I live about 100 miles from the dealership and found my vehicle online through Car Gurus and negotiated the deal via email. My sales person was always prompt to respond. When the details were agreed upon I made the appointment to go into the dealership. The experience was stress free everyone was very nice and very professional. My only issue was that the paperwork was not even started until I got there and so the process took longer than I expected. Overall I was very happy with Audi of Beaverton and would buy through them again.

Both Danny and Mari were excellent in helping me purchase my Long Beach Blue BMW M2 from them. Not only was their communication excellent, but they serviced me with a level of class and professionalism not found at similar dealerships in the area. Drew over at Porsche Beaverton was also critical in making the deal happen and was excellent from start to finish. This will not be my last vehicle I purchase from Audi/Porsche Beaverton. I stopped by to look at a Q7. I took a test drive with Tony. After having experienced many other dealerships for a high end car, this was the best! He simply let me checkout the Q7 with no pressure or gimicks. As a woman purchasing a car is typically a thing to be loathed! Tony was honest, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My parents and I had an amazing experience buying our first Audi at Audi Beaverton. Tony Yan was very charming, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful in helping my dad to find just the right coverage he needed for his Audi, and helped my dad get into his Audi quickly. First I LOVE having an Audi Sunset service department located on the Eastside! So convenient. The customer service is outstanding and I don't mind at all waiting for my car because it is customer friendly. I get so much work done while waiting. They have tables/chairs, couch, great tv, wifi, coffee, water, snacks and it is CLEAN! This is definitely by far one of the best places.

I have bought two cars from Audi Beaverton and they have hands down the best service. I emailed Shane at Audi Beaverton about a car I found on their website and he was quick to respond and extremely helpful in getting us into the car we wanted for the price and trade in value we wanted. We bought the car after a few emails and drove 3 hours from central Washington to Beaverton to pick up the car the next day. I highly recommend buying from Audi Beaverton and working with Shane Randall, he is the best sales person my husband and I have worked with!

We have been looking for a slightly used A6 on Cargurus.com for many months. We finally narrowed down to 7 cars nationwide. We contacted the dealerships and decided on Audi Beaverton after speaking with Mark Tower. After just four quick phone conversations we agreed upon a price and the next day we picked up the car.We have nothing negative about our experience and in fact, we feel it was very positive. We flew into Portland and a representative picked us up right away. She recommended a local sandwich shop where we did a quick stop, then on to the dealership. Within a couple of hours we were done and on our way home.We have never thought about buying a car could be this easy and pleasant. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and polite, who made the transaction possible and continued to follow up with us for our 100% satisfaction. Thanks to Mark and the dealership. We enjoyed our 2016 A6 very much not to mention the fairly reasonable price offered to us.

They did a great job from scheduling to keeping me informed and performing the service on my A4. I went in for routine services for a recall notice and to drain and replace my brake fluid but also had discovered a leak in my tire. Amy did a great job working to get a tire in shortly for replacement, after the service team decided it was not repairable, and working with me to try to find discounts available to help discount the cost. Great service with friendly staff!

My first talk with Craig Fleishman was a cold-call on the telephone. It was apparent from the first call that he knows his business and product well, is candid yet courteous, and listens to one's needs and concerns. Our first face-to-face meeting confirmed all of that and more. I had done some significant research, Craig asked for my offer, and 5 minutes later we had a deal. He served as my advocate with management, while at the same time representing Audi Beaverton in the most positive light -- which is well deserved by the dealership. My interactions with Sigve Friedle and Lucas Soltman were every bit as positive. The men and women at the reception desk were also great. I regret not being able to thank them by name. If you want an Audi, call Audi Beaverton and ask for Craig. You will be glad that you did!

I've been postponing buying a new car because frankly I do not like dealing with car dealers. Craig was not your typical sales rep. There was no pressure and Craig was very educated in the car and helpful. I was picky with exactly what features I wanted and Craig found the exact car and brought it to the dealership. Even after this I could not decided between the showroom car and the newly delivered car which only differed by color. Under the show room lights it was hard to tell the color of the car. Craig quickly moved many cars in the show room so he could take the car outside and place it right next to the other car so I could see them side my side under the same lighting. If he hadn't done this I can tell you I would have bought the wrong car. After purchasing the car Craig worked with me making sure I fully understood all the features and how to use much the technology. He followed up with sending me many video's of the cars features as well to make sure I get the most out of this car.This was a costco auto program sale and I can say honestly this was a very great buying experience.

