BUYER BEWARE I purchased a 2011 Audi A5 in july of 2016 for $23,000 at the time the salesman showed me kelley blue book for $28,000 at the time it seemed like i got a deal. After four months i needed to change vehicles do to a back injury that makes it very difficult to get in and out the car because its to low to the ground. I brought the car back to Audi of Las Vegas to see if i can get in to a suv but they said they where only going to give me $16500 for it. I said only four months owning a used audi and now the value of the car drops 41.07% so i ask for the general manager Darin Hegney he even agreed with me says this is not right so he would email the appraiser on my behalf he thinks it will only come back at $17,500 and wow he was right on the money at $17,500 i told him this is not right so i call Audi customer care when i talked to them at the time they said they couldn't understand why this was happening to me but they would get back to me on wednesday finally after waiting days they call me back and said sorry but the dealer gets to make those decisions. i said wow a company that knows the customer is not being taken care of but still decides to lets Audi of Las Vegas diminish there brand and customer reputation. BUYER BEWARE

Great people make a great dealership, and this place is a head above the rest. I live 700 miles away and found my favorite used Audi Q5 here online. From the first phone call to when I drove off (and beyond! more on that later...) everyone at this dealer was courteous, professional, non-pushy and customer-oriented. Carl, my salesperson, was extremely patient with my multiple emails and inquiries since I was out of state. He even came to the airport to pick me up. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the car and the whole process, and that made a huge difference since I couldn't see the car in person. Just overall a quality guy. Darin, the sales manager also was very kind and accommodating, and did an amazing job making this car into what I wanted it to be. Jaime with finance was also patient and informative during the paperwork process. And even after I drove the car off the lot, I was contacted later to make sure my trip back to my home state went well. Talk above customer service! The car itself is everything I was told it would be over the phone. I'm very impressed by everyone at Audi Las Vegas, they clearly care about customer service, they love what they do, they are proud of their job, and it really shows. A big thank you to everyone at Audi Las Vegas for making my car buying process smooth and pain-free.

I've bought a new car every four years since 1970. Most of my previous cars were Mercedes Benz. This is my first Audi and not only do I love the car but I love the dealership. I paid cash for my Audi and felt the price I paid was fair to both me and the dealership. More importantly, the Service Department, has done an incredible job of maintaining my vehicle. My Service Advisor (Erik Honn) is probably the best I've ever had. Appointments are easy to make. When a loaner car is necessary, it's ready for me when I drop off my car. And when the service is done, the vehicle is cleaned and looks brand new. The waiting area, for when I wait for my vehicle, is clean, comfortable, has free refreshments, free wi-fi, and is quite relaxing. All in all, having maintenance done by the dealership is a comfortable, efficient process. When the 2018's come out, I'll be there buying a new one.

I've never owned an Audi until now! I just took delivery of my custom ordered 2017 Prestige Q7. I highly recommend you ask for Marc Carpenter. He is truly the reason why I decided to purchase my Q7. His signature says it all. Audi Brand Specialist! Yes, I totally agree! He is amazing and knows his Audi. He took his time and showed me everything about the new Q7. I was impressed by the amount of experience and knowledge he has. He truly knows his product and I highly recommend you ask for him when you go to purchase your Audi. He will not steer you wrong and what is most important, he treats you with respect the way ALL Audi customers deserve to be treated. I was provided up to date notice from the date my car was being built to the date it arrived. Yes! While it took longer than expected, it truly was worth the wait. What an awesome SUV. It?s true! Overall 4 stars only because upon the first full day of driving my car, there was a fault that showed up in my car. I would expect that this would have been taken care of before dealing it.Customer service was great. Aljay made sure both my husband and I were comfortable with all aspects of the car, and when we had to wait a little longer than expected to sign the papers, he eveneeds went and got us lunch since we were hungry and at the dealer all day.Buying process was fine but I had to come back twice to resign some papers...apparently something was wrong, I don't know what. Again, something I expected to be done on the first signing.The car overall is great. Satisfied with the purchase and the level of care of customer service.

