I went to the Audi dealership at Arlington on September 24 after I saw 2016 Audi Q5 Quattro Premium on cats.com. I traded in my 2020 Mercedes C300 into and bought that same afternoon. I couldn't be any happier with the Arlington Audi dealership for the entire transaction process.

I had my car towed to this dealer for repairs, after the diagnostics I get the call explaining whats wrong with my vehicle... so i was told I can come to pick up a loaner car because my repairs will take about week or more to complete. okay that is fine, Now me and my wife arrive to this audi dealer, upon entering the service dept. no one greeted us or offered any help upon entering the service dept. Our service adviser had arranged for us to pick up a loaner car, my wife was sitting waiting on the car to be washed. the service manager here at this dealer has the worst customer service i have every experienced ever. this guy just out right refused us a loaner, and his reason was at first because we dont have $300.000 of insurance on our cars. i questioned that, so he prints out the policy and clearly it shows i have every thing i need as far as insurance. then he goes on to say how are they supposed to protect themselves from people who my steal their loaners cars or dont bring back... im like really, then he goes on to tell us that we need half of the money down for the repairs. this guy just didnt want our business.. i was a customer who was about to spend close to $5000 in their shop. very disrespectful person running the service dept. he should be fired in my opinion.....i wouldnt recommend no one to this place for any reason... they should link up with Audi of Silver Spring to learn how to treat people with respect.

Just bought a used car from this dealer and I felt very comfortable dealing with the sales rep, Ron. He was not pushy and very accommodating finding a middle ground to close the deal

We have not had good experiences with this dealership's service of our 2009 A4. When the steering wheel was out of alignment and an error displayed in the dash, they repeatedly accused my wife of hitting a pot hole and messing up the steering even after we told them no such thing happened. My 20 minutes on-line research suggested the sensor in the steering wheel was bad and told them as much. So after a full day of poking around, they finally discovered that the sensor in the steering wheel is bad, but will have to replace it the next day. It cost well over $1000 to replace it and when my wife picks it up and is driving it home and loud and strange sound occurs. She stops driving and I come out to meet her and discover they left the front under tray in the trunk instead of attached to the underside car. The middle under tray was flapping in the wind and banging into the bottom of the car making an awful noise at anything over 35 mph. All the techs had left for the night, so back to the dealer the next day to drop off the car and get a rental for the day so they can re-attach it. Then the rental car process took over 45 minutes in the morning making my wife late for work. Paying top dollar for good service is one thing. This place is charging top dollar for poor service. This isn't our first less than good experience at this dealership, but it will be our last. Even if our A4 breaks down in front of the place I will pay to have it towed somewhere else and I am betting I will come out ahead. Note: You can see the money goes into the fancy showroom, fancy waiting area, enclosed drop off bay and tons of glass instead of paying for competent mechanics.

DON"T BUY A USED CAR FROM AUDI OF ARLINGTON. If you have no other choice (and believe me there are other Audi dealers locally), BE SURE TO GET IT LOOKED AT FIRST BY AN AUDI MECHANIC FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER. I thought that maybe the lower than average ratings online were just someones slighted opinion, but it's true. After a long series issues from the unprofessional sales department, I purchased the vehicle with a false sense of confidence in the car. I should have seen the writing on the wall from the early issues with the sales staff that this was not the dealer to do business with, but hindsight is 20/20. I currently have a $4500 list of repairs, most of which to make it safe to drive on the road. As a long time and very loyal Audi customer who has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Audi vehicles in the past, I'm very disappointed at how the dealership intentionally tried to deceive me when purchasing the vehicle. I reached out to the The Sales Manager, but he was not interested in trying to make anything right. He did NOT represent the Audi brand well on our phone call because I was merely a transaction to him. According to him, my concerns were unfounded. They were completely justified in representing the car as they did, in his opinion, and was not interested in hearing about the tactics used by the sales staff. According to him, "there is no integrity in selling used cars" and that I "should not have had any level of trust in them." They won't tell you if anything is wrong with the car or what codes have been cleared after they put it in the shop. They could not care less that it was unsafe to be driven on the highway (of which there were none on the test drive), and that there was a mold problem that was undisclosed. He was not interested in sympathizing with the situation, said they sold the vehicle as it should have been, and that I should put some "personal investment" into the vehicle to get it up to my standards. Apparently my family's safety is an opinion, according to Audi of Arlington. This is the not the attitude I'd expect from a premium brand, and especially a brand that I have come to greatly adore. I even left a message for the General Manager, with no return call, but I can't say I'm surprised.I've at least done my part and tried to give others a fair warning. Buy from an Audi dealer that understands what true integrity is. This dealer does not represent the brand with dignity or treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

After visiting 4 dealership in one day, we found the right sales person, Hassan Chehouri and the perfect car for us, an Audi A7. Hassan's attention to detail and customer focus allowed us to drive away with a car that we feel is an upgrade from our 5 series. Purchases are made from people not dealerships. I feel our financial rep was equally instrumental with this purchase. DaVaughn Paige personalized a finance package that was mutually beneficial. He presented mult options for us the choose from and guided us to the best solution. My future car purchases will be done with these two people, hopefully from Audi of Arlington.

Buying process was great. The dealership allowed me to take the prospective car on an extended two day test drive as I already had a planned trip. Betty, my sales associate has been outstanding. Got a good no haggle price pretty much right up front. The closing process was pretty good and painless. There is a little bit of up selling at the end of the process, but I'm confident the packages I bought will be honored though the life of the car. I've brought the car back a couple of times since my purchase for scheduled work that I knew would have to be done at time of purchase. Again, the personnel was welcoming and personable. The only knock down I make on this review was on the quality of service (2/5). My used car had a chip in the windshield that the dealership agreed to fix at the time of sale. The repair was done in conjunction with some other service. When I got the care home I noticed that the chip is still visible on the windshield. Not what I expected given the good costumer service I've received to this point.

I've bought two certified audi's from Arlington Audi. I recently got a great deal on a lightly used certified S4. Hasan Cheouri is the man if you're in the market for a test drive. And the certified used manager Wendell Payne will make sure you're treated right start to finish.

The sales team was amazing and my representative, Donald Bonsu, made sure I had an opportunity to review all my options and select the best choice for me. The finance team and business manager, Katherine Moxley, were equally amazing. Katherine and Donald both spent their time with me to ensure that every need was met and question answered -- even taking the time to redo the paperwork to get me the best deal. Lock and Sean also went the extra mile with my trade in and and close out process. This is my second Audi and I will continue to be a loyal customer to Audi of Arlington.

When dealerships are dismissive of their buyers they do not expect someone reading this comments to even call them.My call to them was not returned. # calls. I was interested in an Audi, very interested however the commentary by the dealer ( answers to comments ) made me realize they do not appreciate customer service. With all the dealerships out there why would i recommend or go to Audi Arlington. Rhe owners need to change their staff manager before it is too late.

I scheduled a time to come in to test drive a specific vehicle and I arrived right on time. The sales associate was busy with someone else and just sort of left me in the middle of the showroom while other employees just talked among themselves not asking me if they could somehow help me. I just sort of wondered around for several minutes and eventually went up to someone who sort of seemed disinterested in helping me until he realized there was a pretty good chance he could make a sale. I test drove the car and while I was pretty happy with it, I was turned off by the sales tactics throughout the process. I felt that I was talked down to like I was some sort of ignorant being with a lack of understanding of math and how car buying works. I have actually bought 8 cars in my life, all by myself "despite" being a young female. I was also told that the make of my current vehicle was inferior to Audi which actually made me almost laugh out loud. I was actually downgrading in terms of brand status. I just did not appreciate the way I was treated overall and for a semi-luxury brand like Audi, I would have expected more. I guess it truly is just a more expensive VW.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and thoroughly explained the product and the purchasing/ leasing process. Audi's technology packages are wonderfully advanced and packed with features. Time, (along with patience), was spend with us outlining and explaining these features so we had a thorough understanding of what they are and how to work with them, before we left the dealership.

This dealership sold us a used BMW X5 with several issues and refused to cooperate with getting the problems on the vehicle fixed. The manager was very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about any situations that were happening at his dealership, And when made aware he gives wrong information without doing his research first. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!

I went in to look at a few different Audi's. I should have walked away when the sales manager insulted me. The sales manager, Sean, tried to tell me that the lease calculators online are inaccurate. It wasn't until I read the fine details of the deal he was presenting that I figured out the difference in the math. Turns out he told me he would give me one amount for my trade then tried to write the deal with a different amount and bake the difference into my monthly payment without me noticing. Don't even shop for price at this dealership, they will lie to you.

