From the moment I walked into Audi Gwinnett and had conversation with Mr Verne, I felt comfortable and somehow got the feeling that this will be the place I should get my car from. Mr Verne understood my requirements accurately and immediately shown me the most appropriate options. I went for used Audi Q5 but the price point was beyond my reach. Verne pointed me to brand new 2017 Audi Q3. He worked hard with general manager and came back with my price. He did not shown any frustration even when I was bargaining with him to reach my affordable price point. This typically was not my experience with other dealerships. His job knowledge and analyzing customer requirement skills are really exceptional. He always kept his cool and never gave me stressful feeling which I typically worried about when I go to car dealers. This is by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I am very lazy to write reviews, but Verne deserves one for sure. I had blast picking out my dream car with amazing staff !!

What should have been a slam dunk purchase process turned into a 7 hour ordeal. My son wanted to buy a new or low miles Q5. This dealer had the car he wanted. Since he works and I am retired, I looked at the car at 10.30 A.M. and advised him to purchase the car. He arrives at the dealership at 1 P.M. to purchase the car. Now, they can't locate the car. Finally, car is found. We write up the purchase order at 2:30. This is going to be a cash deal, no trade, certified funds in hand, insurance confirmed. It was 6:30 when the sale was actually closed.The Finance manger, who processes the transactions, was irritated that we were so impatient. Not one person in management seemed concerned or addressed our situation. No apologies offered. Our salesperson was sympathetic but unable to expedite the process. We threatened several timesto leave and come back another day. For a premium German car dealership, this is just not acceptable. There are too many Audi dealers in Atlanta to put up with this.

I cannot praise Audi Gwinnett Service, and especially the Service Manager, Mr. Josh Campbell, highly enough. I have owned several BMWs, and have experienced their service. I have owned an Audi purchased at another Dealership, and have experienced their service. Therefore, I believe that I am in a unique position to objectively, and intelligently, rate the service at Audi Gwinnett.This is, by far, the best run Service Department that I have ever dealt with. Everything is done to ensure that the Customer is satisfied in every respect. Everyone is Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Each Customer is made to feel like their concerns are top priority; and their issues are professionally resolved.In a world where quality, and respect, are all too rare, Audi Gwinnett stands out as an example of how a Luxury Car Service Department should be run. As in everything else in life, it is the attitude and gravitas of the head of the organization that sets the tone for the entire operation. In this case, that is the Service Manager, Mr. Josh Campbell. Mr. Campbell is exactly what you would hope your Audi Service Manager to be. He is personally involved, and goes the extra mile to ensure that your Service Experience is excellent, from the moment that you are greeted, to the resolution of your issue.Recently I had a problem with my new 2014 Audi A6 Prestige that was difficult to diagnose. Mr. Campbell took charge of the issue immediately. He made it his own personal concern. Although his first thoughts eventually proved correct, Mr. Campbell contacted Audi of America as per procedure. It turned out that a recent (August 2016) Technical Service Bulletin addressed this issue and agreed with Josh Campbell's original diagnosis. The problem was resolved.But Mr. Campbell did not stop there. He held car at the Dealership for an additional two days so that he could extensively test, drive and idle the car; until he was certain the problem would not return. It did not.This is the same kind of Professional and Courteous service which I received when I came in for a simple scheduled maintenance. I realize that this is a very long "comment", on a Service Questionnaire, but I feel very strongly about the Audi Gwinnett Service Department, and it's Service Manager, Mr. Josh Campbell.Although everyone at Audi Gwinnett is excellent, there is not space or time enough to name them all. I would, however, like to mention Mr. Jeff Bradberry,and Mr. Glen Phelts, the excellent Service Advisors.To anyone reading this, if you want to be treated with the quality of service that you hope would go along with owning a fine automobile, then Audi Gwinnett is the place to go.Dr. Miles J. Each time I have my 2014 Audi A6 Prestige serviced at Audi Gwinnett, I cannot help but be impressed by the excellent Service Department run by Josh Campbell.Of all of the Luxury cars that I have owned, regardless of brand, I have never been treated as well as I am at Audi Gwinnett. This is Luxury Service at it's best.Mr. Campbell runs a flawless operation; each employee is polite, helpful and excellent at his or her job. Josh Campbell is a hands-on Service Manager and he takes ownership of your maintenance or service personally. Every car, every customer, ever employee is treated with respect. No detail is too small for him to handle personally. I can easily see this gentleman as the Captain of a ship. With a seemingly effortless air every problem is resolved, every Customer leaves impressed and pleased.I would also like to mention Glen Phelts and Jeffrey Bradberry who are pleasant, efficient, and excellent at their positions. I specifically request Angel to perform my Service; this Technician is first rate at everything that he does.I have written many reviews for the Audi Gwinnett Service Department, and each time I cannot use enough superlatives to explain my immense satisfaction with this Dealership.

I was in the market for a new SUV and had been to a few dealerships that offered no help. Actually had to chase down a sales person for help, and would not discuss price unless I was buying that day. Then I walked into Audi of Gwinnett. I was not even 2 steps in the door and was greeted by Verne Watley. We was very courteous and professional. He answered every question I had and worked with me to get me everything I asked for, to get this purchase done. As a commission sales person myself, I know what it's like to be on his side of the desk and what it takes to close a deal. He did an excellent job, and made this experience very easy and fun, as I was the on the other side of the other side of the desk. The dealership was very comfortable and relaxing. The purchase was made on a Sunday, very late in the day. I was the last person in the finance office, to sign all the papers. We were done right after the dealership closed at 6:00pm. As I was walking out I was met at the door by the 2 managers working that day, to shake my hand and congratulate me on my purchase. Verne walked me out to take delivery, he stayed until 7:00pm to go over all the options on my new vehicle. The biggest thing for me also is service after the sale. Verne provided me his card and made sure I understood that I could call him 24/7/365, even on holidays. He was very honest to say he had been working at the dealer ship for only 7 month. I have been in sales for over 25 years with he same company, and I can say, this young man is on his way to a successful career. If you are in the market for a new Audi, Verne is your guy. You will not be disappointed. Uncompromising and unabashed, Audi!!

It's so sad that this place supposedly pride themselves on customer service. Went there this morning with my brother car shopping, I knew what type vechicle I was interested in purchasing, but not a single sales person even acknowledged us. We were there standing outside the dealership for 10 minutes with sales people walk back and forth. By the way, we happened to be two Asians who were well dressed. Then immediately a white family drives up and immediately they were greeted. I find that very interesting. I think I lost all hope for ever buying cars even near this place. So sad that's your views are with your customers. That's a great perception. Just wanted to make sure everyone here knows and everyone that I know based on this experience to never ever do business with this establishment

I conduct auto dealership customer service training for an American brand. I purchased an Audi due to the reliability of the brand. The sales experience was awesome! Lauren Whitcraft was great. No high pressure sales, listened to your requests and acted on your behalf, not the dealers. Service is also outstanding. No high pressure from the service advisors (even though they are compensated by selling you add on service) They kept you informed during the process and were always professional. The only thing I can critique is the lack of snacks and more beverage choices like Lexus offers.

I love my car but I almost didn't get it. However, Verne's patience and non pushy attitude was the deciding factor. He is a good sales person and I would recommend him to anyone. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Price was ok but the sales manager didn't honor the $300 off coupon that I received for doing a survey with them. Wouldn't have made much of a difference but it was the principle of the matter. Plus, the sales manager's attitude over me wanting to see a print out of the offer, which had been given to me earlier by another sales manager, really pushed me the wrong way. I just wanted to match it to the final docs to make sure it was accurate. He threatened me which really pissed me off and almost caused me to walk away from the deal. He did come later to apologize but the whole thing was stupid. Verne did a great job overall.

I found a used vehicle online and called to speak with a salesman and talked with Daniel. I lived 3 1/2 hours away never been to the dealership or meet Daniel before, he was very helpful on answering all questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and knew everything about the vehicle before I made that drive. I had very little time to spend at the dealership when I arrived and as Daniel promised the vehicle was clean,ready and paperwork on his end was all ready to go when l hit the door. He is definitely educated on his cars and willing to make a deal to put you in the right car. Daniel will definitely be the first person I call when it's time for another car and will recommend him to everyone.

