from a quality dealership.

This is the second car I leased and living in Gainesville things can be a little challenging. The dealership and service department has always been very accommodating and helpful and made things easy. I love my QX60!! It's worth the drive.

I recently purchased a 2013 Infiniti M37 Sedan from Atlantic Infiniti. This was a certified vehicle. Overall experience was good, salesman (Calvin) was cool and not too pushy and that's why I kept going back. Purchase price was negotiated price and I am okay with that. Atlantic Infiniti needs to be more upfront and transparent with the warranty limitations; 2013 vehicle was actually manufactured in 2012, and so for 2015 vehicles which are out now and therefore manufactured in 2014. This needs to be conveyed to customers before they make a decision to purchase a 2013 (used) or 2015 (new)vehicle. Financing department was however a little pushy in trying to get one to purchase one of the extended warranties.

I recently purchased an certified vehicle. I got an excellent price, no question. The price was negotiated via email, text and phone. The sales rep was truly putting extra effort into making the sale happen. When I went in to pay/close with finance, neither the price nor the financing rate were what had been negotiated and agreed to with the sales rep. They had a number of "miscommunications" between the person approving the pricing and financing rate and the sales representative. I don't know who was responsible for the "miscommunication", but it happened a number of times. In closing, the overall impression I got was they were not real pleased with the deal and wanted to get myself and the vehicle out the door as quickly as possible.

Overall experience was very pleasant. Salesman Herman and Financial Services Director Danny made sure the process of my lease purchase flowed fairly effortlessly. I love my Q60s!............A brand new Q60S should not have exterior damage at delivery. When repaired, the automobile definitely should not return to me with more damage, to the interior this time! When asking questions, why are responses sketchy? Should have no interest in the repairs of my vehicle? I haven't even owned the car 1 month.This is such an inconvenience to my schedule. I am disappointed in this entire situation and now thinking I should have purchased elsewhere.

I unfortunately was involved in an accident and my 2011 G37S convertible was a total wreck. I called Atlantic Infiniti and explained that I needed a new car and wanted an easy transition. The visit to the dealership was relaxed and totally painless, I found the car I wanted and the price was negotiated and the deal was all complete in a manner of hours.This is my third Infiniti and based on my very positive experiences I will continue to look first at the Infiniti line.

He demonstrated a great deal of knowledge about all the available vehicles and allowed me to test drive some of the potential cars that matched my requirements. With his guidance and professionalism, I settled on the perfect car for me, a Q50. The paperwork to complete the transaction was handled promptly, with a clear explanation of all the details. Every one of the desires I had when entering the dealership was completely satisfied! After a full briefing on all the new technology and driving features, I was able to leave the dealership feeling proud and happy to be behind the wheel of my new car.

just traded in my G35 for a new Q60 because of the quality of the vehicle it was a no-brainer to get a new Infinity. i had taken my G35 in for service (which has always exceeded expectations ) and as i was waiting for completion i looked around the showroom floor. Shaun approached and we began talking about the new Q60. soon i was eagerly involved in the process and i must say from Shaun to Danny in Finance it was a smooth easy process. i have always had my Infinity's serviced at the dealership and am totally pleased with the competency and will continue to do business with Atlantic Infinity. ps, i love the new Q60 :))

We just leased our new Q50 from Atlantic Infiniti and simply had the most pleasant experience ever (to the extent possible at a car dealership :) Our 11-year old son quickly connected to Wi-Fi in a guest lounge area (which also had free cookies, a variety of gourmet coffee and various drinks), and comfortably played on his iPad while we were pampered by the sales team. Everyone was extremely nice, knowledgeable and accommodating! We were able to trade in our old Infiniti FX35 and drive out in the new Q50 within an hour and a half - no headache or painful price negotiations. We would definitely recommend this car dealership to our friends.

The first time I visited Atlantic Infinity I noticed their team pride in their cars, their facility, coworkers, and most important of all, their customers. I was converted to Infinity after the first test drive. The easy going nature and enthusiasm of Herman for the brand only made the dealership more likeable. I love my Q60 and look forward to seeing what Infinity does in the future. Atlantic Infinity is the place to go if a car buyer wants to be treated fairly and get a great car. :)

I have made many purchases of high quality vehicles in the past and received good treatment as a customer at all of the dealerships. My experience at Atlantic Infiniti was far superior to any of the previous times I purchased a vehicle. Salesman Herman Boothe was very courteous, informative and not pushy. He made the deal very hassle free and truly seemed to have my wife and I 's best interest in mind when making the deal. That is not normally the case. Herman was very transparent and a pleasure to sit down and deal with .The sales manager , Barry Labman , was equally as professional and made the purchase and paperwork end of things quick and easy to get us on the road in our new vehicle. I love the vehicle and will always look for this team at this dealership to help us in the future if we are making another decision to purchase.

