It’s always an excellent experience when I bring the A7 in for service. It’s a very nice facility and all the staff are extremely courteous and cordial. My service advisor Chris Mattia is a real pro. He shares the process, time line and takes the time to respond to all of my questions. When the service is complete Chris is very thorough in explaining everything that was done. A new feature is the video sent from the service tech while actually working on your vehicle explaining what he is seeing and doing. I’m glad I chose Audi Fort Myers for purchase and service.

I shopped a few different Audi and BMW dealerships before deciding to buy here. By far they were the most knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not waste a lot of my time unnecessarily. They were able to locate the exact car I needed and I received a fair price after some brief and friendly conversations. Pick up and review of the vehicle, specifically the technology review at my house reaffirmed that I made the right decision to buy here. I hope the service is equally as good and reasonable when that time comes.

We had already decided on the vehicle we wanted, but Wayne our Sale Representative made sure the process went very smooth. David the Sales Manager was very helpful with one issue we had after the purchase. We could not be happier and will be back when we are in the market for our next Audi

This dealership is AMAZING!! I was looking to purchase my first car (Kia Optima), but it wasn’t easy since I am a picky person and desired to have many features that I could not find all in one car. This car fit all my expectations and more! Not only do I love my car, but the staff is amazing. The lady at the concierge desk is very sweet and made sure we had complimentary snacks and drinks while we were there, I haven’t seen that in any other dealership I visited. Also a special thanks to Armando for replying to my emails fast as I wanted to test drive the car before someone else purchased it, which happened many times before. As a college student away from home and his fast replies, I was able to work out transportation to come down ASAP. Also a special thanks to Rob for being the friendly salesperson who sold me the car. Overall my experience here was wonderful and I am so glad I chose to work with them!

Zack was attentive and handled everything beautifully, I felt supported and cared for during a stressful time. The service was thorough and I was given a vehicle to use which was really helpful. I would totally recommend Audi fort Myers. Thanks guys
