They made every step of the way so easy, I never knew buying a car was this quick and easy. I was well taken care of for sure by the both of them. I had ZERO issues. This was my first Audi purchase and my buying experience went seamlessly. Ali M. was an excellent representative. He let us test drive the vehicles we wanted to drive and took the time to answer our questions. Sven was great as we closed our purchase. When I picked up my vehicle, I had a pretty red bow on it which was so nice and Ali went over all the many features of the vehicle. Outstanding service by Audi Burlington on my last service visit. The Service Mgr Jim P. contacted me directly to schedule the service at my convenience once the needed part came in for my tow package installation. I arrived in morning , he greeted me and my loaner was right there and I left within minutes. Received acknowledgement of completion that evening by text and I picked my car up the next day at my convenience. The car was washed and was there out front waiting for me. Over my many years of doing business with Audi Burlington I’ve come to expect a superior experience and service such as this from this Dealership ! I recommend them to family and friends every chance I get.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Audi Q8 from Audi of Burlington. Our salesman Brendan Leary was top notch. He gave us lots of choices and didn't pressure us to buy anything. We test drove a few cars to find out exactly what we wanted and he didn't bother us. When he found the car we wanted, the transaction was smooth and painless. He handled the registration, delivered the car personally and spent hours showing us how to use all the gadgets. I can't say enough about our experience with Audi of Burlington or our salesman Brendan Leary.

I recently brought my car in after receiving a dash warning light. I was immediately warmly greeted by Brendan and Jim, and as if we were long lost friends, we all shot the bull for a good long time.Nitra kept me informed and updated around the clock, and Jason did a bang up job on what ended up being a replacement fuel pump.And although the part was being delivered from Germany, they were able to get it in several days sooner than expected and me happily back into my car early.All in all, a great service experience with a wonderful team.

I called this dealership from a state away with unexpected car troubles, and Derek went out of his way to make sure my unexpected breakdown went as smoothly as possible. My wife and myself were shopping around for a certified or new Porsche. We were visiting relatives in the area. We were not from the area, but agreed we should stop in Porsche Burlington while we were in that area. We pulled in to the parking lot and started to walk over to begin looking. I don't think we were there two minutes and David Corbin walked out from the showroom and came over and nicely greeted us. This was not the usual in our travels, usually it seems as though we would be ignored at most dealerships. David was first class through and through and made the entire process a pleasurable one. David showed us several cars that would work for us, but we managed to narrow it down to one car after some discussion. David somehow took the negotiations out of the purchasing process and we ended up purchasing the vehicle within ten minutes at the price we wanted to pay. I was amazed how easy he made it for us. We came back three days later to pick up the car and he had it all ready for us and educated us on the car. There is not one negative thing we can say about David Corbin, the entire Porsche Burlington staff, and the entire purchasing process at this dealership!

He seemed genuinely interested in helping us get exactly what we wanted and he worked well with his manager to make it happen. When they don't want to make a deal, expect a very unpleasant experience. Don't try to trade a car here. Honestly felt like I was run out of the place for having the audacity to expect close to KBB trade value on a trade - evidently not something practiced at this dealership. After literally driving 2 hours, getting calls from the dealership harassing me to make sure I was coming soon, and tons of email. You'd think with all that pressure they'd be willing to negotiate? Nope. Mikhail and Juan, I hope your rudeness comes back to haunt you or at least that someone scratches your cars up nice. Don't talk down to your customers, maybe you'll make a few more sales.

I had a truly exceptional car buying/leasing experience with the Sales Team made up of Ismael, Lauren, and Stephanie at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. Stephanie and Lauren were my first point of contact via an inquiry I made on their website. Both ladies worked diligently to provide me with the pricing options I was seeking out on the A3. They answered any and all questions I had. If they didn't have the answer right away, they sought it out for me. On the day of my test drive, Ismael (my sales agent) picked me up from public transportation (I live in the city) with the car I was interested in and I started my test drive. He was polite, accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any moment during the test drive or at our sit down back at the dealership. This made my decision to move forward easy. On the day I picked up my car, the weather was a bit nasty. Despite those circumstances, Ismael picked me up at the Alewife T station and drove me to the dealership as I was anxious to be in my new car. Since I drove off the lot, Lauren and Ismael have been in touch ensuring I'm happy with my choice and making sure I have all questions that have come up answered. I highly recommend this team at Audi Burlington!

Very pleasant experience!! We were looking for a new or used late model Porsche 911. Mike W. approached after allowing just the right amount of browsing time and offered assistance. Very helpful, very knowledgeable showed us new and used 911s, none of which were exactly right, all very nice but tend to be picky about options and color. Mike took down our preferences and called back after 3 weeks with the "perfect car". We saw the car, drove the car and purchased car within an hour. Truly the perfect car! The car was delivered to my home next day on time and in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Porsche or an Audi.

This dealership was the last stop on my 6 month search for a small SUV. I was currently a Mazda owner, and had looked at a lot of different makes and models. The last to test drive was the Q5. I was debating between the sensible choice, or the slight splurge. They helped me get the best of both worlds. As a female shopper, I had often found some unfair estimates given to me. Audi of Burlington never made me feel second. I was the one purchasing the car, so I was the one they dealt with. I was also not their most high end client, but they made me feel just as important nonetheless. Ever after signing all of the papers, their customer service has continued to impress me. The salespeople are personable. They follow up and they seem to genuinely care. Their finance guy who helps close the deal seemed honest and the financing office staff was thorough and considerate. I would highly recommend shopping here at least to see if the Audi works for you.

I brought my Porsche in for annual service and was introduced to the new service manager, Marcos Almeida. It was an exceptional experience; Marcos was engaged, interested in describing what the problem might be with the tire sensors and then called to inform me about the options available to address the problem. Marcos took time to explain why they recommended what they did and I was confident that it was the smart decision. The car was ready when I drove the loaner back with the heat on and it was nice and clean. I'm very pleased with the experience and hope that Marcos will stay in that role for a long time.

I would like to thank Jim for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to help me dealing with the extended warranty insurance to waive my deducible. The insurance was promised that if my AC motor is broken again, they would fix it without charging my deductible due to the fact that I reported the problem before. But they denied the claim and Jim talked to their manager to make sure my deducible was waived. I really appreciate for Jim had done and great service at Audi Burlington.