I've purchased multiple cars from the AutoNation Audi Dealer on Sahara. The dealership is clean and the staff is exceptional. On my recent purchase, 2016 A6, my sales person, Amber Mills, was friendly and detailed in our discussion. She knows more about Audi's than anyone I've ever met. After we walked the lot looking for cars with a specific set of options, she suggested that we look at ordering a new A6 specifically with the options I was looking for. We sat down and ordered the exact car I wanted. The financing was easy and to the point, no games.The ordering process was simple and Amber called to give me bi-weekly updates on the production status of my car. The car was detailed and ready for pick-up when I arrived. Amber and Stephanie Radke, Service Director, took all the time necessary to walk me through the list of technology. Can't say enough about this dealer from a sales and a service standpoint. Stephanie Radke and her team in service are professional and detailed. They are the only people who touch my car!!For those of you that don't need the security of a BMW or Mercedes logo on your car, take the time to go see Amber and Stephanie and see for yourself what Audi is all about. You'll be amazed.

My car-buying experience was smooth from start to finish. This was due to the excellent customer service of Marvin Dodd and Richard Duclos. Marvin searched the inventory until he found the car spec I was looking for, which was in a overflow lot. My car was so new it still had wrapping and tape on it! Richard went over all of my purchase paperwork, making sure I understood everything. After a cleaning, Marvin gave me a thorough tour of my shiny new car. I am very happy with my purchase, and very happy I purchased at Audi Las Vegas.

During our vacation to Las Vegas Msy 2016, I notice a wearing icon on the info panel. I called Audi of Las Vegas and was provided an immediate service appointment for that afternoon. I drove to the facility and met with a service technician and explained my concerns. He accepted the car for analysis and offered me a "loaner" vehicle for the duration of the time necessary to affect necessary repairs. The vehicle was taken into the shop area prior to me retrieving the personal items. The technician escorted my wife into the shop area where she observed that the repair tech had carelessly strewn his tools and testing equipment over our personal items/luggage remaining in the rear area! I was extremely upset and no amount of apology was acceptable! Repairs took the better part of two days with no follow up offered by Audi of Las Vegas! Co tact was initiated by me. Each contact was essentially the same - we are still attempting to ascertain the cause of the problem; we are in contact with Audi and they are researching the issue in an attemp to find a solution to the problem, be patient during our research, once we find the problem and its solution, we'll share it with the owners of similar vehicles/models. Finally, the problem was identified and corrected and I assume shared with the entire Audi community. At the time of this service, I had owned the Q7 for two weeks with less than 3,000 miles accumulated. Needless to say I had not intiscipated spending my "big" summer vacation with my brand new vehicle in for an extensive service in a city 3,500 miles from home. In summation, my service appeared to have been successful, it was time consuming and certainly lacked empathy to me, the consumer!

Amber Mills was able to assist us with the purchase of our "new" to us car purchase. She answered every question we had, and thoroughly explained everything to us. This was my first time buying a car and I was very anxious about it, but Amber calmed my nerves as well as gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision. The Audi dealership as a whole was extremely accommodating, especially considering we arrived on site without making an appointment. Even the other salespeople were checking in on us while Amber was getting things processed. I now have the car of my dreams and feel extremely confident that I made an informed decision purchasing a vehicle that will last me for a long time - an investment rather. I would 100% recommend booking an appointment with Amber if you're looking to purchase a car, or even just taking a look. She isn't the stereotypical car salesperson that will try to pressure you into buying the most expensive car whether it's a good fit for you or not.

Great experience, from the purchase of my A5 from Hermann Brumm 3 years ago to the annual service from Erik Honn. They had a courtesy rental ready when I brought my car in for service & had my car cleaned and ready when I returned. The complimentary car washes for as long as you own the vehicle are a great perk too!

