DJ was so helpful during the research and buying phase. He wasn't pushy. I felt that I got an excellent deal on my Audi. The only reason I put average on the timeliness of the paperwork was because the computer system was slow. However, my husband and I had a great time talking with Patrick during the financing/paperwork phase. Again, DJ made the entire process of researching and buying my first Audi a wonderful experience. I had not purchased a new car in 13 years and I was dreading the entire process. DJ made it easy. Patrick was wonderful in the finance department. I would like for my husband to purchase an Audi from DJ in the future. I see my family keeping with the Audi family for years to come. Between DJ and Patrick, I learned so much about my car and Audi as a company, which really impressed me. I know I made the right decision and I know that I received a fair and honest price. I really, really appreciate everyone's help!!

What an experience!! Test drive was great, I needed a second lap, did Samir pout? Did he protest? Did he say something dumb like " If you don't like it, I must not be doing my job"? No, just hopped back in and we were off. I never once felt any pressure, the whole dealership has an air of standing behind it's product, no pressure necessary. Nobody said, " What will it take to get you to buy this car today?" no cliche's, just strait business. Then they they take you downstairs and two doors slide open like you are entering a spaceship, angels sing, and your car is waiting for you! It was a spectacular reveal. I am very happy with the process of buying the car, I am even happier with the car it's self. What an amazing machine.

My father was a car dealer in NY, and I have dealt with many different brands and dealers in the last 31 years in Atlanta, and found my experience at Audi Atlanta superlative. Others were good, very good and even horrific, but this was exceptional. Travis was my salesperson, and surprisingly well-informed and helpful (given his youth). He was eager and accommodating, did not at all utilize high pressure or stall tactics. We went on two test drives without any change in demeanor. Along with the sales manager, we arrived at a manageable price with little hassle. My car was found at another dealer, and while it took a little longer to arrive than expected, it was worth the wait. We spent a good amount of time reviewing the tech issues with the car, and a second appointment was offered. When it came to the dreaded financial paperwork, Cortlin, also a young person, was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Her assistance explaining the different finance options and assuring the best deal, i.e., monthly payment by exploring different mileage, duration of contract, maintenance and warranty/service options was invaluable. She was very thorough and PATIENT as we explored the various permutations of finance options before completing the deal - not a short expenditure of time and effort. It is commendable that throughout this process, she remained calm and personable. Overall, aside from the great quality car product, this dealership came across as both highly professional and customer-oriented, inclusive of the entire staff, with whom I interacted - from the receptionists, sales personnel to the sales manager. I have every expectation that the service side will be comparably skilled.

What an amazing experience today at Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta. From the first time you walk in and see Claudette smiling to the professional salespeople all over the dealership. Davian was an excellent salesman and took care of whatever I needed from him. I highly recommend Davian if you need a car. I can't say enough about the people of Jim Ellis. I purchased this car from another car dealer then brought to Jim Ellis Audi for "maintenance" work. The car needs extensive repairs and I'm trying to work with Jim Ellis (Chris Lee) and Audi USA to resolve oil consumption issues that requires a Crank Case Ventilation System replace ($2,900). If this doesn't fix the problem it may require an engine rebuild that will be very expensive.This car was purchased new by the previous owner in 2009 at Jim Ellis Audi. All service work was performed by the dealership until August 2016 and the car has a clean CarFax history. The car was sold at auction to another local dealer and then bought by me in September 2016. I've already spent $3,500 in repairs. Now I've found out the car needs the Crank Case work for $2,900 and may ultimately require the engine rebuilt.It's hard for me to understand how a car that has had all service and maintenance work performed without any reported issues can be sold at auction without any issues reported and then sold to me 30 days later with what could be well in excess of $10,000 repairs?Hopefully Jim Ellis Audi / Audi Atlanta will advocate on my behalf with Audi USA to help get some relief with this very expensive repair.

My experience and leasing a new 2017 Audi S7 was very easy due to the fact I had the best audi car knowledgeable in Atlanta and that is Jorge Galvez. He made it look easy and painless. He was able to get everything done for me while I was in Afghanistan with little or no other guindence from me. Ok here it is. My experience with Audi dealership in Atlanta, I can say is the best dealership that I ever been and believe me I have been around the world. I can litterly say that Audi of Atlanta in size, customer service and amenities is far better than the Audi dealer in Dubai, UAE. I was just there and I was not impressed with it. As far as the customer service from the first call to the receptionist to the sales agent is a great experience. The customer service is one of the best. I had been leasing Audi's for quite a while now and there is a big difference between the dealers but this one stood out the most. Ok now for my sales agent, incredible I could not ask for a better person to sale me a car. His name is Jorge Glavez a very knowledgeable person when it comes to Audi and defenetlly a car guy. He was able to get everything thing done for me the first time without asking me things again like other agents. This transaction was made from Afghanistan and with limited internet or have the ability to talk to him. When I arrived in the states and to the dealer he had everything ready form me to sign and the car was incredible could not believe that this was my new car. 2017 Audi S7 prestige. Beautiful car.

I raised a transmission concern with her at drop off that I had not raised when I made the appointment and even though diagnostics are not typically performed on Saturday service appointments, Brandi got the tech to test drive my car and check for transmission fault codes and followed up with me on this issue. I'll just be direct. Mr. Darryl J. Hickson is an exceptional sales persons. Soon after my arrival at the airport in Atlanta, Mr. Hickson had transportation available to carry me to Jim Ellis Audi, Atlanta, Ga. The vehicle that I was interested in purchasing was ready for my inspection and evaluation. During the test drive of the vehicle, Mr. Hickson answered any questions that I had, and during further inspection of the vehicle, he addressed the small concerns that I had very much to my satisfaction. At that point I felt satisfied and confident that this is the vehicle for me, that would more than satisfy my needs; that I need to look no further. For the sake of time, and I could go on... Awesome Salesperson!!! Never in my LIFE have I purchased a vehicle with the process being pressure free until I had the pleasure of Mr. Sargent accomplishing my final paperwork/finance processing and added services agreements. Mr. Sargent was a breath of Fresh Air, and I very much appreciate his guidance and professionalism through the process. I'm sure that in the future I'll be less apprehensive in purchasing another vehicle, as it relates to the paperwork/finance processing, as long as I purchase an Audi, or more so from Jim Ellis Audi. If I wasn't approximately 12.5 hours away from Atlanta Audi, and within a 2 hour drive, I would absolutely have my vehicle serviced there. Go and see Mounir Barhoumi if you are looking for a great Audi specialist at this dealership. He was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He offered to set up my phone and moved my things from my Volvo without me asking. He is a low pressure salesman, let's face it, Audi is the way to go - so make the move. I know Mounir stayed well beyond his regular work hours, but you would never know it - no rushing. Lee In finance, had our paperwork ready and provided a quick overview of options, no typical salesman pressure, just things we actually needed for our vehicle. This dealership is a class act and got our new vehicle out the door quickly. Today is my first day as proud 2017 Audi Q5 owner, looking forward to many more years of Audi's and purchasing them here.

