From when you first walk into the dealership, you notice it's not the usual dreaded car purchase experience. There are no sales staff pouncing as soon as you pull up, instead you're able to walk in uninterrupted and approach them. I was looking for a new company car lease vehicle and I was introduced to Kayla. She was excellent. Everything worked out great and they were able to get within my price range. The whole paperwork process was relatively quick and easy (there was nowhere near the amount of waiting/ negotiating that you expect from a car purchase). I highly recommend Kayla as she's informative, helpful and easy to work with. Excellent service.

Saw a cpo audi and spoke with paul to let him know when I was coming in. He had the vehicle pulled up ready for demo, he answered every question I had. Since im in sales as well, I told him lets make this short and sweet, paul made it happen...this is one of the best buying experience!!!

Recently, I purchased a new Audi from Audi North Houston. My buying experience from start to finish was excellent. From my email inquiry, site visit, placing the order, and picking up my new Q7, the whole experience went very smoothly. Kayla Kelley, who worked with me throughout the entire buying process, was excellent. She was very professional, communicated in a timely manner, and knows the Audi product extremely well. I would recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new Audit to try Audi North Houston. Ask for Kayla!

Awesome experience. Great treatment at drop off and excellent communication through out the service cycle. I had my Audi and Jeep(serviced at autonation up the road) both in the shop at the same time. I sent my 18 year old son to pick them both up. He came back and asked why would anyone ever buy anything other than an Audi as he said the treatment was night and day. FYI, the sticker price of the two vehicles was identical so Jeep has no excuse however it seems to be the norm in Houston.Continue to love our Audi!

I went this seller to buy a new RS5. That day I was doing some research around similar models, I owned a BMW M3 and I was looking for a similar car. I arrived Saturday around 5.15, there was a RS5 exposed, the store is small compared with others, I went directly to the car and I was seeing each detail together with my son, the car is very nice. I spent like 30inspecting the car, and I decided to buy it. Nobody approach me, so I went to the reception. Receptionist, kindly inform that they were near the time to close, I think she informed 6.00 pm, and there were not sales guys available, I said that I was interested in that car, if someone can help me to see alternatives, a guy that was walking, stop by and said to me, that the car was available, I asked for 2014 models, this happened in July, and he said, no that will be ready next year, I asked for inventory, and he said, is the only one, I asked about delivery time for other than the car in exposition, and he said, 6 months, "this car is made by hand", That was enough to me, I didnt see any intention to provide me a service and the last comment was a lie, the car might have some time manufactured by hand, but I work in manufacturing processes so.... I departed with my son (13yo) both upset. So on Monday I went to Mercedes and bought my actual car, took 2 months to deliver. Brand new and 2014. Reading other comments, I saw a couple of lies, so buyers, be careful when you go to this store.

I had been looking for an A5 for several months and decided to actually go look at some in person! I had the new car fever! I was introduced to Kayla and she answered every question! They had a new RED A5 just delivered 2 hours earlier. I decided I had better include the wife in this experience so when we got back, Kayla had the A5 all detailed and sitting up front ready to be test driven. My wife's first impression....WOW, very nice! She absolutely hates the car buying experience and said after everything was over, I could do this again. This was easy! There was never ANY pressure to buy, Kayla just wanted us to enjoy the experience and it just flowed flawlessly from test drive to signing the paperwork! I have been back several times for the free car washes and just passed 5000 miles and its first service. I would highly recommend this dealership and it's quality of customer service! Ask for Kayla

Fantastic buying experience from the first point of contact. I emailed the dealership and was contacted within a day. I made an appointment to view a certified pre-owned vehicle, and was treated with incredible professionalism. The negotiations were very short and the final agreed price was extremely fair. The items that needed to be addressed were identified and agreed upon and an appointment was made for a few days later. I would recommend this dealership for the courteous sales and service representatives.

I just purchased a beautiful car with these guys. The entire process, from my inquiry of the vehicle to me driving away with it, was a seamless, professional transaction. I cannot say enough about the help i had in making my decision on a pre-owned Infiniti FX35. Mr. Jerry Reynolds (the CarPro guy) backed these guys up and i now know why. No pushy last minute "you gotta have this" tactics. No surprises. Without a single doubt - I will return to the Sewell, Audi North Houston dealership. They are 100% customer oriented - from your sales person (thank you Susan) Luke Mahoney (sales Manager) and the Sales Director Alan Fordyce - They never stopped in their efforts to make this deal WORK FOR ME. It was personal and fun. I must say they had the opportunity to make a little more money off of me, and they didn't continue up-selling. I was done with the deal and they just made it better. These guys are the real deal and a buyer's dream. My attitude in making a car purchase has completely changed. These guys don't need to shred you for every buck, because they do not have to - integrity leaves a mark; and that trust will keep people like me coming back for more. Thank you guys!!

I was very impressed with my experience at Audi North Houston. Britton, my sales consultant, provided excellent communication as he guided me through the process. His knowledge and professional attention ensured a smooth transaction. In fact, everyone I came into contact with, from the sales managers to the financial services team were excellent. As a previous purchaser of Lexus' and BMW's, with good experience from both dealerships in Indiana, I am very impressed by the facility and team at Audi North. This is my first car purchase since moving to Texas and my first Audi purchase, so was very pleased to have such a great experience.