Wow!......What a wonderful experience working with the entire team at Audi-Las Vegas. Me and my boyfriend have both had very negative car buying experiences in the past and were pretty anxious about the process. I must say that the entire staff at Audi Las Vegas, especially our sales specialist, Travis Shaw proved that buying a car doesn't have to be a negative experience. First off, I have returned to Audi for my second purchase. To be honest, I love Audi for what they provide, experience, loyalty, trust and integrity. My sales person, Harvey, was extremely helpful. He took extra time to teach me all of what my new car offers. My fiance manager (Robert) explained each item I was required to sign in detail for the added level of comfort. I can't say enough about Audi and their team of professionals, from the GM down, they all made me feel extremely happy and proud to once again drive off the lot with my new car. The process was quick and actually fun, a first in our many car buying experiences. I'm a military guy who bought a used Q7 from this dealership back in Oct. 2014. Being that there aren't many good condition used Q7's around I jumped on the sale. Quick overview, brakes were bad, did not come with GPS or Bluetooth (on sticker price/vehicle description) and they gave it to me dirty (old French fries in it & dried up soda spots). Regardless, I was still content. Fast forward, after 6 trips to service for the radio shutting off and moon roof not closing we finally went to Audi of Henderson. Fast forward again...we moved to NY and decided to trade it in for a new Acura. I purchase a 3 year warranty and was entitled to 2 years being refunded. It's been 45 days and the Finance Department still hasn't sent the one form for me to sign. I sent them the odometer statement and proof that the lien was paid off and every time I call they act like they don't know who I am. Avoid this place! You will get the red carpet treatment only until you sign the dotted line. After this, you are just an inconvenience to them. Btw, my salesman quit because they treat everyone like crap. Audi's are great but not this dealership. I got treated better at Kia surprisingly. I promise you'll be disappointed if you go here.

Purchased an Audi TT at the West Sahara location. I was met right away by Susan Browne. She did everything possible to make my experience as pleasant as possible. She even took the time to go over many of the gadgets the car had to offer..The only negative was the finance guy at the end who came across as phony and pushy, but overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership.

I went to the parts department on November 12th to replace part of the key. It would cost $95. However, when tested the key part didn't work with my Audi. So the person at the parts department referred me to the service department. They could not service my car to program the key so I came back the following morning as instructed (November 13th). First mistake: after waiting for over an hour, the service person told me that I would be charged $145 for the key part. He said I was given the old price (I showed him the quoted price just a day old). So, who ever he spoke to on the phone said to give me the quoted price.Second mistake: the service person told me after I signed the agreement to pay the $95 for the key part, claimed that he offered me a ride. That I chose to wait. He was very rude and I told him he did not offer me a ride. How could he? He knew I was out of state! He took my initial information when checking in my car.Third mistake: I was told that my wait was about 2 hours, it was over 3 hours excluding a free car wash. Just to program my new key part.Fourth mistake: they just fix the old key and not replace the part!Unbelievable. BTW, it was my first visit at this dealership. Definitely thinking of not buying my second Audi from them. And will write a complain to their service director. Very unhappy place.

I've been looking for a new sport sedan with good values for quite a while. I found a few in Las Vegas but was afraid to waste my time with aggressive car sale persons with little knowledge about their service and products. Susan Browne at Audi of Las Vegas was different. She knew her cars well. She was courteous, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I ended buying a modest A4 . But it was was a CPO with almost fully loaded options. I love it so far. I went to Las Vegas for the weekend and my car broke down on the way. I had to use Audi roadside assistance and they took my car to this dealership for repair. We had communicated with Boyd Brown that our car was being taken in for repair. When we arrived he had a loaner car ready for us and was ready for us. The next day he called is in the morning to let us know about the problem with our car and that it would be repaired, washed and ready by 1:00 that day. I was pleased with the service we received.

There was no haggling over price for the A-4 sedan I wanted, so this was the easiest buy I've ever made for an automobile. The price agreed to was fair to both me and the dealership. The Service Department is outstanding! My service advisor, Erik Honn, is one of the finest I've ever dealt with. And when he's not there, the other service advisors are right there to help in any way they can. Appointments are easy to make. Advise given is honest. What more could a customer want. I definitely plan to buy my next car at this dealership,too.

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted promptly. I was trading in my lease and I wanted to know my options. Travis walked me through everything and he was very patient with me and answered all my questions and any questions he couldn't answer he got the right person, Richard, to answer them for me. They were informative, patient and went beyond the call of duty on service. Travis was so amazing. I got into a new lease on a brand new 2016 Q5 that while I was signing my papers he got my new car washed, full of gas (all the usual stuff) but he even programmed my new vehicle to my settings from my old car! So it's like I got into a new car build just for me. It was a nice touch of service that went beyond my expectations.

