The people at Harper Audi of Knoxville are professional, courteous, informative and helpful. The sales department is very friendly and one never feels pressured. They convey an attitude of genuine care. The service department is a pleasure to deal with and treat their customers with utmost respect. They explain everything and I never feel pressured or taken advantage of. I consider these people my “auto” family. Update:another fantastic experience with the service depot at Harper Audi of Knoxville! 8/2021. Ray is always kind, professional, respectful, thorough, informative and makes sure my car is well cared for. I am a widow and cannot stress how valuable this is to me. Harper Audi…you guys are doing it right and I’m grateful!

I had the best car buying experience at Harper Audi. They don’t play the typical car dealership games. We agreed on a price, ran numbers and signed the contract. I worked with Dustin and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was honest throughout the entire process. It was the smoothest, most stress free car buying experience I ever experienced. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle at Harper Audi. I am very happy with my new Q3!!!!

My experience at Audi of Knoxville has been seamless, helpful, and amazing from getting information on a new vehicle, to working with their amazing sales rep. Tyler. He helped me with all of my questions and was quick to respond with a deal sheet for my request. I appreciate all of his help in making this process easy. They even offered delivery which would be a great option for some. I live close enough that a short drive in was reasonable. Could not recommend Audi of Knoxville and Tyler Roberson more for your car buying needs.

In the past, when walking into a car dealership, I prepare myself mentally for the predictable “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, I got friendly people who didn't try to “push” anything on me. They were helpful. They listened. They were accommodating. That was my experience with James Warren, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really pleasant. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Harper was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. I highly recommend them.

Service was provided in a reasonable amount of time courteously and effectively. Courtesy car was provided, not as nice as I expected. I got an suv in Virginia and enjoyed trying it out. But it was nice not to have to sit in the waiting room! Got a nice car wash and all fluids and pressure were inspected under the warranty.