I recently purchased my first Infiniti from Atlantic Infiniti. Calvin Boggon the salesman was phenomenal throughout the entire process. I was very comfortable working with him as he was not a high pressure salesman. I test drove several Infinitis and Calvin was exceptionally knowledgeable about each of them. He being able to speak to the subtle difference of each of the cars aided me in making my decision of which Infiniti to purchase.Once I had made my decision regarding which Infiniti I would purchase, the negotiation was smooth and painless. Everything was thoroughly explained and there were no surprises.Everyone at Atlantic Infiniti was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

On Friday June 20, 2014 I came to the Atlantic Infiniti service department without an appointment. I had hit something in the road and my car was making a funny noise. I was not happy about coming to the service department without a appointment, thinking that the better part of my day would be spent in a waiting room waiting on my car and the fact that it was a Friday. But due to the possibility of something getting worse I brought my car in. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the service tech who was very friendly and polite. I explained what had happened and he took my car right in. He then escorted me to the service counter and had me signed in. He stated that he would have my car up on the lift and checked as soon as possible. But thinking about other dealerships that I have dealt with I knew what that meant, maybe right before the service department closes at the end of the day. I sat down and within 10 minutes the tech was back to inform me that my car would be going up on the lift to be checked. And too my surprise he was back again a couple of minutes later to inform me that my car was being checked. He keep me informed during the whole process of my car being checked. I felt that he truly empathized with us and our situation and showed customer service to its highest degree. Within a hour my car was checked, repaired and washed and returned to me. This last visit with the Atlantic Infiniti service department has changed my whole perception on how a service department should be managed. With great staff and excellent customer service. I do realize that all repairs my not be as quick, but my unscheduled visit gives me confidence that everyone that works in the service department at Atlantic Infiniti is doing their best. I do look forward to my next visit. Thank You,

The professionalism of the entire staff at Atlantic Infinti is superb. Jose Torres (sales and leasing) and Danny Southworth (financial service director) made the transaction seamless. I had went to the dealership looking at a used G37 and ended up with a new Q60. I have bought many cars and always dread dealing with the car salesman and the games they like to play. At Atlantic Infinti they dont play games, the whole process was very easy. I went in for service of my Infiniti and walked out with a brand new car. I had been thinking of getting a smaller SUV. I saw a QX70 on the sales floor and really liked it. I love the service department because they are always friendly and keep me informed. Jose Torres of the sales department was very helpful. He was not pushy and we were able to agree on a price that we were both happy with. I also had two trade-ins! They were very fair. I have kept with Infiniti at this time because I like the treatment at Atlantic Infiniti and the cars have been very reliable and fit my needs. Highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased my dream car (a 2002 Thunderbird). I live in Port St. Lucie which is 235 miles away from the dealership. The car was a one owner 59,000 mile garage kept vehicle. The salesman assured us that the car had been brought in to their service dept. and had a rigorous inspection. We take the 235 mile drive home and the car looks & ran beautifully. 3 months after and about 500 miles into it (including the 235 mile drive home) it starts to run really rough. Also the air stopped blowing cold. We took the vehicle into Advantage Ford in Stuart, FL. to find a very long list of things wrong with it. The evaporator was bad, the entire dashboard has to be removed to the tune of $1810. The tires were marginal but the rear brakes had only 3 mm on the inside pads. The serpentine belt was cracked, glazed & had chunks missing out of it. Number 5 cylinder misfire and needs a coil pack & plug. The service guy at Ford said there was dye all over the A/C system so Infiniti knew it had a leak, so they probably charged it with freon so it blew ice cubes when we picked it up. He also mentioned that car should have had 4 computer upgrades since 2002. The total estimate was $2,814.00. The service underwriter said that a prestigious dealership like Infiniti should certainly do something to help us out. After the typical run-around on the phone for 2 days the manager said sorry, nothing we can do. When I said I was told by the sales guy that the car was perfect and was told the car was thoroughly inspected. Apparently we have a different definition of perfect. I will never buy another vehicle from Atlantic Infiniti in Jacksonville and this is a warning to everyone thinking about it. Once your taillights go down the road you're on your own.