Carlos is Amazing, he spent hours helping me find & finalize buying the exact car used car, I wanted:) My mom had to go into the hospital that that afternoon. So he made sure we wrapped up all the paperwork quickly & efficiently! Wished me & my mom well, then said don't worry, u can bring it buy the dealership & we'll take care a few things we had discussed, that wasn't in the paperwork. Like detailing it, filling the tank & helping me learn a few thing about the car. Being raised here in Vegas, I wasn't sure they really would or not? After spending 3days inthe hospital with my mom, I was shocked when Carlos call me to Thank me for buying the car, hoped I really enjoyed driving it & reminded me to bring the car by when I had time. He even asked how my mom was doing:) When I got to Audi on tue afternoon, they got my car right in & did a great job, Carlos made me feel like I just bought some highly expensive luxury vehicle, not one of the cheapest used cars they had at a special sales event. I came in not knowing what I wanted in the first place and in the end, I caused the facility to transfer a car all the way from California to Nevada on their expense to dislike the vehicle on spot. I had a very difficult situation but Troy made it super easy on me. We listed my needs and wants and eventhough the car would cost a little more a month, he made it work financially and now I couldn't be happier. He honestly cared about my happiness and not just making a sale!

No pressure or stress car buying environment. I felt respected and not taken advantaged of. I was looking for a good, affordable and slightly used vehicle. Found the perfect 2014 Audi A4 ataudi Las Vegas just under 10k miles and new I had to have it. Trade in value for my 2001 Toyota Tacoma was slightly lower than expected but still good deal. Also APR slightly higher than what I was expecting but again still good deal. Would definitely come back and reccommend to others.

Just bought my new Audi A3 a couple weeks ago, and I still talk to people about my buying experience! A huge Thank You to Michael Pyon for being so patient and genuine. His efforts really make me believe that my purchase was absolutely worth it. On top of that, the dealership has great customer service as soon as you step into the lot and beyond the day you purchase. Audi keeps in touch with you for any questions I may have and also as a remind to utilize perks like a lifetime supply of car washes! I won't be surprised if I stay an Audi driver for life.

The first day I stepped foot on the car lot I really had no intention of buying a car and I was just "window shopping". Harvey sat in a new car with me and gave me a run down on the car which only peaked my interest and I became a little more interested about buying a car. Harvey turned me over to Michael and before I knew it I was buying the car! I went back 2 days later, signed my life away and Michael made the process so painless and smooth with absolutely no pressure at all. He took a long time explaining and teaching me all the bells and whistles on the car. And still, a week later, he is answering questions I send to him via email! We were looking to buy a Q5 with low miles. We contacted Michael and Audi Las Vegas regarding one that was listed on Internet. Although that car didn't work out, Michael worked hard to find another vehicle to meet our needs. In less than a week from first contact, he had the perfect car! He was great with communication via email, text and phone. He sent us many pictures. Since we were in FL (moving to Las Vegas soon), we had to do all this remotely. We did have our daughter go and test drive the car, and physically check everything as far as options, mileage and VIN number. We were able to do all the $$ stuff through our bank. Michael picked me up personally at the airport and the transaction at the dealership was swift and painless. Unlike other car buying experiences, this was a pleasure. Everyone that I've met and spoken to at Audi Las Vegas are well trained in customer service and professionalism. We are quite happy with our purchase and our experience thus far. Hope to do business with them again when it's time to upgrade our next car.

I had gone to Jeep the night prior and was going to buy a jeep but then the next day I decided to take a visit to Audi. I have always dreamed of having an white Audi A4 and Eugene was doing his best to get me what I wanted. When I arrived after work Eugene already had cars aside to show me what he found for me. After everything was all done he got me my dream car. He made sure it fit within my budget and he really was attentive and caring about everything. I never wanted to go to a different dealership other than VW because of how well they treated me there but when Audi did the same for me I had no problem going with Audi. I overall love my decision and I am happy that before the age of 25 I got my dream car. I couldn't have done it without Eugene!

Stopped by to look at some cars and the sales team at Audi was polite and helpful. I test drove a few cars and was not completely in love with anyone in particular. As with buying clothes I feel that if I didn't love it in the store I would regret my purchase. Gareth (my sales specialist) was patient with me an found me exactly what I was looking for. Although I stopped in with zero expectations of driving away in a new car, the team at Audi was so helpful, found me exactly what I wanted, and made my purchase process so easy I drove away in my new a4!! I will definitely be back when it is time for another Audi!!