Second time in for the same problem. Grinding and creaking noise while going over bumps around all 4 tires. Somewhat improved but still present. No resolution. Told it was chassis noise but repairs did not solve problem. I'm sure this is not the first A5 off the assembly line or do they all make noise? The loaner A6 and our other Audi which is a Q5 does not have this noise. Very annoying to creak like an old car. This car is too expensive to put up with this noise.

Originally took my S4 in for its 25k service.While it was in I had them look at a water leak I was having on my drivers floorboard, an issue I was having with my door handle and an issue with the backup camera.They performed the 25k service, diagnosed the other issues and did some preventative maintenance for the leak.I brought it back a week later and they were able to fix the backup camera but still wanted me to do some diagnostics on the leak.Two trips later all of my issues were fixed. (It only took multiple trips because I was unable to leave my car for multiple days)Amy in particular was great, she listened and properly addressed all of my issues. Gave me periodic updates throughout the day and worked with me on getting the issues resolved.The service itself could have been better. A few times I had to go in and fix trim pieces that weren't placed in correctly. Specifically the covers for the trunk arms and the side of my center console. Getting the leak on my floorboard fixed took more visits than it should have, especially since I gave them the TSB number I thought was the issue on the second trip in.Aside from these few minor things Amy and Sunset have always been accommodating to my busy schedule and great to work with.

I sent a question at the same time I scheduled my service appointment requesting information on how long the service would take. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. Email was not answered until the day of service when I was already on the road. I live 75 miles from Beaverton and this is not a terribly convenient place for me to get to.. Had I received information that the service would take two days, I would have arranged my time much differently. As it was two days were ruined with driving back and forth. The cars service was fine and as always my car was spotless upon return to me. I have no complaints about the work. I didn't appreciate the lack of information that could easily have been supplied in sufficient time for me to schedule my days better. This kind of action is poor service that influences return visits. I wish there was another Audi service center closer to me. I'd use it for sure.

Audi Beaverton and their new facility have a very clean and convenient drop off and pick up. I had a trip scheduled and it was no problem to leave the car there for a couple of days. First up, the online component was immensely helpful. Being able to email questions to a salesperson and make arrangements ahead of time made a good experience great. Having the chance to look over different models that are actually on the lot and compare or research different options was also great. We didn't have to put up with any of the hard sell tactics that can come with car shopping, and the actual purchase experience was great. My wife and I were in need of a new car and decided to stop in while running errands. We were welcomed by Todd and he engaged us right away about what we were looking for. We told him we were thinking about leasing an A3, so he took us out and showed us all of the models they had, explained in detail their differences and the package options available, and proceeded to take us on a test drive. After driving it, my wife and I were in love, with the A3 that is. But Todd was very open and honest about the cars features, the different drivetrains and we never felt pressured at all. When returning to the dealership, before even asking us to come inside, he asked what we thought and if we would like to go in and see what the leasing/purchase options would be. We didn't feel pressured at all and when we came in, he got a purchase and lease options sheet and showed it to us. We told him it was a bit out of our range in terms of what we were looking to spend. He very kindly acknowledged and asked what we were looking to pay, so we told him. Being the professional he was, he let us know that he could go back to his manager and try to get closer to that amount, but that his manager would be much more conducive to going lower if we were to convey that we were serious about purchasing/leasing that day. We said yes, given the amount was closer to what we wanted. He came back with a number that we were much more comfortable with and we agreed on the leasing terms. Afterwards, the manager came by and introduced himself and congratulated us. We then met with the business manager, who very nice as well and got us taken care of quickly and was able to answer all of our leasing questions. All this was done after the dealership was closed and everyone was very patient and we never felt rushed. So needless to say, we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking into purchasing/leasing a new or used automobile. And I especially recommend Todd since he was so friendly, eager to help and never once made us feel pressured.

Audi Beaverton is the best! Brittany could have prepared better by ensuring parts (grill) for the online appointment were in-hand...fortunately they were. I would much prefer to talk with an advisor to make my appointment but on-line is recommended and easier to get through. I scheduled a recall notice and a grill replacement on the on-line appointment, and I took a morning off work to kill two birds with one stone. When I pulled in Brittany said "I will check to see if we have that grill." Luckily you did have the part because I would have been very unhappy to have to return a second time. All worked out well! Do all these new service advisors know their stuff like Larry and Corey do or are they just order takers?Thank you

Tony did a great job for us. We purchased an 2017 Audi A4, and Tony made the process really nice and easy. I had to come right before closing and they were happy to stay late. Also, Tony made sure the car was perfect for us. Tony actually kept the car an extra day to have it detailed more and delivered it to our house. Even at that, he has offered to have it cut and polished one more time, which I will take him up on. The buying experience was nice and easy, and Tony was great. My wife and I worked with Mark Tower (sales) and Larry Laing (service) in purchasing a 2013 A5. The experience of turning in our old Audi for this newer version went well overall. We had two minor glitches, one involving the money transfer for the purchase and two, getting the spare keys for the vehicle. Mark has been able to locate the second key and is mailing that to us. The emergency key has been ordered and Mark assured us that it would be held in the service department until the next time we are in Portland.Both men did a good job and we are happy with the entire process.