I recently inquired about a GMC Yukon XL this dealer had listed for sale:- Call #1: After inquiring about this vehicle with the CS rep, she put me on hold, came back and said, "I'm sorry but this vehicle was just sold." This happens so no problem.- Call #2: After a couple weeks of shopping, this vehicle was still listed on this site as well as the dealer's site. So I called on Monday and spoke with a different CS rep. He said, "let me check and see if this vehicle was sold over the weekend. Sometimes that will happen and we don't get the update." No problem so I wait. After a couple minutes, "yup we still have this vehicle and it is available, it has 'all these features, etc., etc.". So I tell him I live in Dallas and I can drive down the next day and purchase it. His reply, "no problem, I will put all the numbers together and call in 15 minutes with the out-the-door price." I get a call 15 minutes later, "Mr. Martin, OK so apparently that vehicle was broken into and vandalized and is not available." I tell him that I can wait for it to be repaired. He replies, "we'll unfortunately that car will not be available for sale as we will be selling it to the insurance company."Call #3: Obviously something seems awry, so just to settle my own curiosity I call a couple hours later and ask for a sales manager. I tell him that I'm getting two different stories and I would just like to know if this vehicle is available. He says,"it looks like we just sold this vehicle to a person in Dallas." I tell him I'm in Dallas and he says, "no I believe it's a dealer in Dallas." I asked him if the car had been broken into and he says, "it's just been....sold." I'm not sure if this was a "get-you-in-the-door" deal but I obviously lost all trust in this dealer. Just wanted to share this. Buyer beware.

I just purchased a certified pre owned 08 Audi A4 from Hunter Grimes. I had seen the vehicle on the website a couple days prior, came in to test drive the A4 and another car. The only reason I was leaning towards purchasing the other car was the price. However, Hunter was able to significantly reduce the price of the Audi making it an easy decision to get the A4. The process was surprisingly easy, especially for my first time buying a car. Looking forward to the service offered by the dealership.

I bought an A5 from John Hoventon. He was honest, fair, and professional. He answered every question promptly and was excellent in communication different issues during the buying process. LOVE MY PURCHASE!!! I have to honestly say that my experience in purchasing my CTS was flawless. After searching (for a while) for my car and found one I was interested in, I sent an email and was contacted by John Hovenden from Audi North Houston. He was incredible and can't thank him enough for making the whole experience stress free. I was an hour away from the dealership and he handled everything with perfect, timely communication so that when I was ready to buy... all I needed to do was go sign and pick up my car. Note, this is an Audi dealership and I purchased a Cadillac...there was no pressure or attempt to pursaude me from what I had been looking for and for that I am appreciative of as well. John did a great job, extremely professional and efficient. I'll be back!!! Give him a call, you wont be disappointed.

These guys sold Audi A4 2008, by showing Clean car Fax, but the car already involved in an Accident, Air bags deployed, front bumper damaged, they replaced them and by showing clean Car fax, They shown the car fax report before accident, by showing the before Accident car fax, they sold the car. Now they are not responding properly, I called many times and I left voice mail, no one responding. They are saying that, It is not their mistake, some one sold to them and they sold to me. how they provide extended warranty with out checking the engine and parts.

When purchasing a used car from Audi North Houston, we were lied to about the miles on the car. Additionally, when we asked to see why they had offered us so little compared to the market value of our trade in, they ignored and deflected our repeated requests using techniques I haven't seen since middle school (saying people were in the bathroom, they stepped outside, they would be right back, etc.) When we asked a manager to help, the same answer was given--no--in the same roundabout way! If you're looking for a dealership that tells the truth and talks straight with you, this is not your dealership. Would NEVER go back to this dealership!

We purchased an Audi Q5 a couple of months ago after looking at BMW and Mercedes. We had a great experience at Audi North Houston with Tiffany. This past week I had the 5k service done on the vehicle and was really impressed with their service dept. I received a loaner while my vehicle was serviced and they even washed my car. I will keep buying Audi's because of how well the treat me. keep up the good work

I recently took my car in to have the check engine light checked and get a state inspection. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and they did not get it into the shop until 4:30 PM and it therefore wasn't ready until the next day. Instead of picking it up 10 mintues from my office Friday as planned I had to drive 40 minutes from downtown to Spring on a Saturday to pick it up. Had i known it was going to take more than a day i would have taken it to the Audi Central dealership 5 minutes from my house. They quoted me $5,700 to replace an engine part that I found online for $500 so I obviously declined the service and therefore could not pass the state inspection. They also charged me $120 for an oil change which is absurd. As i was paying the service rep called the shop to have my car brought out to me. I literally waited outside in the service driveway for 25 minutes and had to ask FOUR different employees before I got my car. The dealership is very nice as we're the people but the timeliness of the service was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced and they were clearing trying to rip me off. I've been to the Audi West dealership and had a fantastic experience. The oil change, tire rotation, etc. was complimentary with the service. Avoid Audi North at all cost.

I just purchased an S4 from this dealership. This dealership is a part of the Sewell dealerships which are known for great customer service. This was my first experience with this dealership or any Sewell dealership and I would say the buy experience was perfect. I highly recommend this dealership. Chris B. was my sales person and he did a great job. Kaylee, Colby, Will and Emanuil were also very helpful and friendly.

We purchased a Q-5 from Sewell, and were very pleased with the service and attention from Chris Childs. He found our perfect car quickly and at a fair price. The entire staff at Sewell North Houston is professional, friendly, polished and exceeded all of our expectations. Sewell is a true believer in "customer first". We were so impressed, that we went next door to Sewell Infiniti and purchased another vehicle, and were once again pleased with the over the top experience! Purchasing my Audi from Sewell Audi North was by far the best experience and best choice I could have made. I've always heard about Sewell's customer service and I can confirm that it is all true. Chris Childs and everyone at the dealership made my experience not only refreshingly easy, but they made the transaction first class. I will only buy at Sewell from now on.