Well, it was time to replace my second Audi with another A4 Avant. Since I live in a rural state, Internet searches are the only way to track down my preferred vehicle. I located three of them and began negotiations. While the other two did drop their prices a bit more, the pricing at Audi LV was already very aggressive. We agreed on a price and I had my bank contact them to work out the details. Throughout the process Mary Pro was extremely thorough, professional, responsive, and helpful. She answered all questions quickly and accurately. Even my loan officer was impressed with the staff there. I was slightly disappointed that it took so long after I arrived to complete the paperwork, as I thought we had it all taken care of. However, that was a minor inconvenience. I would certainly work with them, and especially with Mary.

I can't thank Mary Pro enough for providing great people service. She was sincere on the phone and throughout the whole transaction. My wife and I decided to trade in our Japanese gas saver for a German tank, because we thought it would be safer for our newborn. I also explained to her that my wife is still recovering in the hospital and it would be really hard for her to come to the dealership. She offered to deliver the paperwork and vehicle to our home, because she said she knows how it is to be a new mom. She had it detailed and sent it through their used certification process before personally showing up at our home, which was probably after her shift. We really felt appreciated as a customer, even if we couldn't afford a brand new Audi. Shout out to Jaime, the manager, for making me feel welcomed at the dealership and giving his sincere congratulations. I think managers only come out of their office to help close a deal, but he came out just to shake my hand for being a new father. Overall, this had to be easiest car buying experience and I am positive that we will be returning to dealership first for our future needs.

I recently went hunting for a high~end SUV. I was really intent on buying either the BMW X5 or the Mercedes M Class, but decided to pop into the Audi Las Vegas dealer on Sahara. I'm so glad I did. I met with Aaron Smith, who was both friendly and knowledgeable about his product line. We took a test drive in an Audi Q7, and I fell in love with the performance and the way the car was equipped. The technology on the Audi is greatly superior to both the Mercedes or the BMW. And the way the way the Q7 can peel rubber from gravel onto pavement is amazing: NO LOSS OF CONTROL WHATSOEVER. It is pure heaven to drive. The sales/financing/management staff made my decision to purchase the Audi Q7 a breeze. No hard sales tactic. We negotiated a price and I was more than satisfied with what I paid for the pleasure of driving out with my shiny new SUV. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a high~end automobile to drop in and talk with Aaron Smith. He's not pushy or doesn't use the sales approach of speaking ill of competitors: He lets his product speak for itself. I appreciate a man who doesn't have to berate a product I'm considering just to make his own product appear better. I would definitely look into buying another Audi. Perhaps a new Audi S5 convertible would be the ideal third car for driving down the Vegas Strip.

If you're reading this, you're making the first step by doing some research, you can go there or audi henderson to test drive the car you want, once you know what you want, take a trip to the LA/orange county area and do your shopping. audi LV and Henderson audi will try to pull the wool over your eyes any way they can, they'll find fees nobody's ever heard of, if you're attempting to lease, they'll add the full tax amount to the selling price of the car, so when they calculate the lease pmt you may be paying the tax twice. If you don't care and don't want to take a short trip to save yourself some money, then buy from them.

They will try to rob you if you let them. If you try to buy a car the first price they give you is at least $5000 more than they will take. I was trading in an Audi, I went to carmax after who offered me $4000 more cash than they did. Also there service dept leaves something to be desired but at least if your car is under warranty you get a loaner till they fix it

Does not follow through with agreement. Poor service and follow up. They get the sale done but then don't follow through with items needing to be taken care of. Don't return phone calls. You will find yourself making many calls to them and they still don't follow through. It is a joke dealing with them, they are far from delivering just average Sevice.

Last week, I leased my 3rd Audi. Jamie was awesome as usual, and there was no pressure. I couldn't be more happy with this dealership from the sales process to the service center. Everyone is great to work with. One reason I keep coming back is for the quality of the cars, but more importantly, when you walk through the door, you know they care about your concerns and needs. I was tempted to shop around this time, just to see what is out there, but I didn't want to take the chance of not receiving the same service from another dealership. After having my new car for about 10 days now, I am extremely happy that I stayed with them. Driving an Audi speaks for itself, but having a dealership you can count on makes it that much better.