I'm am not happy with my first service experience with Sunset Audi! I made my service appointment a month in advance and dropped my car off at 8am. I called at 2pm to check on it since I still had not heard from them and was told my car would be done by 4pm at the latest. I got to the dealership at 4pm and my car was not completed until 5pm. When I explained my frustration with my basic service taking 9 hours to complete I was told "we were very busy today". When I explained that was why I had made an appointment well in advance and had dropped by car off so early, they said that were "working as quickly as they could". To top it off, my service writer, Brittany, acted annoyed that I was frustrated with a service that should take 3-4 hrs max had now taken 9 hrs. Trust me when I say save yourself the frustration and make the drive to Wilsonville Audi.

My son and I were served nicely. Tony detailed the car features, guided me the test driving and provided me different lease option. Unfortunately the car's technologies are not updated until 2018 model. Even we told Tony that it is unlikely for us to lease or purchase now, he still gave us his best knowledge about cars and took us to Porches saleman.

Received help within 2 days after a complete failure of the "black screen" that is needed for communication, climate control, radio and a host of other functions. I was given a loaner car and in addition to completing the repair (a new 'brain" was needed) they also completed a service bulletin update that I was not yet aware of (received the bulletin in the mail two days later). Very efficient help which softened the blow of a problem on my new car with less than 10,000 miles on it. Thanks.

I found the team at Audi Beaverton to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and cooperative with my unusual request to trade both of my vehicles (one Audi, one Mini) for a new lease. My experience with Heather Tiblier was at the top of the list in all aspects, and both David and George were responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable in their roles. David and I had a miscommunication regarding the time that it would take to get checks for the trade-in (I drove out happily thinking 10 days, but it took 35 days), so I would only comment that the process for receiving payment should be more clearly explained. Overall, I think Heather has a great future in sales, and I would recommend Audi Beaverton to anyone that asks.

We were in a time crunch to find a second car and spent the weekend checking out Audi's and BMW's around Portland. We ended our weekend hunt at Audi Beaverton and the process was seamless and we were able to drive home in a 2013 Q5! Andy was quick to get us through the process, treated us fairly with no pressured sales tactics! By the end we wanted him to get the sale of the Q5 too! Andy did an excellent job of listening to me, understanding completely what it was I was looking for, and finding that car to fit my needs.Sigve Friedle managed the lease part of the transaction, and again, was excellent at listening to my questions or concerns before he answered. The lease process was a very simple and to the point process.Tony put the finishing touches on the Q7 selected and made sure it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. She had arranged everything with Clint the previous day. She informed him that i would need convincing to purchase. Clint did an outstanding job of trying to find the car i was NOT looking for :). He made multiple trips back and forth between dealerships looking keys, looking for vehicles, and checking pricing. He finally found my A4 with everything I wanted. I just wanted to take a minute to commend Audi Beaverton on the best service experience I've ever had. From being welcomed on time, to arranging an Uber to work (and promptly arranging the return trip), everything was smooth, efficient, and easy. The service advisor even tracked my inbound Uber, met me as I got out, and walked me to my car, which was washed and ready. No waiting! With regard to the service, the maintenance was completed correctly, and they resolved the one issue with the car no questions asked (under warranty). This is the third car I've had serviced at Audi Beaverton (over 10 years), and I've always had great service - this service was at a totally different level.