As easy and exciting my car buying experience was,my first service was just as horrible.. I made an appointment almost a month ago for my first service and also called 3 days ago to make sure a loaner would be available (service lady said 'yes' and hungup on me)..Alright,come the day of service, they gave me every excuse in the book to make sure I don't get a loaner (not sure why, although I saw several loaner cars in the lot).. Alas,I had to wait for 4 long hours to get my car back after service.. Car wash was just so-so and they didn't even vaccum it properly.. So much for buying two brand new cars at this dealership.... just take your car elsewhere for service..

Called to get my car serviced here seeing how its close to where I live, when I called I spoke to the Service manager by luck. I explain that this is my first service and what I was having a problem with. He asked if I could bring the car in Saturday and I said sure without checking with my wife. After checking with her Saturday wasn't a good day for her, so I called the manager back asking if I could come Friday, I was unable to reach Steve Miller so I left him a voicemail. I never heard back from the guy, Now on Monday I call again and leave another message, still no return call, This is the service manager we are talking about. I call Tuesday which I am transferred to him and I explain my frustration with him not returning any of my calls I get that you may become busy at work, However that doesn't excuse why I couldn't get GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! He responded as if I was a bother to him, I asked for the General Managers info and left him a message regarding this issue. Lets see if he calls back, Now I take my car to Audi of Silver Spring when I should be able to go 5 min down the road. Steve Miller needs better customer service training, I wouldn't expect this from a manager of Audi.

Absolutely no pressure, from the time I dropped the email too ask about a car till I drove off the lot with my new to me 06 Volvo xc70, I could not have been happier during a new car purchase. Ron greeted me with a smile, and answers to questions that were quick and pointed. Ron even chased me down to give me my garage door opener as I forgot it in my old car. Tony in finance was a pleasure and knew his business, was patient with me as I had a few deal breaker demands, and kept the time in the finance office to about 45 min. And last but not least I'd like to mention Mike, a mechanic in the back who took time away from turning a wrench and put my perspective purchase on a lift, and even loaned me a flashlight so I could do my own inspection, taking time away from him making money on his Saturday . Overall for a Saturday which I know is a busy day for everyone in the car business, I never, not once felt pressure or hurried , it really felt that everyone there was genuinely happy to be there.

I own an A5 Cabrio. This was without a doubt, the worst possible dealership service department experience!!! From waiting twenty (20) minutes to get checked in, to service work which was incorrectly written and not completed, to over charging for service performed, to jumping through hoops to obtain a loaner vehicle, to the service writer treating me like an enemy of Audi, to waiting an hour at pick up for the work that was supposed to be completed, to the condition of my car at pick up, to no follow up...just an online survey. The service was so bad at Audi Arlington, I will be taking my Audi to another dealership for service.

I was in the market for an Audi convertible. I placed a call to the dealership first and spoke with Adrian. He was very helpful. When I got to the dealership (5:30 PM) I met with Wali, who gave me his undivided attention and quite literally HOURS of his time (buying a car is stressful, as we all know, and such a huge expense!) Wali didn't make me feel rushed, answered every question thoroughly and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Later, I met with John. He saw I was tired and frazzled and feeling poor. He was cheerful and accomodating and very, very kind. At 10 PM, I met with Catherine in the finance office (yes, they kept the dealership open just for me!) She graciously explained the heaps of paper work and because of the late hour, made an appointment with me to see her the following week to do the remainder of the paper work and to arrange financing. I felt very well taken care of! I've had the car just 48 hours and love it - at this point, I wouldn't hestiate to recommend Arlington VA Audi to anyone and in fact would encourage them to go there!

Ordered a camshaft control valve since it tested out if range with ohm meter per repair manual. Upon receipt of the new part I did an ohm check and it was almost as the same reading as the suspect bad valve. Did this in my house and never plugged it in on the car. The code p0011 that was initially read of course went away after I had ordered the new part and hasn't come back since. If the new part read within rhe specified limits I would have installed it anyway to be sure the problem won't come back. But if it was never installed never plugged in and is possibly bad out of stock there is no reason why they can't refund my money. But because it is electrical they won't. Even though it is out of range per specs from stock.Of course living up to a true dealership mentality their response was, "have you taken it to a dealer to look at it? " Before that without even understanding why I was calling he asked why did I wait so long to return it. I had the part less than two days. Typical automatically trying to blame the consumer and not caring for a customer.

I asked a simple question about something said in the listing and made it perfectly clear that I didn't want a phone call. I also made it clear that I wasn't quite ready to buy (in the process of making my next car decision), I just wanted an email response to my question. What I got was no answer to my question in the return email, just a bunch of fluff that was already in the listing and a "please call." Then he proceeded to call at least 3 times to "talk," of which I never answered the phone. What part of "do not call" do you not understand? I don't have time for phone calls just to chat when all I asked was one question. You may think calling to chat on the phone is more personal and friendly, but it's not when you are told NOT to call. I then got an email asking me if my question was answered to my satisfaction. If you can't answer a simple question, not follow simple directions, and after all of that still not answer my question, why would I want to buy a car from here?

After a long saga (over a period of years), the manager failed to put my scheduled repair on the daily schedule. I waited for way too long for someone to help. The service agent did his best to help consider my car wasn't on the schedule, but in the end, failed to call me and tell me that they discovered another minor problem with a taillight, which could have been fixed during the same visit rather than coming in again. Poor attention to detail. You have to really stay on them to get things done. Time to try a new dealership for my service and next purchase.

I went to this dealership to see and drive the new Q3. You'd think "how can a dealer screw up a test drive", right? Turns out, this "luxury" dealership has it down to a science.First, I was greeted by the classic cheesy salesperson. This guy knew nothing (and I mean nothing) about their cars. Then a sales manager (who also knew essentially nothing about the Q3) was required to help determine whether they had any on the lot (they did) and to get a key. I waited for 35 minutes for these amateurs to pull up with the car. And when they did - it was the wrong car. I don't mean the wrong color or package - I mean the wrong model (a sedan instead of a crossover). Incredible. What a waste of everyone's time. Audi makes some sexy cars, but this clown show of incompetent staff wasted what could have been a great customer experience. I left, went to Mercedes (to try the new GLA) and was driving one within 8 minutes of arriving. No kidding. It's just not that hard. Audi of Arlington - you are an embarrassment to the Audi brand.

I've had several bad experiences with the audi service team. They almost always promise my car much sooner than it will actually be ready keeping me waiting in the waiting area for hours. Recently, I picked up my car and had to correct the bill (they didn't discount the cost as they verbally promised until I argued with them); afterward I went to get my car and noticed one of the specific problems I brought the car in to get fixed was broken again. The funny thing is the service rep said that she hoped the "fix" would last 9-months, which was unacceptable - it didn't last 9 minutes! The issue is clearly a manufacture defect so I don't expect to pay anything but I've asked three times for a quote to properly fix the problem - still nothing after more than a week. Incredible lack of interest or understanding of how inconvenient this mess is. Two days after shelling out $1K for the four year service the blinker and brake lights are having problems. I don't believe it is just coincidence.

The salesperson at this dealership is what convinced us to purchase our vehicle here. There were a few locations that my wife and I were considering. All four of the dealerships that we went to offered the same deals for our trade in but it was Mr. Jacob's knowledge, kindness, and customer service that convinced us to perform business at this dealership. Mr. Jacob showed enthusiasm, offered great advice, and gave us our space so that we didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything. It was his assistance that won us over all other dealerships. He is by far the best salesman that we have come across! It is because of his service that we have given this dealership the rating that we did and it is because of him that we will recommend this dealership to all of our Audi friends.

The facility is amazing! The showroom is brand new, clean and well lit! The service bay is enormous, bright, and immaculate! The saleman that I dealt with (Tommy) was a no pressure guy, and speaking with him was a pleasant experience (unlike some high end car saelsmen who almost shame you into buying their product). Though I didn't buy from this dealership, I would highly recommend them!

Great sales experience at Audi of Arlington! My fiance and I drove over 8 hours each way to benefit from the amazing customer service from salesman Roy Paik. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond by both email and text, which helped tremendously in buying a car from so far away. We definitely recommend this dealership and highly recommend asking for Roy - he'll work hard to get you the deal you're looking for!

I went to Audi because I found a car online I liked. It was a used Nissan xterra. My sales person was Roy Paik. He was very respectful and helpful. Super nice. He knew my situation and that I needed a lower payment. They worked with me came home with my Nissan very pleased. Also pleased with the management. My Nissan had a flat tire when we went to look at it in the lot. The tech filled it with air and they said it was fine to go home. Roy and the sales manager ensured us that if anything happened to the tire after we took it home they would take care if it. Well, the sensor in my tire was bad and when we told Roy he said his manger already had money aside to reimburse us! Great customer service all around

I found Arlington Audi by casting a broad search for a pre-owned A6. This dealership has an extensive number of 1 to 2 year old cars, most aggressively priced. I worked directly with Jacob Jay, we handled a lot of the negotiation through email and over the phone. It was all a very painless process. Jacob is a low pressure, consultative kind of guy, which helped make the buying process a pleasant one. His low pressure and casual approach was why I ultimately selected Arlington Audi, and him, to work with. Jacob is an enthusiast of these cars, and it shows in his knowledge. All in all, a pleasant experience and would recommend the dealership and Jacob to anyone who asks.