Glen has been my service advisor for 6 years and he goes above and beyond any service advisor I have ever had. He always goes the extra mile to help me out and never pushes service on me before I really need it. I read all of the other reviews before posting to make sure it wasn't just my experience. But I see Verne is clearly a genuine guy. That knows his Audis. New or used. I planned to buy a used Q5 that day only to end up buying a brand new Q7. Verne did a fantastic job on this deal. And anyone that knows me would tell you I am overly critical and rarely impressed. However he won me over and I purchased a vehicle. Go see him! He won't push you over or treat you like a number!

Simply put, Great. I have my car serviced here every time based on their professionalism and knowledge. Recently I had a difficult-to-diagnose issue with my S5. The team spent many hours to determine the issue. They had to replace several parts before they found the culprit and did not charge me a dime for the time / parts that were not the cause of the issue. They funded all of those and the cost of time and materials was over $1,000. If that doesn't win your business, then you can't be won! Again, GREAT!

My wife and I walked into the Audi dealer on Sunday to pretty much find it completely slammed busy. I spoke with the Receptionist and indicated that we were interested in looking at a Q7. I believe it was Tim who walked up to me and said that he really couldn't help me and it would be a few minutes before a sales person could get to me. I explained that while we were waiting it would be nice to just sit in a vehicle and become familiar with it. He grabbed a set of keys right away to let us start taking a look at the vehicle. We immediately were able to determine that the 3rd row was a little on the smaller side of our liking. This allowed us to go ahead and move the Q7 to the bottom of our list and move on to a different model. I'm extremely grateful that Tim was able to get us into a Car before a sales person was available. This allowed us to best maximize our time on Sunday.

Two years ago I bought a 2014 S4 from Mounir. He was great to deal with as were the others at Audi Gwinnett. I was just back there, this time to buy a 2016 S5 from Mounir. Everything went well until the manager stepped in and degraded us and our trade in. The sale would have went thru if the manager did not remind us that our trade in vehicle was worthless to him to carry on their lot since it was not an Audi. We were informed by our salesman (who was great) that they would honor the appraisal from another dealer. The manager cut the trade in value a couple thousand less because it was not worth it to him. He was very condescending and made us feel less because we were not purchasing an Audi nor were we trading in an Audi.

Came here to purchase used volkswagen from here. I am only giving a review base on a service. When i first start a car from there lot, the car did not start so they brought a jump cable to start a car and tells me it happen because the car was sitting in the lot long time. And he told me if the car did not turn on they will replace the battery So after that we purchase a car less than a 3 hour. After we purchase a car and on our way to home we found a window that are cracked it was too late night to call the dealer. So that night i turn on a car so i can drive but the car did not start again. So i again used a jump cable to start a car. And next morning i start a car so i can go to work....but the car did not start at all. So afternoon i took a car back to the rick case audi to solve a problem. The salesman told me they will replace a battery and take the car back to service.... After 10 or 20 min later they brought the car back to me, and when i open the hood the battery was not replace and salesman told me they only charge the battery... I am okay because car does a start. And few days later sales man text me that they did replace a battery. And i told him "no they did not replace the battery" and salesman told me "oh really, looks like service center only charge the battery" It was really funny to me so i brought the car to our local volkswagen dealer and tells me that car battery is not a new, the battery was not replace whithin 1week. After i request schedule for the window and they told me they will replacement my window at december 18 which is today. So today i request service at 9:30am around 3pm i call a salesman for an update.... And he told me my car is not going to be ready due to they order wrong parts.... So i have to reschedule for next time.........Really?I just bought this car less than a month and i dont know why i have to having all this kind of stress? Its really want to file a complaint to this dealer. Never had a stress from bmw dealer before

I worked my deal out with Tony over email and text because I don't like to haggle at the dealership. When I arrived for the test drive he was ready with keys in hand. The paperwork had all the numbers we agreed upon before my arrival with no surprise charges or unwanted up sells. It was a great experience. I was delayed waiting on the finance team but that was out of his control and in the end while it was a little inconvenient it didn't change my perception about the overall experience being a good one.

I went to Audi with the intent of buy a used car I called ahead and spoke with a salesman. When I got there I test drove the car and really liked it. I had a trade in and even told the salesman what I wanted and what I could pay for the car. The used car manager gave me a low ball offer and would not even budge on the price he was rude and condescending. I would not recommend Audi Gwinnett for anyone. There was a dealer close to my home that had what I seas looking for, but the service was abysmal. I made the trip to Audi Gwinnett, but wasn't expecting much, especially after my less than stellar experience with the other dealer. Then I met Daniel Marcy. He treated me to a warm welcome, followed by a test drive in the car he knew I wanted. My sour attitude turned to sunshine after our interaction. And the car I was just going to look at became my car a couple of hours later! I can't say enough good things about Daniel Marcy and his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. After hours of researching reliable German cars, my son settled on an Audi A4. From there I looked at dealers from Charlotte to Atlanta. One that stood out was Audi Gwinnett. I looked at their inventory online, found a few that met our criteria and drove 1:45 to see what they had. Now I know buying a car is not a pleasant experience. Giving up a good part of your Saturday to do it is even worse. Driving all that way I thought I was crazy. Enter Garrett Ellington. Upon our arrival to Audi Gwinnett, the first person to greet us was Garrett. A college student and without a doubt one of the best sales people I have ever met. He listened to what we wanted. He let us tell him what was important to us and at no time did he try to sell us anything we didn't discuss. A professional through and through. What started out as a day I was not looking forward to, turned into a relationship that will have me buying cars for years to come. Worth every minute of the drive. The fact that I have another dealer 45 minutes away and will not give them a chance tells it all. Find a dealer that wants your business and you'll find one that you are happy to do business with.

I purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealership long-distance, and Jason Winter made the experience as quick and easy as possible when I came to pick up the vehicle from two states away. The dealer even put me up in a nice hotel for the night. Before the purchase, Jason answered all of my questions about the transaction and car forthrightly, especially about my trade-in vehicle. I drove over an hour to check out the lot and was not disappointed. Tony greeted me right away and took care of everything. It was 95* out, so Tony drove us around the lot to find the cars we wanted to see. After a couple test drives, we located the car I wanted. My husband and I have been looking for a car close to 3 months. We have been to different dealership and some of the floor Manager did not care at all probably two out of all the dealership we went to gave us their attention, one even told us "to have a nice day" when we told him how much we could afford.... a lot of run around were involved trying to offer us what we can't chew; so during one of my internet search on cars; i found this Kia Optima at the Audi dealership so i called and spoke with Tony Muirhead, I asked Tony if the car was still in stock he said "Yes" I said to him "please do not tell me the car is in stock if the car was not" i explained to Tony how much my husband and I were willing to spend and he said "come in we gat you"... just as he said the car was there and we got a very good customer service both from Tony and Mr. Karl Schaefer who were exceptionally courteous and respectful.. from that moment my husband and I decided to buy the car. I un-expectantly became on the market for a new vehicle when my car was totaled. I had never looked into Audis before but with the appealing designs of the Audis I was compelled to take a look. Gwinnett Audi was the first dealership I went. Paul greeted me when I came in and I instantly felt I was talking to an old friend. Paul is very knowledgeable about all the models and took time in explaining all the purchase/feature options. I am the type that likes to make sure no rock is unturned so I looked at several other makes and models of cars before making my decision. Paul stayed in contact with me during this process to make sure I was comparing apples to apples and making the best decision. He shared that Audis were ranked higher than the other models I was looking at based on consumer reports ranking for all categories, calculated examples of how Audis held their value better than other brands and worked with me diligently to make sure I was taking on a commitment I would be comfortable with. Its a great when you feel your long term well-being has been considered in the car buying process this is very rare and that is was not just a sale and Paul has followed up with me to make sure I understand all the car features as well.Paul made me feel my unfortunate circumstances had actually worked in my best interest. I purchased a Q5 from Garrett nearly a year ago from Garrett after my dad had a great several great encounters with both Garrett, and Audi as a brand. I will say that the buying process was one the easiest- as I never set foot in the dealership, and Garrett brought the car and paperwork to my home in Decatur, allowing me to spend time with my young children. While I should have given praise long ago, its Garrett's after-sale experience that sets him way apart. Never in my life have I had a service experience like this. When service is due, Garrett actually comes to my home, with a loaner, and takes the car for service. When its done, he brings it back and picks up the loaner. While this sounds simple, Duluth is at least a 35 minute drive from my home, one way, to only make the trip a total of 4 times (had I had to service my car like a "normal" person- HA!). What a time saver and incredible benefit. I have had cars that cost upwards of double what my Q5 cost, and was NEVER treated like royalty. If you are in the market for an Audi, I cannot suggest enough to see Garrett. The best deal, product, and long-term relationship I've had in my years of buying cars. Thank-you again!