Customer service and the service to my vehicle were good but the waiting area falls a bit short: although refreshments are offered, there are no tables near the sofas; the sofas are designed for 6' men (very deep); a 'cold' environment. We recently purchased a 2012 A8L from a non-Audi dealer in Grants Pass, Oregon, where we reside. As owners of a 2001 TT we had previous experience with Audi Beaverton and had always been pleased with our visits. I sent a note to them requesting the history of the A8L, and what potential service items might be needed. Corey Maslen responded with the information requested and suggested we bring the car in for a service diagnostic. We made an appointment and were scheduled to coincide with a trip to Portland on very short notice.Upon our arrival we were greeted cordially and met with Amy Stoica, a Service Consultant. She was extremely attentive to our desires to determine the condition of the car, any potential needs it might have, and very patient with our questions as a result of our being so new to and unfamiliar with the car. All of our concerns were addressed, all questions answered with reasonable answers and explanations, and we felt much more confident about the history and condition of the car as a result. While waiting for the car we met Juan Bautista in the showroom and in conversation mentioned we were overwhelmed with the technology, features, and options the car affords, and were having difficulty trying understand it all. He took it upon himself to give us a full tutorial as though we had just purchased the car from him and he was delivering it to us on the spot! That was a very generous offer of his time and expertise and very much appreciated.All in all it was a pleasant, courteous, and educational visit. I have been dealing with the deactivated voice command on my cabriolet since I bought it in March at another dealership in another state. It seemes that Audi Beaverton is the only dealership that was able to fix the situation and reactivity the voice command. I came in to test drive the car and if I liked it, I was already pre- approved through our credit union to purchase it. My spouse was unable to be there and I was told I would not be taking the car home today without his signature. Four hours later, after I called my credit union and had them talk to sales manager I was able to proceed, and in fact take the car. During entire sales process there was a complete stranger sitting at the table with us.... As I gave all my personal information to the salesman. When it came down to signing papers I was brought into finance office and door closed for privacy. That did not make any sense to me. I felt like nothing was kept private about my information. There were a few things about the car that needed service work, which we had brought the car back the following week for. We were given a very nice loaner Audi to drive for a few days until work was done. Two weeks later we got a call that we could come get our car. My husband drove 200+ miles to trade cars and when he got there, the work was not done. They said they would deliver my car when it was finished. I got a call, they had ordered the wrong part and it would be a few more days. I am beginning to wonder what is going on??

The MMI malfunctioned in my S5. Sean got me in at Airport way the next morning. I was provided with a great loaner car and Sean kept me up to date on how things were going as the part needed to be brought in. I contacted the dealer with a very specific interest at 2pm. By 5pm I was in the dealership attended by Patrick. Before my arrival he had prepared the car that met my interest as well as a proposal on my trade. A quick test drive later we discussed numbers and were into paperwork. "Our business model is designed to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with servicing your vehicle at another dealer and independent repair facility." -- my ma and pa shop can keep track of my service better than your complex business model. Beyond 1 simple request, ie 2 request, your team can't function. I asked to address an oil consumption issue and check the transmission. The transmission got addressed. Once that was accomplished it didn't reset mileage requirements...so you actually wanted to charge me to flush transmission fluid during the 75k maint when it was obviously done when you put in a new transmission...business model of using boilerplate answers is frustrating at best. Then on to oil...you charged us for an oil consumption study on an A3 when it is a know problem...and then never changed the oil filter (twice during the "study") which was supposedly one of the #1 causes. Hopefully Openbay.com gets more Audi service garages signed up.

I own a A4 and I have been a customer since 2005.Every time I bring my car for service, something new breaks down almost the very next day.I am reasonable and allays gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that it is normal or a coincidence.About a year ago, I picked up my car and found that the rear break lights broke down.It was a Saturday and the service shop was closed so I decided to take a look myself. I opened the trunk and noticed that the back right cover had a piece of rubber sticking out. Basically, when you unscrew the cover, the plastic cover comes with a rubber lip to prevent water leakage. About 1/3 of the lip was sticking out. The cover had obviously been removed and not placed back correctly.I know I did not do this and no one else touched my car outside of the dealer so I took this to the service office but they denied any wrong doing.I loved my Audi and was pretty sure that my next car would be a Q5 but now I can't wait to get rid of it. ...Don't trust them!

I have been dealing with Beaverton Audi since the purchase of my car there in November 2011. I have always had caring knowledgeable people providing service with a smile and consideration. My most recent visit a week ago was for 2 routine service items that required keeping the car overnight and a loaner vehicle. The work was done quickly, correctly and efficiently. My problem with the dealership involves the seat in the loaner and the return of my own car at pick up. It seems most of the personnel which move these cars around are small and short. Almost without exception, when I get into the car, the seat is so far forward I can barely get in. When my car was returned at the end of the service, the situation was the same. I could not get into my own car. If you move the seat forward, move it back when you get out. It is just simple consideration. This issue is a small side nuisance but one that needs to be addressed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the dealership.

Before purchasing my first Q7 (which was a certified used car), I was ready to purchase two other cars from separate dealerships but they made me wait so long I got irritated and left. Patrick and all the other staff at Beaverton did just the opposite - they wanted to understand my needs, they rarely made me wait more then a few minutes and I walked away pleased with my purchase and having no regrets. My next two experiences were exactly the same. The service department (specifically Corey), always makes me feel like I am his only customer. Before my experience with Patrick and Beaverton Audi, I had no loyalty to any dealer and hated the idea of having to buy a car. Now, I look forward to it and can't imagine going anywhere else. BTW - The last car I purchased was a 2017 Audi Q7 and it is truly the most amazing car I have ever owned. There is nothing about the car I dislike and so many things I absolutely love. This car is a game changer!

