I recently purchased a new Audi A6 from Randy Bitner of Mentor Audi. Randy was the ultimate professional car sales person. Most importantly, I was really impressed with his straightforward, honest approach. An often overlooked skill of a salesperson are his listening skills, Randy carefully listened to the information which I giave him, presented other questions based upon that information, which helped me focus as to the right car for me. He went above and beyond to find what cars were not yet on the lot that would be available in the near future to better fit my needs and found the exact car I ended up wanting, once he educated me enough to know what I wanted. Overall, it was a very easy and comfortable experience and I am very confident that I made a good decision with Randy's professional input.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Very professional, yet personal car buying experience. Honored web pricing that had recently been changed back the day before. Finance walked me through additional warranties and services they could provide, but at no time, even with the sales associates did I feel like I was being pressured into anything I didn't want or need. Just a great experience all around and wish them well for when then relocate their new facility!

I just bought 2008 Toyota Camry XLE, I am very happy with my used car. It's very good in shape inside and out. All functions very well. Had only one repair, it was headlight and the sales person took care of it once I brought him attention. Buy new or used car with confidence. Highly recommended....best in the business...

I bought a certified pre-owned Audi a4 in this dealer last saturday. It was really a great experience to be there. People are kind and the quality of cars are good. What surprises me most is the great service there. They will send a driver to collect cars which are in trouble to have them repaired and delivered. What's more, it's free of charge. So although the price is a little bit high, I still believe that it deserves it. Although some of the parts on the car I bought didn't meet my desire, they guaranteed that they'll replace all of them for free! So I really believe that Audi willoughby is your great choice when you want an Audi, no matter user or brand new ones!

The fact this is now a Penske owned dealership further solidifies why you should look here first for a new Audi. If you expectations are reasonable, these people will do everything they can to make your deal the best auto buying experience. I've trusted this dealership many times over the past 25 years and they have never let me down. Cudos to Gene in sales, service manager Gene D. and a staff dedicated to the customer.

I recently purchased a new 2013 A4 for Audi Willoughby. This was my first experience with the Audi product and Audi Willoughby. I was very impressed with the entire staff from my saleperson to the GM. I have purchased several cars now and this was my best experience to date. Thanks for all your help.

It all started when cars.com had a really good used vehicle from Audi Willoughly. That made me ecstatic that I was going to purchase my 1st car ever so I emailed the dealership. I got a really fast response and then I was going to buy it because the deal was great so I emailed back if I could get a test drive, but things came down, I never got an email back so I took the liberty of calling and emailing back. No response and when I looked at the website if that car was still available, guess what? It got sold! Guess the guy with the jeep review was right! Thanks for the "great" a service.

I had sent an email asking for more information on a vehicle listed on your website. Was impressed with them getting back to me both via email and voicemal. BUT..then it all stopped when I told them I needed a vehicle with the Bose Audio System in it. Kind of surprises me that afterI sent that email back the dealership I never heard anything else ...AND it has been over a week now. Must be their business is very,very Good!

Was looking to come test drive a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wanted to get the record straight before i made the long trip to this dealer and after the sales rep realized i had 0 money down and no trade in seemed like he lost interest. The vehicle was a 2004 with 130k miles on it. He tells me most banks don't touch anything older than 2005 and more than 100k miles and that buy here pay here places could more than likely help me get what im looking for. Why even have anything in your inventory older than 2005 then if you cant finance it? Wasn't thrilled at all.

I was looking for a used Suburu Forester and they had one on their website. I was directed to the site by AAA Autobuying. An appointment was made to meet a saleman and he was there to greet us. We were treated with dignity and they answered all our questions. We had forgotten our checkbook, but that was not a problem. They figured out a way for us to take the vehicle with us and send a payment later. They were very efficient in processing the paperwork. We went home with the "new" to us vehicle.

I did not purchase a vehicle from Audi Willoughby, however, my experience with them warranted a positive review. I live(d) 300+ miles away from this dealership but was interested in a vehicle on their lot (found on Cars.com). I emailed Stuart and received a response very quickly (not the usual, thanks for your interest we will call you soon), but an actual interested email. He spent several days (some over the weekend), sending additional pictures of the vehicle, exhaust sound clips, etc. to my cell phone so I could receive as much information as possible before making the 300+ mile trip. His response time was extremely fast and was always striving to help me out no matter what I asked. This dealership is the epitome of customer service. Anyone thinking of buying a car from them - do not hesitate, you will be extremely glad you dealt with them. My advice - ask for Stuart! Thanks again Stuart for all the help.