I had a wonderful experience at me recent visit to the Audi Gwinnett Service Department. I arrived without an appointment for concerns with my A4. I was promptly greeted by Jeff and my vehicle was in the shop for repairs with in minutes. The facility was comfortable and all of the staff that I encountered went out of their way to greet me. I had been looking online for a Q7 diesel for a few months all I got was "Available Soon". I had tired of waiting and was literally on my way to the Mercedes dealer to buy a GL350 Blutec and thought I would just stop in and see when they would actually be available for me to buy one (it is the car that I really wanted). I met Mounir and he said "We've got one" and sure enough they did. I was elated. Mounir started the process and it went as smoothly as any I have ever had. He was infinitely knowledgeable about the car and all of the features (lot's of features) and a few short hours later I was driving it home. Collin was quick and thorough with the paperwork and Garrett Ellington helped out as well. I will be back to buy my next car from Audi Gwinnett.

My husband and I recently came to this dealership in an effort to look over a few A6 cars we saw online. We looked over the lot at out leisure without a salesperson hounding us the second we stepped out of our car. After we found 2 that we wanted to test drive we went inside to see if someone could assist us. This is when we were introduced to Lauren. To say she was a pleasure to work with would be a grave understatement. She was completely knowledgable with her product without sounding pretentious. She was able to carry on great conversations that pertained to more than just the car at hand. We test drove two cars and at the end were as impressed with Lauren as we were the car. But we have never been a couple to buy a car on the spot. We mentioned to Lauren that we would also be driving one more car at a different dealership. She was not offended and even suggested that maybe we bring the car to her to be looked over if the future dealership didn't specialize in Audi. She then allowed my husband and I our own space again to talk privately and keep looking at the 2 cars in question without feeling " on the spot". With such great service from Lauren and such a great car we never left your dealership and did infact buy " on the spot" . There was zero back and forth with the price, and the transition from buying to out the door was flawless! My husband and I have purchased multiple cars and he stated that this was the Best Car Buying experience he has ever had. So thank you! I flew to Atlanta to purchase a Q5 from another dealership and when the vehicle was not as described I located another online at Audi Gwinnett. This had to be the simplest sale they have ever made as I paid cash for my used Q5. The after purchase Customer Service has been absolutely horrible!!!! First my salesperson Josh never followed up to a minor issue of a missing visor clip and after 5 contacts he informed me that his sales manager would be in contact with me but "not to act like he wasn't helping me" even though he did not respond to the previous 4 contact attempts. I received my title a week prior to my temporary tags expiring and when I went to the DMV today they advised me that a document needed to be signed and notarized. The DMV contacted the dealership who informed us the person to notarize the document would not be in for an hour and to call back. An hour later the DMV called and then faxed the document to the dealership who said they would get it back to us promptly. An hour later we contacted them again and they said they would fax it right away. 15 minutes later I received a voicemail that they would sign it and fax it but Colan the finance guy said there is not a notary that works there. I immediately called him back and had to leave a voicemail. An hour later I called again and he had done zero follow up then told me he was on another line. Long story short I had to contact Ron the GM whom had the document signed, notarized and faxed in a matter of minutes but not before I spent over 3 hours at the DMV for something they said they would do promptly. I'm just warning you that once you pay for your vehicle don't expect them to provide a positive experience after the fact. Thank's to Ron but the rest of the team is more concerned about just getting you out the door.

What a breath of fresh air. I had tried to get a deal done with Prestige Audi of Miami. What a joke. Within hours of speaking to the Finance Dept my loan was done. Mind you, I live in Miami and they flew me up and got me a room at the W in Atlanta. Collin Bramlett in the finanve dept. is the best. I spent 15 minutes in his office signing papers and was done. I have bought and financed over 10 cars in my life and NEVER had a better experience. Absolutely AMAZING !!!!

I took my car to get JUST an estimated on repair. They told me while i wait they would give me loaner car it shouldn't take more then 2 hours. .I had aaa tow my car there. When I arrived. There was no loaner. They said they would put me in rental and cover the cost. Because they had no.more loaner. And it took 3days for them to give me an verbal estimate. I asked for it in.writing they gave me two different estimate on.the same day for same estimate and parts . From $400-$1300..I told them ,I declined repairs an told them i will come get my car Dont make any Repairs. When i arrived. They gave me a bill for unauthorized repairs for $1300. Including the cost of the rental car. Which theyinitial told me an put in writing they would pay for. Now they want me to pay them for something i have in writing saying they would pay and repairs, never authorized.

Zero stars. I paid for an oil and filter change and spark plugs replace then after 5000 miles I took my car to do a timing belt service and left the car with them for a week. When I took it back the car was shacking at cold start. Called them back and said its normal... but how come it wasn't shacking when I drop it off??? Then I left my car another week with them to see why us shacking and they said I got carbon build up. WOW. I took it to another place and they did an oil and filter change and by the way it was BLACK and when they've check the plugs they were in very poor condition. So bottom line the service I paid Gwinnett Audi for oil change and spark plugs it was never done... Just charged me.... WOW. I know next time where not to go.

8/17 bought 2014 Q5 from Audi G. Temporary tag until 9/17. 9/16 tag not arrived. Called. Stacey Settle who sold me car left me voice mail that Audi G sent my title/registration into State "weeks ago"; blamed the Tag Office for delay (I still have the voice mail). Took off work and went to Tag Office; Audi G hadn't sent ANY paperwork. Stacey Settle flat out lied to me. Went to Audi G. They hadn't even gotten the title for the Q5 from Hall County CU, let alone sent the paperwork into the State. Claude Brackett assured me Audi G would "walk it through" when title arrived. Called Hall Co CU today, 9/25, and title was delivered to Audi G 9/18/14 (tracking on envelope). Called State and Audi G STILL hasn't sent title/registration into State. It's already 8 days into extended tag (that I had to wait in line for) and can't get another. State says I will have to "park the car" after 10/17 until Audi G bothers to fix this. Can't get straight answer from Audi G. Stacey Settle never returned my calls. Spend your $40,000+ with an honest dealership and customer service beyond getting your money. Audi G = Nightmare.

We had visited Audi Gwinnett during one of our trips (early June) to looking for house and an office for our new business. We came in late one evening and met Mounir to test drive an A8 that we had our eyes on for quite awhile. Mounir was great to work with, he took us on a test drive and answered all of our questions and then asked us lots of questions to qualify what our actual needs where. Unfortunately since the time I bought it I have had some health issues come up that makes it difficult for me to operate the clutch on the manual transmission that my vehicle came with. While at the dealership getting my 15k service I was given an excellent loaner car identical to mine, but with an automatic transmission. I couldn't believe how great the automatic transmission performed and asked if I could trade in my vehicle for the loaner car that I was provided.I worked with Garrett and explained that I wanted to trade out my car due to my medical condition and he went to great lengths to get me a very fair value on my trade in and got me a BRAND NEW Audi nearly identical to my first one at an incredible price.Garrett is awesome - I can't say enough good things about him. He made the purchase process incredibly easy and even met with us a little early before the dealership was open one day to wrap up the deal. He had all the paperwork ready to go and all the numbers were as negotiated and agreed upon the previous day. When we arrived to sign the paperwork the new car was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and ready for us to drive off. I had been on the fence regarding the kind of car I wanted to purchase. I had a lot of options to consider but one visit to Audi Gwinnett and being introduced to a terrific salesman, Mounir Barhoumi basically helped me with my decision. In the past when shopping for a new vehicle, I had usually avoided dealing with sales staff and almost exclusively dealt with Internet managers to minimize the time I had to spend face-to-face. However, Mounir was a breath of fresh air to work with. Mounir went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I wanted which ultimately was a new 2014 S4. The car I wanted was not on their lot but thanks to Mounirs manager, Luka I was able to buy the one I really wanted. In fact, under Lukas direction, Audi Gwinnett had the vehicle I wanted shipped from out of state to their dealership within a few days at no additional cost to me. That is an example of a top notch dealership and one that is willing to satisfy their customer at all costs. Having spent some time at Audi Gwinnett, I could see the comradery among the staff and it was very refreshing. They all seemed genuinely interested in helping each other. This goes from the sales manager on down the line all the way to the receptionist. All I can say is if anyone is even considering buying a new Audi, I highly recommend asking for Mounir Barhoumi. This was my first Audi purchase and I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer and my dealings with Mounir (salesperson) and Dan (general manager). I bought a 2014 Audi S4. I visited several times, took several test drives (A4 and S4), and Mounir spent as much time as needed to answer all my questions. No arm twisting of any kind. When I finally decided what I wanted they were perfectly willing to custom order the exact car I wanted (paint, interior, trim line, etc). Their price was as competitive (maybe even a little bit better) as other dealers. They gave me a good price for my trade-in. They basically did everything they said they would. No games, no nonsense, etc. As I said in the title, I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. Thanks Mounir and Dan! P.S. The car is great!