My wife has been looking at all the manufacturers to find a specific fit. Tony managed to find that for us. We arrived at the dealer 20 minutes before they opened (as we can stand car sales) when out of no where Tiny appeared to offer his assistance. He showed us a few cars and said he would do his best for us. When the dealership opened Tony got us some keys to the new Audi Q3 and it was just what we were looking for. Beaverton Audi service department is the BEST.. A4 had a mechanical problem and had to be towed to the service department on a Thursday eve after they were closed. The service department called me at 7 am when they opened to let me know they had my car and were working on it.. At 7;20am I had a driver pick me up at my house and bring me to Beaverton Audi where I had a loan car in 10 minutes and was out the door and was only late 15 minutes to work. They called in the afternoon to let me know they fixed my car. Beaverton Audi customer service exudes the exact example of how customer service should work. I hate going to car dealerships, but from the moment I walked in I felt well taken care of by Tony. I looked at a car I wanted and when I realized it was still out of my price range Tony worked hard until I was able to find the exact car I wanted that was in my price range. I know he did not make much off of the deal but he stayed so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. It turned out I knew the business manager from way back and. Sigve was awesome as well. As a curiosity, I spoke to him about the new S3 model and he agreed to set up a test drive. After driving the car, I spent a couple weeks reading reviews and ultimately decided I'd talk numbers with him to see if a deal could be made. I had considered a Golf R, but with the local dealer marking the car up several thousand over MSRP, the Golf made no sense for my needs when a lightly used Prestige S3 was similar in price, especially considering that the Audi had better features, a sunroof and is a more attractive car on the same platform. Alex worked up a deal I could be happy with while never being pushy. His technical knowledge of the cars is a huge asset, as is his exceptional customer service. Additionally, his sales manager and finance managers were both friendly and a pleasure to work with. This was a contrast to other dealerships I've shopped at.

While our experience purchasing a car at this dealership was fine, our experience after was not. We were sent two sets of license plates- one was the correct set, and one belonged to a complete stranger. I received her plates and registration with her full name, complete address, license plate number and vehicle identification number. I would be extremely upset if a stranger received my personal information like that, and I am sure she feels the same way. When I told the person "helping" me on the phone that this was a serious mistake, her response was, "Okay." I hope that they inform the woman whose plates and registration I have of this ordeal, because I would not be happy if I were her. I also have to wonder if my plates were sent to the wrong person first, as I received them weeks after notifying them by email to send them to me. Additionally, our registration (that was filled out by them) had an error on it, and I was recently notified that yet another set of plates are on there way for me (third set) because they have on file that I applied for specialty license plates. I did not apply for special plates, nor did we ever mention wanting them when we purchased our car. Audi Beaverton, please get your information correct. Customers trust that you fill out paperwork correctly and send information/license plates to the correct recipient. This experience has been very disappointing.

I purchased a used Fj Cruiser that had a blemish on the carfax due to a minor accident. It had low miles and my salesman Clint assured me they would put it through thier shop and would not sell it to me if everything did not check out. There was a bit of a delay to get some parts from Toyota but they arranged a loaner car for me. I feel that it's a great place to buy a used car and when you look around the lot it is clear they don't deal in junky cars. I recommend this dealership.

I found Corey to be very helpful and through informative. Yes it ended up being nearly 3x the cost I'd planned on which really hurt my wallet. But I do plan on selling my current Audi and possibly get another. I really loved that they were accommodating with the loaner car. Q5 is on my next to buy. Anyway I felt satisfied that the service was compete even though the light came back on for a day but it went off so I'll wait to have Corey re-service it again.

Since buying my CPO 2011 A4 there four years ago, I have been totally satisfied with the service I have received at Audi Beaverton. This time it was a routine and simple 45,000 mile service, carried out with efficiency and friendliness. Setting up an appointment through the website was a breeze. Anticipating a concern, I got an email days in advance directing me to the new drop-off facility. As I approached, the doors magically opened; I was greeted by name and directed to Corey Maslin, my excellent service advisor. Corey described what was to be done, showed me the new waiting and refreshment area, and assured that I was comfortable and had Internet access. Within an hour Corey came to tell me the service was completed. The credit card transaction took place at his desk (rather than being shuttled off to a cashier), and a freshly-washed car was awaiting me in the drop-off garage. The work was done to my satisfaction.