Found my car online and made an inquiry. Nasir responded within 24 hours to let me know the car was still available and kept checking in with me for the next couple of days until I could respond. The dealership is quite far from where I live (2 hours) so I was very pleased when the car was exactly as it appeared online. They worked with me to get the payments where I wanted them and gave me a fair price for my trade in. I ended up taking the car home with me that night. If anyone needs a recommendation for a dealership in Arlington, I would speak highly of this one and of my salesman Nasir.

This is an experience i never expected from a reputable dealership like this. I saw a Toyota Highlander 2002 online and negotiated for the car with one of the sales rep. who after consulting with his manager agreed on a price and called me back. The agreed price was fine by me and i immediately agreed to go checkout the car and possibly make payment if okay. I drove over 40 mins to the dealership and had a test drive of the car. It drove nice and was time to make payment. I told the sales rep that i was going to pay half the amount immediately by cash and the other half in two working day time because it was on a Saturday. Only to get a shocker, the sales rep said he wanted to go check with his manager, he came back and said the price of the car has increased. That someone called for the car and the person was willing to pay the advertised price and would come in the next day. That if i wanted to still buy the car, i would have to pay $800 more. I couldn't imagine this sort of treatment from a huge dealership like this. The manager never came out to talk to me, and the entire experience was embarrassing and terrible. All they wanted to do was take advantage of men after i have spent another 30 mins or more

Stay away - too many issues to detail in one post, but the customer service is lacking in all departments. From rude salesmen and parts department personnel to service advisers who don't want to do warranty work. Although everything did get resolved in the end with the help of the sales manager, it was not worth the hassle. I won't name names here, but everyone in this place seems to have a negative attitude and they stare awkwardly without smiling much - save the finance guy - they don't make you feel welcome. I am not surprised at all with other reviewers' experiences. They treat you great until you make a purchase and after that you are nothing to them - don't expect any sort of customer service if they owe you anything from the purchase. Service and Parts (especially) make you feel as if they don't want your business and you are just an inconvenience. Not the worst dealership experience I've had when purchasing, but far from the best. Try Audi Silver Spring or Chantilly - they are complete opposite in terms of customer service.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but felt compelled after a recent purchase I made from Audi of Alexandria. In fact, this review is really the result of the last four years in which I've been their customer. I bought my first A4 from Audi of Alexandria back in 2009. Since that time, I've worked though a number of folks in the service department as the car received general required maintenance. In each instance, the service representative couldn't have been more professional or, frankly, more kind--even going so far as to ensure that the warranty always covered as much of the costs as possible and making loaner vehicles readily and quickly available. I don't say that lightly. Marc Gritz, for example, not only returns calls/questions promptly, but always immediatetly addresses any questions or concerns, even if I just drop by without an appointment.I had a similar experience just last week after buying one of their loaner vehicles. Donald and his team were extremely patient with me and my numerous questions and requests. I know I can be difficult/stubborn, but they were always courteous, candid and helpful throughout the experience. I was never uncomfortable or felt as though I was being mislead in any way. We were both very clear from the beginning in terms of what was possible, and in the end arrived at a fair price. It really was a genuinely pleasant experience. Like I said, I wouldn't take the time to write a review had it not been. I know there are multiple dealerships and places in which to purchase a car, but these folks deserve a look. I hope this was helpful to anyone who's beginning to look themselves.

I just came in to look last October and was very pleasantly surprised when I got such "honest", yes I said "honest" financing even with my credit that was severely affected by the recession, that I traded in my 2007 Audi A4 Quattro and inked a great deal that evening on a brand new supercharged 2013 Audi A4 Quattro. The Sales Professional I worked with was Mr. Nasir Basir, who is soon to be a certified PMP, is very nurturing and part of a great sales force that located the color I wanted for the exterior and interior, which was found at another dealership about an hour away. The car they found had some extra features which the Sales Manager left in at no additional cost. The Finance Manager was very detailed and patient when I hemmed and hawed about AudiCare which he pointed out was only an additional $12 a month for my financing package which more than pays for itself since an oil change alone runs around $120+. I just got my first service and everything went perfectly smooth. I emailed Nasir about four hours before dropping off my car on a Friday evening and Nasir was able to get me into a Q5 loaner that I requested (FYI...Driver's licence, credit card and insurance card will be needed and gas needs to be replenished to the same level when returning). I got a call Saturday morning around 10:30 AM that my car was ready and I came to the dealership by 5:00 PM that day to pick-up and return the loaner. The only improvement I can suggest for IMPACT sales is already in the works which is a less cramped and overcrowded space that enables employees to be happier and friendlier in a more epic and state-of-the-art dealership opening up in the next few months I hear along with extending warranties and gimmick incentives such as $300 for 3 months or something like that.

I have visited the Audi of Alexandria for the first time because it was recommended by a friend of mine. When I walked in the dealership Mr. Perez greeted me and he was very professional at every aspect of the sale. I knew what I wanted so it was pretty simple process. I was told that they are moving to a new facility in the next three months or so and the A5 that I was interested was in their satellite lot. We enjoyed the test drive and I had great buying experience. However they need a new dealership because it is a hastle for them to go back and forth to bring vehicles. I will bring my new A5 for service at Audi of Alexandria and I will recommend Audi of Alexandria to my friends and coworkers.

Since initially leasing my car with Audi of Alexandria, a 2012 A3 I have had the following experiences:1. The dealership shut a garage door on my car breaking the radio receiver and shattering the glass roof underneath2. The car needed a new ENGINE at 11K miles and Audi of Alexandria took a month to replace3. The two times I have needed service (and yes, I sprung for AudiCare) they have lost my reservation. once, i left after waiting for a loaner for over an hour the second time I left as I was told they didn't except my insurance for loaners anymore and I would need to go to Enterprise if I wanted a car for the dayThis is my third Audi and needless to say my last. My audi needed repairs locally. The car has out of state plates. I know not good. The repairs were done over 3 visits. When we bought the car home to our local dealer we were told the work was not done. We had to drive the car back. They wanted to show us that they had done the work. The work was not done, they agreed to do the work that they changed us for but didn't do. We worked out the compensation in dollars back to us. We were satisfied that they did the work this time. Just wish it had been done the first time. Keep your eyes on they work, look over your car before they take it out of the garage.

Our sales associate (Ron Rodriguez) was extremely friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle or paying more for the vehicle we wanted. The dealership had great accommodations, though Im sure their new location will be even nicer. The sales manager introduced himself to us and provided us with his business card, thanking us for our purchase. Ron has even reached out to us a few times since our purchase, to ensure that he answered any questions we may have had regarding the vehicle; a gesture, Im sure, that is not normally extended to customers by other dealerships. It is because of this detail to customer service and satisfaction that highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Ron!!!

I bought a gently used, CPO Audi 3 TDI from Ron Rodriquez here. He was very thorough and prompt in answering all my questions by both e-mail and phone. I drove from over 2 hours away and the car was detailed and ready when I arrived. I test drove, talked price and purchased, all quickly and effortlessly. We had a very nice experience at this dealership. We needed another vehicle and saw a deal online. Although we liked the car, we were still not ready to purchase it because our search had just begun, the price was a tad above where we wanted it, and we saw that the vehicle had a couple of cosmetic defects that we knew must be resolved. Ahmed was very patient with us during the purchase and tried very hard to resolve all of our concerns. After getting a buyer's inspection, we realized that the cosmetic repair that we had discussed with Ahmed was >3 times what he initially thought it would be (we got multiple estimates), so we were not pleased. Additionally, we needed the spare set of keys that the original owner failed to deliver during his/her trade-in. Anyway, Ahmed arranged for us to drop the car off and get a loaner, and Audi's preferred body shop fixed the cosmetic issues at no additional cost to us. Moreover, Ahmed personally drove during his own time to pick up the keys from the original owner (30 miles out of the way). These things, coupled with some price abatement, made the experience very pleasant, and we would recommend you consider giving them your business.