I informed both of them that I was not really looking to buy but was very curious about the Macan as my brother in law had purchased on 1 month earlier and I had to have one. This is my third vehicle that I purchased from Audi of Burlington. To say that my service and treatment were stellar is an understatement. I owe gratitude to my salesman, Brendan Leary, the sales manager, Josh Morrison and the General Manager Adnan Sehovic. They truly made the experience one that I wish I could repeat every time I buy a vehicle. Brendan has called me repeatedly asking if all is OK and his review of the vehicle after purchase is unparalleled. Josh Morrison made the deal happen. His coaching and guidance through the process was not patronizing but one of someone who understood the buyers limitations and worked within them. The service department staff is always friendly and attentive. On this particular day we dealt with Jeff when we dropped off our vehicle. Jeff was friendly, helpful and informative. I found myself standing at the counter chatting with him like I'd known him for years. Jeff made what is typically a stressful and unpleasant adventure very relaxed and actually enjoyable. They knew we were coming, and from a distance for a specific car. Apart from having to find someone to talk to, the person I was to ask for wasn't available, and then it took time for them to find the most uninformed salesperson I have ever met, not one question asked had an answer apart from we can ask again later, but that the question was "awesome". I knew car better than salesperson, but in test drive I was met with a warning that the car only had 5 miles of gas in it! Obviously these guys know how to prep the car well, or they are short of gas money. How can you have a decent test drive? Everything was nonchalant, couldn't care less attitude, nothing like other Audi, or competitors dealers thankfully. If Herb Chambers thinks this is a good dealership he should send in a plain spy to see, I certainly won't be going near this place again. I have had 5 Audi's in a row, but have also owned MB and BMW, so I know what to expect whether buying new or CPO. The other reviews are so positive one wonders how I could have had such a different experience to write this. I still wonder......

My wife and I stopped at the Burlington Audi Porsche dealership after it was closed on a recent Sunday afternoon.Our plan was just to look at color combinations on new A4's. We had no intention of buying a car at that time. Brendan Leary, who was driving out of the lot on his way home to his family stopped, introduced himself as a salesman, and asked if he could help us. We talked about the cars for a bit and eventually went into the dealership where Nick Dota, his manager, was still at his desk. Over the next hour and a half, all after hours, we went on a test drive and negotiated a deal, without ever feeling any pressure. Brendan and Nick went above and beyond our expectations, answering all our questions, offering helpful suggestions, and giving us a very fair price. We closed a deal that night. Several days later, on his day off, Brendan drove the car to our out of state town clerk office, where we registered our car, did all the final paperwork, and received a superb explanation of all the features of our new car. Based on our experiences we would highly recommend this dealership to others. Great people.

I have been a long time customer at Herb Chambers, in truth, for no particular reason at first, but I must say that the service I have received from the Audi Burlington location has always been stellar and just what you would dream to receive anywhere: very courteous services, reps that will do anything they can to get your on back your way, whether with a loaner, or shuffling their schedule to accommodate exceptional circumstances (as once when I had a pretty bad engine issue and needed to take a ferry abroad the same afternoon). I have traveled across the country with my car and always found Audi dealership to be quite courteous in general, but some certainly more than others, and the team in Burlington is definitely on top of their game.

Kathleen Hutchinson was our Salesperson at the Burlington, MA Audi dealership. Boy am I glad she was!! Kathleen epitomizes professionalism and her customer-focused salesmanship offered unparalleled service. This statement is based upon my almost 40 years of business experience. I am a CEO in the financial services industry so I feel qualified to assess this service question. Audi is fortunate to have someone of Kathleen's caliber, especially in today's world where etiquette and follow-up (both during the sales process and after the deal is closed) is becoming a rare commodity. Kathleen made sure that she found me the exact vehicle to meet our needs, and then worked with her manager to further ensure that our concerns (whether they be regarding our trade-in vehicle or additional features we desired) were promptly and adequately addressed. When I picked up my new vehicle she spent an hour going over all the fabulous features and also demonstrated and set-up things like blue tooth connections and favorite radio station pre-sets! I will come back to Audi Burlington again, and when I do I will ask for Kathleen! Equally impressive is Nick Dota, Audi Burlington's General Sales Manager and great leader of the store's team! Nick was instrumental in working with Kathleen Hutchinson to see that we were satisfied, both with the vehicle and with Kathleen as our Sales Representative. Both Nick and Kathleen acted more like car purchasing consultants or advisors versus the proverbial 'car salesperson', and as a result my car purchasing experience was very memorable and one that I will gladly tell others about.

I called up Caitlin, as I worked with her before and asked if it was worth it at this time to upgrade from a 2103 to a 2016. I told her what I was looking for, she found me a car. I was in at 5pm, deal was completed by 6:30. Caitlin also went out of her way to insure that I could take delivery the following day. My insurance agent can be a bit "old school", but Caitlin and the team at Chambers were on top of them. Everyone I met and worked with, including the sales manager where sincere in thanking me, and they appreciated the business.

As a rule, I buy a car for the long haul, so I am deliberate in researching and reviewing everything I can learn about a prospective purchase. Having done my preliminaries, I went to see the new Audi A3 and met Caitlin Meuse who became my advocate through the purchasing process. I had last bought a car some fourteen years ago, so it was a brave new world that I was entering. Caitlin listened to my preferences, addressed my needs, and allayed my fears with sensitivity, patience, and good humor. The daunting amount of detail and paperwork involved in choosing, locating, and acquiring the right car can be exhausting. She made it all doable down to the last detail. With an on-site registry, the dealership streamlined a great number of details. Happily, I was able to negotiate a fair and reasonable price, attributable both to the stormy winter that scuttled Presidents Day sales and to good will from both parties. Additionally, Jon Kent, a business manager, was extremely helpful in getting me the best financing deal and in one session! He gave me his advice, but when I countered with my own choices, he heard me and got me what I needed. Finally, when my car arrived in port, Caitlin walked me through the procedures and gave me a timeline of what would transpire before and after the car arrived at the dealership. Never did I feel pressured or manipulated. I asked my usual million questions, made several phone queries of the staff, and was always courteously assisted. When the car finally was ready for pick up, Caitlin had preset most of the technical settings that she guessed I would appreciate, and she was right. Then she sat for nearly two hours with me in the car going through all of the gadgetry that makes a "fancy" new car work. She was terrific in showing me how all the options I had chosen worked (like Driver Assistance),and actually saved me from having to read and then do lots of the prep work on my own, (I would be remiss not to mention that the week my car arrived in Burlington, Caitlin was supposed to be on vacation. On at least three of those days she was available to me either personally or by telephone.) I drove off the lot confident and intrepid, and in full knowledge that, if I needed anything thereafter, I was warmly encouraged to call or pay a visit. I expect to drive and care for my new car for at least a decade. I know that I made the right choice by getting such expert advice and counsel from Caitlin and Jon.