Took delivery of a 2017 A7 last week, the second car I purchased from the Jim Ellis organization. Since the car had to be ordered it was a 2 plus month process. My salesperson, Audry Brazier kept my posted at each step of the production process. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional throughout the purchase and delivery of my car. Since the car has quite a few features she took quite a bit of time with me to ensure that I was comfortable with the operation of each feature. Matthew Hunter was my service consultant. He was my service consultant the first time I brought my car in for service & I enjoyed his service so much that I requested him for this last visit. The facilities are so nice, as are the people who work there. I truly enjoyed the lunch that I had in the Quattro Cafe. That was a really nice & unexpected treat, which I truly appreciated. I am a returning Audi owner who just walked in off the street to inquire about a new 2016 Audi. I met and was helped by DJ Hickson. DJ was knowledgeable and extremely good at the attention to detail I was looking for. I contacted the dealership on Friday and said I wanted to come in the next day to test drive/buy a used car. They said "see you tomorrow', The next morning they called and said "we have the car ready, and ready for you to drive when you get here". I then drove 2.5 hours to the dealership; when I got there , they said "sorry, we sold it" Really? You didn't give me first rights to buy it when you knew I was on my way in?? You didn't call me to let me know?? I would never trust this dealership!

Jorge Galvez is a very friendly and easy to talk with car salesman. His assistant Mac is also available to answer most questions or find someone who can, if Jorge is tied up. We felt very comfortable with his first offer and then he matched another dealer when presented with this lower cost option. We drove 8 hours from North Carolina to this dealership to purchase our car. Our salesperson, Jorge Galvez was professional and wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions, and we had a lot:) He was always there for us. The deal was amazing, the customer service was outstanding. Mac showed us all the features on the car and John in Finance made the paperwork so easy. It was prepared to sign when we got there. The only surprises were good ones. They treated us like royalty. Do not go anywhere else! We will be calling Jorge again in a few years to buy our next car! This is the only dealership we plan to do business with. The GM also came out to introduce himself and to make sure we were happy customers. We are so happy!! Love our new Q5:) I cannot say enough good things about our experience!!

We drove from NC to Atlanta to buy our new Audi Q5 because of the amazing customer service we received. Jorge Galvez was our expert salesperson. He answered every question and put together a deal that could not be matched. We asked a lot of questions and Jorge was amazing. Mac showed us all the features of the car and was a delight. John in finance had all our paperwork together and ready to go. There were no surprises at all except for a paid night in a 5 star hotel. We had a wonderful time!! Will not go anywhere else!! Plan to go back and see these guys for the S5 in a few years!!!! The GM came out to make sure we were happy too

It is always unfortunate to write things like this but be aware that ultimately like most big companies the day to day team members are probably great....but the leadership doesnt take responsibility for their product and they wont stand up and do the right thing because they don't want to jeopardize their Sr role. Stacey Hodges their VP let the company down today by explaning to me that "we cant help you with this issue because we operate on 20% margins in the service area." wow... that response as I just walked out of a $10 million dollar new service facility. Great day to day people but the leadership hides behind "margins" and "we don't know the service history, we don't know if you were original owner, etc, etc." They couldn't even take enough time to figure out if I was the original owner.This is probably very rare but fyi if your issue reaches the leadership.

My wife and I decided we wanted a new 2016 Audi TT but had to make sure her instrument (cello) case would fit - two will fit! A bit of research (on this website and others) to select a good dealership and a salesperson we hoped would be effective and professional led us to Audi Atlanta with two names. Audrey Brazier was the person available. Since she is a Senior Audi Brand Specialist, I figured Audrey would be experienced at handling pricing in a straightforward manner and would have credibility with her managers to move forward without complication. We knew exactly what options and details we wanted. Audrey helped locate a vehicle not too far away and we agreed to a deal. She monitored the car's shipping to Atlanta (which got complicated and somewhat more expensive to the dealership), had it prep'd/polished on time, set up the electronic features and gave us a thorough explanation at delivery. We had a great experience working with Audrey and are very pleased with the professionalism at Audi Atlanta - We highly recommend them!

Gunter was the first person I met at the dealership while browsing in the lot. From the start he was very personable and extremely knowledgeable regarding the cars they sell. He was patient with me and never once tried a typical high pressure sales tactic. I had been shopping for a new car for months and, based on my experience, good sales staff are not commonplace. My wife and I were all but ignored at some of the other 'luxury car' dealerships around Atlanta. I have had two regularly scheduled service visits since I purchased my new S4. Rick Fortnam, along with the other employees in the service department, treat customers just as well after the purchase. I commend the dealership for creating an environment where customer service is a priority.

We had decided to make an impromptu cross country trip but before we could get to far we needed to have the 15,000 mile service completed on our A4 sedan. The dealer in North Carolina told us that they could squeeze us in within the next 10 days. So we called Audi Atlanta and they scheduled us for the first appointment on the next day. The service facility was first rate and the technical coordinator, Matt, smoothly walked us through the process. The work was completed within an hour and we were on our way. I would highly recommend Audi Atlanta for all you who live in the area.

I recently tried to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and found the experience to be the worst I have ever encountered. I brought in a pre-approval letter from my credit union (Coca-Cola) and negotiated a deal. They filled out a buyers order and the MV-1 (title transfer) which I forwarded to the CU. It is usually a two day process. Well, I brought my wife to see the car and took it for a test drive when I found out that they ended up selling the car from underneath me and pretty much said sorry but their is nothing we can do. Needless to say I was very very upset but decided to pursue other means to vent like this review instead of yelling and acting out. This is not the place if you are looking for a dealership that negotiates in good faith!

On March 26th i stopped by to look at the Audi A3 quattro for purchase in late April. However the sales man told me that they have a little better car with all the options i want in stock and wanted to sell for the close out of the month. After test driving the A3 Cabriolet Quattro S matic with turbo charged 2liter engine i ended up buying the car with a substantial savings from the list. They also took care of the decent financing and i left the dealership after 3 hours with the A3 that i thoroughly love. i never would have bought a convertible but did so for my wife who always wanted one. this was her 65th surprise birthday gift. i have been driving this car with top down on the interstate and it is simply incredible. even though the outside temperature was 59, with the heater on and music playing, it was exhilarating to drive this powerful vehicle. i have truly fallen in love with this vehicle. it sure can move.

