Highly recommend it. I was greeted by phone with a very knowledgeable and professional sales person STAN V. From his very first sentence he led me through a very difficult process through my phone to gather information and delivery of funds. Doing a out-of-town purchase is always scary however Stan and Dan Fox help to put my mind at ease. They also surprised my daughter and I with a speedy delivery one day in advance!!! Thanks to everyone there that made my daughters dream car come true🥰

Cristina was exceptional. Kept me up to date and had my car waiting on the ramp when I arrived. Facility is state of art. Went in urgently at 7:30, without an appt with a nail in my tire. By 7:45 I drove off in a loaner. My tires were replaced the same day. I picked up my hand washed care at 5:30. Incredible service. Thank you Audi of North Miami and Cristina!

They met me as I dropped off my car walked me inside and explained everything to me and got me into a loaner without a hitch. Later that day they called me with an update. Soon after they told me my car was ready. I find the service department very professional friendly and reliable highly recommend it I just leased my third Audi. John Made my salesman was great. He is a no pressure guy who took his time and was patient showing me the vehicles I was interested in. However the overall service at Audi North Miami has gone way downhill. When I used to buy my vehicle here they give you keys in a red box they take you into a glass room and walk you through the entire car before you drove away. Now none of those things happened I was given a car key is hanging on a chain. They did not sit with me or go over the car with me whatsoever. I do not blame the sales person but the overall management of this particular dealership. What are you getting into a $30,000 car or in this case is 60,000+ vehicle you expect to be treated and taken care of with kid gloves. Before my salesman John helped me I came in a few days before to test drive and I stood in the show room floor for at least 20 minutes before I went and found someone to help me.