I was in the market for an Audi A4 or A5 with Manual transmission and a navigation system. I made an appointment to test-drive the A5 at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington. Everyone was expecting me, and everything was ready as soon as I walked in. After the test drive, I indicated that I was most likely to lease an Audi A4 than the A5. Immediately the sales team offered to have an A4 (with manual transmission) brought to me from another state. They offered me a great lease. I took the deal on the spot, and they went out of their way to make certain that the vehicle arrived within the time frame promised. When the delivery was delayed by one day, they loaned me an Audi Q5 for that day. The whole process was seamless, pleasant and professional. i wanted to pass along my learning experience to anyone who is interested in the read. i have been a relatively long time customer with Burlington audi. i have always given them 5 stars across the board. i had a recent set back however, regarding a disagreement with my trade in value. such that i decided to shop other auto dealers, both local and in other states (new york, ct, and N.J.) and you know what... i had such terrible service experience with these other dealers, it really put things into perspective. i drove down to NJ to look at a car, and i was lied to about the car's availability, attempted to put me into something i didn't want and reneged on my trade in value (not by much, but it was the thought that counted) and this after driving 250 miles to close a deal...other dealers simply ignoring what i was looking and for, and provided shockingly low level customer service. what i have learned; on balance, Herb Chambers' system, and in particular, Audi of Burlington is actually one of the best places to buy, and at least they try, very hard, to make your customer service experience, across the board, an excellent one.... they would have never put me through any of that... an eye opening experience for me.

From the attentive attendants who take your vehicle upon driving into the service garages to the A+ service consultants, I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit to Audi Burlington. Its so nice to know that your vehicle is in good hands and the service consultants are really working for you and have your best interest in mind. I had to bring my car in for service and even had my dog in the car with me, they gave him a treat and we were on our way. Instead of dreading the service lights that come on in my vehicle, I know that the team at Audi Burlington is working their hardest for their customers, and that's a hard quality to find in dealers these days.

After having a bad experience with another nearby Audi dealership (not to be named), it was refreshing to work with Herb Chambers of Burlington. My Sales Consultant Caitlin Meuse was honest and attentive. The sales manager, Nick Dota, took the time to work the numbers with me and his methods were transparent. Overall, I think I got a fair deal without a big hassle. On delivery of the car, Caitlin spent a great amount of time with me going over the car's features and didn't try to rush me through the process. At a restaurant, I'll choose great service over exceptional food every time, as poor service will ruin my meal. Not only was my purchase experience easy and painless, the service I have received after the sale has been EXCEPTIONAL! Anyone who knows me would be VERY impressed by me saying that, as it is very infrequent you will hear those words come from my mouth. Jim Parolisi has been nothing less than outstanding as my service consultant over the past year. We all have enough stress in our lives, my experience with care dealers is they generally add to it. I recently leased a 2015 Audi A3 from Audi of Burlington and the experience could not have been better. From the moment I walked into the dealership, David Corbin (my sales consultant) met me with the perfect balance of informative sales knowledge without the pushy sales pitch. I felt comfortable, informed, and respected. I wasn't in a rush, the process took about a month from first test drive to papers signed, this type of timeline could get sales people worried or aggressive but David didn't get anxious or push me hard. He kept in communication and was there for me when I was ready. When it came time to pick up my car, David went the extra mile, literally. He worked hard to get my car registered quickly even though my vanity plate transfer was complicated. He also squeezed in the inspection at the last minute so that when I arrived, my new A3 was completely ready to go. I realize that I leased one of the cheaper vehicles in the Audi lineup, but I might as well have been purchasing an RS8 given how the entire staff treated me and my family. I had the opportunity to interact with Nick Dota, Josh Morrison, Jeff Buchholz, Shawn Quinn, and of course David Corbin, and I can say with certainty that all are as professional and trustworthy as it gets. I've come to associate the Herb Chambers brand with excellence through prior interactions with Herb Chambers Honda Boston, and Audi Burlington only advanced my perception of the brand even further. I'm actually eager to go back to get my car serviced and, of course, continue to purchase vehicles when the time comes. I would recommend the entire team at Herb Chambers Audi, particularly David Corbin and Josh Morrison, to anyone I care about.

I leased my 2014 Audi Q5 at Audi Burlington in July 2013 and it has been an excellent experience from the first moment I walked in the door! The leasing process was very easy and my dealer, Jon, was so helpful! He spent the entire day with me. When I went in for my first service, again, everyone was very helpful and so nice! In September 2014 I brought my car in for a new inspecition sticker and service. My service specialist that day was Jim. He called me 3 or 4 times on Saturday to keep me updated on the status of my car and went out of his way to make sure my service was completed that day so I could drive back to New Jersey the next day. Even though I live in New Jersey I will continue to lease and have my car serviced at Audi Burlington!