In a hunt for specific Audi Q-7 which we found out it would have to be ordered, Alexandria was helpful from the start, straight forward, and a no nonsense dealership. The 2013 Q-7 was ordered and imagine the fact that vehicle came in prior to when promised. They were in contact regularly with shipping and build updates, and freely discussed finance options, extended warranties (which we purchase) and Audi care. At time for delivery, I took a taxi from the airport and was hoping the Q would be ready and waiting as we did paperwork remotely. Guess what? Filled with gas, cleaned, and salesperson ready with keys. Their price was rated as fair by Cargurus.com so I scheduled an appointment with Tommy Luk of Audi Alexandria and took it for a spin. According to Wikipedia, customer service is the provision of service to customers, during and after a purchase. Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. Audi of Alexandria, and those that represent the dealership, provided me with exemplary customer service upon the purchase of my new 2013 Audi Quattro A4. The buying experience was superb, and there was no hassle or haggling involved. I experienced the utmost professionalism and courtesy from Sunny Batra (the sales associate who sold me the vehicle), Salime Eslaqite (the General Manager), Ashkan Souroushi (Finance Manager), Stacie Merwitz (Finance Director), Mike Willis (Client Advisor), Le Nguyen (Certified Service Advisor) and Ahmed Bah (Client Advisor). These individuals made my experience at Audi of Alexandria wonderful and I will always refer my friends and colleagues to Audi of Alexandria first!

VERY Long story. sorry but if you want to do business with this dealership.. please think again STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! I went in for 25000 scheduled maintenance for my AUDI Q5 covered by AudiCare. Once the service was completed, they give you free car wash.. Guess what? They washed my car with panorama sunroof open. Leather seats soaked, and carpets soaked, and future potential electrical problems / mold / mildew problems..etc.. dealers not really doing anything to do anything right... Did dealership tell me about carwash incident before I pick up the car? NO Here's how I found out. When I got in the car, back window was fogged up, I thought it was due to result of carwash and humidity level in VA. So I ignored that and was on my way home, while on the way home, my shirt right arm was getting wet from the arm rest, so I looked around and there was about 2 inches of water in the cup holder, back leather seats were very damp, and carpets in the rear seats were soaked. I immediately called the dealership, tried to speak to manager, and left a voicemail. Very next morning, service department manager called 8am in the morning, told me to come in so they can assess the damage and dry it out for me. My concern wasn't the drying it out part. Car should not be washed with sunroof open. Whoever made the mistake should have came forward and taken the responsibility. Also, with car being exposed to lots of water (car wash uses average of 35 gallons per vehicle). Even if I assumed only quarter of that went into my car, it's about 9 gallons that was in my car. So I was very concerned, started to initiate talk with the GM (Selim Eslaquit), He assured me that there was no damages as they dried it out completely and that there would be no problem what so ever. I challenged him on the spot, let's open one of your vehicle with panorama sunroof and go ahead and do a carwash, and you dry it out and sell it to customer or you keep it.. can you do it? he said no. So I asked him Why should I keep such vehicle when dealership was at fault and also that they needed to replace the car for me. then he counter-offered if I kept the car that he would offer to extend warranty to 100k, OR that I trade it in and get a same vehicle with same options (at dealer cost). So then he started to give me numbers, and gave the low balling trade in value at 32,000, and gave invoice price for the new q5. Later that day, I stopped by at the Carmax and found out that my car was valued at 35,000. So I went back to Selim, and asked how he's got to the 32k, and that it was ridiculous he was still trying to make money off my car when his dealership caused great deal of inconvenience. Then he rudely cut me off and said, "Do you work in a car sales industry? I do, you don't, so You don't really know what you're talking about?" I felt very disrespected and demanded to get Audi Rep's number because it was obvious that this GM did not know how to treat their valuable customer. He also said all those in front of his sales people which shows that he's clearly not fit for a GM position at any kind of dealership. My counter offer to Selim was that he will give me more than Carmax and he does not make not a single dollar on the vehicle he sells to me. not even a hold back, he said he could not do that. He then challenged me if I can sell the vehicle for more somewhere else, then go ahead and

So I was very concerned, started to initiate talk with the GM (Selim Eslaquit), He assured me that there was no damages as they dried it out completely and that there would be no problem what so ever. I challenged him on the spot, let's open one of your vehicle with panorama sunroof and go ahead and do a carwash, and you dry it out and sell it to customer or you keep it.. can you do it? he said no. So I asked him Why should I keep such vehicle when dealership was at fault and also that they needed to replace the car for me.then he counter-offered if I kept the car that he would offer to extend warranty to 100k, OR that I trade it in and get a same vehicle with same options (at dealer cost). He then challenged me if I can sell the vehicle for more somewhere else, then go ahead and do it and come back to them to complete the transaction.IS HE EFFING out of his mind? Why the heck would I go sell the vehicle somewhere else and basically let him off the hook? This was his dealership's fault, and he was not even trying to make this right, obviously only interested in maximizing the profit on this trade in and selling new vehicle (putting 1 more on the board for them..).Next day, I contacted the AUDI USA, and rep was very understanding of the situation and told me that he would talk to GM to see if they can come to a resolution. Audi Rep got back to me 2 days later, saying that it was dealership's fault, so they did not want to get involved. So now ball was back at the GM, he matched the carmax and gave in on the holdback. At this point, I did not even want to deal with AUDI ever again, but since they are getting 1 more sale on the board, I did ask them to either take off destination / processing fee out because I had paid them once before OR offer extended warranty on the new car as well. He of course said no, did not want to deal with me any longer. One extremely bad dealership experience / and experience of AUDI USA not taking care of their customer with the 2nd Audi, I was very disappointed and ready to move on at this point.I also honestly feel like I was discriminated because of my age and race. I wonder if I was a older Caucasian male, whether he would be able to disrespect customer that rudely. I felt almost embarrased to go back to the dealership after he cut me off and said I had no idea what I was talking about..In the end, guess what happened..?Nothing got resolved, and because I'm being tired of dealing with Audi,I just treated Audi incident as total bad luck, and ordered BMW instead. Could not be any happier.Audi will never earn my business ever again, and they have now lost valuable client.

Had minor work done on my car it was a check engine light that came on due to not changing the oil in time. well actually no where the time it was suppose to have been done. They checked my car and in the mean time gave me a Q5 to drive around in. the loaner was nice and kept me from having to miss work and everything was taken care of in a day's time.

I bought an awesome used car at a good price. The sales associate was great. But, there was a surprise. They use a "passed inspection" sticker to lie to the clients, and then they take the car to the inspection the last minute and give to you the car with a safety rejection. This is not transparent at all. Take a close look to that detail. But other than that, this is a good dealer.

We would recommend Audi of Alexandria because here everyone goes beyond their duty description to make the customer happy. We were pretty particular on what color and what features we wanted, the employees looked until they found exactly what we wanted and had it ordered to the dealership. Throughout the process, they kept us informed about what was happening with our deal. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and they found the time to bring us the vehicle. All of the paperwork was handled over the phone and internet. We both work full-time and busy with our children's activities and don't have much time to make long drives. Everyone involved did their job and made the buying process so easy and with no stress, which in our eyes is a A+. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and deserve the best in customer service!!! We will definitely come back when we choose to buy another vehicle!

Fraud Committed. En route to Washington D.C., my Audi flashed that the car was overheated, so I had the car towed to Audi of Alexandria. Jason Gage (service representative) ran a diagnosis on the car and told me that I had a broken temperature gauge. To repair it would require a part replacement and four hours of labor, totaling $650.16. Given I had to drive back to NYC from DC in two days, I had no choice but to agree to the repair. (Note, I called another body shop and they would have done the service for $350, but I was captive by this point.) On Sunday, when I drove my car back to New York the temperature gauge continued to indicate overheating throughout the entire 4.5 hour drive. I emailed Jason Gage on Monday and told him of the problem and requested a refund. His response was that "there may be a sensor or gauge that may be faulty" and that I should take it to another Audi dealership. Further Jason wrote that if I could let him know of "my findings, he would be interested in knowing." This response could not have been more clear that they had no idea what the problem was, did not fix anything but decided to go ahead and charge an Audi customer for parts and service anyways. Finally, to release a car with an unfixed faulty temperature gauge back to a customer is knowingly and willfully committing fraud and endangering not only the customer, but also the general public. Please consider this as you send your or your wife/husband/children's car into this place for any service.

I love my new type S diesel Q7!! Its great on gas and rides very smooth. I got a great deal and traded my A4 against it. It was a pleasure to have a professional salesman who showed me all the options on the car. The paper work was drawn up quickly and efficiently. Since they didn't have one on the lot, mine took about a week to arrive and then was promptly delivered to me. With my growing family it's the perfect car.

I recently purchased a 2003 Honda Accord EX V6 for my son to drive while at college. After agreeing to a great price, My wife and I flew in from Texas to take delivery and drive the car home (1500+ miles). Once the paperwork was complete we departed for home. Within 100 miles of our trip we had a check engine light engage and returned to the dealership. Our salesman Tommy Luk immediately sent us to the sister store Landmark Honda. We were then informed the vehicle had to have a new throttle body/almost $1000.00. When you are 1500 miles away from home and have just purchased a vehicle as is NO WARRANTY, you start to get a little anxious with this kind of news. At this point I had the opportunity to meet and talk with the Manager of Audi of Alexandria Darin Lowdermilk. Darin did the right thing, by approving the repair. Several things come to mind about our experience, honesty, integrity and professionalism. If I don't communicate anything else to the buying public remember this, some people do the right thing when no one else is watching and these people are in that elite category. Thank you Darin for delivering a great buying/life experience!

