I had my wife take our Q5 in for service because the "service due" light was on. And also we needed a recall performed. So even after scheduling or service to be performed, the technician advised my wife that we did not need service done. The issue was we only had 25,000 miles and the service needed to be 30,000 miles or two years since last service whichever comes first. The whichever comes first was overlooked.

My nearest Audi dealer is just over an hour from my home. While traveling through Asheville I had an issue with the hood latch and so i pulled into the dealership. We purchased our Q5 from Audi Asheville and have always taken it there for service. It is easy to set up an appointment with Brittany, they are always ready when we arrive and the service is done within the time they tell us. We have NEVER had to take it back after service for something that was not done correctly. They wash and clean the car before returning it. Zac, the service writer is always great to deal with, helpful and understands what needs to be done and gets it done.

I looked for new Audi A8 3.0 2016 closer to home. (Alabama). I had bought Audi 8 from them 3 years ago when I was looking for a service to change a light bulb front left. I was on vacation in Ashville and couldn't drive home like that. Instead I ended with a new A8. Great experience. This time I tried closer to home yet I did not get much response. So I called Audi Asheville and few days later went on a vacation this time to pick up my new car. Reasonable and confident negotiators. Fair and good deal. Excellent financial person (Chris). I have purchased BMW's for 20 yrs. and needed 2 new vehicles. With elderly parents now, I needed an SUV that was roomy, easy to get in for them, good cargo space (walkers, etc.), and good looking since I will also be driving it. My intention was to trade one of my cars for the Q5, and then go over to BMW for my new sedan. As it turned out, I saw the Audi 6 drive by and it really caught my eye! I was not however impressed by how it drove, but when I went to the A7 it was a much better experience in performance and overall feeling - more like a luxury car that I was use to. I felt I had to have some firm negotiations as I turned in 2 immaculate cars w/ very low mileage. When the sales manager Charlie Schieren made his final offer I felt it was fair and I had made new friends. My sales representative Ron Klahr was very congenial the whole time - never pushy! I had never driven Audi before and I must tell you I have always been so well treated at BMW. I am still a bit surprised it went down this way, but I truly believe I made a good decision on both vehicles. I hope this dealership delivers on their claims when it comes to service as I will remain a customer for the future.

I was not looking to buy a new car, but was intrigued by the offer I got in the mail from Harmony It was better than the deal i got on my first Audi. I ended up trading for a 2016 Audi. Every interaction I have had with them in the these 4 years I have lived in NC has been excellent. The have been very professional and courteous. Good experience, courteous and timely transport, appreciate attentiveness and assistance by Douglas. Would appreciate if technicians did not change pre-set driver settings inside car-bass turned way up on my radio, for instance, and driver mode changed to dynamic as if someone was going out for a joy ride. Not reassuring that vehicle is being pampered when taken around the block.

We love having service done here and at Audi of North Orlando. We have two Audis - an All Road and a Q7. We love, love, love our cars. We adhere to the maintenance schedules in our owner booklets, but the challenge is that we live in northern Florida but summer in western North Carolina. Hence, the need for two great service centers, and now we have them. Love the technicians and the service representatives. Great communication and great maintenance.

Each time that I have been to Audi of Asheville, I have been treated with respect and professionalism. I have had to bring my A-5 in twice for major work and each time provided with a car and a smile. I have driven an Audi since 1982 so to say that I am a loyal customer is to put it mildly. Recently concluded a search and evaluation of mid-sized SUV options, prior to purchasing. Looked at Audi, BMW and Subaru. Our recent new vehicle purchase experience with Harmony Motors was a delight. The process was smooth and easy on the day we picked up our new vehicle and that even included financing. The only [minor] issue we found was that they do not have a robust process for keeping you informed of the status of your new vehicle build (that is if you purchased a customized vehicle that must be built). Other than that, everything else about the experience was great. I definitely recommend this dealership because the people are friendly, their attitudes are positive and they care about getting you into the right vehicle without being pushy.

When I left my Audi Q5 for a 15,000 mile service I was promptly greeted by an attendant and introduced to Zac the service advisor who wrote down my information. The car was ready aa promised in the time allotted and was in pristine condition.

We are seasonal residents of the mountain area and have chosen Harmony to handle our needs during our 6 month stay here. I find their dealership clean and comfortable when waiting, and they very generous with loaners when that is needed. Had a check engine light come on just as we arrived after a 10.5 hour drive from Florida. Contacted Audi Asheville as we had had our vehicle serviced there a few years back and had great service. The Service Department had the sensor in stock and had our vehicle back to us in 24 hours. Not thrilled that we had a part failure but Audi Asheville resolved the issue as quickly and professional as we could have hoped for.

People love to put dealers down. Lets be honest, they have a point. However I can say that Audi Asheville is not one of those dealers. While not the cheapest shop in town, the quality of work is never in question. I know that my car will be fixed right the first time, and if there is an issue, it will be resolved to my satisfaction, not corporate Audi. I fee like I have a relationship with the staff and have learned that they have an appreciation for cars in general which is important to me. Very happy with the work and service.

I recently visited Audi of Asheville for an oil change. As always, I was greeted in a timely and friendly manner. I chose to wait for the service to be completed, so I availed myself of the Audi showroom lounge area. There were free snacks and drinks and plenty of magazines to pass the time. The work was completed in less than an hour. I was well satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be back for my next regular service.

Disappointed that this was not covered by warranty. New car. Service agent, Zac, indicated replacement would have been about $200. Manage to repair for $60 in labor. $60 is better than $200, so I called excellent.

I have had my VW service at Harmony since it was Deal Motors. Sometimes there were glitches (such as a four hour oil change while I was waiting. These are parts of life. The improvement I noticed the last visit was that my car was fixed in a reasonable time and I didn't have to search for it in the parking lot. Small, but good touch. The SM was courteous and knowledgeable. I am taking my EOS in on Thursday. Will let you know how it goes!

I went in and needed new tires and also found out they are able to paint wheels and brake calipers. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out, but I was also impressed with what a value they provided by offering such a reasonable cost! I won't take my cars anywhere else. We took our Audi in to locate a bad speaker in the car. The technicians found the bad speaker and ordered a new one.It took about an hour.However, while we were waiting in the Audi showroom, we could overhear two salesmen and a manager in a glassed office area arguing that one of the salesmen took a deal from the other. Very unprofessional.

It is always great service! It took over an hour and a quarter for an inspection, which was estimated to take only twenty to twenty-five minutes. That said, I did request a car wash, too, and I was told that it might take a few minutes longer, so I estimated it should take another 15 minutes for that, so over all, I am pleased.

Asheville Audi, aka Volkswagen of Asheville, exceeded all of my expectations. Live in Franklin, NC. Long had I thought that Asheville was too far to drive a vehicle for service. My wife has a SQ5. Nicest vehicle we have ever had. She certainly deserves it and she loves it. I would not allow anyone in Franklin to touch it. I have a Toyota FJ. Had it's first service at Barkley Toyota in Asheville about the same time and they too exceeded my expectations. Both Asheville Audi and Barkley's Toyota dispel the rumor, the thinking, that you're better off not taking your vehicle to the dealer because the dealer will take advantage of you. Nothing could be further from the truth. What more can I say.