He was very quick on giving my trade in amount and we sealed the deal quickly.Tony was straight up, kept it simple and has the kind of hussle Like "I wanna sell cars type of attitude, I will go run for you to get this deal". I get tired of some sales people that have the whole pompous click, snapping fingers thing and just walk almost in slow motion, head tilting type attitude (especially in higher end dealerships). When I arrived, my car was taken and I was immediately placed in the loaner vehicle that was provided. I mentioned that my brake light was on and asked if they would look into it. When I received my car, it was serviced, cleaned, brakes repaired and was ready to go. I was called before any work was done to go over the cost of any related repairs so there were no surprises. The staff is extremely professional and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I took my Audi S6 (both Beaverton and Sunset East call it an A6, that should have been the first sign of stupidity) first to Beaverton where they had to keep it for over a week, just to miss diagnose the problem. When I finally got my car back, $900 later, not only was the problem NOT fixed, but my car ran worse than when I took it to them. Beaverton service also tried to tell me that my car had been poorly serviced in the past, not knowing that I have only ever had my car serviced by Sunset East ( the same guy owns both Beaverton and Sunset East ). I next took my car to Sunset East to see if they could fix the problems and poor work that Beaverton had done. $1700 and another week later, my car was miss diagnosed again. They had me replace rotors and brakes when the main problem was that Beaverton had simply knocked my tires out of alignment, along with not fixing my coolant problem. I was also over charged by Sunset East, when it all should have been free service to make up for the pathetic service I received. I also had Sunset East look at a small problem I was having with my sunroof, surprise surprise, my sunroof works worse now...thanks Sunset. Also between to 2 service departments, they managed to put over 70 miles on my car and barely left me enough gas to get to a gas station. Long story short, I'm going to Audi in Wilsonville from now on.

I was looking for a used low mileage Audi S4, I located a 2012 at Sunset Audi, the color of the exterior and interior, was just what I wanted. That is when I meet Clint Carden. I don't usually feel comfortable with sales people. Clint set me at ease right from the beginning. He is a great down to earth person. The car was like new except for a ding on the nose under the clear bra, bad deal! Clint told me the could be a problem, being a car person myself, I understood completely. After being repaired you could tell it had ever had a dent. The leather front seat bolster had a little color worn off. Clint said no problem. Clint had it fixed, I have seen a lot if repairs without a doubt the best job ever. Their service center on the east side of Portland is my go-to shop. I needed warranty work done while I was out of town. They drove me to the airport, left a loaner car at the valet service when I returned, negotiated on my behalf with the extended warranty company in such a way that I saved $4,000+! I spoke with David Morrison, the Service Manager about the complex circumstances before I left, and felt very confident that he would do "whatever it took" to make things right for me (through the warranty company, Audi or by other means). Put another way, I felt that he was on my side as opposed to the usual adversarial situation. And he produced! Other service personnel kept me up-to-date as the process unfolded. It was a flawless experience.

I was so impressed by my whole experience at Audi - start to finish! Alex took me on my first test drive of a 2015 Q5 and was so professional and informative, it really set the tone working together. I came back for a few more test drives and again, Alex was great about making appointments with me, assessing my needs and helping me find the *perfect* car. I absolutely love it! Even after a few weeks of owning the Q5, I had some questions about setting up the stereo/music/voice commands and Alex came out to my office and spent a half an hour helping me with all the settings! The best part of buying an Audi at Sunset has been the service after the sale. I brought my Q5 in because the CD player wasn't working well. Little did I know, my daughter had fed change into it. Sean saw the look of shock on my face when he explained what happened and how much it would be to fix. Instead of saying "what can I do?" Sean burst into action and went to the manager David to see how they could help me. Sean said they would look for a used CD player and it would cut the cost. I was incredibly relieved. A few days later Sean needed some numbers off the back of the CD player so I took the car over. The tech foreman felt pretty confident he could fix the CD player BUT if he couldn't it could make it so I may not be able to replace it with a used one. I took the risk and it totally paid off. IT WAS FIXED and at no charge to me!!! What the wonderful, sensational, exceptional team at Sunset Audi didn't know is that for the past few months I had been under tremendous stress with personal issues, moving to Seattle, quitting my job, selling my house and everything in between. I could not deal with one more thing and I can not thank the team enough for helping me. My daughter got a very stern talking to about playing in mom's car, too!

We had no prior experience with Sunset Audi and weren't sure what to expect. We were prepared for the stereotypical used car buying experience, but were pleasantly surprised with the helpful and straightforward assistance from the staff at Sunset Audi's used car department, especially Clint Carden. We got just the car we wanted at what we felt was a fair price, and the staff made for an enjoyable and time-efficient transaction. The selection here is not very large, but the quality is high, and I would certainly recommend a visit if they have the make and model you are interested in.