I first went to Audi Henderson because it was close to my workplace. I saw the car but not the color I wanted. I said I wanted to check Desert Audi to see if they have the car in the right color there and the staff there told me that Desert did not have any stock. I ended up going there anyways and they had several. I did not appreciate Henderson trying to throw me off. Tony and Larry, the managers and Hermann my sales guy were wonderful to work with. Would definitely do business with Desert again.

I didn't test out the navigation system before I bought it and as I drove it away I realized it didn't work. Immediately brought it back and they told me they would have to take it to the Porsche dealer. Two days later I received a call saying it would cost $600 to fix it and desert Audi would only play half. They sold me a car with navigation that didn't work and were not willing to fix it. I would not trust these people. If you can't help yourself and really want to buy a car from them do yourself a favor and make sure everything works or it will cost you.

I bought my 2013 Audi A5 at Desert Audi about a month ago and couldn't be happier. All the staff from the receptionist, sales person, sales manager and finance manager were very helpful. They made the overall process very easy. I had plans for that evening and they got me in and out within an hour and half. Worst experience imaginable,,, Purchased pre owned BMW,, Was told. It required minor repairs and told it would be repaired right away. Leterally, one week later I'm still here waiting for 'minor' repairs,,!! Service department claimed not to know what needed to be fixed, Salesman said he doesn't know what happen. They took my money right away but couldnt deliver car as promoted. Got the run around for days. I would never trust this dealer ever again. Stay Away if you value customer service,,!!!

I went to look at a 2013 Audi, in Las Vegas Nevada, which had recently arrived. Drove and liked it however by the time I received an insurance quote, and had done some other shopping the car had been sold and no others were available in the vicinity. I discussed with my Salesperson, Robert, what he wanted to do, since I couldn't wait for months to order one and preferred not to travel out of town where others were available. They found a more upgraded one out of state and negotiated to have it shipped here, and at no charge to me. They were not under any obligation to do this. They also worked out a very competitive price which turned out to be less than I would have otherwise paid out of the area where I had priced several. I left a deposit and signed to have the vehicle transferred.A few days later the car arrived in good order, no miles,nor damages, clean, fueled, tested fine, ready to go. I completed the paper work, was not pressured to take additional items though I took some which I had previously reviewed.Robert went over the various systems with me and gave me a lift back from the airport.A+ all around so far!

I speak to someone on the phone and they say the key can be reseted and could be done by the next day.. I go there and speak to this lady named Stephany and she says they normally don't do this but if they do it it's going to be by the end of next week.. I needed to change something in the car and she wouldn't allow it within the property so I had to take te car outside, change it and push it back in the dealership.. For literally changing that part within 37 seconds she wanted to charge me $154!!!!! Her attitudeon a scale to 10 I'll rate it negative -5. If u have a choice pick another mechanic or dealer or even person at the service department.. Ignore her at all cost!!

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! IT WILL ULTIMATELY COST YOU IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!***I had a recent incident where I put a deposit down on a car and was ready to pick it up.I questioned the Sales Manager Greg Clifford over a fee. Next thing I know, I receive an email threatening to cancel my order.....I REPLY to his email....then the liar responds ABOVE my last email saying he hasn't heard from me all day and CANCELLED my CONTRACTED order....***BREACH OF CONTRACT!!***....The guy has so low ethics that he tore up a written contract because I questioned him on the Doc Fee. Unbelieveable! Surreal! I called his assistant, Internet Sales Manager, Kim Beck who avoided my calls for follow-up explanation. I also called Greg Clifford who cowardly avoided my calls for explanation. All my calls were sent to voicemail as they saw my phone number pop-up on their phone screen. I then called the GM Gregg Randolph, who also avoided my calls. All my emails were unreplied. No explanation. Nothing.....Surreal indeed.The fact that I live in another state prevented me from visiting these loose casino free-wheeling scam guys in Vegas, otherwise I would have addressed this PERSONALLY, if you get my drift!I've filed official complaints with Audi of America, BBB, State Attorney's Office and anywhere I can to let people know what a horrible, UNETHICAL dealership this is.If you Google this dealership at different websites/forums, you will SEE that they are one of the **LOWEST RATED** Audi dealers in the entire West Coast Region The main complaints they get is the service dept. doing fraudulent repairs at extremely high prices and sales people pulling scam maneuvers which are even worse than my experience and complaint.I have a friend who nearly sued them for a fraudlent sale on a used car. Only at the last minute did they make things honorable after they sensed that a lawsuit was going to hit them. Unbelievable! I thought his experience was an anomaly. It isn't.These complaints aren't just anomalies. There's just TOO MANY COMPLAINTS with this dealership. Desert Audi is seriously seeking to screw people over **IF** they can.I hope Audi of America takes their franchise license away as these scheisters are giving Audi a really bad name.Give your business to another dealership....If you ignore me....Good luck! You've been warned!.....*** P.S. I don't work in the auto industry and have no vested interest in these guys other than how they treated me and my friend and to lend voice to the CONSISTENT CHORUS of COMPLAINTS that this dealership is continuously receiving.

