The Carfax for a vehicle I was interested in was not provided online. I asked the dealership if they would send it via email. The gentleman from Auction Direct told me that the Carfax info was, "The customer's responsibility." Other dealerships have willingly send the information upon request. I never pursued the vehicle after this event. Speaks to poor customer relations.

We have been searching for an SUV for our growing family. We saw the Isuzu Rodeo listed online as "super super super clean!!!". To say the least this car is far from super clean- the entire FRAME of the car is rusted, the body has rust spots all over, the backseat headrests were missing (& broken), there was a tear in the backseat, the rear bumper was damaged & doesn't sit right on the car & when you drove the vehicle you could hear something rattling around underneath. We were considering the car because mechanically it seemed sound. Let me first say that I was WILLING to pay the asking price but was confused since they listed that the car CAME WITH A FREE 90 DAY WARRENTY- but then they were trying to charge me for it (so I was short $150). Instead of pointing us in the direction of an ATM a very rude individual yelled at us saying pricing is nonnegotiable & you shouldn't have wasted our time or your time coming here. I do not do business with people that do not respect their customers- this just showed me what kind of place you are running. Sidenote: there are postings all round the office saying "cars sold as is- no warranties". Do not buy from this hole in the wall- the staff does not seem to know anything about the vehicles they are selling, they are extremely rude when you try to ask questions about the warranty fees, & they falsely advertise their vehicles.

I was looking for a Honda Accord for a while. Auction Direct Auto had the lowest price online. Car was clean and ran great. The staff was extremely honest, they even allowed me the bring my personal mechanic to inspect the car and test drive the car at their facility. Everything checked out, I got the car at a lower price than any other dealer, so I bought it. It's been over 3 months and the car is great. I will be back for my son's first car. I was in the market for a used car for 2 months. I went to over 10 different dealers, cars just were not in good condition and staff just felt pushy. After I found Auction Direct Auto online, I saw their ad was very informative, great pictures so I decided to call. I bought a car 20 days ago and i'm still waiting for the title. As a consequence i don't have registration, eazypass, parking permit and plates. i'm not sure whether i'm the owner of the car... Everytime i call they say "don't worry". i should have known since the beginning: they were not polite and they looked sloppy.

I have been shopping for a used car for over 3 months. It has been a nightmare until I saw Auction Direct's listing. Unlike many dealers on cars.com, Auction Direct's prices were 100% as advertised. No hidden fees, no financing only scams, no games. When I went there, to my suprise, they had 3 Lots and a huge 100+ car inventory. I had a lot of options. I paid exactly what was advertised, all the cars were clean and presentable, I was completely pleased. Nice, honest staff...No pressure to buy at all. They fully explained what I was buying, the terms of purchase, they were super clear. After a long, dreadful search, Auction Direct made me very happy!!

I got the lowest price on the market for my mini van. Car was nice and clean. The dealer really took the time and explained everything to me in detail. It wasn't your common "Sign Here and Here". By the time we were done closing the deal, I was well informed of what I was buying and they were beyond honest with me. No sugar coating and no BS with these people, completely straight foward. As a few people have already stated, they had the cheapest prices on cars.com for the cars on the lot. I was looking for something that was reliable, looked good, and was safe for my daughter who's going away to college - all within my budget. As a single mom, car shopping is sometimes scary because you always feel the sales guy is taking you for a ride. The woman who helped me was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, the rest of the staff was very straight forward and honest. I ended up buying a nice Toyota for my daughter which she's been driving for a month now and loves it. Definitely a good experience - already told my sister to come here for her car, also.

My husband and I were looking for a reliable used car. We visited several dealerships and the cars we saw were either way out of our spending range, or those that we could afford were in pretty negligent conditions. Someone recommended Auction Direct and we decided to visit the dealership. We found our car within the first half hour, an hour later we were driving out the dealership with our car! When I went, the car was everything I expected. The staff was very honest and straight forward. They told me the truth about the car and the terms of purchase. No stories or any sales pressure. I bought a car and the same day the check engine light came on and I wasn't helped at all by the dealer, Rafael. I was told that once I was out of the dealship I was on my own. Transmission problem that was probably modified and I only got a "sorry" but not their problem. If you like your money don't buy here.