I recently worked with Tommy on the phone and email on getting a 2012 Q5. I cant say enough about this gentleman's professionalism and knowledge on these cars. He made me feel very secure about my purchase and worked diligently around my tight schedule of work. He had all the paperwork ready and there wasn't anything in there that we hadn't agreed on beforehand verbally. I am truly grateful for the honesty and hard work that the staff at Audi of Alexandria put forward during this purchase process. I also want to add that the website for this dealership is done very tasteful and user friendly, it truly eliminates a lot of the hassle and go around the other dealerships put you threw. my sincere thanks!J.

Had a good experience every time that Ive been here. Audi of Alexandria has a very professional staff and goes above what is expected of them in terms of the quality of the work performed. Ive been an audi owner for 4 years and I see why people are clamering to buy these cars. They are low maintance and beautiful. I have had only minor issues that were just wear and tear. Its definetly a luxury car. My Q7 is the best car I have had, and thats also thanks to the proper service attention it has gotten from audi of Alexandria's service department.

After a nightmarish morning at Audi Of Chantilly (the Sales Manager there did not appreciate that I, as an Accountant, did my due dilligence before negotiating a lease) on Saturday August 20, 2011, we next went to Audi of Alexandria. AoA may not have the new, lavish showroom that AoC offers, but it was more than made up for by the experience we had making the deal. I have read some of the comments regarding AoA, and all I can attest to is how much of a blessing it was to work with Jamal and the Sales Manager (Jay Jawaid). Not only did we end up with much more car for less price than Audi of Chantilly offered us, I believe we were treated with much more respect and appreciation than we were ever shown at Audi of Chantilly. Additionally, Jamal and Jay were very knowlegable about Audi in general and the model we were leasing specifically. As a car buff who reads and studies these things so I can be informed, I found that gratifying. The salesman we had been dealing with at AOC was a gentleman, but seemed to know only the basics about the car, and I could tell it was more rehearsed than due to his keeness to be the best at what he is doing. Jamal on the other hand, is a car guy who appeared to love what he does. You owe it to yourself to do your research, be informed, and compare dealers by first hand experience.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! My check engine light came on while visiting DC and I made an appointment for 10:30. The Alexandria Audi dealership told me it would be a diagnostic fee of $175.00. After nearly 1 hour of waiting I was told that it would likely be 5:00 PM before the diagnostics were completed. I asked for me key back and was then told that they'd have a report shortly. In about 45 minutes I was told that I needed one fan/module ($1,598 and possibly another!! (???How would you not know if 1 or 2 were needed and why was the gauge not showing an overheated engine??? They said No way for it to be complete that day) I checked web reviews (not so positive!) and called my dealership in Charlotte, NC-WAY too much $$ and I questioned their credibility. I then went to Audi of Tyson's Corner and they didn't had a service technician. I then went to Chantilly where I received outstanding service-the problem was NOT the fans but an oil leak that caused a cooling system malfunction! They put 2 technician on the job so I could get back to Charlotte, NC that night. IF YOU NEED SERVICE-GO TO CHANTILLY!!!

The store was warm and inviting, and the employees were very polite and professional! My husband and I have purchased a few cars in the past, and this by far was the best experience we have ever had! This is how car buying is supposed to be! the process was quick and the inventory we had to select from was great. We started our deal on the phone with Steve , and finished it up with the finance department. The best thing was they were so up to date with technology and it made everything so easy. We also purchased Cilajet for our Audi Q5 and I love the glow it gives the car, along with the peace of mind that my car's paint will be protected for a long time. Thanks again to the staff of Audi of Alexandria for making it so easy, and truly effortless experience. I am more than happy to write this on behalf of steve's request, that if the experience was good to report on it. I have a service Appointment for next week and will report on that as well.

My review is related to sales department, have not used the service so can't speak of them. These guys are trying to rip you off all the time. First, they quote on their website the MSRP value of the car, then right next to it the internet value, which looks like you are getting a 1000 discount on the MSRP. Then you go there you start negotiating and all of the sudden the internet value did not include the Destination FEE, which the MSRP does. Basically, they make you think they are giving you a discount over MSRP, but really they are just substracting the Destination Fee. Wait, they will add it back at the end of course......I was about to sign the purchase of a new car when after having me there for 5 hours, they wanted me to pay $875 of destination fee on top of the other typical fees. I stood up and left.Went to Tysons and got a clear purchase with clear discounts and pricing. Alexandria will make you think you are getting a great deal but then they screw you up with fees, that they claim are always there (yes, they are, but are part of the price). The only fees you should pay are taxes, registration and dealer fee (usually around $350). The destination fee is part of the price and should not be added at the end. I;m sure lots of people don' even know this getting ripped off by these guys

I bought a certified 2008 Audi A4 3.2 quattro 5/10/11. Tommy provided the best car-buying experience I've ever had, for a new or used car. I traded in a 2004 BMW 325Xi. The initial offer by the manager for the BMW was $8,000. Eventually Tommy got the manager up to $11,000, just about Kelly Blue Book value. It remains to be seen if the service department is as good as Sales. The dealership has mixed reviews here, but not Tommy. If you're going to this dealer to buy, ask for Tommy.

I don't even know where to start with this outfit. I read the reviews for all local dealers and thought that the low reviews for Audi of Alexandria were generated by a few disgruntled customers and that my experience would be different. I was completely wrong -- I shouldn't have gone there and absolutely wasted my time. When I went in, they offered me a decent value for my trade-in and asked me what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle. I offered up a number ($xxx above invoice) and after several conversations they said they could meet my number. That's when the fun began. Not only did they try to pretend that invoice and/or MSRP does not include destination, they have the highest processing fee of any Audi dealership around ($399). Salesman then tried to explain that processing charges are required by law in Maryland (they aren't) and that's why they are different from other dealers. I'm not sure why his phony explanation was supposed to make it better, but I didn't care to press the issue further. Their invoice price was hundreds of dollars higher than figures quoted by other dealers, Edmonds.com, and TrueCar.com. Yet they insisted that they were right and the entire Internet and every other dealership in the area was wrong. The bottom line is that this place will try to confuse and play games with the numbers to try to make it seem like you are getting a "deal" when you really aren't. I've purchased vehicles from other Audi dealers in the area and worked with Chantilly, Tysons, Tischer, and Criswell on the type of car I'm looking for now. NONE of those dealers played these games or tried to hide the true cost of the deal. While they weren't all priced as competitively as the dealership that I made the purchase with, all were transparent and didn't pull this garbage. AVOID AUDI OF ALEXANDRIA AT ALL COSTS. There's just too many dealerships around to tolerate this nonsense.Do not make my mistake. While it may be the closest dealership to a lot of us in the area, drive the extra 15-30 minutes and avoid this needless headache.

Crooks, frauds...I really should have read the reviews here before I entered the dealer.Having test drove one of the Audi models I had in mind, I was offered to a sit down with a seemingly pleasant sales person. He kept going back and forth with his boss and was putting on this act that they are willing to discount the car as much as I requested for. Then, at the very last minute the boss jumps in on the scene slaps on about $1,400 worth of extra charges. I was appalled with the stunt. However, I kept my calm and kindly asked for a reason behind the extra charges (one of which was already listed in the final price by the salesperson). The boss with a rude attitude gave me a nonsense reason for one the charges, which I could only interpret as "I am charging extra because of the discount we offered." Given the nonsense reason, I politely asked again, "why charge a fee twice?" All I got was the the same BS reason and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude that made me feel extremely humiliated after all the time I spent with the salesperson negotiating the price and setting up for the final documents.Needless, to say, I left the dealer extremely upset.I'll give the benefit of the doubt that the salesperson was not aware of the stunt the boss was planning to pull. At least that way, I won't feel like I was fooled by every person I met at this dealer.Do not go to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. Or at least keep your mind clear of any BS charges they may slap on at the last minute. And beware of the Boss!

We are Audi owners and we visited Audi of Alexandria to purchase our second Audi since we like and trust the Audi brand. All was going well, until the manager, think it is Jwaid interjected when negotiations stalled at the last $500. The manager was rude, aggressive and came off as the stereotypical "used" car salesman. He immediately turned off with his style, and we felt humiliated and unwanted in Audi of Alexandria. It is a shame that Audi, a great brand, has such thugs representing them. We will never visit the dealership, never use their service and will NEVER recommend to our friends and colleagues. Our experience was so frustrating that we will go out of our way to make sure that anyone considering an Audi not make the same mistake and do any business with this dealership.