The level of services was impeccable and that means a lot when determining a major purchase. Mr. Patel was very personable, professional and was able to answer every question on the spot with a full level of knowledge. There was no pressure or nagging. My purchase went smoothly with no stress. I thought the entire staff was awesome. It is very appealing when you have a staff that is so confident in their product that they do not need to hound. as it speaks for itself. This by far was the best decision and I'm so glad I chose Atlantic Infiniti.. I absolutely LOVE my car.. a Supreme driving experience. Buying/leasing cars is not one of my favorite things to do. We have leased 2 Infinitis from John at Atlantic and the reason we came back recently is because dealing with he and Danny in finance is hassle free and efficient. John listens to what we want in terms of the car, the price and the terms and works based on that. Once we agree the paperwork and other items are done quickly with no surprises or unexpected changes. In addition the ongoing dealings with them for service or lease returns are also very good.

I had my car in for service in October. Since that time, I have only driven it 1500 miles, so the hood has not even been opened since it was at the dealer. Today we opened it and the hood wouldn't even line up. I called the service manager and his attitude was totally unacceptable. As I tried to explain to him what was happening, he was constantly talking over me and saying it must be my fault. After a crappy attitude and his total lack of honest information that my problem is very common, versus RARE, as he stated, in my year and model, we ended the conversation. Seems like it would have been much more business like to suggest I bring the car over and let the service department take a look. Instead, it was more of a complete denial and he even made unfounded accusations like " I don't know who may have had your hood off." .......while still continuing to over talk me. I have had my car since it rolled off the lot and we planned to buy a new M. I can tell you this, he lost that 50-60K sale. After that experience I'm leaving the Infinity family all together.

I wanted to let you know what an incredible Infinite dealership I take my card to. They are not only professional and courteous, but they truly care about the "customers" needs. It has been sown time and time again, when I bring my care in for service, that this dealership has the best customer service ever. Mr. Roger Saain goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in. He not only takes care of all my auto needs, he has gotten to know me as a customer. When I call to schedule service, they always work around my schedule. Roger keeps me informed of what is going on with my service and when I can pick up my vehicle. He always has a car available for me to take, when needed. The front desk is always friendly and their is always a car attendant ready to check my car in. The biggest reason I bring my vehicle to this dealership is because of Roger Saain. I can't say enough great things about the customer service that he gives. It is actually unusual, which disheartens me to say. Great customer service is hard to find, now a days. I appreciate the time that each department takes with me. A million thanks to Roger for caring about customer service and for doing over and above his job. I can tell this is not just a job to him, but a true career.

We bought two cars from this dealership just this month. However, one of the cars had an ant problem. We told them what was going on. I got to say they handled everything wonderfully. After, not being able to clean out the ants, they gave me another exact car, straight off the factory. In addition they threw in tons of extra gifts and checked on us constantly. I was only looming that day and Infiniti was the second place I visited. J Ward Peters was my sales rep. He was very nice and willing to help me with what ever I needed. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle. After taking the car for a test drive I fell in love with it. I didn't purchase that day because I wanted to loom at other options. I went to a few places but no one made me feel as good as Mr. Peters and they didn't give me a lot of info about the car. After two days of looking I thought of Mr. Peters and my experience at Infiniti. I went back after 2 days and purchased my car. The snacks there are to die for. Every visit to Infiniti, that's usually my first stop, the snack room. Every time I came there, I didn't have to open the door, someone was always there to open my door and greet me. Danny Southworth was also very nice and helpful the two times I came in to meet with him. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend Inifinti to any of my family or friends.

I decided to sell my Audi and buy an Infiniti this past August. I drove my Audi for 13 years and wasn't so thrilled to give it up but it was time for a change. I seem to always be pushed for time and the thought of trying to orchestrate selling and buying at the same time was a little overwhelming just to move from one car to the next. I had the good fortune of meeting Patel as I walked through the doors of the Atlantic Infiniti dealership and he immediatedly asked me all the right questions and listened to my likes and dislikes for vehicles. He didn't try to show me anything I didn't want to look at and quickly narrowed my search down to 3 possibilities. He showed me 3 variations of the G37 coupe. One with a sports package, one without and one with the sports package and a convertible top. Then we went on a test drive with a G37 coupe reserved just for test drives. It drove great and Patel pointed out many of the accessories. When we returned, Danny Southworth was my next stop to talk about dollars and cents. Danny was great with giving me pointers on the best approach to leasing a vehicle; he also worked into the deal a wheel protection program for only a few dollars extra a month. He even took time to help me choose a specialty plate online... it's already on the car by the way! Two nights later when I took delivery on the vehicle, Patel made his way over to the dealership to meet up with me and ride with me over to the car lot where I was selling my Audi. He waited and I drove him back to the dealership in my new Infiniti G37 Coupe Convertible. What service! Both Patel and Danny made this buying and selling experience a breeze and a pleasure. Ps., I came back to edit my review... in looking over my paperwork, Danny Southworth did give me a $5,500+ break in pricing on my new infiniti. Excellent deal actually so I re-rated pricing to GREAT!