I leased a Q5 from Audi of Burlington in June 2014 after recently moving to the area that same month. This experience has been the worst retail/customer experience of my life. Unfortunately, I learned a lesson that many have learned, which is dont trust a car salesman because they will say anything to sell you a car and omit facts if necessary. I thought Herb Chambers dealerships had higher standards, but this dealership employed the traditional tactics of a two-bit used car salesmen, and the manager of the dealership stood by these tactics . When I went to the dealership in June, they offered me $x down and $x/month ALL INCLUSIVE OF ANY TAXES AND ANY FEES for the Q5 lease. I asked several times if there would be ANY additional charges or taxes. They said no. They said my payment would be $x/month, including ALL taxes and there would be no additional charges. I was even walked through the lease and there was no mention of the possibility of any additional taxes/charges. I wanted to be very clear about my payments to Audi Financial Services so I asked several times about ALL the possible payments to them. They lied to my face. I just received a bill from Audi Financial Services for nearly two times the monthly payment they told me. I called the dealership and spoke to the general manager. He told me that the sales people should have disclosed that I might receive another bill for taxes, but that they are not obligated to do so. I am amazed he said that and that this is the standard he holds the dealership to with customers. I thought the Herb Chambers standard was to be as straightforward as possible and care about customer satisfaction?? The general manager then told me to pay the extra amount and that he didn't care if I complained further (he may as well have given me the middle finger - though this feels worse). This was an incredibly deceptive and not a straightforward way to do business (as Herb Chambers advertises). This dealership lied by omission regarding the taxes that were due on the car to make the sale. We were actually thinking about getting a second Audi because we like the actual car, and I would have likely rolled into another Audi lease after this one ends, but I will never do business with a Herb Chambers dealership again. Congratulations Herb Chambers/Audi of Burlington/Adnan you got the better of me this time. I will go into my next car purchase with more knowledge and a lesson learned.

When I returned due to a small issue with a headlight the Manager Mikail was right on top of it. I am pleased to share an extraordinary customer care experience that I received from Jim Parolisi, Service Consultant at Audi Burlington. I have been bringing my Q5 to this particular dealership for all of its servicing needs for the past four-and-a-half years. At each visit, I have consistently been treated with respect and made to feel that being in this dealership is special experience. On August 27, I began a trip that would entail traveling to Pennsylvania and Maryland to drop off my college students belongings at their respective schools. I was traveling in my wifes Acura MDX (my Q5 would not accommodate all of the gear) with every possible inch of storage space filled with bags, boxes and sporting equipment. As I left my office and headed for the highway, I noticed that there was no cold air blowing from the vents. I immediately called two Acura dealerships to request an emergency appointment or, perhaps, an MDX loaner. Both turned me down saying there was nothing they could do on such short notice. Incidentally, I have spent over $15,000 in servicing at one of these dealerships over the years. At this point I was concerned by the prospect of a seven-hour drive ahead of me and an even longer return home, considering the traffic on the Friday of Labor Day weekend with an 80 plus-degree forecast and no air conditioning. I considered my options, including rental cars, which would have further delayed my departure before I found a nearby facility that had a vehicle available to accommodate all of my luggage. It occurred to me to drive to the Burlington Audi dealership, which is fairly close to my office, with hope that they might be able to resolve the problem with the air conditioning or offer an alternative suggestion. I was greeted by Jim, who typically takes care of me when I come in for servicing, and explained my situation. He said, No problem. He offered to look at the Acura, perform the diagnoses and hopefully the repair. Since my time was getting short with a long ride ahead of me, I presented what I thought was a farfetched request and asked if, by chance, a loaner vehicle might be available for use. Jim in no way appeared thrown by my request and indicated that he needed to check with his manager. I can assure you that I was absolutely elated when he shared the good news. I was also extremely grateful for this gesture that absolutely validated the value that the Audi Burlington dealership places in my business. I generally hold American Express as the bar to which other service organizations should aspire. The customer care experience that I received last week at Audi Burlington was beyond compare and certainly the most gratifying customer care experience Ive encountered personally and professionally. Huge thanks to Jim, the management at Audi Burlington and Herb Chambers leadership for instilling the value of a good customer into their staff and operations. Their actions will unquestionably shape my decision for future purchases.

I had a great experience with Audi Burlington. It is a beautiful showroom, but it's the staff that made all the difference. Adam Majors was our salesperson and he was just terrific. He was very accommodating, answering all our questions and taking all the time we needed. I felt that he actually cared about us making the right choice. She knows her product very well and simply cant be beat when it comes to customer service. She walked me through the whole process of ordering an RS5 to my exact specifications and kept me informed of the status of my car as it made its way to the dealership. Once it came in, she spent over two hours showing me how every last item on the car worked and answered all my crazy questions. Even three weeks after picking up my car, she is still attentive, making sure Im happy with the car and that any additional questions get answered. I take delivery of my A3 this week and the whole process so far has been very easy. I was in twice: once for a test drive and then again for the purchase. I drove many other cars in between and there was a pretty good amount of time between the test drive and the purchase. During that time my sales consultant Caitlin was in touch just enough to check in but was not bothersome in any way. I never felt harassed as I did with some other dealers. The day I purchased my car everything was easy, stress-free and comfortable. There was some issue of the business office being short-staffed that day, which slowed things down a little but everyone was accommodating did their best to make sure I was comfortable. I never felt pressured. When it came time for money discussions, the numbers were laid out in a nice transparent way that I felt was very descriptive but also very clear and easy to understand. When it came time to sign contracts and such, the finance manager Tengah was also very easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. All in all I am very happy with the buying experience at Audi Burlington and with sales consultant Caitlin Meuse. I would recommend. I am hopeful ownership and service experiences are equally as pleasant.