Ran credit report without permission as I was purchasing the vehicle with cash. They then lied and said they didn't run a credit repot but when I challenged them about why they were offering me a financing package, they told the truth. Collected taxes and tag transfer fees which after 4 months, didn't remit to the DMV. I'm now illegally driving my own car. They said this was because the previous owner never signed over the title on the vehicle. Are you serious? I called more than a dozen times to get an explanation on this and each time they hung up on me. After 2-hours, Sami (General Manager) said he was going to have a talk with the people at his dealership. That does little to solve my problem. Registered a formal complaint with DMV Law Enforcement.

I went to Audi of Alexandria to talk about a car in their inventory. I did not expect that I would buy the car the day I went there. Well, I had such a positive experience, that I drove off the lot in a new Audi A4.What can I say? I got a better deal than I was offered at another local dealership. The money down was lower, the APR was lower, and the monthly payment was lower for a car that had more options than the one I was considering at the other dealership. After leasing the car, I have had a steady stream of follow-up phone calls. Any questions I had were promptly answered and addressed. I was actually working with two client advisers, one rather recently hired at Audi of Alexandria. He did a great job of selling the car. As I test drove the car he explained its features and answered my questions about the mechanics and technical details. We also had enjoyable conversation on topics other than the car. His name is Asare Larbi. The other adviser was my initial contact with Audi of Alexandria, Tommy Luk. This man puts the lie to the stereotype of a car salesman. He has very high standards for himself and follows the rule that you treat others as you would be treated by them. He settles only for excellence. Even matters, which might be considered trivial, he takes seriously and will resolve quickly. You can do no better. He is a man of character and integrity, who shows that an honest and ethical car salesman is not an oxymoron. He listens to his customers and attends to their needs.I always find going to car dealerships to be very stressful. Too many variables at work. Tommy Luk makes the experience pleasant. He wins your confidence outright, and he is upfront about everything. In addition to Tommy and Asare, the entire staff at Audi of Alexandria exceeds your expectations. I got the car five days ago. Today the general manager, Sammy, phoned me to ask if I had any questions or issues with the car. I actually had three and he answered them over the phone. How reassuring is that?If you live in the DC metro area and you want the exciting and exhilarating experience of driving an Audi then head on over to Audi of Alexandria. That is where you will get the car of your dreams.

Our first experience with Audi of Alexandria was about a year ago: my 2004 Audi A4 had a broken windshield wiper, making it nearly impossible to see while driving in the rain. We called Audi of Alexandria first thing the next morning and asked what they could do. Marc Gritz, in the service department, graciously told us to come right in, and he immediately fixed the wiper free-of-charge and washed/vacuumed the car for us, too! We had normally used the Tyson's Corner location, but when we realized there was a closer dealership in Alexandria (we live in DC), we were thrilled to find that they are super-accommodating and helpful. A few months later, the car was making some strange sounds - we again called Marc, and he made it a priority to get us in right away. I have been an Audi owner for several years and have patronized several excellent dealerships, but I must say, Marc made us feel like VIP clients! He was sensitive to keeping costs down, made sure to explain every repair in detail and told us what was necessary and what was optional. We casually mentioned to Marc that we would soon be looking for another car. As a service technician, he had no vested interest in trying to sell us a car, yet he took the time to answer several questions about the latest Audis. We left Audi of Alexandria more informed and extremely happy! This brings us to the present. Over the past weekend, my husband and I started having trouble with the car. We immediately called Marc and described the problem to him. He was able to diagnose the problem (fuel pump) over the phone and advised us to bring it in as soon as possible. We brought the car in just thirty minutes before the service center was scheduled to close (on a Saturday). Marc stayed late to confirm his suspicions about the fuel pump and to explain our options to us. At this point, Marc is our go-to guy for anything car-related - he is the epitome of a top-notch service provider. In an unplanned twist of events, we decided to start looking then and there for a new car. We worked with Tommy Luk, who helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for and worked diligently to get us the best possible price. He was very honest with us - at one point when I discussed my desire for a particular add-on feature, he explained to me that it might not be worth the money. It's always nice when a salesman is interested in gaining your trust rather than simply making the sale. Such was the case with Tommy. He patiently walked us through all our options and answered all our questions. We ended up deciding on a new 2011 A4 and were able to negotiate a great deal that worked out well. With respect to some of the negative reviews on here, I will say that because of the relatively small location, the experience is not the same as at a larger dealership where there are lots of salespeople milling around. This location is tiny (right in Del Ray, Alexandria) and they don't have as many people working there. They keep most of their vehicle inventory offsite at a yard about a mile away. This really isn't a problem, as long as you know that you need to go speak to one of the salesman inside, rather than just standing outside waiting for someone to come solicit your business. I highly recommend both Marc in Service and Tommy in Sales at Audi of Alexandria. It feels good to be valued customer.

Not only did they provide the best price, Audi of Alexandia's financing team is awesome - they provided the best financing rate. The process was quick, efficient, professional. He showed me everything I needed to see and even helped shop the competition's stock when I was making my decision. Michael Samuah was helpful and made honest recommendations on what financing options and coverages I should and should not elect. Overall, this was an easy and pleasant experience.

I'm sorry to read the last blogger had such a bad experience, I hope that in the future they have a better experience. My experience on the other had was great! When I made my appointment I was given an appointment immediately. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted with a friendly smile, and a hello from the Service manager. I received immediate attention, with the utmost quality customer service, and was shown the waiting room, and offered a cold drink. While waiting for the service to be done, I walked over to the sales department, to see our salesman. He jumped up from his desk, and greeted me although he was with another customer. We chatted briefly about wanting to upgrade my Audi A4 to an A6 in a couple months. The service on my car was done within a hour with a wash and vac. They also topped off my windshield wipers fluid at no extra charge. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. The quality, friendly, customer service we receive from Audi of Alexandria is the "BEST". I look forward to being a satisfied customer for many years to come.

I have an Audi A4 that I took in this April because the Check Engine light was on. They diagnosed and all they said I needed was a hose repaired. Okayed that. Light came back on within 20 miles. Since the car was running fine and the diagnosis didn't turn up anything else, I figured I would wait to have it fixed or looked at another time. So, the car didn't pass emissions inspection about a week ago. Took the car back to Audi of Alexandria on Wednesday at 10 AM. I had an appointment. They didn't get back to me until that afternoon that they were still looking at it. This is cardealerspeak for we haven't even put the thing on the computer yet. A diagnosis takes very little time. I called on Thursday mid day and in the later afternoon. Brad wouldn't return my calls and finally they told me he had left for the day. I demanded to speak to the manager on duty. He didn't know what to tell me but I demanded to have the diagnosis for free because of already being there in April and not having the issue addressed to satisfaction.So......it is no Friday evening and I'm without a car. I forced them to take it to Audi of Tysons so hopefully a larger dealer with a better reputation can fix the car. It only has 45,000 miles on it so I'm not sure what the issue is, but I'll never do business or encourage anyone else to do business with this dealer. Thank goodness I have a viable alternative to turn to in the metro DC area or I'd never buy an Audi again.

Visited to test drive an A4 Avant. They didn't have any, but the sales guy offered me to test drive a Q5. After the test drive I thanked him and was leaving, when he asked if I'd be interested if he gave me a good number. I said, I'll consider it if you can do 40K. He said let's talk. After making us wait for 20 minutes he came back and asked if I'd be trading in my BMW. I said yes, he asked for my key to assess my trade in value. After making us wait another 20 minutes they offered me half the value of what my car's typical trade-in value and to make matters worse, they offered me sticker price for the Q5. I told him I wasn't interested in the deal and that I have to leave. This is when the real show began. The salesman put on a show picking up the phone to tell someone that I needed my key back, soon like three times. All the while my key was with his manager who was within clear view of where we were sitting. Finally it took a friend of mine to threaten to throw a fit if they didn't produce my key within 30 seconds, for the manager to hurriedly bring back the key which he had conveniently hid on his shelf. The most horrible experience I've had ever with any car dealer. They're dishonest and disrespectful. Never buy a car from these crooks.

Best service department for Audi anywhere in the beltway area. The staff is friendly and really knowledgeable when it comes to these cars. The Audi Q7 which in particular needs special attention. My wife loves this SUV and takes pride in driving it. Every time we take it to Audi of Alexandria we know its in good hands. The price is reasonable and the money worth the peace of mind.