I was at Gwinnett Audi couple of days ago just to get idea before I placed my online order for a used 2013 Audi Q7. One of the associates Mounir Barhoumi greeted me and offer to help. Audi Brand Specialist Jason Winter, from whom I purchased the car, did everything that he promised and more. He found the exact car I was looking for and was totally committed to make me happy. From purchase to delivery, and afterwards, he was there for me. He was generous with his time, and more. In fact everyone that I had dealings with exceeded my expectations. Being that I can not name them all in this limited space, let me simply say that everyone that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and tried their best to make this the best car buying experience that I have ever had. But in my experiences previously with other Luxury Car dealerships this was not always the case. Karl is an honest man. He never pressured me to purchase anything that I did not need. But when asked, he explained about the different programs that are available. When I decided on a few additional items like Paint Protection and Theft Deterrent he made them happen, even on a busy Saturday. He actually affixed the needed anti-theft stickers to my car personally. Again, here is someone with whom I felt immediately comfortable with, and who did all he could to make me happy.Josh Campbell, the Service Manager who I met on the delivery date. Even on a busy Saturday when I picked up the car, he did everything that I asked for. Although the car was immaculate upon delivery, there were a few things I wanted to do to personalize it. He did everything that needed to be done, and took extra steps to make sure that it was done perfectly. He answered all of my technical questions. He spent a great deal of time with me making certain that I was comfortable with my new Audi. I could see that the Service Department is top notch, and that they would take good care of me and my Audi in the future.There are many others, and I hope no one is offended if I did not mention their names. The simple truth is that everyone at Audi Gwinnett does everything that they can to make certain that you are satisfied. I had occasion to talk to other people in Sales, Parts, and the Service Department, while I was awaiting delivery of my car. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and did their best to please.I am meticulous with the way that I do things. I am a highly trained Ivy League Dentist from New York. My standards are high. For it to be so important to me that I write a letter of praise like this shows how highly I think of Audi Gwinnett. To sum it all up, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. If you are in the market for an Audi, I cannot stress enough that Audi Gwinnett is the place to go.

I recently purchased an SQ5 from Garrett and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. My wife and I visited several times, and as we don't have any kids, we were bouncing from S5 to SQ5 for the first 2 visits. After the third visit (and several visits to competing dealers and product lines), we settled on the SQ5. Garrett was great when it came to exploring all options and made sure I was able to get a SQ5 with the dual tone alcantera interior- just as I wanted in the S5. The car arrived several days later, and paperwork was ready when we arrived. Delivery took less than an hour, and Garrett made sure we were satisfied several days after we left. From A-Z, nobody at any Audi store we met had his level of product knowledge both about Audi and the competitors. Can't speak highly enough!

Service department is awful! Brought in my vehicle for an airbag light. Left a message for Jeff Bradberry 5 different times over a 3 day span. Finally called back and spoke with a nice girl who informed me there was a part needed that was on the way from Germany. Followed up the next 2 days to get a status update from Jeff. He never returned any of my calls. Finally I call Josh Campbell the Service Manager and leave a message with him and he also never returned my call. After 2 weeks of my car being in the shop they call and say its ready. I get there to pick it up and it will not crank because the battery is dead. This place is pathetic!

I went to this dealership January 30th 2013 to lease a new Audi S4 and had the worst experience dealing with most employees here. It took the sales rep and finance team three different attempts and four months to get my contract figured out. They first messed up the tax rate on the first contract, because it was out of state, because they didn't want to wait two days for me to get a local Georgia driver's license. Then once they had the tax corrected and set it up, they lost my trade in paperwork and tried to submit paper work for someone else's vehicle. Finally after they fedex'd me a new and final contract, that paperwork was also incorrect, I then drove 40 minutes to the dealership (this is now May 2013) to hopefully finally get this corrected so I could register my vehicle. The dealer never applied for me to get extended temp plates, or apologized, if you read the email chains from the dealership you would lose any confidence in this dealership. The only positive I will take away from this experience, is I now know to never purchase another vehicle from them.

I have dealt with a lot of car dealers and sales people and I have to say that more times than not, I'm usually not happy with the service or the aggressive sales tactics. Dealing with Garrett was a great experience. I have bought 2 cars from Garrett an A7 and a S7 recently. I must say that I was informed during the whole process and both purchases were drama free. His level of customer service is rare in the car industry. If you need an Audi contact Garrett you will not be disappointed.

Recently left the BMW family to purchase a new Audi A6 through Audi Gwinnett, I would absolutely recommend them and my sales manager, Marlene Topping, to any of my friends and colleagues. There was a little bit of a wait (less than 20 mins) as I went on a weekend; however, once a sales associate was available, I was treated with outstanding customer service by Marlene Topping and the Audi staff. I traveled an additional 30 miles from my closet Audi dealer and it was the best decision that I made. I have nothing but praises for this dealer as the strong customer focus experience has extended past the sale. Marlene and the Audi team have given me regular calls or emails to ensure that I am happy with my vehicle purchase and/or if they can offer any additional support. I had concerns about leaving the BMW family and customer support that I received from them; however, those concerns have been easily assuaged by Marlene and Audi Gwinnett.

My first couple of visits I could not find a sales rep but after meeting Marlene I was able to test drive the car I ended up purchasing. I had planned to buy a Front Wheel Drive CVT transmission, but Marlene was able to articulate the differences between it and the quattro model. While I could have spent less money and ended up with a nice car, Marlene helped me make a deal on a loaded 2.5 year old certified A4 quattro that ultimately gave me more peace of mind. Mileage was a little higher than I wanted but I am a low mileage driver so should stay well within the confines of the remaining terms of the warranty. Instead of selling me a car I could live with, I was given the opportunity to buy a car that is exciting to drive. The thing I liked best about this dealership vs the other non-audi lots around town was their friendliness. There was never any pressure to buy and no games once the deal was made. Other places tried to jack up the price or disclosed items after pricing agreed to that should have been disclosed earlier. Other Audi dealerships either did not have the cars I was looking for, or prices were advertised way too high, or didn't seem interested in making a sale. Audi Gwinnett had the best deals for my needs. I even kept looking for a better deal after the sale but have not found any even close. Thanks to Marlene and the rest of the management team at Audi Gwinnett.

Purchased a New Audi from a Great Sales Person which helped close the deal to my satisfaction. The sales department was extremely outgoing, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. I give a Five Star rating to the sales department. Then this is where everything goes south. Then I go to write a check for the deal and their "business department" made me feel like I was buying a car from some "low-end fly-by-night used car dealership". Very UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I give a One star minus to their business manager. Rick Case did not grow his business to what it is today with employees like this clown. As a result I would NEVER recommend a high-end luxury vehicle purchase from this dealership until CHANGES are made.

Let me first share that I bought my 2013 A8L from Garrett when he was across town at Jim Ellis, but when I reached out about a month ago, and learned he moved up to Gwinnett, I was more than thrilled to go back to him. Even though I have not yet purchased the S8 I was looking at, I was amazed (As I was when I bought my 13 A8 about a year ago) with Garrett's continued passion to the brand. He was able to raddle off every statistic, fact, and importance behind every feature on the S8. I also wanted to share that since I have had my A8, Garrett has personally come to my home to help me with servicing the car. He drops off a loaner, takes my car, and returns it at the end of the day with a full tank of gas, and a complete detail. If I had to do it again, of course I would... Just holding out for the 2014 model before I get my S8! Thanks G!

