I am so happy I traded in my BMW 330xi and went back to an Audi. I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Kareem Samad. He very quickly understood what I was looking for and delivered. After having me test drive the A4 and sharing my disappointment, he didn't miss a beat so we shifted to the S4 and I instantly became a very happy customer! I would highly recommend working with Kareem Samad as he quickly understands exactly what you are looking for and delivers the perfect Audi experience.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Bedford Through the internet. Our agent was James Crawford and he was extremely thorough, courteous and professional. This was our first experience with on line purchase of a car but James made the entire process go smoothly and he had the car ready to drive away. James picked us up from the airport when we flew in from Nevada had everything in order for us to simply get in and drive away. Additionally, his follow up was outstanding all the way. We will definitely work with James again.

I always dread going through the process of buying a new car. But this time, I was pleasantly surprised! The Bedford Audi guys are great. They are extremely knowledgeable in every model of Audi vehicles. The sales guys, James and Kalim, did not push me or bug me in my decision making process. They were only interested in getting me in the vehicle that worked for me. The facility is really nice and I look forward to visiting again when I go for my 15000 mile checkup. I strongly suggest everyone check out this dealership.

I recently purchased an A3 from Audi of Bedford and thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience that I received. My sales rep, James Crawford, was fantastic to work with -- he was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made the purchase process quick and easy. His quick follow up and consistent professionalism was the reason that I chose to make the long drive to Bedford, and not work with my local Audi dealer in Akron. Five stars to Audi of Bedford.

Tried to schedule apt and received the rudest treatment from ladies answering the phones . She kept trying to transferring and then no answer at service dept. I then overheard her comment rudely about me calling , are you kidding I am trying to get my car serviced by your company and your are being rude with me ?? Then she had the nerve to ask me for my name to have someone call me back, when I told her my name she literally said " are you sure about that " ! Wow !! I drive over a hr away to have my car serviced here, never again !!

Beautiful brand new dealership with excellent customer care. We had a brand new salesman and he was very professional and helpful. The sales force worked together to make our sale happen smoothly.

We went to this dealer to possibly buy a used vehicle (not an Audi vehicle). The vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned inside nor was the car washed (inside you can smell "dog odor", there was dog hair, dirt, etc.). When asked specific questions about the vehicle, the salesman did not know any insights into the vehicle and admitted he only knew Audi vehicles (we arranged a specific date/time to meet with him, so he had time to do his homework). The new facilities are beautiful. When it came time to negotiate, they were very stern and not very willing to negotiate much (especially on a used car). Overall, if we had to do it again now going through this experience, we would have not considered this dealership for a used car that was not an Audi. I'm sure the experience might have been different if we were purchasing an Audi.

The most professional car dealership, ever!! Honest and willing to go the extra mile for the customer! Although the dealership is currently under construction, you hardly notice it, once you start dealing with the sales people. Mark Rice and Jeff were excellent, I will be buying my future car from them! Thank you

Terrible customer service we drove 2 1/2 hours and they tried to sell me a car w a blown up engine! They tried sayn the engine was supposed to have a LOUD TICK, i kno better. I told them have their mechanic look at it and call me back, they knew it was blown up so they didnt even call me back, worst salesman ive ever seen in my life! They didnt even tell me i needed my own insurance to test drive a car, so they wouldnt let me even drive the car i was going to buy. ! The salesman said we had funny names and didnt believe we drove that far. Good thing i had another car lined up at Falls motors up the road and i bought it their loss !

Searched on the internet for a used Nissan Altima with a V-6. The salesman Rick treated me very well. Vehicle was clean, and in good condition. I drove a hour and 45 minutes to get here and it was worth it. I felt very confident that they checked the condition of the vehicle before putting it on the lot.

I drove an hour to look at a car and I waited for awhile to even see the girl I talked to even though I had an App. then I didn't even get the car out of there parking lot and could all ready tell then breaks on the car were bad. I took the car for a 10 min. test drive and took it back I didn't even feel safe driving this car. I took it back and told them how I felt about the car they told me they would look at it the next day and that they were sorry and would call me to let me know what was wrong with the car I never got a call back......

Audi of Bedford made buying my new A5 a true pleasure. We negotiated over the phone and by e-mail (I live 4 hours from the dealership) and reached a fair price. When I arrived my salesman, Jeff had the car waiting and ready to go. The trade in and finance process were very smooth. Jeff then went through all aspects of the car's features and operations. An excellent experience.