Was a BMW person for 20 years, tried Infiniti, but always liked the Audi designs, and after making the comparison, decided to lease an Audi A6 Premium Plus (3.0T) from Audi of Alexandria.Had to drive 500 miles the day after getting the car, and found that the car just gets better and better at highway speeds (much of the trip was through 70 mph zones, and of course I never exceeded the speed limitlol!). These cars are made for highway driving, but around town, has great balance of weight, power, handling and ride. Curb appeal is also very high as these are great looking cars! Its one of those cars you can just admire from every angle with both a classic look, but with modern design featuressimply, the Audi has the best aesthetics across their entire line capped by the R8. .After seven days of driving, the steering started giving resistance and making groaning sound (especially when turning)I suspected a steering hydraulics issue (not something to fool around with as these cars need a lot of pressure to work the power steering system), so I called Audi of Alexandria (500 miles away), and the Service Manager immediately got on the phone to the local dealer Audi of Charlotte (again, this was 500 miles away from home).I was able to carefully drive the 5 miles to the deasler (this was late on a Friday afternoon), wherein the service manager immediately took the car in, investigated the trouble and within 15 minutes, discovered the trouble). A clamp holding the hydraulics hose was not crimped correctly at the Audi factory, and had worked itself loose, resulting in substantial leakage of steering fluid. The fast action taken by everyone involved was truly impressive! Audi of Charlotte ended up putting me into a brand new Audi loaner to get me back home (I had to travel back the next day), and Audi of Alexandria allowed me to simply pick out a new car three days later after getting the OK from Audi corporate (I ended up upgrading to a Prestige A6 3.0T, but I could have simply swapped for the same exact model and color which they were ready to accomodate). I expect excellence in service in this level of car, and both dealers went well above & beyond in delivering just that Moreover, Audi corporate came through for the customer without any hesitation (not the same experience I have had with BMW NA, who rates a 0 in customer service).Tom Peters landmark book of the 1980s In Search of Excellence cites how successful companies are driven to deliver superior products and services, and equally important, providing superior, fast and competent response when problems occur. Audi exceeded every expectation of how to treat a customer, and I expect to be an Audi customer for a LONG time! Thanks again to all those who made this car buying/leasing experience so special - Sami Elkabir (GM), Jay Jawaid (Sales Mgr), Kathy Gole (Finance Manager), and Dermonte Morris (Client Advisor)! You guys are the very best!

I bought a brand new Audi A5 from Audi of Alexandria last month. The salesman was great at explaining the features of the car. I think he was as exited as I was about helping me buy the car. Very positive energy and character in the sales staff, when I met the GM Sammy, I realized why that is. Two weeks later...I noticed a "door ding" I was angry!! The car is perfect! But now with a scar, I couldnt get it out of my mind. I called the dealership and spoke to Sammie, he had me bring in the car and fixed this door ding at no charge at all. Now that is the Audi of Alexandria Experience!!! Five stars, and 4 thumbs up!!

I wish I could offer more details than I will about my experience with Audi of Alexandria, but the fact of the matter is that I went there about 3 weeks ago eager to test drive an A5 and possibly buy one within a couple of weeks, depending on the drive. But, after walking around the lot two or three times, and then going into the showroom and waiting for a salesperson to even just say "hi," no one came up to me to ask me if i needed help. I was there for a total of about 40 minutes, and NOT ONE salesperson (NOT ONE) seemed to think me or my money were worth their time. After reading these reviews, I'm now feeling grateful that I didn't actually get any service from them.

After two weeks and three voice messages, still no call back. I guess they don't need my business. This involved the general manager (SE) and Client Advisor (DA). How rude is that. I was interested in purchasing the 2010 or 2011 Q5. I've told at least four of my friends not to do any business with this dealership. BTW, I am seriously (75%) thinking I am going for the Acura MDX.Audi of Alexandria, see ya and I hope the owner(s) of this dealership see this post.

I was given the cost for the repair over the phone and approved the repair. On the way to pick up the car I received a phone call that the car was ready and the repair was an additional $160 greater than the estimate, with some explanation that another part was needed. I felt taken advantage of since I was not informed prior to the repair that an additional part was needed. Additionally, I called several times and left messages to discuss this issue, but my call was not returned. My daughter took the car back two days later regarding a light that was on that we thought was repaired, but during that visit was told the CV boot, opposite the one repaired two days before was now needing repair, when asked why it was not repaired during the week it was in the shop, she was told it was not seen, and probably happened after she left the shop. Really concerned with the response, length it took (10 phone calls on my part) to get and response and way the I was treated. I am also concerned that the boot opposite the side repaired was not examined and with the weak explanation given. As a woman I don't know a lot about cars, but I know when I've been taken for a ride.

The sales staff at this dealership are dishonest and untrustworthy and I would never ever do business with them again! My wife and I ordered a brand new 2010 Q5. We were told that we would be informed as soon as the car arrived at the Dealership. One lunchtime I received a call to say our vehicle had arrived and that we should come to pick it up around 6:00pm. Thinking that the dealership had to 'prepare' the vehicle for delivery I thought that 6 hours seemed a long time to 'prepare' it but assumed that they were just being conservative and thoughtful in their timing so that I did not come to the dealership in the afternoon and wait for it.When we arrived at the dealership it was dark. We were very quickly shown the vehicle but of course could not see much as it was so dark. One thing I did notice however was that the odometer read 36.2 miles. When we got into to handle the paperwork, the finance person tried to get us to sign a form to say the vehicle only had 10 miles on it. When I pointed out that it had 36.2 miles she 'copped an attitude' and begrudgingly prepared a new form with 36.2 miles on it.When we finally took delivery of the car the temp tags had the previous day's date on them. All then became clear. The dealership had received the car the previous day and then used it for two days as a Demo car!!!Needless to say, I very hope I receive an AUDI survey questionaire!!

My wife and I bought an '09 A4 from Audi of Alexandria after assurances from the sales and managment staff that they would always stand behind the car and provide us with great customer service after we had made the purchase. They did not keep their promise of good service. The service staff chipped the pain on the hood while the car was in for its first service and the service manager refused to fix it until I showed him other complaints on car sites from previous customers and neighboors of the dealership who have seen service and sales team members throwing footballs and other items that hit the cars. We were told that we would be provided with an Audi loaner car when the car was in for service. They have only provided this service once and I have been lied to on several occassions about their ability to provide an Audi vehicle. They are told to tell you that they cannot provide Audi loaners anymore because of new ownership. If you press them they will do it, but then the next time you call for service they will not call you back. When a rock hit my windshield I called Audi of Alexandria to ask about getting a new one. They told me that I should insist on getting the windshield replaced by them even if I had to pay extra to my insirance company because Sfe-lite, they said would not be able to hook-up all of the connections etc and woud do a sloppy job. I agreed to pay extra and have the dealership replace the glass. They did not reconnect all of the electronics in the wineshield correctly and got glue on the inside of the car. It took them two months to schedule me for an Audi loaner and then when I got there they made me wait for an hour and then said no Audis were available. After buying the car, which was not easy because of constant "miscommunication" between our sales person, Danny, and his bosses. We were told over and over again to rate them as 5 star when we were contacted. We explained to Danny that we would not be comfortable giving them that rating and he became very upset and said he would not get paid and they may fire him and that it was not his fault. He blamed the "miscommunications" on his bosses. We gave him the 5 star rating and when I called back back to check on the mudd-mats Danny said he would order he told me to order them myself and then stopped returning calls. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership. I love the car, but I cannot stress enough that it is not worth owning if you will have to deal with this dealership.

Our fabulous salesman was great! He was informative, polite, patient. but never overbearing. He answered all of our questions promptly. K. who helped us with financing, was extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. I now have a car that I love for half the price of the car that I traded that did not "fit" my needs. My new Audi Q5 is a perfect car. I highly recommend AUDI OF ALEXANDRIA TO EVERYONE!!!!

I went to buy an A4 asking for diplomatic prices. Before I further opened the mouth, I was asked for my passport. Wasted 15 mn as the salesman did not know how to use the copy machine (he wanted to copy the visa). He tried to sell me an available car at about 10% above retail rate. I refused and said I preferred to buy on order and at diplomatic prices: "ok thanks good bye we will contact you" was the answer. I asked for a brochure. Nope. I asked for the price list. He gave me the list of 2009 (not 2010). I asked for more details on the sports package "not yet available in the US; what about the car I told you about?". Except that I had tried a sports package equipped car on the same day in another dealer. So the guy was just telling rubbish. He waved me good bye "we will contact you". Except that he forgot to ask for my contact details. No glass of water. No offer for a test drive.

We are long time Audi owners(having bought 3 A8L's from Audi of alexandria), We had been taking in our cars for service to them over the last couple of years, and received exemplary response from everybody at the dealership! So when it came time to replace our 2006 A8L it only made sense to give their sales team a shot and buy locally. I contacted a them through the internet and quickly got a response, and set an appointment to look at one of their existing cars. the salesman was very helpful in pointing out the features of the new model, and he was quite easy to work with . We negotiated the terms quickly and without the usual new car sales back and forth with the "manager". He got the paperwork printed up swiftly, and were out in a very reasonable time period.