I took my Audi A4 here for service on a friday when the low oil pressure light came on and was told someone would begin work on it that afternoon. I was called later and told that there was extensive damage to my car and that the tech needed more time to determine the extent of the damage. I went over the next day and found my car in the same exact spot the tow truck driver had left it. I talked to someone inside so I could get my key and retrieve some things in the car and found out that no work had begun on it yet. So why was I told there was extensive damage when no one had started working yet on the car? I know they lied to me. I didn't receive another call until Wednesday the next week to find out the extent of the damage.The diagnosis was poor at best, as if someone just guessed about it. They said it had low oil pressure which I already knew. They thought it was because of a sludge problem. I pressed them to tell me how they could know that because there are lots of things that can cause a low oil pressure light and he admitted that they couldn't really say for sure unless they tore into the engine for another $500. For $150 diagnosis I received a lie, wasted time and in the end a guess that included a very expensive job.

We had such a good experience buying our A3, we went back and bought the Q5. We love them both. Our A3 is a TDI clean-diesel which is both sporty and economical. The gas mileage is outstanding and the sporty look fits our style. The Q5 is a sleek looking SUV which drives like a car. The post purchase service has been to our satisfaction. There have been minimal problems and always attentive when we come in. We recommend.

Wife loves her Q7. Vehicle is very hard to find and they made sure to work with us and find us exactly what we wanted. 21" Sline! Even threw in tint. Look forward to owning more Audis. The LED headlights are the best! My daughter wants a TT now. I think we are hooked.

I took my 2005 a4 in to check on a random misfire. 160$ diag. Chased every possible problem, compression, ign coils, head gaskets, injectors, fuel pump. I asked if they checked the spark plugs and they thought that was silly. 1100 dollars later w/ new plugs runs the car runs fine. I will never go there again, they had my car for 10 days, and acted like I was a 16 yr old girl when I tried to talk them into putting new plugs in it. I'm a 25 year old male who has worked on motorcycles and cars my whole life. They were even about to put a new ecu into the car (1000 dollars). All of this over a simple spark plug change and a can of injector cleaner run through it. I am the absolute opposite of happy with desert Audi. I've always been tought the k.I.s.s. Rule when working on an engine. Keep it simple stupid. These guys are obviously fought to overlook the lowest possible cause and start at the top.

at#$!this place they have the worst customer service.. they where going to sell me a car I signed some papers about the price and my trade in. But afterwards the car was still in service and all they wanted was my check they tried and tried to reasure me that all i had to do was pay them and they would give me a borrower in the meantime. regardless I said no to everything because i still wanted to test drive it.. they took way to long, pushed me, and I just didnt feel comfortable considering it was going to be my first car. So me and my fiancee went to Carmax saw a car we wanted and so we call to cancel with them on the deal, knowing that I had never driven the vehicle off the lot or paid for anything or signed any final contract, instead of being polite and saying ok or just understanding he starts threatening to take me to court, saying all this bs to me, they also had my regristration to my trade-in so i asked if i could come get it back he refused so i told him I would be there in 30 mins with the cops to get it... then the words start poring out of deals he can give me like a free 1 year warrenty and such, but i said no to him on everything. He even insults my intelligence by saying i need to come in and sign a cancel agreement. Even the Carmax employee looked over the paper work and assured me that I had no obligation to them to do any of that. It just sickens me that people can be so in human to another person ESPECIALLY MILITARY FIRST TIME BUYER. I hope this encourages you to NEVER consider a vehicle from here ever. As for me this left a sour taste in my mouth for all Dealers i will now and forever only buy from carmax or privite military sellers.