Porsche of Burlington is a caring dealership. My wife has a medical condition that made riding top down in a convertible unpleasant and potentially dangerous. I did not fully appreciate this until she rode with me in a Porsche 911s cabriolet I had just purchased. The dealer allowed me to return the car and pick out, as an alternative, a 911s coupe with moonroof that we both love. There was no financial penalty for the switch. I was shopping for a CPO Audi S4 with low miles and a couple specific options. There were none available in Colorado, where I live, so I started searching nationwide. I found a 2013 S4 with only 6k miles for sale from Burlington Audi, and the price was very fair. I was a little bit worried about buying a car that I hadnt seen or even driven yet, since I couldnt find any 2013 S4s in my area. I spoke with Jon Miranda on the phone and he made me feel very comfortable about purchasing the vehicle and even went out on the lot to inspect it himself, sending a photo of the one minor imperfection that he could see on the car. I decided to move forward, but I was working on a very tight timeframe because I was having the vehicle shipped from MA to CO and I needed it to arrive within 10 days. Jon recommended a shipping company and helped get everything coordinated to ensure that the car arrived on time. The whole sales/shipping process could have been very stressful, but Jon made it as easy and pleasant as it could possibly be by actively staying in touch with both me and the shipping company, even on his day off. I was slightly hesitant to buy a car that had been used as a dealer loaner because people dont take the same care with those cars as they do with their own. However, I have to say that the car is pristine and it was a great compromise to save a good amount of money off the new vehicle purchase price. The one very minor flaw that Jon pointed out (a very light scuff mark on the inside bottom of the driver door) was really the only sign that the car wasnt brand new. I would highly recommend this option to anyone looking at a new car. After the sale, Jons service has been great. I was really impressed that he called me a few days after I received the car to make sure that I liked it, and he even offered to walk me through any of the technology features on the car that I hadnt figured out yet. Its such a nice surprise when a salesperson maintains the same courtesy after the deal is done. I would certainly recommend Jon and Burlington Audi to anyone looking for a new or used car, wherever they are located!

I walked into Audi Burlington on a whim at 2:00pm on a Sunday afternoon after horrible on-going service (or lack thereof) at another regional dealership (Ira, Peabody). Jon Miranda was sitting at the reception desk off to the left as a I walked in by myself, and he immediately asked how he could help. I explained that I had been considering an Audi A4 for a long while and just sought to learn more about them. He immediately welcomed me over to his desk, asked me a series of questions about my needs and what was important to ME, and then provided information about the vehicle and its options, as well as information about leasing vs. buying after learning I love new vehicles and I drive so little. I wasn't planning to purchase anything at all that day. However, because of how focused he was on finding what was right for me, how many different cars he showed me, how much he talked with me about the process, my needs, and my hesitations, and how hard he worked with Nick and others in finance to earn my business that day, I ended up leaving with a deposit on a vehicle that I would pick up two days later. (The team stayed significantly after closing as I unexpectedly worked out details of an offer.) Jon made this process so easy for me - there was really nothing I needed to do other than show up Tuesday to take delivery. He registered the vehicle, returned my old plates, and even texted me pictures of my new car getting its first bath. :) (PS - I can't say enough great things about Nick and Dennis in finance, either - they were great.) Overall, could not be more impressed with my experience at Audi Burlington. Purchasing this vehicle on my own, there was every opportunity for them to dismiss my business / questions as another dealership had. Instead, I walked out with a fantastic deal on a beautiful 2014 Audi and a salesman / dealership for life. Thank you, Jon & Audi Burlington!

The car had a few problems after I picked it up that had nothing to do with the vehicle and they gladly took care of the issues for me. Jay L was responsive whenever I called and seemed concerned that service handled my concerns quickly and correctly. It just goes to show that not blowing people off after you sell them a car goes a long way, as I would gladly buy from Jay and Audi or any herb chambers dealer again. I know things happen with cars I think the important thing is how they are handled and this dealership did a great job with the few small things that happened with the Infiniti.

I bought a certified Audi A4 from Jay L and it was easy and the car was great. It was very easy to see why they are the largest certified audi dealer in the area (according to Jay anyway), the inventory and pricing was great. My finance experience with Lamia was just as good, not pushy and I even bought the audicare maintence package which seems like a total no brainer. I am not a very good negotiator so their "smart pricing" one price pricing on certified preowned cars appealed to me. The car had only 5k miles on it, its almost like new, and had a much longer warranty.

First off let me say I hate buying new cars. I have had many typical not so wonderful buying experiences in the past, the lying, cheating, and other not so fun stuff. This was different right from the time we first walked in. Usually I get jumped on by some greasy looking guy who has more oil in his hair than the service department. We were greeted by a salesperson who said they were tied up with an appointment (Bruno maybe?) and directed us to Jay Levy. Jay took his time learning what we needed, brought up the perfect A4 with what we requested and then showed us some items on the car I thought were awesome compared to my current BMW. When we came back to the dealership he walked us through the repair shop and I couldn't believe how clean it was. It is obvious these guys take care of your car when its in for service just like I was taken care of in sales. We were given a price right off the bat that was better than I had gotten at the other dealership I visited but truth be told I would have paid a little more due to the excellent service we received.

From the first moment of our Sales experience, Caitlin was patient, filled with AUDI expertise, great sense of humor, fun to be with, and answered all our many questions. Each and every instance has been professional and pleasant. I get the appointment that I want. The car is serviced within the amount projected. The work is done correctly the first time and they nearly always provide helpful suggestions to keep our cars in tip-top shape. We keep our cars for many years and miles and can do so only if we have "partners" who help us maintain the cars. Herb Chambers Burlington (Audi and Porsche) are such "partners". We have met and interacted with the management and the staff and they all are focused on the customer. I will buy from them again and I will continue to use their service facilities. Jim Parolisi is the man! His response, attention to detail and explanation of the issue is unmatched. I have taken my A4 in for service due to multiple reasons including body work. He handles all the issues and provides timely updates. There is not hassle what so ever. If parts need to be ordered from Germany it gets done very efficiently. Nice rentals are available when I drop my car off and they accommodate my weird schedule to make each service experience smooth. I have an Audi dealership 5 miles away from work, but I still drive 40 mins to these guys.