I visited Saturday, June 29th and really was not serious about buying a new car as I am so far negative equity in my current vehicle that I didn't think it was even worthwhile to stop and talk.. I was looking at the new 2014 S4 admiring it and wishing that I had not sold my previous 2 - 2012 and 2013 Audi S4's. While I was on the lot Mounir Barhoumi stopped by and asked me if I needed any help, at this point, I declined and just said I was looking. After looking around the lot for awhile longer, I went into the showroom and was once again greeted by Mounir and he asked if I was sure I didn't need assistance. At this point, I was so excited about the S4 I went for a test drive anyway and told him my situation with my current car (which is a 2013) and my negative equity problem and he just listened and didn't interrupt or go for the hard core sales approach that some sales people jump right into, he just let me enjoy the car and we went back to the showroom and again, no pressure what so ever. I thanked him and took his card and left. On my drive home, (45 minutes away) I had time to think about it and called him back and basically told him that I was interested in the car, gave him my payoff information, what I wanted to put down and what payment and lease term I was interested in, thinking I would never hear back from him. Within the hour, he called me back and asked for more specifics and I could tell that he had a genuine interest in wanting to try and help me get out of my car and into the Audi S4. Honestly, I didn't give it much thought as I had tried with other dealerships and they either basically told me it was a pipe dream or I needed 15-20K down to make the deal work. At 9:30 PM that night Mounir called me and told me that they were able to work out the deal on the 2014 that I really wanted and that I could come in on Sunday and pick it up. They got me exactly what I asked for and nothing more. I went in on Sunday and did the paperwork and took the car home that day, there was some pending issues that needed to be worked out that couldn't be taken care of until Monday when Audi Financial opened. Mounir was instrumental in keeping me updated at all times and called me when everything was finally worked out even when he had customers with him. A very long story short, I got approved and signed the paperwork and took the vehicle home. On Tuesday the 2nd, I got buyers remorse and called to see if I could cancel the deal. This had nothing to do with the car, the dealership and certainly not Mounir, all were exceptional in every aspect of the transaction. I just felt that it was not a smart move for me since I had only been in my current car for 4 months (this would have been car #62). there was nothing not to love, I just felt I needed to be practical and pay my car down a bit more so I wouldn't take such a huge hit on depreciation. Mounir was a complete professional as was the entire team at Audi Gwinnett and they let me return the S4, no questions asked and no attitude or hard feelings. Needless to say, I felt ridiculous doing this (and still do) after they jumped through many hoops to make the impossible, possible. In all of my years of car buying, this hands down has been the most pleasant experience even though the end result was not what I wanted (or them). The atmosphere in the dealership is very lighthearted and fun, everyone seemed to enjoy actually being there, they all kid around and have a good time while at the same time maintain a professional environment. I cannot ever express my gratitude to Mounir and to Audi Gwinnett for such a pleasant experience, thank you so much!*****Update 07/17/2013***** I went back to Gwinnett Audi on 07/08/13 and purchased the S4, I gave in to my weakness for this car and was treated with the same incredible customer service as before, I love, love my new car and could not be happier with my decision (although a bit embarrassing) to return and get the car, Thank you again Mounir and Luka for your never ending patience and kindness to me****Jim S

I purchased a CPO 2010 Audi A4 over the internet - first time I had ever done something like this, but I was looking for a particular model and this dealership had what I wanted. I worked with Garrett Ellington, who quickly answered all my questions about the car, negotiated a deal with me that I was happy with, and then helped me with the logistics of traveling across the country to pick up the car and drive it home. When I arrived in Atlanta, Garrett picked me up in a hot-looking S4, and drove to the dealership where my car had been detailed and was ready to go. The paperwork was done quickly, and with the help of Jay Clowers, I had a loan with payments I was comfortable with along with AudiCare locked in. Both Jay and Garrett were nice people who made it stress-free and actually fun to buy a car. Garrett then showed me how everything worked in the car and I was on my way in less than 2 hours! Overall I had a great experience with this dealership and would do it again in a heartbeat. When it comes time to purchase my next Audi, I will definitely give these guys the first shot. Highly recommended.

It was not our intention to purchase the vehicle that same day however Larry provided us with enough information to warrant a test drive which led to the immediate purchase of our new car. We did not believe that a mutual agreement upon price would be met but Larry and Luka were determined to match our needs. We never felt pressured and we felt completely comfortable with our decision to purchase the car once Luka was able to meet our numbers. Jay did an excellent job of talking us through the financing and we appreciated how efficient he was with the paperwork. We also greatly appreciated that Jay was proactive in offering a creative way for us to incorporate the extended Audi care into our terms. Larry gave us our keys and a thorough explanation of the A4 and all of its capabilities. We wanted our time to be brief an the perameters of what we could financially afford were well defined so we were greatly appreciative that they made us feel comfortable, did not provide any pressure, and continued to work on our behalf to create an arrangement that we were comfortable with. Working with Mounir Barhoumi at Audi of Gwinnett was a pleasure. I went into the dealership the night before I actually purchased the vehicle but couldn't decide whether or not to move forward. There was no pressure...just a friendly and sincere "whenever you are ready". I told him and Luka that I would sleep on it and call the next day with my decision either way. I bought my Audi TT Roadster two and a half years ago from Gwinnett Audi, and I have had nothing but exceptional service from them. They usually schedule an appointment either the day I call, or at least the following day. I'm always greeted the minute I step in the door. I always know in advance what the total charges will be before any work is done. If anything had to be fixed, they did so in the amount of time they told me it would take, and they have provided a loaner car at no cost to me if the repair took several days. My car is always returned to me clean, thanks to the complimentary wash! Jeff Bradberry was my service advisor most recently, and he did an excellent job. He listens to your comments, and then bends over backwards to make sure you're pleased with your experience in the service department. I just don't think you can get any better than that!

We have very good experience with two salesmen in Gwinnett Audi. 3 years ago we leased our first A4 with Larry Berger. Larry was very helpful, we never felt pushed or tricked. We loved our A4 so this year we decided to lease a new 2013. This time Byron was our sales agent and he was also really helpful finding the car that we wanted and making it happen. Awesome experience in all aspects: sales, finance dept and we are also very happy with the maintenance department. This is a dealership where it is obvious they are trying to cultivate long term relationships with their customers. Great job guys, we will definitely be back!

Initial experience was positive. Sales consultant was great!! Jay, Dan and Karl have yet to follow-up with me in regards to temporary tag, expired 3/3/13. Due to improperly filling out the sales contract with an accurate description of the vehicle I have yet to receive my registration. Keep in mind that I purchased the unit the first week of February. Instead of a phone call I received a UPS package with the corrected version of the contract. The only way I knew that this package was in transit is that I contacted Jay on 2/27 expressing my concern over the expiring temporary tag. Jay assured me that he would overnight a tag and I would receive no late than Saturday 3/1. Well it did not arrive Saturday so I contacted Karl. Karl assured me that it would be here no later than Tuesday 3/5. He actually suggested that I drive to the dealer on Sunday, keep in mind that this is 6 hours round trip. My suggestion was that perhaps he should consider sending someone to me with the tag. He said he didn't have the manpower. I thought to myself, customer service at its finest considering I spent 40k on a vehicle. So on 3/5, again no tag! I called the dealership to inquire with Karl on the whereabouts of the tag, Karl was not available he went home for the evening so I asked to be transferred to the GM, Dan. I left a detailed voice message with Dan about my concern. Imagine that, lead by example, no call back. It is now Wednesday 3/6 and I still have no tag. I called the dealer and asked to speak with Dan. Well Dan was unavailable so I left a voice mail asking him to call me back, no return call this far. How do I resolve this? The level of service with the salesman was simply fantastic but the customer service following the sale is non-existent. I would be very concerned if this was my company on the service taking place in back office functions. I'm going to assume that as an organization you rely on customer retention/word of mouth. Well I wouldn't recommend the dealership given the lack of professionalism following the sale. What's interesting is that I pointed out the error(s) in the contracts while signing but was assured there wouldn't be a problem. I am a business professional and have sales and operations over site of 20 retail locations. This is ridiculous, the car was purchased for business travel however it's sitting in the garage while my family is being inconvenienced. If it were up to me I would gladly take this vehicle back and pick up my initial trade in which was a Dodge Ram. I feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of inexperienced staff. I'm assuming that following this complaint that either I will get a call or the tag will miraculously show up. Pathetic waste of my time and energy to resolve this issue. Perhaps I should send you a bill for the days the unit has been out of service....