I brought the extended maintenance plan and elite plan and was given 60 days to cancel for a free refund. Well I received the plans that explains in detail two days after my 60 days were up. I am now on my third week of waiting for any contact from the dealership and I expect when I do get a chance to ask the right person the answer will be we never received you cancelation letters. I would like to know if this is something that happens regularly.

We visited the dealership in search of a 2011 M37 and found several to choose from. We were met by Stuart Greenberg in sales and he was a pleasant and welcome surprise. The entire experience of shopping and then buying the car was much different than the stereotypical car buying experience. Very low key, low stress and congenial. We closed in the Finance office with Mr. Danny Southworth who was also very courteous and just generally friendly. The dealership is a comfortable place and one that we would suggest to others and will likely return to in the future.

Took car for 15,000 service - kept it for 3 DAYS for routine service. The reason they kept it so long you ask? They did not have the rubber insert for the windshield wiper - yep, a part you can walk into any store and buy right off the shelf. . . So I had to keep their loaner car. No big deal right - um, no. The tire on the loaner car went flat and I HAVE TO BUY THEM A NEW TIRE. Yes, that is right - buy them a tire. But we will come back to that. After I called the dealer this morning - I was told that it was not their fault the tire went flat and what did I want them to do about it. The next call went better - they called back worried about me being on the side of the road waiting on someone to come change the tire. That was the highlight of the dealings with the dealership. Went to return the loaner this evening and the service guy that was going to help me was busy smoking out back and talking on his cell phone - I watched him and he watched me standing there, waiting on him. When he was done with his break, he came to talk to me. I mean, I was not doing anything right and he was on the clock after all.Back to the "you buy the tire for us" - over $30,000 for a car but a $250 tire (give or take a few hundred as they name their price) is what pushes them over the edge and they make customers responsible for. Told me I assume responsibility for it just like it was my own car - the difference as I see it is that I would 1) not buy it from a dealer so I could pay 200% more for it and 2) I would get to use the tire I am going to pay through the nose for since they will undoubtedly charge dealer price for the replacement tire!!! Poor husband is relieved that I did not just trade the car in on the way home.

They got me approved for a loan which I didn't expect at about 6% too! I didn't feel as if they were playing games. The rep and finance guy were easy going and I enjoyed doing business there. They had spent about 200.00 having the car detailed so that it was delivered super clean. It was for my wife who is pickier than I am and she was very happy too.

Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process took less than two hours from the time I arrived until we finished the paperwork. Jose explained every safety feature and technical detail on the vehicle until I was comfortable with taking delivery. My husband and I came in to look at a used Acura. We deat with John H . He was knowledgable about the vehicle but his attitude was arrogant and he was not the least bit flexable. We returned the following day to purchase the vehiccle and his behavior was the same. However this time he had his own agenda . He assumed information about the registration of the car and never asked...... Once , I confronted him about making a change he continued to be rude and say ..it would take more time to accommodate us. This same man insisted we pick the vehicle up within 24 hours prior to having the agreed work done . Specifically we were having new light boxes installed in the front of the car. It would have been easier for us to leave the car until the lights were complete. ( saving us a trip to the dealership )In Summary, buying a car at this dealership was the most unpleasant experience and the salesman we delt with was horrible in my opinion .If you want the best service go to Claude Nolan or Mercedes Benz or even BMW.I think you will be treated better at Wallmart !

I gave Atlantic Infiniti these ratings because the customer service was through the roof. I was greeted at the time I walked through the door. Everyone that I encountered while on the site greeted me and asked if they could help me. My salesman John Camlin was awesome. He made sure I found the car I was looking for within the price range I wanted to pay. He stayed with me every step of the way while I took my time to make a decision. I love that he kept his word with everything he said. Once I made my decision, the sale process was short and sweet just as he promised. One of my pet peaves is sitting at a car dealer for hours trying to purchase a car. I can truely say I have never been to a car dealership where everyone was so nice. From Donna, the receptionist, to Rome the serviceman, this is the place to buy a car! I love that while I was there, my 3 year old was able to play in the playroom while I handled business. The honest truth, my overall experience was the best I've ever had with a dealership. I definitely would recommend my family and friends and I will go back when time to purchase another car. Thank you to all the staff at Atlantic Infiniti for caring!