My purchase experience was, again, superb! Caitlin was incredibly helpful and did everything she could to reduce the "hassle factor" of purchasing a new car. She even had the snow tires mounted, had the car registered in my home state (different from the dealership) and then delivered the car to me at work - an hour's drive North of the dealership. I don't ordinarily write reviews such as this - in general a dealer is a dealer and I wouldn't doubt it if reviews like this land on a manager's desk in a pile. That said I want to thank Jennifer and the nice people who took care of my vehicle. Jennifer was informative and prompt in keeping in touch with me while my vehicle was in for service and she answered all of my questions. I look forward to using Porsche/Audi of Burlington in the future to service my vehicle. I was very pleased with the customer service and my car was clean and ran beautifully. I recently purchased a new 2014 Audi Q5 from Audi Burlington in Burlington, MA. My sales consultant, Jonathan Yeshulas, worked with me extensively over the course of several days to find the car that best fit my needs. I got a great deal on the car and a great loan rate with the help of Dennis Saint-Aubin, their business manager, and I drove away as one happy customer. Shortly after I purchased the car, I started experiencing some hip pain that was being caused by the driver's seat. I have a medical condition that affects my joints, and the seats in this car were firmer than any other car I had owned in the past. I thought that would be beneficial, but I was wrong. I tried many things to adapt the seat to work for me, but nothing I tried worked and the pain kept getting worse. With all my options exhausted, I called Jonathan and explained my situation. I asked if there was any way that I could trade in my new Q5 and buy back my previous trade-in, and much to my relief he said that I could. The sales manager at Audi Burlington, Nicholas Dota, worked with Jonathan to give me the best possible trade-in price on the Q5 and my old car, and Dennis got me a great rate on the small loan to cover the difference. These guys turned a potential catastrophe for me into a minor inconvenience. If you're ever in the market for a new Audi, these are definitely the people you want to call. I have no doubt that Jonathan, Dennis, and Nicholas will work as hard for you as they did for me.

Well , its been a while since we have actually been to a dealership to by a car. We both have to say that the experience was awesome. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, the dealership was clean, professional, and very comfortable to be at. We are 36 miles away, south of Boston. It was well worth the trip. Our salesperson Jon Miranda was excellent, very helpful, making sure our needs were met. He did whatever he could to make us happy and have a comfortable experience. Taking as much time as we needed to explain the new technology on the car, making sure we had no questions. We would recommend, Jon and the dealership to our friends.The old stigma of carsalespeople was not present at the dealership. Even being about an hour away, it was worth the trip.

I just bought a 2012 A6 CPO from Burlington Audi. I live in North Carolina and was after a 2012 certified A6 in a certain color and option combination, and it finally popped up in Boston. The price was reasonable given it was a CPO car with very low miles. Since it was a CPO car (I've bought one before), I knew I could buy it without test driving it because of the high quality standard it has to meet before it could be certified by Audi. I did my test driving in NC, then knew what I wanted. Jon Miranda was my salesperson. He was very candid when he did a physical inspection of the car with me on the phone. I went ahead and purchased it long distance. We did all the paperwork via email and originals by mail. Since Massachusetts doesn't have a temporary license plate system, Jon did a great job of explaining the entire process for me to get my new car, and laying it out clearly in an email. This let me set my expectations on how long it would take before I could arrange a flight to pick up the car. It took close to 2 weeks from initial sale until I could get the NC DMV to issue me NC plates to put on the car and drive it home. Jon offered to pick me up from Boston airport so I didn't have to deal with an expensive taxi ride, which I appreciated so much. And he did it on a morning that he wasn't scheduled to work! When I got to the dealership, the car was beautifully detailed and waiting for me. As I examined the car's condition, it was exactly as Jon described on the phone. Jon spent plenty of time going over the car's many high-tech features, and also the Audi Connect subscription, which I took advantage of. Over the years, car salesmen have earned a bad reputation (and many deservedly so), but Jon Miranda is one of the good ones. Very professional, not pushy and customer focused. He gets my highest praise, and I recommend him to anyone in the Boston area looking for an Audi.

In an age when customer service seems to be non-existent, Audi Porsche Burlington's Service Dept shines like no other. As the owner of a German car, I cringe anytime it needs service, or has a problem, but time and time again I am reminded there is no need to worry. Both Jeff Buchholz and Jim Parolisi run the most outsanding service dept I have ever dealt with. I unfortunately have had a few problems with my Audi, but to be fair I do put on a ton of miles. Each time my car has gone in for service, I have picked it up being blown away by the level of service, and this service dept's dedication to holding the manufacturer accountable for certain problems. I know every time my car is being serviced that Jeff and Jim are fighting for me as their customer, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Took a few days for them to get the part in to fix but no problem since i had a loaner car. Great thing is no charge as all was covered by warranty! My first interaction was this past spring/summer when I was searching for a CPO Audi. They had a fully optioned model listed that was more than I needed but I stopped by on a whim to check it out anyway (no appointment). A salesman greeted me in the showroom and knew exactly which car I referred to, showed me the vehicle, and offered a test drive. We chatted a bit about the options and model year differences, he introduced me to the sales manager, we exchanged info and I was on my way. No major pressure (despite it being the end of the month), the standard follow-up calls naturally came and were very professional. I ended up not buying from Herb Chambers and found a perfectly optioned vehicle out-of-state at a great price. But that's not where the story ends. They're still the most conveniently located dealer for me, and I've been back twice for routine maintenance. Online scheduling couldn't be easier, drop-off/pickup has been straightforward, the actual service has been completed as promised, and I've experienced great follow-up afterwards. You would think I bought the car there brand new!

Audi of Burlington did have the type used car that I was looking for (and had been looking for for some time) which made me schedule an appointment for a test trive and take the drive to Boston. Jonathan was very helpful in explaining the car, its options and its condition to me. The sale negotiations were fair, addressed my concerns for the need for an extended warranty, and included some flexibility on the price of the additional warranty on the dealers part which was appreciated. Mikail set up the financing of the car, and was not overly pushing additional warranties like tire insurance, dent protection and the like. Overall the car buying experience was great, negotiations were challenging but fair and respectful, and I would definitely buy again from them.