They have a nice inventory but don't seem that interested in selling it. No return on emails or follow up on conversations. Maybe they have sufficient walk in business. Larry Berger seems to be exception based on reviews here. I suspect sales will drop significantly while he is on sick leave

I need to begin by clarifying that my sales rep, Martin Poston, was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The time between my test drive (2008 Subaru Tribeca) and the purchase was pleasant and low stress. I had been looking for this particular car so it was not a hard sell for Martin. Where the transaction headed south was when it became time to deal with Finance Manager, Jay. Jay made it very clear that I was not a priority in any way for Gwinnett Audi. I made the my cash purchase on a Wednesday evening. As Jay was completing the paperwork, he noticed that the emissions test had not been completed and therefore he could not print a temporary tag. This was an easy fix. Martin Poston offered to pick the Tribeca up from my office the following day and have the emissions done. I appreciated his eagerness to make this happen smoothly. I stressed to Martin that I needed the car back by 4:30 pm in order to get home to shuttle my two boys to sports. Since they picked the car up at 11:30 am on Thursday, this was not a difficult thing to do. At 4:15 pm I called Martin and asked if the car was back at my office and he said no it was not, but he would grab the keys and be there by 4:30. At 4:35, Martin had still not arrived. When I called him he said he had not left the dealership yet because the temporary tag had still not been printed. I asked when the emissions had been completed and he stated that it was done by 3:00. So that was plenty of time for 1 piece of paper to be printed. I stressed that I REALLY needed the car back asap as I had to be home to pick up my boys. It should be noted that the dealer is less than 10 minutes from my office. At 5:00 Martin arrived with my car. At this point my boys had no chance of getting where they needed to be on time. When I expressed frustration Martin informed me that the finance manager Jay "had refused" to print my temporary tag, even when Karl the Manager had instructed him to do so. I have no idea why the finance manager had such a problem doing this task but it seemed a pretty small thing for him to make such a major power play over. I am expecting Martin to visit my office today to place the temporary tag on my car. I told him yesterday that I could not recommend Audi Gwinnett because of the disappointing follow through on the sale. It is terribly unfair for the salesman and the rest of the dealership to suffer from a bad review because of the actions (or inactions) of a particular employee, especially over something that is just not a big issue. Jay Clowers must be very comfortable with his job security to so blatantly refuse such a simple task. It was so much fun to get the car that I had been searching for and I will not allow the actions of Jay to tarnish my pleasure of driving my new wheels. However, until he is able to properly perform his job duties in a timely manner, I must call this dealer a "do not recommend".

The combination of Larry's knowledge of the product and Luka's forthcoming approach to the negotiations won the day and I purchased the vehicle. Even though I had driven 5 1/2 hours I was never pressured and could have certainly left the dealer without purchasing the vehicle. First time for me and my wife visiting Gwinnett Audi. They had great pre-owned inventory viewable on-line and great responsiveness to any form of communication you desire.My salesman, Larry Berger, responded to an on-line inquiry of mine, as I was about 2 hours away and wanted to coordinate a test drive for a pre-owned Q7.Larry's knowledgeable and no-pressure sales approach made for a wondeful experience. We drove from SC that afternoon, bought the car that evening, and the staff helped to entertain the kids during the wait time!My wife feels much more comfortable working with this dealership than our local, mostly for customer service reasons, expanded inventory, and the "non-snoody" atmosphere if I can make up a term. My first AUDI and first experience with an Audi dealer. My experience was excellent overall. I personally dislike buying a car from a dealer because of negative past experiences, but this time was different. Larrry was a pleasure to deal with-very personable and knowledgeable, and no hardball sales tactics. It also helped that the car sold itself! I also feel like I got a fair deal on the car.I'm looking forward to experiencing this dealer's service down the road, and hopefully many more years driving an Audi.

We bought a new 2012 A6 from Larry Berger at Gwinnett Audi, after working briefly with another dealership (who pushed us to order rather than arrange to trade a car with another dealer). Larry and his team were aggressive about finding the car we wanted in the U.S. (so we didn't have to order it) and the other dealer wasn't. Happy with the deal - they meet Consumer Reports and USAA pricing. Excellent service in terms of delivering when promised even though they had to do extra work to get this done. No hard sell at the end, e.g., extended warranty. It will be offered, but you can decline. Overall, a good experience and we love the car.

I got the feeling that I was unimportant due to only looking at a A3 instead of a more expensive model. Every dealership around the area was willing to put 2k more into my trade! I worked with 2 sales associates at Gwinnett Audi during my initial car search. The first associate was extremely helpful in the beginning but fell off in the end and even failed to acknowledge or speak to me the last time he saw me in the showroom. The second associate was extremely lackluster and noncommittal (probably due to the fact I had already started working with the first associate before and he didn't see the benefit in going out of his way). He even had a slight, condescending attitude when he spoke with me. I was not impressed. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing my Audi at another well-known dealership with locations all over the city and country. The process was much easier, and the associates were consistent from beginning to end. Lesson learned!

Dealership did a fine job UP UNTIL THE POINT WHERE THEY HAD MY CHECK IN HAND. At that point everything ended. I traveled to Georgia from SC because of the price difference and because the dealership assured me that this would not be a problem and that they would get the tags for me. On the day of purchase, I was assured that the check would be cashed the very next day and the tag process would begin. However, two weeks after purchase I was contacted to verify that I had sufficient funds in my account before the dealership cashed the check. They had sat on the check for two weeks! Then the dealership had the check returned because they had endorsed it improperly. Another delay. My one-month temporary tags expired after 30 days with no permanent tags. The dealership NEVER initiated contact with me about the status. Calls and emails to the dealership were not always answered. The general manager (Dan Praznik) has NEVER responded to my emails. The dealership has NEVER offered to send me another temporary tag. As of today, my new Audi has been sitting in my garage, undriven and without tags for 32 days. The dealership promised to give me a status update yesterday, 9 January 2012. No call. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership.

You cannot trust this dealer to treat you fairly and honestly. I was the victim of a deceptive business practice. I drove from Knoxville to Atlanta after I was told by Byron that they would honor the price listed on the website. When I got there, they denied that the vehicle had been listed for that price, which was a flat out lie.

Will was great to work with! There wasn't a question about the car that he couldn't answer - it was apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable. Also, when F&I took longer than expected (AND I had a fussy baby with me) he offered to go ahead and get us out of there and he'd come by the next week to demo the car with me. He is a great combination of professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and approachable. Walked into the dealership with intensions to get a new A4. After test driving few cars I got a basic A4 FWD (lease). Right after finishing the deal I asked if I could get another car based on my credit and they say I could. I told them I would come back in few days and talk to them about getting another car. First deal was done by Dan and everything seemed to go fine. Minerva was the salesperson and she was clueless about the cars. I've been driving Audi's for 10 years, I know a lot about cars and she was reading the window sticker while I was driving the car and telling me about power seats, power door locks, pretty much useless information. Anyway, few days later I came back to the dealership to buy a second A4 and trade my truck for it. Dan was on vacation so this deal was done by Claud. The deal went pretty smooth and I was glad that everything worked out great. One week later I get a call from Minerva telling me to call Claud, I asked why couldn't he call me and what does he need to talk to me about but she didn't know. So I called Claud and he asked about another car that I have a current loan for ($5K) and he told me that Audi wouldn't do both deals unless I trade in my Mazda as well but to give him another day to see what he can do. I was very surprised since I've had the cars for almost two weeks and now they are telling me that there are problems. The next day I called back and he told me that he can't do the deals and that I would have to give them the Mazda that I have. I got pretty angry and told them that I was returning both cars and Claud said thats fine. When I brought the cars back I spoke to Dan (General Manager) and I explained him everything what happened while he was gone and he seemed upset that I was told to return both cars (apparently there was no communication between Dan and Claud at all, the part that was not clear to me is why would you call me if you don't have definite information instead of assuming and guessing) he stepped out and talked to Claud and then came back in to see if he could convince me to keep the cars. He told me that he could do the deal for the first car the following day and to give him few days and that the second deal would be done as well without additional car. I told him that with all the issues I went thru with his personnel I didn't want to deal with the dealership anymore. Minerva even told me to keep the cars and do it for her as if I cared about her or her commission more than a good deal for me and no problems or issue while going thru the deal. Even though Dan tried to fix the damage that was done I would not recommend this dealership because of unprofessionalism and especially about Claud's rudeness and Minerva's lack of knowledge about cars and extreme typical sales person tactics. I was told that I was going to receive a refund within few days but it was 3 weeks and I was not getting my money back and nobody would call me back. Luckily I put the down payment on American Express and I received my money back. Don't go to this dealership.