He was able to calm any reservations I had in purchasing my vehicle and he was so personable with me and my daughter. I really liked that fact that he listened to what I was specifically looking for and happily assisted me in getting my new A4. This was one of the easiest processes that I have encountered. I wish that all of my financial purchases went this smoothly. The young man who handled the final paperwork( I forgot his name but he was British with a nice smile) he explained everything very clearly and I had no reservations or questions about anything. Yes DJ helped me to program everything and he was very patient with me because I am totally not up to speed with technology or smart cars. He answered every question for me and didn't mind showing me how to work things twice. Thanks DJ :) I personally like any service that has to do with Jim Ellis. I equate his name with high quality and service, so there was no other option honestly. Audi Atlanta was very classy in the way my purchase was handled and I feel very good about my purchase. I can't believe I own an AUDI!!!

The consultant Steve spoke to me about my service, answered questions, and explained to me what the service included and why.The facility is always very clean. There is always bottled water and coffee plus an excellent cafe with great food. The waiting area was comfortable and I was able to work on my Blackberry.I called to make the appointment and I was able to get the day and time that worked for me. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, signed in, and they took the car back for service. It was wonderful.I still cannot believe that I was at a dealership. It was too nice and so pleasant. My vehicle is very happy and so am I.Everything was done was very nice. They made sure that my time was respected and that I received communications pertaining to my service. So there was really no waiting for someone to greet me, or no waiting for someone to go over the paperwork, and no waiting when it was time to pick up the vehicle. Once again, very nice.I was told how much time it was going to take for the service from the beginning. I was happy that it took less time. I was glad they washed the vehicle because I just returned from a trip and the car was dirty. So the car looked great after the courtesy wash. A marvelous experience.

I never considered owning a Audi vehicle til visiting Jim Ellis. The salesman DJ Hicks is very knowledgeable of the Audi brand. Also Mr. Hicks is very informative and helpful with any questions you may have about the vehicles. Vice President Tracie Molney works hard with her sales team to make things right with the customers. What I really like about Jim Ellis is they continue to have a relationship with the customer after the purchase. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Audi and DJ Hicks for your Audi sales needs..

I work with Michael Gerbick in sales and Rob Wagoner in Finance. Together this is an unbeatable team. I also want to put in the plug for management with their GM , Tracie and Sales Manager Jeremy. The dealership is very inviting and beautiful in it's appearance. If you want an Audi, there is no other place to go than this dealership. If they do not have the car in stock ( doubtful) than they will get it for you. Their prices are competitive and fair. Their service capabilities are also outstanding and you are treated like gold. Hi All, I just had the best experience with Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta. I recently bought a brand new s4 (amazing car - would highly recommend buying from here!) and had some tire damage due to bumpy roads. I purchased the tire and rim package with the car (again, highly recommend it) so they should replace the tire for no charge. Unfortunately, I was being declined for a tire replacement by the company who owned the policy (Not Audi Atlanta). I was disappointed to say the least that the package I specifically got for situations like this was not going to be honored. Luckily for me Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta saved the day. They made the call to cover my tire for me - free of charge - which I can not thank them enough for as these tires are not cheap. I was a loyal Ford Mustang guy before getting into a Jim Ellis Atlanta Audi and am happy that I switched. Would highly recommend it to everyone else as the staff here is absolutely fantastic. Tracie, Quintin, Steve, and the whole crew are just top notch. Thanks again Audi Atlanta for having such an A+ staff. John

I rarely ever post reviews or share my opinion however after recently having the pleasure of doing business with Zach McCullough & Jim Ellis Audi I felt a glowing testimonial was in order. I originally attempted to build a new Q7 but I was informed by my local dealer that the Q7 is no longer in production and I would have to wait for the second generation 4M Q7. Not being a fan of it's garish styling and wonky design lines I decided to find the perfect Q7 which was still new but already built. After searching nationwide for weeks if not months I finally found the proper Audi Q7 Prestige S-Line+ w/ only 9 miles on it and built nearly identical to the way I attempted to order it. I promptly submitted an inquiry through the dealership website and Zach greeted me in a prompt and professional matter where I immediately placed a deposit. My purchase was a bit of unique one since I am located several hundred miles away from Jim Ellis Audi / Audi North Atlanta and I had a trade-in vehicle. Zach was accommodating and thorough. Zach has a different approach to doing business that I am not accustom to when it comes to purchasing vehicles. His no pressure and laid back approach is not something you come across too often and he was able to go over the vehicle in detail with little hesitation or need for research. Zach went above and beyond what was expected and not only met my expectations but blew past them. I have owned many sport, exotic and luxury vehicles over the years and worked with many dealerships across the nation and when I say I have not come across professionalism like this I speak from experience. A tremendous thank you to the people involved in this transaction that made it very easy become a loyal customer of Jim Ellis Audi & Zachary McCullough.

I stay about 4 miles from the Marietta facility but drive the extra miles and minutes to come to this facility all because of the customer service and work that gets done to my car. The last time I visited I had to change my appointment twice because of meetings that came up at work and I was able to do so at ease. Dealership amenities and bathrooms were clean and nicely kept. Alexis McMahon checked me in and out and was very nice, professional, & personable which is why I love this location. Customer service is always outstanding. I was expecting to wait three hours and it actually only took about two and the service was spectacular. Sankar Henderson was my salesperson when I purchased my car and he was outstanding as well. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was aware of what I wanted and had 2 options for me. He took time to explain answers to the questions I had and didn't hassle me into making a decision. The people that you have working at this facility are truly what makes me come back from the salespeople, to the maintenance team, to the receptionists, they are all an awesome group of people!

I had no idea when I made an appointment for a "test drive" that I would leave with the vehicle! That may be the norm for most, but not for me. The dealership staff was very welcoming. I saw a car online and contacted them. Once i realized they were 1000 miles from where i lived, I knew i couldn't buy a car from them. They persisted in calling and emailing me, even after I said I wasn't flying to Atlanta to look at the car. Yes, they were persistent, to the point of annoying. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and always had a smile! Audrey was courteous, very helpful and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. She asked what we liked/disliked about what we had previously driven and then suggested we drive the S5. She is so easygoing and friendly we never felt pressured and enjoyed talking with her during the entire process. I/we feel like we have a friend in Audrey not just a sales associate. We enjoyed the process at Audi and will be back the next time we purchase a vehicle.