I have an older model A4 Avante (2007). The team at the east side location has redefined excellence for me in a dealership-based service center. They have always done great mechanical work during the years I have owned my Audi. But in the off instances that things don't get resolved the first time, their dedication and ownership of the issues have been other-wordly. I believe part of that has to do with Audi as a luxury brand, but on the service side I feel like I have an advocate within the Audi ownership experience. Courtland, Sarah, and the rest of the team at the east side location are worth the drive. Tons of integrity throughout all of my engagements, and a desire to deliver top-level service worthy of a global consumer brand. My wife and I just moved to Portland so we need a second car. On the day we came in I was wearing an old cap and a hoodie bc most of our stuff are still with the movers. Both my wife and I also look young for our age so when we walked in, nobody greeted us. We had to walk up to the desk of David Welch to get him to help us. After sitting for a minute with David, He made us feel like we were not worthy of his time and he can't be bothered showing us the cars, even though it was a Wednesday afternoon and no other shoppers was in the showroom. Maybe he didn't think we were serious or have enough money or maybe because we are Asian? I don't know, none the less he left us with George who had just started working there less than a week.George is a friendly and nice guy so I feel bad saying this, but he doesn't know much about Audi products. He gave us a lot of "I don't know" or just incorrect info. He was also a bit apprehensive about opening up the cars up to show us and was the only dealership to NOT offer a test drive opportunity. Again, I'm not sure if he thought we were not serious or because he is new but the whole process turned off both my wife and I on Audi products. Especially the way we were treated by David Welch. We ended up going down to Kuni BMW where we were treated with respect and ended up walking out with a new car and when the time comes to replace our other car, I'm pretty sure Sunset Audi won't be getting our business.

I just replaced my 150,000 miles MDX with the new Q5 White Diesel. Wow, was all I can say after my Sunset Imports Audi salesman, James Fitzpatrick, told me this was the car for me. Ive owned the Explorer, Durango, MDX, and now the Q5. Im not a car guy, I just want to get in and turn the key and it works. Now though, I have to press a button! Ive interfaced with multiple salespeople at Sunset Imports over the past year. My wife almost bought an Audi a year ago from Sunset Imports with another salesman but instead switched to the Jaguar with a V8 and a great price out of Seattle. The Seattle people abused her credit rating, continual buying support hassles, and no maintenance support. In my opinion, staying local and getting a fair price is better than saving a little upfront and then dealing with all the issues of no local support. I recommend buying an Audi from the professional sales people at Sunset Imports. Ive seen nothing but professionalism from their organization over the past year. Whether we used them to buy a car or not! We will see how the Q5 car holds up.

I was in the market for a new S5 and during the process decided that I wanted to make this a European Delivery. I called over to Sunset and was directed to Patrick Curb. Patrick was very familiar, comfortable and confident about the program. The paperwork and process was not complicated, easy to follow. Patrick was an excellent liaison throughout the process, Audi itself treats you wonderfully during the pick, driving the car in Europe for a while was wonderful and the arrangements to ship it back to Sunset were simple, transparent and performed quickly. Once the car hit the Sunset, they spiffed it all up, removing 4000 miles of road grime and wear so I felt I was stepping into a brand new car for a second time in a couple of months!I would recommend Sunset in general and Patrick Curb in particular for any Audi purchase you are considering.

We had some special requests upon delivery and Ryan/Sunset was more than happy to accommodate us. Overall, it was a great experience. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've been through a lot of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunset Audi or Ryan to anyone looking at purchasing an Audi.

As an old guy I have purchased many new and used vehicles in my life. My patience for "the grind" is wearing very thin. I've typically done my research, know what I want, and have settled in on a purchase price. I found this particular vehicle on both Craigslist and AutoTrader. I called ahead to verify that the vehicle was still in inventory, and was given reasonable assurance that it would be on the lot within the time frame I gave for my arrival. Clint Carden was personable and matter of fact about the vehicle and the price. There was NO hand-off to a more senior employee, NO back and forth on the price, No pressure to buy warranties, or "we can install", or we can get! The final price was within hundreds, not thousands of dollars. Sunsets policy of fair pricing is true. After the purchase I went back and researched the deal, and felt even better about the purchase. As a side note, I need to mention that when confronted with some logistical challenges of picking up the vehicle, Sunset immediately arranged for a driver, in a new Audi, to travel the 50 miles round trip, to pick me up at no extra cost. I'm totally satisfied with this purchase, and today asked Clint to keep an eye out for another vehicle that I'm presently searching for. I highly recommend Sunset, and Clint Carden. Rick Valkama