Desert Audi has the worst service ever. I was coming in from out of town and needed 1 ignition coil replaced. They wanted to charge me $56 for a $32 part and 1.5 hours of labor that every other dealer charges 1 hour for. I spoke with the service manager (Anna) and she could not justify the cost gouging.

I purchased a used car there on 2/24. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in the car buying process. I am young and this was my first time buying a car on my own. I purchased the extended warranty in case anything should happen to my car, then I would be covered. Well barely more than a month later, my car began to get warm- it wasn't overheating yet, but the needle was past the half way mark on the scale. On my 38th day of owning this car, it did start to overheat. I immediately called the dealership to insure that I was covered for parts and services. They assured me I was covered but that I would need to have the car towed in, because if I drove it while overheating it would void the warranty- I took their advice and had a tow truck come retrieve my car from work and take it to Desert Jeep because Desert VW didn't have appointments open for that day. In the mean time I had to rent a car to get back and forth to work ($160.00). A few hours has passed when I received a phone call from the mechanic at Desert Jeep "The good news is, we found the problem- the bad news is your warranty doesn't cover it. Your radiator needs to be replaced and thats $450. Also, you need a new thermostat." The reason he said my warranty wont cover it is because I bought the "Silver" warranty and I needed to have a better one in order to cover the radiator. I was completely floored! The warranty lady never told me what plan I had, just that I was covered. I was so angry! I've had this car for 38 days and already I am going to have to poor $500+ dollars into it! I'm not a rich woman, I have been saving my money for something important and now those plans are down the drain! I called my warranty company to verify that the information was correct, sadly- it was. Then I called Desert VW where I had purchased the car and spoke with Eric (The used car manager) and he said "I'm sorry that we sold you a bad car and that you have to deal with this, but there is an Auto Nation 60 warranty that I am going to check and make sure it covers." This was at like 6:30pm on 4/3. Well this morning I get a call from the mechanic at Desert Jeep saying he's spoken to Eric and checked with Auto Nation and since my car has over 72000 miles, it's not covered. My car, by the way has like 72800 miles. Eric has said that he'll cover some of the costs and that all I'll have to pay is $200. I tried to reason with him saying I did everything right, I bought the warranty and this is how they're treating me!? He assured me there was nothing more I could do. So I call the mechanic back and tell him to go ahead and fix my car- he then said that my thermostat also needed to be repaired and that my warranty did cover that, but the deductible was $100. I'm so livid and upset that I am having to pay all this money that I really needed for something else on this piece of crap car that I've had for only 38 days! I hope this letter reaches the correct people and something gets done about the horrible service I have received. Desert VW takes advantage of people and they are the definition of sleazy salesman! In total I will have spent $460! Absolutely Ridiculous!

was sold an A4, very specific car. was given the VIN # and put down a deposit. was told the car was in production. 3 weeks later i called and was told they were having probs getting the car. finally was told another dealership had the car. was lied to by sales person and sales supervisor. looked on peice of paper they gave me with vin and found dealership info. called the dealership (hoehn audi in california), called them up asked if they had the car and was sold the car for less. Hoehn was great, had car waiting for me to pick up. audi in las vegas is horrendous.

My fiance and I visited this dealership to check on a used Jetta. We drove the car, liked it but wanted to sleep on it and come back the next day. The Manager would not tell even tell us the price of the car unless we were buying that night. Absurd. The salesman then tried to lecture me on how to buy a car. Instead of lecturing them on how to SELL a car, we politely got on the Ducati we rode in on that costs considerably more than the car and left. While leaving the salesman reparked the Jetta we test drove, squealing the tires in reverse and forward... I am certain that care does wonders for the cars they sell. We went to another dealership and bought a Jetta for cash that night. Desert Volkswagen- learn the CUSTOMER is the person that is catered to.