This was my first time at buying a luxury car. My experience in purchasing the car (a 2012 Audi A4 from Gwinnett Audi, 3150 Satellite Blvd, Duluth) was a most pleasant one. The salesman I dealt with at the dealership was Larry Berger. He did an outstanding job of informing me about all aspects of the sale, accompanying me on test dirives of three vehicles, describing all features and options of the Audis I test-drove. He also dealt squarely with me, answering all questions related to pricing, warranties, service, etc., in an open and aboveboard manner. I was talking to several dealerships at this juncture of the purchasing process. Gwinett Audi and Larry Burger were the only ones who "talked straight" with me. The people at some of the other dealerships really gave me the "run-around" with a lot of B.S.--the cliche experience of everything you want to avoid in buying a car. My experience with Gwinnett Audi--and especially with Larry Berger--was an exceptionally pleasant one. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new Audi. I rate their service as OUTSTANDING!

I found listings from Gwinnett Audi when searching AutoTrader.com while researching used cars. Larry Berger spoke to me on the phone and was very helpful, informative, and patient. When I finally made it to the dealer (a week later before I could get there), Larry was very nice and professional and also quite helpful and knowledgeable even though I wasn't buying a new Audi (I was buying a used vehicle). The rest of the staff were also helpful and professional. We came to an agreement that was more than fair in terms of both the sale price of the vehicle I bought as well as the trade-in amount for the car I was letting go. The rest of the process was pleasant and fairly quick (got out in about 2 hours - faster than my past two car-buying experiences).

Robert Wallace was awesome. Helped me w/ a used Toyota Camry Hybrid. Very low pressure, very knowledgeable, didn't pretend he knew everything, but still went and found the answer to questions he didn't know. I had negotiated for them to repair a dent in the side of the car and when I stopped by to drop off the car today, Robert offered to drive me back to my office himself! Best customer service I've ever received from a car dealership! I would recommend to all friends and family. Customer Service is very important to me. The representatives/sales associates provided excellent service from the time I walked in until the time I left. Minerva listened to my purpose for being there and what I was looking for. Immediately, the Sales Manager came over and introduced himself and provided me with business cards for future referencing. My husband and I drove 4 hours in order to purchase my new audi. Upon our arrival we were greeted by staff immediately. It was a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We then was introduced to Robert Wallace who made this a pleasant buying experience. We test drove a couple of used audi's and Robert Wallace was very knowledable about the vehicles. Although I had made my mind up about purchasing a new audi Robert did not pressure us in purchasing one that we did not want. Robert was interested in getting to know us during the whole experience, from the test driving to signing the purchase agreement. Even after our purchase he took his time and showed us every feature on the audi and let us know how everything worked. If this dosen't make you want to buy a car at Gwinette Audi from Larry Berger and the staff at Gwinette Audi than you don't value customer service and a pleasent car buying experience. I just bought my 2nd car from Larry and Gwinette Audi in 6 weeks. Both times I dealt with the staff at Gwinette Audi they were professional and worked too come up with a deal that worked for both parties. Larry is phonomenial at what he does and dosen't pressure you into anything your not interstead in. On the finance side Claude might look like a scary individual to deal with but inside their's a true genuine kindness to make you want to leave a happy customer. The two managers Karl and Dan are on top of their game and always seem to know what's going on. I have never felt better about buying a car and thank you to Larry and Team for making me leave a happy customer. I will be back hopefully not in 6 weeks:)!!!!!!!!!!!

This is our second Audi, and we love them. We knew what we wanted, and Larry understood that and did not try and push us to buy things that we did not want. We did go to another Atlanta area dealer, and the salesperson treated us in a demeaning way that both my wife and I found insulting. All I can say is outstanding.If you want to meet a straight forward and to the point salesman that intimately knows every detail of the automobile, then Robert Wallace is your man. He is very patient and reassuring. When I switched from my very beloved BMW X3 to the new Audi Q5, I was very nervous and apprehensive. I had never driven an Audi before and was not familiar with the drive or mechanics. The first time I went to visit the dealership was entirely by accident. I thought it was a "prewoned" dealership lot and I walked into the parking lot to approach a Q7- just to look at numbers. Robert called out "Hey" and that was it. He was extremely professional, gentle hearted and non aggressive. He got me in the Q5 within 5 minutes for my test drive. He was very passionate and interested in the Audi product and that showed through his knowledge base and explanations.I would not only recommend my family and co-workers to this dealership, but plan on driving back up from Florida to find Robert to purchase my next vehicle in several years. In addition, the finance and general manager people were nice too. They were honest negotiators and told it how it was which I appreciated.Great buying experience with "no pressure".

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!I bought a used car and I went to this dealership to get an inspection on the vehicle to assess whatever may need to be done. I called Steven in the service department and asked for a full inspection. When I mentioned that my check engine light was on, that was the only point they wanted to focus on. I had 6 distinct problems that I had concerns about. Steven assured me that they would look over the vehicle.I got to the service department at my appointment time. I was told it would take an hour or two. After sitting in the waiting room (without being offered as much as a water) for almost 3 hours, the inspection was complete. I went outside to discuss the problems, not only did they not address 4 of my concerns, they didn't even do the complimentary wash. They charged me 127 for this inspection. I asked Steven before signing the form about a noise that continued to occur and he advised me that the service technicians went over the car and that it was not a problem.I drove home. Not only did the turn signal still cut out at 5 seconds, but the vehicle made an awful noise when the AC turned on. When I got home I opened the engine compartment to look around. Stuck in the front fan assembly was a 14" BY 2" WIDE STRIP OF RUBBER! This could not have possibly been missed had an inspection been done on my vehicle.I contacted the dealership and they advised me that they did in fact hook the car up to a computer for a test, but that's not what I asked for. I wanted to know the shape of my engine, my belts, my hoses, i wanted a full engine inspection and that's what I asked for over and over, but not what I received. I also asked that if they had hooked my car to their computer, how could they have not found the problem with the turn signal. 30 seconds on Google and a $50 part later I fixed the turn signal myself, but the "Certified Technicians" at this dealership couldn't find the problem. The service technicians replied over until I asked for a refund for the service. Then they went completely unresponsive.In Summary, DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RICK CASE DEALERSHIPS FOR SERVICE! Unless you just have tons of money to do whatever they want, don't even bother. I am placing complaints with the BBB and with state attorney general. If I could give this service a negative I would.SERVICE SHOPPERS BEWARE!

I had the opportunity to work with Larry a sales rep at Gwinnett Audi in Atlanta, Ga. Walking into any dealership as a first time buyer can be a bit nerve racking experience, having had visited several dealerships in the region, I figured I would try one more as some of the cars they listed online caught my attention, and the 20 minute drive wasn't the end of the world. The first time I walked into Gwinnett Audi I was greeted my a warm receptionist that informed me she would find me a sales representative too help me. Larry Berger walked up right away and greeted me with a smile and a friendly handshake. We talked about what I wanted to do, whether new or used, model, etc. Larry presented several options and we talked for roughly an hour. Being a sales representative myself I never instantly buy and that next day I was leaving on a cross-country trip so I wasn't in a rush. Larry ended our conversation with inviting me back and advised me he looked forward to possibly doing business. After I returned to Atlanta I visited Nalley Audi and Jim Ellis as I had made up my mind I wanted to purchase an Audi. Walking into Nalley was a nightmare, granted the salesman were knowledgeable, the two I worked with had awful personalities. The first one asked me if I could afford an Audi, I know I am only 24 but I have a college degree from a flagship university and the last time I checked had a great job and still do, I was really turned off and I felt like they didn't care at all so I didn't either. My next trip was to Jim Ellis which was the worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, the salesman I spoke with had the brain capacity of a 5 year oldevery question I asked he studdered and told me he would be right back, he kept pressing the lease issue and I told him I wasn't leasing a car, he continued to press the lease issue, I told him to have a great day and promised myself I would never visit Jim Ellis's nightmare palace ever again. The next day I woke up and decided it was time to make a decision and got dressed and decided of any sales rep I met along the process, that Larry Berger made me feel the most comftorable when I worked with him and made me feel confident about an Audi purchase. It was funny because the only call I got from Larry was five minutes before I pulled in asking me how my trip was and if I was still considering Audi, I advised him I would be there in five minutes. When I arrived we negotiated and worked out a deal for my new A4 pre-owned, not only do I love the car but the experience of working with Larry and the team at Gwinnett Audi reassured me that honest sales people do exist and that buying a car can be a pleasant experience. I know that in a few years when I am ready to buy again that working with Larry Berger will me a must and anyone entertaining the idea of buying an Audi, just one tip do it and do it from Larry Berger and team at Gwinnett Audi. Fortunately for me I know the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase my, as such my specific task was finding the perfect most affordable luxury vehicle in my price range. Believe me when I say that I tried several other large dealerships that had the same make and model I was seeking. However, after visiting their dealerships, numerous telephone conversations, and hours comparison shopping on the internet it was clear that Rick Case Audi had the better prize vehicle. Well, to my surprise on my way to Rick Case Audi to claim my prized vehicle it was sold while I was driving to the dealership. The sales representative Kedron Montgomery did all that he could to call me to prevent this from happening yet, was unable to reach me. I was devastated and refused to purchase anything other then the specific make and model I wanted. One week later I received a telephone call from Kedron Montgomery informing me that they found another vehicle and this one was a way better vehicle fully loaded at an unbelievable price.