4 years ago I bought an A4 at Jim Ellis Audi; this week I tried to sell it back to them and beware, they will try to rip you off. They had given me an OK price of $15,127, but when I went to do the sale, they tried to rip me off and said "the market has changed we can only pay you $13,500". I stormed out immediately, the sleazy salesman literally came after me as I started to drive away'; and convinced me to come back inside, to pay me the $15,000. They moved VERY slow, an hour later thry took me to some Finance lady, who acted really dumb; more paperwork; slow, slow; then I asked for the check; she says "oh we will mail it to you next week." What?? I am giving you my car, title and keys, and I get no check? When I BUY a car from you, can I just "pay you next week"? Of course not. She takes forever, calls 2 or 3 extensions, and finally someone says OK I can cut a check today. She leaves; 20 minutes later she comes back and says (I quote) "I have good news and bad news, I have the check (she shows it to me) but there are no Managers available to sign it, they are all in an important meeting". I argue, complain, insist they be interrupted; "no we can't do that, you have to come back next week or we will mail it to you". I call Audi USA; they are not much help either. I literally walked through the Service Dept and started shouting about how dishonest the dealership was; the salesman was furious at me; I continued to demand my check and would not leave. I must have talked to 4 different staff, no one cared at all. It was a horrible experience. I have owned Audi's for 12 years but no more, I am done with them. They should really be embarrassed, I have been treated better at Car Max.

The new store is incredibly nice! Rachel Boryc was my sales rep and she made my car buying process so easy and fun. She was very helpful in finding me the right vehicle based on my needs, wants and price point. She was knowledgeable about all of the features, trim levels and packages - letting me know how things work and what would (or would not) be on the vehicle I was looking at. She was also very patient while I looked at different options (I'm very indecisive so I had a hard time picking a color combination). She assured me that it's better to take my time and be 110% sure since it's expensive decision, and walked me through all of my options. She was willing to work with me on price and they gave me a really strong offer on my trade. The negotiation process was also easy and transparent which I appreciate (It took less than 30 minutes in the office). I looked at BMW X3s for about 2 months before looking into Audis and had some horrible experiences at those BMW dealerships, so I was beyond impressed with my experience at Audi Atlanta. All in all, I absolutely love my new Q3. It was the best vehicle purchase I have ever made and I even upgraded a few options (premium wheels, power liftgate) because I trusted the dealership so much. Would recommend to anyone!

The dealership was busy and this was my first time car shopping alone (he literally walked me through the process) but he was patient and worked until he got me an offer. Online shopping was really good, they called me the next day to close an appointment. They were opened to listen and try to solve my request or give me alternatives. Dealership personnel was great, everybody was polite and the Audi Brand Specialist, Sankar Henderson, was really great. There was a long wait to sign the papers and the car had a little scratch in the driver door, however I would say the overall experience has been above expectations, and they have already contacted me to bring the car in and check the scratch. The facility and the test drive was good and the car totally meet my expectations. Sankar Henderson was easy to contact with, he explained everything really well, truthful, and he understood perfectly what were my needs and what was important for me.

I am the type of person that reads reviews on everything and this is my first time actually writing a review. I was involved in an automobile accident and totaled my vehicle. I had been looking at vehicles for weeks, I knew I wanted an Audi Q7, but could never find one in my price range in good condition. I went into Jim Ellis Audi after work on a Friday. I was greeted by Katarina Kyvalova and shown the vehicle. I was not only impressed with the vehicle, I was throughly impressed with Katarina's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle. I brought my husband in to see the vehicle the next day and was again wow'd by the professionalism by everyone we encountered. My paperwork was done efficiently and I was given a loaner vehicle. Katarina had new tires placed on the vehicle as well as a paint job on several scratches. She contacted me daily regarding the progress of the vehicle and to top it off, she delivered the vehicle to me on Friday, after she got off of work (8pm), and I live 45 minutes from the dealership. As she handed me the keys, I told her she would be seeing me again next year for an upgrade. I would recommend Jim Ellis and especially Katarina, to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. Jim Ellis is now my dealership of choice!

Sometimes when you purchase a great vehicle, the "honeymoon period" comes to an end when you bring your car in for its first service. This was not the case at Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta. Steve Stewart came out immediately upon my arrival in the service bay to help check in the car. He was very personable and made me feel like my business was just as important to the dealership as they day we purchased the car. After checking in the car, he took the time to show me to the area I could grab some coffee. Best facility by far if you choose to wait while your car is being worked on. Waiting for the car in the quattro cafe was the perfect way to spend my time. Car was ready a half hour before expected. Thanks to people like Steve Stewart in service, and Marlene Topping in sales, we will undoubtably be loyal Jim Ellis Audi customers for life.

I offered this dealer a fair and reasonable offer (based on book value) on a vehicle they had for sale, told me they just got it in and it had only been on market three days and they wanted to see what it would bring. Talked to two different salesmen just to check their honesty and integrity level and got two total different stories and prices of $1000 difference. Next day they upped the price by $2000.00, these are definitely some greedy peeps and want to take people for all they can. I am tired of dealing with unreasonable greedy dealers with commission based salesmen so I will only look at vehicles for sale by individuals now, at least they are reasonable and don't try to take advantage of the market or potential customers.

I'm writing this review on behalf of the Service department and Sales experience at Jim Ellis. I did not end up purchasing my A7 at Jim Ellis, but only because I got a rare deal on a California vehicle. Had it not been for that, I would have loved to purchase a vehicle from Jim Ellis (ask for Neal)! Neal was very educational in helping me understand the features of the A7 and helping me find what I wanted. As for the service department, Michael Roth is the man. Me being a techie, I have explored every feature of the MMI and found a few glitches. Michael helped diagnose the problems at hand and find the appropriate software updates for the system. The first patch didn't work, but Michael was more than accommodating in getting me back into service and finding out the true problem. Service was the reason I left Mercedes, and Audi is doing a great job so far. Keep up the good work!!

I wasn't planning on writing a review of Jim Ellis Audi until I moved to Pennsylvania and encountered another Audi dealership with which I could compare it to. After dealing with my new Audi dealership, all I have to say is that Jim Ellis is fantastic. The people who work in the service department were honest with me, open to cost-saving repairs, and always polite and on time. Additionally, they had loaner cars available whenever I asked for one. I really miss working with them, and feel like, unlike my new dealership, every dollar was well-spent with Jim Ellis. Chris is awesome, and I honestly believe that everything he suggested was legit and needed. I can't say the same about my new audi dealership.

I have never written a review for any car dealer ever, and I generally view these review sites with a cynical eye, but I had such a good experience I felt the need to do so. I purchased a very hard to find used Acura from this dealership and dealt with Louis Long. They had the car I wanted at a very fair price and gave me a fair price for my trade in. Lou made the transaction very smooth and went out of his way to make the deal work, which was not easy because I was over 600 miles from their dealership ! He followed up, but not in an annoying or pushy way. I had the car checked out by a nearby Acura dealer, they found a few cosmetic imperfections and Audi fixed them all free of charge. When I finally had the car delivered to me it was exactly as Lou said. Like new. Its only been a week but so far so good. Out of all dealerships I have ever purchased a car from, this has been the best. I would recommend them and Lou to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

So happy we made the trip to Jim Ellis Audi for our new Q5. We have purchased many new cars during our lifetime (one of which was another Audi from a different local dealership) and this by far was the best experience! We had done our research before finally coming into Jim Ellis and were fortunate to have worked with Marlene Topping. Not only was she extremely professional, her knowledge about the car, the car buying process, and the diligence she extended to us to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase was exceptional! We knew going into this, we would be very happy with the car, but to come away feeling equally happy with the dealership and the purchasing process was a first for us. This dealership does not have good customer service at all. Mike was my salesperson. He seems to be a nice individual but comes across as a little arrogant and does not have that much time for you. I took my money to another Audi dealership (Marietta) and purchased a 2015 Audi A6 that day. I would not go to the Industrial Blvd Audi dealership if I were you. The other Audi dealerships in Atlanta will negotiate better prices, will communicate with you more often and will truly find you the car you're looking for. Mike did not communicate well at all. I received more communication from the North Atlanta and Marietta Audi Dealerships in 1 day then I did from Mike for 2.5 weeks. I was very disappointed in this dealership.