Josh was an absolute pleasure to deal with - found the exact vehicle I wanted, arranged the test drive, never once felt "sales-ish" in any way, shape or form, yet clearly knew the brand intimately and was able to answer all my questions. He made me feel 100% confident in my purchase. He went above and beyond in more ways than I can count - put up with me camping out at his desk for the better part of two days, even arranged a valet to help me get my second trade in vehicle to the dealer. Upon delivery, he patiently reviewed the multitude of vehicle features, set up & activated my audi connect, even paired my phone for me. I brought my 2007 A8 to Audi Burlington when the trunk stopped opening automatically. I was given a brand new A6 loaner for the week while they did the repair. Jim Parolisi, the service adviser, was thorough and responsive throughout and, as always, there was almost no hassle getting in and out of the dealership. The extended warranty covered most of the repair but not all and Audi Burlington voluntarily paid the difference which was quite exceptional. I'll definitely return.

dealership is located close to my office I took the car to that location for repair. I can say that the service manager Jim Parolisi was extremely curtious, helpful and made sure that any additional service I needed, such as top off of oil, were done. Jim also went to length to explain they had on there own initiative changed out a valve that was not up to spec which was causing my A4 to use excessive oil. The dealership in which I purchased the A4 had never mentioned or checked that even though it was pointed out numerous times. Jim made sure that a rental car was ready at my disposal and went out of the way to make sure it was easy for me to return the car directly or through the dealership. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Audi for service and in fact will continue to have my A4 serviced at this location from this point forward. Jim is a true professional

I scheduled a service appointment with Jen to have a simple oil change done on my 2005.5 Audi S4. Jen was very helpful and polite in setting the appointment. Her presentation made me feel that she actually cared about her customers and enjoys her job. When I worked with Jim upon dropping off and picking up the car, he took an actual interest in knowing details about the car, i.e. how long I have owned it for, what I like about, what I dislike about it. Even though it was just an oil change, I plan on using Herb Chambers in the future when I travel to the Boston area for business because of the way the employees in the dealership take a genuine interest in their clients. I work as a District Manager for a major retail chain, and I know that this customer service can only be achieved if upper level management provides a good work environment for their employees, and then in turn it trickles down to the customers. Kudos to the entire team at Herb Chambers Audi.

Brought my 1998 Audi A4 Quattro in for an electrical problem. They were very friendly and gave me a loaner for the duration of the repair. They fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Very friendly service. They made me feel like I was a valued customer even though it was my first time there and did not buy the vehicle from them. They even treated me like I was getting a newer vehicle fixed there and not just a 1998.

I bought my Audi last June from Jasson, he was great to work. My car was due for its first service and I stopped in to make an appointment because I was in the area. Jasson introduced me to Jeff Bucholtz in the service department. Jeff told me that if I had some time they would do the service right then. He told me how long it would take and Jasson even offered to drive me to the local mall if I wanted. These guys are terrific and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I went into the Audi Burlington Herb Chambers dealership with an existing car on lease (different make/model than an Audi). Audi Burlington quickly gave a decision that they would be able to help get me out of my current lease and into an Audi. I chose to look at the 2013 Audi S4 and A6, finally deciding on the S4. Caitlin Meuse was my sales associate and went to great lengths to accommodate my tight schedule and setup test drives for the S4 and A6 in a very short time frame. She was very knowledgeable in the cars and also the technology, which really helped with my decision to consider an Audi over another luxury car brand I was heavily leaning towards. Once I had decided on the S4, Caitlin and one of the sales managers (Nicholas Dota) were truly exceptional in working with me patiently over the next few days to help me find the S4 with the options I was looking for as well as price. They both helped me get to the pricing I was happy with, and ultimately get me into my new S4!! One of the many qualities which I really admired about Caitlin & Nicholas was that they did not pressure me to make a quick decision, or try to persuade me into a different Audi than the ones I was deciding between. Even when I had told them I was contemplating about going with another car brand, they wished me well, in whatever decision I would have taken. You can go to any car dealership and find the product you're looking for. But the experience with the Herb Chambers staff and how they made me feel more like a friend and family, goes a long way in my book, when it comes to trust and satisfaction. When I picked up my car, they shared in my excitement. Even after a few days, Caitlin sent me several messages to make sure I was enjoying the car and to offer help in answering any questions. I really appreciated not feeling like I was just another "sale". Ironically I had to bring the car into service just a few days after picking it up, due to running over a nail in my front left tire. The Service team was quick to schedule an appointment and even offered to give me a loaner car or drop me off back at my office (chose the latter). The service was done in a very satisfactory manner and quickly, given that I called in with a last-minute appointment. Make this dealership your one-stop, and you'll be happy that you did and will be driving away smiling in a new Audi! I very highly recommend the dealership and staff, and look forward to telling many more about my wonderful experience at Audi Burlington!

I was shopping to replace my truck, and Audi Burlington certainly delivered. I approached them through their online inquiry service, which of the dealerships in the region, their site clearly had the most complete information. They actually include the correct trim level for the various cars along with accurate options, as opposed to the other dealerships in the area that don't do this. And in my specific case, the photos of each car on their lot were available for the model in which I was interested. I ended up working with Jon Miranda, who was excellent to work with and very responsive to what I was looking for in a car. Once we closed the deal, I felt great about my car buying experience with Jon, confident that I had found a dealership that gave me a solid price with virtually no "run around". I will certainly be contacting them for future car purchases and highly recommend Jon to anyone who is shopping for an Audi.

Although I live downtown (less than two miles from another Audi dealership), I choose to drive the 30 minutes to Burlington for the quality of the service. Everybody who works there is welcoming and helpful and there is lack aggressive salesmanship that is so prevalent in so many other dealerships. Both my wife and I bought our Audis at Audi/Porsche of Burlington. We have been driving Audis now for a few years (we used to drive BMW's) and we find that the Audi gives us the same style, luxury and performance that we want for less money. The sales experience was very smooth with no pressure and they helped us find the features that we need. The service department has greatly improved over the past couple of years. I can get an appointment when I want it, I am treated as a valued customer, the work is always satisfactory and I usually can get a loner car. We are quite happy with the experience.

I had been driving Nissan and Infiniti throughout the years and had been looking at Audi for quite a while. I ended up settling on a new A6 Premium Plus. My salesman was Josh Morrison who did an excellent job going over the features and offering a great transition into the new car with all the technology it comes with. I made my choice to go with Burlington after visiting a number of Audi dealers in Boston and the North Shore. After bad experiences with them I decided on Herb Chambers for my new A6. I also got the best trade-in for my Infiniti and the whole staff was very polite and professional to work with. I highly recommend Josh over at Burlington. Now Jeff is my Service manager and Im looking forward to servicing my vehicle and others in the years to come.