I expected an Infiniti dealership would have a higher degree of professionalism than I experienced with these clowns. It was your typical slimy used car salesman tricks. We initially made a verbal agreement to buy a used car but when the paperwork arrived, it had several new fees and terms that we didn't agree to pay. I didn't buy the car but had to repeatedly ask them for my deposit back. The problems with this dealership are well documented on this website and also the better business bureau's website. I encourage you to compare the BBB's rating of Atlantic Infiniti with any other Infiniti dealer. Then ask yourself why you would go to Atlantic...my advice is that you should travel to another dealer and avoid the headaches that so many of us have experienced.

I was looking to replace our primary car with something that was more family friendly as my wife was expecting. We had not really considered a used car until our saleman John Camlin suggested that we might be able to get more car for our money that way. We are very happy with our car, and are still surprised by how many compliments we get on it. We haven't run into any problems so far, and the extra room for the baby seat and stroller makes life much easier. The people were friendly and helpful and really seemed to appreciate our business.

If you like dealing with the typical car buying nonsense then this is your dealer. They change prices by the day, they add a $455 fee in at the end, and wasted tons of my time. Dont forget the POOR customer service! They wouldnt know the truth if it smacked them up side the head. Far from upscale. Stay away!

It took me 6 hours to lease a new car. The sales manager disappeared for two hours in the middle of the process and that delayed it, how unprofessional. I was sold an extended warranty from which majority of benefits do not apply to my convertible. I also bought a wheel protection plan for $700, but I was never told that it is service provided by an outside vendor, so in order to get my rim repaired, I have to leave the car in the Infiniti parking lot for 2-3 days and provide my own transportation.As I look over my lease agreement several months later, I realise that I ended up financing MSRP of the vehicle plus the extra warranty and the wheel protection plan, in addition to the money factor being off the the charts. This is my third lease ever, and the two previous leases I had with other dealerships had been very fair, pain free and honest. The same cannot be said about my experience with Atlantic Infiniti. I feel ripped off.

I went into the dealership to look for a used vehicle and liked one that they had. Well we negotiated a price but I had to talk it over with the wife and figured I would get back with them the next day. When I called the next day the manager Bruce stated that the vehicle was $6000.00 more and there was nothing that could be done to help me. The customer service was great at first but went away quickly when they didn't think they would be able to bleed me out of every dollar I had. Shop at their dealership at your own risk. I had better experiences getting my teeth pulled and will never stop at their dealership again.

Very rude and smug salesmen. I was planning to buy a pre-owned car there. Travelled far to look at a car that was described in great condition. In fact, car was in horrible condition in need of a complete paint job. Was yelled at for not buying the car and wasting their time. John Camlin and John O'Brian were both horrible to deal with. They wouldn't know customer service from a hole in the wall.

When we were about to wrap up the deal with the finance manager, we were surprised that our salesperson, John Camlin, had left for the evening without saying goodbye or thank you. On another matter, Daryl in service ordered the incorrect mirror causing us several unnecessary trips to the dealership. He said he would call when the correct mirror came in, but he didn't. So I drove over to the dealership because I finally found out it came in, and was told it would take less than an hour to fix it. The first man who took our keys and information was very upbeat, but Daryl showed nary a concern for our needs. He said no, it would take a lot longer to fix, and to come back another day. While I was in service, I asked to speak to the salesperson, John Camlin, because the tint that was on the car we purchased is apparently illegal. He was with a customer so the receptionist left him a note. After he was finished he just walked past me and said nothing. I don't know what his commission was, but whatever it was, he certainly didn't earn it. I called manager, John O'Brien, but eventually the phone connection went haywire, so I called back and left a message. No return call from him received. Anyway, I've been to other dealerships that treat the customer with such high regard (they should take notes from Rick Keffer's service department in Yulee, FL and Howard in service at the Tom Bush BMW dealership in Jacksonville), and this dealership just evokes a no care attitude. I wish there was an alternate Infiniti dealership in Jacksonville so I wouldn't have to go back. I despise going there, but unfortunately, we have to go back this Thursday.