I've been trying to reach Mr. McLean for the past week straight to resolve a tag issue. Each day a new voicemail and never a return call. The Jim Ellis "promise" is a joke. I'm on my third Audi and never had a problem until this year. It's hard to imagine customer service getting any worse...but each day it does.I'm not sure what they are trying to hide but the lack of communication is inept!! About one year ago, I walked into this dealer and looked around for at least 5 minutes. No one came up to offer any help, so I just walked away.Reason? I guessed it is because I look young and dress dumb.Well, I was a fresh college graduate at the time and just got into the IT industry where people dress very causal (short, flip flops) to work.Later, I heard a very similar story from a good friend of mine about this dealer.Anyway, I end up with a Mercedes and he got a Range Rover.Now, I start shopping a Q5 for my girlfriend and this dealer show up on my search result. When we began helping our 19 year old daughter shop for a used car, my husband steered her away from several cars available through private sellers and unknown dealers and insisted she buy from a well known dealer with a good reputation. So glad he did! We test drove our daughters "dream car" at Jim Ellis Audi and all seemed great. But, about 30 miles into her trip home with her "new" car. She noticed the brakes were grinding. By the next day several other problems appeared. We called our sales person, Matt. He got back to us quickly, vowing to make things right and offering a loaner car for our daughter in the meantime. I'm so glad that we were dealing with an ethical company that stands behind its strong reputation. My husband and I bought our very first new car at a Jim Ellis dealership over 20 years ago, and we're so pleased that we went back to Jim Ellis for our daughter. They stand behind what they sell!

Never thought I would ever write something like this but feel I have to. Purchased 3 Audis from Ellis since 2001. 2006 A6 purchased pre-owned in 2007 and had all service done at dealership. Felt charges were a little high but wanted to be sure car was serviced correctly. Car had been running fine but decided I should have spark plugs replaced at +/- 170K as well as brakes. I picked up car and only got down the road a couple of miles when check engine light came on. Called Ellis immediately. Was told if not flashing bring back when I could. Brought it back several days later and was told my timing chains were "stretched" and it would be $11,000 to $12,000 to fix! A shock of course, asked if any other possible options. Only told they could discount parts and labor a little, still about $10-11K. Obviously I went to a local independent shop specializing in German cars, they replace two cam sensors (located very close to spark plug harness??) for $600.00, runs fine. (Still running fine 3 months and 5k miles later) I returned to Ellis and talked to Service rep asking why they wanted $11k and I got it fixed for $600? They could not explain. Nothing they could do. I took this complaint to Audi USA and after repeated delays from that rep, they finally replied saying they talked to dealer and Audi USA had to defer to dealership's diagnosis, even after I showed them the repair receipts of both service shops. I had been a loyal Audi customer since 2001. For $600 Ellis and Audi USA told me nothing they could do. I told Audi USA they lost me as a customer and they said "sorry you feel that way"! So much for Audi service. A week later I bought my wife a new BMW 328i. Loving the experience and the car.

This was my first purchase with Jim Ellis Audi, but it probably won't be my last! Up until now, I've absolutely hated the car buying experience. It took too long, I always felt like I was getting cheated, and I've sometimes felt undervalued as a customer. But not at Jim Ellis Audi. Erica Dailey was my salesperson and I think that has a lot to do with why my experience was so great. But let me back up just a bit. I saw the car I was interested in online, sent an email inquiry, at got a call back within 5 minutes. Seriously....5 minutes! I was shocked! The young lady (Kaamela, is what her name was I believe) was professional and friendly. She let me know what to expect and who would be in contact with me. Next thing you know, I got a call from Erica. She answered all my questions and gave me options on how we could proceed with next steps. She was never pushy, always honest, and very helpful. I didn't even feel like I was being sold which is what I hate the most about buying a car. I don't like feeling like I got tricked into it. Instead of "selling" me on the car, she made it easy for me to make the purchase. I think that's the big difference and something that others could learn from. Well, once we had the buying arrangements taken care of, I got to the dealership and my car was sitting out front like a cherry on top of an ice cream sundae! It looked gorgeous. Erica was there to greet me along with Amber Hemphill. Amber was the one who made sure my car was all shiny and ready for me. She also took me for a test drive while Erica reviewed my trade. Very efficient so no time was wasted. I appreciated that. Especially on a Friday afternoon facing ATL traffic. By the time we got back from the test drive, all my paperwork was ready to go. I wish I could remember the young lady's name that handled my paper work, but she was great too. Everything was set and all I had to do was sign off. She answered any questions I had and before you know it, Amber and Erica were handing me my keys and was ready to drive off! I've never had such a great experience. I really felt like they gave me the red carpet treatment. Of course I'm thrilled about my car. I really love it. But there's also a lot to be said about feeling truly valued as a customer. The ladies that I worked with did a wonderful job. They were personable and genuine. And although the process was also the fastest one I've ever had, I never felt rushed. I would certainly recommend Jim Ellis Audi to anyone looking for a car. Especially if you're sick of the shady car salesman experience. Ask for Erica or Amber. They did a fantastic job helping me by a car that I really love and for what I believe was a fair deal. And the fact that I was able to smile throughout the whole process is a testament to the level of service they provide to their customers. Erica and Amber, thanks again for everything! I drove to Jim Ellis Audi today to look at a A5 Convertible which I saw on their website. I walked around the lot and then walked inside to use the restroom. I walked by 8 cubicles with sales personnel in each one. I also walked by the offices of sales manager and others and was never recognized. After leaving the restroom, I walked around inside for a few minutes and then went out into the lot and stayed at least 20 minutes looking at different Audis. After at least 40 minutes on the premises without being acknowledged, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Gunter Reichert was one of the friendliest salesman I had ever met, and I would highly reccomend him for any occasion, wether it is servicing or or buying a car, he will set you up with a spectacular deal on any car just like he did with me and my Lexus ES330! The 330 was a great caar, but a little out of my budget, but Gunter and the rest of the spectacular sales team set me up with an amazingly affordable deal, and the car runs great to date! Early is very professional, listens to my wants and makes it happen. As a woman, it is great to be able to visit a dealership and get great customer service and I have never felt hassled. I live in North Carolina. Last year I had to buy a bumper grill for the front of my A6. After a lot of searching, I found that Jim Ellis Audi had the best price (and it surprised the you-know-what out of me that a dealer wasn't overpriced!) I asked a few questions via email, to which I received a prompt response. I submitted the part number and my car's VIN through their website. Within an hour or so - not days - a gentleman emailed me to say my numbers didn't match. He found the right part, accepted my payment through Paypal and had the grill on a UPS truck that afternoon. Someone who actually does the homework for the customer. Imagine that. I mean he could've just sent me what I asked for despite the descrepentcy. That's called "giving a hoot;" I was very impressed. Attentive service, a close eye on the email inbox and seemingly sharp personnel have really grabbed my attention about these people. When it's time to trade up, I see a trip to Atlanta in my future just because they treated me that well! Thanks again, folks!