I found a used Volvo V70 XC SE online through cargurus and placed an inquiry. Within a couple hours Clint replied asking if he could help with any questions. I asked him to document the timing belt replacement and within a few minutes there it was in my inbox. Then I asked to see the 125 point safety inspection. Again, within minutes there it was in my inbox. I found out later that this was Clint's day off and he was using his phone to retrieve the items I was requesting. (That's dedication to customer service!) At this point I'm convinced that this is a dealership committed to quality so I traveled from N. Idaho to Beaverton to meet with Clint. The car was very nice, low miles and a great price so I made the deal. Again, very efficient and pleasant people to deal with. I then drove the car across town to visit my son and noticed steam or smoke coming from the engine compartment so I phoned Clint. He told me to bring the car back so they could fix it. I brought the car back and the mechanics found a small leak in the radiator. They needed to keep it overnight while a new radiator was delivered, so they fixed me up with a loaner to drive while they were changing out the radiator. The next day the car was ready to go so I picked it up (they not only fixed the problem, but they detailed the car again)! The car performed beautifully on the drive home and got two MPG better than advertised. I'm so happy with this team of high quality professionals that I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience, they set the bar high!

At 18k miles was told I had to replace brake pads and rotors for $1,400 and will be required at every brake pad change. Never had this on any car previously and was shocked when I was told this is now a design feature of all Audi's. Given my lease is expiring I shall be taking my business elsewhere as they were unprepared to work with me on this. If you are looking for a new car with reasonably priced service costs don't look to Audi! Buyer beware.

I have ordered parts for my 2004 allroad and 2005 A3 from Sunset Imports via their Web site. They have given excellent service at reasonable prices. When I could not identify a part, I sent them a photograph of where it was missing and they told me what to order. I know my parts guy, Romney, by name even though he is 1500 miles from the faceless monolith of my local dealer (whose service and prices do not begin to compare favorably with Romney's).

He had been helping me with the potential of buying a new Audi. When I expressed interest in the used BMW they had recently taken in trade-in, he was very professional in helping me check that car out... and didn't try to "keep" me with him, or "keep" me focused on the new car. On Sunday, 11/10, I purchased a 2005 Audi A6. I visited several other big dealerships in the Portland Metro area and none compared to the manner in which Clint, my sales guy treated me. He was professional, experienced, matter of fact, no high pressure, told me what the best price he could give me and we did the paperwork. I spent maybe 30 minutes with him.Lawrence Clapper was my paperwork guy and he was very professional, organized, friendly, down to earth and explained all the paperwork I was signing. I admired that I was treated with respect and class buying a used car as I probably would have buying new. I love that this family owned dealership sells only "trade-in" vehicles and doesn't get buy from auctions. They stand behind their cars.I definitely would recommend Sunset Audi. I'm looking forward in getting the same treatment when I take my Audi in for scheduled maintenance.Jeanne W.

I brought my car in because the check engine light came on. Although I didn't have the repair done at the time, when I picked up the car, it was vacuumed, washed and the check engine light was off! In addition, I was given a rental car at no charge while the car was being looked at. Finally, I was looking to buy a used Audi from a different used car dealer and Phi looked up the car in the Audi system while I waited. It turns out the car I was thinking of purchasing had a transferrable extended warranty which the used car dealer was not aware of. This information gave me more confidence to purchase the used car. My husband and I will continue to take our Audis to Sunset Eastside service as we have done since they opened.

I have credit problems and I had already been turned down twice for car loans so I went to see these guys anyway for a last ditch effort before giving up. I test drove my 2012 VW Beetle and absolutely loved it so we started what I was sure would be either a long drawn out process or a short and sweet "No" but that is not what I got. I came prepared and gave them my credit score and to my surprise Clint Carden said it was not that bad. So after only one hour, and some wonderful work from Polly the business office women, I was approved and after only forty five more minutes I was driving off the lot. I was so amazed at how well they worked with me and would recommend everyone go there because if they can get you into the car you want they will. Thanks guys you were great!

My wife and I recently purchased and A6 and Q5 from Ryan Crooks. I want to take a moment and comment on Ryans effort as a salesman, we have purchased a lot of cars over the past few years and this hands down was the best experience I have ever had. His unaggressive non pushy approach really set him apart from the rest of the sales staff, when looking for my wifes car we visited the local BMW, Lexus, Acura, and Infiniti shops and you leave those dealerships feeling very pressured and not treated like a valued customer. From the moment we met Ryan to the time we finished the purchases he made us feel like #1 , in fact this is mainly the reason we purchased two cars and not just one. Its been weeks since we drove both those cars off the lot and Ryan is still in contact with me making sure all is well. We will buy again!!
