I visited Audi - Fort Worth on 2/13/2021 to inquire about an Audi Q3. I wasn’t necessarily looking to buy just yet. I was only interested in looking and information gathering at this point. Mike F. assisted my husband and I in our search. He found us the perfect Q3 in the perfect color (I was in love as soon as I saw the color). As soon as I test drove the Q3 I fell even more in love. Mike did a fantastic job of making the purchasing process seamless and he was able to secure the deal that we needed to purchase same day. Marc M. made the financing process equally painless. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. I cannot recommend working with Marc enough (Seriously, he’s great). If you are in the market for a new vehicle and want to work with a great group of people who put their customers’ needs first, look no further. I highly recommend Audi Fort Worth for all of your car buying needs.

I recently purchased an Audi with Audi of Fort Worth and I couldn’t have been happier than to have bought my Q3 with them. Not only were they more than willing to adjust and work with me on my trade in vehicle but they offered me a deal for both cars I could not have found anywhere else. In specific, Antonio was the kindest soul, from the minute my brother and I met him he had a smile on his face and he was eager to work with us. What made me want to buy my Audi with Audi of Fort Worth was Antonio’s willingness to make a sale while exuding kindness and wisdom. My test drive of the Q3 I took with Antonio was more than enough for me to let my brother know I wanted to make the sale with them that day. I had been to other Audi dealers and none had sales representatives like Antonio. I was going to give my money to one Audi dealer but Antonio was the reason it was Audi of Fort Worth. You killed it! Thank you so much Antonio! You’ll get far with your bright and familial attitude!

Audi Fort Worth is awesome. I was greeted at the door by a friendly woman. She also helped me to replace my registration sticker since it was way overdue. My service technician, Ethan, was amazing! The wait for my service was long (approximately 4 hours) but he did a great job at keeping me up to date with my car service. He also gave me a discount as an incentive for the long wait! Thank you Audi Fort Worth for your amazing service.

Thank you so much, Audi of Fort Worth! My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called the service department and was scheduled for a diagnostic two days later. Tie Johnson, my Service Advisor, was so helpful. She made sure my kids and I were comfortable while the team completed the assessment. I had repair recommendations faster than I expected, with a plan to get the part and service the car the same day!! We were shuttled to lunch, saw a movie, and my car was ready to be picked before we left the cinema!!! The team was excellent!! They have my business, and I Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Anthony was Top Notch!! We went there to look at a Q7 and a Hour later we bought one. He made the deal smooth and painless! Took time where needed and was patient with our kids. Great group of guys over there. David in Finance is awesome as well. All seemed to be down to earth and personable. I will buy from Anthony and Audi Fort worth again!