I came in to look at a pre-owned BMW that was traded in. It was a new listing so there was not much info provided on cars.com ad. I submitted a request for more info and Heidi from the online department quickly responded and had the salesperson take pictures for me and she texted me with the pics. When I arrived at the dealership she came and introduced herself then put me in Sankar's hands. My biggest concern was not having my own mechanic look at the car before purchasing. Sankar handled this concern and I drove away with the car. I did have a couple of issues and came back on Monday and Sankar once again handled every concern to my satisfaction. He and Heidi both exceeded my expectations for customer service and I am loving driving my "new" car. Would definitely recommend Jim Ellis to friends and family.

Early Pickett was excellent, we went to check out an Audi A6 Avante we had found online, 130 miles away from our home, and from a to z of this transaction with Early we experienced his unchanging pleasantness! Unusual for car sales to say the least, but thanks to his diligence we left there VERY happy! Thanks much Early, you made our day!

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a luxury car dealership and the difference in quality and customer service was much higher than all other dealerships that I've been to. Rick was very helpful throughout my car buying experience. He was courteous and kept me well-informed while it was getting serviced and detailed. Patrick finished up the paperwork on the vehicle and helped my wife and I through it. He was very polite and professional. I had high expectations of the Audi brand, but Gerry Martel surpassed them all. Gerry handled the entire process of my new Audi purchase with world class service. He is very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the Q5, was very attentive and responsive, and most importantly I never felt rushed. I had originally planned on having my future maintenance done at a dealership closer to my home. Gerry explained the benefits and convenience of having my car serviced at your dealership, and now I plan to schedule my future service appointments at Jim Ellis Audi. Gerry also helped me program my car when I came to the dealership to pick it up. I appreciate his time and attention to detail. Walked into Jim Ellis Audi dealership to take a look at the car they had listed on their website. They still had it in the inventory so I took it for the test drive. I liked the car and told them that I want to trade my car and that I had to go back to work but for them to work on the numbers, send it back to me and I'll get back to them. I get the email at 3:10pm, I spoke to Chris at 3:31pm and told him that I will proceed with the credit application. At 3:35pm I get the email from Chris with the link for credit app. Took me 15-20 minutes to fill it out and Chris told me that they will have the numbers in an hour. I get a call from Chris at 4:48pm asking to come in put the deposit because some else is interested in the car and wants to buy it, I asked him for the numbers and told him that I can tell him over the phone if I agree to the numbers and then come in and pick up the car. At 5:30pm Chris called me back again and told me that his manager (Masud Wiggins) is really pushing him because someone else wants to buy the car and that I need to put the deposit, I told him that I don't understand what's the issue, they just need to give me the numbers and I will do it, I asked to speak to the manager but he said that he was on the phone and that he will call me back, which of course never happened, typical sales move and I wouldn't expect more from this terrible dealership anyway. So I get in my car and start driving to the dealership, Chris called me as I was pulling in,(5:53pm). I walk in and he told me the manager will come and talk to me, I'm sitting there for 5 minutes and nothing is happening, I stand up and go by the office, asked Chris to come out and asked him what's going on. He told me that the car is probably sold, I told him that I don't need to talk to the manager but need to know if it's sold or not, he goes back in check with Masud Wiggins (all this time I'm standing in front of manager's office that has glass window and he can see me but does not want to come out) and comes out telling me that the car is sold, I was so angry that I just turned around and walked out without saying anything. This is the worst dealership ever, please avoid it if you can and especially Masud Wiggins and his useless sales tactics.

Due to a communication error, we were unable to test drive a vehicle at the scheduled time. However, Rick went above and beyond to assist us and rectify the situation even though we were interested in one of the least expensive cars on the lot. He was more than kind, understanding and professional. I would recommend Rick to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Jim Ellis Audi. We would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealer, and specifically from Rick, in the future.

Everybody was very helpful and made me and my wife feel very at home. We have purchased/leased a number of cars from Jim Ellis over the past 15+ years, but even though it has been a few years since the last one, everybody at Jim Ellis made us feel like it was Yesterday. A special Thanks to Tracie Dean and Quintin Jagor, who was extremely helpful. It was also nice to see Chris in service that has been helping us with for years and it is comforting dealing with the same person. I like to mention that we like in Gwinnett County just north of Audi Gwinnett, but because of the great service and fantastic people at Jim Ellis Audi, we gladly drive the extra miles to purchase and service our Audies at Jim Ellis Audi.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle at Jim Ellis with everyone involved, but especially with Neal Davis. He was very personable, polite, informative, and patient with us as we worked to narrow down the many different vehicle choices from various dealerships. He followed up with us regularly and answered all of our many questions. He is a real asset to your organization, and I will not hesitate to highly recommend your dealership and Neal to friends and family. I have to mention that I had two very serious strong contenders, the Q5 and a Land Rover Evoque. We drove both vehicles twice, but wanted to spend a bit more time with each vehicle (a test drive is just a taste). We asked both sales representatives if we could bring the vehicles home overnight, and Neal made the necessary arrangements, which allowed us to spend more time with the Q5, and ultimately sealed the deal. Bringing the vehicle home was not an option with Land Rover. When making a large purchase, one should be allowed more than a 10 minute test drive. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!

Your team and philosophy on the automobiles/features you choose to stock are both customer centric. Most appreciated! You know, they say, "It only costs a nickle more to go first class." The team apparently understands and lives by this expression. This is our second great experience buying from Jim Ellis, and we are ecstatic, because we could not have ordered a more perfect Q5. We could not have worked with a more accomodating staff. Wow! So what's the big deal, right? I mean, you just happened to have the cars that appeal to us and a courteous team...nothing special about that....unless the competition can't seem to pull it off, I'm thinking. Well that's our story, and we're sticking to it. The Jim Ellis team did just a little bit more, took a little bit more care in building a car that we screamed yes to, but that's not all. You went out of your way to ensure that this car was MADE AVAILABLE to us, when other plans for it were already in development. That collectively is "the nickle more" that makes Jim ellis first class. Real talk, real people. Cliche'...not at all. Thanks Jeremy...again! Thanks Rachel for having our back! We purchased a 2013 A6 in September 2012. During the purchase, the dealership gave us the wrong VIN number to use for registration and insurance. This has lead to two months of hassle in dealing with our insurance company, the bank holding the title and our Gwinnett Tag office. Great car, inept dealership.