Great experience w/transmission problem covered under pre-owned warranty. I brought the car in, they looked at it and called me a few hours later to tell me it needed a new transmission. I had picked up a loaner from the dealer and used that during the 4 or so days it took to complete the repair. My car was ready earlier than expected and worked right the first time. Nobody tried to sell me another car, more services etc. ..just honored the warranty and made things right. Good guys and good experience. Made me put them 1st on the list of places I look to buy my next car.

Audi of Burlington is the best dealership of all time earlier January 15th 2013 I went over there looking around for a car to drive & I ran into Jon Miranda who made my day till now I appreciate how he handles business. He was very friendly, intelligent & he knew what he was talking about, he walked me through cars & I found a 2011 A4 Quattro we went for a road test & I liked the car till now I've never had any problems with it thanks to u Mr!!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership!! ... Years ago, we purchased an Audi A4 at Audi Burlington. Because of this dealership's exceptional and friendly sales and services, we opted to stay with them. A few years later, we traded in the A4 and upgraded to our dream car, a brand new Audi S4! We absolutely love it!! Audi Burlington has been fantastic with our every choice, price, detail, and step along the way! ... Recently, I brought the S4 in for its routine maintenance and found Jeff Buchholz, in the Service Dept. to be extremely understanding and accommodating with my difficult scheduling issues. He was great with setting up my loaner car as well,(a brand new Audi A4, I might add)! ... Instead of picking up my S4 late in the day when it was ready (unfortunately during rush-hour traffic times), Jeff suggested I keep the loaner car overnight and come back the next day at my convenience!! (Wow!... that was really a big plus in my book!) He was also very informative and thorough answering questions my husband and I had. We were very impressed with Jeff and of course as always, with Audi Burlington! Thank you Jeff for being so efficient, pleasant, understanding and over-the-top accommodating! Great job!!

I bought a Cayman at Herb Chambers in Boston and became frustrated with the poor experience in all aspects. Poor communication, difficult to schedule, did not return calls, etc. I live in Marblehead, so decided to try the Burlington outfit and discovered that Frank has left the Boston Herb Chambers too. What a wonderful experience. It is easy to make an appointment, easy to arrange a loaner or have a drive back to the office, Frank calls when he says he will and everything gets done well the first time. I had such a good experience with my first major Porsche service and the Audi S4 loaner, that I eventually traded in my second car for an Audi! Oh yes, the cars are returned very clean, inside and out. I would recommend both Porsche and Audi service at Herb Chambers - Burlington without qualification.

Jim has been great to deal with and has always tried to accommodate my needs when bringing my vehicle in for service, whether it was short notice or a planned service maintenance. I have had nothing but good experiences in dealing with the service department just wish I had fewer experiences. Although I am a bit frustrated with the car as of lately Audi of Burlington and the service department have tried very hard to make it right I don't know that they could do anything more.

Purchased a new 2013 Q5 in Dec 2012, very happy with overall experience at this dealer. I worked with Jonathan Yeshulas who was very patient to answer my questions with no pressure to buy. I visited the dealership four separate times over a three week period to test drive different models/trims and research what I wanted. Jonathan arranged convenient times for me to do this and always had the vehicle I wanted ready. He never tried to push me to buy and always said come back when I was ready. I did visit another large Audi dealer to compare and they only wanted to talk about pricing, so I knew that staying with Burlington and Jonathan was the right move for a nicer experience. When I had finally decided what I wanted, the color/trim combination wasn't in-stock from Burlington so Jonathan found one at another dealer and had it brought to Burlington at no cost to me and with no change in our agreed pricing. He also spent time going over the features and continually offered to help with any questions after-purchase and I felt like he was genuinely interested in my experience. The finance team also found me a fantastic rate from a local bank below Audi rates, so the entire team there really served me well.

I have bought a ton of cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I always hate when you buy a car and the salesperson knows nothing about it. Jay knew everything about the Audi and was very good at explaining it to someone like me who isn't very good with the technology side of the cars. He helped me hook up my bluetooth phone and even knew the phone better than me. I had no intention of buying a car when I walked through the door but Jay and Audi of Burlington made the experience painless and the car was even better than expected. I was also amazed at how clean the shop was when we walked through it. I look forward to buying my next car from Jay and Audi of Burlington when we replace my wife's car sometime later this year.

I have been an Audi owner for the last 3 years, and recently purchased a Q7 from out of state about 2 months prior, while at an appointment recently in Burlington area I had a serious malfunction with the Q7 that resulted in a serious gas leak. I ended up at Audi Burlington and was just blown away at the level of service and support I received, within 20 min I was off in a loaner car ( a beautiful 2013 A4!) I received from Jeff Hurd (Service) a quick update of what exactly was wrong with my vehicle and the cost & quick turn-around associated with the repair. I honestly felt like I was being treated like a family member, going forward they are my dealer of choice hands down. My Sincere thanks to Herb Chambers Audi and it's GM Adnan!

I am a tough customer to please and Herb Chambers Audi continues to impress and exceed my expectations! I purchased an A7 in July of 2011. The sales process was honest and fair. Leaving ads up after a car has sold is poor form. Your dealership may find it helpful to drive additional traffic but in the end it shows how little you care about your prospective customers.

I have an older Audi. Most dealerships don't go out of the way to help me because I don't drive a top of the line car. I found the staff at Herb Chambers to be different. They consider my experience to be just important as a fellow driving the 100,000 dollar car. I will go back. And I will be purchasing a new car soon and it wil definitely be from the folks here.

I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and by far this this has continued to be one of the best. The service advisors go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the customers. John helped me schedule my service visit easily and quickly. Once I arrived I was greeted by a very nice young man who gave my vehicle the once over and ushered me inside to speak with a service adviser by the name of Jeff. He quickly found my appointment and and confirmed all of my concerns that were being addressed. Before I knew it he was handing me the keys to a brand new A6 that was waiting in the service drive and I was off to work Later that afternoon Jeff called me back to tell the service was complete and I could pick up my vehicle at my convenience. When I returned Jeff was walked me over to the the cashier and asked if I had any questions while a valet pulled my squeaky clean Audi to the door so I could jump right in. John even followed up to make sure that had a great experience and said that he was looking forward to my next visit. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional I will not be going anywhere else for service. A truly refreshing dealership experience compared to others I have visited.