We found the car over the internet. We went to Gwinnett Audi and Larry showed us the car which we found to be in extremely good condition, low mileage, and certified which was important to us. Larry had great knowledge of Audi's and this car which helped inform us greatly. We were pleased with our visit but did not make an offer that day. We had visited other dealers to see other vehicles. Larry and I "courted" each other via phone when I inquired about a used Audi A3 hatchback that I spotted on the internet. I am submitting another review based on my most recent experience with Gwinett Audi. I was under the impression that the "deal" was signed and financed after being turned away and being asked to "return again and pick up my new vehicle". I am very dissapointed that the dealership waited almost 2 weeks to inform me there were issues with finance, after signing all paperwork with an identified lender, letting me drive the car off the lot and then attempting to "schedule an appointment" for my 15,000 mi. service.I now realize that my first review here was submitted per request of the brand manager Minerva, without even securing a final deal! Had I known Gwinnett dealership was this desperate for a sale without following through proper channels, I would have denied their offer to take a 2 week joy ride. I was fine walking off the lot with my paid off trade-in as planned and would have rather saved much wasting time and humiliation.

Gwinnett Audi is without a doubt the friendliest and most knowlegable dealership I have ever run across in my search for vehicles. I just came off of a BMW lease and was looking for something new and exiting. I visited every high-end dealership to see what was out there in the luxury class ( Mercedes, BMW, Porche, etc.) The first thing that came to my attention was that most, if not all, of the salespeople I encountered knew very little about thier own product! How can that be?? We are in the middle of a recession so they should have nothing but time to brush up on what they are selling. The only dealership that impressed me was Gwinnett Audi.From the moment I set foot in Gwinnett Audi, Stacey Settle and the rest of the staff made me feel welcome to browse, ask questions, and drive any of cars I had in interest in. Most importantly, Stacey EDUCATED me on the most important aspects of the car I eventually decided on (A8). I challenged him compare various aspects of the Audi to other high-end competitors and Stacey did so without having to run down the competing brands. He just pointed out the positives and how they related to my specific needs. After our discussions, it was a literal "no brainer" for me to buy this particular car and to do business with Stacey and Gwinnett Audi.The sales process was painless and everything was completetly above-board and out in the open (no closed door meetings between salesperson and sales manager...I hate that b.s.). They were even able to save me additional monies by finding a lower finance rate than my local bank told me was possible (same bank...go figure?!).Fast forward to today...the follow-up has been great and I feel like family when I drop by the dealership to ask any questions or to get my car detailed. Great! I have purchased over a dozen cars and I really love cars, not the buying process, but Gwinnett Audi took the "YUK" out!. I feel I received the best possible price, without having to haggle and play games, and I also recieved the best treatment, including comparing them to other Audi Dealers. An Audi will sell itself, the staff at Gwinenett just presented me with the one I wanted! (It drives great too!) I would definately purchase from them again and reccommend others to do the same.

I needed a new car and a family friend recommended I contact Larry. He let me walk the lots by myself so there was no pressure. I ended up finding a Hyundai Santa Fe next door at their sister dealershp and we took a test drive and I really liked the car. A couple of days later I decided to pull the trigger, so I had Larry hold the car for me so I could come back Saturday morning. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was sitting out in front and Larry had it washed as we went over to the Hyundai building to complete the paper work. The negotiations were the easiest car purchase I had ever done as I got the financing and price I needed. Larry is very easy going, no pressure sales tactics, and even helped me program the Bluetooth feature in the car before I left the lot. I would highly recommend Larry to all my friends.

Larry is a gentleman to deal with and made the entire sales process an enjoyable one, if you consider car buying ever to be one! Post sales, he made sure that I am taken care of with the Service department who are also easy to work with. Karl the Sales Manager was a pleasure to deal with too. It is rare that you visit a dealership and feel at home and comfortable.

I went to two different dealerships when I purchased my car to service and price compare. My first visit was to Nalley Audi and it was a horrible experience. I am a woman and I feel like I was treated lke I had no buying power. The sales man tried to push me into purchasing a diesel q7 when I told him I wanted gas. I could go on forever about what a horrible experience I had there, but I won't. I then drove to Gwinette Audi and met Larry. Such a nice man and made me feel so welcome. He listened to me and what I was looking for. He was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Karl (the sales manager) was very nice as well. Everyone was like a family there and whenever I came back, it was like they all remembered me. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there as my experience was wonderful!THANK YOU LARRY!

Robert was awesome! He was very courteous and listened to what we wanted. He helped us with everything that we needed while we bought the car and has stayed in touch after the purchase to make sure we were still happy and to following up on the chip in the paint that needs to be fixed. We had to be out of the dealership by 3:30pm on Sunday when we bought it and he made sure that we were out of there in time. Thanks again for everything!

Robert Wallace was our sales rep and he has been very helpful, very pleasant went out of his way to complete the transaction. I later returned to ask about how was the best way to remove a scratch that was on the car and made me feel like royalty. He told me to bring it back and he would get it taken care of. I have never had such service. I would definitely recommend Robert and your dealership.

I am not one to make hast decisions, but by ride was down and I was in need of a replacement asap. I search the internet and found a beautiful, gently used, fully loaded used car at Gwinnett Audi. I drove 50+ miles to Duluth. Upon arrival, I met Robert Wallace. Of course I was skeptical of the "used car salesman" reputation. To my surprise, Robert was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Robert kept me informed during the entire car purchasing experience. The car was extremely nice and very reasonably priced. Gwinnett Audi worked with me to ensure the car was to my expectations. This car buying experience was top notch and I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I had just moved to the Atlanta area and one day I happened to stop by Gwinnett Audi, really just out of boredom. I had a fantastic 1994 BMW with 219,000 miles on the clock, so I was getting curious about something newer. While out front, I had just enough alone time to study and zero in on a couple of A4s that I wanted to look at. I had no intention of buying that day, or even in the next couple of months, but a gentleman of the finest caliber named Robert Wallace offered to let me drive one of the cars anyway, without any of the oft-heard-of car sale creepiness.Of course, one drive was all it took. I did go home and mull it over for a couple of days at least but once I decided it was time, the team at Gwinnett Audi, most specifically Robert Wallace, made the process incredibly easy. This was my first vehicle purchase ever, yet all of the paperwork was explained clearly and mercifully quickly. I work for a financial institution and am a fanatic car researcher, so granted I know what details to look for, but I never had to argue or even negotiate as they made a very reasonable deal for me on the first shot. I did not wind up with the first car I drove, but rather an even nicer one that they had received since my first visit.The service department has been very courteous and attentive, though I have to admit I cannot afford all that they offer, but I will still bring the car in for basic needs such as oil changes and of course any warranty items, should they arise. I almost felt like I was in my own office while here, meaning I felt like the folks here were genuinely taking care of their customers and not trying to cheat them. For this reason, I will plan on buying here again and I will send my family and friends here.

I was in the dealership January of 2011 looking for a new 2011 Q5 3.2Premium Plus. Not only were we greeted warmly upon arrival. Robert provided one of the best car buying experience i have had, He truly gave the phase "customer service" a new meaning and raised the bar for everyone else.He has been extremely friendly through the entire car buying experience and even great support after the sale, willing to assist in anyway possible.