This January I had the misfortune of purchasing a used A4 from Jim Ellis Audi. I was told by the sales person the A4 was a good car and that he knew the previous owner and that the car was in good condition. Fast forward to July when I move to NYC and attempt to get the car registered in NYC and I am told that this car will not past the safety inspection because the brakes were worn. Now I call Audi and inform them of what I am told by the inspection location and I am told that they are lying. So I take the car into an NYC Audi dealership where I am also told that the brakes are worn and need to be replaced. When I contact Audi and say this and that brakes that passed Certified preowned should not be worn in less than 3000 miles I am told that is normal wear. Now I have had several mechanics indicate that the brakes could NPR be worn to that capacity in 3000 miles so I asked Mr Jim Ellis himself after hours on the phone and I am informed that he can not explain that just like many other mechanics couldn't. I have contacted Audi corporate and am waiting for a response if this is what passes as acceptable for certified preowned. I just thought I would warn any other consumer that decides to visit this establishment that you should have another mechanic certify the work because after this experience I dont believe they can be trusted. I am looking forward to seeing how they explain this horrible service on this site. I will also place this review on every site where I can as a service to any other consumers who may consider purchasing from Jim Ellis Audi.

We went to give our Audi A4 for service for the first time to the service center in Atalanta. Just before giving the car for service I was enquiring about a scratch that someone left on my car couple weeks ago and how I could get it fixed. The handling of the service and payment went really smooth(people were nice) till we saw the car washed after service. As soon as I saw the car from a distance, I could see a hole in the front fender on the passenger side just below the headlights. This hole looked like a sharp tool had gone through it. Before we could even call the guy who helped us(Chris Lee) when inspecting the car, he came over and checked on us. We pointed out the prominent hole and he said that it was already there when they took the car, which was very surprising to us. I was not convinced but he then went over and brought the serdvice sheet where he said he circled that area when they took the car for service. We did not say anything and he left us. My husband and I were thinking about how it could have possibly happened and we went and checked the hole. It was so fresh, even the paint had not peeled off and I was absolutely sure it was done during the service. I requested to see the service manager. Ken Stamps comes over and does not enquire anything with the technicians but blindly said it was there before. Not sure how he could assure that when he did not see the car/ talk to the service folks. He spent half hour convincing us and he was too biased and not too nice to us. He was just tolerating us and was not willing to empathise with us. He just said about how he could suggest someone who could get it fixed for us and I was really mad at that. I requested to speak to someone higher to him for which he gave a card of the service director Jerry and said I could speak to him on Monday. I wrote a complaint in the service documents and left very disappointed.My husband started the car to leave and we had an alert saying "faulty light" and we checked on the lights of the car(which was perfectly fine before the service). The one just on the passenger side(above the hole) was not turning on. We were really furious because that made it clearly that something has gone wrong during service and they were trying to hide from us. We give a car for service and spend 2 hours and 235 dollar on a Saturday morning and they dont even check lights? Ken had told us that if this accident had happened in the service station, it would have affected the interior as well and that explained it. We confronted Ken and Chris right away and thats when we got really mad. They immediately got the lights fixed but not willing to accept that the accident happened at the service station. I wanted to call the cops when later Ken spoke to us nicely and told us to come back on Monday. This is when he was enquiring if we could leave the car there to get the fender fixed. We did not want to leave the car then but decided to go back on Monday and talk to his manager. We again wrote another complaint and left the station very very upset.Our overall experience with these guys were horrible. They did not treat our complaint in a way we would expect professionals to handle. The name/reputation "Jim Ellis" carries was definitely not met with the people we handled. I would have appreciated it if the service manager had done an enquiry with his staff instead of just blindly walking over to us and convincing us or if he had called someone from the service staff to talk to us about it. He did not do anything that a manager should have done in a time of issue. They are all nice/friendly when things are going as per plan/books but not in a matter when a customer has a problem.

So, this is my 3rd Audi since October of 2011 and I wanted to once again give high praises to Erica Dailey, Gunter Reichert and Rob Waggoner for one more exceptional experience!I was in the showroom about 2 weeks ago and saw the 2013 S5 Cabriolet in the new Estoril Blue Crystal effect and what an incredible car! I currently owned a 2012 S4 in Ibis White fully loaded- premium plus with every option. I was told through a friend of mine on Saturday that they had a 2013 Estoril Blue S4 with all the same options on the lot. Needless to say, I drove out to "look" at it. I called Erica and asked her how difficult it would be to get out of my lease on my 2012 and trade up. They made me an awesome deal on the 2013 S4 and I drove it home last night. Not only was Erica and Gunter very attentive to every detail of the sale, they spent hours with me while I waited for finance and detail giving me undivided attention to the very end. Rob Waggoner in finance is truly a pleasure to deal with, he is very articulate in his work and made sure that I was happy with every aspect of the lease, and I was. For me to buy 3 brand new Audi's in less than a year is a major feat in itself as I was a die hard BMW guy and owned over 20 of them over the years! I absolutely could not be happier with my new S4, it is a new redesign and great new appointments, love, love the google earth navigation map and Wifi in the car and the new, more agressive looking front end, what a car!!!I highly, highly recommend Jim Ellis Audi on Peachtree Industrial for any Audi purchase or lease. Be sure to ask for Erica or Gunter for your sales person, exceptional experience for the 3rd time in a row!Jim Stabler

I bought a Q5 late in 2010 and have been servicing my Audi at the dealership since. The shop is very comfortable to wait for quick services and if not quick, I have taken advantage of the free rental. I also bought a spec car that came from Germany. My experience was great as far as pricing and all agreed features. My only complain was with the delay (it was 1-2 weeks late) and I had an issue with the Satellite Radio that had to be replaced. It was done few weeks later since it had to also come from Germany (Factory). I understand these things happen. I am very pleased with my car, the support I get from Joey Morea (Sales person) and the Service Team at Jim Ellis.