We brought in a 2006 A4 convertible with a damaged convertible top. After a week in the shop and a repair bill of $1284 we moved to Alabama (about two weeks later). Unfortunately, we did not try lowering and raising the top until we were in Alabama. When we did so, we found that the top had significant new damage to the inner liner. We took it to Jack Ingram Motors in Montgomery, Alabama and they did a thorough examination and then showed us what was wrong. We and the Jack Ingram Service staff called Audi of Alexandria about the condition of the car, but Audi of Alexandria denied they had done anything wrong. In my opinion, that makes them either dishonest or incompetent. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I think they are incompetent. Of course, since they claimed they did nothing wrong, they refused to pay any of the second repair bill. Jack Ingram's staff,on the other hand, fixed everything and gave us a price break since the damage had been done by another Audi dealer. They made a customer for life. If we move back to the Washington DC area, we will certainly not patronize Audi of Alexandria.

They just won't take a car that has been to any other dealer. The argument is that it will not be covered by the warranty. This is unbelievable, the other dealer is also an audi dealer. So, if you move, you are out of warranty. In addition, the service person was not very welcoming on the phone.

My experience with all the employees at Audi of Alexandria have been nothing short of superior. They are friendly, knowledgeable and treat you like family. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and at no time do you feel like you are dealing with sales people. You get the best deal without asking and their follow-up is to be commended. I highly recommend any one who is looking to purchase a vehicle and looking for top shelf service, to start here I promise you won't go anywhere else one you get to Audi of Alexandria. BEST auto buying experience ever! My Audi Specialist, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and did not pressure me at all. The whole experience was perfect, from picking up my Audi from inside the building on a rainy day, to him spending 1 hour going over all the options and gadgets(NEVER had that before). The price was right and the selection was plenty. I was even introduced to the Service Advisor,Paul, who took time to talk to me even though he looked busy. I am a Audi of Alexandria customer for life!!

Bought a two years old 2002 model year Audi sedan at Audi of Alexandria in the summer of 2004. I paid cash for it.After two years, Audi of Alexandria had still not provided me with a title for the vehicle. I had to go to civil court in Alexandria and sue them for it, which had cost me $1,500. Only after all that would they give me the title for the vehicle for which I paid cash to them years previously.Of course, I could not drive the car after a while, as it could not be registered w/o a title. BEWARE: If you want to take title to a car that you buy here at Audi of Alxandria (instead of leasing it), shop elsewhere. BTW, the Virginia state agency that was supposed to "regulate" these fricking monster car dealer fraudsters was of no help at all, as in Virginia the state colludes with the businesses it is supposed to regulate. Never again will I ever purchase anything from a Virginia-based business. They are all crooks there, apparently, condoned by the state agencies that are supposed to "regulate" them. What a cruel joke!!Oh, I forgot to say, I had heard it later that the SALES MANAGER was threatened to be whacked by at least half a dozen "satisifed customers."I also heard that their SERVICE MANAGER at the time was a real pile of crap human garbage, too.BTW, my fiance's 2004 TT Coupe just blew its engine -- at 46,600 miles and 49 months after purchasing it brand new. Audi refused to pay for the repair, which cost her $4,900. Beware of Audis and Audi USA, Friends. They are the biggest fraud around in North America.I would never buy ANYTHING made in Germany any more.

The single best dealer purchase experience of my lifetime. Maybe because it's 2008 and they're desperate to sell cars now, who knows. But it was smooth as silk and there were no ugly surprises as happens so often at other dealers. I've also taken the car in for warranty service and the crew (Dion et al) were professional and focused. I hope it stays this way!

Recently leased a 2008 Audi A4 and had a GREAT experience. They were straight-forward with all transaction costs. The car and all monies involved were exactly as we had agreed to over the phone. I had specifically asked for a bright red A4 2.0T with black leather interior, satellite radio and a six-speed manual transmission. They did not have the car in stock, but had it within 24-hours. The entire process went extremely well. Having never leased a car before, I was concerned that I would not understand all the numbers in the lease, nor understand exactly what the purchase price of the car would be. The salesman, Dany Aly and the Business Manager, Rodney Barredo took the time to answer all of my questions. I walked out of there with a complete understanding of the lease and how we arrived at each number in the lease agreement. They showed complete professionalism throughout the transaction. I am completely satisfied with my purchase from Audi and would strongly endorse the dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease an Audi.

In the past I was an advocate for AUDI of Alexandria but my recent experience with the dealership's service department (and AUDI as a product) has turned me away from the car forever. Caveat Emptor, AUDI is a horribly produced car and has given me nothing but headaches since purchase. My most recent dealings with AofA left me without a car for three months as they could not or would not deal with my extended warranty company. While not completely their fault -- the warranty company was overly excessive in their demands for breakdowns on all parts and labor, down to each bolt -- AofA lost sight of the real issue, customer service. I was forced to borrow others' vehicles all summer last year while AofA and the warranty company went back and forth over work orders. I felt that nobody looked out for my interests at the dealership and because of it I suffered horribly in terms of personal time dedicated to acting as a middlemn. This should have been AofA's responsibility. I do not feel there was any deliberate malfeasance by AofA but the whole episode left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. Ultimately, their pitiful attempts to rectify the situation forced me to take over the process and go to the dealership personally to conduct a 3-way conference call between the dealer, warranty company, and myself.

I bought my 2007 A3 here in early 2007. The purchase experience was reasonable enough, but the service after the fact has been abysmal. Audi of Alexandria REFUSED to install the audi accessory I-Pod adapter. I had it installed at another dealer (an hour away from my home). After a few months, the Radio stopped getting reception (static all the time). I returned to my local dealer (Audi of Alexandria), and they told me that they could work on my Radio under warranty because the I-Pod adapter was the cause, and Audi factory accessories installed by a dealer are only warranteed at the DEALER THAT INSTALLED THE ACCESSORY. What if I had moved across country? I decided to live with a broken radio until my next major service, and since then have decided to sell the car (I've had it with Audi, I've taken this all the way to Audi USA, and had nothing but headaches). I decided that it would be BEST to sell a car with a working radio, and made and appointment at Audi of Alexandria for a final service (oil change, whistling sunroof, and minor driveline shimmy). I also told them I would pay to have the radio working, and to get started on it. They estimated 480 bucks to repair the radio, which I approved. They now have not yet completed the work (3rd day in the shop, originally promised 2 days), and they don't cover loaner cars (they use Hertz, not Audi) past 2 days. ARRGGGHH.They have systematically treated me poorly, overcharged me, and been disengenious. My experiences with this dealer have led me to sell my Audi and I must advise anyone looking at this dealer to avoid it. I also have lost faith in Audi USA, and will never purchase another Audi.

Overall experience was appalingly bad.Took our car in for a tire balance and they said our serpentine belt needed replacing. They kept the car for 5 days claiming problems negotiating with extended warranty company. When I contacted extended warranty people they informed me that Audi had not faxed over any paper work for them to review/pay on. When I informed the Audi dealer that they had slipped up on the pperwork, I received no apolgy but magically the car was suddenly ready in a few hours. When we picked up the car the bill presented to us was 25%more than the quote. When we asked why we were told to pay or they could not release the car. I was told to pay today and call for a refund tomorrow. No explanation was offered. What angered me more was in the pile of paperwork was a sheet which clearly showed the original lower quote. We were made to pull up our own car from the service lot, even though people in queue after us had their cars pulled up. I guess that was their way of expressing displeasure at a customer questioning their unethical practices. The following day trying to reach the manager I basically received the run around and till date no apology nor a refund. Today I "googled" this dealer and was shocked to see the number of complaints for fraudulent services and inflated repair bills. Do your research before being gauged by this unethical dealer.

Dealership changed hands a few years ago and moved to a new location. Since then many old faces have left and the feel" and professionalism of the dealership has deteriorated. The quality of service has declined from superior to average because of staff changes and new procedures. Previously you discussed your car with the mechanics that did the work. Now you talk to a service writer who never sees your car. Dealership now just an average car dealership - a place to go to haggle for a car and get warranty repairs done. Not a place to go for post-warranty service/work as long as there are better independent shops from which to choose.

I had my Audi A6 Avant checked before warranty expired and amongst things they had to repair my electrical window that would not go back up. They fixed it but made two scratches on the dashboard and door panel and I still have 2 greasy stripes on the glass that are impossible to get rid of. On picking up the car I discovered damage to the rear side panel, (probably parking damage).<br>They made me feel like they would have been honest about it if it had been caused by one of them, implicating that it could have happened "somewhere" else. They are going to fix the damage and they were good about it, but I am very worried about the outcome and I am upset with all the time I lost with driving to Alexandria.<br>