Marlene Topping at the P'tree Industrial location spent a lot of time with me to ensure I wouldn't 'regret' my purchase. -sales experience packed with hassle; high pressure phone calls; salesman unable to give specifics of different features of two similar cars. -drove 4 hours round trip to see a car i was assured was available only to be told it was sold when i got there. (they had my numbers and could have called me but didn't)-day of sale the car i purchased wasn't clean...trash, pineneedles and debris in the trunk-sales paperwork wasn't ready though we had an appointment. learned later paperwork was incorrected filled out and had to do again.-our car was a certified pre-owned and the "300 point inspection" was laughable. The service warning light came on 24 hours after i picked up the car. Learned from another Audi dealer that in the weeks Jim Ellis had the car, a factory mandated recall service wasn't done nor had the 15k check up it was due. -this is a volume operation. customer service is a very low priority.-we bought a second, this time brand new Q7 which we bought from another Audi dealer. Fabulous experience....and hassle free. Why buy an expensive car from a dealership who clearly doesn't care if you ever come back?

On 1/3/2012 I took my Audi Q5 to Jim Ellis Collision Center to replace a window pane and set cover because my car was broken into. Since they are the Audi authorized dealer and repair center, I expect this would be a quick and simple procedure. However, after 40 days my car is still not ready. Jason, the customer rep keep giving excuse after excuse why the car is not ready and I think all those excuse are nothing but HOT AIR. I would not recommend this center to repair your car because they are not even competent enough to even replacing a window pane and set cover.

I am a previous die hard BMW driver and was encouraged to visit Jim Ellis Audi through a very good friend of mine when i was looking to make a change. I was referred to Erica Dailey and found her to be very low key while enthusiastic about the Audi brand, not pushy and overly aggressive like so many sales people. Friendly and very patient. Long story short, I ended up buying a 2012 Q5 2.0 T Premium Plus which I loved! Right after I bought the car, I noticed a very small scratch where the paint has been chipped prior to my delivery. I went in without an appt and spoke to Debbie Graber, the sales and business manager, she looked at the car and agreed to take care of the problem the following week. She referred me to Rick in the service dept. I dropped off my car and got a loaner all within a 15 minute window, this is the faster I have ever been in and out of service. I was so impressed by my service visit and how it was all handled. After my car was repaired, I got a call on my way back to work from Rick wanting to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the repair and he apologized for not seeing me personally! Very impressive!!Back to sales.... I now have owned my Q5 for a little over 3 months and decided I wanted something with a little more pep and more bells and whistles so I went back to Erica Daily a second time and we talked for several days (almost a week actually) before I was made an incredible deal on a 2012 S4 with all the toys that I wanted. Please keep in mind that every time I talk to Erica or see her, she is slammed with about 5 deals going on at one time, I have never seen her not crazy busy! My last visit with her prior to my actual 2nd purchase, she spent about 2 hours going over every possible scenario (exact car, equipment etc), she worked very hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and finally I made the decision to move forward. Erica is really a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new Audi, she knows her product line and is extremely patient. On a side line, Rob in finance is great to deal with, very quick, concise and gets you in and out without a lot of wasted time. I am turning into an Audi lover, watch out BMW!

The short version is that we connected with Nikki online before arriving to ask about a few A6s that were online. After arriving from Savannah, test-driving 3, we settled on one we wanted to offer on. We negotiated with Nikki (Masud - sales manager) and settled on a price the following morning on the phone. We were on our way and literally pulling into the dealership an hour and a half after accepting and settling on a price only to get a call from Nikki to say oops, sorry the car sold. We were upset and she was very dismissive about the whole thing putting the blame on us for not giving a deposit when we were NEVER asked to give one. We left extremely unhappy about not getting the car, upset with her lack of professionalism and most upset when I find today online and by calling the dealership that the car NEVER sold. I cant imaging any sort of excuse that could come of this and I am sure Nikki is not a total reflection of your dealership, but the fact that she seems to speak before actually knowing the details ie quoting wrong financing, prices, etc she might need a little more training. I would stay away from Nikki and Masud if you go to this dealership!

We live in Orlando and searched for a new Audi that would meet our needs. After looking around, we picked up the phone and called Jim Ellis Audi in Atlanta. They not only worked with us remotely through the entire transaction, the entire experience brought my wife and I back to Audi.A few days later we drove up to Atlanta to pick up our new Audi. It's absolutely perfect. We're very pleased with everyone we worked with and unequivocally recommend making the drive. I wish we had purchased our other cars from this dealership.

Jim Ellis AudiUnethical Practices I went to Jim Ellis Audi on Peachtree Industrial and instead of getting 4-cylinder, 2.0 Turbo Q5 I got a 0-cylinder, 0.0 Turbo Q0. I ordered a custom car for 2012 at a negotiated price, which reflected a manufacturers discount and destination fee discount on the buyers order. After paying a deposit based on the negotiated buyers order and after the car was shipped from Germany, the new car sales manager (Masud Wiggins) and salesperson (Marlene Topping) removed the dealer fee discount (~ $875). This is called Bait and Switch. Their argument was that since they did not sign the document, they were not obligated to honor anything that was negotiated. They did say that they would return our deposit, so, we hope that we will not lose any money in this process. In any case, be careful how you approach this dealer. Their unscrupulous tactics are unethical and for this reason we cannot recommend this dealer or this method of getting a Q5. We learned our lesson and will never do a pre-order, just negotiate and drive the car off the lot because they cannot go back on the price once you take the car.

I researched the A4 and I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I talked to several dealers but no one really seemed willing to locate my car and help me with the price. Quote for repairs was way off, very expensive for routine maintenance. Oil change was $132 for a Q7 and two wiper blades replaced cost $73. They also quoted a new air conditioner compressor for $2600 and offered to charge only half as the car is 6,000 miles out of warranty for a total "half" expense of $1,300. Immediately called Jim Ellis Marietta, service department there quoted $1570 for the ENTIRE job. Do your homework as the Atlanta Service area Jim Ellis will attempt to take every dollar they can. Shared concerns with Jerry the Customer Relations manager who states that "they do pretty good" there and was surprised the air conditioner quote was off. Completely unhelpful, unsympathetic and unresponsive. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I think that the level of customer service at the Audi Atlanta dealership is fantastic. I have a small baby and I needed to bring him in to the dealership when I recently visited to have the car battery replaced. I was helped immediately and my car was serviced in a very reasonable amount of time. It was extremely helpeful to have such a nice and comfortable waiting area with water and food available. My overall experience was just great. If personal finances allow, I will always choose to purchase an Audi from Jim Ellis! Thank you!

Patrick was awesome. I first contacted him through internet option and he was always very responsive. I told him what I was looking for including the price and down payment and he made it happen. He told me everything about the car, offered me options and was 100% focused on me the whole time. Give the guy more than great ratings...they should be awesome ratings. "I love it! And I can operate everything just fine. I may never drive anything but Audi every again in life. My husband is already trying to plot to get a S4 in 2 years. Would not replace extremely loud Turbo's under warranty. The would acknowledge that the sound was not normal, but would not do anything about it. Numerous previous problems often took up to 3 visits to correct.
